Batfam Among Us Headcanons
I just got a 97.5 on my psych final and I am going to ride that high as long as I can so have some fluff
The world’s greatest detectives are extra okay and of course this transfers into how they play games together
They all arrange desks in one of the guest rooms and set up those testing folders to hide their screens
Bruce bought extra computers just for playing among us, they have about fifty just stacked in the middle of the room in case
They used to use their personal computers but they haven’t since The IncidentTM
(The Incident was when Tim killed Damian for the fifth time that night and Damian nearly strangled him with a computer charger... while it was still attached to a computer... and it fell off the desk and died)
(They also started having assigned seats after that, with Tim and Damian on opposite sides of the circle, but that’s just a coincidence, right?)
Dick
“I’m just happy to spend time with you guys”
It sounds like a lie but he genuinely is just happy to have family time, he’s been suggesting it for years
Who knew all it would take was a murder mystery game with little bean people
Too bad he’s so awful at it
Smiles a lot more when he’s imposter
Sometimes giggles a little when he commits a murder
Everyone is lowkey concerned with how much he’s enjoying killing them
But they don’t think about that or mention it because J’ACCUSE!
He insists it’s part of his strategy and that he does it on purpose
Longest long con in the history of gaming
It’s still going, even
(It’s not on purpose)
Jason
“If Bruce is the first one dead it’s Jason”
It makes him very easy to frame
But by god will he continue to do it
Problem is, after a while it became impossible to know if it was him or someone framing him again
And he doesn’t make it easy to figure out
This man hasn’t given a straight answer in his life
“Did you kill him” “No. Yes. Maybe. But I’m gonna say no.”
“What was I doing? Tasks, duh. Where? Places.”
They lowkey hate him
Babs
Originally didn’t play
But eventually wanted to know what the fuss was about
Is now addicted
Even plays when the rest of the family isn’t there
She really only likes the tasks, though
The fact that there’s a murderer on the ship is irrelevant
It’s really obvious when she’s just been killed (at least by bat standards) because she goes “oh”
And then she goes straight back to tasks
Absolutely throws the game when she’s imposter
“Was it you?” “Maybe but have you considered that he deserved it”
Tim
He has made it his mission to figure out who the imposters are every round
Throws accusations everywhere no matter what, he figures he has to be right at some point
His points are all valid but he has trouble giving an actually convincing argument
Trust him guys he knows what he’s saying you’re just s t u p i d
“When I get communication skills it’s over for all of you!”
He does not, in fact, ever get communication skills
When he’s the imposter though…
He also tries to keep up the constant accusations
The reasoning is worse when he’s imposter
But that’s okay because no one understands what he’s saying either way
Kills and then hides in the vents for the rest of the round
They try and stack on vents to catch him out
He always knows
A l w a y s
Steph
She doesn’t care who gets mad at her, she is going to win this if it’s the last thing she does
And what’s her strategy to do so?
She doesn’t really have one
But it’s working
She’s so bold that most the time she stuns people into silence
Blatant lies all around
Will self report and lie her ass off
Will kill in a crowd of people
Will lie and say she was with you even if you only saw her for a few seconds
No one knows when she’s telling the truth
They don’t even know if SHE knows if she’s telling the truth because she is so confident about it
Cass
Isn’t allowed to play
She was allowed to for One Round
The screen comes up and she just says “It’s Bruce and Tim”
It was, in fact, Bruce and Tim
They were not happy with this
Now she sits in the corner and watches them all
It’s a little bit creepy but it’s better than her spoiling the game sooooo
Damian
Plays third imposter when Dick is imposter
Dick will find him alone and run around him in a circle and then off they go
This is never reciprocated
And yet Damian is always shocked when Dick turns him in
Always gets angry when he gets accused
Everyone loves throwing him under the bus
Do they usually think it’s him? No. Are they going to vote for him anyways to watch him get all pouty and whiney? Yes. Absolutely
What else are siblings for?
“I will kill you all!” “That sounds like something an imposter would say” “Not like that!” “That sounds like something an imposter would say”
Duke
Definitely just there to watch them all fight
If this was a few years ago he would have suggested monopoly
He wants to watch the world as we know it burn
But no one ever suspects him of it
They just think he’s too nice
You’d think they’d learn their lesson eventually but this family only has one braincell collectively and, unfortunately, Cass isn’t allowed to play
Sometimes Duke will literally walk away from a body and they won’t even try to throw sus on him
“Duke was standing over a body on cams” “That sounds like something an imposter would --”
Bruce
He takes red so Jason and Tim don’t fight over it
He usually figures out who the imposters are pretty quickly
Too bad he’s always killed first round
“If B makes it to second round it’s him”
That’s okay. He doesn’t like the game anyways
Or, at least, that’s what he tells himself
Whatever helps him sleep at night, I guess

Batfam moments I think about a lot and wish we'd have more stories of...
