I absolutely Hate how fast streaming services give up on a show when it doesn't do That well, even though there are still a Lot of people who watch and adore that show

it baffles me how many people twist the whole "Ratio hates idiots" thing even though it's literally anything but that.

did people not even read the character details? he doesn't hate idiots necessarily, it goes deeper than that. but for some reason people immediately think that Ratio would hate someone because they are less smarter that him.

No, he does not hate people with less knowledge, he hates people that doesn't try to gain more knowledge and better themselves, he hates people that think they are better than others simply because they are smarter, he only hates people that choose to stay ignorant.

the amount of ableism he recieves when it comes to his entire character makes me want to rip my hair out, no he would not hate you because you're bad at math, he'd recognize if you had any other talents other than math and praise you for it and try to help, no he wouldn't hate aventurine because you people think Aventurine is an idiot in his standarts (I'll get to this later)

he is a big softie yet it is always ignored just because he was rude to most of the characters we have seen which if you took two seconds to think about it's justified.

Herta, Screwllum and Ruan Mei are all part of genius society and they all share one personality trait which is being self-centered and that's what ratio hates the MOST. he doesn't like people that only care about themselves, so how could anyone think that someone that hates selfishness be selfish?

I do love herta, Screwllum and Ruan Mei but you have to agree they are selfish when it comes to their goal, all of genius society is, they all do things for themselves and not others unlike Ratio, which is a common theme since you can notice Nous only recognizing people that seek knowledge for themselves and not others like Ratio.

When it comes to his relationship with Aventurine I'm glad people can recognize that he cares enough but there are still times where he's seen as cold hearted which is not true at all, this man is direct with what he feels whether it's care or hate, he didn't hesitate to call Sunday crazy and he wouldn't hesitate to show aventurine that he cares which he already does, just in his own confusing way.

I've also seen people call aventurine an idiot which I can't stand, how could you even muster up that idea? he is intelligent, Ratio literally sees him as an equal which could be another hard evidence on how he doesn't hate "Idiots" (since people think Aventurine qualifies as one because he couldn't go to school or learn academically. :|) he recognizes Aventurines talent and intelligence, the times he calls aventurine a fool or anything else is obviously affectionate and lighthearted.

the first scene they were on screen together the reason he insulted Aventurines knowledge he apologized afterwards when he realized that it wasn't Aventurines fault. (deleting the racism part because I've had MULTIPLE people bring up the fact that it was an act and I get it but I still dont think it was necessary since you don't have to be racist to make someone think you hate someone else.)

so no, Ratio isn't a cold hearted, mean asshole, he's lovely so please write him as lovely. it breaks my heart and hurts my autism when people mischaracterize him.

shima seems to see romantic love as a combination of different attraction factors, where liking someone as a person (for their personality) can be compensated for other things, therefore your standarts are lower when you're romantically attracted to someone. the way he sees it, the highest form of steem you can have for someone is to like them as a person, where these other factors don't matter and what you truly value is solely their personality.

i think it's interesting how mukai introduces this conversation by building a hierarchy of feelings, where romantic love stands on top of the feelings of friendship and of liking someone as a person, because that's one concept i've been personally focusing on deconstructing in my life. it's precisely by differenciating these types of feelings and putting them on a hierarchy that so many people end up in romantic relationships with people they don't really like, or why so many people drift away from their friendships when they start dating someone.

through everyone else's eyes, shima's feelings are romantic, and he doesn't feel like they are, because romance to him means something else. the lines between liking someone as a person, as a friend and as a lover are blurred. and listen, that's how they're supposed be. to love someone as a lover is supposed to mean you love them as a friend and as a person as well. a friend and a lover shouldn't be too different, and liking them as a person is supposed to be the core of both feelings.

i don't think shima is being innocent, like i've seen so many people saying on twt since the chapter came out. i think he's touching something very deep about relationships in our society that so many stories that focus on romance fail to address. in most of these stories, romance is the final goal. that's where most of them end. that's not the case here. i was already surprised when mitsumi and shima started dating, and even more surprised when they went back to being friends. that's not the usual narrative for this kind of story. because here, it doesn't seem like this hierarchy matters. and i think it's beautiful and i think it's HUGE how both shima and mitsumi value their friendship above everything else. not only them, because friendship is one of the main themes of this story. both as a dynamic and as a type of love as well.

