i actually don't think so so here you go!

Logan is black, and his skin is a lighter shade than pattons'. his hair is brown, with very tight curls, and he's the tallest of them probably like 5'11 and like a Bear-ish body-type. Logan’s also trans but i dont have any current plans to focus on it he just. is. (funny side note Logan's superhero costume is covered in geometric patterns and there is an ongoing internet meme that the one near his neck/the middle of his chest looks like a tie; Edits of "professor quasar" photoshopped into classrooms are very popular)

Pattons also black, his hair is black and his skin very dark, his hairs got a looser curl than Logan's. about average height at around 5'8 and on the skinny/wirey side

the twins are Chinese, with medium-toned skin, black hair and brown eyes, theyre not exactly stacked but they both have a good amount of Muscles - Roman's hair is kinda swoopy and Remus's is v short to prevent Lab Accidents

Janus is white, in his Default Face he's got blonde hair and pretty average-white-folks skin but his actual body the hair has a green-ish cast and he's got a lot of chamelon-ish scales - his eyes are green. (another side note: Janus can change how tall he is but for reasons he has never figured out he is always just slightly shorter than the person he's trying to imitate, its one of the only ways people can consistently identify him as a fake.)

Virgil is also white and has straight brown hair and blue eyes, no one would guess he has super strength when they see him as a civilian because he's a short chubby guy who looks like an adorable cupcake. him and Janus are both Very Short

Sweeter Than Ice Cream

Summary: Virgil is feeling good about his body for once. Leave it to assholes to come along and ruin the feeling. Luckily his boyfriend is there to cheer him up.

Contains Thvi, mentioned Demus, mentioned Logicality, mentioned Rosleepmile, chubby trans Virgil, and mentions of bullying.

A/N: Alright the birthday fic is going up a bit late but who cares cause it's adorable. Really I just wanted something ridiculously sweet and comforting so here we are. And if people like it I can totally write more for this verse cause I already have tons of ideas.

"Hello handsome."

Virgil was getting his text books out of his locker when he felt a familiar pair of arms slide around his waist, a hand stopping to squeeze his round bottom before continuing on it's way. He smiled and turned around to greet their owner, giving his boyfriend a smile before he spoke. 

"Good morning to you too, beautiful." He wrapped his arms around Thomas' neck and him a kiss. "Glad you're here today, I was worried about you yesterday." 

Thomas gave an apologetic smile and pecked his nose before speaking. "I'm sorry Virge. I tried to text you, but I had a dentist's appointment yesterday." He flashed his freshly cleaned teeth in an exaggerated grin. "How are you today?" 

"Well let's see:", Virgil began to list off.", today is a friday, dad offered to make my lunch today which meant I got an extra half hour of sleep, I have leftover mac and cheese for lunch, today is a Friday, I'm having a sleepover with my amazing boyfriend tonight, and said boyfriend is holding me right now. So I'd say it's about as good as it gets. Not to mention I'm feeling more body confident than I have in months. How about you?"

Thomas smiled. "As perfect as possible. Especially now that I have you in my arms." He squeezed Virgil's sides gently. "And I'm glad you're feeling confident right now. You deserve to.", Thomas smiled at his boyfriend and took note of his clothing choice for today., "And you look great in what you're wearing, sweetheart. I mean you always look great, but you look adorable right now. I don't think I've seen you in something pastel since you got this."

Virgil blushed at the mention of his unusual outfit choice. While normally he wore baggy and dark clothes, not only to match his emo personality but to help deal with his insecurities about his weight and dysphoria, but today he'd felt confident and comfortable in his body and went with a different choice. He wore light purple overall shorts and a cute black top underneath along with knee high socks and purple chuck taylors. He'd finished off the look with a black heart choker and his usual makeup. He'd been excited to see Thomas' and his friends' reactions to him something so different from his usual style. 

"I liked how it looked on me and I wanted to wear it. Besides I thought it would be the perfect outfit for our sleepover tonight."  Virgil reluctantly pulled away from the hug to finish grabbing his textbooks, "I'm glad you like it. I was hoping you would." 

He felt arms wrap around him again and warm breath tickle his neck as Thomas leaned forward to whisper in his ear, "Well I like you in anything. Or nothing. Especially in nothing at all." He pressed a kiss behind Virgil's ear. 

Virgil held back a groan before shutting his locker and turning around. "You can't just say that when we have 10 minutes til class." 

"Fine. I'll tell you tonight while your parents are out. For now I'll ask you about the homework from yesterday." The pair made their way down the hallway to their first class.

If Thomas had to pick a favorite part of school days it would have to be lunch. Not only because it served as a break between classes or because it was when he could finally eat, but because he shared a lunch period with his boyfriend. He got a solid half hour everyday to just sit with Virgil and spend time together. It was nice. 

Of course it would be nice if he hadn't drank an entire water bottle during his last period and was now rushing to the bathroom. He'd gotten lucky that the one closest to the cafeteria was empty and he didn't have to search for one. 

At least, he thought it was empty. Until he heard a sob coming from one of the stalls behind while he washed his hands. Thomad froze at the sound. He really should be meeting Virgil for lunch. But what if someone was hurt? What if they needed help? Fuck it, he thought, it couldn't hurt to ask if they're ok. 

"Hey?" He called. "Are you ok? Do you need me to get the nurse or something? It's my lunch period so I have the time." 

He heard a gasp and some movement before a familiar voice spoke. "Thomas?" 

Virgil. Shit. What could have happened in the time that they had been apart? Thomas rushed over to the stall and opened it to see his boyfriend curled up in a corner looking at him. His hurt beat painfully when he saw his black eye and bloody nose that Virgil was pressing toilet paper to. He felt a hot rush of anger when he saw that half of his face appeared to be covered in what looked like cake. 

Thomas grimaced and got up to wet some paper towels before setting to work with cleaning Virgil's face. Afterwards he pressed some more toilet paper to his bloody nose and sighed. "What happened?" 

