It had been 16 days since this all started, It was terrifying but you wouldn’t lose hope. You wanted to stay alive not necessarily for yourself but to be with Hyun-Su. And for Kim Su-Yeoung and Kim Yeoung-Su the little kids both you’d both saved. You were determined for them to live, even in this cruel world they still deserved a chance.

You stood next to the stairs that lead into the rest of the apartment building. Your boyfriend stood across from you with that faraway look in his eyes.

“ I hate that you have to do this.” You sighed, glancing at the beaten door.

“Don’t.”

You looked back at him and he had this dead serious look in his eyes. You understood this was for the best but you still hate the way they treat him. You wish he wouldn’t take shit from everyone.

“ Gosh, Hyun-Su..I can’t keep letting them treat you like a caged animal. I’m gonna talk to Eun-Hyeok.-“

“ Y/N, Please.” Hyun-Su rested his hand on your shoulder bring you back.

“ I’m sorry, It’s just your doing so much for everyone here…. It’s like they don’t even care. I hate that.” You pause for sec thinking before you continue with, “ It’s okay if your hurt by this Hyun-Su. Your aloud to be upset-“

“ I have to go.” He cut you off in a quiet tone ready to retreat. You snatch his face back before he can go placing your lips on his gently. Warmth fills you and you savor the feeling. You never know when it may be the last time.

You headed into the daycare center not expecting to see Eun-Hyeok. It looked like he had just gotten finished talking because everyone was dead silent. He walked straight pass you out the door you followed. But before you could even say anything he spoke.

“ The answer is no.”

You suck your teeth, “ You don’t even know what I was gonna say.”

He turned.

“ I’m guessing it’s about Hyun-Su. My answer is no.” with that he walked away. You let out sharp sigh. You‘ll get him eventually just not now.

“ Y/N..?” A small voice spoke in almost a whisper. It was Yeong-Su. His eyebrows were slightly furrowed and his sister stood close behind him.

“ What’s up?” I asked a little worried.

“ Umm…” The little boy started his sister finished.

“ He wants you to come with us to get his toy. He lost it when we first got here. It’s on this floor. We just don’t want to get lost.”

Your heart warmed a little at the fact they were asking you and not someone else.

“ Of course, Shall we?” You held out your hand to the boy he toke it with a grin.

You all walked through the halls of the first floor. It’s only now you really understand how much a maze this building is. It makes your stomach turn a little at how many people actually lived here. Meaning how many lost their lives and how many turned. You guys had been walking for a little while before you could resist asking the boy.

“ Are we headed the right way?” He noded slowly showing you clear as day he was unsure.

“ Do you remember exactly where you lost it?”

“ No..” It sounded like he was gonna cry.

“ Yeong-Su!” His sister shouted forcefully pushing his hand out of his. “ You said you knew!”

“ I did know! … I thought I did.” He shouted back.

“ Hey.” You said sharply catching both of their attention. “ It doesn’t matter. We’re gonna find the toy either way. Let’s think of it like a mission okay?”

“ People who are working together shouldn’t argue and pointlessly yell at each-other. Deep breath.” You you inhale as did they. You exhale as did they. “ Now, Yeong-Su. Do you remember the area of where you left your toy?”

“ Yes, there was dirt it was in the hallway near the graves. It rolled into a room.”

“ That’s Good! I’m sure we’ll find it no time!” Before you can continue something goes off in your body. The atmosphere sudden tilting.

A bucket loudly crashed from the hall in front of you.

You push the kids behind you, cursing at yourself for not bringing a weapon. How are you constantly telling other to be prepared for anything and you aren’t even prepared. You look around for anything to use and find a short pole.

Just then you could see the shadow of a monster creeping up the hall. It’s tall and lengthy. You push the kids back the opposite way of the hall. Pushing them to run.

You knew it probably wasn’t the best idea to make loud noises but you weren’t far from everyone else. You wanted them to be safe as soon as possible being in the hallway was too vulnerable.

Just then the monster let out a loud screeching noises. You turn back just in time to see it round the corner, headed straight at you.

