Kinda role-swap au, where Vox left for 7 years instead of Alastor.

I've been absolutely OBSESSED with Every Madman Has His Vice, by phantasm_png (chibellero), on Ao3.

Essentially, Alastor took over the media district and almost killed Vox. Valentino left Vox for dead, and Vox somehow managed to drag his mangled body to Lucifer's doorstep.

Alastor regrets "killing" Vox, and Valentino wants to steal Vox back from where he now resides in the Hotel. Vox is just trying to hold up his end of his deal with Lucifer in peace... Well, almost in peace. Lol

Oh yeah, and Husker is still an overlord.

We need more Vox angst!

Harry and Draco have been secretly dating since 4th year and they manage to hide it pretty well, so well that not even his friends know they're in a relationship.

By the end of 5th year Harry and Draco have this huge argument, Draco knows that Voldemort will probably want to recruit him to the Death Eaters as a punishment for Lucius' failure so he tells Harry he wants to let that happen so he can be a spy to Harry and Harry, who has just lost Sirius, is not happy about it at all, Harry refuses to let Draco do it, Harry refuses to risk his boyfriend's life for something like this. But Draco manages to convince Harry to let him do it, Draco tells Harry that it's the best if Harry has his own spy so he can get unfiltered information. Harry still isn't happy about it, but after Draco did an unbreakable vow to run straight up to Harry if he felt he was uncovered or if Draco just feels like his life is in way too much danger, Harry ended up agreeing with Draco that it would be nice to have his own spy in the Death Eaters.

6th year comes around and Draco is a bit distraught by the task Voldemort gave him, so he tells Harry everything and shows Harry that Voldemort really did mark him, which he wasn't expecting Voldemort would do. Harry just gently presses a kiss close to the mark, 'cause he's afraid he's gonna accidentally activate the mark if he touches it, and then pulls Draco closer and kisses him and tells Draco he's gonna help him to fix the vanishing cabinet so Draco doesn't have to do it all alone. Harry really couldn't keep his eyes out of his boyfriend, he knew Draco was worried with his mother and with everything so Harry was really watching Draco like a hawk to make sure Draco was eating and sleeping. Hermione, Ron, Neville, Ginny, Dean, Seamus and basically all of the Gryffindors thought Harry was obsessed with and/or stalking Draco, and Harry was just like "No! I'm not stalking him!" and Hermione was like "So you admit you're obsessed then?" and Harry really didn't deny that he's obsessed, Draco is his boyfriend! Of course he's obsessed with his own boyfriend! But he couldn't tell Hermione that, so he just shrugged and moved on with the conversation. During all of this, Harry also insisted that Draco learns the Patronus, 'cause it's useful.

While Harry is with Hermione and Ron hunting Horcruxes, Draco is between Hogwarts and the Malfoy Manor. Draco sends Harry his patronus with information. Harry just smiles everytime he sees Draco's patronus, even though it usually brings bad news.

The battle of Hogwarts happens. Harry saves Draco from the Fiendfyre and Harry just can't control himself anymore and ends up pulling Draco closer and kissing him when they're out of the fire. Hermione and Ron are shocked when Draco actually just lets Harry kiss him and even kisses back. So when Harry finally kills Voldemort, he keeps ignoring everyone around him and keeps looking for Draco, Hermione pops up on Harry's side and points to a direction and says she saw Draco in there. Harry thanks her and runs to Draco, who he finds all alone outside the castle just staring at it and Harry just wraps his arms around Draco's waist and kisses Draco's cheek, Draco turns around after that and kisses Harry properly in the lips and then blurts out a "Marry me" and Harry is shocked so he doesn't answer immediately so Draco just starts trailing off about how scared he was when he saw Harry in Hagrids arms and how relieved he was when he noticed Harry was alive and how all of this just made him realize how short life can be and how he wants to spend the rest of his with Harry. Harry kissed Draco before he could say something else and said yes.

Harry testified for Draco, saying that Draco was his spy since the beginning, that Draco was never a real Death Eater and it was all part of their plan.

Harry and Draco's wedding happens just a week before they go back to Hogwarts for the "8th" year.

Jason Todd, Son of Sally Jackson

Jason Todd is Sally Jackson’s Biological Child.

Jason has already become Red Hood but hasn’t revealed his identity to Bruce and the Batfam yet. Sally hasn’t married Gabriel Ugliano yet. Percy is 6 years old.

After reuniting, Sally & Jason bond over their violent sense of justice/self-defense and Sally learns combat from Jason to protect both her sons with deadly force.

After learning Jason’s identity as Red Hood and his reasoning behind becoming a Drug Lord, she becomes Jason’s business partner that co-leads his gang under the codename ‘Queen’.

Queen & Red Hood become extremely well-known protectors of children and abused single parents, opening many parent & children shelters funded by their gang.

Percy is the mob’s baby brother, ‘Guppy,’ because of growing up the son and brother of Gotham’s most successful crime lords. They always made sure he hid his identity with a hoodie and gas mask to disguise his voice with the bonus of protecting him from Joker, Scarecrow, & Poison Ivy’s attacks.

After receiving Medusa’s head from Percy, Sally makes a new “statue” every month or so. She contacts abused single parents, kills their abusers with the abused’s consent, and gives 3/4 of the money she makes to the parent. This “charity sculpting” is allegedly as a favor to her fellow “grieving” single parents. Weirdly enough, she still ends up killing Gabriel Ugliano, despite never marrying him.

Y'all I had a thought one day of Tav walking into Astarion's tent one afternoon, only to find Gale sitting in Astarion's lap all hot and bothered. This is after a confrontation between Tav and Astarion.

