♡The two of you are the definition of: Fell first and fell harder, with him falling harder without a doubt.

♡Tanjiro is most definitely the type to wait for a romantic moment to come, and if the moment he’s looking for is taking too long to come, he’ll set up his own romance moment.

♡When confessing he’s 100% the more nervous type instead of the confident type. It’s not that he’ll overthink little details, it’s that he’s afraid if you were to reject him, his friendship with you would be ruined completely

“Tanjiro, When can I open my eyes?” You questioned impatiently, one of your hands hovering over your eyes while the other was holding Tanjiros gentle hand.

A small smile appeared on the boys lips as he began slowing his pace before halting, you doing the same. “You can open them, now.” He finally replied, letting go of your hand.

The moment you did open your eyes, you saw a great view of the stars as it was night time. He took you to the top of a hill, a small blanket on the floor at the edge of the hill for both of you to sit comfortably. You already liked him although you did know better than to get your hopes up.

When it comes to talking to you in general, he isn’t nervous at all. But when it comes to the actual confessing part, he becomes nervous. Really nervous.

“Y/n, out of all the people I’ve met so far on my journey, you’ve treated me the kindest and I love you more than anything.” He’ll definitely say it too fast so he’ll have to repeat himself. But when he repeats himself slowly, he definitely stutters more.

˚ʚAgatsuma Zenitsuɞ˚

♡He’s impatient when it comes to confessing. And he can’t at all wait for a perfect moment.

♡And with the way he acts and randomly out of nowhere tells you to marry him, when he actually confesses, you think it’s another one of his attempts to get out of the demon slayer corps.

♡So it’s needless to say you thought his confession wasn’t serious. Especially with when he chose to confess.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚

Being assigned missions with Zenitsu was something you eventually got used to. But getting assigned missions with him without Inosuke or Tanjiro was new.

Usually, Zenitsu would choose to cling onto Tanjiro’s arm. Although with Tanjiro at the Swordsmith village, he chose to cling to you instead. Which you didn’t exactly mind.

You held the handle of your Katana closely as you heard a demon approaching. With Zenitsu’s hearing, he of course heard the demon just as you did.

And fearful as he always is, he chose to confess the very moment the demon died in the middle of the town you two were in.

“Y/N! I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA DIE! YOU SAVED ME! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH.” He clung onto you in a hug when in reality, he had fallen asleep last moment and beheaded the demon, waking up right after.

When he realized you though the confession he made wasn’t serious, he had to explain again in a less fearful tone while still keeping you in a tight hug.

˚ʚHashibira Inosukeɞ˚

♡When confessing, He sounds completely loud and confident as he always is. Although on the inside he’s nervous. But It’s hard to see.

♡With any means necessary, He won’t let you see that he’s nervous. It’s not like you can tell so in your eyes, it doesn’t really matter too much.

♡He doesn’t really know when a romantic moment is. But he’s also not the type to randomly rush in like Zenitsu whenever he see’s a girl.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚

You sat on the engawa of the butterfly mansion, still in the uniform you were given when you had first arrived. You were completely bored out of your mind and you couldn’t exactly sleep. You weren’t sleepy and you had too many thoughts running through your head.

Suddenly, a small creak from the wooden floor was heard, making you turn over quickly, only to see Inosuke walking towards you, his boar mask in his hands instead of on his head.

Upon realizing it was just him, you stopped being tense, your body turning the other way once more. Until Inosuke took a seat next to you, making you turn your attention to him again.

Just as you were about to turn your attention back to the moon again, you watched as one of the Onigiri’s in Inosuke’s hands got tossed onto your lap.

“You should be glad I like you enough to share.” He stated before turning the other way while munching on his own Onigiri. If you couldn’t get the hint then he’ll clarify more loudly the next morning.

˚ʚShinazugawa Genyaɞ˚

♡Definitely acts all tough and prideful when confessing but his face is burning and completely red while attempting to make eye contact but failing to do so.

♡He’s really nervous on the inside and the most He can do for a romantic moment is pick some flowers in a nearby field and give them to you. If he does anything more than that, he fears that something will co completely wrong.

♡If you were doing something before he was about to confess, he’ll politely drag you off to a more secluded area before giving you the flowers.

˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚ ༘♡ ⋆｡˚ ❀ ˚

Your own face was a light shade of red but you couldn’t exactly be embarrassed as Genya’s face was worse, practically shoving the small but nice colored flowers into your own hands.

“Genya, are you okay?” You questioned, gently taking hold of your favorite colored flowers. You stared at him, his gaze averted somewhere else, too nervous to look you in the eye.

“Kanroji said this was the best thing I could do for you.” He finally spike after a few moments of silence between the both of you.