“ Run!” You shout. The kids pick up the pase sobs coming Yeong-Su and Su-Yeong pulling her brother along with all her might.

You grab a random cabinet pulling it down pushing multiple things in the way. It seems to slow the monster long enough for you to make back to the main area near the elevator.

Thud!

Yeong-Su fell to the floor. You quickly swept him up as fast as you.

A whimper come from Su-Yeong. Your head whipped around to see the monster creeping slowly into the room. Your heart was already pounding in your ears, your bones started to fell stif.

“ Go.” You tell them.

“But-“

“ Get the others.”

Su- Yeong didn’t wait she grabbed her brothers arm pulling him along.

You felt your body relax a little when you heard their foots steps getting quieter only for the monster to come bones cracking and stretching out with thin skin covering it. It was sickening to look at. You held up your pole knowing these we’re probably your last moments. But you were okay with that. As long as the others live.

Suddenly one of the arms came flying at you, you swung it away like baseball. Of course it only flew back but so far.

You ran closer to the main entrance leading it father into the hall.

“ Let’s go!” You yelled.

The monster seemed to let out some words you couldn’t understand. Only the word,

“ Family. ” “ I’ll do it for my family.”

The monster croaked sending his arm like tentacle thing towards you. You dodge to your left the tentacle missing you. But the sharp edge of a cabinet not.

You inhale sharply, but you can’t feel anything, not yet at least. Your whole body just feels warm and ready to move. You push yourself up from your spot grabbing onto the wall. You place your hand on your stomach to stop it from bleeding so much you fell the thick liquid coating your hand.

“ My family…my family…” The monster kept saying to itself eyes twitching. Sounding like it was trying to think or remember.

You leaned up against the pole watching the monster,

“ Hey!” A voice shouted a glass bottle was chucked at the monster it screeched in pain as it burst to flames. You jolt back from the heat your body hitting the wall feeling weak as ever. Ji-su rushing to you.

“ Oh my god, that’s a lot of blood.” She states.

“ Thanks a couldn’t tell.” You groan. Just then a loud buzzing sound rang from the door. You knew it was Hyun-Su it kept ringing violently. Till Sang-Wook opened it, you heard your boyfriend rushing down the stairs. Everyone watching the creature burn. His eyes fell on you.

“ Y/N!” He ran to you.

“ Hey.” You croaked.

He stared at you with a lost look on his face Ji-Su held you up. He had his lips parted as if he wanted to speak but he didn’t know what to say.

“ Maybe you should help!” Ji-Su shouted at him.

“ Right.” Hyun-Su said. “ I’m gonna lift you. It’s easier okay.”

He carried you to the room where Yu-ri works in. She patched you up carefully, Meanwhile you tried hard not to curse. While Hyun-Su stared with his lost eyes.

Once Yu-ri left you spoke.

“ Don’t keep looking like that.” You tell him.

“ What?”

You pause for second your heartbreaks a little, “ You look so lost. Why don’t you just share what your thinking?” Hyun-Su looks taken back but you go on.“ Hyun-Su, I won’t judge you for how you feel. I want you to tell me not keep it bottled up inside. Out of all the people still left in this word I won’t be the one to judge you.”

You watch a tear slowly falls down his face, you reach up brushing it away softly. He grabs your hand pushing your palm against his face. It’s like he said it all in that moment. More of his tears fall for the first time it’s like a wall had fallen down slowly. You watch him breakdown right in front of you. It hurt you to see. You pull his head down to rest between your neck and shoulders. Massaging his head gently.

“ I’m here, Hyun-Su.”

as someone who felt every emotion more intense than others, it also meant feeling more sad. it should've been fine but you simply couldn't feel happy.. you have friends and family but still felt so lonely..

“helloooo” scaramouche waved his hand infront of your face to get your attention.

Suddenly looking up, you see him frowning at you. “what’re you thinking so hard about.. do you not wanna watch the movie?”

“sorry.. i just spaced out” you said embarrassed.. “just continue the movie, ill pay attention this time”.. Scara simply muttered a small ‘fine’ and resumed it.

