*Minor Spoilers* Crowley is a high-fashion model on the verge of making it really big. After an attempted mugging that their agent thinks is more, the agent hires a bodyguard to follow them around. Out of concern for being seen as a diva, Crowley lets people think Aziraphale is their boyfriend. I love the contrasts in this Crowley. In their working life, they're confident and an expert in their job; they know they're beautiful and don't pretend otherwise. But privately, they're less sure of themself. They don't think Aziraphale would ever want to be with them if he wasn't being paid, and they don't always handle things well. The story does a great job of respecting Crowley's work; it never implies that high fashion is something less than a real, very difficult job.

This Aziraphale is a total badass. While he's not very confident in his social life (he never considers the possibility that someone as beautiful and elegant as Crowley would ever find him attractive), he's the guardian of four at-risk LGBTQ+ teens; teaches self-defense classes; works as a bouncer when he's not doing protective work; and is an all-around gentle soul who would rather read a book than fight. The first time Crowley seems him sparring with his advanced self-defense students, it makes them weak in the knees. And there's a scene near the end that will make you positively swoon for BAMF!Aziraphale.

The teens that Aziraphale cares for (Pepper, Brian, Wensleydale, and Warlock) are their own characters with distinct personalities, and the scenes with them in it are interesting and fun to read.

There's a stalking subplot that shades the entire story but doesn't overshadow it, and the author uses content warnings in-chapter when needed.

There's not a lot of explicit sex in this one, so it's pretty safe to read outside the home. No Major Spoilers needed for this story.

i know i have talked about this many times in detail by now, but the whole "shiekah tech just vanished" totk interview reveal will grind my gears anytime i think about the franchise for i dont know how much time to come

its such a lie to your face i just cant help but feel insulted, bc no, its NOT all gone and vanished, you kept the few parts convenient to keep and got rid of all that could have even vaguely distracted from the new shiny sonau stuff, at least be honest and just say you didnt think about it needing any sort of reason, say you dont care, say there were writing or staffing troubles, say you had other priorities, say you didnt think people cared about continuity (lol) even between two games taking place in the same world no 10 years apart, say you just wanted to generate money but even more, idk, id much rather have them be honest about it than lie like that bc this way it makes it feel like they think im stupid, like id just gobble up and be happy with anything they say to get me to shut up and keep spending money

holiday special and vol3 trailer releasing within a week of each other has unfortunately reactivated the brainworms like sleeper agents so here’s a compilation of old art i never posted

1 is the most recent drawn entirely bc as an artist i have the power to draw whatever the fuck i want and i decided to use that power to draw nebula holding a rat (pose helpfully modeled by my own rat). 

2-4 are more old vaguely animal crossing inspired doodles but i’m really bad at mimicking other art styles so. 2 is from 2020 and 3-4 are from 2021.

5 is a posca marker doodle and 6 was me testing paints on some black paper. 7 is just mantis stealing neb’s jacket lol
