"There are two kinds of light – the glow that illuminates, and the glare that obscures." Sometimes we fool ourselves comparing a situation or a person to light , thinking it's bright and that we're enlighting ourselves when in reality we're just burning ourselves trying to reach the unreachable, attaign the unattainable. In fear of darkness and continuously avoiding it , avoiding what appear to be dangerous and suffocating, we let ourselves suffer from burns over and over again. Holding on few memories,few hopes , the few moments that seem bearble in order to not let go . Allowing ourselves to endlessly be consumed,afflicted,in order to not lose that light. A light so bright and suffocating that even more than causing distress , disarray, make us want to seek comfort in darkness and it's mysterious depths but shines the right amount from time to time to catch some breath and make us hope that whatever harms we've been through is over and only to repeat the process and trap us in a loop where even the thought of being doomed by the maddening confort of darkness appears as a refreshing escape. A bitter sweet situation where we lose our minds and ourselves ,but could get rid of the pain. A no win situation where i have to endure unbearable pain , that's what cost me to meet and know a person as bright as light or at least what others consider him as. Wherever you are, whatever you do,I Hope you're enjoying your glares
