it feels GOOD to have all ur assignments done. to actively pursue ur dreams and goals. to be consistent and in turn -> see results. it feels good to give meaning to ur time and experience sustained satisfaction. this post will give an overview/guide of the BASICS of getting it together. that way whenever u get off track (cuz we're all human) u can easily reference this and get it TOGETHER.

SLEEP SCHEDULE - how does ur sleep schedule look? is it all over the place? fix it. the plan is to get between the range of 8-10 hours of sleep every single night (yes even on the weekends) and to wake up no later than 8 in the morning.
i recommend formulating a "get ready for bed" routine. mine is set with a soothing playlist, a cup of tea, and copious time for self care and meditating on my manifestations. ur night time routine is customizable to YOU, however the goal is to get away from screens or anything that'll tempt you to stay up at unhealthy hours.
THE MORNING ROUTINE - i think that the most influential and important time of the day is the morning. bcuz for me that sets the mood of my whole entire day, so i take my mornings SERIOUSLY and i think you should too.
for me in the morning, i do a light pilates workout/stretch to get my blood pumping, and i feel like it gives me such a boost of energy and sets the mood for the whole day so if u haven't tried i rly recommend working out in the morning. however since this post is for when you've gotten off track start SMALL. a short 5-10 minute stretch or pilates routine is more than enough.
THE IMPORTANCE OF GETTING READY - and i'll STAND ON THIS. even if ur not going anywhere at all that day, make an effort to get ready. make casual glamor a HABIT. getting ready is like, the best part of my day. its so therapeutic, something about the meticulous attention and the amount of time that i pour into myself it feels AMAZING. when u look good -> you feel good
A TO DO LIST - plan out ur week, plan out ur day, ur month. make a super cute calendar or agenda so that way you can get ur tasks done. im someone who needs super detailed instructions of what TO do, so when ik what im supposed to do i can get it done and i can get it done well. and instead of thinking of it as a to-do list, think of it as like a quest or something. tasks that u need to do and then -> you get something in return
ik it sounds rly dumb but sometimes when theres a mundane task that i know i must do, i imagine that im like a SIMS character who has no choice. or i imagine myself as a video game character who is doing it as a task cuz its part of the game. the point of me sharing that hot tip is to make it FUN for yourself. give urself something to look forward to afterwards too. like an episode of ur favorite drama, or a sweet treat.
CLEAN UP - a cluttered space = a cluttered mind. take 20 minutes aside everyday to tidy up so that then u can avoid the day-long cleaning on the weekend and actually enjoy it. when ur space is neat and organized, so is ur mind and it translates to how u view/respect urself. u show that you respect urself when u dwell in a place that it is neat and tidy.
PROPEL YOURSELF - when i've been rotting for a couple days, my go-to routine to propel myself back into my usual swing is : shower (an everything shower is a bit ambitious so go for it if u want) -> drink a COLDDD large glass of water -> do the process of getting ready and then do at least 3 tasks and 2 smaller tasks)

Rebranding is a process in which you redefine who you are and how others perceive you. Each journey of rebranding yourself is personal and individual. When you rebrand yourself, you further align yourself with your higher you. This post is a guide to getting started on your journey!
UNDERSTAND YOUR CURRENT SELF.
So, take a step back and think about who you are as an individual right now. What are your values and beliefs? Does your external self reflect your inner self? Are you comfortable in your current environment?
These questions and more will help to see which aspects of your life you may need to redefine. See if there’s anything that doesn’t align with your higher self. 
After that, pick those aspects that need to be redefined. Why do you want to change this? How has this been impacting you internally/externally? Does this aspect stem from your environment or yourself? See why this aspect needs to be improved. 
DESIGNING YOUR BRAND
This is more of a fun step! So, using your aspects design how you want that specific thing to look and feel like. Avoid being vague or non-specific. Try to put in as much detail as you can for each aspect. 
If you’d prefer, you don’t have to use ‘aspects’ and instead use your life generally. This is your redesign, so do whatever is more comfortable and achievable for you.

