I've done a thing!!! ^◡^

Meet three absolutely lovely chaps ♥︎ who can't wait to find the coolest miniature car I have amongst all of my toys!

James, Jeremy and Richard are 3D prints (which is the only thing I didn't do myself) then I sanded the figurines, sprayed carefully white primer on them and painted all of it. This was my first time ever I've painted figurines with acrylic colours, which I also had to mix myself.

I think they turned out really sweet for my first time drawing actual figurines and not just my usual paintings (and comics). It is different to work on 3D printed stuff, rather than on paper or digital drawing tablets. But I could use some of my knowledge, more or less...

With Jeremy being the tallest, measuring 11cm and Richard around 9cm, I'm sure I will find a nice place for them to take care of my toy vehicles!

They are so cute, I love them! ♥︎

Reblog, because "Sand Job" is out! And I've just watched it!!! Yeah!!! ～♡

You won't get any spoilers from me...all I can say is: fantastic as always, but I also feel so sorry for the trio (I kinda often do that), that must have been the hardest conditions ever to film. And it is an extremely long episode! Over two hours!

"Bomberman: Fun at White Glacier", painting by me.

I haven't done video game fan art in ages, but I had to contribute something for my favourite gaming hero's 40th anniversary: Bomberman!

So this years' Christmas painting of mine isn't really a festive one, it's my take on the first and third White Ice stages in Baku Bomberman for the Nintendo 64.

Wishing all of my followers a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year! *✦.° ★

As for me, having the worst year in my entire life behind me (Now I lost two of my favourite people and a few days ago I found out that one of my dearest friends is about to lose the battle against cancer as well). I only can hope a new year is a new start. I hope I will find pleasure again in drawing and posting stuff here.

Remember this painting of mine - "Jeremy Clarkson and his Range Rover"? Now you can claim a copy for yourself at the counter of the one and only Diddly Squat Farmshop! ♥︎

I cannot thank my friends Adrian and Ray enough for making a big wish of mine come true, as I can't be in the UK myself.

They delivered and handed out 100 prints of my Jeremy Clarkson painting at the Diddly Squat Farmshop (as well as my Comic book for Jezza himself)!

My Grand Tour comic book plus this poster will be a Christmas gift for Mr. Clarkson himself (Gerald's daughter Lucy gives it to him)! I'm speechless! ～♡

All the people shopping there today got a copy of it, but the shop still has a lot in stock. I wonder how long it might last?

As awful as my whole year has been, this is the most incredible Christmas present I ever got and yes, wishes can come true! Thanks to my incredible friends, this is just amazing, so I had to share this story!

"Jeremy Clarkson with his Range Rover" ♥︎ painting by me.

You know, one of my biggest wishes is to visit the Diddly Squat Farm Shop, buy anything which makes me happy and leave my Grand Tour comic and art book and paintings of mine there! But I know that won't happen, and so instead I've drawn a picture of Jezza at his farm.

Of all the cars he has driven (and in this case even owned), I think his Range Rover might be one of my favourites! *✦.° ★

P.S.: Sorry for posting so rarely these days. I have finished this painting earlier, but didn't find the time to upload it. I am just going through a very difficult time in my life and I want to apologise to everyone who has sent me messages and I didn't reply yet. I will, when I finally find some time, promise!

I have sewn a shirt with flowers for my Cinnamoroll plushie from Build-a-Bear. ♥︎ I recently got him as a gift from a dear friend of mine and she included a shirt which looks like one of James's! That made me fall in love with the idea of dressing my plushies like the trio. ～♡ I think Cinna's ears look cute as "hair" with the bandana (which is actually mine). ^◡^: I know it's far from being perfect, but I didn't have a pattern or sewing machine…I know, doll's clothes you can buy look better, but I tried.

This is the outfit (minus the shoes) my friend chose for him. Coincidence? Of course not! Hahaha •◡•

And that's a jumper I had in my doll's clothes collection.

By the way, as most people don't know him: Cinnamoroll is a character from Sanrio. He should be a dog with floppy ears and he has a soft spot for cooking and baking. He's also one of my favourite characters from the Hello Kitty franchise!

"James and his gin" ♥︎ painting by me. You know, I'm such a big fan of James May...and I've always drawn him with cars, in the kitchen or for my comic stories, but this was the first time I have drawn a pic of him with a bottle of his gin! ～♡ I’m desperately in the need of something to cheer me up these days, so working on this pic definitely helped me, James always makes me happy. I hope you like it! ^◡^ *✦° This painting will be included in my Grand Tour fan comic book coming later this year.°✦* (I’m sorry that my upcoming Grand Tour comic book is delayed, sadly due to unforeseen circumstances I currently don’t have the power to invest as much time as I originally wanted for the last remaining pages of this project. I really can’t apologise enough...but of course it will never be cancelled! No way!!! It will even include this unplanned painting of James as an art print - makes the whole book one page longer!)

