Mannnn tell me how I woke up and I’m STILL mad at them. Thinking of how audacious it is to be wealthy in NYC talm bout some damn “I’m bored” boy if you catch the ferry to the island and go see Lady Liberty or some shit!? All the places they see in movies & he ain’t wanna go look at the shit irl or something?? And then Mr. “I missed Korean food as soon as the plane took off” nigga if you don’t walk over to Woori Jib! I ate there during a few of my trips to NY. If MY Floridian ass knows it exists, your manager should have been able to stumble across that information without trying. Yes you’re allowed to miss home but you just got off the plane!! Not too mad at Jeff cus he hardly talks to anyone or posts anyway. SM apparently only responds to boycotts, so i feel like justified in more ways than one for thinking that the next album’s songs can stay in Korea and in Korean charts & shows too, since they wanna gatekeep new performances for only precious kfans 🤡 Saw a post last night that stan twt cooking up a plan to make sure next release, probably a repackage, doesn’t come anywhere near the Billboard charts and ykw? Your treat for us was to perform the 2 songs you literally have just finished promoting in SK within 3 days of arriving to LA & that’s…it? & music from 2 releases ago or more which means most of the setlist was more than 2 years old. Yeah everyone wanted Sticker and Favorite but that was over a year ago lol. Collabs have happened since then & recent NEW solos. Not even a mini or EP but a whole ass album that we helped shoot sales through the roof, came out, like!!?

We let a wholeeeee lotta shit slide over the years but I’m seriously over it dude. SM half-assed this “tour” with poorly planned show appearances, badly organized fan event, sketchy staff…Wtf is this “new music only for Korea concert” shit?! SM fr needs to work on their marketing tactics cus this “Kfans first, kfans only” style plan, this “do whatever it takes to stay in not only the good graces of, but rather, the best graces of Korean fans (when ifans have carried them since mf 00:01 of Firetruck and we all know it. Also, we have long confirmed music sales aren’t the bulk of musicians income, it’s TOURING) who absolutely are gonna drop like a bug near a can of Raid when someone goes public with a relationship, is NOT the move.

It’s like they got too comfortable just like a guy does in a relationship. If we wanted to be ignored we can go stan a kpop group with NO foreigners & a company who can’t afford staff to ensure immediate subtitles and regular comebacks, etc. Or even someone from a midsize company who aspires to have a global audience whether they have foreigners in the group or not & is willing to put in more than the bare minimum. Like wtf is SM doing, why are they self-sabotaging when *globalalization* is supposed to be the point of 127 to begin with??

Idc what any group says, BTS’ fame is what they want. Why the hell wouldn’t it be? There’s no shame in admitting, there’s no shame in wanting to be a household name around the world lol. if you want to be at the top fr then you need to stay humble & respect all your fans, cus as someone who helped make it happen, I most certainly did not bust my ass and go that hard for them while feeling disrespected, like??Bighit (it’s past tense so I’m calling them BH) could’ve done better because there were times when they just let us do all the work without promoting the boys well but the boys themselves made it feel worth it because they were happy and thankful to be surpassing levels, that when they became trainees didn’t even register as doable. BH could’ve done better on merch for us too instead of only giving the good shit to JPN army, but that’s a separate issue & again, wasn’t BTS’ choice. Even with Namjoon’s minor goof (I think ppl who aren’t Black &/or debut stans know about it. & I sincerely think at the time that when it came out of his mouth he didn’t understand why it’s problematic…and also I mean. He wasn’t wrong…) and major goof (you know the one) and the WOH incident, he earned forgiveness because he seemed to work with sincerity. AHL definitely helped and to this day no one has done that extent of hiphop boot camp (yes, I am saying that Svt’s lil trip doesn’t compare, you interpreted that correctly).

Do I think there’s a magic formula to get a “““next BTS”””? Hell nah lol That there was a perfect storm (Bigbang had laid the framework, BAP fell off (a big fuck u to their record label btw. We don’t speak the name of that dirtbag but they were doing REALLY good intl especially over here), BlockB messing up w/ the SE fans + Zico fucking up (over… & over… again) + not playing their cards right at ALL, the consistency of their sound rather than it being a 1 era dress-up party, sns (on a shared account mind you! They didn’t have personals!) & talking to all of us not just kfans, AHL, making connections w/ Black artists & maintaining them, having a solid anglophone, helping make their own music frequently, doing their endorsements all or nothing without having 1 known member– I could go on. Point is, the exact formula isn’t possible but it’s not completely unobtainable to be in the ballpark. Neos could be in the ballpark even w/o compromising their 127-ess & sound if they worked at balancing their fandom ((+ not acting like Europe (and Africa, but idt kpop will hit that for a min)) doesn’t exist). The pandemic didn’t help them but they didn’t try to make up for not being able to travel to non-Korean fans.

Ffs kpop is becoming almost trendy instead of just a niche! And the top group is on an official hiatus! & no one has enlisted yet! There’s a void- STRIKE WHILE THE IRON IS HOT YOU FOOLS!! It’s not even just SM to blame, they have their own personal accts in various sites, they let the staff have the power by not pushing harder for using the English speakers they have more & obeying when they get told to only speak in Korean. What’s SM gonna do, yank them from the lineup?? If you have fans either as a group or akgaes & they are so flaky that you communicating in multiple languages makes them angry enough to not buy albums like I Superhuman era & leave, let them go!! You’ll get more fans just out of appreciation for the fact that you did the right thing instead of caving in to spoiled nonsensical brattiness. I am so incredibly annoyed by them having no backbones bro. Get a spine or always stay at the mercy of unreasonable ppl willing to drop you for being a fair person and a good idol.

a/n: anyone who knows me knows how i feel about timothée so thank you to @halaxxx, i had so much fun writing this and getting to incorporate my two fav things!

being a model isn’t as glitzy and glamorous as people think it is. It’s a cutthroat industry but for whatever reason, you were lucky enough to have landed in an agency that you loved and book shoots that were exciting. 

today was one of those days.

you were handpicked to shoot with timothée chalamet for his upcoming ‘calvins or nothing’ campaign. you were a huge fan of films so you’ve seen most of his work and loved them. you were told to keep a tight lip on the shoot because of timothée’s high profile so all you could tell ben chilwell, aka your boyfriend of 9 months, was that you were doing an underwear shoot. you might have left out the part that you’d be photographed with another man but there was no point in telling him since you couldn’t even tell him who it was.

at least that’s how you were trying to rationalize it in your head. truth is you didn’t want him to be worried about something he shouldn’t be. this comes with the job and sometimes it isn’t the ideal situation but it has been and always will be strictly professional.

you walked on set wearing your cover-up, just a simple bathrobe, before making your way to timothée who stood by himself scrolling through his phone. there was no way you were gonna spend the next hour with this guy being basically naked and not introduce yourself. he was already topless and in his jeans with his calvin briefs showing. 

