You are SO right. She would brag that it came from France. Handsewn, hand-embroidered, each feather individually plucked from a swan or a beautiful bird like that. I love it.

So, Brewing Trouble is a one shot I wrote for the Eiffel Tower Fest (We are not talking about the one in France 👀)

The fics for the fest will be revealed on 2/14 so still about a month out BUT I am really pleased with how it came out.

I did creators choice for the prompt and picked Pansy x Theo x Blaise

Here is the Summary: Pansy is in need of some help practicing her brewing skills. Her boyfriend offers to help and surprisingly so does his best friend Blaise?

Pansy knew right away that something was going on behind her back.

She had a feeling things were off when Neville asked her if they could reschedule their next Potions tutoring date after walking her back to the Slytherin dungeons.

Oddly enough, she thought nothing of it. People reschedule when things come up, that's normal. But when they were partnered for Charms class, Pansy turned towards him (as she's done all year) and found that he had partnered himself with Nott instead.

The feeling of rejection came full force. In the entire time they've worked together, he had never really avoided her so obviously as he was right now. So, Pansy resolved that if he avoided in Herbology, she would confront him, ask him what had changed between them.

During Advanced Herbology - a double lessons block - Neville was so busy assisting Professor Sprout that Pansy never got to flag him down to talk to him, something she had always been able to do.

'How frustrating,' she muttered as she walked over to the lake.

She swore she wouldn't let herself cry, but the tears came hard and fast until the sun set. She thought they were something once they'd kissed.

The walk back to the castle was bitter. The evening chill set in so quickly, but Pansy couldn't be bothered to cast a warming charm.

The courtyard was empty by the time she arrived, probably since everyone would be in the dining hall.

She was so wrapped in her thoughts that she didn't notice the Neville pop out from the shadows.

"Pansy!"

It was his voice. She wiped her tears away with her robes and turned to face him.

"I've been looking for you everywhere! Where were you?" he asked, short of breath.

Pansy promised she wouldn't cry, so she but her lip and bade words to come. Her throat continued to tighten and she finally uttered, "Here and there, just taking a walk."

Neville placed his hands on her shoulders and asked her to close her eyes, "I've prepared something for you, I've been looking for you since sundown, but this might be better. You won't believe the grief Headmaster McGonagall gave me, but you're here!"

He turned her around, the warmth of his body against her back, his hands placed over her eyes.

With a whispered lumos, a wash of light flooded the space between his fingers and her closed lids.

"Alright now, open your eyes."

It took her a moment before her eyes adjusted to the overwhelming brightness and beauty of the courtyard. Neville had decorated the entire area with floating yellow and purple lights shaped as pansies. Dozens of stephanotis floribunda flowers danced on invisible currents, their delicate scent wafting with the breeze.

And to top it off, a tiny house elf (dressed like an American cowboy) stood beside a small bistro table decorated with more flowers, glasses, and an overflowing tower of petit four.

Speechless, she was rendered speechless. "Nev," she began, not really sure what to say from here.

"Do you like it? I've spent the last two weeks planning for this. I'm sorry I had to reschedule on you, I had to ask McGonagall for permission and the night I rescheduled with you was the only night she was available to meet me. And I'm sorry I haven't been able to work with you in Charms, Nott helped me with the flowers and charms. I wanted to catch you today during Herbology, but you disappeared before you could see Seamus get bitten by the fanged geraniums. A fiasco, really. "

"What's all this for though? I thought-we were breaking up!"

"Wha- What's all this? Silly witch, it's our one year anniversary!"

Oh Merlin, that made so much sense. "I thought you were bored of me and started to avoid me because of it and I thought you were going to break up with me for someone else!"

Pansy started to cry in earnest and Neville pulled her in close to give her a kiss on the head, "No, silly witch, I wanted to surprise you, but I think I made you feel badly. I'm sorry, love. I want you to know I'd rather be obliviated than live a life without your love."

She sniffled once more, "So, no secrets?"

He kissed her again, "None, I don't want us to have secrets."

And they had none between them until he pulled out a ring three years later and she waited to let him know she was with child two years after that.

3,5/5 ⭐️ 2/5🌶This is the from the Wait and Hope Series, whose reviews are coming in the next days and Okay, so this a different ship altogether (Theo Nott and Blaise Zabini), but hear me out if you have read any other from the series, the way they are build up is the cutest fluff ever. This is a short 5 chapter story, of Blaise and Theo getting together and the angst in such a short story and in the whole series damn, is a whole other level. The story itself does not have much plot as it jumps back and forth present and future but it’s just so sweet. I’ve never read this ship before, but if they are all as cute as this one hell yeah A trigger warning is a bit of a dark turn sometimes, with some family trauma. You don’t have to read the rest of the series but it will be that much more enjoyable if you do. The smut is just too damn short, but good therefore the lower grade. “And I’ve been pretending I’m not a little bit in love with one of my best friends for years” “I couldn’t risk it. You. I couldn’t risk it” And the quotes are just highlight worth ALL of them P.D: cover also by me :)

Clueless Witch - Chapter 1 - So_scarlett_maroon - Harry Potter - J. K. Rowling [Archive of Our Own]

Pansy Parkinson is shallow, rich and socially successful. In other words, she basically runs Hogwarts. But when she decided to use that power for good and help new girl Hermione Granger, she discovers she may still have some growing up to do.

This fic is heavily inspired by the 1995 movie Clueless. But with magic and set at Hogwarts.

All 5 chapters are fully written, and I will be posting a chapter a day until it is finished.

Excerpt:

Pansy tuned them out as she ate the assortment of fruit and yogurt on her plate. She surveyed the room and spotted a new girl speaking with the headmistress near the front. Although she looked old enough to be a seventh or eighth year, she was unsorted.

Her hair was fluffy and frizzy, and her clothes were baggy and bland. She wore a striped brown shirt and ripped jeans. Everything about her was screaming for Pansy’s help. “Daph, look at that new girl with McGonagall,” Pansy whispered.

Daphne followed Pansy’s line of sight, and her eyes landed on the bushy-haired girl. “Daph, our skills are needed. She is so adorably clueless. We can help her.”

Daphne scoffed. “Pansy, she is a mess. She would bring us down.”

Pansy sighed. “Don’t you think we should use our status for good?”

“No,” Daphne replied.

🌌 Pansy Parkinson at the Yule Ball 🌌 Did someone say PINK? While drawing this, a pink demon possessed me and went crazy. I decided to go slightly crazy with these designs, pushing my limits a little. For most Yule Ball looks, I try to work with the most striking features of the character and create a dress that enhances or complements it. Like the wide necklines for Hermione or the accentuated waist for Lavender. However, when I think of Pansy's character in the books, I feel she's always overcompensating, exaggerating, laughing too loud, and putting herself in people's faces. So, for her dress, I wanted to hide her best features. Make her drown in her dress, in the extravagance of it. She's trying to get noticed and in doing so, makes a bit of a spectacle of herself. I'm extremely curious about your thoughts on this approach :) Feel free to comment on what your favourites are. Also, shoutout to @thatslytherinbitch54 for asking me to hurry up and draw Pansy in her Yule Ball gown already :) (Just teasing, I'm always open to requests, so feel free to make them.)