1. Bruce Wayne learning how to "dad" and making SO MANY MISTAKES. But we see him evolve over the years, and slowly getting used to it. He will always have communication problems, and have moments when he's a total jerk. Let's not forget he's only human, and we all have bad moments. Buuuuut, he’s the kind of father to go make a detour to buy his kids their favorite dinner (and yes, all of them, like before he comes home to Wayne Manor, I can see him go to différent take aways and bring back their favorite food haha).
Or like, remembering exactly what they’re into lately and looking stuffs up on the internet to get up to date. I bet sometimes they’d talk about a band or video games and Bruce would be like : “Oh yes, I particularly like the battle mode of this blahblahblah” and they’d all be stunned haha.  I think he has a special way of loving. It’s not always obvious, out there right in your face, but it’s most definitely there.
His children are his strength (as shown in many stories... In more stories in fact, that the ones that exists where he's a total dick to them). And he cares for them in his own way, which can sometimes appear cold and such, while it's just that he doesn't always know how to react. Like. We have to remember his background, it's not really surprising he has communication problems and such things. But he cares... So much.
He's thé kind of dad that goes out of his way to please his kids, even if said kids don't even notice the small things he does for them because ya know, hé just does it and they're used to it and it's only as they grow up they truly realize how out of his way he went for them etc etc. À discreet , pure and différent way of loving. He knows them, hé truly does. “You don’t even know me !” one of them would say after a fight, out of anger, and he would answer : “I do.” confidently, and they’d be like : “PROVE IT THEN !” and Bruce would enumerates everything he can think of about them. Favorite color, favorite meal, favorite book, favorite tv show, hobbies, crushes, fears etc etc...Anyway. Yes.
I just want scenes of him slowly learning how to be a father, and not being the best about it all the time, yet trying his best and it’s obvious he does. We forget sometimes what he went through, and what it truly means for him to adopt and take care of those kids. We forget often that he became Batman, mainly because he does not want any other kid to experience what he went through. Bruce as à father is far from perfect, and hé makes shit tons of mistakes, but he tries, and hé loves them deeply. I think that's why I really hate canon lately, they turned him into à mindless brute who genuinely abusés his kids. It's so, so, so bad, and goes against decades of stories. It's written by people that think "edgy" is à personality trait and what people nowadays love (which is totally false). I'm pretty sûre that for all the canon examples of him being à jerk to the Batkids, I can pull out about ten times more examples of him being à good dad. Again. He's flawed because he's human, and he's difficult to understand at times... But no one will ever make me believe he doesn't love his children with all his heart.
2. Young Jason being super surprised that Bruce is actually a very good cook because he always pictured filthy rich people never doing anything themselves...and Bruce being like : “You know, I was mostly raised by Alfred. Of course he would teach me basic house skills.” while flipping expertly the food in the pan. Alfred one day telling the kids something like : “Everyone always think Master Wayne is a bubbly idiot who cannot work his way around a house, but this is very wrong. He has been changing his own sheets ever since he was 7, and his parents already made sure that he would know what house work is, so he could treat the servants right by seeing how difficult it can be. When his parents died, I took care of him, and there was a long moment he would follow me around everywhere, maybe in fear that I would go, too...During those moments, I taught him a lot.” And then just Bruce showing à few things to his own kids, as à parallèlism to how him and Alfred were (and still are) ❤️.
3. A direct follow up of the one above, Bruce teaching his kids all kind of stuffs. How to play piano, how to fall without hurting yourself, how to cook, how to fight, how to ride a bike for those who didn’t know etc etc...A perfect mix of totally normal domestic stuffs, and of night vigilante stuffs. I bet he’d make up “escape games” for his kids on boring Sunday afternoons, because it’d develop a lot of their skills needed to be Robins (or whoever) AND is fun. I think the reverse totally works too, the kids teaching him things. Like, how to play that video game, how to use slang without sounding like an old man, how to paint his nails, blahblahblah. Just moments together, because they spend so much time with each others like, come on. They have hobbies too. And care about each others enough to want to know about it, and share stuffs etc etc. Growing together, ya know ?
