Okay, I just got here. Sorry for intruding and I'm kind of freaking out about part 4 of Star Swap.

Because there are two Jotaros. Why is nobody talking about the fact that there are two Jotaros? Am I missing something??? 

Unless I am completely failing in Star Swap lore, in order to not become super convoluted and insane, a universe is localized to a Swap… probably? Anyway from what I understand three universes have an event happening in them and Star Swap is a series… except there's also an OLDER Jotaro here in Part 4! which would be the same Jotaro that experienced part 4 as Josuke! Which is causing problems in my brain.

… I was thinking it's either Joseph and Giono is the exception -Thanks to Hermit Purple Rrequiem- and swaps actually jumps across universes making Older Part 4 Jotaro have that Canon backstory.

 Specifically, Jotaro gets some of that Time Jumpy Amnesia and has not a single fucking clue what happened to himself.

For all Jotaro knows: he blacked out, got possessed, and went to Egypt. Everything went well. His mom got cured and people survived, but STILL. said person that possessed him made a bunch of friends and now Jotaro has to deal with them. HE has to rely on other people's information to figure out what the hell HAPPENED.

Jotaro still gets that Battle Experience in and gets those cryptic forgotten fog of memories from the trip But Yeah

Jotaro has no idea what happened to him when that guy was possessing him. Jotaro doesn't know! he doesn't remember shit!!! All people got is theories.

I have a lot of thoughts and this is probably not even an issue.ARGGGG

I'm here thinking that for The Star Swap parts 3 and 4 to connect in an interesting way is Memory Blockage or else Part 4 Older Jotaro would have to walk on fucking eggshells if something wasn't blocking his memories because if he talks or says anything that doesn't link up then he breaks time. Jotaro's fault for actively getting involved!

you're correct, Parts 3 and 4 have been criminally neglected amongst all this chaos, so this is p e r f e c t

to clarify the universe shenanigans of everything: I've always been thinking that each "set" exists in its own universe. 1 and 6, 2 and 5, and then 3 and 4 all exist in their own sort of "pocket universe" just so we don't need to keep track of of all the inevitable changes and how they influence each other

that being said, funnily enough what you've brought up with Jotaro is REALLY close to what I've been imagining too!

Jotaro is So Fucking Lost when he wakes up back home. He feels like complete and utter shit and is covered in more bandages than he's ever had before. The last thing he remembers is his mom leaving after visiting him in the prison cell after he tried to shoot himself with Star Platinum

only...... when did Star Platinum have a name? When had it stopped being an evil spirit?

when had he stopped being scared of it?

Kakyoin and Joseph are of course INCREDIBLY worried by Jotaro's apparent and very sudden shift in personality. And of course, this panic only multiplies when they find they think Jotaro's stand has been changed as well. They immediately think it's a Stand attack......

but then Holly steps forward and denies this. That this is how Jotaro normally acts and more importantly, that she remembers seeing Star in the jail

now, technically this might be bending the rules a little bit, but I think it would be interesting to give Holly some..... memory weirdness. Maybe we can tie it into her Stand somehow, or maybe it's just For The Plot, but Holly has two distinct sets of memories before she collapsed from her illness

One where Jotaro comes home with her, quiet and awkward and open in a way he hadn't been since he was a child. And another where he refused to leave and shot himself in an attempt to goad a spirit hovering over his shoulder

this then raises the incredibly uncomfortable idea that the Jotaro they'd gone to Egypt with was the imposter. That there had been a fake in their midst the entire time and they never knew. Was he working with Dio? Another group? What was his goal? Why had he done it? And of course, the biggest question of all, where was Jotaro the entire time and why doesn't he remember?

because it's obvious Jotaro was somewhere. He has skills and knowledge he hadn't before. He's different, he's grown in some ways, but has receded in others

Electricity and loud sounds terrify him in a way that can't be described as simple fear

they do what they can to help and figure things out, but they can never find any leads. It actually during these investigations that Jotaro decides to start working with the Speedwagon Foundation on the side and "rekindles" his friendships with the Crusaders

(he finds himself drawn to Kakyoin at times. Or to be more specific, he's drawn to his Stand. The colors and shapes and eyes all feel so tantalizingly familiar, and sometimes he finds himself talking to the being as if expecting a response)

years go by, and the fog around his memories stays. It bothers him less as more time passes and he makes new memories with people who had a headstart on their relationship, but there's always a quiet niggling in the back of his mind about what could've happened

and then a decade later he finds a boy with a different face but identical Stand and temperament to match

BROO ALL MY FAVORITE WRITERS ARE OPENING THE INBOX, CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY FR OK OK SO JJBA part 3 Stardust crusaders headcannons (I'm so original, I know) everyone lives au (bc if I simply close my eyes no one died on that journey, it DIDN'T HAPPEN) I like to think the crusaders and reader meet up again after like a year or two after the journey, and I just wanna see reactions of everyone seeing eachother again, the reader looking totally different (for the better!!) And all I can think about is just the shenanigans they'll all get up to after not seeing eachother for like two years. (They kept in touch via letters mostly!) I like to think Jotaro and Kakyoin actually see eachother everyday because Kak tranferred schools :') so they besties. Platonic crusaders give me so much serotonin. You can pick whatever theme you want on what they'd all do, (maybe Christmas themed since its getting close to that time?? Up to you though!!)

I LITERALLY LOVE THAT I AM THE ONE TO REVIVE THE CRUSADERS!!! I love this idea and have some great headcanons, so thank you for the request!!!

you were very pleased to get a letter from Holly inviting you over to her home

it had been over two years since you had seen the crusaders last, the only words spoken to each other through brief letters sent back and forth

you were expecting to only see jotaro and maybe kakyoin because the letter was from holly and only asked you to come over for a week

it was also perfect timing because it was right around christmas, so you had bought a bunch of gifts, not knowing who else would be there

you showed up to the house and were immediately greeted by holly and a big hug as she took the gifts from you, putting them under a small tree she had set up for the season

you and her ended up talking for a little while about what you had been up to and she told you that you looked fantastic!!

after a bit, you heard the door open and stood up to find not only jotaro at the door, but kakyoin as well!

