Pokemon Au: Milo makes me think of that one crying chopper meme.

"Everyone!" Jaune cried from atop the roof of Beacon, creating a nervous look on the headmaster's face, "THE LEGENDARIES ARE REEEEEEEAL!" Jaune continued to stand in defiance of the roaring students who shouted and attempted to declaim his proclamation.

Meanwhile, Akouo performed Night Slash on a Beringel that was bellowing at the Mistrali champion. Pyrrha placed her diadem on a crying Nora while Milo also sobbed at her side.

In the distance, General Ironwood stood at the ready with the Ace Operatives, ready to end the war. Far and away from the din of battle sat Roman Torchwick, on a crate of weapons, fingers laced as Cinder Fall threatened his life with her newly gained dark powers.

Back at Beacon, Ruby and Yang clasp hands, grinning ear to ear at their promise to each other they just made. Meanwhile, out back, Blake was tied down by the numerous Pokémon of the forest.

I would LOVe to hear more of your RWBY Pokemon AU! I've got my own in the works and I'd love to compare and contrast! (Oz absolutely has Eternal Flower! Floette, or she eventually returns to him)

Here’s the screenshots for the AU I have so far

I picked partners based on the general aesthetics of the character and bold letters mean that’s their partner Pokemon. Unbolded Pokémon mean that it’s on their team

I’ve also written out the trailer choreography for this AU (how the red, white, black and yellow trailers would take place) and I’m almost done with v1 chapter 1!

The reason why some characters have mythical/legendary Pokémon is because while Remnant is Humanity 2.0, the canonical Pokémon world with Ash, team rocket, etc are Humanity 1.0, if that makes sense

Ozma as Ozpin has a Decidueye because that’s what works best for this Ozcarnation, meanwhile Oscar has no Pokémon for himself and is found by Azelf

Same thing with Penny. She uses a “Paradox” robot Gallade for her Vytal Festival fights to hide that she herself is an AI like the professors from Scar/Vi, but during the finale of volume seven, she’ll become partners with the previous Winter Maiden’s Articuno

But then if Cinder is still the Fall Maiden, why doesn’t she get the “Fall Pokémon?” Because she kills Amber and Ho-Oh. She kills them and her Salazzle absorbs the magic, which proves nearly fatal until Salem gives them Dark Dimension powers, Salem herself being more Pokémon than human at this point

The Brothers have been replaced with Arceus and Giratina for this AU and each of the partner Pokémon of the main characters is nicknamed after their canon weapon names (examples being Ruby’s Starly named Crescent, Yang’s Combusken named Cecilia, Blake’s Zorua named Gambol, Pyrrha’s Charcadet named Milo, etc)

And Grimm have just been replaced by wild Pokémon lol

The canon plot stays the same, RWBY trying to stop the White Fang (which are more like Team Rocket), Pyrrha teaching Jaune how to train Pokémon, Cinder and Co. trying to raise an army and destroy Beacon, and some of the Pokémon will evolve during the series (see Ruby’s and Blake’s for examples)

Though I am iffy about Qrow’s team. I gave him those for the LoLs, but I might go back and change them if I feel like it

Other than that, the AU is really just “what if Grimm were Pokémon and also semblances were also Pokémon”

Bumbleby: Pokémon AU

After a few years of Yang travelling with Blake through Remnant and excelling at being Pokémon trainers, Yang finds a Kubfu while trekking through Mistral. She and Blake find the two towers that will allow Kubfu to evolve and decide to camp out for the night before Yang goes in.

What Blake doesn't know is that Yang woke up in the middle of the night and went to the tower. Her decision resolute.

Yang: (trying to quietly get back into her sleeping bag, but Barkanine is taking up the whole mat) Barkanine, move your fuzzy butt, darn it!

Blake: (wakes up groggily) Yang?

Yang: Oh! Hey, Blake. Sorry, did I wake you?

Blake: No, just had a weird dream. (looks around) Where's Kubfu? I thought he was using Barkanine as a pillow earlier.

Yang: Uh.... Okay, look. You can't be mad at me. I, uh, wanted this to be a surprise.

Blake: (raises an eyebrow) A surprise?

Yang: (brings out Urshifu) Uh...ta-da?

