Danny gets more animalistic and ghostly in ghost form over time:

I've always loved the joke "from the day we are born we are slowly dying" and since this guy is half dead, he slowly looks more like a ghost when in his ghost form.

As for the animalistic thing. I dont mean legit growling or purring. I mean him having painted ears that move around and pin back when mad. Maybe a tail (tails are fun for expressing emotions). Pupils that dilate and slit. Stuff like that. He just gets more funky with time.

Constantine and Danny actually get along:

They're both tired, magical, and have seen some shit. If they are both adults when meeting they can be drinking buddies or something idk.

If Constantine met Danny as a teen tho i imagine he wouldn't look down on Danny or get too annoyed with him. He would treat him as an equal. He recognises and magic users are different, and Danny has been dealing with the magical bullshit all alone. This kid deserves some respect damn it! Infact it would be funny if the JL interacted with them at the same time and realized they were actually both really similer. Similer facial expressions and exhausted attitudes.

Danny is just stupidly calm in the face of horrific things:

I tried to find that meme with the "well that just happened" thing but couldnt find it.

But yeah. Mans is used to it.

Danny is more conflicted about where he belongs:

Too alive to be dead, too dead to be alive. Poor guy is practicly the town punching bag and ghosts always target him for what he is. He feels like he never belongs. It should be expressed more often. Like maybe he feels free and happy as Phantom, but he also knows that as Danny he's who his family and friends love and care about. Make him conflicted.

In a dp x dc context. I feel like at first you think he would fit in amoungst the heros. But he's too young to interract with the adult heros, but too experienced and powerful to interact with the younger heros. He struggles to fit in and he has to work through that. That also circles back to the Constantine point. I dont know much about the magic users in dc, but i can image theres a very large veriety of them all ranging in species and age. So maybe he belongs most with them, cuz to them he's just another acultist.

THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE FLUFF!:

For the record, since I'm always vague posting when I'm complaining, I am not a bad partner...

This boy expects me to do our laundry, find him outfits, feed our animals, do our dishes, vacuum, straighten up, check the mail, mow the lawn, pour him a glass of water, make dinner etc. and then doesn't let it go once it comes to him.

If I space out and don't start like within 3 minutes of him thinking it needs to be done it's

"Jonathan 😒 I'm gonna need you to get that done now"

and then if I don't like his tone and decide to argue: when I had 50-60 hour a week job and was never home it was that I needed to do more because I'm never there and all I ever wanna do is sit around and pretend I'm too tired from work (not true), and then now that I'm not working (btw my mom is still paying my half of everything bless her heart) it's that the only reason we don't have money for basic things is me, and I need A B and C done now... only now it because I never do anything for us.

If I don't do it he gets verbally aggressive and then follows me around while I try to separate (I'm leaving out chunks of past occurances too because it has calmed down substantially)

If I just do everything though he calms back down until he thinks of something again and doesn't want to move and then it's get me a water, plug this in, get me some socks...

I am literally so on edge always from the second he is in the door... I get so happy when I'm finally alone because I can sit down and one place and stay if I want.

Oh wait... we have to go to bed at the same time or he gets mad even if he doesn't want anything to do with me.

Actually I'm going to just keep going:

I let him be in charge of our money in that we pooled it and I let him swipe for everything/pay bills when I was young and stupid, but then he flipped it on me and made it seem like he did all that for us because I was incapable of managing finances.

When I was making GM pay and made it seem like my money always ran out first and lecture me about every purchase as though he was paying for it when in reality any leftover money was from me because I make more... eventually he started acting like ALL the money was his while I just kept slaving away at BK. I just got our money separated and was fuming at how much I was able to save once he wasn't in control of it (just in time to have to spent what I saved because I left my job 🙃)

He ran up 2 credit cards in my name uh... hasn't washed a dish himself in 7 years... not sure I've ever seem him clean anything (no exaggeration) frankly... oh and I've never once said we were back together and he still manipulates me to do all this for him somehow like we are.

What's worse is I feel like he's conscience of all this, we talk about it, sometimes he's even understanding and he does mean well. I TRY to communicate, but communication is not us deciding mutually it would be best if we lived separately having a whole discussion about it and then him waking up the next day with second thoughts and then pretending the convo didn't happen over and over.

there's been NUMEROUS online creators who were recognized by entertainment industry workers BECAUSE they made tv quality content & even full stop blockbuster quality content.

bo burnham started on youtube & is now one of the most wellknown & loved standup comedians of our generation, with numerous netflix specials & even a movie he wrote & directed under his belt.

the try guys, fellow ex-buzzfeed employees, had their own tv specials on food network (based off their youtube shows, btw) & a documentary made about them as well

rosanna pansino has also been on numerous food network shows both as a host & a judge

quinta brunsun, another fellow ex-buzzfeed employee, went on to create her own whole ass sitcom that has been highly praised

matpat cameo'd in the fnaf movie because of his theories & multiple other fnaf creators had small cameos through the employee of the month board easter egg

markiplier made multiple high-quality shows on youtube & is now working on a highly anticipated movie (he was also planned to cameo in the fnaf movie but couldn't due to conflicting schedules with his own movie)

hot ones got their own tv gameshow due to their popularity & they are still one of the most wellknown, beloved & respected internet shows

many short films made on youtube went on to premiere at film festivals & even in theaters

the hit horror film "talk to me" was created by youtubers rackaracka

webseries of actual fucking tv shows have also existed for literal decades

the list goes on.

to seriously think that overproduced bullshit is all you need to make "tv quality content" is not only tone-deaf, but shows they do not even know what they're talking about. many tv shows & huge blockbuster movies are made with absolutely microscopic budgets & small teams, & they still get praised & awarded for the passion, dedication, & creativity that shined brightly under those restrictions.

the blair witch project is probably the most wellknown & highly praised example of this, but it is far from the Only example

it is a whole other slap in the face, again ESPECIALLY when puppet history is one of their most popular shows, to spit in the face of internet history. to see the success of their predecessors, even ppl they fucking worked with at buzzfeed, & deny them of all their success & efforts to get where they ended up.

no, y'all are not the first people to make "tv quality content" on the internet. FAR from it. because your crap isn't even genuine "tv quality".

but you are the first ones to ever disrespect not only your audience, but your own fucking industry & your peers on this level.