you ran over to them and jumped in their arms

they both looked at you in shock, telling you how good you looked and you said the same

you thought it was nice that jotaro and kakyoin had each other after something like egypt because that was quite the experience

seeing them smiling together made you really happy

you handed them two presents that you thought they would like and they opened it rapidly with bright smiles on their faces thanking you

surprisingly, you guys dont talk about your travels to egypt, instead you all talk about what you're currently up to

and then suddenly, you hear a ring at the door

holly opens it and you werent even prepared for the attack of iggy jumping on you and giving you kisses all over your face. you giggled and hugged him, soon getting a small kiss on the cheek from polnareff, telling you how great you look

you sat up completely and saw all of the group and couldnt help but smile

everyone was here again

avdol looked great, bringing some tarot cards to do everyone's reading

joseph was still the same

and polanreff had a bright look on his face, very happy to be surrounded by everyone again

he had been the most lonely only with iggy, so he's just super thrilled to be back

you gave everyone their corresponding presents and you even got some yourself

you ended up all having dinner and talking before you all worked hard to clean up together, splashing dish water on each other and using your stands to play tag or hide and seek

you all ended up staying up until midnight watching some really bad movie and all ending up in weird positions falling asleep in each other's arms

the rest of the week was great, walking all around jotaro's hometown and telling each other jokes

there were small mentions of your time in egypt, but for now, you were building a new future together <333

5x06 : Together (My POV)

After being captured at the border, June and Luke find themselves in a van: destination unknown. Luke completely freaks out while June seems impassive.

They are photographed as if they were arrested by the police for a crime: a frontal shot and a profile shot. Then they are locked up individually in cages.

Scarlet noticed something very interesting about the cages: The striking contrast of having them together but separated. It only shows where their marriage is at.

The Gilead's doctor to Aunt Lydia: Now Esther will be transferred to the high-risk obstetrics hospital and she will be there on bedrest, until term. She is pregnant of three weeks after being raped by Putnam, a day before she was posted. Aunt Lydia is shocked because the ceremony is sacred. Is that all that shocks her?

In cages, Luke panics and annoys June until she loses her temper. Because he is complaining. Because once again June must reassure him and tries to keep her cool. A parallel with S4E08, when they are in the kitchen eating, he told her: I am really sorry about today. About coming to court and … But at least now I know everything. And maybe we can just move on. I mean, if you want to talk to me about anything to do with Hannah or … All right. Well, I am here. I do not know what to do. I am trying. Just tell me. He whines. She gets up and tries to comfort him.

When June says to Luke I survived, I wonder if it is a parallel with S3E05, about Nick: I need you to know that Nichole was born out of love. Her real name is Holly. Her father is a driver named Nick. He helped me to survive. Or nothing to do with it.

At the same time, Luke confides: I just wish I could have been the kinda guy that could have come and got ya. And I know how that sounds, I just wish I could have been with you through that. As Alwaysnyc14 wrote, there is an elephant in the room. Maybe it is time for these two to have a honest conversation about Nick. At least, this latter did it with Rose. I am crossing my fingers for season 6.

June and Luke joke in the cage before the housekeepers arrive. Once again she should think before to talk: You tell your boss he has to call Commander Lawrence or Commander Blaine. After S5E01, it was incredibly stupid. Did not she learn that in Gilead, if they ever really are at Gilead, she can not trust anyone? Even less hooded men. She gives names without thinking it might get them in trouble.

What the hell Luke was thinking when he tried to escape? No comment.

At Lawrence's house, Nick cannot hide his disgust at Warren's remarks. Which does not escape Joseph. So the plans for New Bethlehem seem compromised.

Joseph: It is a good example for young Commander Blaine. Accept when you have been outplayed. Nick: I am learning a lot from the both of you.

Was it a secret code between these two? A sort of: Our dearest friend, you have no idea that your hour has just struck. It will only be a formality. I really love it.

June to Luke: Last time when we were apart… No matter what happened, I never gave up hope. And you never gave up hope. Because we knew, we just knew that we would find each other again. So, we are gonna do that again. Right?

About it, I already shared my point of view.

Later, they are separated because he is legal, they do not want him. I wonder if this line: We stay together is a sort of wink to Let's stay together that he sang in the previous episode. The two struggle because they do not want to be separated.

I did not know there were restaurants in Gilead. Anyway, this is where the story continues. Guardians arrive and take by force Warren outside. Nick kills him because officially Gilead found him guilty of apostasy and sins of the flesh. There is a parallel with S4E10. Before to die, Warren says: But I have a baby on the way! Before to die Fred said: I have a son! A son! And on S5E02, Warren said to Serena: Fred was like a brother to me. True or not they had the same destiny.

Eric Tuchman says: We have to remember that as much as we love Nick he is not a boy scout. Over the years he has seen Gilead corrupted and perverted by men like Putnam, who have exploited it and used it for their own pleasure and gain. So to Nick's mind, this is a justified execution. He did what he dreamed to do to Fred.

In S5E01, Rose seems to understand June’s revenge to Fred. Even if, it is not really clear what she exactly knows. Nevertheless, she seemed to be a support for Nick.

But in this episode, Rose cries and says: I am worried about the kind of person this makes you. Turnaround situation. She is frightened and disapproves.

Resistancerising56 noticed something very interesting but about the title of the episode. Contrary to what one might think it is not about June and Luke. It is about June and Nick. Because: Their only concern is the well-being of their children.

It seems there is no doubt that Nick is the father of Rose's child.

June gets out from the bus with Ezra and face to face with Serena, who forced her to pray on her knees. I pray for our children. I pray that my daughters live a life of peace. A life without all of this hate and violence. Give them a life, give them a happy life. And, dear God, may they do better than we did. Serena answers Amen and shoots Ezra in the chest. Before to go on the run with June.

Personally I find it unhealthy to maintain the June / Serena relationship.

Ana from Nilfgaardian: Backstory

Ana's life was filled by nothing but human's torment and survival. She only 3 years old when she was found with her mother's corpse and letter saying that whoever finded her to please took care of her. Samuel one of the prisioners in the group took the child as his own, felt pity to let it die in the middle of the forest like her mother.

And so for the next 3 years Ana would grew up being taught the best way to stay alive is to stay quiet and obey. Ana's only family was a grop of criminals but they loved her and took care of her as their own. But even so, child or no the guards wouldnt care less, once you become a prisioner you're treated like one...

They knew she wouldn't last long in this hell of a place....

When the heard the rumors of a witcher close to these walls, they decided to help her to escape, witchers protected people so if she could find the witcher she could find protection.