Regarding the cover: I thought why not draw the trio at a parking area, somewhere in the UK? So I had a chance to include Jeremy's Range Rover from the comic story "Come what May!" and Hammond's Jaguar from "The Long Way Home". It might look like a plain cartoony picture this time, but if you see the back cover of the book, it actually tells a joke...of course I will reveal the backside, once I'm finished.

Today's my Birthday and because I'm such a big fan of James May, this year my Dad and I created a "Hey Bim!" themed cake!!! ♥︎ James and Robohon are made from coloured fondant and marzipan. The outlines are done with black, white and coloured sugar markers. The cake itself is a plain cake with chocolate chips inside and milk chocolate icing. ～♡ I don't have the heart to cut it!!! I think Robohon has to do the job for me now! ^◡^:

James May, Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond in "Come what May!"

My longest comic about the Grand Tour so far ～♡ This time Jeremy, James and Hammond head off to Britain’s number one car show! Sadly heavy traffic and certain weather conditions give them a rough time on the road...but thank goodness it’s Friday! *✦.°

All paintings, story and text by me (February 2022 - October 2022)

Thank you very much for reading and I hope, as always, I could make you smile with it! ♥︎ This comic will be released as a real book together with my “The Long Way Home“ comic, my “Scandi Flick“ poster, more single artworks of the trio and a bit more in 2023! Please stay tuned if you want a copy of the book for yourself! ♥︎ I’d like to add the pre-release cover as well:

A few words by the author (yeah, that’s me): This time my goal was to write/create/draw a sweet, funny, and heartwarming comic about the trio focused on a simple car ride. In typical fashion of all the comics I do, you won’t find any action based scenes or rude stuff (also I’m no native speaker, but you shouldn’t notice that while reading!). As a result the trio acts a lot nicer and definitely more helpful than in real Grand Tour episodes. The three guys have a super big place in my heart ♡ and because of that, once again, all I could create is something cute and adorable (I could never be mean to them!). Also not everything can be accurate, I have never been to James’s Pub, the Diddly Squat Farm Shop, inside Jeremy’s car or at a car show myself. I had a few reference photos, but 90% of this comic is drawn by memory and how I imagine environments. Anyway, I still hope that I got everyone in character, recognisable and enjoyable for you to look at! Stuff you might have missed:

On the outside of Jeremy’s farm shop you can spot Sansa and Arya, who were puppies when I started working on this comic, so I kept them that way…I am always happy when I spot a photo of the two on Jeremy’s Instagram! ♥︎

Actually everything in that comic takes part in the past, as I was working on it way too long...

Jeremy explains that it’s lucky to turn right at the start of a journey. Of course it’s from the Grand Tour Mongolia Special.

The numberplate on Jezza’s car is a pun on "Jeremy Clarkson 1 Diddly Squat Farm", in case you haven’t already noticed. I thought that’s funny.

James talks about fish finger sandwiches, he posted about them on his Twitter and FoodTribe accounts several times in the past and it’s a really nice and easy dish I like to eat as well!

The CDs in Jeremy’s glovebox are "Supertramp - Crime of the Century", "Yes - The Yes Album", "The Who - Who’s Next", "Genesis - Seconds Out", some album by Eric Clapton you cannot read and "Pink Floyd - The Dark Side of the Moon". Despite my age, these are all albums and bands I absolutely love and I think he does as well. ～♡

I had to make something up for the broken air conditioning, something like that is always happening on their journeys (especially in James’s cars!). I’m sure after the events of the comic, it was completely fine again! ^◡^

They always take photos of themselves sleeping and post it somewhere online, this time it was my chance to draw a scene of that! I enjoyed working on that one! Hehehehe...

Jeremy and James’s painful high-five I got from the Grand Tour Colombia Special

In James’s Pub Hammond gets served Spag Bol (yeah, I have this from "Oh Cook!") and Jeremy ordered the infamous fish pie. The reason why I’ve chosen two different meals is that Richard doesn’t like fish, a running gag I keep constant in all of my comics. Also it can be taken as a reference to "The Perfect Road Trip".

James’s apron I spotted in "Lochdown", I think it really suits him! ♥︎

And this time there’s even a moral of the story: Don’t drink and drive!
