Today is the mid-Autumn Festival! Coincidentally, I was able to finish this painting in time: some more post-true ending art for Sifu, where the MC becomes Kuroki's new muse and inspires a new kimono (with a Chinese hairpin). This one took me a while because I wanted to get that lineart squeaky clean and crisp loll But now it's done!! :''''D

There are elements of all five bosses in MC's kimono, but I also wanted the entirety of the design to reference the yin side of yinyang, hence the moon in the middle! MC's hairpin also references the immortality pendant with the five Yansheng coins XDD

I’m so glad you asked cuz this is one of my ultimate favorite fics. The writing is immaculate. The blending of worlds the most gorgeous fantasy/sci-fi mashup I’ve ever seen. And all the characters stay in-character.

Honestly this hits all of my personal interests right on the spot. Linguistics, uncovering fantasy history, found family, ptsd, hurt/comfort, nutritional danger, and Daniel Jackson geeking out.

I found it ages ago when I still used fanfiction dot net, and the author didn’t add it to ao3 for a few years. I love it. So much. I wanna learn book binding to make a physical copy and it keep forever.

Summary: Zuko and Toph get kidnapped by Jaffa while investigating an old Fire Temple shrine. They get placed in the same prison cells as Dr. Janet Frazier and Major Sam Carter. Of course they make their escape and search for a way to get these magic kung-fu kids home. …except they don’t speak the same language. …and a malicious ice spirit followed them through the Stargate.

Takes place during season 3 of Stargate SG:1, and after the finale of Avatar: the Last Airbender.

One of the thousands of things I hope seeing in Sonic Movie 3 is maybe in the beginning, maybe after the opening title, there would be a Kung Fu Panda style scene where it's 2D animated action of Sonic, Tails and Knuckles beating up bad guys in a city, and afterwards Sonic says something like "We're Sonic Heroes" and then Tails suddenly interrupts going "NOPE. No way. We are NOT calling this team Sonic Heroes!" then with a Sonic item box hit sound effect we cut back to reality where Sonic was trying to tell these Green Hills tourists a story about how he and his brothers saved the world but Tails just jumped in about how he disliked the team name. Bonus points if Knuckles also jumped in saying that the name sounds too egotistical, which really pissed Sonic off. XD

So here we have Yang and the fem!MC from Sifu, as usual! I think it's pretty self-explanatory given MC's backstory, but for those who don't know, MC loses her family at a young age (by Yang's doing) and appears to be the only one left alive.