Blake: (furrows brow in disappointment) Yang... I thought you said that you wanted to go into the tower together...

Yang: I did! But... I wanted this to be special...

Blake: ....Elaborate?

Yang: It, uh, might be better if I show you. (looks up at Urshifu) Little help, bud?

Urshifu: (sends Dark Pulse into the treeline)

Blake: (blinks in shock) You...turned him into a dark type?

Yang: Yeah! I... I wanted this to be special. I found Kubfu while we were travelling together, and I've wanted to get a dark type for a while because...

Blake: (sitting up) Because?

Yang: (takes a deep breath) Because I love you and I wanted to show that by having a dark type in my party....

Blake: (shell shocked)

Yang: I know! I know. It's really stupid.

Blake: It really isn't.

Yang: It isn't?

Blake: (shakes head) No, it's really sweet. Actually, I, um, have something to show you too... (pulls out Pokéball and brings out a Houndour).

Yang: (jaw drops) Fire... and a dog....

Blake: (blushes) Great minds think alike.

Yang: Y-You don't...mean...

Blake: I love you too.

Ok so uh hi new guy here. Had some ideas for a RWBY Pokémon trainer AU kinda thing. So uh here goes.

These are my team ideas and how they got them thoughts for Team RWBY. This also includes Delta Pokémon and Megas from the fan game Pokemon Insurgence.

Ruby’s Team:

1. Budew that Yang helped her catch as her starter from a young age. By the time the show starts it’s already a Roserade.

2. Zoroark, formerly Summer’s Pokémon. Fiercely protective of Ruby and loyal to the family.

3. Scizor. Formerly Summer’s as well, a reliable battler and the mega on both Ruby and Summer’s teams.

4. Type-Null. A mysterious Pokémon Ruby found at Beacon in a lab belonging to an ex-professor who had been fired from Beacon (a reference to the villain of Grimm Eclipse the video game). It would evolve during the events of Vale’s Fall.

5. Drilbur, a Pokémon Ruby befriended at Mountain Glenn during Volume 2 and evolves into Excadrill during the fight at Haven Academy.

6. Delta Emolga aka Little, a strange Pokémon that Ruby encounters when separated from everyone on Ever After.

I would say in this AU that because of how Tai supposedly falls apart from the loss of Summer, Ruby ends up growing closer to Pokémon to the point where she can hear them similar to N and Iris. I would also say that in this AU that silver eyes allow the ones with them to activate bond based gimmicks like Megas without the components, so long as you are aware of them. For that reason alone, that kind of thing is very rare to find in Remnant.

Weiss’s Team:

1. A Snorunt that becomes a Froslass before the beginning of series 1. A gift from Winter and has gone through the same sort of upbringing as Weiss so they’re MIRROR images of each other.

2. Hisuian Sneasal, a gift from Winter to congratulate Weiss on getting into Beacon but one with the lesson of how to be around those with more “wild and erratic behaviour” like Weiss’s classmates. Becomes a Sneasler upon the return to Atlas

3. A Ralts caught during the school trip to the Forever Fall Forest. It would help Weiss with her emotions as her withdrawal from them would only cause Ralts harm. As Weiss learns to accept her emotions and come into her own, Ralts would evolve into Kirlia by Series 1’s end with the acceptance of Blake; and into Gardevoir when Weiss speaks out for her classmates at her father’s party in season 4. This would become one of her Megas during the Hound’s attack in Volume 8.

4. Zangoose, a Pokémon given to her by Raven as form of an apology for the kidnapping (and also to curry favour with Yang). A brutal fighter but becomes loyal seeing how Jacques affects Weiss, and how Weiss defends him from Jacques attempting to “get rid of the vermin”.

5. Absol, a Pokémon caught in Atlas that comes to warn them about Tyrian. It would later come out of it’s pokeball when Ironwood turns on them and any additional time they were in serious danger. It would come bearing a mega stone, as it was secretly once Klein’s Pokémon.

6. Kubfu, a gift from Willow after the attack on the Schnee manor. Given to Weiss for her strength and courage. It would evolve into the Multi-Strike Urshifu in Ever After from experiencing the vastness of the ocean.