“sorry to bother,” you began. “my name is y/n. i just wanted to introduce myself before we started the shoot.” 

his green eyes flicked up from his phone and in one motion he locked it, shoved it in his back pocket and stuck out his hand. “yes, hi! i’m timothée but you can call me timmy if you want.”

you shook his hand and smiled. “it’s nice to finally meet you! i love your films, especially your latest one, bones and all? it was phenomenal.”

he began shaking his head, his loose curls moving freely. “enough enough,” he nervously chuckled. 

“no, i mean it! me and my boyfriend were sobbing at the end of it. you ever seen a professional footballer cry at a film? it’s the funniest thing,” you laugh. yes, you had to make sure you subtly dropped the b-word in case the frenchman had any funny ideas.

“oh that’s sick! not the crying part but the boyfriend being a football player. what club does he play for?”

“chelsea,” you answered with a proud smile.

“you’re lying!” timothée eyes widened. “dude, that’s my team! who is it?!”

you couldn’t help but giggle at his reaction. “It’s ben chilwell.”

“ah, what a guy!” 

“i know!” you sighed with content. “hey! you should totally come to a game whenever you’re back in the city. ben would love you!”

“i think i’d have a fangirl moment,” he whispered jokingly. 

it was then that the photographer announced that she was ready and turned on loud pop music. you took off your robe and handed it to an assistant behind the camera. the only clothing item you adorned was a white calvin klein underwear. this shoot was probably the most revealing one you’ve ever done but breaking the ice with timothée earlier took the edge off a little.

you and timothée stood against a grey backdrop and the photographer started firing off instructions. 

“closer together please!”

“yes! timothée, put your arm around y/n!”

“y/n, press yourself against him!”

you moved closer and put your boobs against timothée’s bare chest with only your nipple pasties creating a thin barrier.

you snaked your arms around his torso and arched your back the tiniest bit. “you can put your hand on my lower back,” you whispered. 

“oh, okay,” he moved his hand to your lower back with his fingers slightly grazing the top of your ass.

“OH YEAH, THAT’S THE MONEY SHOT!” the photographer yelled out which caused you and timothée to break out with laughter.

five outfit changes and hundreds of poses later, you were finally done for the day. you thanked the crew and made sure to grab timothée’s number because he seemed like a genuine guy and you were serious about the invite to a chelsea match.

with photoshoots, unless it’s in a magazine or a runway, you never know when the pictures drop so there wasn’t much time to prepare your boyfriend. to be fair there is never a good time for a man to see pictures of his girlfriend wrapped around another man while topless.

a couple months later, ben was getting ready for training when he felt his phone vibrate. he was getting a couple of twitter notifications so he opened the bird app. one tweet he was tagged in read: @BenChilwell ur gf is sooo hot wtf

ben smiled because he already knew that but the smile quickly faded as he pressed on the tweet and saw what they were referring to.

ben had forgotten how to breathe for a second. he couldn’t believe his eyes. here you were practically naked hugging timothée chalamet, one of the hottest stars in hollywood and one of your favourite actors.

he sat down before the empty locker room started to spin. when was this? why would you keep this from him? did you like being pressed up against timothée like that? did you enjoy it more than you did hugging him?

then rage hit him as he noticed timothée’s hand placement. how dare he placed his hand on your ass like that? didn’t he know that you had a boyfriend?

ben knew he was spiralling but he couldn’t help himself. this was probably the worst time to have seen this (it would have been better if he didn’t at all be honest) right before a full day of training.

he took a few deep breaths collecting himself before tying up his sneakers and heading to the gym. 

you didn't get many off days but when you did, you spent it at home in sweatpants and one of ben’s shirts. your day would have been better if you and ben never left the bed but duty called, the man had training. before he left, ben had made you a cup of tea just the way you liked it and gave you many sloppy kisses so you were content and completely oblivious to the fact that the calvin klein twitter account had put up your photos with timothée and the internet was eating it up.

you had a productive day cleaning the house, getting work done and reading nearly a hundred pages of your book. 

it was nearing 6 p.m. so you made your way to the kitchen, put on some post malone and got to work on dinner you and ben. it was about half an hour later and you were dancing to one of your favourite songs, candy paint, before the music stopped abruptly. 

“wh—oh hi bennny,” you turned around and saw your boyfriend leaning against the kitchen entrance holding your phone.

“i was listening to that, you know?” you shuffled over to him and took your phone out of his hand to resume the song but when you went in to kiss his cheek, he backed away. 

considering he still hadn’t made fun of your dancing and now avoided the kiss, you had a strong feeling that something was off. “babe, what’s wrong?”

“i don’t know you tell me… or better yet i’ll ask timothée, you know, your new mate,” ben’s voice was filled with quiet rage.

“so the calvin klein campaign is out,” you stated.

“yes, it's out. for the whole world to see. and you’re fucking naked!” he was starting to raise his voice which he never did with you. 

“okay, we can discuss this like level headed adults or not at all because i won’t stand for you yelling at me,” you replied. you loved ben with your entire heart but there are some things you wouldn’t accept. “so do you want to talk about it?”

ben rubbed a tired hand over his face and nodded.

“okay, then let’s take this to the couch,” you suggested. you made sure you turned everything off in the kitchen before going to him.

you took a quick breath before you began. “ben my love, i am a model. this is my job. everything and everyone was professional to a t.”

“okay, cool. it’s your job, i get that and i support it, you know i do,"

you nodded because it was true. ben was your biggest fan and supported from the day you two began dating. he catually slid into your dms to tell you you looked great walking down a runway almost a year ago.