She met the group later on, they found her eating their food behind the bushes, she tried to run off and they were gonna let her go if she hadn't fainted duo to exhaustion. The decided to take her in until they could find someone who could take care of her. (Spoilers that day hasnt come 😃)

(They gotted clothes for her cuz c'mon she was barefoot the poor thing :/)

Interactions with the group:

Avdol: He was the first one who she got the closets with his calm aura made her trust him, he likes to read her and share stories of their past hunts, he also tends to spoonfeed her a lot. Litteraly calls him mama XD (doesnt really mind, he thinks its cute)

Kakyion: The quiet duo. They mostly enjoy eachothers company, likes to play with his hair and observe him and avdol when they making potions (she sometimes gets handsy but backs off when told to)

Polnareff: she like his music, she sometimes ask him to sing her to sleep (specialy after having a nightmare) he like to tease her sometimes (which ends up her biting him lol) also because she so quiet she tends to scare him off HAHA

Alex & Yanyu: She loves them :3. Very affectionate with them and likes to sleep on Yanyu's lap. Although Alex gets a lil nosy sometimes so she just cover her ears to let her know shes being too loud (i feel like she tends to raise her voice without meaning to like me xddd)

Jotaro: Another one whose she's very affectionate with. Was scared of him at first but she gets very attached to him later on. Calls him papa (says he doesnt like it but he actually MELTS at the name) stays close to him the most and likes to put flowers in his hair. Loves being carried by him 💕

Ana: Da-ddy?

Jotaro: Do I look like-

Ana: :(

Jotaro:..........Fine

Ana: Papa! :D

He's like those dads that didnt want the dog at first, but treats them like their kid the next day lol

Joseph: He babies her the most and likes to tell her stories of his old adventures, he tells him about holly sometimes (mostly when jota isnt close) uses her as shirld whenever he pisses jota cuz he knows how soft he's become on ana (jota denise it but we all know how it is 🙄)

Overall they all love her very much and will fight anyone who hurts the child

The Spirit Bares Its Teeth by Andrew Joseph White (9/10)

This book was amazing. There are very few bad things I could say about it, and most of those are personal preference. Now, it isn't for everyone, as it's basically gothic horror to the extreme with some very sensitive topics. However, as long as you can stomach this sort of thing, I highly recommend this book. It's dark, tense, and not without some hope. My one technical gripe is how perfect Daphne seems, but that can be easily brushed past. I really liked the writing, especially with how the author played with the style and actual look of it.

The Raven King by Nora Sakavic (8/10)

There truly must be something wrong with me to willingly continue the All for the Game series. I am being so deadly serious when I say these books are horrendously written. It's based on a sport that's basically fancy lacrosse that is given the bare minimum explanation, the pacing is all over the place, and the plot is poorly connected if not outright nonsensical. And yet here I am. I think this series, thanks to strangely evocative characters and its absurdist plotlines, evokes the same feelings as fanfiction. As an actual published novel, this is a garbage fire. As something fun and quick to read, it hits every button. The absolute misery Neil goes through only to be put back together by his team and his not-boyfriend just works. I immensely enjoyed myself, but also 0/10 never read these books.

The King's Men by Nora Sakavic (7/10)

This book being the longest of the series makes sense, but I still don't think it was enough. Everything I said about The Raven King applies to this book, and I'm incredibly feral about Neil and Andrew. However, the ending is rushed to the extreme. The resolution is pretty unsatisfying, and I feel like there's still a lot of character stuff to be sorted out, particularly concerning Andrew. The ending was just way too abrupt, and I wish the epilogue had been a proper chapter with a different epilogue set in the weeks/months after the finals. Well, that's what fanfiction is for, and it will probably be better written than these books.

Lioness Rampant by Tamora Pierce (9/10)

This concludes my reread of Song of the Lioness! I'll be continuing with The Immortals Quartet soon, but for now, I really like the ending to this series. This is likely the saddest book in the series with two major deaths, and no, Liam is not included in that, good riddance. Honestly, my retching whenever he started talking is what brought this down from a 10 for me. Alanna has grown so much since the beginning of the series, coming to a place where she can accept love and femininity without letting it affect her own goals. One thing I really like is how close she, Jon, and George are despite their complicated romantic pasts with each other. The fact that their friendship takes precedence over anything else means so much to me.

Fire and Ice by Erin Hunter (CR, 53%)

I've been working very slowly through these books since I'm doing a project with them on the side, but they're pretty good. I will say that I'm not a huge fan of this one in the context of the series. Both Fireheart and Graystripe consistently make pretty bad decisions all throughout which just makes more and more problems. I will say that I love Fireheart's relationship with the apprentices, Cinderpaw and Brackenpaw. Their mentor/mentee but still playful dynamic is great, and it's admirable how Fireheart steps up for Brackenpaw in Graystripes, ahem, absence.

Exile by Shannon Messenger (CR, 1%)

I've barely started this one, but I'm excited!

The Cruel Prince by Holly Black (CR, 5%)

I'm a weak, weak woman. It's been around three years since I read Folk of the Air, and I miss it so much. I have a very unhealthy attachment to Jude, which means Cardan and I have something in common. I'm just rereading a lot of stuff right now, and I feel like reading something I know I'll love will help me catch up on my reading goal (I'm eight books behind).

not enough ppl are willing to talk about characters with acne so here is my top five list of characters that have/had teen acne

kuroo from haikyuu. note that i am a jjba account. if i am posting about something other than jjba then it must be important and true. i like to think that at one point he had a lot of forehead acne which he tried to cover with his silly hair (making it worse). he eventually got a handle on it things and though he still get the occasional forehead pimple he's doing much better. as he grew older his facial routine grew too and it is absolutely solid now.

jotaro kujo. especially as a preteen i feel like holly had to fight to get him to wash his face. not that he was nasty or anything, just that he either forgot and was too stubborn to go do it or that he was too lazy. obviously as he matured (looked in the mirror once and realized he had lots of acne) he started washing his face properly. his routine is not that complex but it gets the job done. also he has some acne scars.

fugo. i do not need to explain his situation because in my heart and in your heart we know what's up with fugo.

every mondstadt teen in genshin. bennett, fischl, barbara, razor, etc, they have all had acne. fischl still has acne but she takes care of herself so you know, it's not so bad. lisa from genshin had acne and she helps the teens like not feel like shit for having acne. i feel like lisa still gets acne maybe not on her face but like. she's a good role model for the kids.

okuyasu!!!! he had pretty bad acne because.. well he has nothing to use. i know dio gave his dad money but im 90% sure his dad gambled it away and even if he did have the money im sure it wld be going to other things like paying bills and not skincare. anyways his acne was bad until tomoko stepped him and helped set him up on josuke's routine. tomoko and josuke both take skincare somewhat seriously so at first it was a lot for okuyasu to keep up with but he's on the ball now. it didn't get better overnight obvi and he still has some acne scars but he's a lot clearer now.

honorable mentions include:

joseph because i think that he would try to hide his acne somehow and fail miserably. had to ask caesar for his skincare routine (caesar took much delight in teasing joseph but helped him out)

kakyoin... he wld be sixth place in the top ten. he had acne. he knows the struggle. him and jotaro bonded over that. when they saw each other's acne scars they bonded telepathically.

hol horse. i think it wld be funny. i think it wld be cute. i think i want to kiss him.

every part 5 character especially trish who gets acne once a month every month and freaks out about it (bruno has to remind her it's natural for teen girls and there's nothing to worry about), abbacchio who suffers with the adult brand of acne, giorno (teenager), and diavolo and doppio who have shoulder/back acne in my mind (they're working on it)

chiaki morisawa enstars got acne when he started going on t *vine boom* arashi shared her skincare routine with him *vine boom* they bond *vine boom!!!* chiaki helps tetora with his acne also *VINE BOOM*

im out of ideas but just know ur fav has acne. ppl with acne i love u.