Scaramouche is your best friend, the one you share everything with. But.. he could never understand the depth of your emotions.. The void you feel inside.. The aching loneliness that consumes you at every moment.

“Yes lets go to the beach!! itll be perf....”

“ooh i just bought a new bikini…..”

“wont it be too sunny? ill get tanne….”

you drowned out their conversation and thought of excuses to skip… you had no other choice.. a bikini wouldn't cover your scars, stretch marks or tummy fat.. it would be on display for everyone to see your insecurities and then they'd hate you.

“guys im sorry but i have to study this weekend.. exams are close”

“again? but didnt you say the same last week…”

“oh come on! itll be so fun…”

Ofcourse they wouldn't understand.. They had the perfect body..

The words were blurred as you tried to read them.. Nothing made sense to you anymore.. Your exams were near and you have to study but the words together don't make sense anymore..

Sighing, you went to splash some water on your face to wake yourself up. Looking up into the mirror, you saw failure.. Someone who cant study.. Someone who wouldnt be able to make a living..

You sat back down at your desk.. You can study and change your future right? its just a book..

But.. you cant make yourself read the words anymore.. you felt so tired..

Why cant you also be like others?.. Everyone else is so successful and perfect.. They have good grades, perfect body and happy lives..

You sat on the edge of the roof.. This used to be your hang out spot with Scara but eventually you both stopped meeting there.

“where the fuc- YOURE HERE?” Scara dramatically sighed, huffing. “Ive been searching all over for you. Come on, ive made dinner.. you have to eat something”

You chucked softly at his caring nature and nodded silently.. “Scara?” he was about to leave but turned back to look at you “yeah?”

“I love you”

He chuckled in confusion “yeah yeah i get it, i love you too. no need to get all sentimental with me, its just dinner.”

You turned back to the sky once he left. He probably went to your kitchen to fill a plate for you..

You smiled at the thought. He was the best person you could've asked for..

And it hurts. He cared for you so much but you couldn't appreciate it..

Leaving never had to be this painful.. But a tear fell down and you closed your eyes, recounting your memories..

There were so many happy moments you never got to enjoy.. Sad moments you stayed numb.. And the huge gap in your memory.. and nobody knew how you felt because you never let them.

‘Im so tired… Im so tired..” You looked at your feet, dangling off the roof.. ‘i hate this .. i dont wanna do this.. but theres nothing else to be done’

You took a deep breath in.. “i really do love you.. im sorry”...

hyunsu is worried you're scared of him, but you reassure him.

"Why do you love me?" Hyunsu looked at you with tears in his eyes. He didn't want you to see him like this, but he couldn't help it.

"Baby," you sighed quietly as you continued to clean his dried blood from his nose. "Why are you asking me that?"

"Oh come on," Hyunsu laughed despite his tears falling down his face. "You've seen what happens to me. What if I hurt you because of this infection.. what if-"

"Hyunsu," you held his face gently, tracing your thumb across his jawline. "Infected or not, I love you. And if I'm infected too, I'll be like you."

"How do you know that?" He asked, voice shaky.

You pressed a soft kiss on his temple once you finished cleaning the dried blood. He relaxed with your touch - you smiled. "Hey, I don't know at all, but I know I love you a lot."

"I love you too," he replied back. "I'm so lucky to have you with me. I can't thank you enough."

"You don't have to thank me for anything, sweetheart. You're like an angel to me," you set the cloth down on the table, then looked back at Hyunsu. "Come here."

Hyunsu took the hand you offered. You led him to your shared bed and invited him to lay down with you. "What are we doing?"

"Cuddling," you laughed quietly as you snuggled up against his chest. "You're so warm."

Hyunsu gave you a kiss on the top of the head. He was a bit hesitant at first, but you loved when his lips finally met the top of your head.

Then, remained a bit of silence. The comforting silence - not the awkward type. You loved when he held you and when you held him.

"Y/N?" Hyunsu's voice was gentlen when he spoke once more.

"Yes?" You replied back.