Why this is alignment within yourself? 
You can do this any way you want. The one I would recommend for redesigning your life would be a vision board, preferably a physical one. If you don’t want to do that, there are still a lot of options such as writing it down into a pretty poster, creating a playlist that will reflect your brand, creating a pretty list, or having sticky notes around your room as reminders. 
Be creative and detailed with this. You should spend at least an hour if not more trying to redesign your life/aspects.
CREATING GOALS
Goals are so important, especially when we are moving in a different direction than we were before. As we’ve got the current status of who we are and what we want to be, creating goals should be easy. 
Make your goals visible. Put a sticky note on your mirrors, put it as your laptop background, put a reminder on your phone, listen to a playlist that motivates you of your goals or anything else that will constantly remind you of your goals. 
Other than that, remember that goals have to be achievable, mindful, and flexible.
ESTABLISHING HABITS
Habits are so important to rebrand yourself. Habits make up your identity. The way you act, speak, and do daily, can subconsciously influence you to be someone who isn’t in alignment with your higher self.
 As much as it’s important to establish new habits that align with you, you have to root out the habits that are pushing you off track from achieving your goals. 
The good thing is that you can do both at the same time. Replace those old habits, with brand new ones. For example, when you open your phone first thing in the morning instead of opening up TikTok, get YouTube opened and start a 5-minute meditation to start your day.
However, just because a habit is beneficial for you, it doesn’t mean it is in alignment for you. For many people, they prefer to read books as a productive alternative for leisure, however, you may not be able to read a book and focus. In that case, you may want to watch an educational video instead. You’re still getting the benefits, but just in a different way. 
STEP FIVE: IMPLEMENTING YOUR BRAND DAILY
Think about all the little details of how this person would act, from morning until night. Embody their actions, words, aura, and vibes. This is when having a visual of your goals is good, so you can see what you need to do.
This includes no longer indulging in things your higher self wouldn’t do. Regardless of how much comfort, entertainment, or dopamine something gives you, you have to let it go if it is destroying your mind. 
I way I recommend implementing your brand daily by creating a daily routine that focuses on a different goal each day of the week. E.g:
Monday - Practicing being mindful (meditation, journaling, connecting with your religion)
Tuesday - Fitness (pilates, weightlifting, hot girl walks)
Wednesday - Socialising (going out to meet new people/connecting with old friends)
Thursday - Productivity (Schoolwork, studying, business, workplace tasks)
Friday - Self-care (taking a slow day however you’d like)

girl's guide to academic success: part 1 ⊹˚. ♡
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ organisation
first off, have something to organise ur academic life with! i personally use notion (which i'll add later) but u can use anything as long as it's cute, convenient, unique and accessible to you, your life and your schedule specifically. especially as a visual learner, i like to have somewhere i can dump literally everything regarding a singular area in my life, so i do this for almost everything along with school and i highly recommend this <3
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ recognition of talents & improvements
analyse your strengths and weaknesses. think back on tests, exams, marks, and analyse which ones you got highest and lowest on. dont beat urself up for it, obviously; it's just to check which subjects you're doing good in and which ones have room for improvement. for example i love science but im not the best at it sometimes and we had an assessment recently and i didn't get as high as i'd like so i wrote down a little list on a piece of paper in my pencilcase for the topics i got the least in for me to study on my own to practise later.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ laying out goals
set down specific goals; i like to do this week by week accustomed to my schedule that week in my school notion page along with images and vision boards based on the term/semester, but you can do it for the week, the month, the year, anything as long as its helpful to you
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ productive planning
plan accordingly based on ur time energy. when creating any to do list or productivity plan dont pile a ridiculous amount onto it that just leaves you stressed and overwhelmed because that defeats the entire point; this works the same for academic plans and goals and lists etc.
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ extra credit
put extra work in to the subjects you know will help you in the future. for example, for my personal aspirations i need to excel in english, history and textiles so i always try my absolute hardest and put my all into those lessons and do extra studying for them in my free time where i can. school is to prepare you for the future so take advantage of that
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ asking questions
please don't be shy to ask questions! that's what teachers are there for and you won't have them forever so take advantage of it while you can! you can even do it in that little window of time just after class if ur too nervous to ask in class. for example, on my last english exam i went to my teacher after class and asked about what i needed to improve on to get the marks i missed next time, and he told me i added too much detail and some other things so i wrote it down and am keeping a note of it to remind me to improve on that next time! (i got top of my class though so i didnt mind. still kind of pissed i added too much detail though)
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ participation
participate! ok im saying this as someone who still struggles with social anxiety a fair amount but if u wanna get higher marks and get on good terms w ur teacher i 100% recommend this. i don't do this in every class but i do it where i can and when i'm confident in my answer, and it's really intimidating at first but what i did is i did it first in the classes i felt most comfortable on and continued from there. it gets easier every time i swear, and nobody's judging you; they'll forget about it after five minutes. plus, what would they be judging you for? being smarter than them?
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ prioritising ur health
this is mentioned a lot in these types of posts but if you're tired or burnt out or overworked or just feel like you need to take a break then do. do the best you can and compromise like i said earlier if you need to, just make sure u are prioritising yourself over anything. <3