Blake’s Team:

1. Litten, a gift from Ghira to ensure Blake would have the strength to follow her convictions. It would be a Torracat by series start and evolve into Incineroar during the battle at the Belladonna Manor.

2. Riolu, a gift from Kalli to ensure Blake was surrounded by those she could trust. This little one would be the first indication that something was wrong with Adam and the White Fang. It would evolve into Lucario in the fight where Blake and Sun meet on the ship in vol 4; and become her mega during the final fight against Adam.

3. Starly, a common Pokémon she catches during the forest trial back in Vol 1 which she uses to find the shrine with the relics in record time. It evolves in the fight with Roman’s mech (that looks like a tyranitar in this au) into Staravia; and evolves again into Staraptor to save Blake and Yang from Adam in Vol 3’s Fall of Vale.

4. Axew, a cute little fella she catches in Menagerie while scouting for Illia. It evolves into Fraxure in the charge against the White Fang at Haven; and into Haxorus to save her from the acid spitting Grimm at Schnee Manor. It is also shiny and Blake finds the mega stone for it in Ever After.

5. Sobble, found in the fountain of the town from Volume 6, evolves into Drizzile while fighting the mech and then into Inteleon against the Ace Ops.

6. Johtoan Sneasal, befriended in the dust mines of Atlas after it got its leg caught in rock and was freed by Blake. Very loyal and one of the few to keep up with her on rooftops. Evolves into Weavile after being given a razor claw by Robyn for telling her about Ironwood’s plans.

Yang’s team:

1. Jangmo-o, her starter given to her by Tai (the child of his own Kommo-o). Yang’s sparring partner, evolves into Hakamo-o in the Yellow Trailer and then again into Kommo-o in the final fight against Adam. Can use it’s Z-Move.

2. Teddiursa, a Pokémon she caught in Patch, is an Ursaring by Vol 1, evolves again into Ursaluna in Volume 4 to give Yang the fire to go back into the world.

3. Impidimp, a Pokémon she catches during her recovery period in Vol 4. Becomes Morgrem when she confronts Raven at her camp and becomes Grimmsnarl against the Ace Ops.

4. Murkrow, a gift from Raven (a child of Raven’s Honchkrow), the behaviour of it is a glimpse at how Raven would’ve raised Yang, evolves into Honchkrow during the rescue of Oscar.

5. Blitzle, a Pokémon caught in mistral to help tow her bike to the farm in Vol 6. Strong and hardy, it evolves into Zebstrika to save Ruby from Neo in Vol 8. Yang would find it’s mega stone in Ever After.

6 Torchic, upon arriving in Atalas and getting their licenses, Qrow would approach Yang to give her this little floof and exclaim how proud he is of her (cause we need more of them together I swear to god). After some training with her team it would quickly become Combusken during the Vol 7 training montage and become a Blaziken to shield Yang from the Oscar-Hazel explosion in Vol 8 and would be gifted a Mega Stone by Willow for her efforts to protect her family from the Hound.

Pokemon Au:Would Nora catch a Bellibolt? I feel she would have a Bellibolt. Also what if Pyrrha's Bisharp evolved into a Kingambit while away so Pyrrha's mom sends it her for a visit to see it.

Nora: (Walks in, Soaked in mud)

Ren: Did you catch anything?

Nora: No... I almost caught a Bellibolt, though.

Ren: Oh? What happened?

Nora: I thought throwing mud at its eyes would make it easier to catch.

Ren: Did it?

Nora: I thought it did, but for some reason it acted like it wasn't blinded by being hit in it's big ol' eyes on the sides of its head with mud!

Ren: ...Nora, their eyes-

Nora: I know, I know. Their eyes are used to being covered in mud. You don't have to tell me, Ren. I'm gonna go take a shower with Magnhild. (Leaves)

Magnhild: (Electabuzz) (Follows upstairs)

Ren: ...I was going to say Bellibolt eyes are small and just above their mouths.

Pyrrha: And this was when I first caught Akouo.

Jaune: Whoa... Such a small Pawniard.

Pyrrha: Mhm, but even at that size, it didn't take long for him to evolve into a Bisharp!

Jaune: Have you considered evolving him into a Kingambit?

