morning thought dump
still slightly groggy as I type this. it's Thursday and I actually have a decent bit of coffee and I slept for 6 straight hours in one chunk, for a total of at least 8 hours. there are a lot of loose mental ends running around in the brain. here's a few:
often what I notice is that if I wake up abruptly, and ( I don't know what to call it so I'll do my best to describe )-- and if I notice the rational part of my brain hasn't caught up - the part that helps redirect negative thoughts - some of the more detrimental thoughts are RIGHT at the surface, yelling "their" "truth". like if I wake up abruptly at 2 am sometimes and I really don't want to be awake-
the thoughts will tell me that this part of my life is never going to end. that I'm stuck, again, but in a different way.
this morning's mental "news delivery" wasn't that dramatic. It was a bit more neutral- a little bit sad - but mainly, this is what came up immediately-
I believe I was reading a particular astrological transit that was happening for me a few years ago, or maybe this is in my natal chart - but there's this piece about how...
"Compassion is shown to you through nature and animals. Look for that". And that is a nice, good thing. But lately, my brain has been flipping it in a weird reassuring kind of way. It's started to look at it as " so does that mean/does that explain why I can't seem to figure it out with people? why I have dealt with so many cruel people?"
I have truly been perplexed these past few years. the cruelty has been non stop. and truly, my whole life. my so-called "father" didn't make my life easier in any way, shape, or form.
So, what am I supposed to do with people, in this life, in this world? Someone say something, anything.

My Second Belly Dance Teacher and Friend
I am compassionately twirling out of Germany on the train making my way back to Amsterdam to see my 2nd belly dance teacher. Yes I am blessed to have 2 teachers because each one teaches differently and I get to develop a more dynamic practice. I had homework to do on my side belly waves and shimmies 🧘🏿‍♀️🌊 and she will test me this evening. Germany is definitely not my country🤣🤣 but I love giving love and care, one of the prime roles of a lover archetype in practice. Being a lover isn’t just about dancing, playing, art, music, sex, nature, animals, or loving your way through this reality, it is a real care practice, as I see all of the above as ways we care for others. I do believe that an embodied belly dancer could dance and her sacred dance would bring back the eyesight of a blind person who gets to witness her, to feel her…in their heart. Feeling is always key. In my travels, I sense how she could journey around the world and heal ailments in the bodies of weaker or compromised people through her belly waves and breast rotations—that pure kundalini innocence. Because when a person sees/feels/perceives a beautiful, lighthearted, open-hearted woman (one who is holding pain/hurt in her heart/spirit) and interacts with her in the slightest way, their body naturally releases chemicals called “endorphins” that cause them really feel good and even healthier and more powerful or capable. These lost forbidden arts I hope to revive and reclaim in my lifetime and I see myself getting to that place in my heart one day. When people think of Oshun, they tend to omit two of her most important skills-her ability to care for the sick and her warrior aspects, but we must remember that it's either all of it or none of it. ☀️
I do believe that it’s important as you learn these medicinal arts that are not only medicine for others, but medicine for your own mind, body, and spirit—whether you learn on YouTube or with a teacher, you 'womb' yourself and don’t blast on social media right away. I see women do this as well when they start a new work out program. Embody your practice first then share or you may find that you dilute your progress and become stagnant because social media tends to take us away from our heart and its purity of passion to embark on a new skill or habit imperfectly, and drown us in our ego and its need for constant approval and addiction to comparing and contrasting. This was a big learning for me that the ancestral mothers whispered. Much of social media emanates a frequency of disembodiment —pretending to be embodied. Some of the most vibrant, brilliant, and embodied artists, dancers, writers, and singers I adore like Sade and Tracy Chapman don’t have a social media presence. They lead private lives and create in the dark, in mystery and silent ritual. They aren't under the constant bombardment of notifications, distractions, or stress nor operate with the common "text-neck" which malnourishes the female body and blocks the lymphatic pathways from detoxifying the face, upper back, and shoulders, the death-grip to more wrinkles (however beautiful, merely sharing for Aunties who buy toxic anti-aging cremes), and neck, shoulder, and back inflammation/pain. More than the fact that these women are aging backwards as a result of their private lifestyles and the accompanying incontrovertible power, there is benevolent advanced intelligence in the quiet, whether you are creating books or music or dilating your hips in a new dance practice or abductor workout regiment. While in the learning curve or creative process, discretion and care are needed.
Having an audience occasionally cheer on your progress can be a nice feeling due to the quick dopamine hit but it can easily become like a drug and it matters more that you see yourself and believe in you. “Giving birth” is multidimensional, multidisciplinary, and not something that everyone should be privy to seeing. Eventually you openheartedly share your gift, but not in the early or mid-developmental stages. And yes feeling stronger in your body from the discipline (and sometimes discomfort of) working out is also a gift that you give to this world.
This life is so temporary and we all asked to be here so be here fully grounded in your feet, legs, and hips and overflowing in your gifts. Embody the art. Midwife the dancer. Share the baby when it’s time. Mm, One loveliness 🫀🫀🫀🫀

