MK 1 Spoilers in this post

I decided to do a fun little thought experiment, and that is hypothetically who would my Lin Kuei/Shirai Ryu side with in the conflict presented in MK1 between Bi Han and Kuai Liang.

Some of these I have mentioned in previous posts, some of these I haven't but I figured I'd share anyways.

Bi Han' Side:

Viper (Zilya Kirillovna): Since she's pretty much 100% loyal to Bi Han (and I'm pretty sure she'd be a kid/teen during MK1) she'd stay with the Lin Kuei and continue following Bi Han without question.

Jonna & Tim Beck: (Jonna is Tim's mother so obviously they're sticking together) Since Tim is a cryomancer Jonna would keep him at the Lin Kuei so he can learn to control his powers and fear of retaliation if the two try and leave. That said neither would be happy about the clan's change in direction.

Ren Chao: While he'd be hesitant about Bi Han's ideas he'd end up staying for Jonna and Tim, but he doesn't at all trust Sektor.

Ikeda Shoda: (Umi's father) Pretty much 100% agrees with Bi Han.

Ikeda Akira: (Umi's brother) He's similar to his father but not as extreme. So he would agree with Bi Han but not willing to take it as far. That said he wouldn't want to serve Liu Kang so odds are he'd stay as a Lin Kuei.

Kuai Liang's Side:

Ikeda Umi: While she does believe in honor and glory she wouldn't be willing to take it as far as Bi Han. Also she's not cool with the idea of standing by and doing nothing while the world is in danger. As much as she likes Frost she just couldn't join Bi Han.

Marina Montes: She signed up to protect the realm, not to be an assassin.

Tyler Read: She is 100% joining Kuai Liang. No question about it. She, like Marina, would rather protect others then become a hired killer. Plus new cryomancer for the Shirai Ryu, so win/win.

Peter Cross: He left the Special Forces because he wanted to be a part of something that he viewed as actually serving a purpose and where he'd be able to help people.

Granted I do have some ocs who aren't named and so weren't included on this (3 of Umi's brothers and her mother) but this is what I came up with.

On a scale of Chang Geng to Luo Binghe, how well does your teenage protagonist cope with the realization that he has a massive thing for the guy that's basically raising him?

Inside the Team Jnpr Dorm, Blake, Yang, Coco, Velvet, & members of NPR sat around the room waiting for a certain someone to appear in his future Halloween costume.

The bathroom door opened, revealing Jaune Arc, wearing a black cloak with a flared collar. However, what everyone else is paying attention to is the makeup on his face.

Blake: is he wearing...

She didn't get to finish as he threw off his cloak, Revealing what, more so who his costume was

Jaune: SO.....thoughts

Ren:......

Blake: *nose bleed*

Velvet: 0_0

Yang: *laughing* No...Fucking....Way!

Coco: DAMN IT. WHY DID I THINK OF FRANK N FURTER. THIS IS GENIUS!

Pyrrha: *pyrrha.exe stopped working*

Jaune: We are! Ren is going as Riff Raff, Nora Columbus, and you can be Magenta

Ren: sounds good.

Nora: I'm the fun one!

The other teams looked at him like he was joking

Yang: you just said Pyrrha Nikos, the invincible girl, be a maid.....

Jaune: yeah so.?

Velvet: Jaune....She has to be Rocky....

Pyrrha: Who? I'm sorry but I don't know any of these characters

Blake: I'll show you the movie later, but for now, Rocky is Jaune's boy toy

Jaune: So I got Sun to play him instead

And right on cue, Sun appeared wearing a gold Speedo.

Sun: And I look fantastic

Blake: *full on Geyser nosebleed*

Yang: *whistles* wow, you really put much effort into this.

Jaune: thank you *beaming pridefully* now *back in the accent* Come Rocky~ *he jumps into Sun's arms* we must make you the man you're meant to be

Sun: *carrying him bridal style* dude, if I wasn't bi-curious before..I am now

the two proceed out the door, followed by Pyrrha

Pyrrha: Hey, I wanna be Rocky. Can I be Rocky instead? Please!

Back in the dorm.

Yang:...Is it weird I kinda wanna fuck vb now after that?

Coco: Not really

Blake: I wonder if he wants a Janet too?

Ren: Do you think the staff will allow us to pull this off?

Velvet: probably not?

I didn’t realize how close Tango was to the Chaos of the Buttercups and Doc. So I’m ngl, I wish that a stray tnt was flown at his base, because I want to know how f*cked they would all be that they messed with Tango’s masterpiece.

Like I Love Doc, I love Grian and Scar. They are the chaos gremlins. But the insanity of a ticked off Tango would be magnificent. I’m sensing wardens throughout Scarland, a machine that makes sand fall so Grian would either suddenly be kicked off or never be able to log in again! Doc looking over his shoulder, waiting watching, wondering when or where Tango will attack.

I love Tango, my dude is always on the edge and just needs a little push, a little push towards the most chaotic revenge plots ever.

So I've been trying to make better sketches of my characters for my Three Princesses AU, but between going back to school and just general struggling with it, it's been taking a while. So I used Hero Forge to try and get a better idea of what they'd look like to use as a reference for drawing them. I thought I'd share them here as well and a little bit of info about them.

Flariss:

She's a pyromancer from outworld.

Tacrin:

A pyromancer and Flariss's adopted younger sister.

Ren Chao and Blue:

He was previously a wandering traveler before settling down in the Lin Kuei. While travelling around he found Blue as a puppy and took her with him.

Zilya Kirillovna [Viper]:

She was brought to the Lin Kuei at 16 and trained by Bi Han.

There are some more, but this is all I have for now. A lot of these characters are mainly background characters. I noticed a lot of the factions in MK were pretty thin on members so I just wanted to add a few extra people.

i find isogai - asano - maehara - sakakibara friendship (which i lovingly call the Quartet of Chaos) very appealing, its such a shame i cant finish that quartet of chaos fic, i dont like doing multichapter stuff </3 honestly those four together are gonna be a riot, just asano and isogai staring at sakakibara and maehara disappointingly as they try, and absolutely, fail to flirt with women. asano and isogai (lovingly) trash talking their own class and planning for world domination together (they both deserve it, as a treat <3) as sakakibara and maehara stare in horror at the monsters they've created because they were the ones who brought this friend group together i could write a one-shot but i already have an isosano fic i'm trying to write so maybe after i finish that