"How come you aren't like everyone else in the other apartments?" He asked.

"What do you mean?" You adjusted your head back on his chest.

"Well, everyone is scared of me, or... they don't like me. They want to use me for specific things, I don't know why." He said.

"They aren't nice people. They're scared to trust us because we're younger, but we are stronger because we ignore them. I'm not scared of you, I would never be," you answered back. "I see the love within you. And trust me, it's bigger than thr world."

Hyunsu was silent for a moment as you continued. "I'm lucky enough to see how much you care and how much you love me. If they can't see it, I can. But no, I will never be scared of you, because you're my everything."

The man suddenly hugged you tightly. You jumped at first, but then you registered what was going on. "I love you. I love you so much, baby."

"I love you more, Hyunsu," you smiled. "Why don't you turn off the lamp and we can try to get some sleep, okay?"

Hyunsu nodded and reached over toward the lamp, turning it off in the process. The room was now dark besides the light peaking in from the outside. Emergency lights were on due to the apocalypse starting, but at least there was still bits of light.

"I love you," you snuggled closer to Hyunsu. "I'll get something for us tomorrow. Breakfast better be good."

"You think it will be? If that old man would've given us some food from his store then it would've been good, but no, he's selfish." Hyunsu scoffed.

You giggled at Hyunsu's sudden outburst. "That's true, but at least we'll have... something, right?"

"Right," he said. "Goodnight, I love you."

"I love you more," you replied. "Have a good sleep."

He was in such a dark place, feeling like love wasn’t even going to cross his mind as an option. He would be glad that Lan Zhan would be the one kill him, his pride and longing for companionship would have it no other way if given the choice. Wei Wuxian holding that special place in his heart for Lan Zhan even when it was so broken— that love and respect manifesting in the most devastating way. It makes sense with Wei Wuxian’s character, he molded himself into someone to be feared and alone so he could protect innocent people. I bet Wei Wuxian felt like having Lan Zhan end his life for him would be his last selfish want. Wei Wuxian just didn’t want to be alone when he died.

I love all your works for sweet home and so for my request I want some angst.

Ok let's say in season 1 reader was infected but was able to hold it off like Hyun Su but when he left and reader thought he died she decided to give up and let her still be consumed by her desires turning her into a monster.

Reader is still conscious of what is happening (it's basically like her soul is still there but asleep 😭 I don't know if you understand)

Fast forward to season some how eun yu and Hyun Su stumble upon readers monster form and well she asks Hyun Su to kill her because even though she has been consumed by her desires she is still miserable

Second option is that Hyun Su is able to get through to her and make her take active control of her monster form.

Cha Hyun Su x Female Reader

Small summary: After walking for hours as it was now dark outside as you end up finding a empty , run down school bus , that juts so happen to be not to far from a sink hole but at a safe enough distance that you could get some rest and allow N/n to take control, You had a agreement you get to take over once in awhile but she had full control as long as your were aware of anything going on from within

It’s been hours since you’ve been walking , as your feet started to become sore , eyes scanning around for any where you could get some rest

Walking past a huge flower dome as you notice a sink hole not to far , seeing that there was a school bus at a safe distance from the sink hole , making your way around the sink hole , as you stop once you were in front of the bus door

Forcefully sliding the door open as your slowly walk up the small steps , heading down the isles of the bus as you check every row of seats making sure you were in the clear , heading back towards the front of the bus as your quickly take a seat , laying your head against the window as your slowly dose off in to a deep sleep

Only a few seconds later, you started to hear footsteps , deciding to ignore it as not long after your felt the bus shake from a huge wave of wind , causing your eyes to snap open , no longer a Hazel brown , now shining a bright green with flecks of gold , closing your eyes as you let sit up straight , letting out a deep , long sigh as your stretch your arms

After getting a good stretch your face now holding a cold expression as your head slowly turns to who ever was now disturbing your peace , standing to your feet as your walk toward the front of the bus , slowly walking down the stairs as you start to look around for who ever or what ever it was