I was fearful yesterday. I am afraid of darkness. But than I realized today that why should I be afraid . What I am afraid of ?? Ghost ?? But I am like god is with me . I am gonna do it today. This is a time for creativity and sensuality. Get connected with your body and what pleasure means to you. Giving pleasure to yourself is a form of self love. Creativity is also a pleasurable thing to engage in.
Work on any self doubts about your attractiveness or appearance. Be sensitive about who you let touch you. I'm not knocking casual lifestyles if you so choose, but set boundaries.
Watch put for addictive behavior related to pleasure. Good time to heal trauma around pleasure and sexuality. You may need to dig to discover fully what it looks like and claim power back in this area. If you are having art blocks or creativity blocks, it's a good idea to do energy healing around your sacral (as well as mental health work). I'm hearing solar plexus as well. Some of you have let struggles on this topic make you really tired and may be lacking confidence in these topics.

Work on your relationship with self if your relationships have been getting stressful or lacking (or you keep attracting toxic people or you are attracted to toxic). Single people can also use this to attract better relationships and heal from past relationship trauma.

One thing people chase on the ‘spiritual path’ is higher sensory perception (psychic) gifts.. as if the idea that as you become more enlightened or spiritually inclined these are things that will happen for you as a spiritual person. Ego gratification is what happens.
Those that seek kundalini activations, or have been working on their path of ascension and enlightenment — become confused with the true purpose or ‘goal’ of their seeking. It becomes an ego quest to become this enlightened being that has somehow become something different, separate or more superior compared to their families their partner their community. They know better, so how they live and perceive reality is better — so the way they present their lifestyle is based on what their ego has now chosen as their new personality. It’s still a thought-form.
You are still thinking there is something about you that needs to be changed or improved because even though you keep saying and telling yourself you believe there is no separation between you and this Divine existence.. your self-helping exists because you think there is a separate you, a separate self that needs to be helped and improved to become something beyond what it knows itself as now, to be accepted and loved, to be considered a part of all that it already is.
Do you see the ego for what it truly is? It suffers from its own illusion of separation. It’s lost in its own created delusions and has become trapped. And you will not make it out of the trap chasing the ego’s illusions. Look beyond the self, look beyond the veil, and look even deeper beyond all that. Then there is knowing. Then every gift is yours, because you now know what is true to you. You know what everyone’s authentic face looks like, no illusion can pretend to be true to you.

We all are made up of energy !
If you would like to experience an energy orgasm yourself, it is necessary to actually realize that you are more than just a gross, physical body.
Beyond your material body and physical manifestation, you are an energetic being comprising highly sophisticated centers of energy, a super-network of energetic channels, and a substratum of subtle bodies. Whether you are aware of it or not, energy is continuously channeling through you and governing your thoughts, desires, emotions, sexuality, and actions.
For most people this flow of energy is unconscious and dictated by several factors such as lifestyle, the condition of a person’s mind, one’s astrological sign and makeup, plus much more.
However, according to the great Yoga and Tantra systems, we don’t have to be victims of circumstance. In other words, we can learn to master energy. And not just the energy that pervades our being, but all the energy that permeates the entire universe.
Sounds like a superhuman power, right? In reality, controlling energy is a skill that can be learned.
Steps to Mastering Energy
There are several aspects that one needs to look into to become skilled with controlling energy. Once this ability of control has been acquired, you can choose to use this skill with the sexual energy, or pretty much with any other type of energy as well (Kundalini energy, pranic energy, etc).
Tantra is a spiritual science of energy.
1. Building up the ability to concentrate and focus the mind fully. Authentic yogic techniques are the best tools here. The average person’s ability to truly be focused is unfortunately rather poor. The mind is constantly jumping around and is very distracted. However, in energy work your mind is your main tool and it needs to be sharp like a razor.
The yogis say that “where the mind goes, energy flows”. This means, if your mind is constantly distracted and full of random thoughts, then doing anything wise with the energy will be close to impossible. Tantric meditation and Yoga practices are the best tools to train the mind.
2. Purifying the body, and therefore also the mind, with yogic purification techniques and Hatha Yoga. Energy does not move harmoniously in a system which is clogged and impure. Therefore, yogis made it their business to regularly purify their physical, emotional and mental bodies. There is a whole system of yogic purification called Shatkarma Kriya, which addresses exactly this. These teachings are included in our Tantra Yoga.
3. Understanding the principles of sexual energy and how it works. All energy, including the sexual energy, follows certain rules of how it operates. It is almost like an exact science. The tantrics were very clear on these rules and knowing them gave them the ability to use that energy to for high purposes. The same way we understand and use electricity, radio waves or mobile networks (all types of energy), we can also harness and use sexual energy.