Why didn’t the D’arbys use their Stands on the Joestars and just stick to their vampire powers?

The original D’arby battles were challenges rather than outright fights, and all were to do with a wager of some sort. Both were meant to keep the SDC crew away from something (the truth of The World, getting to Dio himself). However, in the Anna Timeline they were both victims of Straizo and their goal was to escape and capitalize on their new powers. Since the SDC crew also didn’t know the way out, the D’arbys couldn’t gain anything from them aside from help getting out, and thus there was nothing of more value for Osiris or Atum to wager for. Too bad the SDC crew were also vampire hunters on top of being Stand Users.

Who was it that Dio was thinking of in chapter one when his inner monologue mentions of Anna, “He hates her, really, she’s too idiotically kind, just like—never mind.”

His mother. Dio at 12 years old doesn’t strike me as someone who would have a lot of women associates aside from his mother, and his mother would probably be the most comparatively kindest and highest in his good books. Thus Dio compares his new stepsister to the only other woman he knew best at that point, and in just as much contempt.

Is Strohiem dead?

Yes. He didn’t even get to turn cyborg, either. Even if he did, it never made a big difference to the end of the Second World War anyway. It probably has something to do with a human sized cyborg being difficult to upkeep in terms of energy, protection from overheating itself from using the various guns in its arsenal as well as must moving in general, protection from extreme weather conditions like in Siberia, the very specifically designed components and parts not having a very established mass production line established, you know, the works. Actually, Franz from Archives lost the blueprints somewhere and it burned down in some firebomb before it could even get to Strohiem in the first place so no getting cyborg technology from the Germans. Did Straizo actually love Anna back?

The short answer is yes, but the long answer is “It’s complicated.” The perfect time and scenario for them to have started a romantic relationship that actually would last would’ve been around when Lisa Lisa was well into her marriage and Joseph may or may not have been on the way; the scenario that would need to happen is that Anna opened up about her true origins to Straizo and have been clear about being willing to Turn Straizo but only with certain requirements and caveats in place. Where things fell apart was Straizo waiting for so long, and Anna keeping important secrets from him. Though, that’s not to say that Anna didn’t have her own reasons for wanting to not mention her reincarnation. That life becomes further and further from her as she continues living, and her concern about future knowledge spreading uncontrollably also play into her habitual silence. Let it be very clearly said that Straizo’s betrayal was very much a betrayal, and had he stayed and let her talk and heard her out things would have also ended better.

Holly learned to fight because Caesar, Anna, and Lisa Lisa were around to teach her a thing or two. Joseph was less averse to teaching his daughter such things because Joseph was actively raised by Lisa Lisa who taught him combat and was an example of “girls can definitely kick ass and still be elegant and ladylike”; and Anna, who instilled in him the ethos of a well-rounded and holistic education as well as proper precautionary measures. Ergo, letting Holly live her life as freely and happily as possible also included making sure she was strong enough to save herself if need be. As for her being in a gang, yes. In New York she joined a Greaser gang more because they liked motors and she did too, thanks to Grandpa Georgie showing her airplanes since she was a toddler. Unfortunately fights and gang wars were part of the experience but it did let her put some of her lessons to practical use. Like her grandfather before her, she cannot channel Hamon but that doesn’t make much of a difference if you’ve got a better swing with a wrench. How Holly and Sadao met was that he was in New York for music school and his bike broke while she was on her way out from hanging out with her crew, so she helped him out. He treated her to lunch as repayment and they hit it off very well. But yes, Joseph still pettily dislikes Sadao for taking his daughter away to a foreign land. He’s just better at expressing and focusing his annoyance. And no, if canon Joseph won’t actually kill Sadao for doing all of this then Starsverse Joseph won’t actually kill Sadao for the same reasons. He actually does respect the dude, he just wishes his son-in-law could spend more time with his daughter and son. The ultimate thing about Holly is that she chooses to be a pacifist, and that’s not something someone without a strong will would stick to.

If Jonathan lived longer, as well as Lisa Lisa and Georgie, wouldn’t they have a chance to have more kids? Why don’t we see them and those changes?

The Doylist answer is I don’t wanna make more OCs to juggle and factor in, that’s for a different timeline, thanks. The Watsonian answer is that contraceptives exist, pregnancy doesn’t always happen to some couples even if they’re going at it like rabbits, maybe Hamon is a factor that actually makes this harder, who knows! Although, in regards to Erina and Jonathan, in some ways this question also plays into the question of:

Giorno managed to exist in this universe even though his parentage is different. Are Donatello, Rykiel, and Ungalo in this universe too?

Originally, I thought that the mention of the “other fruits” of the tree thing that birthed Giorno would suffice as reference to Donatello, Rykiel, and Ungalo. Thus they were fruits of the same homunculus-method that made this Giorno, “born” to Anna as their mother, however unlike Giorno they didn’t survive beyond infancy for whatever reason. Another idea was that they would be Erina and Jonathan’s children but then see the previous answer about juggling characters so then nixing them would mean Erina miscarriages multiple times while she and Jonathan try having more children than just Georgie, and that was a pretty depressing thought. Plus I don’t see Erina marrying again after Jonathan and she would’ve been too old to have children by then anyway. The third idea was that they would be born to their original mothers, albeit with different fathers given that Dio is long dead, and since neither Jonathan nor Anna would’ve been involved then Donatello, Rykiel, and Ungalo could live perfectly mundane lives unburdened by the Joestar legacy. Their lives would be better in some ways and lack in other ways. In the end, the “other fruits” stuff made it in, but I can also see the version where their original mothers had them through different fathers and they just grew up normally also existing in the Anna timeline. Both are true, then.