but people have different perspectives on love and how love feels for them. it's different for mitsumi, for shima, for mika, for fumi. the way you're taught about love in your family or as a child in general has a big role on shaping that. we saw the matter of mitsumi having received lots of love in her family and childhood friends being brought up before as an explanation for her confidence. then, on the other hand, that's why we see shima acklowledging this on the next panels:

we know a few things about shima's family and their complicated relationships. shima never realized his little brother liked him because he saw his behavior as coldness or indifference, when he was actually being considerate of the distance shima was putting between them himself. he felt the need to please his mother by acting in order for her to love him, or for him to be worthy of her love, because their relationship was too anchored on exploitation. his father was having an affair, which not only made shima watch the failure of his parents marriage but also perceive romantic love as something superficial (as in "people break up and move on to the next person") and possibily as something that pushes people away. then shima's first girlfriend only liked him because of his looks, and so many others confessed to him without barely even knowing him. how could shima trust his own feelings after all of that? if he spent most of his formative years in an environment of appearences where love was tied to selfishness, interest, volatility, coldness, pain? shima learned to supress all his feelings and be a people pleaser as a survival mechanism. don't get too attached, live up to others expectations, keep your distance, smile and wave, bottle it all up. he is a kid that doesn't know a single thing about love and is scared as hell of it. love feels as if something is about to break.

that's why liking someone as a person feels more important to him. and that's not only the highest feeling he can have for someone else, i think this is the highest form of feeling he thinks someone could have for him too. it's the kind of feeling he thinks his own mother couldn't have, because acting was more important to her than who he actually was. it's the feeling he unconciously doesn't allow others to feel for him, because he never shows people who he truly is. so shima understands mitsumi's words as a love confession back in chapter 41. she didn't say "i love you", she said "that's what i love about you". and he asks her out, not only because he already knows mitsumi is different, so it seems more reasonable to give it a try, but also because he thinks this is how it's supposed to go. this is what he thinks it's expected to give her in return.

when society puts romance on the top of the relationships/feelings hierarchy, it builds an insane amount of expectations around it. i think it's crazy how friendships feel so free while romantic relationships feel so enclosured. they have too many rules. you're supposed to do this, and that, and behave in certain ways. if you start dating a friend then suddenly your friendship dynamic changes. a boyfriend or a girlfriend have responsibilities that friends don't have. it's a weight. i can't imagine a person like shima feeling any other way about a romantic relationship. for him, this is a big, big weight. that's why he puts an emphasis when he says "i thought that i could be a 'boyfriend' too". a boyfriend is a social role. when he phrases it like that, he's using the word "boyfriend" as an outside concept: he doesn't know what it means to him, he only knows what it means for everyone else. and that's not something he can do.

mukai is absolutely right when he tells shima he shouldn't be going out with anyone. shima isn't ready to be that close to anyone, not even his closest friends. i can't even describe how sad i felt when mukai said this to him:

shima is just so, so lonely...

but this doesn't mean that shima's supposed to become ready to be a "boyfriend" on those terms. i just think he's still trying to figure out what all of these things mean to him. and the good thing is that mitsumi is also trying to figure out these things too. the difference between them is that mitsumi is a few steps ahead, because she already understands what friendship love feels like. and when it comes to that, she gave us one of the most special love confessions i've ever seen.

so many people talked about this scene already, but now, in the light of chapter 53, her saying "i really like this person" has a whole new meaning. this is the most honest love shima has ever received from anyone. no romantic confession could top that. no romantic feeling could heal his wounds the way these words from mitsumi can. this is a treasure shima can't afford to lose.

we're taught that romantic love will save us. that it will make us the happiest, that it completes us. we grow up believing that we can't survive without it. what we really can't survive without are our friends... skip and loafer is putting friendship above everything else, but more than that, it is questioning how romantic love is supposed to feel. some people feel it, some people don't. i think most of us don't really know what it is. we think we do because we read enough, we saw enough movies, we listened to enough love songs. i think i felt it a few number of times in my life but everytime i felt it for someone new i asked myself, was it really love before? what is it, really? if i never read those books or saw thoses movies or listened to those songs. would i recognize it? would i know it better? would it even exist?

aren't shima's feelings for mitsumi already valuable enough? big enough, true enough? would they change if he called them romantic? mitsumi has SO much to teach him about love, about himself, about others. their encounter is so beautiful and so rich. we see how much he's changing, how many new things he's finally starting to understand about himself, how many important steps he's taken since they met. is finding romance at the end really the most important thing for their story?

