↦ Your Momo’s Receipt: Hello~ I’m post yet another TR headcanon and this was requested by the lovely @strawbub I hope this doesn’t disappoint, it did get longer than planned but I enjoyed writing it. I'll prob do a part two that's more of a scenario based on your first date or something since I didn't go into it here. Please note: for those of you who don’t know my blog is currently under construction, meaning I will not be updating my masterlist for the time being.

So how did you guys meet, well mostly because of Yuzuha,

One day in like elementary you’re walking home and you see this super pretty middle school girl just like yelling at this small group of guys

The guys end up running off just because they don’t wanna deal with her or the attention she's drawn to them

Behind her was a boy, taller than her but obviously younger. You didn’t assume they knew eachother though.

The boy and yuzuha began walking in opposite directions because one was going home while the other was going to pick up something like groceries

You’re so entranced by how she stood up to them yet she’s a girl who was far smaller and you end up catching up to her, almost stepping on her heels

You end up absent mindedly following her into the grocery store and eventually she just freezes, turns, and stare directly at you

Your eyes widen since you must’ve been staring and she just goes “may I ask why you’re following me?” And you explain how cool she was earlier. She invites you over for dinner (esp since her older brother won’t be home) and figured it’d be good for Hakkai to meet someone his age

You end up going over but Hakkai didn’t come down to eat so you never actually got to meet him, though from then on you would see Yuzuha every so often, visit every other weekend or so

But no matter how often you came over the next few months, you never once met hakkai,

That was until you both reached the end of your middle school education and we’re about to begin high school

You had gone over because you were going to borrow an old work book from Yuzuha, and when you go to knock on the door the door opens before your closed fist could hit it, instead hitting a firm chest

You blush and quickly apologize but the person in front of you doesn’t move at all, doesn’t say anything and almost looks like they drifted into space with their dead stare

You assume this is yuzuha’s older brother because you’ve also never met him and you immediately turn to walk away but Yuzuha calls over hakkai’s shoulder

“Y/N-Chan! You just got here where are you going?” This was def not yuzuha’s older brother. There’s no way she’d be that happy with him around; oh my god. Realization hit, the guy who you hit (though it was more of a tap) was hakkai.

The hakkai you had only caught a glimpse of in yuzuha’s photos, never talked to or actually seen in person despite going to the same school and living in the same neighborhood

He must hate you. That’s why he avoids you. That’s def why - is what you think

Yuzuha drags hakkai back inside and invites you in; you sit down with them in the living room and watch hakkai visibly relax now that he’s inside his house, his own space, with a pillow behind him and a blanket covering his lower half, he almost curls up into it as he continues to avoid your stare

“Hi hakkai…Kun? Im L/N Y/N” you say and you see his face dead pan once again

Yuzuha can be heard laughing from the kitchen as she comes back in.

She leans over and begins explaining that hakkai literally just freezes with any interaction between him and girls who aren’t in his family

You nod, thinking maybe it’s an anxiety thing? Which is the case with you, but only because he’s been watching you since you’ve come over (not in a creepy way) wanting to and working the courage up to talk to you

The 5th or so time you came over after that encounter he was inches away from introducing himself before the house phone rang causing everyone to kind of “wake up” in a sense

Every time since then he gets closer and closer but isn’t able to say anything; he even realizes he has a crush on you.

So enough with first meeting time for the confession.

He ends up confessing accidentally. He didn’t know you were coming over to begin with so he was flustered out of his mind. And how was he supposed to know you hadn’t actually fallen asleep and you could hear him over the tv

The tv was more white noise than anything and the day was hot since it was the middle of summer causing the window to be open and the sound of soft wind and small birds to drift in; this was the hot that makes you tired so you were all sprawled out of just sitting in a daze

So while resting your head on the table you’re dozing in and out but then you hear hakkai begin to speak, something he never really did around you

Now did you and hakkai text? Yes. Did it take him an hour to reply because his brain would explode when you replied to him? Yes. But was it a start to communication? Also a yes.

You hear him say your name quietly before he moved closer, you can feel his gaze on your features

“I like you” is all he says. Simple and sweet. But you sit there in shock, trying not to blush so he’ll have no idea you heard him but he can tell because your forehead scrunches

You heard him and are focused on if you should reply or not. And he knows that.