Virgil kept his eyes down. "The usual shit. I went to use the bathroom and was ambushed. They said that they felt uncomfortable with me using the same bathrooms as them. That I'd probably try to force them to be gay. That freaks like me shouldn't be allowed in the school period. After that they beat the shit out of me." Virgil gestured to his bruised face. "And then they…. They brought a piece of cake with them. Said a whale like me would probably love it. And they shoved it in my face."

Thomas felt molten hot anger wash through him but pushed it aside for now. Virgil needed him. He stood up and pulled his boyfriend up with him. "Come on, Stormcloud.

"Where are we going?"

"Well first we're going to stop by Holy Cow's and get sundaes because you deserve something as sweet as you are. Then we're going to go to your place and call your dads to tell them what happened. And then we can cuddle and begin our sleepover early." 

Virgil raised an eyebrow at him. "And what about class? You've already missed yesterday." 

Thomas shrugged and held Virgil's hand as they left the bathroom. "I'll tell your uncle what happened and ask him to get our homework for us." Thomas knew that Virgil's uncle, the school drama teacher, Roman would be fine with it. He'd probably claim that what happened to his nephew was a huge offense and demand to know who did it. 

They signed themselves out for the day and got into Thomas' car. He made sure to send a text to Roman explaining what happened and asking him to get their homework for them. He received an almost immediate response saying of course and that he would be by after school with it and then they could tell him who it was. 

First stop was ice cream. Virgil ended up dozing in the car and Thomas didn't have the heart to wake him so he just went in by himself. Besides it wasn't like he didn't know Virgil's favorite sundae. His boyfriend was a chocolate lover from way back.

He smiled as he entered the shop. Some of his favorite memories were here. Coming here as a kid when he got a good grade, his dads taking him here on his birthday. He even went here with Virgil on their first date. He still remembered how nervous Virgil had been to eat anything around him at the time. It had taken forever to assure V that his weight was fine. It could still be a struggle, with Virgil's confidence fluctuating. But Thomas would never stop showing him how amazing and beautiful he was. 

Thomas shook off those thoughts and gave a wave to Remy, the shop's owner. Thomas looked at the menu vaguely even though him and Virgil always got the same thing. 

"Girl, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in school?" 

Thomas shrugged and gestured out to his car. "Virgil got beat up by some assholes so I'm taking him to get ice cream as a treat." 

 Remy crossed his arms and smirked, "Mmmhmmm. So where is my favorite customer?" 

Thomas gave a pretend shocked gasp, "I've been coming here as long as Virgil has." 

"Like I said he's my favorite customer.", Remy grabbed two styrofoam bowls, "The usual for both of you?" 

Thomas snorted and nodded, "Yep. He fell asleep in the car and I didn't want to wake him. So just me today.", Remy nodded and began making Thomas' birthday cake sundae and Virgil's chocolate brownie s'more sundae. 

"Well because this is comfort ice cream I'm giving you each an extra scoop. And it's on the house." Thomas went to object but Remy cut him off, "Hun, last time you were here you tipped twenty bucks. And the time before that you tipped ten. You've got some free ice cream points saved up. Enjoy it." 

Thomas sighed and put his wallet away before smiling, "Thank you. I figured this would be a good way to cheer him up. Worst part was he was feeling confident today too. I was so excited for him." 

Remy grimaced and went to roast two marshmallows for the ice cream in question, "That's how life is sometimes. You're feeling great and it kicks you where it hurts. But you just gotta be there for him now and hope his confidence stays up. And if not, be a confidence booster.", He finished off the sundaes with some hot fudge and caramel on Virgil's and rainbow sprinkles and cake crumbles on Thomas', topping both with whipped cream. 

Thomas nodded and took the ice cream gratefully, "Thank you. I'm sure Roman will tell you and Emile all the details later tonight.", With that he went back to the car and drove to Virgil's house.

Virgil awoke to Thomas kissing his cheek and saying that they had to get out of the car. He blinked groggily before wincing at the feeling of his bruised eye and got up slowly., "Did you message my parents?", He asked through a yawn. 

Thomas nodded and picked up the ice cream containers before answering, "Yep. Remus is working late tonight at the hospital but Janus should be home at 5 and he said he'd get take out. And he wanted to talk about what happened." 

Virgil nodded and got out his key before letting them both in. He went to go to the kitchen but was stopped by Thomas who guided him to the living room. 

"What are you doing?" 

Virgil gestured to his eye., "I'm going to get some ice and painkillers." 

Thomas nodded and got up. "I'll do that. You sit and relax.", He was handed a cold styrofoam bowl. "Here's your sundae. I got your usual." Virgil smiled and Thomas headed into the kitchen. 

Virgil stared at the sundae on his lap hesitantly. Sure, it sounded great after the day he had, but did he really need it? He was fat enough as is without it. He could still hear those asshole's jeers in the restroom, calling him a whale and laughing when he fell. 

Before he could do anything though, Thomas came back and was handing him a water bottle and some painkillers and pressing some ice to his eye. Virgil gladly took several large drinks of water and went back to looking at the ice cream nervously. 

"Hey." Virgil looked at Thomas to see him giving him a concerned look.  "Whatever those assholes said about you… None of it is true. You're amazing and beautiful and your weight is fine. You deserve some ice cream after the day you've had."

Virgil winced internally. Dammit. He hadn't meant for Thomas to know how he was feeling. But that's just how Thomas was sometimes. He could take one look at Virgil and was able to figure out exactly what was bothering him and made it his mission to make him feel better. "It's just… Sometimes I think I would get so much of the bullying if I was thinner, y'know. And maybe I deserve it, cause I could probably do more to try to lose the weight. Like I could go on another diet-" 

"Like when you ended up passing out in gym class because you were malnourished?" Thomas interrupted him. Before Virgil could say anything else Thomas was pulling him onto his lap. He tried to do his best to not put any weight on him but Thomas wasn't having it. Virgil found himself tucked snugly in his boyfriends arms. "Babe you eat healthy and are decently active. And your doctor has said you're healthy even with your weight. I know firsthand that it can be hard to love yourself, but please… Never listen to those assholes. And if you're feeling insecure come to me. I'll always be willing to reassure you." 