if ur so called “friend” is constantly make smart remarks about you,scrutinizing you for the smallest thing,being passive aggressive or really just trying to hurt your feelings always stand up for yourself and never let insult like that because that shows that you have no self respect and then they’re gonna just keep doing it set clear boundaries and don’t be a doormat never let this person/people walk all over you , if you didn’t appreciate something they said don’t take shit from them address and make sure it never happens again
No.2 ; spotting a secretly fake friend⭐️!
now there’s obviously “friends” that you can spot from a mile away that they’re definitely toxic but theres also a certain type of friend that could be the sweetest to ur face but secretly talk shit behind ur back and its honestly not that hard to spot one of these “friends” so here are some characteristics of ‘the secretly fake friend’
- never sticks up for you
- constantly lying
- at time can be very passive aggressive
- will tell you that someone was talking about you and not defend you at all
- will make you feel like a bad friend even if they’re wrong in the situation
- if you’ve ever confronted them on their behavior and they say they’re sorry but then repeats the same actions
- lets their other friends talk shit about you
- HUGE VICTIM COMPLEX!
these kinds of fake friends are tricky bc you really can’t spot them at first and then it can be harder to cut them off which brings me to my next point
No.3 CUT THEM OFF !!⭐️
listen i know its hard to let go of these people at first im mean I’ve had to do it multiple times but i swear it gets sooo much easier to not have these people in ur life its way better to have no friends than a bunch of friends thats secretly hate you don’t stay caught up on toxic people like this its a waste of ur own peace and well being , block them,stop following them,stop talking to them have NOTHING to do with these people/person
No.5 ; Ur not special !!
now this title is a bit alarming but what i mean by that is if you have a friend that’s constantly talks down about people for no reason whether it be their friends or someone they know and im not talking about the standard gossip talk bc tbh everyone gossips but im talking about like drags them through the mud calls them mean names and purposefully spreads rumors about other people they’ll do it to do you as well ur not special i doesn’t matter what this person is telling you they’ll talk about any and everyone it doesn’t matter people like this do not care
No.4 ; Being Un-phased !! ⭐️
now after you cut them off either gonna
A. make it seem like they’re innocent and have been nothing but nice to you and try and make you feel bad
B. Act like theirs beef when in reality theres not they just want a reason to start a problem
C. to the standard mean girl remarks side eyes,whispers,random pointing and slightly laughing, or even in some cases talk loudly about you but indirectly
now in any of these situations never let it bother you show no reaction these kinds of people feed off ur fear of them shows no reaction when it comes to things like this and you can also do it back side eye them back,give them weird looks back now im definitely not saying be just like them but play their game don’t let disrespect like this slide and i know how hard it can be especially since these are people ir support be close with but i promise making friends that actually care about you is WORLDS BETTER!!! you’ll have such a peace of mind and being able to make friend that actually care about you is such a freeing feeling!!!!