4. More crossover moments with the entire family, not just one or two character : John Constantine being there to ask help for a thing (or not asking help but Bruce wouldn’t let anyone “tamper” with Gotham without him being there so...haha). Zatanna coming around to teach the kids some magic (just like her dad did with Bruce...not “real” magic but like, escape magic and all), or something. Green Arrow making à courtesy visit with his wife, son, and sidekicks. The Superfam and their strong bonds with the Batfam being shown more, and not always in that “rival” way. And like, all of them, not just one or two characters at a time. Sunday lunches at the Kent farm, gaming nights (to which Bruce is dragged to), friendly compétitions, blahblahblah.
5. “Baby” Dick having nightmares in the middle of the night of his parents’ death, and Bruce always being there. How Bruce understands and is always around for him. And reassures him. And on that note : I’m sure most of the kids have nightmares during the night, and Bruce becomes better and better over the years at soothing them. Oh also, if Dick, after he goes and lives in Bludhaven comes to sleep at Wayne Manor for any reasons and has a nightmare, Bruce will just automatically go to him...awkward and cute scene ensues haha.
6. Cass’ first words to Bruce. A very emotional scenes because...it’s the first time she speaks. And it’s clumsy and she’s not sure of herself, and her voice trembles a little. But she’s talking. I’m not sure what her first words would truly be, but most definitely something that touches Bruce. That move him. That make him realize how much he loves that kid.
7. Bruce taking Jason to a baseball game (pre-death Jason) for his birthday because that’s what the kid wanted as à gift. And then later, them going to a game once again after their reconciliation. A very big parallel between the two scènes ya know, as Bruce reminisces. Both end up with Jason hugging Bruce because his favorite team won. In the first scene it’s little 8/9 years old Jay excited and is all cute. In the post-death scene, it’s a grown up Jason who had been angry at Bruce for so long and finally forgave him, and who hugs Bruce without even realizing he does it, because he’s just happy...And it ends on Bruce’s face smiling like, he finally got his boy back.
8. Tim and Damian bonding. I hate it when they're only represented as hating each others 24/7. They had à rough start, sure. But they grew à lot... I just wish we could see them more actually learning to be brothers, accepting each others etc etc. Now of course they'd bicker. Like any siblings. But I bet they'd have à lot of common intérests and such. That they'd like to tease each others, but would genuinely like hanging out and all.
Also Tim is à very understanding sweet person, hé might be annoyed with Damian at first... But he would be amongst those who get it, ya know ? Who gives him time/à chance ? Like Bruce at first did everything wrong with Damian. He was harsh and violent and used intimidation (things Damian was too used to...) thinking he needed that to get Damian to lose his old ways (until he realized how wrong he was and apologzed and took à gentler way...ah that was good shit right there, Bruce acknowledging it all and trying to be better... Not like this current canon Bruce who's an asshole and never suffers any conséquences of it...). Well I think Tim would be more understanding and realize... Damian is just à kid. And Tim is à big brother now ? His older siblings were there for him, it's time for him to be there too. Know what I mean ? So yeah. I wish we'd have more of them actually being brothers and bonding.
Same for Dick and Jason. I wish we had more of them together before Jason's death, and after too... They've been brothers for à long time, their relationship from start to Jay's death to him coming back... Is so interesting. Also, same goes for Cassandra and any of them.
9. Tim getting genuinely interested about Wayne Enterprise, and going to work with Bruce. Asking à million questions and mimicking à lot of B's mannerisms. Dick never showed much intérest in the company, and Jason could've been à great "heir " to it all had he not die and all... I don't think neither Damian nor Cass would care much. But Tim ? First canonically he is interested. But even so, he's just that "type" of kid ya know ? I bet he'd be very excited about the charity side of it all, and find novel ways to to make the world a better place. After all Tim is thé only one of the Robins to not have à tragic background (at least at first, after je was also hit with loss and pain... ) when he first became Robin, and who helped Batman and all completely selflessly. Because it was the right thing to do, and for no other tragic reasons.