Gale's robe open, his pants undone, fresh fang marks on Gale's neck. Heavy petting, essentially.

Astarion meets Tav's eyes. Somehow Gale is too flustered to notice, and Astarion starts speaking filthy nothings into Gale's ear as he continues stroking him ("you're doing so well for me, you tasted so good, can you be even better for me? etc.), all while staring directly at Tav.

The words are clearly meant for Tav as a way to make them jealous. Tav stands there, entirely awestruck as Gale spills into Astarion's hand, Astarion still staring directly at Tav with the biggest shit eating grin on his face.

I headcanon Astarion being 100000000% a rat bastard (pun heavily implied), at least in the beginning.

An original idea inspired by other ideas!

Alastor has cat-like behavior, and Vox is scared.

Alastor keeps randomly appearing next to Vox for seemingly no reason, and brings so called "gifts" to Vox each morning. A normal cat may bring you a mouse, rabbit, or bird; but Alastor is no basic bitch of a cat. No, Alastor keeps bringing him the limbs of sinners and whatnot.

Vox, not knowing if this is a sign that Alastor is going to finally kill him, becomes very persistent that the V's stay together at all times. At first, Vel and Val think Vox has finally lost it, but quickly learn that Vox has every right to be scared.

I'm fully aware that Alastor is a cannibalistic deer hybrid, but I thought that this may be a fun idea.

This idea was inspired by a fanfiction where Vox panics because it's "that time of the year again", and the V's become concerned about his mental health. Vox didn't know that male deer go into rut once a year, and Alastor was showing the signs.

This was also inspired by a fanfiction series where Alastor bites Vox, Vox decides to keep it, and ends up throwing an angel's head into Alastor's mouth. Alastor was just happy that Vox reciprocated his courting.

Okay but...Supernatural is still a hidden thing and married Sterek. Stiles is a true crime YouTuber and his fans keep asking him to cover the Hale fire case or even Laura Hale's murder and he keeps denying, saying there's not much to cover anyways. And Stiles always takes his wedding ring off to film his videos, 'cause his ring has the Hale Pack symbol in it and he doesn't want any hunters stumbling across his videos or something, so he says he's married but isn't really the type of jewelry so he doesn't wear a ring, when people ask.

One day Stiles is livestreaming and is talking about a few updates of a few cases, when someone asks again for him to cover the Hale fire and Laura Hale's murder and Stiles is just like "There's not much information about it, so I don't really want to bring something so incomplete here." and when the same person points out he's from Beacon Hills and is a Sheriff's son and he can get the info if he wants to, Stiles says "Well, not really. There's not enough police files either." and people start to say to him that if he doesn't want to cover the cases, he should just say it instead of keep giving excuses to not cover it. So he says "Yeah, I don't wanna cover it. I have a personal reason to why I don't want to cover it, so please stop asking."

Stiles is venting about it to Derek after this specific live and Derek says "Well, you can cover it in a different way, then." Stiles is confused so he asks "Different how?" Derek replies "You can just give a resume about it and then you can interview Cora, Peter and me as the victims. It would be something and your followers would stop asking you to cover it." Stiles immediately goes like "No, I won't put you nor Cora nor Peter through having to relive the fire." and Derek just says "For you? We don't mind. And yes, I've talked to Cora and Peter about it, I know your followers have been bugging you about it for a while now, so..." Stiles sighs and says "If you guys are really sure about it...But Sourwolf, babe, I really don't wanna make you or Cora or Peter uncomfortable." Derek kisses Stiles and says "You won't, that's our decision."

So Stiles does exactly that, but people are still curious on why the Hales agreed to do this interview when they've always denied interviews. Stiles covers it by saying the Hales were old family friends and that's why he didn't want to cover the Hale fire or Laura's murder.

Harry and Draco have a really low profile relationship, so when they decide to get married, only their friends and family know about it.

They don't really wear their wedding rings while they're at work. 'cause honestly with Draco being a Potion Master and Harry being an Unspeakable it's better that way.

Harry and Draco also barely go out on dates, they usually prefer having a chill date at home. So the first time they went out after they got married, the media immediately saw the wedding rings on and went insane. The media started bombarding Harry and Draco and their friends and family with questions on when they got married, how was it, if they went on a honeymoon, if they can send pictures of the wedding so the media can post it.

Harry and Draco decide they'll do what they always do when something like that comes up: Write an article for The Quibbler. Luna assumed her father's place as the editor, so they always use it when they need to adress the public 'cause they don't trust anyone else in the media.

The rest of the media is not happy that they chose to publish it on The Quibbler, but hey, it's something, so they write their own articles based on the article that's in The Quibbler. Harry and Draco don't give a fuck about it and keep ignoring every reporter that tries to get an answer directly from them.

Riordanverse: Demigod Parent Support Group 🤝

Sally Jackson, Frederick Chase, & Mrs. Chase start an online support group/blog for mortal parents/relatives of demigods

It ends up becoming a kind of underground railroad to freedom, with parents stocking up on weapons of godly metals and offering their homes as safe-houses for demigods making their way to Camp Halfblood or New Rome! This greatly reduces demigod fatalities, homelessness, & malnourishment

But Sally and the other parents want more than that for their kids, they want to be there for them. Parents and demigods with mortal kids/siblings to look after may not want to take the risk of monster attacks killing them, forcing the demigod to stay at camp year-round, growing up without any parental guidance or protection. Parents like Sally may get their kids back during the school year, only to have them ripped away for quests, wars, and other dangers.

Sally and the other parents are a force to be reckoned with though and together they manage to convince the Olympians to expand CHB’s borders and build family housing!

The mortal use their professions to fund, maintain, and build up the camp (see my post “Camp Halfblood Funding”).