Does Anna still remember the future? The time she came from? Or even canon?

Lmao that’s like 3 in one question lol. Short answer? Yes and no. The memory of Margot and being Margot is around but the information is buried under many, many more years of experience as Anna. I’ve answered in a direct comment before that Anna has the unique experience of time traveling but then returning to her original time the long way around. So in the 1880s, she’d remember iPhones, Jojo canon she’d read, and big world events and even wrote them down to remember. But she wouldn’t have written down certain memes and thus wouldn’t remember unless the meme was very big in her life (“What is love?” And she is tempted to reply with “baby don’t hurt me” vs. seeing a shiba inu and dogecoin not even passing her mind even once). Human memory is only as good as what it prioritizes to preserve, so Anna would slowly forget memes and even 2010s technology and re-learn them while they become released for the first time into the world. As stated at the beginning, the memory is around but there’s too much recent information to prioritize and new memories being made that it’s almost impossible to recall anything she didn’t preserve in books or destroyed. The memory would be overwritten and too corrupted. It’s like searching through a vast archive but the old stuff hasn’t been updated to the new system yet so the information is practically lost. In short, memories of Margot, Jojo canon, and the future is information that Anna can’t access anymore.

HI BASIL!!! :D I am MORE than happy to talk abt her omg, I've had this little hc floating around since I first watched battle Tendency last September and it's one of my faves ^^

I hc Joseph as gay which plays a pretty big part in all this too btw

So honestly this hc has to do with the lack of romance/chemistry between Joseph and Suzie throughout part 2. The only times we see them interact properly are when Esidisi is possessing/transferring to Suzie after Joseph defeats him. The scene is supposed to hint at their budding relationship, but it really doesn't feel romantic to me lol. Joseph is a known flirt and likes winding people up, and the things he says to Suzie ("If we were ever to fall madly in love with each other, you could kiss [my lips] all you'd like") come off as more playful and teasing rather than genuine. And her reactions are even less convincing, since she calls him weird and ugly straight to his face. She does blush when she walks away, but to me that only really adds to the forced-ness of the whole thing.

The other scene is when the main trio are off to Switzerland and Joseph makes them turn the car around so he can yell back as Suzie. But again, he just calls her ugly!! And we're supposed to believe she's blushing and falling for that? Honestly, they're genuinely the least romantic scenes for a canon pair I've ever seen lmao.

And them getting married after spending 2 weeks together (after the most traumatic days of Joseph's life btw) was just silly. I know there's the theory that they got married early bc Suzie got pregnant with Holly, but I just don't buy that tbh.

To me, I think it makes a lot more sense that Joseph proposed to Suzie because he was still processing his grief and trauma from the pillarmen. She has some resemblance to Caesar (Blonde, Italian, talking shit about Joseph to his face, plus they were close before Joseph met them) so instead of taking the time to process how he was feeling and what had happened, he basically uses Suzie as a scapegoat to reflect his feelings for Caesar (and men in general) onto instead.

Suzie knows exactly what he's doing; AND THIS IS WHERE MY HC COMES IN. I think Suzie's struggled with her lack of attraction for most of her life. She took a job on the island with Lisa Lisa because then she could escape all the questions from friends and family about boys or marriage or children, because Lisa Lisa certainly doesn't care, and there's no boys or marriage or children on the island. But now the Pillarmen are defeated and there's no need for anyone to stay on the island, so Suzie has to go back to her old life. But suddenly a rich, handsome Englishman who she now considers a good friend is offering her an escape from everything again, this time through marriage. She says yes because she knows she'll never get a better offer. She knows Joseph doesn't love her like that. But also, I think she does it a bit as a way to process Caesar's death too, they find comfort in each other's grief because they know what they're both going through.

And with the whole "Cheating" situation, I know people say it's ooc for Joseph but I disagree, if only because I don't think he ever actually loved Suzie. He probably had multiple affairs as well, and Suzie probably knew. Joseph isn't subtle, after all. But honestly? She's glad he is, because it means she doesn't have to pretend she loves him anymore, and they both get what they want. By this point they definitely have a strong platonic relationship, and that's what keeps them going as a pair. Basically they're in an open marriage lol.

The only reason she's so mad abt Josuke is because now everyone knows he's "cheating" instead of it being between them, which leads to newspaper headlines and public embarrasment for Suzie.

You were always used to Jotaro and you walking separatedly from and to school. The guy had way longer legs than you and would rather not be seen with you in public and near school, for reasons mysterious to you.

At first you felt offended that he would be ashamed of you, or just not bear your presence.

You did not know, in fact, that the reasons he kept his distance from you as much as he could when on schoolgrounds or when going to school, was to protect you from danger.

Not only was Jotaro constantly surrounded by crazy girls who would probably harass you for existing in his world, but he also had troubles, to understate, with local delinquents and other gangsters who wanted to throw some hands at him.

Furthermore, with the new discovery of that bizarre, seemingly evil spirit that started following him around, you were really the last person he wanted to hurt.

Unfortunately, being distant from his little sister wasn't near enough to protect her this time.

One fateful day, soon after your grandfather arrived in Japan and Jotaro got out of holding, you were walking home from school as usual.

Jotaro was already a solid five minutes away in front of you, which meant you were all alone.

You didn't mind the lone walk, the town was peaceful and you were used to it. But something irked you when you felt an insistant presence behind you.

You turned around, checking, but no one was there. You shrugged the feeling off, feeling a bit stupid for thinking the worse and kept walking, telling yourself it must have been a cat or an innocent someone who got home.

"Jotaro~! Welcome back- hm? Where is your sister?" Holly asked as she welcomed her son who just came home.

The boy grunted, reluctantly accepting his 'welcome home' smooch. "She's coming. She's just slow."

After a long while of waiting for your return, Holly started to worry, stress and anxiety clouding her mind. Panicked, she barged in Jotaro's bedroom. You weren't usually this late.

"Jotaro, are you sure Y/N was behind you? It's been almost thirty minutes and she's still not back…"

Jotaro huffed in annoyance as he got up from his laid down position on his bed.

"Yare yare daze, quit worrying over nothing, she's probably fine."

" 'Probably'?!"

"What's going on, Holly?" Joseph joined in after hearing the commotion.

"Y/N's not back from school yet… I'm scared something might have happened to her…" Holly explained to her father, dread even more evident in her voice as she worded her worries.

Joseph rubbed her shoulder in reassurance, "It's okay, Holly, I'm sure she's not that far. Jotaro! Get up and go look for your sister! You're supposed to keep an eye on her, that's your role as a big brother!"

