Yoo Joonghyuk is a ruthless man. However, during his regressions, he came to find you, a vampire. And what was so interesting about you is that, you were a vampire before the apocalypse. At first he brought you along only because he found you useful. But then, when he was able to clear more and more scenarios with you, he started to develop these 'strange feelings' he calls them.

Being a vampire was a struggle for you. After all, there were so many people around you, it was hard to resist. you usually drank animal blood from the nearby butcher, but when the apocalypse hit, you lost your supply. But when you met him, Yoo Joonghyuk, everything changed.

Blood is like wine. The more it ages, the better it tastes. So, as a regressor, Yoo Joonghyuk's blood was amazing. Of course, he killed you the first few times he met you, but started warming up.

Now, as the relationship developed, and when you two started dating after, what, 7 regressions? Well, he realized it was hard for you to join him completing scenarios with your weakness of the sun.

He scoffed, "weak." he muttered under his breath as he turned away from you.

His actions were very different though. A week later, he brought a coat that looked almost identical to his, except in a beige color, and with different attributes. Yours made you gain sun resistance.

You cried when you stepped out in the sun, feeling warmth from the fiery ball for the first time. You hugged him dearly, thanking him over and over again.

Yoo Joonghyuk was shocked to say the least. As a man who's unfamiliar with such emotions, he awkwardly patted your back. He never realized how much this meant to you. After all, vampires have feelings to.

Dottore would never trust anyone else to handle something so important, as both your doctor and your lover he is more than capable of taking care of you. You're thankful for this, knowing you're in skilled hands, but of course, you still can't help but be scared of undergoing surgery. Dottore, not being the best with these matters, would just hold you and reassure you that it would be over before you know it. Unfortunately, for all of his skill, he still can't exactly stop the pain afterward, but he still tries to find a solution. He is not a scholar for no reason. He would experiment with different mixtures and formulas, not resting until he managed to make something that's better than the last. Which you know of but can't exactly stop him from overworking, but with enough begging you can convince him to take a break and cuddle with you. During these breaks, he would always question you regarding your current state, which you love him for, but you would still like to have a normal conversation with him! The segments as well, they always pop in regularly to check in on you. They make sure you're comfortable and have your needs met in as many ways as they can. Zandy too, he would be more than willing to be your little helper and at your beck and call. Not wanting you to strain yourself.

Pantalone would spare no expense if it meant you could feel even the slightest bit more comfortable. Of course, he consults with only the best of the best to get the best possible recommendations. He certainly doesn't see a problem with spending his money this way, even if you feel a bit guilty he's spent this much on you again (not just the medical stuff, but also numerous gifts and services he has provided for you) but Pantalone would always shush you by kissing you. You're his lover, it's only natural that he makes sure only the best. And he will see to that. Pantalone usually likes keeping his work life away from his personal one, so as to focus all of his attention on you, but this is different. Good thing the bedroom is big enough to fit his office stuff. He also doesn't let Fatui agents come in so as to not bother or disturb you (though they are panicking over how to relay messages to the Harbinger, he gets a lot of papers slipped under the door for a while.) He keeps an eye on you more than you think, you don't really know how he multitasks like that but you're thankful regardless.

Capitano would initially be scared to hold you - you're weak right now and he's scared of accidentally hurting you. But even he can see how much you need him right now so he manages to get over his fear. He's super gentle with you, it seems uncharacteristic of a man like him but he can't help it. He wants to help you as much as someone like him can, even though he's wholly inexperienced and awkward with such things. Capitano would kind of be a large guard dog with the touch of a little puppy, he's a silent man in general so many times you find him staring at you silently as if to ask what he can do to ease your pain. Another one who's at your beck and call except he's not the best but he's learning. He's the one who has made a whole checklist and reads it off in the same voice every day, it honestly gets comedic eventually and then he's confused why you're giggling. All in all, he's not used to being so gentle, but he's always willing to do so for you.

Yk, something about my Eddie fell first essay, I never really went like "oh this is something that could be proven right by canon" mostly because when I wrote that I was still dealing with buddie being a distant possibility not something that's so close I can taste, but then Ryan was let out of interview jail. Then I went full conspiracy theorist. (Please note everything from here on out is a conspiracy theory that will most likely never be confirmed or denied so I'll live in it forever) I had made the post about how I think Ryan is playing Eddie as in love with Buck, the question was whether he was being told to do that or he was just playing it up as much as they allowed him to because we know Ryan supports the ship, and then Ryan said the "this goes beyond friendship and I love you to the core" thing.

