I started my morning with Queen's "My Melancholy Blues" and man, I need to do this more often. I typically begin with some energetic, poppy music - my favorite morning playlist includes the Ting Tings, Basement JAXX, and Macklemore - but I think I've been making a mistake in saving the slow blues and jazz for the evenings.

tbh the trc scene that affected me the most deeply is the one in the raven king where blue ambiguously dream-drags gansey into a tree with her and tells him "we could just stay here. we could just get away from it all and stay here and never let anything bad happen ever" and gansey tells her "i want that so much. but i know what i have to do. i love you, blue, but i know what i have to do"