The old man scolded as the teenager stood up and got on his way, as if he had been asked an annoying chore.

"Yare yare, you're all so noisy over nothing." He put his shoes back on and took his leave.

Stopping every once in a while and unable to shake off your uneasy feeling truly delayed you. You were sure you'd never hear the end of this if your father knew how late you were today.

"Kujo..." A sudden deep voice called right behind you, and you turned around, meeting with a complete stranger. "…Am I correct?"

"Yes?" You replied a bit shyly as you turned fully to him. "And you are...?"

As you now had a better look at him, you realised how handsome he actually looked. Not at all how you imagined a potential creep following you.

He wore your school's uniform but you didn't recognize his face. He must be a new student, you told yourself. He had beautiful red hair and a white shawl that flew gracefully in the wind. He was also strongly and elegantly built. Just who was he?

But all that charm quickly shifted as he smirked eerily in response. He approached you, his eyes glaring into your soul and you stepped backwards as fear built up inside you. Why was he looking at you like that so suddenly?

The uneasiness from before came up tenfold, this time completely justified. You spoke up as he came uncomfortably close to you, towering over your much smaller form.

"U-um… Did you need something…?" You hesitantly stuttered as he now stood arm-length away from you.

"Yes I do." He spoke confidently, his goal like set in stone. "I need you to lead me to your brother."

"What? My brother? If it's a fight you want with him, I won't let you." You protested with more confidence, now that you started to understand where he came from.

You were used to people trying to pick fights with Jotaro. You knew your brother had way too many enemies for his own good, and surely you wouldn't let anyone get to him and filter them out if you had the occasion.

"Who even are you? I don't recognize you from school…" You squinted your eyes warily. This boy arised too many questions in your mind.

Kakyoin smiled softly at you, which you didn't trust at all. He was fishy and there was something in his eyes that you quite couldn't put you finger on.

"My name is Kakyoin Noriaki." He sighed. "I didn't want to use force on a lady, but you don't leave me any choices..."

Before you could even react, green tentacle-like appendices appeared from behind him and lunged at you. You gasped and bolted away as fast as you could.

You knew it. It was bad. Real bad. You had no chance against a Stand user like him, you couldn't manage your own newly found Stand just yet. It was exactly like your grandfather said.

You tried to run, but not even 2 meters far and his green vectors wrapped around your ankles.

As you were about to trip and land on the floor, more of the tentacles wrapped around your legs, waist, arms and wrists, preventing you from falling, keeping you still in mid-air.

You couldn't move. Kakyoin came up behind you as you struggled in Hierophant Green's grip.

"Well that was easy." He snickered over your tied up and desperate form.

"LET ME GO!! LET ME- HMMFF!" He put a large hand over your mouth, effectively silencing your now muffled screams.

"Shhh! Don't make this harder for us, I'll just borrow your body real quick. It'll be over before you even know it. I'll make this painless, I'm a gentleman."

He released your mouth and Hierophant green squeezed itself around your neck, choking you, your mouth agape for you desperately needed air.

He took this advantage to grab your wrists and lock you against his chest as his Stand released you to nest itself inside your opened mouth.

Your body tensed up at the foreign and disgusting feeling of the spirit slipping down your throat and you violently squirmed in Kakyoin's grip as he forced your mouth closed, keeping the Stand inside to own your will and possess you. Just as Dio had taught him.

"Good. That's good. Jotaro would never kill his own sister, now would he? Even though his own sister will kill him. How tragically ironic."

He wrapped his arms back to your midsection as you stopped squirming, tired and breathless from fighting against him in vain. He held you against him as he knew you would surely collapse if he let go.

"Haaah… Ahh… Haaaa… Haaahh…" You panted shakily, scared and exhausted as your head hung low and your cold hands rested upon his own, barely able to swat them away from you with how shakey you were.

You were weak and alone, which was perfect for him to use. He chuckled and you felt the rumble of his chest against your back as he did. You felt like crying.

"It's too bad that you have to die. You're so cute, I would have loved to bring you to Master Dio with me."

You suddenly felt nauseous. You felt his stand inside you, trying to slide itself into every part of you and take control of your body.

You tried to resist, your arms and legs were shaking, your arched your back and writhed in pain, you knew your own Stand was fighting against it.

To Kakyoin's utter shock, Hierophant Green was violently pushed out of you by your own Stand as you let out lung-piercing coughs. Spitting the enemy out like some flesh-eating parasyte.

"WHAT-?!" Kakyoin yelped at the scene, but was then forced to let go of you as your Stand punched Hierophant Green in the face, the red-head owner feeling the hit full-force as well.

Kakyoin fell down, knocked down by the impact as you collapsed to your knees, coughing up and vomiting spit and blood.

Adrenaline pushing you through, you didn't let yourself any time to recover and took this chance to run away as fast as you could, taking sharp turns and passing through narrow paths that you prayed he wouldn't fit through or have the idea of searching.

You eventually lost track of him, gasping desperately for air as your lungs hurt in a dry and sharp pain, fed by the ceaseless pounding of your heart. Your legs were shaking uncontrollably, you couldn't take it anymore.

Right as you passed the Torii gate of the temple nearest to your neighborhood, one you walked through every day, you passed out cold onto the paved holy ground.

Jotaro slowly walked his way back to the path you usually both took to come home after school. He walked and walked, but still no trace of you on the way.

Although he would never admit it, his anxiety grew inside him and his heartbeat quickened as he realised that you were way too far from home for his own liking. You were right behind him, how could this happen?

He started to feel guilty that he didn't even check if you were still following him or not. Especially when he realized that so many people, people who yearned to get under Jotaro Kujo's skin, could easily do so by taking you down and harming you, his own sister.

His train of thoughts were interrupted when he found something, or rather someone on the stoned floor of the local temple. And as he approached the figure, sure enough, his eyes widened and his heart jumped in his chest. No...

"Y/N…!"

He immediately kneeled down next to you and lifted you to his lap. He checked you up and down for injuries and noticed you had fresh bruises forming on your wrists and neck and you were bleeding from your mouth. He could not believe what he was seeing.

"Aah… Jojo…" you whimpered in a wheeze as you recognized your brother's voice and his smokey scent.

"Who did this to you? What's the name of that fucking asshole?!" He growled, his gruff voice contrasting with the care he held you with.

"H-he's a stand user like you… Kakyoin… He's after you, don't go to school tomorrow…" You croaked and coughed out while looking up at his worried eyes and your brother scoffed.

