Request: Hello! Can you please write headcanons for BTS (they have a crush on the reader) reacting to the reader being sad after finding out that her crush (a coworker or a friend) is in a relationship with someone else?

That's all Jin wants to be for you right now

Of course, he'd be lying if he said he didn't feel at least an ounce of hope when you said that your friend, your crush, was now dating someone else

But at the same time, he'd hate to show interest in you when you're so vulnerable

So he settles in being only what you need right now: a shoulder to cry on

I believe he'd be the one to wait the longest to tell you how he feels, scared you're not on the same page just yet

Suga

His mind is a mess right now

Nothing breaks him more than seeing your eyes without its usual shine

But he had been praying for the day where you fall out of love with your co-worker

So he really doesn't know how to react right now

He chooses to listen to you talk about how you found out everything and about how you're feeling

Will try to forget his feelings and focus on being the best friend you could ask for now

But as soon as you feel better and your feelings for your past crush start to fade, he might try to make subtle moves on you, scared someone else could catch your attention again

J-hope

I see this going on a slightly different way

He found out about your crush's relationship before you

He just knew you'd be heartbroken

So he tries to let you down gently, saying that maybe the guy wasn't this big of a deal

But when the time comes and you're inevitably sad after finding out, he tries to comfort you as much as possible

Is very hesitant on being flirty right now though

Besides being sad, he'd hate for you to be confused because of him

Honestly, for a second he even forgot he liked you

His mind went blank the moment you texted him about how you were in need of comfort right now

Will fulfill his role as your friend and, before you even notice, you were already laughing through your tears at something he said

Just later that day that he realises what this can mean for your relationship

He finally had a chance now!

He was so scared of what could've happened if your crush were to reciprocate your feelings

He had to hold back his smile

Hangs out with you immediately to try to make you forget things for a while

Is already making a plan on how to confess

But for now he's focused on making you feel better

Deadass smiled when you told him about the situation 💀

Don't get him wrong, he's not happy because you're hurt!

He's happy because he might have a chance now

But he at least was able to hide (part of) his happiness in front of you lmao

He wasn't even that cool, you could find someone better than him anyways

Either way, he makes it his personal mission to distract you from that other guy and make you realise that maybe you're better off without him

⌙ Diavolo would be the type who would spoil you so much to the point where Mammon would start crying with the amount of stuff you have.

⌙ Anything you look at, it will be bought. There's no saving it.

⌙ He also loves giving you plushies, like this one time he bought you a sheep plushie.

⌙ He also provides the best for you, oh you're hungry? A full course meal that is enough to fill up a moderate amount of Beel's stomach (before the void appears again).

⌙ Your muscles are sore? He orders the best chiropractor to relax them before hiring a massage person to push the remaining tension out.

⌙ Dia will always make time for you, if he's working you can just sit in his lap while his arms wrap around you. He'd be hugging you while doing paperwork.

⌙ Sometimes you wake up with him cuddling you from behind, head buried in your neck with soft breaths tickling your skin.

⌙ He also loves to take you on expensive dates, they all come with acts of love!

⌙ If you ever get hurt, he'll treat you with utmost care, as if you're a feather. If the wound was caused by a demon, well let's just say they'll never see light in the Devildom again and he'll make sure for it.

⌙ Overall, he just loves you so much and won't stop.

BARBATOS

‣ As a butler, he has his duties. Although on somedays, you get the chance to spend time with him.

‣ He loves cooking with you, baking especially. Exploring new recipes to be made and you two always have the most fun.

‣ Barbatos, any chance he gets, invites you to go shopping for materials.

‣ He enjoys brewing teas with and for you, if you have a favorite be sure to expect seeing it often.

‣ The butler also loves to pamper you, a bit more than Diavolo does.

‣ He always makes sure you are in the best condition possible, always checking in on you when completing his tasks.

‣ He loves to caress your hand, thumb gliding over your skin rubbing in slow, smooth circles.

‣ Holding hands is a thing you two do a lot, his warm gloves enveloping your skin in warmth. (Especially in bed)

‣ Quick, chaste kisses happen every so often, the taste of some type of tea lingering on your lips.

SIMEON

✴︎ He's a very caring boyfriend, and will also do anything to make you happy.

✴︎ He also loves cooking with you, it's one of his favorite hobbies and enjoys doing it with you.

✴︎ There's really nothing that he doesn't like, he's perfectly fine with doing anything with the exception of harming you in any way.