He said he talked to someone about what it meant for Eddie to do that, because he didn't understand it at first, and then that's the conclusion he reached. But the thing is, that line "I love you to the core" specifically means so much in the context of the season, to say I love you to Buck like that in season 4 is so MONUMENTAL, that I wanna believe one of the writers straight up told him "yo this is a love confession" and explained it to him like that, and he has been playing Eddie with that line in mind ever since, and that's why he had that locked and loaded for the interview. Because, like, I, in my most normal day, am out here arguing they casted Ryan with a plan, even more considering the way Eddie was written for Ryan, they could very much have told him "look, play with the chemistry you and Oliver have, if the audience likes with might amp it up, if we're lucky we might go there someday" because you have moments in season 2, but season 2 is still very low stakes, but then when I think about the the season 3 of it all, the there's nobody in this world I trust with my son more than you, the lawsuit, and well of it all and the way they put Ryan in pr jail after Eddie begins, an episode that would retroactively be HUGE for buddie but it's pretty big for them anyway, I'm like 🤔 because we all saw Ryan talking about buddie this past month, the guy CANT SHUT UP, and if he was told something during season 3 or 4 along the line of "play it up, we are gonna fight to make this happen", putting him in pr jail would make sense, because they can't risk him saying something if they're not sure they can deliver, because how fast they dealt with Buck being bi while in a new network makes me convinced someone on fox was blocking it and nothing will convince me otherwise. But now they can, so they let Ryan run free. Because you can make a VERY strong argument that Eddie is aware of something during season 5 and 6, season 6 most of all, but you can very much make season 5 queer coded and have Eddie be like "oh I can't ignore how I feel about him anymore", because Ryan also said something about Eddie's breakdown and how that's what allowed Eddie to let Buck "know who Eddie truly is" which is interesting with the way Eddie is constructed, because if Buck is inside the last wall Eddie had up, what's actually stopping Eddie to see he's in love with Buck by the end of the season? Which would make season 6 as a pining season for Eddie make sense. Down to the way the cemetery seems to be pulling these very specific reactions from Eddie that are the same reactions we saw him have in breakups and flights with Shannon. But also things like Eddie's reaction to the lightning being something we never saw from Eddie before AND the way Oliver talked about a scene of Eddie losing his composure during in another life, not during in a flash that we didn't get to see most likely because they completely rearranged 6b because they thought they were gonna get cancelled, so they wouldn't be able to deliver what they had in mind. But now they have nothing but time, season 8 is already confirmed, and by the looks of it abc was like "go for it" with buddie in a way that fox never was, so they finally got to tell Ryan "we're doing it, go crazy" and now we are here. They could prove me right today. About Eddie not about Ryan knowing and some secret plan being in place forever. I don't think it's gonna happen. I seriously don't think it's gonna happen. I'd be more surprised to be proved right than wrong here. But the conspiracy theory is a possibility that felt very real for a second there during promo season lol

He keeps avoiding your widow bites so you stop bothering to waste them. “Don’t make me shoot you again.” He said, giving a matter-of-fact nod to the bleeding and still painful wound. “Put your arm down, stop trying to hit me with whatever the hell you have. It is not working.” He seemed to pause, squinting in the low and bad lighting level. It looked like he had spotted the pattern on your belt. The widow symbol.

“Who hired you.” “This is my job.” “Apparently. Who wanted me dead?” “My superiors.” You respond both times sharply and without much room for more questions. That was his andswer that’s the best he gets. There was a beat of silence that followed, “You aren’t even actually in control right now, are you? I’m not talking to the real person.” He said with realization. No, that was stupid. What did he mean? Of course this was you. You were a real person why did he say it like you were some kind of extension of nothing? You carry out missions because it is your purpose. But you are forced not to dwell on that. No, no forced- you push it away yourself. At least it feels like it. And pounce forward. You had taken a small knife from a pocket while you had been shooting with the other hand and started using it in the fight. The first thing to do was obviously twist the gun out of his hand or point it away from you. Ow. Moving hurt a lot. Moving fast and using all your footwork in the fight with a bullet hole in your leg was an entirely new experience. But you could swallow the pain. Like the times you had before. Push it away. Keep going. Get the job done and oh my god his grip is annoyingly strong on the handle of this gun. You use his shoulders to brace yourself, jumping up in the same motion to use one of the trade-mark well known widow moves. The super serum wouldn’t stop suffocation so if you could just lock around his throat. He tried to throw you off and it didn’t quite work, as you managed a cut on his head before he could grab your hand sharply and hit you into the brick wall of the ally. Your ears rung loud and sharp and you had to let go. For a moment you were dazed. On the ground, not even realizing you were on the ground, blinking slowly with your gaze up. You could hear your blood roaring in your ears and your head starting to pound with pain. You could feel something wet dripping down from where you had been smashed into the wall. You see the figure of the target and try to get your head back in the game though- blinking rapidly and almost aimlessly reaching for the pistol in your holster. For some reason your hands are shaking as you push yourself back, still flat on the ground, the gun raised at the super soldier.

