Oft, when she would fall under the pull of sleep, he sent his shadows to soften her eyes and murmur words of love in her pointed ear. Words saturated with desire, verses that praised her beauty more than the Lamps that once lit distant shores. He sent his yearning for her on their whispering, tickling breath, seeping into her dreams until she smiled as she awoke.
But words and whispers, pining and watching would no longer satisfy him.
Lord Sauron would take her for his own. To make her a queen, stronger than the foundations of earth in which he dwelt.
That day, in place of his ravens, he came to hide in the shades of the grove himself, his cloak black as night to cover his pale flesh. Lest her eyes should see him. Her voice drifted on the breeze, humming melody after melody as she sat herself in her usual spot by the river, nestled between the roots of her favorite willow. Then he emerged.
When the three siblings were born from the stars, she descended onto Mt. Olympus first, thus making her the oldest.
She took after their adoptive mother Rem the most personality wise, being both known for her gentle and level headed nature yet being assertive when the situation demands it.
This allowed her to act as a secondary caregiver to her younger brothers and make sure to keep them in line but also to inspire and support them in equal amounts.
The moirai had predicted her death during the Trojan war yet unlike their mother Rem, Tesla and her brothers were kept in the dark regarding this prophecy.
It was her death that would set the events of the story into motion and push Nai to kill their mother Rem and lock Vash away in a golden cage for 800 years.
Loosely based on the myth of Hades and Persephone.
Vash, the god of peace and twin brother of Nai, the god of war, has been sheltered for millenia within the safe havens of Mount Olympus. Or rather has been held captive by his brother for millenia.
That is until the goddess of the hunt Meryl and a satyr named Roberto help the deity to escape from Olympus into the human realm. There Vash is forced to hide in a small temple from his brother where he meets the priest Nicholas D. Wolfwood and slowly falls in love with him while also finding a sense of his own independence.