✴︎ I headcanon that as an angel, they also have the abilities to control dreams, so whenever he sees you tossing and rolling on the bed he can just switch your nightmare to a peaceful dream.

✴︎ He's also one to cherish relationship anniversaries and special dates, he just can't get enough of you.

✴︎ Simeon actually takes you to the celestial realm sometimes, it's quite fun meeting the other angels although you never had the chance to meet Michael because of the fact that he's always busy (somehow).

✴︎ You two always cuddle before falling asleep into each other's arms. There's always something about cuddling that lulls you to sleep

✴︎ He was worried about your safety at times, so he gave you a necklace with a crystal that contains the power to summon him (and as a gift, as well as to show everyone you’re his).

SOLOMON

✡︎ Solomon is one of the more bolder s/o's. Quite flirtatious if I say so myself.

✡︎ You'll get teased a lot by this boy, it's relentless.

✡︎ Don't worry though, he makes up for it. He gives you whatever you wish for.

✡︎ He likes to study magic, it's always better when studying with you though. Sometimes he drags you to stay with him while he's conducting experiments.

✡︎ On some occasions, you two will go on an anime marathon, only if he has time though!

✡︎ He creates things from magic although he usually doesn't have a use for them so he gives them to you as a gift.

✡︎ Likes to give hugs from behind, he just loves the shocked expression that appears on your face. At times, you get flustered and the next thing you know you see a shit-eating grin plastered on his face.

✡︎ In more intimate days, he'll hold your hand. Your fingers will nearly always be entangled with his.

✡︎ You two often do it in public, he really doesn't mind it at all. He tolerates PDA.

The heritage of Serena’s family, specifically the family of her mother’s side, is a long line of powerful trainers and Mega Evolution specialists/masters. Her earliest and most direct ancestor, Celie Aralie, is regarded as the ‘mother of Mega Evolution’, having been the first woman in Kalos to Mega Evolve a pokemon (and being the second person to do so overall), as well as being the one to come up with the idea for the Tower of Mastery. This lineage is associated with being able to bond quickly and deeply with their partner pokemon, an important caveat for Mega Evolution and being a respected trainer overall. They have a deep, innate understanding of pokemon and can connect with them faster than the average person.

The Aralie family hailed from wartorn Kalos, pulling themselves out of death and poverty and focusing on harnessing the power of their bonds with pokemon, which later funneled into Mega Evolution. Serena’s family has lived in Kalos for the past three-thousand years, and Celie’s own children would go on to become the figureheads of the Tower of Mastery following the death of their mother, and later on their father. They worked to preserve the legacy of Mega Evolution and the history, passing on the knowledge to those who proved themselves worthy, just as their parents did.

As time progressed, the Aralie family held strong positions in Kalos, with her ancestors holding some of the first positions in the Elite Four when an actual league was established, and others holding brief titles as Gym Leaders later on as well. Some of the Aralie family opt to work with pokemon in other ways, immersing themselves in the natural habitats to study and learn more about the pokemon that they walked alongside. Others opt to put themselves in more nurturing roles for pokemon, similar to rehabilitation.

The Aralie family, with all the strong trainers they had, still fell back to the Tower of Mastery to uphold it as Celie did. Some focused full-time on Mega Evolution, taking care to tend to the tower and all of its students, while the more battle-adept focused on upholding their positions in the region’s League.

About 500 years ago, part of the Aralie family name turned into the Bellegrade name, and aura prowess became a small staple of the family. On rare occasions, such power skipped a generation, but it was something that was passed on more often than not. The Bellegrades waned slightly as far as interest in Mega Evolution went. Some of them did take up learning the art and perfecting it, while others had entirely different interests like those of the arts, philosophy, and mythology, with many scholars coming from the Bellegrade line. Old philosophical texts and writings along with mythological research with the Bellegrade name on it exist, but are few and far between due to the age of such items.

Mega Evolution as a whole remained a huge interest in the other part of the lineage, with what remained of the Aralie name still tending to the tower and passing on the title of the tower’s master to their children, and so on, even to present day with Gurkinn and his granddaughter, Korrina.

The Bellegrade family name would shift once more into the Beaumont name 500 years after that upon the marriage of Grace’s parents. The Bellegrade name belonged to Grace’s grandmother, who kept her name upon marrying her husband. Grace’s grandmother was the only one in her family to treat her with decency and respect, and was the driving force for Grace to change her last name to Bellegrade when she was able to do so. Grace, while having the potential to be a strong trainer, went the route of a Rhyhorn Racer, while her sister became a top contest star overseas.