"Yare yare, you're stupid to think I won't go to school and drum his ass."

He lifted you up and carried you back home to get your injuries treated. As to be expected, Holly freaked out at your state and Jotaro received a earful from Joseph who told him to never let a young girl walk all by herself, let alone his little sister and especially with all the trouble he gets into.

The next day, you stayed home to rest for the day, making you feel much better. Thankfully you had no major injuries and the Speedwagon foundation doctors knew about Stand inflicted wounds.

You had interesting chats with the guest Abdul and Joseph spoiled you all day like you were his baby which, to be fair, you were in his eyes.

In the mean time, Jotaro had met with Kakyoin and had an inevitable fight. Unfortunately, what Kakyoin had going on was much deeper than just wanted to bully Jotaro. When Jotaro came back home, he brought Kakyoin's unconscious body and you learned about what happened to him, about Dio, the fleshbud, and why he aimed at killing Jotaro.

Knowing what had transpired and with you doing much better, you decided to go check on the boy. You felt it was important to start allover with him.

You knocked gently on the guest room's door and slid it open, revealing Kakyoin in his injured state. Your brother truly did not hold back, you thought.

"Hello Kakyoin…" You greeted a bit shyly as you walked through the door. The red head looked at you with wide eyes as he recognized you.

"Y-...you're the girl I attacked yesterday?" You nodded and he sighed sadly. "I'm deeply sorry for what I did… That was.... Despicable of me..."

"Don't worry," You approached him and knelt down at his side. "My grandfather explained what happened to you. I'm not mad. You weren't yourself."

Kakyoin then glanced at your bruised neck and looked away in shame.

"I can't believe I harmed a girl… in such a low, awful way…" You chuckled lightly at his exaggerated worry.

"Hey, I'm fine! Look, you're in an even worse state than I am. Stop fretting and let us take care of you, okay?" You gently smiled at him.

He looked at you with a soft gaze. He bit his lip and blinked back the tears that prickled in his eyes. Were all members of this family pure redempting angels of sympathy and goodness?

"Thank you, Kujo, you're very kind..."

"Just call me Y/N." You smiled as you leaned in to move out some hairs that were stuck to his frontal bandage.

"Y/N…" He softly repeated, a blush rising to his face. Even your name was beautiful, he thought to himself, never daring to say it out loud.

His heart fluttered in his chest at your feathery touch and he felt suddenly much shier. He wanted to hold that soft hand in his own, but before he could even do anything, Holly called your name from afar.

"Y/N! Can you please come here for a second?"

"I'm coming!" You replied before looking back at the boy. "Sorry, I have to go. I'll let you rest until dinner is ready."

Kakyoin nodded and laid back down on the mattress. He let out a soft 'oh' of surprise when you gripped the blanket and tucked him in sweetly before getting up and leaving, sliding the door close behind you.

He sighed, unable to fight his little goofy grin.

"Damn it… I'm falling in love…"

5x09 : Allegiance (My POV)

Hannah's rescue is a failure: Gilead anticipated the US mission and moved their anti-aircraft systems. But luckily the girls are safe. Later June received a phone call from Joseph, she is always welcome in New Bethlehem but only if she makes a public statement and calls the failed mission a foolish act of aggression.

June confides in her interlocutor that his beloved wife Eleanor hated him. That she was at her bedside watching her die doing nothing. Which is no smart to do and hurts Joseph even if he says: Eleanor would still want me to help you with Hannah.

After hanging up, she destroys her garden before being stopped in her tracks by Luke. She prays him twice: Let me go. But he does not. If I was June, I will be mad because I hate when people want to force me to behave as they want.

Scarlet noticed something very interesting about the garden.

Nickblainesgf did a perfect parallel about how June is with Luke VS how she is with Nick when they try to comfort her. The comparison is really striking.

June goes to see Mark and announces him she is done with Joseph. Mark asks her: What about Nick Blaine? I offered to help him but he turned me down. Maybe you could persuade him. Nick was an Eye. He is a Commander now. Someone like that defecting from Gilead … Big impact. June seems interested to help when she learns that Nick (if he accepts the deal) will have immunity because: Be nice to have a win.

About the meeting, I already shared my point of view. Here some parallels.

Joseph makes an unexpected proposal to Naomi. A sort of reward, in a sense. He is truly one of them now. I am surprised Naomi does not have a mourning period even if Warren was a gender traitor. I hope their couple will be interesting.

Hannah is capable to write her name which is for me surprising because she is 12. So she was around 5 when she was kidnapped by Gilead. Gilead who forbit girls and women to read so to write. Seven years without to hold a pencil and she is capable to know exactly to write her real name? Which is surprising to me. Especially since her first name has several possible spellings: Hannah, Anna, Ana.

June has always affectionately called Hannah: Banana. Does Holly have a sweet nickname too? Because I do not noticed that.

Max Minghella says: I think a lot of what he is articulating is how he wants to feel as opposed to how he does. As many fans noticed, for Nick and June can not be together right now. May they be quickly together in season 6: Please! 🙏🙏🙏

WIP Thursday?

tagged a few days back by @aceghosts and am just now getting around to it. all I have today is a bit from the next chapter of siw right before Charlie loses her last shred of dignity. All subject to change and editing, of course.

She doesn’t really know what it is that draws her outside of her room and towards the staircase. The moments prior to the Baptist’s departure still linger in her mind as if she wants to finish what they had started. But, there’s also this small part of her that’s curious about John; he knows so much about her now, mainly against her will, and she knows so little about him.

Holly told her he wasn’t the monster she wants him to be, but she deserves to discover this for herself. Especially with everything she saw and heard tonight, Charlie deserves some clarity. She deserves to know why he’s willing to protect her, a non-believer, instead of a project member who may or may not have betrayed Joseph.

“Why are you still awake?” John’s waiting for her by the bottom of the steps, probably having heard her hobbling around the landing.

It’s a good question and one she doesn’t have an answer for. She’s scared? She’s confused? She doesn’t want to be alone when she feels like this? Maybe all of the above?

John looks as equally, if not more so, drained. His usual perfectly slicked back hair is messed up with strands falling into his face and his blue eyes look dulled from exhaustion; there’s even dried blood on his tattooed forearm. She wonders if his current appearance is more indicative of his true self, much more than the polished look he presents to the public. Charlie hates to admit it, but it stirs something inside of her; something she’s not quite ready to come to terms with.