10. Damian learning/enjoying really normal basic things gives me life ? Like the boy grew up in such à specific environment, there's so many things he must've missed...Disney movies marathon, vidéo games, just having fun without any other purpose than to have fun (no training), knowing what it is to feel safe and warm... You know. I wish we'd just see Damian understanding and learning things he was just never given, that are just... Nice. Of course being Batman's son means his life can never be completely normal (and I'm not sure he could fully adapt to à normal life... People always seem to forgét the deep traumas he went through during his childhood, which is why he was how Hé was at first...aaaah Damian came à long way), but you know, hé can still expérience so many new things, with his siblings and all ? With his father who tries really hard ? With Alfred ? Just. Seeing truly Damian have that character development without backtracking on it all the time (you know how in canon stories he's à total brat, then gets better, then back to à friendless brat who hates everyone and so on and s forth :/). Seeing him wanting to become better, and actually having à nice évolution.

When I'm sad, I like to headcanon scènes about the Batfam, stuffs I wish we could see etc etc haha. Here's just à few I thought about today. I just.. Love them so much, love to share my love for them, and néed to escape current canon a lot haha. Anyway. Here we are.
PS : Sorry for any typo, I wrote this on my phone, and since I'm French, the autoccorect is changing almost every English words to French ones and I might've missed à few mistakes it made ( which drives me crazy haha. And is why I only put 10 "scènes" and not more... Ah, for another post ?).

Bats vs Supers
Prompt : It’s like your blood have these gene to fight the Super family. Like, what could possibly go wrong when the Supers go to the Manor?
A/N : Grammar mistakes of course. It’s actually Jason x reader, but meh.
Pairing : Batfam x Reader vs.  Superman/ Jon / Supergirl
Warnings: swearing, tiny families differences, fight(? , ends in fluff
Tumblr media
You couldn't believe your eyes, your father, aka, Batman vs Superman were going to beat their shit, again... but this time you knew exactly what happened, you knew it was going to be hilarious one day, but right now, you were scared.
To be honest, you were tired of this, you were tired of their fights, really, they were like 10. Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent could fight over a freaking cookie and turn the world upside down if they wanted, like if they just wanted to fight each other, oh and don't talk about how your dad's behavior after those fights, he was like the broken-hearted girl friend who didn't want to talk to him. At first it amazed you that he was actually the Batman, but now you just wanted to slap their perfect faces.
Rain was soaking your clothes as your hands were holding a wild Damian ready to punch Jon's face. Seriously God, why did you deserve all of these shit, today?!
Your gaze went straight to Kara in front of you, she was more than pissed, but she was enjoying every minute of this fight. Her hands were holding Jon tighter, you could easily said after seeing the holes under Jon's shoes. Well, heck. You said to yourself.
"What? You can even hold your tiny mini-me?" Kara said with a smirk when Damian was trying to escape your arms.
"Oh hell you didn't said that!" You and Damian said in one voice, both of your anger raised and for sure, your father and Clark were in the same page.
Three hours ago
"I don't get it Bruce, why do I have to stay?!" you told Bruce as you walked behind him through the Manor.
"I can’t hold Damian, but you can" he said not turning around.
"I'm not a nana Bruce... and I know Dick it's the ultimate babysister here" you told him with a chuckle.
"Y/N. Dick, Tim and Jason are busy, you are the only one around..." he told you while he searched for Alfred.
"Well... that's not true, what about Cass, Steph and Barbara?" you asked him.
"Y/N he is your brother"
"And?"
"And I need you this time, that's it"
"What if I go with Damian to somewhere else while you deal with Super-family"
"You know what happens when I’m alone, with Clark, Y/N"
"So, there's no other option, we are staying I liked it or not, right?" you told him with a scoff.
"And I think lady Y/N's detective genes are blooming" Alfred said when he walked inside the room.
"Y/N go for Damian, see you both here in 10, we gotta prepare everything" Bruce said while turning to Alfred.
"Are you kidding me?! Look for Damian it's like a living 'Where's Waldo?' " you said with a scoff.
"Tim found him in less than 10 minutes" Bruce said with a raised eyebrow and a smirk, it was your clue to ran in search for Damian, you had to break that record.
"Always works" Bruce said with a chuckle.
"Actually, no one has found Damian in less than 10 minutes" Alfred said with smile.
"She doesn't have to know that" Bruce said with a tiny laugh.
"Why we have to go?!" Jon and Kara said in one voice as they look at Clark walking around.
"Aren't you friends with Y/N and Damian?" Clark said with a raised eyebrow.
Both of the looked at each other as they thought for seconds.
"We are friends... for minutes without fighting" Kara said while rolling her eyes.
"Damian always fights dad, he's my friend... but he always do that" Jon said with a sad smile.