And then there was Serena, becoming the first person in her family’s history to become Champion, while further learning and becoming proficient at Mega Evolution on the side. She knows of her heritage as a Bellegrade, but anything regarding the Aralie family is unknown to her.

As of Chapter 81, this is crew of the Courageous from Time to Orbit: Unknown, a marvellous space drama and mystery by @derinthescarletpescatarian . Original sketches & character guide below. Many of the character appearances are based on headcanon, but the ones with asterisks are based on canon sources.

I drew Celi first! I figured I would do the people in front, who I would have to draw most of their bodies, and work from left to right. Celi has had multiple organ issues, so she looks a little drawn (lol) and is still recovering in her wheelchair :). I drew her with small braids just hanging from the top of her head, as I imagine she’s too tired to take care of her hair very often, but still wants to keep some, so she has a sort of cap of braids. There’s probably a term for the style, but idk. Celi is of North African descent.

Next to Celi is Renn. His head looks wonky because I was drawing at an angle at the time. He’s been mostly depilated, and I imagine him in a sort of Aang-meets-European-in-a-tracksuit outfit because he’s calm and tries not to do much drama, but is condescending. Renn is of West Asian/American/Tarandran descent.

Then we have Public Universal Friend (PUF) 2 with the twists. I figure it doesn’t want a lot of hair to take care of, and this style keeps it out of its face. Same clothes as the other PUF. It is kneeling, with one leg propped up. It is of coastal Southern East African descent.

*Then laying on the ground is Tal. Ke is looking at kes tablet because ke doesn’t like focusing on other things. Tal is unfortunately at the wrong angle to show off ke’s face tattoo. Small afro kept stylishly kept, along with some garters and a short skirt. Ke is laying down because ke feels like it. Ke is of West African/American/Texan descent.

*Then we have Aspen, the POV character, smack dab in the middle. Canonically, they’d don’t have a headband as far as we know, but I think their hair looks nice pushed up like that. They are wearing a jumpsuit like last time, but this time has a belt for flair, because Tal and Sunset convinced them. Aspen sits cross cross because they can and it’s a common sitting posture in Arborea. They are of West African/American/Arborea Atlantican descent.

Lina is kneeling like PUF2, but facing the other way. I gave her buns and square jewelery because I based her off of a Hopi woman’s ’do that I really liked, and Lina can be short for names like Catalina. She has freckles because they’re fun. She’s gained some muscle and weight since the last picture, which is great! She is of Hopi/Latin American descent.

Last is Sunset. She is a zeelite, a subculture interested in replicating and investigating pre-Neocambrian (aka our time) cultures. She is largely inspired by what she knows of punk, pastel goths, drag, and to be honest, Barbie (2023). She is voguing because she knows and appreciates the importance of looking good. Sunset is of Central African/of Sirius descent.

Now for the top row, left to right again!

First, we have Heli. She wears functional but pretty clothes because she appreciates utility but always wants to show off what she’s got. The newest addition to the crew, she’s a little spiky, but has a soft spot for Adin. She was inspired by a picture of a Sistergirl from Australia (my headcanon, I only saw a picture of her and was unable to find more specific information). Heli is of Indigenous Australian descent.

*Next, we have Adin. I keep forgetting to draw him with tattoos, so I added a neck one last minute. His look has probably changed the most - his canon picture came out only a few months ago, so I drew him differently the first time. Adin cooks a lot, so he doesn’t try to wear anything or have a hairdo that could be ruined by cooking. Adin is of West African/Arborea Atlantican/American/Texan descent.

*Next up, the tallest of the bunch (and I forgot to draw his left arm until last minute, we have Denish! He’s doing the Arnold Schwarzenegger pose. The gentle Giant of the group, I was unable to recapture his face quite the same way as last time, but I still think he turned out well. He’s one of my favorite space pirates. I think he wears high collars to hide Tinera’s hickeys. Denish is of West African/American/Texan descent.

Right in front of Denish is PUF 1, AKA Dr. PUF. Still has tousled hair, still has the same robe. PUF is kneeling. It is of European descent.

*Hanging off of Denish is Tinera! She’s changed also, as her official looks came out, though I think I’ve kept her pretty nice looking still! I forgot to give her glasses though :(. I gave her Garnet (Steven Universe) finger gloves because they look cool. Tinera is of Central African/Lunarian descent.