"what i can’t support is my girlfriend pressing her naked body on a man she told me was attractive not too long ago,”

“first of all, timmy is a friend—"

“timmy, yeah? you’re on a nickname basis with him?”

“let me finish… second of all, you are right,” you come clean. “i made a mistake not telling you that day because i didn’t want this, for us to argue over something so meaningless. i know now that i was only delaying the inevitable and i am sorry but timothée was nice and respectful and understood my boundaries,”

“boundaries? what boundaries? his hand was on your arse,” he scoffed.

“it was on my lower back,” you corrected him but leaned inro his ear to say, “because my ass is reserved only for you,” 

in a swift motion, ben had managed to pull you into his lap which made you laugh. you ran a hand through his dryish hair. “my ass, my heart. it’s all yours, ben james chilwell,”

he smiled for the first time that day. a relief washed over him hearing those sweat words but ben wanted to make a point. he trailed his fingers up your legs.

“so you’re absolutely not interested in timothée?” he questioned.

“how could i be when i have you?”

“good answer. tell me one more thing,” he said as his fingers made it to the top of your thighs and cupped your heat over your sweatpants. “what about this? who does this belong to?”

you let out a slight moan. “you...only you,”

“that’s what I thought,” he smirked before he captured your lips with a searing kiss. you kissed back with equal force while grinding on his hand.

within a matter of moments, what you two were arguing about was forgotten because all you really wanted to do was be wrapped up in each other.

s1 ep6 a remedy to cure all ills: idkw but i love edwin so much

s1 ep10 the moment of truth: I KINDA WISH MERLIN HAD TOLD ARTHUR THEN BUT HE DIDN'T, but i love the tension and the trust they already have even though it's still early in the series

s1 ep11 the labyrinth of gedref: same with the trust ARTHUR WOULD HAVE DIED FOR HIM :')

s2 ep7 the witchfinder: ohhh merlin you're on thin ice. love how they resolved it though

s2 ep8 the sins of the father: arthur never realised that his birth was actually caused by magic (aka i think the maker of the series forgot about it) and i'm angry about it bc i would've loved merlin and arthur talking about it. maybe he would have changed his opinion on magic then and merlin may have been more comfortable opening up to him

s2 ep13 the last dragonlord: this episode stabbed me in the chest and laughed at me, why did they have to kill off merlin's dad???

s3 ep3 goblin's gold: this goblin was the realest comedian along the way

s3 ep6 the changeling: elena is cool and no one can change my mind

ep3 ep8 the eye of the phoenix: arthur gets his ass beat and merlin and gwaine save him - again. 10/10

s3 ep10 queen of hearts: i love every episode in which merlin is under the aging-spell, he's just so much more snarky

s4 ep1+2 the darkest hour: love this bc of the horror elements and also again TRUST and arthur being scared and opening up about it>>>>. also merlin being scared that he doesn't have magic is great.

s4 ep6 a servant of two masters: merlin trying to kill arthur and tragically failing? i'm so in. also sir leon being convinced merlin is just joking when he says he wants to kill arthur is just pure gold

s4 ep12+13 the sword in the stone: agravaine finding out about merlin's magic, arthur going after him, gwen being queen, just everything is great thank you

s5 ep3 the death song of uther pendragon: again - uther finding out about merlin's magic AHHH (do you see a pattern of me liking when people find out about merlin's magic???)

s5 ep13 the diamond of the day: i know you'll call me insane but i lovelovelove that merlin can finally use magic around arthur and the angst gets me so much omg, it's so tragic and sad and arthur realising what merlin has done for him over the years and THE FEELS I GET - i wished they continued the series ;-;

5 fav books: this is difficult bc a lot of books I read are series and I love the whole series.

Peter Clines - 14. honestly the man reason I love this book is the characters themselves? its a fun, horror/sci-fi/mystery/cthulu based moster vibe but I LOVE all the characters in it. honestly peter clines is one of my fav authors.

Terry Goodkind - Faith of the Fallen: I haven't read this in ages but I also read it so much I broke the spine in half. It's just my fav of the entire of the Sword of Truth series.

Sandstorm - James Rollins: this is the start of the Sigma Force series so I'm choosing it, even tho Seichan isn't in it (aka one of the best villains to allies to lovers arcs ever IMO, esp in a male written book) but this one is so good bc the cast is SO GOOD. i love Painter Crowe, and I love the history in it. its one of my fave styles of book, action-adventure, historical mystery. kinda like da Vinci code but better imo

Renegade - Joel Sheppard: TRACE THAKUR AND ERIK DEBOGANDE MY BELOVED. i fucking love a rogue spaceship captain and his merry band of super competent people and aliens that are FUN

Hi! Oh I love this. I totally agree. The show outshone the comics. Iman/Kamala is clearly a fav of Kevin's and the MCU is treating her really well. If anyone disagrees, I don't know what they see. I wouldn't be surprised if Iman is credited as a producer in the upcoming years.

1. I love how she got her symbol. Like we all had a chain like that at some point. It was a beautiful tie-in. Her name and it's Arabic/Urdu meanings also being included was so clever. The show also showed that she loves Carol, but this was a story about South Asian Muslims.

2. Bruno aka the white boy embracing her culture instead of her wanting to be like him was soo refreshing. He is also way different than the comics, boy is way cooler. Although he's always on thin ice with me because his screentime should not be prioritized.

3. Kamran was definitely one of the best changes. He seems to be a favorite among the MCU writers/producers. Although his arc was fun in the comics (I like the inhuman stories), him ultimately being seen as the good guy in the MCU was extremely important. There can't be Muslims seen as terrorists in the MCU.

4. Her powers are AMAZING in the MCU. She cannot have 'flesh' powers. Not with how they're treating She-Hulk. Sana made an excellent choice. It makes her way more powerful too. Which she needs to be in space, in Secret Wars and in the Kang storyline. Shes going to kick ass. In fairness I still don't really get how she got her powers so I mean its not perfect. But like we can realistically call her strongest Avenger (eye roll) soon and it would make sense.

