Okay finally caught up now! This one actually less time to think on, but still a little rough to come up with something. I was thinking out loud and like, I honestly have a little something that each character has, I just had to think of who I had the least amount of stuff in common with. So the end result was his character in An Awfully Big Adventure.
I forget his name but like, he was kinda the worst. He was fun to watch I'll give him that but I couldn't force myself to love him. He lead people on and then fucked with them, figuratively and physically. He was an ass to his Bunny, when all he wanted to do was love him. He had beef with someone for far too long and let that almost ruin his career for it. Just, boy.
Let's face facts, the only thing we have in common is that we both drink too much sometimes and still have to go to work the next day. He complained about it more than I would and was far more grumpy about it too.
Anyway, yeah that boy is wack. I'm probably more like the little girl who was in love with him and couldn't see that he was incredibly gay, because GIRL been there.
Yup. K someone punch me until I pass out okay thanks byeeee.
You tell him your favorite flower? You wake up to a bouquet of it sitting on the kitchen counter at least three times a month.
You tell him your car needs work done? He's underneath of it hours later, tinkering with it and scolding you for not checking your oil frequently enough.
You say you want to go to the expensive restaurant for dinner someday? Sukuna books the reservation, even if he has to save the money to do so.
You're hungry? He orders food, sometimes he asks what you want and sometimes he just knows.
You tell him you've had a bad day? You come home to a drawn bath and revitalizing touches from his soothing hands.
You hate when he leaves hickies where the others can see them? He leaves twice as many for them to notice. (You can't get everything you want, after all)
why aren't there more mysteries that take place in nursing homes & retirement communities. i want to watch a group of deranged retirees-cum-amateur-detectives combine their powers of:
decades of life experience
boredom-fueled busybody shamelessness
access to the most gossipy next-door-neighbors in existence
"I am too old to be arrested and/or give a shit" attitude
and solve crimes. this should be an enormous subgenre.
i love how different percabeth is from different male lead narrated american middle school romances from the romantic point of view. usually, the male lead has a crush on the cold and kind of mean female protagonist cause she's pretty and not like the other girls.....she's pretty and not like the other girls....thats it oops. but annabeth and percy. annabeth fell first. even though she's cold and sassy too, she believed in percy. she saw the good in him and loved him for it. then percy fell. he didnt have to worry about whether annabeth would like a loser like him. yeah, he doubted why annabeth liked him once in a while, but it was a never a question of 'does she?' its healthy. and thats what makes rick riordan one of the best middle school authors ever thank you bye