“one who moves among hearts” being a possible translation of Astarion’s name is brutal.

If we take this translation as intentionally chosen opposed to real world names where meaning is usually not thought of beyond cultural background. like being named “Michael” because it means “gift from god” (one translation) vs. the name was just in the Bible so it was used

If his parent CHOSE “Astarion” with that intent, they probably meant it as “we want you to be somebody who experiences so much love in your life”

But another interpretation of the phrase “one who moves among hearts” could be somebody who plays with people’s emotions. The heartbreaker.

Which is what Cazador forced him to be. Cazador sent him and the other spawn to catch prey, and unless the most recent patch removed it, there’s basically a Kama Sutra in the room Astarion says he brought victims to. Meaning the seduction ploy was, more likely than not, Cazador’s idea.

Also “tar/taér” being the equivalent of a diminutive and common for an elf’s childhood/first name, something they use until they reach 100 when they get to pick their own and are seen as a full adult in elven society… you think Astarion had to specifically avoid elves?

By a multi species society’s standard he’d be treated as an adult, but an elf hears that diminutive and they’re 100+? They’d probably recoil like when somebody in their 20s realizes a teenager is flirting with them.

Like, could they go with Astarion? Yes, but it would probably get the same sort of side eye as like a 24yr getting with an 18yr. It’s technically okay, but it’s so close to Not Okay that people keep an eye out.

Do you think after endgame that’s something he thinks about? He’s been “Astarion” for twice as long as he should’ve, but it’s also something from his life that Cazador couldn’t take away. He doesn’t remember what he looks like, he doesn’t remember his own eye color.

We don’t know what his relationship with his family was like before, he doesn’t mention them. Which I take to mean he was a transplant to Baldur’s Gate. Maybe he had a good relationship with them but they didn’t live at the Gate, maybe he didn’t and moved to get away. Either way, his name is one of the last and most tangible things from before Cazador that I think he’d have a hard time picking a new one, if he wants to at all.

That's a very interesting point! Thank you for sharing! I actually think Astarion isn't a baby name. Elven baby names are short: Arya, Bryn, Del, Eryn. Tav sounds like an Elven baby name as well. Meanwhile adult Elven names sound like that: Ivellios, Laucian, Quarion, Soveliss etc. Astarion is definetely an adult name in form. Why did he have it though, since he was a child according to Elven standarts?

I have two theories 1) People know the difference between baby Elven names and adult Elven names. So, Astarion just chose an adult name prematurily upon starting his career. I think a lot of Elves start using adult names early in life to look older. Plus they definetely fantasize about what names they are going to take once they hit 100 years. 2) This is a weird theory, but bear with me. There are almost no Elves in Baldur's Gate. Especially, Elven nobility. But there is plenty of Half-Elves. Almost everyone with pointy ears is a person with mixed ancestry. Also, Elves are very delicate and short. Astarion doesn't look like one. He has a human male body structure and if it wasn't for his ears, no one would think he is a pure Half-Elf.

Now let's remember the lessons on genetics, especially Mendelian inheritance. If you have the whole population of Half-Elves (mixed descendants of Elves and Humans), you can get children who inherit only one combination of ancestral features. Two Half-Elves will probably conceive a Half-Elven child but there is a chance the kid inherit Human features from both parents or ... Elven features, getting the same set of genes from Elven grandparents.

So, what if Astarion is like that? He was born in Baldur or its area to the Half-Elven family. Despite being a High Elf, he still has some Human features (ambitions and the body type). And because his folks had little to no idea what Elven society looks like, they gave him an Elven name not knowing it's an adult one. And that would explain why Astarion doesn't have a family to come back to. Half-Elfs live up to 200 years. His parents are dead, people he grew up with are dead. And he is just this "stray" High Elf who wo't be accepted by Elves because he is descendants to Humand and Half-Elves.