"Well, that makes three of us.. okay look, I need both of you, you know how Bruce and I fight over tiny things, so maybe, if our family is with us, maybe, we can avoid a fight, again" Clark said with a sigh.
“So why you don’t go with Lois?” Kara asked with a raised eyebrow
“She has work to do, but she will be there later” Said Clark with a smile.
"And what are we supposed to do?" Kara asked confused.
"Just, don't fight, please" Clark said with a pleading face.
"After these, I want a giant ice cream" Jon said with a stern face.
"I agree with Jon, so we want a double giant ice cream" said Kara with a smile.
"Deal, but no fights" Clark said with a smile.
"Is that a plane?"
"Is that a bird?"
"Wait no?! That's- Oh damn, I really wanted to be another thing, but you guys, are okay... I guess" Damian said after his eyes recognized the super family.
Bruce hit the back of his head with a face that clearly said ‘Damian, shut up’. So you chuckled after Damian’s face ‘You know it’s true, father’. God, you loved your family.
"I thought you were pretty robins, but you are just, flying rats" Jon said with a smirk.
“Jon” Clark said in his dad’s voice.
“What?! you know it’s true, you have said it yourself“ Jon said without thinking and the three of you looked at Clark shocked.
"Good to see you Bruce, shall we start?" Clark said trying to avoid the fight.
You looked at your dad and you saw his clenched jaw. He was trying not to start an argument.
"Yeah, come in" Bruce said trying to stay calm
The super family stepped inside the Major and your eyes locked with Kara's. You gotta be fucking kidding me, you thought to yourself, of all the people in the world, she came. Your friendship with her was really strange, sometimes you could be best friends and go out laughing and other days you were actual fighting with her, just like your dad. It was strange, just that.
"It's going to be the longest dinner of our lives" You told Damian after the super family walked in front of you, leaving you with Damian behind.
"Tt, father made a bet with me, sister" Damian told you with a playful smirk.
"oh, really? Today I won one, Tim is going to be pissed" you told him with another smirk.
"Father made a bet with me about the super brat fam" Damian said with a smirk, he knew you pretty well. Little jerk.
"What about it?" you asked him curious while you both start walking behind your guests.
"Don't punch them" Damian told you with a wide smile, damn. He knew you, and damn, you wanted to won that bet too, but it was actually difficult with Kara here.
"What's the prize?" You asked Damian, maybe you could break that bet.
"We can have a new pet" He told you with another smile.
"Deal, no punching" you said with a smirk, you couldn't let this pass, you wanted a pet.
After an hour talking, finally Bruce and Clark were ending, peacefully. Well, in all that full hour many things were said between everyone, stupid things actually, you punched multiple times Damian's leg when he was about to start a fight with Jon, and it was ridiculous, he wanted to fight the boy because he pet Titus or because he took the last cookie (well, you understand that part, Alfred cookies are a treasure).
In other hand, your father's and Clark's jaws were clenched, they might be talking peacefully, but they were more than pissed.
And well, Kara was playing with few sentences around you, and of course Damian kicked you many times under the table to not fight her, she was talking about how good she was, she could lift cars, she could fly, she didn't need any of your toys to fight. You were more than ready to stab her with the fucking fork, until Bruce looked at you with a Bat glare.
So you tried to stay calm, your hand was clutching the cloth in your hands trying comfort your anger, you looked at Bruce hands and you chuckled, he was doing the same, you looked at Damian and he was doing the same thing, you wanted to laugh, this was a strong game for the Wayne's.
Who will crack first?
"Well, for the record Bruce, by far this has been a pretty calm evening" said Clark with a smile.
"Are you saying that it's weird that we stay calm?" Bruce said curious.
No, Dad please stop. You thought as you looked at your father with wide eyes.
"Well, calm isn't the word that could define a 'Wayne' " Kara said as if it meant nothing, how wrong she was, she was reaching the point of no return.
"What word will be the best for a 'Wayne' then?" you asked her with a raised eyebrow and Damian looked at you the same way you looked at Bruce before.
"Drama Queens" Damian heard Jon said under his breath.
"I'm sorry, what did you said farm boy?" Damian said with a curious look.
"I can be a farm boy, at least I'm not a flying creepy rat" Jon said with a scoff
Oh hell, they were getting there.
"There goes our calm evening" Clark said under his breath.
"Tell me if I'm wrong, but I could swear you are implying that my kids are breaking your 'calm evening' " Bruce said with anger in his voice.