Virgil was blushing and Thomas kissed each of his full, red cheeks. "Now I think we have some well earned ice cream and feel good movies waiting for us." Virgil nodded and snorted as Thomas put on Hairspray. 

He leaned up to kiss his boyfriend and took a bite of ice cream, moaning at the taste. "I love you." 

Thomas laughed and kissed Virgil back before grabbing his sundae as well.  "I can't tell if you're talking to me of the ice cream but I love you too." 

Virgil smiled and hummed along to the opening number and took another bite before speaking. "Both. I love ice cream because it's delicious and I love you because you're easily one of the best things to ever happen to me."

Thomas smiled and took a bite of ice cream and kissing him. Virgil could taste frosting and bits of vanilla cupcake on his lips. By the time they pulled away they were both breathing heavily. Virgil pressed several quick kisses on Thomas' face. And smiled. "I love you. So much." 

Thomas only responded by kissing him again with just as much intensity as before. Virgil smiled when Thomas finally pulled away and whispered. "I love you. I… I was going to give this you tonight, I figured that it would be the perfect time. And it still is of course I wanted you to be happier when I did it but… Will you go steady with me?" He held out a silver ring with a purple heart shaped gem. 

Virgil looked at him with a mixture of shock and happiness. "Really?" 

Thomas rubbed the back of his neck and gave an anxious smile. "Yeah. I know it's old fashioned but I thought it would be cute. I was talking to my grandpa about it and he said that going steady was supposed to be a promise that you wanted to spend forever together even if you weren't married yet. Of course back then people got married right out of high school. But I thought that that meaning was perfect for us. I want to spend forever with you, and obviously neither of us are ready for marriage." 

Virgil smiled and nodded rapidly at his boyfriend. "Of course. I'd love to go steady with you." Thomas put the ring on his finger and kissed his hand. "It's beautiful."

Thomas smiled. "I got it down at my cousin's shop. I thought it was perfect for you. And now that I'm seeing it I'm happy to report that I was right." 

Virgil smiled and made a mental note to go see Toby this weekend and pick out an equally beautiful ring for Thomas. For now however, he had a boyfriend to snuggle and movies to watch. He pulled Thomas closer and pressed several kisses before burrowing his face in his neck. 

By the time Janus, Roman, and Remus all burst in at once, the pair were asleep, the credits to the movie rolling unnoticed.

Please, Don’t Ever Leave Me

This is a happy birthday fanfic for @layschips12. Sorry that’s it’s late, I hope you like it.

Pairings: Analogical, Background Roceit, Background Queerplatonic Intruality

Warnings: Depression, Anxiety, Bullying, Self Deprecation, Minor Panic Attack,  Cursing, The Rest is Fluff.

This fanfic includes: Nb!Logan, Trans!Roman, Neopronouns!Janus (Ve/ver)

Word Count: 2,535

Virgil and Logan have known one another since they were 2. They met since their parents were friends with one another; they quickly became friends. They practically grew up together. 

They were always there for one another. Virgil always helped Logan when they were stressed out, overwhelmed, having trouble with their emotions, forgetting to care for themselve, or struggling to be productive. He was there for Logan when in they’re last year of middle school, Logan was diagnosed with Major Depression.

Logan also tried their best to be there for Virgil. They stood up for him when others tried to pick on him. They helped him when he was having family issue. They helped Virgil when he had to go to crowded places or when he was scared/panicking. They were there for Virgil when he was diagnosed with Social Anxiety in their first year of high school.

Of course, when they couldn’t be there for one another they had their other friends to check on them.

They met Roman in 4th grade. Logan and Virgil where walking down the hall when they saw a group of 5-7 kids gather around a specific spot. At first they didn’t think anything of it, but when they got closer and heard someone crying; they quickly stopped walking. They turned to see that these kids were all making fun of a younger looking girl on the floor. 

This small girl was a black haired Asian kid with dark brown eyes. Light freckles were peppered all along her warm ivory skin. She was relatively short and despite her skinny structure, you can tell she did some sort of exercise. 

The second they realized that this group of kids were bullying this younger kid, they quickly intervened. However, they didn’t became friends with her until a couple week later, when the three of them were put in a group project together. A few years later they found out that Roman, was actually a transboy. 

They met Remus at a sleepover in Roman’s house shortly after. However, for the longest time the two of them weren’t really close to Remus since despite being twins, Roman and Remus didn’t go to the same school. Due to Remus’ poor behavior he was put in a special school for difficult kids. They became a lot closer in college since Virgil and him ended up going to the same school.

Patton joined their little group in 6th grade when he transferred to their school half way through the school year. Patton was a tall, chubby, mexican kid with curly brown hair and hazel eyes. He was a huge social butterfly so he tried making friends with everyone. At first, Virgil didn’t like Patton one bit. But that changed when Patton helped him through an anxiety attack. 

Finally, there was Janus who joined the group when ve started dating Roman. The two began to date in their junior year of High school. At first, ve didn’t really get along with the others but ve eventually got close to them.

Virgil began to have a crush on Logan in middle school. He loved how they were always so smart, kind, passionate, and understanding. He knew that no matter how much they were struggling, Logan would always be there for him. Sadly though, due to his Anxiety, he was afraid to act on these feelings. He didn’t want to lose his friendship with them, so he ignored them.

Of course, it wasn’t easy though. Apparently his little crush was very obvious since the others constantly teased him about it. They also claimed that Loan liked him back but he was hesitant to believe them.

So despite how much they pushed him to do it, Virgil refused to confess. But that only encouraged the others to try a different strategy. 

Instead of trying to convince Virgil to confess, they would convince Logan. Thankfully for the group, after a few weeks of bothering them, they caved.

Roman, the self proclaimed love expert help set up the date. He had chosen a Saturday fall evening for Logan to confess on, since he claimed that it was the perfect weather and scenery. He told Logan the plan they had to follow for the day and send them off.

Logan walked to Virgil’s college dorm and knocked on the door. They were wearing a black suit with a blue shirt underneath and a blue tie. 

