My OC Cora Curry (daughter of Mera and Arthur Curry), AKA Aqualass!

Cora is the youngest child of King Arthur and Queen Mera, but that doesn't make her any less heroic than her older siblings. It took her a while to convince her sister, Andy, to let her be her sidekick, but once she accepted the two became an unstoppable duo.

I find it sad how little we see people with Vitiligo, as it seems like my friends have very little representation. I want them to be represented as well!

Felt the urge to post some aqua character art after posting that Koryak art earlier, to give better insight into Koryak's life in my TrWh au. Decided to introduce a few more characters into the au and show how they interact with Koryak!

First drawing we get to see the aqua kids have a nice day at the beach. I also sketched some doodles of Delilah and Ha'Wea, really liked the becoming (esp that One Piece cameo lmao), would really recommend it! Short and fun!

Also did a mini comic showing Koryak and Jackson meeting eachother. I always thought it was interesting that Koryak was obsessed with becoming king but had no interest in the aquaman position itself. But Jackson wanted to become Aquaman, and can't be king due to not being in line for it. Thought him and Jackson would make for some fun foils in that regard.

Here's some drawings of the aqua girls, isn't it a shame Lorena and Tula never meet? ( Unless they did in rebirth?) I bet Tula would be ecstatic to have a mini sidekick of her own, I guess Lorena could be called aqualass? Took some sketches before I worked out how to draw Tula, and Dolphin's always fun to draw!

Next is Lagoon boy, thought he was fun but he has almost no comics what so ever. That's a shame, would have wanted him to meet Garth, figure they could bond over being outcasts. Seems Koryak finds him almost as annoying as Garth lol.

Also drew Miya Shimada, really enjoyed her in All Star Squadron, but liked her even more in young all stars. You got to see her rage at the injustice of what United Stated did to Japanese-Americans during WW2. Tho didn't like that they made her a cheater in the Aquaman comics, that was lame.

Also look at little Arthur Jr, he seems to love his big bro, tho Kory isn't too sure what to do with him at all. By the way, I have no idea if Arthur Jr still dies, so I'll just not deal with that for now.

And finally a short moment of Koryak and his mother Kako, hopefully she tries to visit him now and then. Can't believe she just disappears from the comics like that, must suck for him.

Young Justice: 2056 - Preview Script

The scene starts with Bart forced into enslavement by the Reach and was approached by a bulky Blue Beetle after he was weakend and his blaster pointed at him.

Blue Beetle: On your feet, slave!

Bart (POV): One of the worst days,3 years and hope was lost.

The scene shows a flashback where his aunt Dawn, one of the Tornado Twins was fighting against Black Beetle in an ambush.

Dawn: Bart, run!

The screen switches to the lighthouse of Amnesty Bay where Aquaman once lived, his granddaughter, Princess Myra stood on the top patio as her grandmother, Mera tried to pry her from risking her life to fight.

Mera: You are just a child, Myra. We have already lost your grandfather and father. I cannot risk losing you too! You are the future queen of Atlantis.

Myra: Even so. We cannot wait for someone to free Earth. If we don't fight back now, no one, not even Atlantis is safe.

Myra then wears the armor donned by the royal family and wields Atlanna's Trident as her main weapon.

The scene then switches to Bart running while also fending off the Reach's pursuit units on hover cycles. But was almost caught as he trips and rolls off the edge of the forest.

Just as he was about to be finished off. Myra, now as Aqualass saves Bart using the Trident and her aquatic abilities to defeat the pursuers. Bart is amazed to see her in action.

Aqualass: Want to free this planet? Want to show the Reach that you have no fear?

Aqualass extends her hand to help Bart up, he was hesitant at first. But wanting to end the invasion, Bart took her hand and stand up.

the Batfam know a lot of Flashes, really. I think Steph and Cass should get one. I think we need a girl Flash, some sort of nonbinary Superperson, some Spartan-based hero (the culture, not the codename), Aqualass, some kind of magic user twins a la the Wonder Twins, and a boy Arrow to hang out with them and form a teen team where Tim isn't allowed. the birds of predator or something