how disappointing. I thought out of everyone maybe you could at least do this one thing for me. A voice crackled through your earpiece and for a moment you’re dazed again, confused as to why now your pistol was pointed at you… by you. And then, for the first time since you were a little girl, you had a shining moment of yourself again. You must have been ordered to terminate yourself. The target- no, wait, this was another person. He had a name. Looked confused as to what your strategy was now but he must have caught the scared and confused expression on your face. Your hand was shaking more now. You didn’t want to do this. You wouldn’t fail they could give you another chance! You couldn’t force your hand away. You felt your eyes get wet and felt mad because of it. You shouldn’t be crying. Not in front of someone else. And not because of another order. It was just another order. The Red Room needed you to do this. You followed orders. Like you were told. This was no different, right? You didn’t even have time, because a strong hand sharply grabbed your wrist and forced the gun pointed in a different direction. The target? You could see something in his eyes this time though, something else. Something not quite pity but this time is wasn’t anger either. Like now he felt bad about what he was going to do. “They’re making me.” You don’t even realize what you had said, everything just wasn’t registering anymore. You were losing lots of blood and had hit your head, quite hard against a brick wall. You’re voice had been cracked as it said that, and quite- barely loud enough to be heard. “I can tell.” He replied, and you still hadn’t entirely registered that you had spoken to someone out of turn so for just another second you were confused. Not even registering that the two of you were still fighting actually. Your body hijacked by most of your mind and fighting to follow the order you had been given. While the actually conscious part of you felt frozen and stuck. Or. Wait no, maybe the fighting part was the conscious one? You finally manage to get back from the soldier and try to pull the trigger. But it was when nothing happened that you realized during the fight you had just backed out from he must have managed to turn the gun’s safety on. Whatever fine you could follow your orders anyway, you had to. But he caught your wrists again before you could aim the widow bites properly and pinned both of your hands against the tight ally wall, using a knee to keep you pinned as well so that you couldn’t attack. “Sorry about this.” He said, and you must have said something because that all-most-sad expression flickered behind his eyes again but you didn’t have any time for that. Because everything went dark.

ok SOOO its canon-compliant UP until 53/57, around there ! gilly takes Not Ferin Well a whole lot worse, especially the almost jay betrayal! hes basically the same as he is in canon (atleast to jay and chip) but hes so upset over jay lying to them this whole time even after what theyve been through together. lizzie and caspian roll up on the half a ship and yk yk, gill goes to help and lizzie makes the "hes on my ship, hes on my crew" and. gill just thinks shes serious and hes shocked and then kind of relieved? he didnt know how to confront chip and jay about what happened on block and now he doesnt have to! and so he just. says goodbye to jay and chip and lizzie is like oh shit youre fr? ok welcome aboard. LOL .

jay and chip take this as well as youd expect! theyre obviously very betrayed and upset, and chip is mad at both gill but also Lizzie cuz in his mind she has just taken his best friend away from her :( they go their separate ways after an argument between all of them (mainly gill, lizzie and chip) and jay keeps trying to convince chip to go back, chip keeps trying to sail them forward and is even more deadset on finding arlin now (they drop off ollie way sooner, as soon as they get to zero-- which they leave for after allport)

gill would start to feel guilty but also the training hes doing with caspian and lizzie starts to help him, and hes also coming to terms with being in the oversea and in his mind the grandberry ship is helping him a lot!

anyways a lot of time passes, both ships go on canon-compliant adventures (HOWEVER. grandberry pirates fight off against the navy a lot more than riptide crew does in canon, so gill is also dealing with that .)