Remus opens the door and smirks, “Virgin, your lover is here,” he calls out.

“Yeah, yeah, I know. No one else who visits us knocks!” Virgil walks to the door and blushes when he sees Logan.

Logan blushes as well. Virgil was wearing a a dark purple suit with a black shirt underneath and a black tie with a spider web design on it. 

“Are you guys going to leave or are you just going to continue eye fucking one another?” Remus loudly cuts through their moment.

They both turn bright red and Virgil punches Remus in the arm, “Shut it! We’re going!”

Remus laughs as Virgil walks out of the dorm, taking Logan’s hand.

“I’ll be back later.”

“Okay Emo!” Remus waves before closing the door. 

The date was going amazing. They started by going to watch a scary movie that had recently came out since Virgil wanted to watch it for a while now. Once the movie was over they took a walk in the park before eating at Virgil’s favorite restaurant. They ate some food and by the time they left it was dark outside.

“Today’s been amazing Lo. Thanks for taking me out.”

They nod, “Of course Virge. Before we go home can we go to one last place?”

“Sure,” Virgil smiles more, “Where do you wanna go?”

“I’m sorry but I’m going to have to retain that information from you. I want it to be a surprise. Also it’s want to not wanna.”

Virgil laughs, “Alright, alright. Lead the way then.”

“Close your eyes.” They say with a soft smile

Virgil chuckles, “Alright then,” He closes his eyes

They begin to lead him to the last destination of their date. The place where they will confess.

“We’re here.” They say softly as they come to a stop.

Virgil slowly opens his eyes and he lets out a gasps. They were on top of a hill. On the hill were tons of beautiful flowers. What was the most breathtaking though, was the view of the night sky. You could see thousands of stars and the beautiful full moon.

Logan had to admit that Roman’s decision to take Virgil here was adequate and ingenious. 

“Wow.” Virgil mumbles, dazed from the beauty in front of him.

Logan chuckles softly, “Do you like it? It’s beautiful, right?

He nods, “Yeah, I love it. Thanks for bringing me here Lo.”

Logan smiles softly, “Of course,” They take a deep breath, “I, actually brought you here so that I can tell you something.”

A sudden wave of anxiety hits Virgil. Endless worst case scenarios and toxic thoughts fill his head. Before he knows it, he’s hyperventilating and shaking. Tears blur his visions and he can’t even look at Logan.

Logan frowns softly and gently cups his lover’s cheek.

“Virgil, can you hear me?”

A small nods accompanied by heavy breathing and sobs is the answer they get but it was more then enough for them.

“Alright good. It’s okay, everything’s okay. Just focus on me, clear you head and breath. I’ve got you.”

They spoke in a soft calming voice, one that made Virgil’s head clear up a bit almost immediately. Logan holds him close, whispering sweet nothings in his ear and running him through a breathing exercise. 

Eventually they manage to calm him down.

“S-sorry.... I didn’t mean to interrupt you like that...” Virgil mumbles quietly and ashamedly.

Logan shakes their head, “It’s okay Vee. You don’t have to apologize.”

“Okay,” Virgil caves quickly, “Well, what were you gonna say?”‘

Logan takes a deep breath before gently letting go of Virgil. They stand in font of him and holds his hands.

“Virgil, we’ve been friends for 17 years now and I cherish our friendship so much. However, I can’t help but be unsatisfied with our current relationship statues.”

A blush dusts Virgil’s cheeks, “What do you mean?”

They take a deep breath before continuing, “I have romantic feelings towards you Virgil. I have for a while and I was wondering if you would accept me as your romantic partner.”

For a second, Virgil can feel his stomach fill with butterflies and his heart pound out of his chest. He stays quiet for a few seconds, trying to make sure that what he just heard was real.

Once his brain fully comprehends the situation he threw himself into Logan’s arms and started crying.

“Yes! YES YES YES YES YES! A million times yes!”

Logan held him close and laughed, blushing and tearing up a bit, making a mental note to thank Roman tomorrow.

Logan and Virgil stayed together for the rest of college. They eventually moved in together when they were both 23 and they were happy. Yes, they had their arguments here and there but it never got too serious. They had a nice healthy relationship. They continued talking to their group of friends and life was well.

Virgil is now 27 and Logan is 28. He woke up in the morning to find that his significant other wasn’t there. He was a bit shocked but just assumed that they went off to work earlier like they did sometimes. He got up and started off his day. 

He got a knock on his door at 12:00 which surprised him since he didn’t remember inviting anyone over. He gets up and walks to the door, opening it to see Remus and Patton.

“Oh, hey guys. What are you two doing here?” He asks, pleasantly surprised. 

“We’re here to hang out with you emo!!” Remus announces loudly.

Patton laughs softly, “Yup!! Sorry for the suddenness but I got a day off work and Rem wanted to come visit you!”

Patton and Remus have been in a gueerplatonic relationship for a while now. They moved in together right next door to Roman and Janus, mostly cause the twins wanted to stay close to one another.

“It’s alright, but can I ask why?”

Remus lets himself in, dragging Patton in with him, “Cause we want to Virgin!”

“I hate that nickname,’ Virgil mumbles as he closes the door.

The day was going amazing. The three of them played some games, baked cookies, made lunch, watch some dramas, and even painted each others nails. It was 7 p.m when Remus received a message. He checked his pohne and then smiled brightly.

“Hey, Mr.Sunshine,” Remus called to Virgil.

“What?” Virgil turns to him.

“Let’s go out somewhere real quick.”

Virgil checks the time, “But it’s pretty late and besides I have to call Logan, he should have been home by now”

“Kiddo, come on! It’ll be quick! Besides, I’m pretty sure Logan is fine, he’s probably just decided to work a bit overtime.”

He thinks for a bit before giving in, “Fine. Who’s car are we taking?”

“Mine!” Remus says, taking out his keys, “Let’s go!”

They walk out of the house and get into Remus’ car.

The whole car ride Remus and Patton avoid any questions Virgil has, which infuriates the clueless kid.