5. Not mentioned in the vid but Nakia was also a supportive sweetheart in the MCU. And I do feel like they expanded her role a bit. She should have had more air time in episode one but overall she was fabulous. I'm pretty sure we will also see her in The Marvels since Yasmeen was in London, briefly. So prioritizing her is a great choice.

6. Saagar is a an amazing Aamir!! He had great chemistry with Iman and I'm also excited to see more of him in The Marvels. My greatest loss is how little screentime he and Tyesha got together.

I think my fav part (/s) about DNIs is the fact that theyre so unbelievably specific and exclusionary

And like im not saying that having a DNI is a bad thing you wouldn't want bigoted or creepy people on your page and be responsible for that like i get that and i have a little one myself on a side blog of mine

But stuff like "Men fuck off" or "Minors are on thin ice" or "white people dni" is like so stupid and unnecessary like you say "exclusionists DNI" yet you ARE the exclusionist? Aka excluding people for who they are? Hmmmm....

Unless you like....break down at the sight of a child or a teenager or something and have a really really rare and valid excuse, its like one of the reasons why i block them on sight. Like dont say "exclusionists dni" when you yourself are one hope this helps

Okay, I stopped watching live after season 11 because of the way they treated Cas so these next seasons I binged watched ( a couple of times) but wasn’t apart of the fandom so it feels like I didn’t fully grasp them. But here we go!

Note: Inspired by my best friend who hand delivered me my fav timmies donut when I was super sad. Love ya dude even though you can be a pain sometimes.

Emily and Morgan had been friends for a while now but hadn’t been able to see each other in a few weeks because of work . Emily sat in the coffee shop nursing a double double and a maple dip donut waiting for Morgan to finish practice. “Always eating donuts eh?” a voice said sitting down in the chair opposite. She looked up to see a slightly disheveled Morgan “Hi to you too,” she said with a mischievous smile “Been here long?” he asked, pulling the plate with the donut on it closer to him “No, just been doing some work whilst I waited for you,” she said pointing to the laptop. “How was practice,” she said swatting his hand away from the donut and pulling the plate back towards her “Hey!” he groaned “Get your own donut Rielly,” she said with a laugh. “Wow your protective over your donuts, I’ll remember that, and practice was fine thanks”

“They aren’t just any donut, they are maple glazed, they are the best,”

“Well, I’ll take your word for it,” he said with a wink.

“You’ll have to since you can’t eat these not on your diet,” she said taking another bite and over exaggerating a loud mmmm.

A week later,Emily was on the phone to Morgan. “We should have a movie night soon when we are both off,” he suggested

“Yeah sure that sounds like fun,” she said ethusatically. “One rule though,” Emily said in a serious tone

“What’s that?” He asked

“I get to pick the movie,”

“As long as I get the snacks,” Morgan said. That boy was obsessed with his snack foods.

Morgan put down the shopping bag and knocked on the door “Its open,” Emily’s voice yelled.Morgan pulled the door handle and let himself in, wiping his feet on the mat and slipping off his shoes, he knew Emily was really fussy about that. “You know you shouldn’t leave your door unlocked I could have been anyone,”

“A robber wouldn’t be so polite to knock,” she pointed out before double taking at the shopping bags. “Wow when you said you would bring the snacks, you really meant it,” she said, nodding towards the two shopping bags full of food, “Yeah well, I couldn’t remember what you liked so I got one of everything,” he said with a shrug she picked up the shopping bag and carried them to the kitchen.

“A whole ice cream cake!” Emily exclaimed.

“Hands off that’s just for me,” he said with a wink, she knew he was just teasing her and Morgan would share some with her because he always did.

“What did you get for me?” She asked

“A maple glaze donut and a double double of course,” he said pulling the Tim Horton’s paper out of one of the shopping bags.

“Oh No you're the best,” Emily said giving him a hug.

“Hey Mo,” Emily said, glancing over at her phone. She was currently on handsfree as she drove downtown. Work had officially ended four hours ago but she had only left the office ten minutes ago. “Hey Em, how are ya bud?” How is the big smoke without me?” He asked

“Fine, How’s Van?” She asked her fingers clenching around the wheel because everything was far from fine. Work was going horribly, her boss was picking on her again and the boy she has been seeing for the last month had just ghosted her. “Its good its nice to be home,” he said “Mm,” she said trying to listen.

“Are you listening?”

“What oh yeah,”

“What is wrong?” He asked sighing

“Nothing Nothing,” she said pursing her lips to stop herself from crying

“Come on cut the bullshit out,”

“Fine, I had a bad day, that’s all, work was bad Lee yelled at me and that boy I was dating has just ghosted me, like completely deleted me off his social media,”

“Oh Em i’m so sorry,”

“Yeah,” she sighed “listen I have to go I’ll call you later,”she said, biting her lip to stop herself from crying on the phone. “Oh okay, we’ll call me later if you want, you know I’m always here to talk, you know tomorrow will be better em you just had a bad day,l

“Mmmhmm,” was all she could manage before hanging up and bursting into tears.

Emily wandered down in the lift praying she didn’t run into any of her neighbours in n her Pj’s and dressing gown. She glanced at her mailbox and noticed it was open, strange she didn’t normally get post this late and she had check it on her way out and she was sure she had closed it. Whatever Morgan had ordered must have been special delivery. She put her hand into the box and felt around until she came into contact with something papery. She pulled it out and stared at the brown paper bag with the Tim Horton’s logo on it. Was this a trick? No inside was her favorite, a maple leaf donut with a note on top scrawled in messy writing she didn’t recognize.

“Donut forget to eat me” - Mo

Emily wandered over to the doorman, Jo he would have the answers. He was the eyes and ears of the building. He was a old man in his sixties with white hair and a pair of thin glasses which perched on the end of his nose. “You found it,” Jo the doorman said with a grin, nodding towards the donut.

“Yes, do you know who delivered it?”

“Ah some kid tall lanky with a backwards cap, I didn’t let him in at first thought he was trying to sneak in until he gave me the puppy dog eyes told me he was delivering something very important for you,”

“Mitch,” she said with a grin. “Of course, Morgan had asked the rookie to do this.

“A friend of yours?” He asked

“Yes, just delivering something for me from a friend, thank you,” she said turning away with a wave.