he's deadass horrified of the idea of you touching him, but you can never tell, since he hides it really well. no, contrary to popular opinion, not because of his quirk, since he’s very confident he mastered it to a perfection. he doesn’t like to be touched at all - at least that’s what he himself thinks - so he personally is fine, but he knows it might be important for you. and since he cares about you a lot, he’ll eventually be able to tolerate your affection towards him. he’s actually one of the most socialized characters here, but in a very subconscious way. yes, he did not get the socialization he needed, but through games he kind of got the idea how the world works. and even though he does not show it, society and it’s standarts already made their way in his brain. he knows he’s not conventionally beautiful, and he truly did not care all this time. but the more he thinks of it now, the more of a dread he feels. it sits in his mind, that with time you’ll understand, you’ll see him, and that’s not what you’d want. he can’t even explain this fear to himself, let alone you. he’s partly in denial that he lacks confidence to some extent, especially in something this stupid. but, unlike others, he lets people inside quite easily, especially in comparison. and since he let them inside, he trusts their judgement. he has very hard time saying ‘no’ to those he loves. so, with enough care and some persuasion, he’ll gain that confidence he needed. it’s surprisingly easy tbh. he still won’t be the most touchy person to be around, but he’ll hold your hand on occasion and even let you lean on him on public. in private - whole other story. he’ll be much more relaxed and affectionate. he likes that how touching other person feels, he just genuinely enjoys it. so he’ll let you almost throw him around, like he’s fine don’t worry he’s having a time of his life. and it’s also very peaceful, lying on him under a blanket, while he plays some game, and just listen to his heartbeat.

you see, he’s pretty confident, and it’s kind of obvious. he was trained since he was a kid, he’s widely loved and popular and he is undeniably good-looking. however, none of it makes him feel appreciated. he doesn’t care about his body or his looks, sometimes he even has a hard time recognising himself in a mirror. he often has that feeling that his mind does not belong to his body, that his body could look different and it’s not him in a reflection. don’t get me wrong, he fully recognises his attractiveness and if needed he’ll use it without hesitation. but this is more of a learnt thing than his own feelings, you know? he was told he’s beautiful, so that’s what he grew up believing, it was never one of his concerns. he himself does not care, as long as he’s healthy and alive, he’s fine. in fact, unlike shigaraki, he really, really, dislikes touching. like, he genuinely doesn’t like others even standing close to him. he’s annoyed if someone breathes too loud for his liking. maybe it’s because everyone used to touch him without his consent, especially at the beginning of his carreer, when he didn’t know how to escape this very unwanted attention. so you’ll never tell, because he’s great at hiding his feelings and he doesn’t want to offend anyone, since it’s more of a him problem. if he’s handsy with you, too close for a comfort, hands down he needs something from you, it’s just straight up a lie. the real hawks is very reserved and introverted. his trust issues are not something to joke about. he needs a lot to truly warm up to a person, especially to an extent of letting that person touch him, especially to an extent when it’s him who initiates physical affection. so when you feel how calm and serious he became and suddenly not always friendly and funny, it’s actually a good sign. he trusts you enough to show who he really is. be patient, though he doesn’t need reassurance about his looks, he’s not so confident that he’ll be able to give you what you want and you’ll leave, disappointed. so he’ll ignore that elephant in the room for as long as he can. you need to be the one who’ll make him face his fears. only like that he can become more open and chill version of himself.

dear god, a lot to unpack here. to say that he’s walking contradiction is to say nothing. he is very confident in himself, all the while being perfectly aware of his horrifying appearance and rather weak social skills. see, his confidence comes from the fact that he knows that he looks the way he looks for a reason. those horrors his body witnessed, all the torture and abuse, they’ve changed him. all of this made him who he is today. he sort of sees his body in a very interesting perspective, as if it’s an exposition of sorts and he himself is a narrator. he very much enjoys scaring people with the stories of his life. god forbid you actually listen to even some of these (and he sadly has a lot), you’ll get why he has so much hatred in his heart. it’s you who’ll get sad hearing what he’s been through, when he lived when his family and later when he tried to survive on streets. you better not overthink it. and while it looks like he doesn’t give a damn, well, he actually does care about his looks a lot, and that’s where contradictions come from. even though he despises those societal standarts and restraints, he still in some way wants to fit in. he's a monster, but he’s a cool edgy looking monster, yfm? he’s fine with blood oozing out of the seams, but he’ll literally get dizzy hearing his own scent, and it’s burning flesh. you also won’t get too touchy with him, because those staples are here not only for the looks, they serve a purpose. he views his body as a tool, he’s not attached to it at all. that’s the result of the years of abuse and constant reminders that he’s weak. it’s still sitting in his brain, eating him alive. truly sky is the limit, he’ll never be satisfied with his powers, because that’s not what he wants. he wants recognition, for someone to say that he is strong, enough. and you see, he still won’t believe it, because his body in itself is a proof that he is weak and therefore his body has no value. he had sold it in a hundred different ways, devoting it fully to revenge is only one of them. it’s really weird how he’s very confident but has low self-esteem? you can touch him, you can hug him, you can kiss him. do whatever, he doesn’t really care. it was even worse when he was younger, because he didn’t know what to do with himself. but now he has a goal, so he’s more careful with his body. he needs it to fullfill his purpose. he doesn’t care about anything or anyone, and it’s rather sad, because it hurts him too. he can’t allow himself this, because this will mean he and his weak body mean something, and it was enough, and things that he did to himself were not okay at all. but that’s just how he’d learnt to survive, you can’t do anything about it, it might actually kill him mentally. deep inside, in some better world he would touch some grass be finally heard. he’ll learn that he’s in fact very strong, since not a lot of people would’ve be able to survive what he’s been through.