They park in a parking lot near a hill that Virgil immediately recognized. 

“Why are we here?” He asks cautious.

Remus stops the car and gets out, “Please just follow us. Everything will be explained soon.”

Patton also gets out and holds out a hand for Virgil. He hesitantly takes it and lets himself be taken out of the car and led to the hill.

When they make it to the top they stop walking.

“Hey, kiddo, we’re gonna go get something real quick, can you stay here?”

Virgil starts to fidget with his sleeve getting more and more anxious by the second.

“S-sure...” He mutters out weakly.

They both smile at him softly and reassuringly before walking off in the direction of the car.

To try and stay calm, Virgil looks at the starts, taking shaky deep breaths and continuing to fidget.

Minutes that feel like hours pass before suddenly, footsteps start approaching Virgil from behind. He immediately tuns around, alarmed. But to his surprise, he it’s Logan. They're wearing a nice suit, one that looks like Janus’ mom made. After all, such an intricate Victorian design can only come from the best designer in town.

As soon as Virgil recognizes Logan he calms down, blushing at how wonderful they look. 

“Hey, love. You scared me,” Virgil says with a soft smile.

They return the smile, “Sorry, dearest. I actually have a question for you.”

“Oh? What is it?” Virgil suddenly feels anxious all over again. Afraid that they want to break up with him.

They take a deep breath and take out a small box from their pocket before getting down on one knee.

“You're the sun in my shine, The spark in my plug, The heart to my beat, The day to my night, The twinkle in my eye, The hot to my spicy, The yin to my yang, The soul to my mate.Need I say more? Now all I want to hear from you, Is to say, "I do."

“Virgil, will you marry me?”

Virgil can’t believe his eyes or ears. It this real? It has to be. He’s crying. He can feel the wind through his hair and the ground below his feet. He can see the stars light up the sky and the moon shine down on them. He could hear the quite clamor of the animals around them.

He nods, “YES!”

Now they’re both crying. Logan puts the ring on Virgil before standing up. They share a warm hug and a perfect kiss. 

They stand there in each other's arms. 

“Please, don’t ever leave me,” Virgil mumbles into Logan’s chest. 

“I won’t. I promise,” Logan whispers softly, kissing his lover’s head gently.

Suddenly a loud cheer comes from a tree near them.

“IT WORKED! CONGRATS YOU TWO!” Roman rushed out from behind the tree, smiling brightly.

Logan gently lets go of Virgil and turns to their friend, “I THOUGHT WE AGREED THAT YOU WOULD WAIT BACK IN THE HOUSE!”

The other sighs, “I know! But I couldn’t help myself!” He whines.

Janus suddenly comes out as well and grabs vis’ husbands hand.

“Sorry about him. I tried to hold him back but he somehow managed to escape my grip,” Ver explains, trying to tug Roman back to where they were before.

VIrgil sighs fondly, “It’s alright Jan. Anyway, are the others here too?”

Roman nods excitedly, “Yup! Rem! Pat! You two can come out!”

The two of them do so

“Hey, congrats Kiddos! I’m happy for you guys!” Patton says cheerfully.

The two of them blush and thank him.

“Welp! Let’s go home! We have a party to start!” The twins say at the same time. 

And with that, they start making their way to Roman’s and Janus’ house.

More Florist/Tattoo Artist AU Headcanons

I want to talk about this more. So, for the characters themselves:

 Patton is a white, cis man and gay, has sleeve tattoos, many covering his back and a few on his feet and calves

He is about 6 feet tall, has a strong built, a little gut and somehow never manages to be clean shaven, even after he shaves

Patton comes from a very religious Christian background, but his parents cut off all ties with their community, as the little twelve-year-old tried to ran away one Sunday evening after church, because he could never be a good son because he liked guys

His mother died when he was nineteen and that threw him in a depression, where he also started cutting

He dropped out of college, started therapy and became a tattoo artist, which eventually led him to the little town they’re all in today

The others are under the cut because this got too long, sorry^^

 Logan is a trans man and gay, he is not sure what ethnic group his parents exactly belonged to (some mixture from the middle east and east Europe (probably Poland and Czech Republic), both had been born in the US)

He is 5’ 4’’ tall, has a slim build and often wears shirts which make him look a little boxier, (also, he cannot grow a beard which he despises despite not even wanting to have facial hair)

His parents and older sister were rather uncaring when he came out as trans and he eventually just cut ties with them when he went off to university with a scholarship. There he worked hard and eventually financed himself to get gender therapy and along the way top surgery

He has not talked to his family in years, but found out over an old friend of his that his parents had passed away which left him with mixed feelings

 Janus is a black, cis man and gay, has a big birthmark under his left eye and a strong limp on his left leg from a badly healed broken leg, when he fell out of a window back when he was around eight

He is 5’ 8’’ tall, some fat rolls on his hips and has started to go bald, which he covers with a bowler hat

He is the youngest of at least nine siblings (I haven’t decided yet) and his oldest sister had a kid around the time when he was stuck at hospital with his broken leg

His family lives several generations under one roof and the little baby boy of his sister was often brought to him when he had to stay inside and rest his leg after the accident

He often played and cared for him and as they grew up, Janus became more and more of his care figure until Virgil finally asked him to help him open a pet store/rescue after which Janus became Virgil’s business partner

He always loved jazz and theatre and got a saxophone when he was around ten and plays it ever since

He’s pretty talented, practices often and loves it and if it was not for the harsh music industry, he might have considered a career as a saxophonist

But he is happy in the pet store, supporting his nephew and playing in a bar every Friday and playing in a local theatre group

 Virgil is also black, not certain of what gender is but runs with he/him for the time being, doesn’t get behind sexuality either (might be aspec) but is very certain he’s aromantic

He takes after his father and is 6’ 6’’ tall, lanky and is quite fit because he jogs regularly

He early on had problems with social anxiety

First, his family had trouble understanding this, since he behaved just like the other kids at home and had no trouble talking and playing with his cousins or aunts and uncles