Under Tinera is Sam. He’s partly visually inspired by the Dad of some kids I watch, and Ballister from Nimona. He likes to gaze at the stars and wonder about all the stories that will be told about them. Sam is of South Asian descent.

*Lastly is Keldin (AKA Captain Sands). He’s always dressed well and keeps his hair well-coifed. Hardly anyone from the ‘first’ crew likes him. He is standing awkwardly farther away because he knows everyone near him isn’t his tan. Keldin is of West African/American/Trandran descent.

Hi, it's been a while, but here's the new idea I had for Castle Glower.

When Celie's older and get's her first Significant Other (I headcanon her as bi, so either gender), everyone loses their fucking minds.

Like, death glares over dinner, type of losing their minds.

Except Pogue who just kinda gives him a shovel talk and then moves on, trusting Celie will tell someone if she needs help.

oooh yeah. like id like to live a world where literally any of them are capable of being normal beside pogue and i do think, like, lulath. would be fairly chill. but no one else 😭 i think esp her siblings like theyve been through too damn much together to not go a little crazy at any change to the satus quo-- im sure everyone was similar when rolf started dating but celie being the baby just compounds it

this is my most liked headcanon and i still chuckle at my tag:

clearly i was in my dune feelings. 😩 but i personally love the idea that even though astarion was born into a noble family, celys and tissana never made it easy for him; nor did they ever allow him to believe that because of their status, they were removed from the dangers of the outside.

the life of a noble is insular -- protected -- yet can be just as violent and unforgiving as any other. so astarion was taught to use his words and weapons.

it's important to my portrayal that his mother and aunt were his caregivers and his mentors. they were equally as much as his family as they were his teachers. so yes, (mostly) celys was the one to tutor her nephew in combat: he picked the weapon, she taught the lessons, of which were... unconventional.

celys has been around long enough to know the tactics, ploys and schemes of her peers; none of which were ever straightforward or openly visible to be seen. heck, she's even seen more than a few murders. in that regard, she taught astarion how to walk the line between public socialite and covert observer.

I am humbly asking for anything you can tell me about the Delia AU (if you would like to, of course!) It has occupied an unhealthy amount of my brain since I read it.

Well. Once I pull my brain out of it's current Kashra pit (No! Don't Wanna - I DONT CARE BRAIN, YOU'RE FINISHING YOUR PLAYTIME AND GETTING BACK TO WORK!) I do actually plan on finishing the first Arc up! I have... an awful lot of it down, it's genuinely mostly connective tissue at this point, and it'd probably be done by now IF MY BRAIN HADN'T GOTTEN INVESTED IN KASHRA (*brain sticks out tongue at me*)

As you can see, my brain is being very co-operative.

Well. After Delia is weaned, Percy has to find a nanny for Delia, and ends up settling on Gertie's sister, Celie, who is very much like her sister. She is, if anything, more forceful. Celie does her damndest to bully Percy into taking better care of himself, especially with regards to his risk-taking and borderline self-harm with his interactions with Ripley and she mercilessly guilts him into behaving better by pointing out that if Delia ever found out what he did to himself for her sake, she'd be appalled and very upset.

The last thing Percy ever wants to do is hurt or upset his daughter. This proves dangerously effective.

Oh also? You know how in canon when they're going through the castle's crypt to get down to the ziggurat? You know how, before it gets dissipated, one of the ghosts seems to snap back to themselves and, specifically recognises Cass and Percy?

I decided, for sake of pain and my own headcanon, that this ghost is Julius. In regular RA he's kept from speaking because he's an undead summoned and controlled by Delilah and Ripley doesn't want her pet Percy becoming aware of all of the fuckery.

In Delia AU, Percy already knows. The Briarwoods know he knows.

Julius is free to talk.