Emily pulled out her phone immediately dialling Morgan’s number, it rang for awhile and then went to voicemail. She bit her lip deciding she’s leave him a voicemail “Hey Morgan, I don’t know how you did this considering you are on the other side of Canada right now but thank you, it made my bad day that little bit better, you’re the best friend ever, love you,” she said with a smile and hanging up the phone. She wasn’t sure where he’d be right now but she knew for sure he was somewhere in Vancouver probably with his family and cute puppy Maggie.

She shot a quick text to Mitch to thank him for delivering the donut.

As I said, I wanted my review to be full and for your eyes only. But... Okey. Never mind. Since The Devil skates on thin ice is officially over, I think I’m ready to write my little review. Not so little tbh. 🤣 (1)

First of all, I wanna say that your style of writing is really stands out of all fic writers because of alikeness with literature. I mean it’s really classy and reminds me of all books that I’ve read not only in English but in my mother language. Full of this beautiful descriptions, metaphors and other stylistic things. (2)

Every time I read stories written by you I found something new to me.Like new words or phrases.And at the same time I can find so many common grounds.I can’t stop wondering,my mother language and English are so alike.It’s like I finally can believe that all languages were one language back then.“Anyway,prepare yourself;this is going to get long, and it’s strewn with angst.”-I think this phrase could be used as description for the whole story. U almost made me cry by the end. (3)

The plot isn’t so unique. I mean, lots of authors write stories from lovers to enemies and back. But I love your choice of AU. Everybody usually choose basketball for Yoongi. And I enjoyed that u somehow choose my cup of tea. I’m in love with ice. I’m not rly into winter but ice is definitely my thing. (4)

Min Yoongi. To be honest if I saw this guy in flesh, I mean your Yoongi, I would definitely fall for him completely. He has almost everything that I like in man. Confident, strong, with right thoughts, loyal, able to wait till right moment, passionate, man of an action first of all. I see real life Yoongi this kind of man as well but... He isn’t suitable for an ice hockey. Too thin and short. It isn’t stop me from likening him anyway. (8)

Lead fem. It’s definitely me. Like almost 100%. I use phrase “keyword ....” like a lot. It’s one of my favorite. And another thing that makes us so alike - our love for ice and figure skating. I was and I’m still madly in love with this sport. And we both came through trauma. But I can’t fully recover from it emotionally. I’m still afraid of doing some tricks. Specially Lutz and Axel. (9)

She is stronger than me. And I can say that jumps are one of the hardest things in figure skating besides spins. You need to put a lot of effort to make it beautiful and right. Like u have to be fast and jump really high to make it correctly. Other characters. They support and show us other sides of main characters like the extras should do. Specially I love that u put members of other kpop bands into your story. Like Yugyeom and others. (10)

My favorite scenes. First one on skating rink. It was at the very beginning of the story. When they were arguing. God it was cool. But I’m too Dory to remember all the things that I like in this one. Another one is scene at Yoongis room when he was thinking about the night when ice starts to melt a little. And I’ll add a scene on the roof to this one as well. (11)

Third one is a memory of the past with hair scrunchie. Whole scene made me so soft. G O D. It’s too romantic for my lonely ass. And ultimate fav the scene before an accident. It’s so adorable and once again reminds me of me and my friend a little cause we were found of skating catch game. Like who is fast enough to run away from another and last longer. (12)

One of the things that really bothered me was Olympic team. To be exact if I’m not mistaken usually Olympic team includes only best members of every single team. I mean every single athlete who suits the team by the level of experience and abilities. The whole team which won some championship or something can’t become an Olympic team. But maybe this rule works only in my country. 🤷🏼‍♀️ (13)

Another thing is little lack of experience or knowledge about both kinds of sports. I’m really into ice hockey and figure skating and some things weren’t exactly right. Specially about hockey. The game is really fast and if u ever had seen it’s live you understand that even a defenseman is able to score. Btw the game could be dirty like members of both teams are always fighting and got ejected. But most people doesn’t even know simple terminology of the game. So I just deal with it. (14)

I’m not trying to criticize you at all and I mean no disrespect to you when Im saying this but... Some things are a little far from reality but it’s a fiction so it’s okey. One more thing is you need to shovel the snow to skate on the lake. And it was never mentioned. (16)

I know it from my experience because I had to shovel the snow away to skate on the river. And it was really hard. But it was also unforgettable to skate on rivers ice surrounded by trees covered in pure white snow. It was like I was in The Snow Queens winter land from Hans Christian Andersen tale. (17)

Anyway you did your job so well. I really enjoyed this story. You are such a good teller and I love it so much. Also you made me wanted to go to the skating rink. It’s a good sign cause my acting teacher said that the art should make such impact on human beings to do something. I haven’t been on a skating rink like for year and a half. But I will go there this Sunday for sure. (18)

I can definitely say that I’m so thankful to this plagiarism thing cause it lead me to such a good authors and people. You all inspire me to write. Like I already was a ficwriter, but since I found all of you I wanted to try to write something in English as well. And I did but I’m scared to death to show it. As for your criticisms, that’s fair. I’ve actually never seen snow in my entire life and I’ve only been ice-skating once or twice on an artificial rink, so my personal experience is highly lacking. I tried to do as much research as I could without spending hours pouring over information and watching videos that were only going to be attributed into less than a paragraph, though that clearly wasn’t enough. But, as you said, this is just fan fiction and it’s only something that I’m doing for fun and to build my writing skills, so certain details and facts are going to be glossed over—whether it be intentionally or unintentionally!!

Other good tips for hot weather

I’ll do a post later on my favorite gadgets for summer and take pictures of some of the methods I mention here. Until I get my camera working, enjoy.

Have fans on - I currently have my air purifier on high and have no need for A/C. If you have something in your house that has a fan in it, turn it up.

Eat cold stuff - my fav is yogurt whenever there is no popsicles or ice cream.

Rayon is the deity’s gift to mankind. If you get a rayon shirt in black, you can wet it in public and it is rarely noticed. Personal, traveling A/C.

If your water bottle has a wide enough mouth, find a popsicle form that fits the diameter, fill it, and tada you have an ice cube for your water bottle that will last a very long time. At most, I’ve had these “ice cubes” last up to four to six hours.