★ Fashion: I like to put together outfits and create my own clothes and accessories. I have a lot of fun just taking pictures of outfits and creating personal collages.
★ Cooking: learn more recipes, make my own, save money and make delicious (and easy) home cooked meals! I have improved a lot these last 4 months. I want to keep improving and/or maintain what I have learned.
★ Tetris: I want to get better at tetris, get 6000 rank on Tetris effect: connected

★ Exercise: 5 min a day is better than nothing. Tone tummy and increase stamina.
★ Stretching: do splits, also i want to touch my head to my knees
★ Plant care: i want to own more plants and keep them alive.
★ Makeup: I love the artistry of makeup. It is like drawing on your face. I want to learn it so I can incorporate it with my outfits.
★ Learn language: I want to improve chinese and japanese (i get tired reading subtitles on anime so understanding more would be great)
★ Reading: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, physical books, online, etc. Read more, even if it is 1 page. Read before bed or in afternoon under the sun <3

REMINDERS
★ Its ok to do nothing. Take a day or 2 or 3 if you need off.
★ sometimes, something that brought us joy no longer does (change). don't force yourself to do anything that no longer brings you joy bc it used to, acknowledge and move on. God may have something even greater planned for you.
★ self love always. always make sure you are taken care of first, mentally and physically. If you get absorbed into something and notice you arent taking care of yourself, gently pull yourself out, with love.

CÓMO MANIFESTÉ MI APARIENCIA DESEADA (historia de éxito)⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🎐
POSDATA: esta historia es de @honeytonedhottie, asi que todo lo que leeras es de su cuenta, yo solo lo traduzco ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა
Así que manifestar mi apariencia deseada en su totalidad tomó aproximadamente 2 semanas, además esta publicación es bastante larga porque no estoy controlando nada, les estoy dando la historia completa, la primicia completa sobre cómo lo hice, así que aquí vamos…
Algunas cosas que recuerdo haber hecho fueron que, antes de irme a la cama, leía cómo era mi apariencia deseada (escribí una lista porque, como persona, me ENCANTA escribir cosas) y leía esa lista antes de acostarme, como fue un hecho.
O si no tenía la lista conmigo, cuando estaba en un estado similar al de dormir, hablaba conmigo mismo (sé que suena raro, pero es natural para mí, así que funcionó) y decía: "lo sé". de hecho lo soy (llene el espacio en blanco)" o "sé de hecho que tengo (llene el espacio en blanco)"
y simplemente me lo decía a mí mismo, o a veces cuando me duchaba, por cada parte de mi cuerpo que lavaba (la separaba en secciones) y por cada sección hablaba de un aspecto de mi apariencia. como si fuera el punto de vista de otra persona. Por ejemplo, parte de mi apariencia deseada era una diferencia en la textura del cabello, así que decía "Dios mío, el cabello de Honey es TAN largo y brillante". como si hablara a través del punto de vista de otra persona SOBRE mi apariencia, ya sea en un tono de admiración, envidia o indiferencia.
Incluso si no vi movimiento un par de veces o me desanimé, volví a lo que me parecía CORRECTO y eso es afirmativo para mí.

Lo sé a ciencia cierta
Tengo exactamente la apariencia deseada porque soy Dios y lo dije.
Otra cosa que realmente me ayudó fue la visualización, vivía PURAMENTE en mi imaginación, completamente en mi cabeza. Yo era REAL Delulu. Tengo un tablero de visión en Pinterest que fue MUY útil para mí.
cuando vi cosas en 3D que no me agradaban, las ignoré por completo, y cuando te lo dije COMPLETAMENTE, descarté por completo cualquier cosa que no me gustara o que no me sentara bien.
Otro pequeño ejercicio que me gustaba hacer fue en realidad debido a un mal hábito. Así que tengo la mala costumbre de comprobar el 3D, pero lo usé a mi favor. Mi costumbre era que todas las mañanas lo primero que hacía era ir a mirarme al espejo. Cuando manifestaba mi apariencia deseada, lo que hacía era ir al espejo del baño y decirle a mi subconsciente lo que veo. Entonces mi lógica detrás de esto era que como el subconsciente no tenía ojos, podía decirle a mi subconsciente que tenía cabeza de unicornio y me creería 💀. Entonces hablaría con mi subconsciente y le contaría lo que vi. "Veo una calavera de ángel" "Veo pestañas muy largas" "Veo cabello hasta la cintura", etc., etc.
Fui hasta el final y DISFRUTÉ de ello. Moraleja de esta historia de manifestación:
Persistir independientemente de lo que experimentes con tus 5 sentidos.
El tiempo es una ilusión, así que olvídalo.
No te conformes con menos de lo que buscas.
Ve directo al final y báñate en él porque no puedes intentar ser algo que ya eres.
El fracaso no existe.

