Old vs. New

Jett is an Atlas student who comes to Beacon for the Vital Festival. There he goes from being cold and strict, to more laidback, rebellious, and open to his teammates due to the less formal atmosphere at Beacon. His weapons are two throwing axes/pistols, and his Semblance allows him to teleport to wherever his weapons are thrown.

Character Bases

Development

Sky’s concept always stayed the same: someone who was a fan of the show itself, knew the ins and outs of toon logic, but was still curious about everything. She was conceived as Iris for Rough Sketch but was rebranded as Natalie for the jump to ICT. These designs were recycled into Amy and Dwight, the former getting her hairstyle and many design aspects, the latter getting the midnight blue color and glowing eyes.

While “Iris” wasn’t around long enough for any extreme negative traits to manifest, she tended to be slightly invasive. Sky’s comparatively hands off in comparison, wondering more about the world itself. She’s also expanded to be a comic geek in general, giving her something to do once the novelty of being the fangirl newbie wears off.

Her entire design is taken from an old design of Shayla’s, formerly an azure Drewman named Zuri. Sky’s eyes, cheeks, and hoodie are the only design elements remaining intact from her time as Iris.

Introducing my girly on here! 🤗

Viola is the third main character of my fanproject WK in which she's chosen to bear the gift of seaming holes within the fabric of reality itself. As a multifandom crossover she stems from the world of Dundorma but is found by Sora and eventually becomes something like an older sibling to him as their journey goes on, throughout notably the worlds of Kingdom Hearts, Monster Hunter, RWBY and NieR Automata. Despite being unable to use other magic abilities, Viola does her best to keep up with the others, even if it means her shoulder wound caused by Maleficent may not heal properly.

You may be wondering how the wound disapears in the alt outfits, that is Faux S.M.B in action! It acts like a second skin to protect it's wearer from fatal injury but also comes with a camo option. It is meant to aid the WK cast to have a better chance in Remnant, but Vi uses it to her, well, "advantage" so people don't stare all the time as she does not enjoy the extra attention despite her mentality being all for visible wounds and scars. That is one thing she really hates about herself now, being a hypocrite to her own morals. Despite her younger brother Davis, Sora and the others deeply appreciating her for her nurturing and calm personality, she doesn't think positively about herself and can become stubborn and angry rather fast if it means to put a foot down.

A design sketch idea for a character that would fit into the RWBY universe after a friend made me watch the show. I like the overall idea but if I ever come back I'd probably take another swing at the outfit. I was going for something more upbeat modern / sporty / punkish, with Violet being the main color/theme. And her weapon is like...a baseball bat railgun, heck yeah. I like how the hair came out though! Thanks for looking!

Been a while! Dropping Davs' ref sheet real quick!

Davis is a newbie Keyblade-Wielder who was taken into training with Kairi and Axel. Due to his family origin of stemming from the world of Dundorma (Monster Hunter) it is a mystery why he's one of the Keyblade's chosen. Unwillingly on the path of mastering his new weapon, he is very capable of using magic unlike his older sister, Viola. Davis heavily underestimates himself due to his shy and insecure personality. Keeping track of his actions due to him being responsible for Viola's eye prosthetic.

Steadfast Alignment is a single weapon he needed to be newly taught as he used to be a dual-blade user. Eventually his magic ability evolves into him being able to summon a secondary blade, Fatamorgana. Allowing him to dive into his former element during combat.