Finally, Genya looked over at you, watching as you played with the flowers he gave you. “I really like you Y/n.”

˚ʚTokito Muichiroɞ˚

♡He’s mostly blunt about it, and if he were nervous, it wouldn’t show. Not even a little bit.

♡Since he’s a little new to love, especially romantic feelings, he doesn’t really know when The Perfect Moment would be. And he wouldnt ask Mitsuri for help either.

♡He went to mitsuri when he first started experiencing feelings for you, but just as she was about to offer how he should confess, he left her Estate without another word.

You laid on the soft grass, cloud gazing with Muichiro laying right next you, his long hair sprawled all over the soft grass. A few moments ago, Muichiro knocked on your estate, asking you to watch the clouds with him.

He had a reason he was asking you. That reason was to tell you about his feelings while watching the clouds. But the moment he got lost in the clouds as usual, he forgot why he asked you to join him.

So he Just began to enjoy the Company, ignoring the feeling that he forgot something more important than usual.

“How cute, that one’s shaped like a heart! Reminds me of Kanroji.” Your finger pointed up at a cloud that was shaped exactly like a heart.

‘Oh, right.’ Muichiro’s head fell to the left to look at you. His eyes Soon drifted down to your hand. Before he knew it himself, he intertwined his pinky finger with yours, making you turn your head over to him with a confused expression on your face.

“Y/n. I love you. More than a friend.”

(Demon Slayer Characters x Little sister reader) You get seriously injured)

Tanjiro

Tanjiro was hesitant about you being part of the demon slayer corpse in the first place

You and Nezuko were the only family he had left and he couldn't stand the thought of losing either of you

However you insisted on joining the corpse alongside him, so he relented

It made him feel a little better knowing he would be with you to keep an eye on you

And at first, things went well

Until you both went up against Rui

The fight was brutal and Tanjiro was doing his best to keep you out of harm's way

To his horror, though, you were caught in one of the demon's attacks, leaving you with a pretty nasty wound

Tanjiro instantly started blaming himself, seeing you in so much pain

You both end up winning against the Lower Moon and being taken for treatment

Finally, you both get to see each other again Tanjiro apologizes for you getting hurt

Of course, you don't blame him

You're just happy that he's ok

Zenitsu

Zenitsu always felt bad that you were keeping an eye on him so he wouldn't get hurt

He was your older brother, he felt as if he was supposed to be the one keeping you safe

Luckily, you hadn't sustained any serious injuries during your time as a demon slayer

That is until you came in contact with a particularly strong demon

Zenitsu wanted to stand next to you and fight, but he was just too scared

So once again, you stepped up, showing no fear

You faced the demon head on, until the monster turned his attention to your brother

You panicked when you noticed this

You quickly took action, taking the hit for him

Zenitsu watched with wide eyes as you were injured getting knocked to the ground, bleeding

Zenitsu got so panicked that he ended up passing out, killing the demon himself

When he woke up and saw you patching yourself up, he started crying

He begged you to forgive him for causing you to get hurt on his behalf

Of course, you didn't blame him

Inosuke

Inosuke is confident that he can keep you safe

He's been doing it for years now, so he doesn't think anything bad could happen

However, he didn't expect a demon to attack out of nowhere

Neither of you were prepared, and being caught off guard you felt the demon's claws dig into your shoulder

Seeing this, Inosuke was pissed

He took care of the demon as fast as he could before running over to you

He yells at you to stay awake, doing what he can to patch up you injury

You do end up passing out from blood loss, which worries your brother

He waits until you wake up, and then yells at you for worrying him

Deep down, you know he cares

"Eh, Tanjiro, we need to win this dare."

Tanjiro sighed and laid his back on the engawa. He stared at the sky, but then you blocked his sight when you suddenly kissed him on the lips. He sat up with his eyes widening. He can't believe that you just smooched him there.

"Y/N..."

"I can't say that word, but I guess I can still be sweet with you."

You gave him a smile, which eventually made him blush. He suddenly went near your face, with your noses almost touching. It was your turn to blush hard as Tanjiro cupped your chin and caressed your cheek with his tongue.

"I think that'll be good enough for today." He whispered and finally locked your lips in a heated kiss, which eventually led you to bite his lower lip.

Tanjiro pulled out of the kiss and stared into your eyes. He gave you a childish grin and pinched your cheek. "No biting for you. Let's just continue that tomorrow when the dare ends."

"Continue what?" You said, blushing harder. Tanjiro planted a quick kiss on your lips before lying back down.

"You know what I mean. I love you, Y/N."

You embraced Tanjiro tightly, making sure that even if you can't tell him that you love him, he will feel it.

🌸𝐙𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐮 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐚🌸

"Don't you love me anymore? Y/N, answer me!"