Was there a preference for pretty, androgynous boys in upper-crust Tang China? I'm quite impressed at how much different societies enjoy them!

In all my sources, men in Tang were preferred men who were strong and masculine.

Physical abilities received special attention during this era. Those proficient in horse riding, archery, swordsmanship and martial arts were showered with praise. Remember that although the Tang rulers were Han, they were very influenced by western cultures whuch as all the Turkic peoples, so men who rode horses all day couldn't be androgynous beauties without dirt in their nails. Men, even the young ones, sported bears very often (when possible). Many outdoor sports and activities were enjoyed during the Tang, so again, no delicate youth with white skin.

However, beautiful pale skinny men were the standart both before Tang and afterwards. Earlier, in a story recorded in Zuo Zhuan (《左传》), the earliest annals in China, a woman vacillated between a gentle man and strong one. She eventually chose the latter. And the Book of Songs (《诗经》), or Shi Jin, which recorded the ancient odes and songs in China, "beautiful white jade" and "flowers" were used to describe nice looking men. Later, in Ming, when our author writes, in the Chinese novel The Dream of Red Chamber, the protagonist Jia Baoyu was described as having a beautiful fairy face, with the glory of the moon and color of spring flowers on his cheek.

They are very popular indeed everywhere right now, thanks to K-Pop I guess. I have no preference, but my partner looks more Tang than Ming for example.

One of the weirdest thing society forces on teens especially girls is dating. I have never understood why they expect you to have your first kiss at the age 14 while you are so young, and putting this big of a meaning behind makes is 10× worse. If you havent dated somebody at a young age dont be dissipointed, think about it this way: do you actually want to have any relationships with those ugly boys in your highschool? In a few years you would be glad you havent even layed your fingers on them.

one thing that gets me about the sexualization of specifically marginalized women, is that we are always so sexualized that it gets to a point were we are not even seem as human beings. our bodies are the only thing that is valuable, our only worth. the patriarchy puts us on a place that the closer we have to being perceived as human is our sexualization, how attractive we are for the male gaze ( and if you arent considered attractive by society's standarts, then you arent even seem as human, as person). so it gets me so fucking sad when i see people saying that black women are the sexiest race and then proceed to say a bunch of racial stereotypes, when people say lesbians are hot and then proceed to treat us like predators ( specially if you are a butch lesbian, or a lesbian who isnt white). when people fetishize trans women but would never publicily assume a relationship with one or even be associated with one. its like we are so sexy and hot and attractive, but not enough for you to humanize us, for you to value our voices and respect us.

Finally - Ifey (species O.)

This is the first stage (not counting a possible larva) in O's life cycle. These are the "gatherers" of their colony which is usually a villiage with one adult O (the parent of the colony). Cities can sometimes have more than one adult.

Ifeys are the lowest ranking members of their society and are expected to do most of the work (farming, building, hunting..). After that are Ee, who take roles in politics, sciece and comanding Ifey. O are the last stage which is sexually mature but only 2% of O.s reach that stage. O mostly do the population managment. (Ifey can do other tasks but for that it's better to move societies).

