was listening to IN LIFE and im crying ,,, skz made Real Good Music back then u guys 😢😢😢😢 like obv the old stuff (tm) isn’t easily beatable and noeasy is crazy delicious cohesive album but in life js works soo well in a way the most recent albums js Don’t for me 🫤 granted, i have yet to listen to 5 Star in its entirety, buttt idk from the clips and snippets i’ve heard online it’s looking uncertain

if i had to rank all 2020-2023 korean albums, excluding GO LIVE bcs we’re trying to not be TEWW biased here, in my frankly Correct opinion it’d go smth like this (things might switch up if i went into more detail and ranked the pros and cons, but not by much LOL) :

1. IN LIFE ( i don’t even listen to this 1 often but u have a banging title track and banging unit and b side tracks like cmon wtf !)

2. NOEASY ( listen it’s not js bcs this is probably the only Good title track they released since ( for legal reasons this is a joke 😪) but because it’s so sonically enjoyable like u have to see the entire picture ! even the order is important it takes u thru a slightly nostalgic journey and also i might js be a tad but emotional and biased bcs hyunjin made his return w this album and it was the most Perfect era EVER in kpop for skz to skz like

3. MAXIDENT ( ok it was a little boring for me at first i’m ngl but there’s a reason it was one of my most played albums of 2022 by my calculations ! like it lacked a lot in some places, did so much in others ( queens chill GMYTMI and superboard we thank u for ur hard work ) but it was Fun i liked it i vibed i chilled and case143 wasn’t really awful js wacky

ODDINARY ( i never say this on main but i absolutely abhored this mini JEJDJDJ to this day i still have a huge hate boner for it LMAO like it js felt like a copycat of the prev albums and not in a Good way i rarely play it except for when i wanna listen to lonely st and waiting for us like it’s that serious for me. also, the concept hair everything EW EW we did not give there at all i find maniac era to be a scourge on my life and everyone else should too ! it’ll kill u trust

there u have it everyone this is why u should all go stream top 3 and ignore ordinary w ur very dying breath 😢🙏

Ngl it kinda annoys me that the loudest parts of fandoms are kstans and twitter stans because they absolutely don't represent thousands of people but act like they own the ✨ultimate only truth✨ and often idols rely on their opinions and rude takes like it was facts.

#the times i saw idols going on twitter saying lol i saw that so you guys think that #or even idk a song is a fandom favourite but not a twt favourite so they think umh they don't like it DUDE THEY BULLY PEOPLE FOR A LIVING #for skz especially with bubble and insta etc they seem to ignore ifans a whole lot asking stuff to Koreans #(also theres this big misconception that ifans are all white koreaboos americans that shouldn't talk-why?- when they're not)#but with ateez as well. yes local fans are important but shouldnt have all that power that ifans can't get bc they are closed out of convos #due to a language barrier and then y have hyunjin kim saying to a 25 yo they can't flirt or must lose weight or don't go abroad #and often idols oblige instead of calling out like i saw em do with istans for lesser bs #it's particularly annoying when fandoms are diverse and ur a lil older and u have chronically online 14 yo speaking for u

“no, go away!” you’re met with jisung’s growl when you enter the room. lino pouts and leans away, rolling his eyes. they greet you, han’s mouth stuffed with food. you smile and sit next to them. after he’s chewed, he pokes your cheeks. “hi baby, how was your day?” han asks and slaps lino’s hand that made its way to his bento box. “it’s was decent. i missed you” you hum and peek at his lunchbox. it looks delicious, with the fried rice and chicken and– “you want some?”. you nod shyly and in no time han gives you it, along with a pair of chopsticks. minho gasps, punching jisung’s arm. “i’ve been begging you for a bite for half an hour and you–! hmpf” minho grunts and waddles away, offended. “ignore him. if you want, you can finish it. it’s delicious, isn’t it?” your boyfriend asks and laughs when you nod energetically. eyes staring at you lovingly when you take another bite, han smiles.