since it starts out near ep 50ish, its near ep 100 where they are reunited (in the black sea!) niklaus tempts lizzie (and by proxy the rest of the crew) by saying if they go and help him with what he needs (which is uh. gillion. its the same thing he wants gill to do in canon) that he will bring ava back (he can Totally do that guys.) and then he gets A BIT SILLY and goes to riptide pirate crew (atp theyd have all the normal npcs minus queen cuz that was all gillion's doing) and is like. Do you Want your Fish Guy? Hes somewhere in the black sea. find him for me and ill make sure he comes back to you guys . :D (he can also Totally do that.)

they meet in the black sea, have the same battle they did when they first got there (both albatross and grandberry together) and gill is still the one who saves jay which leads to sillyness ^_^ gill and jay . talk it out and whatnot, chip (once he stops refusing to talk to gill) and gill argue about it and have. surprise. another ice arena moment. theyre so insane.

i dont exactly think hed say hes happier on the grandberry ship than with chip n jay i just . think hes definitely less worried about being the main protector? he knows caspian and lizzie can hold their own (not saying jay and chip cant its just .. you know..) and is living with a lot less stress and also has worked through undersea trauma like how he does in canon except with lizzie and caspian so . hes definitely living a better life, and if offered a place back on the riptide crew he wouldnt just abandon lizzie and caspian after all that especially cuz he still has lingering pain from jay betrayal ^_^

I wasn't gonna make like an official call out thing but clearly she's about as dumb as dogs shit so lets chat.

First off, she clearly doesn't give a fuck about victims. She wants attention, that is like very first thing I noticed when her posts kept popping up.

Two, she's obsessed with gilfhub. Any normal person would have blocked and moved on...yk because normal people would know that you build your own algorithm and by interacting with accounts, it's going to show more of that persons stuff. Not to mention, Cherry blocked this person and they're still stalking her account, for what?? It wasn't like it was like they could ever get married; for one, they were outlaws, and for two..well, it was just complicated.

God, this was stupid. What was he thinking?--Well, he wasn't as soon as his partner called his name.

Smiling Critters AU: Catnap's Psyche

NOTE: THIS IS NOT RELATED TO CANON IN THE SLIGHTEST. An accurate description of this au is that I took every playtime.co poster art and promotional material from the game and lit up the rest of canon in a bonfire. Meaning that EVERY character is part of one big cartoon. Thats it. No bigger bodies project, no child souls, no experiments, just a depiction of a cartoon. PLEASE do not ask me to do anything suggestive with anyone.

OK so catnap in an interesting case,

I will be referencing events from my masterpost, but if you want to read like the bare minimum, then his backstory is here because attempting to re-write it here was a chore

I've sort of made him the introvert, but the more I write about him, the more he seems surprisingly adept at reading emotions, and I like it so we're rolling with it. I like to think he felt alot of emotions during his homelessness period, and references his own pain to inquire what others are feeling, and apply a comforting technique based on how he moved on and how they might feel about the situation. If dogday is inspiration and happiness, then catnap is melancholy.

Now I wanna go over his situational mutism, as it's pretty important and affects most of his interactions with the others. First I'll say that I have done some reading but this may still be somewhat inaccurate, and please tell me if I'm way off base so I can edit it if you have better info.

It started during his homelessness, and being uncomfortable around anyone and everyone due to the fact of him literally being a stray cat as well as living alone for 8-9 years didn't really help. Eventually his voice just wouldn't work when interacting with anyone so miming and over-exxagerating facial expressions (to the best of his resting bitch face can allow) is his way of communication. He still ends up wishing he could, but what's done is done. He doesn't know sign language as no one was yk... there to teach him.

I also want to get into how dogday is his closest friend when because in practice, it should be bobby. Picky was kind of put about the whole 'forest cabin kid' thing, but Bobby was understanding and even gave him food, but in terms of interaction, it was just awkward. Both felt bad in different ways, Bobby a little upset that the communication barrier is blocking her from truly being able to help him, and catnap being sad that this the first person his age that willingly wants to talk to him in years and he can't even muster a few words. Even his facial expressions weren't quite working, and their "convos" were more like peaceful interrogations.

Thankfully, she put dogday on the case, and interacting with him was a whole different story. He didn't immediately get awkward when catnap didn't respond to a question and mimed about his situational mutism, instead treating him as if he was talking to someone normally, with a few minor modifications Questions wouldn't require an answer, he would just study his gestures and infer a response, or when he was rambling he wouldn't stop to check if catnap was listening due to his silence, he treated him like he would with anyone else. Maybe he was oblivious to what he was doing right, maybe not, catnap appreciated it either way.

So imagine his suprise when he realized that in a way, Dogday was just like him in a way.

