Man what a crazy ride, we had so many obstacles to overcome on our way out here; two steps forward one step back the whole way. First we got denied entry at the border and had to go back and gather a bunch of documents after being photo’d and fingerprinted, luckily I have enough ties to Canada to prove that I am just visiting but it makes you feel like you are doing something wrong even if you just want to meet your partners family and see where they are from. It took us about 4 days to get here, some of those states felt like they never ended and we took such a weird route. We had no phone or WiFi so we downloaded some maps without realizing we had selected a ‘No Toll Route’ so we  got sent off on all these weird roads to nowhere, we saw nuclear power plants, military bases, drones, all kinds of weird shit… READ MORE

Added a little map token to my compass, guna have to start traveling over seas before I end up coloring all of north america red.

Found this treasure at an antique shop in Massachusetts, this compass is from the 1800s! Its practically as old as the country I am from!