"I do! But you know I need to win this dare Zenitsu."

"But 24 hours is so long! I want to hear you tell me that you love me now."

"What if... I just do this?"

You pinned Zenitsu down on the futon, which eventually shut him up. "What are you doing?" He asked, but you didn't answer through words. You straddled over your blonde boyfriend and kissed him passionately on the lips.

He eagerly kissed back, squeezing your bum, which made you giggle. "You're so impatient, Zenitsu." You teased, which made him blush harder than he is now.

You caressed his face and laid down beside him, making sure that you were cuddling him. Apparently, Zenitsu loves to be the small spoon.

"I love you, Y/N... Kiss me again, please."

"Mmm, yes, Zenitsu. I will."

You couldn't resist the puppy's look in his eyes, so you leaned in again and kissed him on the lips. His hands worked on your body as your lips were locked together. You felt your cheeks getting hotter with the next words that came out of his mouth.

"You can't say you love me today, but I guess we can do it."

You nodded, and that immediately made him smirk and pin you down on the futon. And the rest is history.

🌸𝐈𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐚🌸

"Either tell me you love me right now, or I'll force you to do it the hard way."

"I can't, Inosuke. If I do that, we'll lose! I know you hate losing, right?"

Inosuke rolled his eyes. The ticking of the clock makes him more impatient, but then, yes, he doesn't want to lose. So then he just sat up from the futon and crossed his arms, acting mad at you.

That made you sigh, and so you went on his back and slowly massaged his shoulders, which immediately made him relax. "It's only eight more hours before the dare ends... If you'll wait longer, I might reward you with something more than those three words."

You suggested it, which made Inosuke blush as he turned to look at you. You stared at his shining green eyes and kissed him on the lip. The man didn't protest; instead, he pulled you closer and went on top of you.

"Kiss me again." He said this as he stared intensely into your eyes. In times like this, you can't help but adore Inosuke so much. "I lo—"

"Nope! We'll lose if you say that! Just kiss me again."

He said that, stopping you from saying those three words. But then, yes, you finally kissed Inosuke, which made him smile as you both pulled out. Inosuke laid down beside you and hugged you.

"I'll make you say you love me a hundred times tomorrow, Y/N."

You blushed and buried your face in the crook of his neck, inhaling his manly scent. "I know you will, and I can't wait for it."

Behind the Mask

Inosuke x Reader

You are a helper at headquarters and encounter a strange demon slayer. Where will this encounter take you?

Chapter 1

It was late at night, and you were setting up some supplies for tomorrow. When a messenger crow flew in knocking down some of the medicines you were organizing. It began to screech.

"CRITICALLY INJURED DEMON SLAYERS ON THERE WAY. CRITICALLY INJURED DEMON SLAYERS ON THERE WAY. PREPARE PREARE."

You and a few of the other helpers in the room imminently started to get ready. You ran outside to the front of headquarters in anticipation. A loud noise rang through the night, and you saw in the distance a bunch of birds disturbed and fleeing from trees. Just then the front doors burst open, and two demon slayers came bursting through. It looked like whatever battle they were in was still occurring. One demon slayer was still behind and a flash of fire lit the sky up. You didn't have time to watch more as one of them in front of you was bleeding out heavily and attempted to run back to the fight. He was being held down by a boy with yellow hair screaming.

"NO, WE CAN'T GO BACK WE CAN'T GO BACK ARE YOU CRAZY THAT THING IS GOING TO KILL US!"

"WOULD YOU SHUT UP WE HAVE TO HELP KANJIRO!"

The demon slayer attempting to go back into battle was interesting to say the least. He had a boar mask and even though being on the break of passing out was trying to run back into battle. You ran over to assist the both of them.

"You’re bleeding really bad you need to get inside!" You yelled.

Another flash lit up the sky and before you could react you and the two demon slayers were blasted back by the explosion or whatever was happening. You looked up to see the two demon slayers also knocked out on the floor. The yellowed hair was crying and ran over to another helper. The one with the boar mask was attempting to get back up and run into battle. You ran over and attempted to pin him down knowing that he would surely die if he kept pushing himself.

"You can't go back don't you know how injured you are!"

"GET OFF ME GET OFF ME!" He yelled.

"YOU ARE SO STUBBORN!" You retorted.

It was no use it was clear he was not going to listen and even injured he could easily overpower you. You grabbed some sleeping powder out of your kimono and blew it in his face. Almost instantly he was knocked out. The last demon slayer came in looking just as injured as the other two. A helper went to him and one came over to help you with the boar demon slayer.

"Wow that one really put up a fight." The helper exclaimed.

"Yeah I didn't want to knock him out, but he was making his injuries worse flailing around like that. Was that a demon this close to headquarters?"