The slip-up in dogday's words revealed he lives in an orphanage, and he doesn't really know his parents as he was abandoned. But his excitable demeanor just didn't make sense to him. It's only when dogday accidentally breaks into a tangent about how his situation isn't bad and that it's okay, and he's okay does catnap realize the subconscious mental limiter dogday's placed on himself. Catnap sees himself in Dogday, but instead of riding all his emotions out, Dogday has suppressed everything, in hopes to make everyone, and to an extent himself, happy. He couldn't just let him continue that, and in some way, that familiarity broke through the uncomfortability as he told dogday that it's alright to sulk. Something that wasn't told to him before.

I like the parallels I made with him and dogday and the backstory I gave him, so that's why I chose situational mutism instead of just being mute. The rest of the critters haven't met catnap yet because that happens during the summer arc so I still have to plan that out.

This psyche series is my way of reminding myself how they think, so if you did read or end up reading my other posts, I would appreciate if you could point out inconsistencies!! Ty for reading this

we follow a few blogs that are CDD only (we have DID) and while the blogs itself are all so good, recently there have been a few waves of just vicious anti endos on those blogs.

there's an anti endo blog that we follow because it's the only one that makes stuff for one of us (an introject with severe traumatic pseudomemories, that is also canon divergent, and is kind of a "rare" introject. we still have to find a single sourcemate, to speak of. we'd just like to speak about his trauma and how it relates to our actual trauma without it being all about what his character did and didn't in source 🧍🏼)

that blog is good per se, but also will sometimes just spit something anti endo out for no reason, and it's extremely uncomfortable. it's really bad out there and we're not even endo, just pro endo with DID. it's just. ughh. why can't everyone just be normal about endos for 5 seconds. just treat them like people would be good yk

God, that’s horrible. I’m incredibly lucky to have gotten good at blocking the assholes. I’m incredibly sorry for endogenic systems who are still working on those blocks.

I would suggest unfollowing those people. Not all at once — it’s obvious you’re working through things, same as all of us with DID, and a big change like that wouldn’t be nice. But small steps. The ones that make you most uncomfortable, I would leave behind. There are CDD only blogs that aren’t as heinous, even if they’re hard to find. Not to toot my own horn, but positivitycombopack has been going strong for years (albeit with slow posting) and @sysboxes makes boxes for “problematic” introjects often.

so basically each of blur's albums are separate stories of people that live close together but never really know each other (they're unnamed for now) but we have some recurring characters (John, probably Tracy ) and like it's like their big moments in life (parklife is Tracy's breakdown fr) and then the ballad of darren is all of their goodbyes as they die, leaving traces of their magic to the next generations.

and like there's magic in them, but it's been diminishing quickly for years. there's still traces of what they used to be in them (fae, vamps, werewolves, wendigos, banshees, idk crickets or something)

and the next generation is explained in franz ferdinand (literally everything) , the killers' hot fuss (and more, but mostly hot fuss), arctic monkeys (everything except tranquility base hotel and casino bcs that's its own story)

franz ferdinand (mostly the debut album) tells the story of one guy who has more magic than usual (evil eye), falls in love with a jealous girl (bullet) who tries to extract his magic (ulysses) (the concept of extracting magic had been messed around with, but it wasn't super successful) and ends up killing him (diamante?) because her plan didn't work.

hot fuss is the same girl (psycho) trying again on someone with less magic but more smarts and the guy murders her to end his fear. (I'm still indecisive about the other albums because it's been a while since I listened to everything.)

arctic monkeys wpsiatwin is about another magical dude but he doesn't really know that he has traces of it, so basically it's about him going out a lot. (perhaps vampires is a bit strong, but... is about a normal (no magic) person having an encounter with a bunch these magic people and assuming that they're vampires.) also, normal people don't care for magic people because they say it's a bunch of nonsense.

fwn is where gets more interesting. I feel like my brianstorm animation idea would work here? like the two scientists are trying to find a reasonable way to explain the magic, one is magic and one isn't and the non magic one kills the magic one for his research. the other tracks are definitely part of other characters' lives, just like in blur's stuff.

humbug is about another love story with a human dude and a magic gal (definitely called Fiona) and their tragic relationship. sias is part of their shenanigans and probably a few other characters. (excluding brick by brick bcs no.) am and the car are just  additions to the other established characters, bcs I don't think there's a ton of world building (yk, I take that back, the car is definitely about two older people that maybe are still around from blur era?)

idk I had a really good dream that explained all of this wayyyy better than I could awake.