When his grandmother then witnessed him having a panic attack when he was twelve in a grocery store after being unable to answer the retail worker if he wanted a bag for the groceries, her attitude changed immediately and she had the whole family help him out

(Btw Virgil’s grandmother/Janus’s mother is awesome)

He didn’t go to college but volunteered at an animal rescue for a year

After that he brought up the idea of opening a pet store to his grandmother and somehow the family started looking around for a space for Virgil to start and help him getting the money to start up

Through the whole part he had always had Janus to his side and he is very glad that he didn’t have to move into a new place without anybody he knew

 Remus is an American-Mexican, cis man, polyamorous and pansexual, and somehow everybody thinks he is older than he actually is

He’s 6’ 1’’ and rather slim and most of the time is a little paler than looks healthy

He has a collection of beanies; the orange one he always wears in the shop and actually likes having quite a colourful closet, and once dreamt of becoming a fashion designer

He has lost part of his hearing in a car accident he and Roman had when they were 17

They had run away, because they had come out as queer, which their parents did not approve of

After the hospital stay, they were brought to a foster family and decided after they turned 18 to both take an apprenticeship as florists

Flowers and gardening were always a passion of Remus and it helped him to work with plants to feel less isolated

When they were finished the apprenticeship, they got a van, in which they lived and sold flowers and bouquets from for some months until they managed to get a room from which they could start a business

They did this for a few years, while getting more and more a hang of how to live alone and make their business work, so they could afford a better store and location

During all of it Remus has a lot of intrusive as well as suicidal thoughts

 Roman is Mexican-American, possibly a nonbinary man (he’s not quite sure), and gay

He’s 6’ 1’’ and a little chubby as he is the one in charge of cooking and tends to stress eat after many years of not having enough food at hand

People always find him charming and he is a great salesman and huge flirt (which will be Janus’s demise)

He loves theatre and singing and always hoped he could get to Broadway but let his dreams wait after the accident where he decided to stick to his brother and make a career as a florist

He likes the job well but is not truly fulfilled with it which he denies constantly

He is rather co-dependent on Remus and keeps on smiling and working to get both of them to a better place, not really taking care of himself

He was the driver when they had the accident and despite that Roman still finds driving very calming and when everything gets too much will enter his car and just be gone for a while driving around

He does not touch his handy during driving and will have it on silent on the back seat

“Might As Well” AU - Logan Edition

HEYYYY so I wrote more for this AU lol. Just the characters backstories - and I figured today was a perfect day to post Logan’s! Most of it is below the cut, and you can find the Main AU for this on my blog under “My Writing”

Let’s Learn About Logan

Logan Wright

ADHD boyo

Logan is a trans-male and homosexual

Unfortunately for a long time, his attraction toward men made him dysphoric, as it was something he used a lot to gate-keep himself when he was repressed

I.e. “I like men, therefore I must be a girl” or “I know I’m not gay, so that means I must not be a man” and the general toxic thinking of one raised to be homophobic

So he didn’t date anyone for a long time, especially during his transition (legal - body dysphoria is actually something Logan doesn’t really struggle with.) 

he moved to Florida (or wherever the story takes place) after changing his legal name and gender and would probably be living stealth if he’d gotten any surgeries done, which he doesn’t plan on. 

And honestly, he has a vibe (think the serial killer resting face) that makes people just Not Mess With Him

Is short for a guy, but not actually short.

Just looks shorter because he is a handsome chubby babey

Always wanted to be a science teacher, even through all his troubles with gender identity and stuffs it was always something he wanted to do, and he’s very proud that he managed to become a teacher

His family is not supportive at all

He doesn’t talk to them and he hasn’t since he came out

Generally, very confident in himself but sometimes social dysphoria kills him even though he’s almost completely socially transitioned - strangers misgendering him is the worst thing

Roman and Dee are always quick to correct or defend him though which helps

One reason he didn’t want to approach Dee first was because of his fear of romantic relationships leftover from being repressed/transphobic of himself

But Dee and Roman have never given him any reason to feel invalid about any part of his identity

He knows Virgil and Patton from college

They helped him out so much through the legal transition and they’re really his only friends until he meets Dee and Roman

Which is why him meeting them was so good because Patton and Virgil had moved away a year before because of work

And why they were the only people Logan wanted to introduce Roman and Dee to

They’re basically his brothers 

So them moving back was great and they were amazed at how happy he was with Dee and Roman

But that’s a story for another time

Logan frequently doubts himself and his place in their relationship, especially if it's a period of time where they’re not constantly together, or if it's been busy

He gets very quiet at these times

Dee and Roman eventually realize that’s what’s going on

So whenever their nerd isn’t talking

They become a bit more extra with him (not to the extremes they are with each other of course)

Logan is just very secretly insecure and manages it well

Because he can usually calm his own fears

Reciting facts and science and things to himself when he starts to doubt himself

So like he’s really NOT insecure but at the same time he totally IS

Roman and Dee’s chaos is such a welcome relief for him when he meets them

Because he’s forced his life to be scheduled and exact because he has to PROVE that he’s not wrong and he has to PROVE that he can live life the same way any other person could

And Roman and Dee

Don’t

They don’t care

Or they seem like they don’t care

And Logan really needs that

So he loves talking about poetry and writing with Roman

And he loves talking about philosophy and psychology with Dee

And talking about theater and Shakespeare with both of them

And when Dee and Roman decide he’s the best hugger of the three of them, he gets all flustered because ????? The BEST??? Hugger??? He never hugged anyone for years before he met them and they started dating 

And sometimes he hugs that tight because he gets so afraid of losing them

And sometimes he hugs that gently because he gets so worried they won’t like him anymore

But they like the hugs

They like all the hugs???

And hugs can be a bitch with dysphoria sometimes but Logan just loves to hug his boyfriends

He just loves his boyfriends

And maybe he asks them once if THEY want him to medically transition

And Roman and Dee just go very quiet (they were arguing about food at the moment)

Neither of them knows what to say

And Logan doesn’t know what their silence means

And he starts to panic

But then Dee just whispers 

“I want you to do what you want to do”

And Logan starts crying

And then they freak out because 

HOLY SHIT LOGAN IS CRYING WE FUCKED UP WHAT HAPPENED

And eventually, they manage to have the conversation they need to have

“No Logan, we love you for who you are. You are a man, and we love you. If you want to medically transition, you can. If you don’t want to, then you don’t have to.”