simple ways to improve ur diet⋆.ೃ࿔*:・🍈

the saying "you are what u eat" is TRUE. a quote that rly resonated with me and inspired this post was : you are what u eat, so dont be fast, cheap, easy, fake and not enough.
drink water - buy urself a cute water bottle and DRINK WATER. water is literally life. literally just drink water, its so worth it, for ur skin, hair, nails, immune system etc

TAKE UR VITAMINS
start drinking teas - i started drinking peppermint tea before bed every single day and its so PLEASANT and it literally improves ur health on multiple different levels. drink herbal teas, find one that u rly like and indulge in it. one that i rly loved was peach and strawberry oolong tea. one that i also rly recommend is green tea
peppermint tea : its so refreshing and easy to drink if ur someone who dislikes tea. it improves digestion, reduces pain, eliminates inflammation, relaxes ur body + mind, and boosts ur immune system
green tea : great for ur metabolism, rich in antioxidants etc
start eating fruit - FRUIT IS BETTER THAN CANDY and i'll stand on this till i die. especially if ur someone who has a massive sweet tooth (like me) stock up on fruits and enjoy them. i like to eat my fruits frozen (like green grapes or watermelon)
eat ur vegetables - it doesn't even have to be drastic but you need to be incorporating vegetables into ur diet every single day. i usually like to eat a small serving with every meal, or i'll have one meal a day where its purely veggies (like a salad). snack on vegetables, vegetables r so delicious and so good for u.
u can get vegetables into ur diet without having to eat them by themselves, you can eat them in pastas, put them in smoothies, turn them into sauces, dip them in sauces etc, just EAT THEM
cut out soda - if u can't cut out soda entirely pls minimize it because its so bad for u + it throws off ur pH balance
treat urself - always remember that ur diet should be like : 20% what u crave and 80% whats good for u. dont deny urself the foods that u wanna eat. eating healthy doesn't have to be boring and eating healthy doesn't mean that u can't enjoy the foods that u love. literally let urself live.
meal prep - if ur someone that often forgets to eat or u just dont have time to make a meal, try meal prepping. make urself snack boxes so that then u can stay eating consistently and if u haven't eaten yet, go eat something 💗

Fatigue is when you feel constantly exhausted, completely burnt out or lack energy so to the point fatigue disrupts your daily activities. Fatigue is a different kind of tiredness within us, which can’t be solved by a simple nap or a good night’s sleep.
If you believe that you’re currently leading a healthy lifestyle but still feel overwhelmingly tired, chances are you are experiencing fatigue. The thing is, fatigue is considered a medical symptom, so if you are experiencing fatigue to an extreme extent, go see a doctor, as I cannot say anything about how to treat fatigue.
Instead, all I can do is give you advice on how to be more energised during the day.
Also, Honey if you consider this to be serious fatigue, please go to a doctor. I worried about u <3 hope my tips help
WAYS TO RELIEVE TIREDNESS
Drinking some tea. There are many teas out there with good sources of caffeine, such as green tea. Drinking this in the morning can help boost memory and concentration.
Avoid eating refined or carbs for the time being. Eating foods like white bread, white rice, lollies or white pasta can cause your blood sugar to spike and then quickly crash, which causes you to feel tired.
Ensure your stress levels are low. Being stressed can cause us to be physically exhausted, so I recommend researching about ways to relieve stress that’s suited to you.
Get outdoors. Sunlight can wake our bodies up and help with any stress. Remember to wear some sunscreen!
Be easy on yourself. Chances are, you’ve been overworking yourself and this is the aftermath, so take it easy and slow until you regain your energy.
Keep your senses stimulated throughout the day to keep the tired at bay. Chew gum, listen to music or look at colourful images.