If you have a diffuser try a peppermint blend or pure peppermint. I have a type of diffuser that uses distilled water. Pluses: a humidifier and an essential oil that is meant for fevers.

Likewise, if you can stand the taste, drink peppermint water. You can do this with tea or with essential oils. Personally, I do peppermint essential oil with an orange blend.

Spray. Bottles. Seriously, take a big spray bottle (you’ll probably find them in a garden section of a store or in a gardening store) and fill it with either cold water or a distilled water with essential oils. I have a blend of peppermint and lavender in mine. Plus: this hides body odor while keeping you cool.

Likewise, a roller bottle with a peppermint blend works wonders.

If you can’t get essential oils, find a mint cream (they are meant for pulled muscles). Also, if you get migraines triggered by heat: mint cream with frankincense is a wonderful way to cure it. #1 use for my mint cream is to banish heat headaches and migraines.

Keep shades or curtains closed on south and west facing windows. I just closed the huge shades that I have for a west facing sliding glass door and it lowered the upstairs temperature by five to ten degrees.

If you have thick wavy hair or long hair in general:

Aside from braiding, try using hair sticks/pins. I’ve found that fixing my hair with the stick keeps me cooler than when I do gripper clips. Just a theory, but there’s more space between my head and the mass of hair with the hair sticks which means that more air is moving through.

There are dozens of ways to fix hair. Someday I’ll do a video of my favorite that’s not braiding. Basically, it’s a style where you first tie back your hair, shimmy the hair tie down, make a gap with the hair by your skull, and flip the rest of the ponytail through the gap from the neck side.

I generally do not recommend having your hair “thinned.” (AKA, having your hair trimmed with a special kind of scissors that cuts it at different lengths.) My reason for this it is really hard to tie back your hair if it was done aggressively.

Instead, and this is healthy for your hair too, get a hair protein. (Also known as the “leave-in conditioner.”) Not only is it good for preventing dry hair and split ends, you are basically making your hair and head damp or wet. First instinct in hot weather is to hose yourself down or make your hair dripping wet. Not really a healthy thing for hair so this is a good way to have your hair wet or semi-wet for an hour or so.

Try changing the position of your part. In summer, I have one habit: doing a drastic part on the side. Strangely, the body in my hair makes this comfortable. It keeps most of my hair off of my neck and is comfortable most of the time.

Also, side note, consider your hair color when fixing your hair. My natural hair color is a shade of dark blonde that refuses to lighten when in the sunlight. Having my beautician bleach my hair a few shades lighter actually keeps me cooler in the summer. Knowing how your hair color reacts to sunlight can do wonders for building a summer survival look.

If you have pets:

Have a spray bottle around and make it be a mist. LBM hates getting the full blast but she will gladly bop me when she knows the spray bottle with plain water is on mist.

Make lots of ice: Now this is going to sound weird, but go get those ice cube forms that are meant for whiskey or scotch. (Yes, the ones that look like balls.) First of all, the ice cubes you get from this look like a toy to ball loving dogs. Even my cat will bat one around on the deck from time to time.

I like reusing my yogurt cups to make doggy and kitty dish size ice cubes. I once did one the size of the biggest yogurt container my store sold and that brick of ice lasted all day outside.

If you have a flat dog bed, flip it from the more often than not white fuzzy side to the smooth back side. LBM has gotten so used to this she tries to flip her bed herself to give me the message that she wants the cool side of her bed. This also works for kitties.

This is a more costly suggestion for people thinking of renovating or people who want a DIY project, but try making a section of terracotta tile (or normal tile) for your pet. Years ago my dad made a floor around the woodstove from terracotta tile to hold the heat but I’ve found that it holds the cold so well that LBM will lay on it or put her head on it while the rest of her body is on her bed. Misting that with some water creates a natural A/C.

*A/N : I wrote this a while ago and posted it to Quotev on my account their. This was what got me back into writing and has helped me with dealing with the death of my Mom and 3 uncles that happened in 2 years time. It is because of these that my ability to write has fluctuated over these past months and only worsens with my Mom’s 1st Anniversary coming up on May 23rd…..3 days after my own birthday on May 20th. So I hope you guys like this story, it does have a few similarities with my fav char on The Vampire Diaries, the Myth, the Legend, the Baddest Bitch of All…...Katerina Petrova aka Katherine Pierce!!! And it will contain story elements or plots of many TV Shows or movies I love throughout it. All of which I do not claim any rights to anything that does come from other works!! They are supposed to be just shoutouts and show I love their work. Lady Brooke is loosely based off Sophia Bush’s character on One Tree Hill. I love her on the show and she was easily my fav char!!! Well I hope you enjoy and I’ll add the next chapters when I can!!

A man moves towards me with a smile….

I scream for help….

I jolt up, looking around, slowly breathing, calming down seeing the back of the limo, I sigh when a voice says to me,

“Lady Redbird, we have arrived in Beacon Hills and are 20 minutes from the Redbird Manor” my driver says,

“Antwan, for the last time please, call me Brooke” I say smiling at him then look out the window.

I look down to see I my travel outfit, black silk with lace trim tank top, black cotton sweater with a couple of buttons down up, black leggings, red flats, emerald and diamond bracelet and an antique black iron necklace attached with a square emerald crystal. My sweater is a little wrinkled from me moving in my sleep, so I slightly get up smoothing it out. Then I continue to look out to see Beacon Hills while memories flash in my head. I remember when this town was a village back in 1890 and when I helped fund the new school in 1941.

We pull up to Redbird Lane, which my family’s manor is located on. As the limo turns onto the familiar driveway, we stop at the gate.

“Antwan Delaver” Antwan says passing his ID to the guard, who scans it, nodding to let us in as he buzzes the gate open.

We drive on in, passing big beautiful willow trees blowing in the wind, all which I planted as seeds and helped grow. Arriving at the front doors to Redbird Manor, Antwan gets out and helps bring in my luggage,

“Thanks Antwan, go unpack, get some sleep” I tell him while giving him a hug,

“Sure thing Brooke” Antwan smiles as he walks back to the limo driving it to the garage, grabbed his luggage and then heads towards his room on the 2nd Floor in the East Wing.