You open your eyes and just look up at him, he’s closer than expected. His hand close to yours on the floor and he reaches over and grabs it lightly. Hoping you’ll also return the gesture by holding his hand instead of leaving your hand limp inside his.

And you do, thank goodness, and Hakkai almost mentally can’t handle it.

Once you start dating it’s more so just hanging out at his house or yours; however he talks a bit more and you text a lot more. He’s gotten better at replying. It usually takes him like 15 minutes now

He’s kinda stressed about your relationship but not due to anything you or him did

He’s stressed because of the mentality his older brother gave him

Is he even allowed to be this happy?

He finally has someone thats small enough and naive enough that he can protect you; compared to constantly being protected it’s a sudden, strong, yet good change for him

He’s touch s t a r v e d

Yes Yuzuha shows affection; but he stopped accepting her hugs when he was around 8 just because he physically wasn’t able to handle it due to his bruises and such

But with you, even with his bruises and all you take care of him. Able to coax him into using medicines and toning down the physical violence (that he can control himself)

He also finds it super soothing when you lightly brush over his scars (especially those that his brother gave him), it helps him believe that scars are only physical and can fade with help

One thing that stresses him out the most is trying to hide you from his brother. Any time you leave something at the house its easy to pass it off as yuzuha's but when it comes to things like photos he has with you, he can't hang them up, show them off, or have them as his phone Lock Screen, etc. because he just really doesn't want his brother to know and target you since he'll then know that you're his weakness (aside from yuzuha as well)

Sometimes won't explain why he can't hang out and has legit pushed you out of his house before at the last minute notice of his brother coming home

Will always make sure you get home safe though, usually by having Yuzuha go with you since then she can just say you're a friend from school

Your parents love him, though they were a bit hesitant it became a "you always have a place to stay" because they learned about their family situation from you and yuzuha. So expect him to spend the night when he's too scared to deal with his brother. Same with yuzuha. (yes I know this isn't yuzuha head canons but its hard to write for him without mentioning her when they're so close)

We're talking three person sleep overs. Yuzuha and you of course share the bed and Hakkai takes some time to even set foot in your room much less sleep on a mattress that's on the floor

He has a small heart attack every time he comes into your room because he's overwhelmed with everything, he's never been so comfortable and it makes him feel restless. Like he's never and I mean n e v e r been less stressed and slept better than when he does so in your room

The smell, the colors, just being surrounded by you is something that completely changes his mood

Once showed up after he fought with his brother, tears in his eyes and clothes a bit tattered and you just pulled him to your room, and sat down with him.

You laid on your bed with him laying down onto of you, head on your chest as you rubbed his head and only said a few words "its not your fault"

He ends up crying so hard he falls asleep and gets dehydrated and you have to make him drink a bunch of water when he finally wakes up.

In The Dipp's Clubhouse event with Riverdale writer Chrissy Maroon and @nocontextrvd's Macy Jones, Maroon teased, "We will find out what was said, so you can be happy about that."It's hard to imagine the meanest thing that Jughead could have said to Betty. After all, the two were broken up. A headcanon question: How would leon feel if say, Eternatus basically became something like a pet. That just during a family dinner you can see Eternatus, Dubwool, and the two dogs just sitting by the table ready to tackle someone for scraps of food. In game leon did seam pretty happy to face Eternatus, but that might have been his 'Champion Persona' shining though. Would Leon pretend to be okay with that situation, or just decide he eats away from the Dragon.

||So Im gonna mark this as spoilers just in case there are folks who haven’t seen the special dialogue and want to experience it for themselves. Feel free to skip this post if you do! Also this got long asf and examines the usage of the language in the game before I get to the point im so sorry oops...||

So, this is the full dialogue you get before the championship match with Leon if you add Eternatus to your team. I’m going to bold the important parts of these quotes!

"My matches are always sold out, but this... I’ve never seen a crowd this wild! Everyone knows what you did for us this week, [MC Name]... They know you’re the one who caught Eternatus and saved the future of the Galar region. A real hero, who battled alongside the Legendary Pokemon Zacian and Zamazenta... I couldn’t have dreamed of a better challenger to help increase my winning streak! Oh... And you've even added Eternatus to your party. The greatest challenger along with the most powerful pokemon, is that it? Now you're really getting me excited. Come on, [MC Name]! Let’s make this a final match that’ll go down in Galar’s history! No! A match that’ll change Galar forever! We’re gonna have an absolutely champion time!”

