ooo I haven’t done flip headcanons yet!! this was so fun!!

I think she’d be more secretive about her little side and more willing to show her caregiver side

she’s pretty independent when little, she looked after herself a lot growing up and that bleeds into when she’s regressed

but she does let Tara, Rossi, Jj & Hotch help when she needs it

she isn’t against the other agents helping her but she’s most comfortable with them and they know her habits best

when she’s watching over someone it’s usually Jj or Spencer but occasionally she’ll take care of Tara on the off chance she needs someone there while she’s little

her and Tara get along nicely as I think they’re both flips

they’ll talk about the struggles of each headspace and have play dates together when little and/or while watching littles

Emily loves to go out and do stuff when shes taking care of a little, whether it’s simply to the park or something like going to a fair really depends on the day

while she’s little she’d rather stay in, enjoying just sitting and coloring or playing old movies from her childhood

I also think she likes specific dance movies, ballet & hip hop being her favorites, she shows them to any little willing to watch them with her and will practice all the moves she picks up while regressed

she gets pretty shy when little, hiding behind Rossi’s leg if she happens to slip at a team outing or occupying herself with something in Jj’s purse to not draw attention to how she’s slipped into headspace

on the other hand, she loves to be loud and energetic when she’s in her caregiver mode, spinning her little around in her arms, making many jokes to watch them giggle, anything that’ll bring her and her little joy really

despite her protests when big, she adores holidays

her little side can’t help but beg Hotch & Rossi to deck the house in all sorts of decorations for whatever holiday might be coming up

thankfully the team doesn’t bring this up while she’s big, but they all know and subtly try to encourage it no matter the headspace

when she’s small her brain can get a bit mixed up at times with how many languages she knows so there’s time where she isn’t speaking English without really noticing

her and Luke have conversations in Spanish all the time, both of them love it

and occasionally she’ll call her little a pet name/nickname in a different language, it changes depending on who’s she’s watching

she’ll carry her little anywhere they ask, on her shoulders or on her back is the go to

once she carried Luke bridal style but Luke gets too embarrassed about it when he’s big so nobody brings it up, Matt does have that picture framed on his desk though

Idea of little Emily deciding to play "hide and sneak" with Sera but she doesn't tell Sera it so one minute Sera knows were she is the next she's gone and can't find her and freaks out trying to find her.

Yessss! Surprise hide and seek is the best!!

-I think Emmy would also take hide and seek very seriously, too, hide somewhere very well, and stay for hours until she gets found.

-Sera would automatically assume the worst and panic! Tear their home apart to find her!

-Depending on how long she looks, she may call Adam and Lute to help find her.

-Then she'll call St Peter, who will often have a pretty good idea where she's hiding. He knows all her best hiding places.

-Then Emmy will be found, completely safe, either asleep or overjoyed that Sera found her. Absolutely oblivious to all the distress she caused.