After a while of scanning the area your eyes soon landed on three figures not to far from your , scratching your head in annoyance as you quickly walk towards the three figure , picking up two near by rocks as you stop a few inches from the three unknown figures as there two of there backs was facing you but the third figure seemed to be a child

Rolling your eyes as you take a rock from one hand to another , quickly the throwing them each at the unknown figures back , not using your full strength as both figure let out a groan in pain quickly turning as your face turn from annoyance to anger, hurt … you didn’t know really

Hyun su who’s blue eyes loos at you with an unknown expression , as eun yu faces carries a look of both sadness and shock

“Great , It’s the person that left reader to die” N/n says as she stares at him with a cold expression, words laced with so much venom

“Reader, your okay” Eun yu says as she slowly walks towards you, your green eyes now locked with hers , face still holding cold look

“Fuck off” N/n replies rolling her green eyes as she looks at Eun yu with the same amount of hatred

“Don’t be mean to Eun Yu , she’s my friend” you call out (in your head) as N/n replies a quick Whatever

“Your not Reader… are you” Hyun su says Blue eyes staring into yours with curiosity, not wanting to actually believe it’s not you , as you turn to look at him , a wide smile now growing on your face

“Wow, not only did you leave her so heartlessly and without a second thought… but your not so dumb either” N/n says with a wide smile , green eyes shine with amusement

“B-But.. H-how” Eun yu says as she looks at you with confusion, causing n/n to let out a heartless laugh

“Well, She was already infected you known.. but no one seemed to notice, she controlled it so well ya know” N/n says as her green eyes looks between both Hyun su and Eun yu as the third unknown person closely watches in interest

“But..” N/n says with along pause , eyes now locked with Hyun Su’s now brown eyes as she gives him a cold expression

“But .. you decided to abandon her , basically left her to die , she couldn’t stay with the others long … so she left , allowed me to take full control .. of course she has her once a month or whenever I feel like it mostly , you know..” N/n says still holding a cold expression as she pauses once more , slowly walking past Eun Yu who’s eyes slowly follows your movements as your come to a complete stop only a few inches away from Hyun Su

“She tried to kill herself lots of times , hanging , bullets , cutting.. anything she could think of really and honestly it was really amusing to watch but … I soon realized… if Reader dies .. I die , And I can’t die yah know.. well not by our hands at least” N/n says as she lets out a long sigh rolling her green eyes as they land once again on Hyun su

“Stop it N/n” she hears in her hand as she rolls he eyes again

“W-Why…”Hyun su lets out as tears starts t run down his cheeks eyes never leaving yours as you let out an annoyed sigh

“YAH.. Why do you think you dip shit , you left her to die .. not only that you seem to truly care so much for … her so called friend yah” N/n as she looks between both Hyun su and Eun yu

“Even looked for her .. Didn’t even try to find Reader not once .. real smooth ..no” N/n says , green eyes now locked on Hyun su , who liked him N/n eyes with so much hurt

“I-I love Reader, you don’t know anything , your just created from a desire, I know Reader is aware .. I just do.. p-please” Hyun su replies , hot tears running down his cheeks , voice full of so much hurt , wishing that he never left your side , wishing to help to keep control and not give it .. it was all his fault

He left you at your worse and he didn’t even notice .. he just wanted to protect you and you still ended up hurt , it make his heart ack with pain as he slowly drops to his knees , eyes never leaving your bright green eyes , now looking at him with curiosity as he slowly rubs he hands together in a pleasing manner , annoyance now showing on your face once more

“Please … j-just let me speak to her .. I-I can change her mind .. I-..I-I can’t lose her” Hyun su cries out as he tries his hardest to get N/n to let you take control

‘Do you want to speak to him’

‘…sure’ your replie

As N/n let’s out a annoyed sigh , closing her eyes as she allows your to finally take full control of your body for the first time

“H-Hyun su” You call out throat a big sore from not speaking in a while , as Hyun su quickly looks up at you, slowly standing to his feet as he takes a minute to see if it was really you, once he knew it was you he quickly walked up to you warming his strong arms around your form , as you nervously hug him back , not believing it was really him