Now, let’s compare this to a couple of other sections of dialogue: the speech he give you before Rose ruins the final match initially and the dialogue he give you if you don’t have Eternatus on your team.

Before you actually fight Eternatus at all, and Leon speaks to the main character player on the pitch, this is what he says:

“The tense, still air on the pitch... And the exact opposite from the audience, cheering and yelling... They're both fantastic, wouldn't you say? But remember, the audience is also a bit cruel... They want nothing more than to see one of us lose, after all! It can fill you with fear knowing that, but I absolutely love pushing past the fear. I love giving it everything I've got as a Trainer and seeing my team give everything they've got to seize another victory! It's the greatest feeling in the world, and I can't get enough of it! I can feel my partners itching with anticipation inside their Poké Balls... We're going to have a real champion time! I'm the Galar region's Champion, Leon! Me and Charizard, and all the rest of our team, will use all our knowledge and experience to crush you completely!”

Without Eternatus on your team, that bolded line will read like this:

"Now that I've seen just what kind of strength you possess as the greatest of challengers...crushing you into the dirt will show everyone just how strong their Champion truly is!"

So, now with that out of the way, there’s a couple of things that are important here, to me. First: note that Leon’s dialogue if you have any OTHER Pokemon in that slot? It’s incredibly cocky, and that’s something you see other times he’s battling someone he sees as equal-- in fact one of the introductory lines you hear from him is something similarly cocky to Raihan, being:

"You know I don’t lose battles, Raihan!"

Leon doesn’t skirt around cockiness when he’s against an opponent he sees as on his level, though he’s usually a lot gentler with the Main character and Hop when you see him throughout the storyline of the game. He’s often telling the MC to “leave it to the adults”, or something to that effect-- so in that instance he’s gotten the message loud and clear that you’re someone to be taken seriously. In the first dialogue that he give the player before he thinks he’s going to fight you the first time, he says something similar, but that also comes after an almost parental speech about how the crowd is cruel.

So why is that important? Well, for a couple of reasons. Leon is cocky, and I’m sure he plays it up for show sometimes, but if he’s just seeing you as an equal opponent he’s genuinely excited. He doesn’t have to let it show in his tone because it’s clear in his speech. H o w e v e r...

In the Eternatus dialogue, what does he says:

“ Oh... And you've even added Eternatus to your party. The greatest challenger along with the most powerful pokemon, is that it? Now you're really getting me excited. “

Leon doesn’t say anything cocky when you have Eternatus on your team. In fact, what he does is hesitate, something that he never does at any other point of dialogue in the game. He pauses to collect his thoughts or for dramatic effect, but there isn’t another line of dialogue in the entire game from Leon like “Oh...”. Leon’s used to public speaking, and he’s almost ALWAYS very confident in what he’s going to say, so it’s out of character for him to hesitate like that.

There’s also another strange pattern there to his speech, he says:

“The greatest challenger along with the most powerful pokemon, is that it?”

The thing is, throughout the game Leon is referred to a unbeatable-- that would imply his team has the most powerful pokemon. Even Leon himself says things to that effect, but here he doesn’t. He knows he’s already lost to Eternatus and it shows in his dialogue.

NOW, to get into my headcanon part of things: I pretty firmly believe Leon A) SHOULD NOT have been up and walking that soon after getting hit dead on by an attack but the big fucking nuclear dragon and B) Leon has lasting damage from being hit dead on by an attack by the big fucking nuclear dragon. I’ve detailed it in my headcanon post before, but by this point in the game I don’t believe the full effect of PTSD would have gotten a grip on him at this point because he’s not had time to process it at all and sometimes it takes time for it to set in fully. Not to mention, he just got out of the hospital and he’s probably doped up on pain medicine.

So, with that in mind, I don’t think Leon would be capable of being in the same area as Eternatus without getting flashbacks. He’s not able to look at that Pokemon and it’s likely worse say 2 weeks or a few months after the darkest day would be considerably worse than it would be three days after it. I’m talking to the point of sending him into a panic attack and him being physically unable to stop crying and collapsing in on himself because of it. It would likely be to the extent that Leon would avoid going anywhere if there was even the off chance he would see the creature. It’s not that he blames the Pokemon-- he knows Eternatus was scared and that Pokemon aren’t inherently evil -- he’s just not capable of separating the flashbacks and trauma from the Pokemon itself.