-The morning is...busy to say the least

-You’re busy doing Holly’s hair while Joseph is desperately trying to tie his tie (lord help your husband)

-Holly seems to be excited, she only knew about school from you and Joseph and cartoons

-You made sure Holly’s lunch was perfectly packed and she had everything she needed for her first day

-You all piled in the car and prayed this would end well

-You arrived at Holly’s school far too soon and you and Joseph walk her in, making sure she gets to the right class

-Her eyes are huge and wide and she’s so excited to paint and learn and play with the other kids

-But once you and Joseph tell her you have to go, she pulls out the waterworks

- “You can’t go!! No, no, no!!!”

-Honestly its kind of heartbreaking

-Holly tries climbing up Josephs legs and will not stop

-She’s crying sm and its making you tear up and Joseph notices and lifts up Holly

Avdol

Avdol could never be annoyed with you, you were a valuable member of the team, always worked hard and were an amazing fighter. He’s very understanding of your bad memory and tries his best to help you whenever he can.

He still wants to treat you like an adult and not limit your independence. He’ll write down the directions to your room so you won’t get lost or light the way with Magicians Red so you’ll only have to follow the cute little flames to your room.  

During the trip he’s always keeping an eye out for you, he’s keeping tabs on everyone which is tiring but he’ll gladly protect all of you.

One time in a little city not far out from the trip’s destination, you’d excused yourself to the bathroom of the restaurant you’d all been eating at. 15 minutes and counting, Avdol was starting to get nervous, thinking you’d been attacked by a stand or had somehow gotten lost again.

When he went to go check, he found you opening the service door with an annoyed look on your face. “Wrong again. I swear the exit was close by!” you grumbled. An embarrassed smile on your face when you see Avdol’s concerned one, quickly walking up to him. He let out a sigh of relief and hooked your arm in his so you’d stay by his side till you reached the dinner table again. Trying your best to hide your blushy cheeks from his stern hold on you.

Joseph

Joseph would go full helicopter mom. He’d make sure you were rarely alone, to your dismay. Always sending one of the boys along with you if you needed a bathroom break or to get something you forgot. He asked at least 10 times a day if you were ok and if you’ve eaten already.

You liked that he was concerned but his care was getting a little too involved. When a rare moment of spare time arrived while waiting for a car rental to go through, you had some time to browse shops. You saw a cute dress inside one of the colourful stores and thinking Joseph was following right behind you, like he is most of the time, you went into the shop to try it on.

Right in the middle of putting on the dress, your head halfway through the hole, you heard Joseph frantically calling your name through the store. Struggling with the dress you tried your best to respond, opening the dressingroom curtain so he could spot you.

He located you and ran towards your little dressing room with an angry look on his face. Ready to start his scolding, you stopped him before he could. “Joseph I’m an adult ok. I can do things by myself every once in a while.” explaining further how you can handle yourself and you know when to ask for help.

The two of you talking for a while, Joseph feeling bad for being a little too involved. He buys the dress for you and apologises, saying how he’s just very protective of you, that if he can’t even protect you, then how will he save Holly? After a big hug you both talked it out, making a system that helped you and put his mind at ease for the rest of the trip.

Polnareff

Polnareff rarely ever gets bothered about your forgetfulness. But sometimes his mouth moves faster than his brain and a crude comment gets spoken. You already felt bad about forgetting your bag in the car but his “Of course you did.” just added another level of guilt and now anger. The rest of the group seeming shocked at his words.

Even Polnareff himself doesn’t know what to say and remains with his mouth hanging open, sputtering like an old car and trying to apologise. You hadn’t replied, just silently got your bag from the car and returned with it on your shoulder, a cold dead stare in your eyes as you walked past him.

There was a heavy tension in the air everyone could feel. Polnareff had often accompanied you so you wouldn’t get lost, you knew he liked to keep you company so it was quite surprising to hear those words coming from him.

It was getting dark around the new camping spot you’d all picked out, the small campfire lighting a circle around it. Most of the group already asleep, you were on guard by your request. When Polnareff came to sit next to you, you didn’t move or say anything. Let him work his way out of this one.

He started apologising profusely, saying how he didn’t mean it and it was his tiredness talking. He kept saying how sorry he was and how much he liked you, even starting to tear up at his frustration that he hurt you. Deciding you let him suffer enough, you held his hand in response. “Don’t ever say that again, ok? I really try my hardest.” you tell him, still not meeting his gaze. He’ll have to continue to make it up to you.  

Kakyoin

Kayoin was often times your companion. He liked spending time with you and talking about all the stuff you had in common. Kakyoin was always there to help you out but quickly noticed whenever you didn’t need it.

He’d always be the one to put notes on stuff or write the time you had to be at the team meetups on your hand.

You felt proud of the youth, that he always knew how to act without overstepping. The two of you even having a few running jokes about forgetfulness or funny situations you’d found yourself in.

You had went a full day without forgetting the way or the time you’d all were going to meet up at the hotel. The sun was setting and you were feeling proud of yourself, having such a successful day deserves a celebration. After the full day of traveling everyone was ready for a little bit of relaxation.

You invited your team to the bar nearby, being in a good mood and all, promising to buy them a round. Kakyoin and you talking about how good of a day it was and Kayoin laughing a little too hard at a not so funny joke you made, questioning him why.

“Well, is now a good time to say you have pen on your face from your hand? It’s been there since morning.” you hit him on the shoulder, scolding him for only telling you now. “That’s it! I’m ordering you a glass of milk and sending you to bed, you big baby!” you yelled as he continued to laugh at you.  

Jotaro

Jotaro understood your forgetfulness but couldn’t help be annoyed by it. But he never showed or spoke about said annoyance. He knows you can’t help it. He just doesn’t feel like the most helpful person, he doesn’t think he can do anything to improve the situation since the rest of the group is always ready by your side.

Still, he always keeps an eye out for you, getting a little pang of anxiety if he doesn’t spot you after a thorough scan of his surroundings. He’s actually pretty good at finding you as well, knowing your patterns and the way you always seem to unconsciously favour the right side.

So when you’re late to the morning meetup, everyone already waiting in front of the hotel, Jotaro knows exactly where to go. Factoring in the location of your room he offers to go back inside to look for you, since he’ll only take a minute.

You had forgotten the meeting time was 9 am but you realised it at 8:47, so you quickly got ready and were out the door by 9. If only the inviting vending machine near the end of the hallway hadn’t grabbed your attention.

It was full of snacks and you were hungry, the growling in your stomach making you forget that you should have already been outside. You heard soft footsteps as you grabbed the wrapped snack you just bought when a hand grabs ahold of your collar. “Come on, we gotta go.” But before the two of you left, Jotaro made you buy snacks for everyone, as an apology gift.