Pyrrha: I had, but Bisharps with Leader Crest's are already so hard to find, and there are even fewer in Remnant. So for now, I think Akouo is perfectly happy as he is now.

If I remember my list correctly…

Ruby had a Starly that evolved to Starvia after the battle of beacon and then into Staraptor during v8’s finale

Weiss started with a Froslas she got from Willow before her Dynamax Ceruledge warmed up to her

Blake’s Eevee is actually a Zorua in disguise that’ll evolve into Zoroark after she saves Haven

Yang had a Combusken that will evolve into Blaziken after the battle of beacon and then will learn to Mega Evolve after they kill Adam

Jaune just like.. found Zamazenta in the Emerald Forest? No one knows what Zamazenta is though so he still isn’t the best trainer. After the battle of beacon, he starts to raise Pyrrha’s Charcadet that’ll evolve to Armarouge after they get to Atlas

Nora’s got a Tinkatuff that evolves to Tinkaton during the fight against the Ace Ops in v8

Pyrrha’s got Meloetta in Pirouette Forme and Milo the Charcadet

Ren’s got a Mienfoo that’ll evolve into Mienshao after defeating the Pokémon that destroyed his village

and Qrow’s out here with a Bisharp and a Murkrow because I’m hilarious

there’s a lot more to this AU that I’ve got mapped out, just need the time to actually write it lol

RWBY x Pokémon Adventures

Taiyang: (petting Zwei the shiny Yampfer) I don't know, Qrow. I think Yang is too young to have her first Pokémon. Where did you even find a Riolu anyway?

Qrow: (still astonished that Tai hadn't noticed Zwei is a shiny Pokémon yet as he rubs his Corviknight's beak) She’s fine. Ruby found that Roselia in the garden, and you weren't this uptight about her keeping it. You're being too stringent with Yang for no reason.

Taiyang: (blatantly ignoring Qrow) You're deflecting. Where did you even find a Riolu?

BA-BAM!!!

Taiyang: What in the world?! (Jumps up and runs into the house)

Qrow: (leisurely follows behind while sipping his coffee)

Yang & Riolu: (jolt ramrod straight and try to cover the two holes in the wall)

Yang: Uh... Hi, Dad!

Riolu: (knocks his knuckles together shyly) Ri-Rio...

Taiyang: (balks at the sheer size of the two holes nearly collapsing the wall)

About Me:

I go by Fae or Spec (She/They).

I am 24 years old - ENFP and queer [not a shock considering my sailor moon core]

A recent postgrad burnout woman who has resigned from the stressful 9 - 5 STEM grad job I had to now work as a disability student support worker. There's a lot more flexibility in this role that allows me to have passions and personality outside my Degrees and Academics, haha!

Regarding birth charts and for the sake of astrology I am Taurus Sun, Capricorn Moon, and Sagittarius Rising.

I have ASD - Like many women, I was late diagnosed due to many in my community dismissing my observational signs as "quirks" and "A wee bit away with the fae". I masked a lot in my life, but I realize it is essential for my mental health to unmask where possible.

My first language is Gàidhlig; later in my life, I learned English when I wanted to move from the Scottish isles, where I grew up. So, if you have a DnD/OC character influenced by Celtic Myth/Gaelic culture, I am happy to give advice and commentary.

I read a lot of Fanfiction alongside actual works by Elizabeth Lim, Sue Lynn Tan, Sarah J Maas, Judy Lin - Anything that is literally Chinese Mythic Based Plot, and Fae Smut, if I gotta be honest with you PFFT. I am on Booktok a ton, so recommendations are appreciated while I organise my Kindle.

Roleplay/Writing:

I have been roleplaying/writing since about 15/16, so I have a few years of writing experience creating OCs and writing out RP Ideas. I went on an extended hiatus as I finished university and took time off to deal with my mental health as I settled into a new routine. I am currently not outright seeking RP partners as I slowly find the time to write again, but I am open to people reaching out to discuss their OCs and RP ideas!

I am such a recluse who will binge fanart, headcanons, and fanfics - I love listening to people talk about their OCs, Fanfics, AUs, and the works. If you share my hyperfixations, don't hesitate to infodump! I might get distracted and forget to respond- but I WILL respond.