I head on up the staircase at the end of the hall leading to a landing, that splits off towards the East and West Wings. I head towards my master room located at the other side of the stairs, in between the East and West Wings. I begin to unpack, as I buzz Shelia on the intercom,

“Hey, Shelia can you come to my bedroom for a minute?” I say sweetly.

I am halfway unpacked as Shelia knocks on my bedroom door

“It’s open” I say putting new clothes I got while in my loft at Miami,

“Brooke, how was Florida?” Shelia says coming up to hug me,

“It was great, I loved the beach, especially all the shirtless guys” I tell her while smirking,

“And no shopping?” Shelia asks saddened,

“Well one must always make time for shopping” I say matter of factly,

“So how was my lovely assistant’s flight in the new jet?” I ask curious,

“You mean how much I love the new astronomically big jet”

Shelia smiles remembering her time on the jet.

I smile, happy that she was happy,

“So is the Beacon Hills High School’s Principal meeting me tomorrow?” I ask her.

“Yes, Principal Matthews will promptly meet you at 8:00 in the morning, I have already sent your grades over when I got here and already told him you were to start as a freshman as you were held back because of the homeschooling” Shelia tells me checking her cell phone smiling as she knows my grades and homeschooling are a lie,

“Thanks Shelia, your dismissed for the night, please tell the staff also.” I say in my closet looking for something to sleep in.

I finally decide on some new sleepwear for tonight, which all I got from Miami. My emerald green silk satin chemise with luxurious bespoke embroidery. Matched with black ultra thin tulle, scalloped edge and leavers-lace trim pantie briefs. And my emerald-green liquid-like silk-satin and midnight-black whisper-fine Chantilly lace frame robe besides my bed if need be.

After changing, I check my cell, calling someone I haven’t called in a while,

“Cleo? How’s Egypt?” I ask,

“Great, Redbird Industries is up 5% here” Cleo states,

“I miss you. I arrived back to our home” I say sitting on my king sized bed,

“I miss you too Brooke, I miss home” Cleo says at little sad,

“Maybe we should move up our yearly meet to next week?” I ask,

“I can after my fundraiser next week, but you know Amara hates short notice, she loves the Amazon too much” Cleo says laughing with me as we know how Amara will react,

“I’ll call Amara, but you have to call Mariko” I say playfully,

“Ugh come on, you know Mariko is still mad at me for Jason!” Cleo says a little annoyed,

“You two need to patch things up anyways, it’s been two years” I say lying on my emerald green fleur-de-lis and black background polyester blanket.

Cleo sighs, “Fine, but who’s gonna tell Bethany?”

“I will, since I’m making you reconnect with Mariko” I say

“Okay, I need to go, I have a lot of paper work to finish” Cleo complains,

“You always wait for the last minute to do your homework” I say laughing,

“I so don’t miss highschool, I don’t know how you do it” Cleo states,

“I love school, it helps me keep human, but I need to go to bed anyways” I say sleepily,

“Okay, goodnight sister” Cleo says,

“Goodnight sister” I say then hangup, putting my cell on the bedside table.

I lay back, curling up under my blanket and everything starts to go black as I drift off.

I wake up hearing a knock on my door,

“Yes” I sigh,

“Brooke, breakfast will be ready in an hour” Shelia tells me through the door,

“Thanks Shelia” I say sitting up yawning.

I get up putting on my emerald robe and walking to my bathroom, using the sink to splash water on my face. I turn around, walking to turn the shower on, then pick out a playlist to listen to. Eventually deciding on Bethany Joy Lenz, I walk over to hook up my cell to my stereo and play my music. Returning to the shower, taking off my robe and clothes, hopping in. After 15 minutes of singing along to “Elsewhere”, “When the Stars Go Blue” featuring Tyler Hilton, “Halo”, “Feel This” featuring Enation, “I Want Something That I Want” featuring Grace Potter and “We Belong”.

I get out and put on my robe, heading to the walk-in closest to pick out my outfit for the day. Looking through my clothes, I decide on a underwire strapless seamless bra, bowknot scalloped zigzag pattern lace brief panties, wine red polyester knee-length off the shoulder 3/4 length sleeves with lace fit and flare ball gown dress. I then put on my makeup, a black smokey eye with flared out eyelashes, blood red lipstick with bright lip gloss and blood red nail polish with a clear coat.

I decided on my emerald antique necklace, pear-shaped emerald with sterling silver ring on my right ring finger, emerald and diamond with sterling silver bracelet on my left wrist and square emerald with sterling silver earrings. I just let my reddish brown hair down and styled it so the ends feathered out.

I put on my black Louboutin six-inch ankle-heels, grabbed my wine red Prada tote purse, walk to my bedside table. Putting my black Gucci wallet and red Samsung Galaxy in my Prada tote purse, heading towards the door.

I eventually walk in the dining room, where on the side table is this beautiful breakfast. There's fruits, different types of eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, rice, sausages, oatmeal, cereals and yogurts. Milk, juices, water, mimosas and ice cubes in a bucket beside the food.

The big cherry wood dining table is set up with the red silk cover, white moth orchids in the center and red with gold fleur-de-lis porcelain plates.

I walk over to grab some watermelon slices, removed-calyx strawberries (calyx is the leafy steam), pitted-cherries, mango chunks and peach slices. Grabbed a core 16.5 oz. blanc wine glass, poured a special mix of port red wine and blood from a decanter. Bring my plate and wine glass to my spot at the head of west end of the table, sitting down starting to eat.

“So how's everyone doing with the move hear?” I ask taking a drink,

“Good, the kids have settled down just fine Lady Redbird” Miss Carlotta Byrd says, my Head Cook,

“Same here” Miss Slim Ventura says, my Head Maid,

“They love it out here in California”, my Stable Master McKenzie Hart says,

“Awe, does Haley and Seth liking their new school? How do Simone and Lana like the new mall? Is Ryan and Clark liking the school’s athletic department” I ask, eating a strawberry,

“Good, Haley and Clark are liking Devenford Prep, their favorite class is History” Miss Carlotta says eating some hash browns and scrambled eggs.