Roman demands to know if someone said something to him that made him think they wanted that

No one did

It was just Logan’s inner demons

Roman nods but he still looks like he wants to yeet someone off a bridge

He does not

Thankfully

And Logan tells them a bit about his family

A bit about how terrified he’s always been of being anything but what he’s supposed to be

And of course, they just comfort him and try not to make anything worse on accident

And he’s so scared that they’ll change how they interact with him after learning all that

But they DON’T

Because he’s still LOGAN

And they treat him like LOGAN their BOYFRIEND and nothing else

And he loves them so much it freaking hurts

He loves that they’ll always listen when he infodumps

That Dee will force him to drink water when he hyper focuses on something

And sure his mind might still fight him a lot but 

He’s okay

And Logan really likes being okay

Even if that comes with two loud and obnoxious boyfriends

Because he might not like loud things

And he might not like obnoxious things

But he loves them and he loves their loudness and their obnoxiousness

And that’s all that really matters.

”How can they hear the truth above the roar?”

Gray really loved its boyfriend. How can it not, when it caught him doing shit like this while he baked in the kitchen?

”Throw ‘em a fake and a finagle-”

With a muffled snicker, Vi leaned against the doorway to the kitchen so it could watch Janus while he sang.

Honestly, you’d think Janus would be more on guard with the way he refused to sing whenever someone (primarily Patton) asked. But now here he was, hat on the dining table and using a bowl that was definitely not clean in place of it.

It was going to have to talk him into a shower while the cookies were baking, wasn’t it? God, its boyfriend was a dork.

“You’re getting batter in your hair,” it said, barking out a laugh when Janus startled and dropped the bowl onto his head, whipping around to look at Virge without taking it off first.

“Gray! I’ve told you before not to sneak up on me!” Janus hissed, lifting the bowl to look at it with a glare he clearly didn’t really mean, judging by the smile he was trying to fight back.

“Jay! You also are a pain in the ass to get singing and I like hearing your voice!” Gray responded, laughter in its voice as it moved away from the door frame so it could press a kiss to Janus’ cheek.

“Shut up,” Janus muttered, flustered by Gray’s compliment and now red faced.

Vi just grinned at him, pecked his nose, then snatched the bowl from his hands so it could put it in the sink.

“I will do no such thing. Me? Be quiet? Do you even really know me?”

Janus huffed, crossing his arms and pouting at Gray’s back.

“You live to tease me. Can I not just enjoy my music?”

Vi paused in putting more dirty dishes in the sink to look at Janus with a raised eyebrow, not saying anything to emphasize the lack of music playing.

Its boyfriend’s blush increased twofold, and Vi let out a snort before turning back to cleaning up what Janus didn’t need anymore.

“You can always razzle dazzle me, Jay,” it teased, turning the water on to rinse off its hands.

It was not expecting Janus to snake his arms around its waist and rest his chin on its shoulder. Even less expecting the gentle squeeze of its belly fat.

“Oh you want me to dazzle you?” he purred into its ear.

“Oh-kay, back up, I am not allo enough for this today,” it said, face red as Janus easily backed away from it with a soft huff of laughter.

“Ace day then, I understand. I’ll at least get to spoil you with the cookies then. I made them double chocolate for you.”

Virge turned off the water and shook out its hands before turning to narrow its eyes at Janus, wiping its hands on its pants.

“You want something,” it said, knowing exactly how its boyfriend worked.

Janus let out a gasp that was so painfully fake Virge was narrowing its eyes at him even further.

“Whatever could I have done to make you believe that? I can’t believe this, my boyfriend, my life partner would think so lowly of me!”

“Okay stop yaking with your bullshit offense, what do you want?” it asked, crossing its arms over its chest.

Huffing, Janus leaned against one of the counters, undoubtedly getting flour all over his ass.

“I was wondering if… you’d be willing to go to the pool party Roman invited me to tomorrow.”

Gray furrowed its brows in confusion, trying to think of who Roman was before realization dawned.

“Isn’t Roman the coworker you’ve been crushing on and trying to see if fae were polyam?” It asked, getting its answer when Janus flushed again and looked away.

“Yes?”

“Why do you want your boyfriend to join you? I thought that was Roman asking you on a date?”

Janus sighed, running his fingers through his hair and wincing at the batter that stuck to his fingers.

“Because I’m not entirely comfortable with my body just yet and having you, big and beautiful and confident in yourself, there with me might help me be more confident with all of my stretch marks and freckles,” he explained, dropping his hand to the counter next to him.

Gray hummed, understanding the dilemma. It used to need Remus with it whenever it wasn’t feeling particularly confident because they radiated confidence at all times.

“Yeah I can go with you. I wanna show off my big and beautiful anyway, I’ll just make you and everyone else gay in the process.”

Janus looked at it, and it could see how grateful he was.

“Don’t wear the black one piece, you’ll steal Roman from me before I even have a chance.”

It laughed, then gave Janus a sly look.

“I won’t. I bought a new swimsuit with Pat and Remus a few days ago.”

Janus blinked, then groaned.

“God damn it, you’ll razzle dazzle everyone before we even get in the pool.”

Gray laughed again, leaving the kitchen with a half-hearted reminder to take a shower tossed over its shoulder.

It really loved its boyfriend.

Okay!

Roman and Remus are Latino. They are not identical twins but fraternal. Remus is a trans male and is about 5′5″ while Roman is cis male and is around 6′1″. Roman’s hair is brown while Remus’ is more black. Roman’s is long and he keeps it in a man bun. Remus’ is just like it is in canon. They both had green eyes. They’re both lean and muscular.

Deceit is African American and had vitiligo. She is genderfluid and amab. He is about 5′6″ with black curly hair and brown eyes. She has a slightly chubby body and she loves it.

