Stop ignoring your bodily signals that’s somethings not right. You get a bad stomach and need to run to the bathroom after the morning smoothie? It doesn’t agree with you. You get terrible anxiety and feel you need to perform on dates with the pretentious guy? He’s not your person. You feel shaky after the iced latte? It’s not for you sweetie. Your body is constantly sending signals, letting you know what feels good, and what doesn’t. Foods that don’t agree with you, people that cause you panic. Take inventory on what's causing dis-harmony in your life, and start editing ruthlessly. This is an act of self love. No more ignoring signs from your inner guidance system. Start heeding the call from your body. It’s speaking to you always.

Ohhhh my god saw a short recommended to me on YouTube of a woman talking about how she wears shapewear to make her daily outfits “fit” better and the comments were full of people saying “yes the point of these garments is to make you feel more confident! ☺️ Where can I get this piece?” And it made me want to scream like
If you need to hear this: shapewear should not be daily wear shapewear should not be daily wear you do not need these garments, they’re expensive and they can cause soreness / pain with longterm use, and if you see a video of a beautiful woman talking about how a specific garment from a specific company makes her feel Better and More Confident, she’s not your gal pal letting you in on a secret, she’s selling you a product. You don’t need a flat stomach, and no one has one anyway.
Advertising is getting sneakier and more insidious because younger people are becoming more resistant to traditional forms of advertising. When you see videos like this, ask yourself: is this person really more confident because they use this product? Or is this supposed to make me feel less confident in myself because I don’t?

CONFIDENCE: BODY IMAGE
I asked everyone on a poll a while ago what content you all wanted to see and a majority picked confidence.
DEFINE THE PROBLEM
figuring out why you feel so body conscious. this could be because of your negative environment, social media, etc...
after you figure out what is causing insecurities try to separate yourself from it. in some cases, this could be hard to do because the negative environment we may be in could be somewhere we have to be, like school or home.
if you are in an environment you are forced to be in, try and block out the negativity.
CONFIDENCE TIPS
no one is paying as much attention to as you think, most of the time everyone is worried about themselves.
if you look good you feel good, so dress in a way that makes you confident.
if you think about it, there is no suck thing as being "ugly", beauty is subjective, some things that isn't attractive for some may be attractive to others.
OTHERS OPINIONS DON'T MATTER
at the end of the day, you're the one who lives with yourself everyday. so don't let someone else change your view on yourself.
the beauty standard changes almost every ten years, curvy girls could be in this year but next year thinner girls are in. you don't need to worry about your body type all the time.
DO THINGS FOR THE RIGHT REASON
workout because you can, because your body allows you to. one day, you won't be able to. so if you spend your life only going to the gym to see a difference it will eventually mess up your mental health. going to the gym to see a different can be 1/4 of the reason but ultimately you should be going to better your health and because you can.