“Yes, Seth and Simone have settled in quite comfortably in their new rooms. Seth is trying out for the lacrosse team and Simone is loving the new mall” says Miss Ventura,

“Lana has already bought some new outfits for the year and Ryan is also trying out for the lacrosse team” Miss Hart tells me,

“We like to say thank you for putting in a good word so the kids will be in the same classes” Miss Carlotta tells me,

“Awe, no need you guys, you are family, hell, those kids feel like my nieces and nephews. You guys don’t know how much of appreciation I have for you keeping my family’s secret. Your families have been in service to mine for generations, I will do anything to repay the debt. As long as you love it here, I’m happy, you know why my family must constantly move. You know of the danger and yet you still stay here, so thank you” I say smiling.

I finished my breakfast when Antwan comes into the dining room saying,

“The limo is out front Brooke”,

“Thank you Antwan” I tell him as he turns walking back to the limo.

As soon as I get in the back,

“Head to Beacon Hills High School” I tell Antwan as he begins to drive.

We drive through town, passing buildings and houses as I am on my way to another new school year. I begin to remember the other new “first days”, remembering why I keep coming back to school….

“We are 5 minutes from Beacon Hills High School Brooke”

Antwan tells me,

“Thank you” I tell him, smiling at him.

I continue to look out the window, then after a few minutes, we end up driving onto the BHHS parking lot. As soon as we pull up to the school’s front doors, Antwan gets out and opens my door,

“Thank you, I should he fine until 3 o’clock” I tell him, giving him a hug then walking up the stairs towards the doors.

I walk past students staring at me with awe, smiling as I make my way to the principal’s office. As I am almost there, I walk past a very pretty girl with long strawberry blonde hair arguing with a very handsome guy with dark blonde short hair. Obviously an athlete as he was wearing a BHHS Jersey. I walk towards the principal’s door, opening it and walking in,

“Hello, I’m here to see Principal Matthews” I tell the secretary,

“Yes, hello Miss Redbird..” she was saying picking up the telephone,

“It’s Lady Redbird” I interrupt her,

“Oh, sorry, Principal Matthews is waiting for you” she says smiling apologetically while putting down the telephone,

“It’s fine, thank you” I say walking towards and opening the door,

“Hello Principal Matthews, I’m Lady Brooke Redbird, I’m sorry to say my parents couldn’t make it” I tell him while shaking his hand,

“Hello Lady Redbird, I’m sorry I won't be meeting your parents. I have checked your profile, I see you do well in your classes, and even have amazing letters of recommendations from tutors. And all of this while also running an worldwide company and hosting of many charities. You would be an amazing addition to BHHS, and we would love to have you” Principal Matthews says, smiling at me,

“Thank you, Principal Matthews. My parents have sent their regards along with a 500, 000$ check and asked me to offer the Redbird Manor to host a BHHS Fundraiser” I tell him, handing over the check,

“Oh no, that’s too much” he tries to say,

“No, we would love to. Besides, it’s not like my family can’t afford it, education is very important” I say smiling,

“Okay, thank you Lady Redbird, also tell your parents we are very thankful. So here is your class list for the semester, I am a little confused as to why someone with your caliber would wanna start out as a freshman in mid-year?” he asks confused,

“Its fine, I prefer to work my up to graduating normally instead of smart-jumping” I say taking my schedule,

“It’s been a pleasure, Principal Matthews.” I tell him standing up giving him a handshake,

“Welcome as always, Lady Redbird” he say shaking my hand, as I turn around walking out to the hallway.

I begin to look at the schedule, a little confused as I have no clue where my class was.

Brunch : 9:30 - 9:50

English : 9:55 - 10:35 in room 106

Chemistry Lecture : 10:40-11:20 in room 121

History : 11:25-12:05 in room 110

Math : 12:10-12:50 in room 117

Lunch 12:50-1:25

Free Period 1:30-2:10

Economics : 2:15-2:55 in room 120

I look at my cell, seeing it’s 8:20, I begin walking down hallways checking classroom numbers. I see classroom after classroom, students wondering the halls, and then I finally find my locker. Opening it up, I put some of my school stuff there, pens, pencils, booklets, some makeup and a mirror on the locker door. I close my locker, begin walking around the school. I was doing Redbird Industries work on my phone when I was bumped into by someone in a rush,

“Rude” I say as I dropped my phone,

“Oh my god, I’m sorry, I wasn’t paying attention. You must be new here, I haven’t seen you before?” this really cute guy with an uneven jaw asks me as he picks up my cell,

“Yes, I’m Lady Brooke Redbird” I say smiling grabbing my cell after he gives it back,

“I’m Scott McCall” he tells me giving me a smirk,

“Well Scott, I got a class to find, so have a good day” I tell him as I walk by,

“Well I could help you…” he begins as he grabs my arm which sent shivers down my body,

“Well, I do need to know where English 106 is?” I ask him while smiling still turned away from him,

“You need to go down the hall, turn right by those stairs, and it should be on your left” Scott tells me while still holding onto my arm,

“Ok, thanks, you have been a kind gentleman” I say as I slightly turn towards him looking at where his hand is still,

“No, problem, it’s the most I could do after running into you” Scott says while smiling, I look at him, seeing that his dark chocolate eyes sparkled a little in the sunlight, which then I realized how close we were to each other,

“Um….care to let me go?” I ask shaking my right arm giggling like a schoolgirl,

“Oh, right sorry, MiLady” Scott says with a serious tone with a hint of joking while smiling at me,

“Its fine, its just if I am to find my classroom, I kinda need my arm” I say laughing while turning to walk away as his smile made me feel butterflies and my arm feels weird without his touch,

“I can show you where the classroom is!” Scott says with a bit of excitement running up to stand next to me,

“I am a lady of House Redbird and ladies don’t need to be shown where to go” I say smiling at him as I turn forward to strut away from him.

I have this feeling of my plan to not be interested in guys will obviously not work out. Because the way that gorgeous dark brown haired, dark chocolate-eyed, uneven jaw guy smiled gave me the butterflies. The way his touch sent shivers down my body, the way I missed the feeling when he let go. Ah, hell, I giggled like a school girl in front of him, which I am not that type of girl. Scott McCall, you are by far the most hottest and a must-avoid guy here back home. All I know, is this time being home is definitely not gonna be boring.