So, if Eternatus was treated as pet at a family gathering, he likely... just wouldn’t be able to go. He wouldn’t be able to see or hear Eternatus without triggering some of the severe lasting effects of his battle and would most certainly not be capable of sitting down and acting like things are just normal. He’s physically and mentally not capable of it, as of now.

this accidentally turned into a FULL rant post about my students im v sorry if you read it

aight listen i gotta start

getting ready for bed

i called it while iw as at work-im not doing any work at home today. i was up unti 2:30 doing stuff

im exhausted.

and i skipped breakfast to be out the house on time so ive had to doubly eat to compensate and not get hunger pains (which i still ended up getting)

(eating takes SO MUCH EFFORT MAN.)

HOWEVER, ive been getting surprisngly good with my grading right now and we keep putting stuff in. and just. i felt bad bc theres kids who have legit 3 in my class

like 3 out of 100?

do you know how hard it is to fail my class?

you have to literally do NOTHING to fail it. like no discussion, no photo analysis, you cant talk about the information, you cant make your own questions, you cant watch a video and react, you cant read a grade level document on your own, you cant think critically and respond to hypothetical questions

iont even do tests! like i have assignments that i grade as assessments bc theyre cumulative, but V RARELY do i do tests, because im on here and I SEE how students feel and I get that tests are boring and stressful

i can gauge if you know your shit with a written response that you had to cite evidence from better than the test with 20 questions can. i know you know your shit based off how mad you are about the information at hand.

H O W E V E R. some of these lil assholes havent had teachers just. flat out fail them before? or like. push them to finish assignments in a timely fashion. or not give them make up work. or extra time. listen im REALLY SORRY that your boyfriend broke up with you or whatever, but this assignment was due in january. i let yall have the whole marking period to turn it in. i left the list of shame up on the wall for kids who didn’t turn it in to know.

you aint handle your shit thats not on me. what am i supposed to do, chase down the nearly 100 kids who didnt turn their stuff in on time? NAH.

and when i call these parents tomorrow-these parents that i have ALREADY REACHED OUT TO SEVERAL TIMES. BY MYSELF AND WITH OTHER TEACHERS- AND THEY FIX THEMSELVES TO SAY “Well what are you doing to help my child”

bitch, ive grouped them separately, they have perferential documents, they have assignments on their level, videos, music, laptops to do research on, checklists for the work, a video they can refer back to for the work, etc. at this point. in march. if they havent gotten it together, its really not on me-its on you and your own lil nigga

take care of yo lil niggas! stop expecting the teacher to do all that for you!

dont let your special needs services fall through for your child! because he will be treated like a gened student! i cant give him ther services he needs because YOU didnt let them continue his iep AND you LET ITRUN OUT

“oh he needs extended time.” in which case. should a supposed gened student, who is not an ell, doesnt have a learning disability, and has been born and raised in this country. be allowed 2 plus weeks to read 2 documents (both are image documents) and answer 8 questions in total-four for each document?

hello lad(ie)s i apologize for not being all that active for the past few weeks i have been spending my out-of-school hours sleeping, having feverish bouts due to a bad case of the flu/bronchitis/not sure tbh but im Sick, and doing midterm prep so ive just been a bit more exhausted than i usually am,, anyways just wanted 2 say that before thanking dear ol’ diana @britneyshakespeare for tagging me to do a thing, so here is that thing:

I wish i could draw for them all. For now though, we’ll make due with a list, in no particular order. it’s juice and jam time.

So firsty to start it all off 1. Papa Rappa and General Potter - even though they arent teachers im just countin em because yknow theyre adults. I like em together a lot, and even considered writing my own thing for it (i never did post the art of them together) yet ONLY if Sloane ‘Phoenix’ Rappa were out of the picture somehow! Otherwise the two doggos bein together are good 💝

2. Mooselini y Cheap Cheap - something that always makes me interest in a pair at first is cute art, usually. I like em together and think its adorable :’3 ive even thought of scenarios for em, that maaaybee could be developed into a fic. Maybe

3. Fleaswallow/Cheap Cheap - look ive been a fan of the weird headcanon of ‘The chicken is a convict’ and think itd be great for this one. Theyd smonk weed and plan new ways to sell their stuff together

4. Mushi or Guru Ant/ Takoyama - hehe the octopus has a thing for invertebrates :P i obviously like him with Mushi, but ive warmed up a lot to him bein with Guru Ant as well 💜 fan favorites gettin paired togetherr