"It appears so, the last boy had finished him off though. We better get these three inside."

It was a long night treating and dressing the wounds of the three boys. The one you had knocked out stayed asleep and you were sure he would for a while given how exhausted his body was. Once everything that could be done for the night was finished you and the other helpers went to rest. Sleep came quickly after all the hard work. It was hard to think you'd only have a few hours of sleep before having to wake up and get back to work but you prided yourself on being a great helper. Afterall demon slayers risked their lives everyday to keep everyone safe. Surely a little loss of sleep was the least you could do to repay them. You fell fast asleep, and morning came too soon. You heard a knock on your door.

"Good morning, we um could really use your help." The helper looked completely out of sorts. Hair jumbled and clothes rustled.

"What's going on?" You asked.

"The boar demon slayer.. well he woke up and keeps screaming and he won't listen to any of us. He's going to rip out his stitches we worked so hard on last night."

You threw your blankets off and ran out to the infirmary imminently. Just as your friend had said the demon slayer was failing around yelling about needing to know what happened and where the demon was.

"Oh thank goodness you're here. Please help us!"

"Sir you need to calm down you're going to reopen your injuries!" You yelled.

"YOU THINK I GIVE A DAMN?! WHERE IS KAMJIRO AND ZANTUSU!" The beat masked demon slayer yelled.

"I'll tell you as soon as you calm down." You said calmly hoping your calm demeanor would help deactivate the demon slayer.

"HOW CAN I CALM DOWN TELL ME NOW!" He demanded.

You understood. He was just worried about his friends but mixing that fiery temper with wounds this bad was not going to help. You placed your hand on top of his head.

"Hu?" He exclaimed and stopped flailing around.

"Listen. Your friends are alive and ok. They also have extensive injurious, so you all were separated into different rooms given the severity. They are resting just down the hall. It appears the demon was taken care of by the demon slayer with the scar on his forehead."

He did not move or respond but appeared to be digesting the information. Then after a moment appeared to be reactivated by the information.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME TANJIRO KILLED IT?? I WANTED TO BE THE ONE TO KILL THAT DAMN DEMON." He yelled.

You laughed.

"WHY THE HELL ARE YOU LAUGHING AT ME??"

"I'm not laughing at you. It's just that you seem to think your friend did all the work but based off the state of your body I can see you gave it more than your all. What is your name?" This praise appeared to calm him down a bit.

"Uh.. It's Inosuke and I'm king of the mountains!"

What an interesting demon slayer indeed you thought. At least this approach you were taking was starting to calm him down.

"Well Inosuke, thank you for risking your life as a demon slayer to keep us all safe. Now please let me do my job of repaying you by helping your body heal." These sentiments appeared to effect him and you could feel a complete change in his mood.

"Uh yeah of course!"

"All you need to do is take it easy and rest. There is some medicine that is advised for you to take once a day for a week just to ensure there are no infections as you heal. I'll be checking into make sure you remember those. As for now is there anything I can get you?"

"Yeah i’m starving!"

"Of course, I'll get you something to eat just rest now please. Once your friends are awake you can all visit. Everything is ok now." You reassured him and walked out of the room.

Tanjiro, Inosuke and Maka x shy half-demon reader

Tanjiro

★ Endless loop of apologies. You could say sorry for bumping into him and he would tell you it's okay and not to be sorry. Resulting in you saying "oh okay, sorry!" Before running away because "ohmygodIshouldn'thaveapologizedohno-"

★ He doesn't care about you being half demon, but he is intrigued by the idea of a demon and human having a kin together.

★ Honestly he's very sweet to you. If you start to panic over something he talks you through it. Sometimes it's nice to say some things out loud and get it off your chest, it definitely helps!

Inosuke

★ When you first met you had to run away from him because he was trying to headbutt you. You ended up climbing a tree and Tanjiro had to pull him away. He was very confused when you later hid from him.

★ He is so dense. Does not get why you apologize so often and honestly doesn't care that much. It's a bit nice because you don't need to explain yourself to him but you could live without him yelling so much.

★ He will yell at anyone who picks on you. He is effectively your gard dog and personal bodyguard. When he learned that you are half demon he demanded to know how. How are you half a demon? Did you eat a demon!?!

Maka

★ She tries to keep you calm. At some point she definitely introduced you to Crona, the two of you would get along very well. But besides that she's really good at not making a big deal about it.

★ Very patient with you, if you start stuttering and can't seem to find the right words she'll say something along the lines of "it's okay take your time."

★ As for you being half demon, she doesn't make a big deal about it. C'mon, one of her teachers is dead and she is friends with a actual cat. You think she would draw the line at demons?