For their 'humanoid form' - O. are one of the first sentient species who did evolve to use their limbs in more formations but with the rise of Elven race Uniima weren't the only ones pushed into more human forms. In case of O.s, most changes were in their culture.

The O. culture is about "being human". From birth, human form is pushed as the beauty standart (different for O (final stage)). For Ifey to be seen looking non-human by non-Ifey is shamefull. They usually feel more comfortable looking natural with non-humanoids.

habits you should have, regardless of beauty standards:

we all know that sex sells, and if youre like me, you refuse to be a part of it. the issue is, many of the habits that are advertized to be for the improvement of your looks, are actually really important for your health as well, often times even life saving. if youre like me, you might be unaware of this and deliberately NOT participating in them as a protest against beauty standarts, which might actually be hurting you. let me tell you which! (long post)

1. wearing sunscreen:

unless you have a lot of melanin, you should wear sunscreen every time the uv index is 3 or higher, to protect yourself from skin cancer.

why does society tell us to wear it?

i always hear 'sun exposure gives you wrinkles, freckles, sunspots, etcetc' and went 'well i dont CARE, fuck you' and never wore it.

everybody tries to sell sunscreen as 'antiaging'. its crazy how thats the biggest selling point, and not the fact that sunscreen protects you from getting CANCER.

heres the thing, you SHOULDNT care about getting wrinkles! theres nothing wrong with them, no matter how 'premature' they are!

why you should actually wear it:

you should care about skin cancer though. asides from melanoma, which has very low survival rates, other skin cancers, while not as deadly, can then spread to different organs and *cause* other deadly cancers.

okay, im new to sunscreens, what should i do?

well first, let me say that mineral vs chemical doesnt really matter, as long as the spf is high enough. the general rule is the higher the spf, the better.

if i were to reccomend a sunscreen, it would be beauty of joseon. it has gone viral, and while i do think its overhyped, i think its a great basic. its pretty cost efficient, not sticky or smelly and doesnt burn my eyes.

you should apply spf if the uv index is 3 or higher, which you can check the levels in your area on any weather website. if youre staying outside for longer than 2 hours, you should reapply.

you dont have to wear suncreen indoors! your windos block most uv rays.

your face needs at least a quarter of a teaspoon to be fully protected. of course the amount varies depending on the size of your face, but usually two fingers are enough to protect your face:

to save as much sunscreen as possible, try to stay in the shade and and cover your body when going outdoors!

before you go to sleep, you should remove your spf by double cleansing!

2. working out:

why does society tell us to work out?

the most common answer is: to lose weight. the get a 'desirable' body shape. to get a 'healthy' body shape.

there are many scientific papers that talk in depth about how your weight isnt indicative of your health, so i am going to spare you, and i certainly dont need to go in depth about how nobody should conform to societys beauty standards.

another thing worth pointing out is that often times, exercise cannot actually give you the shape you want. there are many factors to this, such as genetics or hormones, but the fact is, exercise often just wont help you archieve the ideal body shape anyway.

why should you actually work out, then?

many reasons!

-being in shape (metaphorically, not literally) will make moving around easier and you'll get less tired perfoming your daily tasks.

-working out improves mood and helps with brain fog

-increases energy levels (ironically)

-good for cardiovascular health, digestive health, good for bone heath: that means that as you age, you are more likely to retain more of your mobility than if you didnt work out, and your body will in general be happier

-sometimes it helps you socialize, participate in community etc.

how to get into working out?

now, this is the fun part: there is no wrong way to go about this!

you dont need to do a specific type of working out! in fact, just pick whatever suits you!

you can run or go for walks. dance in your living room or attend dance class. shadow box. go to the gym to box.

lift weights or do at home calisthenics, do chloe ting workout videos, climb trees, go for a bike ride, whatever!

just keep moving! you should workout a few times a week :) you dont need any fancy equipment or clothes.

3. eat healthy

now, this one may be different definition of a healthy diet than youve heard of: you shouldnt eat less, but more. the biggest adjustment to your diet shouldnt be removing things but adding things.

you should eat a lot of vegetables, as well as proteins, sugar and fats.

you can keep your fries and a burgers, but you should add a salad as well!

maybe you grew up believing that you dont like healthy things, like fish or collard greens, but you might be living in a lie :D

i reccommend trying new recipes, you might be surprised!

a good diet will have similiar effects to working out- its very important to nourish your body so that it can work properly.
