My new COVID19 university schedule:

Basically now that I have so much free time and no commute I can focus on studying, recovering and working out! Here’s my new game plan 💪🏻

7:20 am - wake up

7:30 am - 30 min jog in the park

8:00am - wash face and get changed

8:15am - breakfast time!!

8:45am - set up laptop and school supplies for a full day of online classes!!

1:00pm - lunch!

2:00pm - back to online classes

4:00pm - Emi Wong HIIT 15 minute workout & stretching 🙆🏼‍♀️

4:30pm - shower time!

5:00pm - dinner prep

6:00pm - down time ♥️

7:00pm - study

8:30pm - call my boyfriend 🥰

Today I went for a walk. I packed a bag a put 15lbs/ 6kg of weight into it and went for a walk! 15lbs is roughly what I’ve lost in fat so far!

It took me 2x as long to walk to my tram stop as it usually would!! Crazy! I ain’t ever putting that 15lbs back on my body ever again!

My favourite piña ~ coloda smoothie recipe 🍌🍍🥭


🍌 Lightly Frozen coconut yoghurt (I just freeze koko yogurt for 1hr before using so it’s not completely solid) 🥥

🍌 1 frozen banana

🍌 ½ a pineapple 🍍

🍌 1 mango 🥭

How to make 🍌🍍🥭

  1. Put a drop of coconut water/ milk in a the bottom of the blender
  2. Put the whole banana in a pulse for a few seconds
  3. Add in the pineapple and blend
  4. Add in the mango and blend until you get the consistency you want!
  5. Stick in a glass with a metal straw and enjoy 🍌🥭🍍🥥

Sorry I’ve been MIA! I had my birthday over the weekend so I was just relaxing and having all the fun! 🥳 was in me and my boyfriends favorite arcade/ restaurant in Dublin and he said he has to look twice now to make sure it’s me if I was facing away from him or coming back from the bathroom cause my body looks so different 😭🥰 Yaay progresss! I can’t really see it yet myself but it’s given me motivation to keep on going! 🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏻🌱

P.S my friend also made me the best gluten free vegan chocolate cake ever 😍

I ended up a tiny bit over budget today, but that’s okay! My calorie allowance that the app gives me is a little below 1,800 to begin with, which would be the amount if I would need to eat if I were sedentary. I took a short walk and did some cleaning as my exercise today, so I’m still in a deficit of the 1,800 allowance. Regardless, I’m still going to try not to go over anymore. I would have had enough space for the ice cream I wanted had I not had that third slice of pizza, but oh well! The ice cream will keep until tomorrow and I can enjoy it then.

Because I’m too busy to make sure I’m getting all my fruit and veggies, I put them all (or almost all) in a smoothie!
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 medium banana
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup raw almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein
Water for liquid