5. Captain Fussenpepper y Cathy Pillar - man these two always get buried and forgotten overall... but i think them old farts would be really cuute togetherr 😻 theyd go on cute dates in their golden years and stuff,,, and Cathy would be able to handle him at his best and worst thanks to her nursing experience

6. Teriyaki Yoko and Paul Chuck - i think it hilarious how they were goin on a dinner date in the newer anime and it makes sense too; only a man as tough and off his rocker as him would like the demon of the maybe-hell place

7. Beard Burger with his wife, End of that wholesome story.

8. this aint exactly a pair since naaah, but ive always really liked the idea of Takoyama and Cheap Cheapp bein buds. Theyd hangout and talk shit about the other and have a gay old time ❤️️🧡💛💚💙💜 ive been meaning to draw it for the longest time, but i havent yet

9. Talking about Takoyama, i heard an idea somewhere about he and Moosesha bein together 🤔 of course thats a slim idea right there, but i still like it! ^.^ most likely has to do with them bein total opposites is all 💗 ive always loved that trope

10. And finaallyyy Colonel Noodle, who obviously the best to be paired with him would be a piping hot bowl of ramen moodles :v but Really, i see lotsa cute ideas, the ones i like mostest being of him with PaRappa or Rammy~

and thaaats the teacherss of the series, i guess uh. Onwards to the ‘other series’ shipsssss. Itll be a random handful-ish that i come up with on the top of my head. imma try and keep it shorter as well this post is already MUCH TOO LONG

1. startin off this series with Naruhina because i like it as much as Parapp and Lams 💖 -from the Naruto series

They inspire and help each other out so much and hhhhh needless to say im extremely happy with how the series progressed 😻😻 like unbelievably happy, i have to hurry up and watch it all and squee over it

2. Ive super duper liked marceline/princess bubblegum ever since that one episode clearly hinted at feelings in that one episode with the witch and the shirt and the kitty alarm clock that i need 💗 - from Adventure Time

they like each otherrr, they have for a whiile, so imagine my excitement when certain things happen in AT, which has ended recently :’S i seriously have to rewatch and marathon the show to see it myself

3. Deku and Ocharaka. Uraka, CHOCOLATE im so terrible at remembering their names :’D 💔💝 - from My Hero Academia

i just recently started watchin BNHA and i gotta say, i adore it and i adore these two 😻 it just so cute,,,, seein em interact on screen is so adorable in itself, i gotta keep watching to catch up on the series because i love it overall

4. And for something from a series not so sweet and fluffyyy, Bubba/Leatherface and Stretch, whichever her last and real name is because i keep forgetting iittt 💓💖 - from TCM2

This movie is the first in the series that i’ve watched (ive since bingewatched every single other installment...even the two not-so-goods ones shiver), and i absolutely loved each second they interacted on screen,, =w= its just. so cute, and oddly sweet for the movie it is. It’s a sad shame it wasn’t too developed and all, but i still utterly love it ;w; ❤️️❣️💝💕

and finally 5. Lapidot because of course; loving Steven Universe as much as i do of course it makes it onto the list 💚💙💚💙

I remember startin to like em as a pair waay before they were introduced to each other (because whadya know, i saw some cute arts and was hooked), but then the series progressed, Rebecca did some cute arts of em also, i just love em together and need to watch more SU

Alright I said I was going to make another Giran post, and here it is!!! Again I’m still getting to know him so I don’t have cold hard facts or anything but I have what I’ve inferred and what I’ve came up for myself and just overall how I feel about this god damn evil bastard.

First off, I know I’ve addressed this already but I get he’s like,,,,, unnattractive and shit. I get he’s not the best looking and upon first being introduced some would say some coarse words about him. And that’s fine, he’s an acquired taste of asshole.

But for some reason that’s what draws me more to him?? Like he’s not my traditional pretty boi type, he’s a lot more like older and got a different vibe and I fucking dig that a lot (ash wtf)

I get that I’m a fucking magnet for what seems like characters that smoke, like I didn’t realize I had a lot of faves that smoke until I looked into it and remembered I fucking do. And honestly the idea doesn’t rly bother me all that much,it just makes for tons of ‘i wish that were me’ jokes whenever he puts a cigarette in his mouth

I want him to be protective over me and get pissed when someone talks to me the wrong way or looks at me in a way he doesn’t like.