Patton is caucasian and is 5′7″. They are nonbinary and afab. They have short curly blond hair with blue bangs, freckles everywhere, blue eyes, and a chubby built.

Logan is Asian American and a cis male. He has black hair that he always slicks back, a pale complexion, cool blue eyes, and a thin built. He’s 6″. 

Virgil is Indian and is 5′4″ and a cis male. He has wavey brown hair, brown eyes, a mole under his left eye. He’s very lean with muscles.

The Dark Sides wear their school uniforms while the Light Sides wear their canon outfits, though Patton wears dresses a lot. Roman usually wears jeans, a white shirt, and a red sash.

A Wrinkle in Time AU

yes, i made a new au. yes, i’m planning to write this as a full au. sue me. i jump from thing to think like a squirrel, okay.

for now, it’s just a list of the characters and their traits (except the twins because they’re a super minor role, and i can’t bring myself to write it rn okay)

summary: thirteen year old virgil murry is your typical delinquent, but throw in a dash of having two dads, one of whom is missing, a brainiac little brother who everyone thinks is an idiot, and only two normal family members. it’s a shock, really, that virgil acts the way he does, but it’s even more of a shock when three celestial beings come to take him on a journey to save his father with the help of thomas, the weird little brother, and roman o’keefe, the poster child for stable popular kid.

some random important information about this au:

it mixes up things from the book and the 2018 movie because i said so

exists in a time outside of our timeline (think ‘50s/’60s mixed with present day)

virgil, thomas, the mxs, patton, and (sort of) logan’s appearances all stem a lot from the 2018 movie’s definition of their characters with some other facts thrown in, so you can look those up to get a somewhat decent idea of what they look like

the warnings may seem like a lot, but a lot of them are just brief mentions that are repeatedly scattered throughout the story on occasion

a place for the au to go when i actually write it

everything is under the cut because this is about to get SPICY (aka really fucking long)

Virgil Murry (13 going on 14):

dark, coiled hair like his dad’s

kept short on the sides and longer on top

the longer bits are unruly and usually flop into his face and eyes

was very glad that patton decided that they would adopt their younger kids because logan hated every second of the pregnancy from trying for a baby to birth

he loves virgil so damn much regardless of the emotional turmoil because the kid was such a good reward

came out as sex-repulsed asexual about three months after patton announced that he was pregnant, and patton was pissed that he hadn’t spoken up sooner so they could have tried something different to make logan more comfortable

he’ll never admit it, but hearing the kind, caring words come out of patton’s mouth made logan cry for hours because how the fuck did he find such an incredible, loving husband

disappeared four years ago and no one has heard from him since

it’s rumored that he ran away with another woman (as if there was a woman in his life to begin with)

stories also sometimes include that patton tricked him into being gay (even though he’s a “woman,” right??? people are fucking stupid), and logan ran away from that lifestyle finally

but why would dr. murry just up and leave when he had such a good family and important research to finish? things aren’t adding up, and there’s only one way to figure out what’s going on:

Pillow Person

Summary: Patton learns to love himself, trans patton

Patton stood in front of the mirror, poking random places on his body, and saying about what he thought of each one. Stomach, "too big," cheeks, "too chubby," thighs, "gross," stretch marks, "scars," arms, "flabby," ...chest, "shouldn't be there." A tear dropped onto his finger, he wiped his eyes and dressed for the day.

He walked down to see Roman and Virgil sitting on the couch together, "hey dad" Patton smiled. Just a little. "Hey kiddo!" He ruffled virgils hair, and his hand was batted away with a smile. Chuckling, he walked into the kitchen, grabbing food to cook breakfast with. French toast sounded good. After he got it all started, he walked to the coffee machine and started some.

As he stood at the stove, occasionally flipping the toast in the pan, he felt a weight on his back. He put his spatula down and turned to the short man currently laying on his back, Patton smiled, patting his boyfriends hair, "hey Lolo!"

Logan groaned, burying his face into Pattons side, "mmmmpillow person." Patton froze, smiling at his boyfriend, who started talking again, "are you making coffee?"

Patton laughed, "yes I am, Lolo, it's on the other counter." Logan murmured a small, "tank you," and walked into the dining room. Patton cooked in silence for a bit, thinking about what Logan said. "Pillow person." He squished his stomach, and smiled. "After all," he said, "what's wrong with being a pillow person?"

From then on he didnt quite...he didnt want to say, "care as much," because there were some days when he was a bit too aware of his stomach, or his chest, or the other parts of himself he didnt like so much. But, it didnt bother him quite as much anymore, because now he could make it into a joke!

....but even that got to him eventually. He realized that saying he was a pillow person was just a way to ignore his feelings. And he started getting quieter, looking in mirrors more often, trying to see if there was any difference, he thought about his weight more often. He stopped eating breakfast. Tried to stop eating lunch. Drew up diets, then crumpled them up and threw them away.

He didnt throw one away. And that was all it took to let Logan know there was something off.

"Patton?" He asked, walking into their room one day, "what's this for?" Patton looked up, and saw what was in Logan's hand.

"nothing!" He said, scrambling for the paper.

Logan held it out of his reach, "Patton, I read this over, and, this is not enough!"

Patton frowned, "what do you mean?"

Logan sat down next to him, "this 'diet' plans for you to eat half your recommended daily calories."

Patton curled up, "I need it though."

Logan hugged him, "Patton-cake, you do not need it. I promise," he looked up at him, "besides, a large amount of weight gain is genetic."

Patton sighed and fell backward, "look at me Lolo! I'm a pillow person."

"People like pillows." Logan said, quietly, "and besides, you are my pillow,"

Patton propped himself up on his elbows, "what?"

Logan blushed, "well, its..hard for me to fall asleep without resting my sleeping on your chest or stomach."

Patton smiled, and pulled Logan down with him, kissing his head, "thank you Lolo."

Logan smiled up at him, "I'm just telling the truth Oreiller"

Patton frowned, "Oreiller? What's that."

Logan snuggled into him, "pillow"

Patton burst out laughing, and Logan did too.