you are the main character, so why not treat yourself like one?
taking the time to properly get to know yourself is one of the best things I have ever done and one of the best things you'll ever do. it might seem weird before you actually take the time to consider it.
in the end, who is going to be right by your side? it is going to be you. you are going to be the person who is going to stick with yourself, so why are you being so mean to yourself? you have a blessed soul which you are going to have for the rest of your life, why not cherish it? it is your life, not anyone else's, in your world, it's simply all about you and you only!
here are some ways that you can be more connected to yourself and love yourself more.
compliment yourself.
this may be weird at the start but complimenting yourself every time you get the chance to or simply when you are looking in the mirror, it seriously makes you love yourself more and more.
figure out what you like and what you don't like.
this may seem basic, but it helps out loving every day and figuring out what can make yourself feel better. you can do this in a bunch of ways, say there is a post on the internet you don't like, block. say you have a 'friend' who keeps draining you, drop them. its as easy as it seems.
know your own boundaries.
knowing your own and other people boundaries should be the bare minimum but what if you haven't figured your boundaries? this goes back to figuring out what you like and don't but rather, what are you comfortable with and what are you not comfortable with? everyone has different boundaries that they stick to and are comfortable with. respect other people's boundaries and people will respect yours. figure out what you are comfortable with and let people know. if they do not respect it, drop them, they aren't worth it.
treat yourself how you would treat someone you love. (creds to honeytonedhottie for this point)
would you treat someone who you loved the same way you treat yourself now? you would not be as mean as you are to yourself to a person you loved. think about that the next time you are mean to yourself. love yourself how you would love them.
don't take offense of what other negative things people say to you.
in the end, who cares what they said about you? one comment should not be ruining your confidence, we all know that you are better than that. if you love yourself, you would know to never take other peoples negative opinions about you.
the conclusion? you are the main character, you decide your path.

girl's guide to academic success: part 2 ⊹˚. ♡
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ using media to ur advantage
i think i mentioned this in my romanticism post but pinterest is ur best friend. if i know anything about it u can trust i have a pinterest board for it; thats the same for school. gather motivating pictures & and pretty images that align with ur personal goals and style and make u wanna get up and work! i also use tumblr for this too. i'll link a couple blogs i love for this later on <3
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ surroundings
if ur studying, make sure u actually enjoy the place you're studying in, or try to to the best of your extent. whenever i study im 9 times out of 10 always at my desk and ive decorated my desk specifically so that it motivates me to get up and do whatever i need to do + its super pretty and makes me smile every time i see it <3 decorate ur area with little trinkets and both things u love and things that motivate you, and switch it up when you can! don't stay in the same place all the time. spontaneity is fun!!!
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ personalisation
make it pleasing to look at so ur more motivated to go back and revise over them if needed, and so you have something to do as well that is still related to your work if ur someone who gets distracted easily like myself. some inspo i use for my work:

make sure ur drinking lots of water !! i drink lots of water and lots of tea whenever im studying or doing any kind of schoolwork and it helps me a lot, + its just those little bits of comfort yk
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ music and concentration
i work way better with any music in the background but if you're someone who gets distracted easily i'd recommend making a specific playlist for studying and listening to non-lyrical music like lofi, video game soundtracks, classical music, instrumentals of songs u like, etc. (i'm not telling you to go against the rules of ur school but i put a headphone in in class sometimes and cover it with my hair just because i know i work way better with it and it helps me a lot bc most of the people in my classes are so freaking loud. so if ur allowed 100% go for it but i don't recommend what i do if you have a strict school)
🧸𓂃 ࣪˖ prioritising ur health & compromising
like i said in my other post, prioritise your health over anything else. if you didn't get a good nights sleep last night and you have a test tomorrow and need to study, then compromise; if you already know a lot about it or its not fate changing or life altering in some way or you can go over it quickly in the morning or something, go to sleep. your health is always more important in the long run and will help you to do even better in the future in every area of ur life

2. Make a Vision Board of Possible Date Locations!!

I will always recommend alter egos when doing anything, because it helps you embody who you want to be, various celebrities' have or use alter egos like Marilyn Monroe used an alter ego, Megan Thee Stallion, and Nicki Minaj have various alter egos. this post by @honeytonedhottie literally explains it so well but I highly recommend alter egos especially if you're an anxious girlie!!