Within about five minutes of finding out Julius' ghost is in the basement, Percy is taking his daughter to meet her (dead) uncle. Creepy-cute family fun times ensue.

essa é a celie bennet, que se parece muito com a halle bailey (atriz/cantora) mas convenhamos que mais bonita. nascida dia 27 de março de 2000, ela trabalha como confeiteira e é bruxa. além disso, soube que ela é bissexual!

headcanon: nascer com a magia herdada de sua mãe dentro de si trouxe para celie muitas complicações, quando mais nova era difícil entender o motivo de ela se sentir diferente, como quando em alguns momentos objetos voavam ao seu redor ou quando tinha sonhos premonitórios que nunca falhavam. infelizmente sua mãe não estava ali para a guiar, a mulher havia a deixado aos cuidados de outra família e sumiu sem lhe deixar rastros, sequer sabia seu nome. conforme crescia, foi adotada por um coven e aceitou participar dos encontros periódicos, sendo lá onde aprendeu a controlar melhor suas habilidades para alcançar seu verdadeiro potencial. se mudou para um local afastado da grande cidade, nunca quis se envolver com caçadores ou outros seres sobrenaturais, viver em pé de guerra não era o seu objetivo. passou a viver no campo, abrindo uma confeitaria onde ela passava a maior parte dos seus dias. muitas pessoas em seu coven não gostavam muito de sua presença, achando que ela era boba e tola demais para uma bruxa, porém a garota não ligava, queria apenas poder viver confortavelmente.

possíveis plots:

um plot envolvendo um caçador (não necessariamente só de bruxas) e ele acaba se machucando bem feio em uma floresta que fica próximo a casa da celie, ela encontra ele e leva de volta pra casa e trata dos ferimentos com magia e poções, então ficaria claro que ela é bruxa. dependendo dos objetivos do muse e da personalidade ele poderia ser um pouco hostil a primeiro momento ou fingir ser amigável pra esperar ela abaixar a guarda. pode estar tentando descobrir mais sobre o coven dela ou o que ela faz. mas aí ele vê que ela leva uma vida tranquila e enquanto ele ainda se recupera dos ferimentos eles podem ir construindo uma relação naturalmente que ele pode ter certo receio de ter no início. talvez ele esteja fugindo de algo ou com problemas e também precise de ajuda.

outro integrante do coven dela que ela conhece desde a infância, os dois eram muito próximos do tipo unha e carne, mas eventualmente acabaram seguindo caminhos e estilos de vida diferentes e isso criou uma certa distância entre eles. queria algo meio childhood friends to lovers, com talvez um pouco de frenemies pelo meio, já que um pode não concordar muito com o jeito do outro. pode rolar algo que faça os dois se aproximarem, talvez o muse peça ajuda da celie com poções (algo que ela é muito boa) e com a missão que ele esteja fazendo. ou eles foram designados pra algo pela alta sacerdotisa e foram obrigados a trabalharem juntos e isso faz a relação ir voltando aos poucos.

Celie is the worst when she is sick. Like, she gets sick and just cannot function.

As a kid, Rolf once got strep and was convinced he was dying.

Lilah does spend any time she’s sock rearranging her room because she needs something to do.

Bran doesn’t get sick, and if he did, you would never know because he stays in his room/lab until he feels better.

Celie is bonded with the mythical pokemon, Hoopa. During the time period 3,000 years ago, Hoopa’s natural state was his Unbound form. He had yet to have his powers sealed into the Prison Bottle, reducing him to his Confined form. To her, Hoopa is like a best friend, and a valued ally. She’s never used him in battle, and likely won’t ever.

Due to her connection to him, she is a more frequent target to his mischief. He often sends her through portals he creates, and Hoopa’s power is very strong, with enough strength to transcend entire dimensions. He’s put her in places where the time period is totally different, or an entirely different universe altogether. When he’s had his laugh, he always comes to fetch Celie afterwards (and gets a scolding from her too).

Celie has witnessed... a lot of modern inventions and places compared to Kalos circa 3000 years ago. She’s made an agreement to herself to never meddle with anything that could affect the timeline, like bringing objects back with her, or doing anything major.

Hoopa also enjoys bringing Celie various trinkets, expensive jewelry, etc. that he’s swiped, and has even brought her an entire castle from a different universe. He can act bratty to her sometimes and plays jokes on her frequently, but he does care about her a lot. She has shown him a lot of kindness and care other people haven’t before, even before learning they were connected since Celie’s birth. Most people would always brush him off and put him down for his antics, but Celie, while she does scold him sometimes, treats him far better than anyone ever has.

It’s no wonder that when she did eventually pass, Hoopa went on a grief-filled rampage across Kalos. This rampage lasted for days on end, and was only resolved when the Prison Bottle was created and used to seal the bulk of his powers, for the first time, putting him in his Confined form. He wasn’t able to wreck as much havoc in a smaller, less powerful form, and was left to deal with his sorrow all on his own.