"Bruce, I don't mean that! But now this is nothing but calm!" Clark said with a scoff and both of his eyebrows went high until they reached his hairline.
"For the record Clark, your family was the one who started" Bruce said with a smirk
"Don't you dare to blame us, Bat" Clark said with a scoff, but you knew he was getting pissed.
"But I dare, because you are in my house Clark, and all night your family had play with mine to get in our nerves" said Bruce with a glare.
"WE never start fights, Bruce" Clark said getting more pissed.
"Oh, really? guess what? your boy dug his grave when he called Damian 'flying rat' and so far Y/N it's not less than Kara" Bruce said and you and Damian looked at your father, you were more than proud.
"Really, Bruce? two can play the same game. Your family always fights mine, no matter what, over a cookie or death glare contest! We were here to discuss your problem with the Joker and the Scarecrow! not our families!" Clark said with a glare.
"My problem with those two it's mine and not yours! we were here to discuss all the villain out there, alien" Bruce said with a smirk because, everyone knew, Clark hated that word.
"You want to fight Joker lover, bring it" Clark said as he raised up.
"Dad no..." you told Bruce before he raised, he looked at you and Damian, you were not going to crack over them.
"What Y/N, do you agree that your father loves the Joker?" Kara said and well, you crack there.
"You know Dad?, do your own business while I make mines" you said and Bruce and you stand up beside him.
"Tt, Sister" Damian told you while his hand grabbed your bicep "We can't break the bet" he told you under his breath.
"Aren't you old enough to deal with your own problems, demon?" Jon asked with a chuckle.
"Nevermind, sis" Damian told you as he glared at Jon.
"Master Bruce, I will not stand this again" Alfred said and everyone looked at him "Cleaning the Manor it's exhausting, deal with your differences outside" He told everyone as he leaved the dinner room.
And so, that's why you are outside the Manor, trying to hold Damian the longest time you can, you thought that maybe you could chill things, but no, your family has no chill, and more less when these super fam is trying to die.
"Your sister can hold you forever!" Jon said with, literal, red eyes.
"You know what? he's right" you told Damian and you free him.
In matter of seconds they were fighting each other on the ground, and soon you felt someone grabbing you by your hoodie, you looked at Kara and she had red eyes too.
"It doesn't surprise me, you can't fight like a human" you told her with a scoff.
"Let's fight your way then, but no toys Y/N" she told you and soon her eyes were blue again.
You didn't gave her time to react, you gave her a punch right in her face, oh she didn't saw that coming, and it was glorious for you, finally you did what you craved.
"Bring it, Supergirl" you told her with a shitty grin
And it was her sign to start fighting against you. You can’t lie, fighting against someone like her was hard, really hard, this guys doesn't get tired as a normal people, because of course, they're not, but you were trying your best to act like them. Your father was right, this was your home, and you will not lose in it.
One hour of punching, kicking and screaming and still you were on your feet. Blood was coming from your lip, eyebrows, hairline and nose, you had some bruises and your body grew tired every passing second, but looking at Kara made you feel better, you really did a great job, I mean, she could be all fresh with some dust in her hair, but you really had an actual fight with her. Damian and Bruce were doing their best too, what could you say? you have been all your life training and -
"What the fuck is happening?!" you heard Dick's voice and you turned around.
You shouldn't had done that, never give your back to your enemy. Kara launched herself to you, pinning you down and holy fuck, you must have pissed her off, because she was ready to make a big hole in your head.
Someone took her away from you, Dick of course and he tried to calm her, you sit on the ground, but seconds after you felt someone carrying you inside the Manor, but you didn't fight any longer, you were tired, your were bleeding, you knew you were in Jason's arms so, why fight?
Your eyes looked at Tim trying to hold Damian while the Super boy (that Jackass, but other story for another time), trying  to pull Jon away from Damian. It was pretty funny when you thought about it. Then your gaze drifted to your father, he was being pulled away by Alfred while Lois was trying to calm Clark.
"Care to explain?" Jason told you after he settle you on the couch, he went from some First Aid kit and return to clean your wounds.
"Hello my love, good to see you too... really need an explanation? We always fight" you told him with a chuckle.
"I know the fighting thing, but this time you all came too far" Jason told you before he started stitching up your eyebrow. "For the record, I love you too" he told you with a smile.
"Drake! Put me down!" you heard Damian's voice coming closer.
Tim placed Damian beside you and you chuckled when you saw him, he had the deepest frown on his face, he was way too cute when he was mad.
"Who won?" you asked your brother with a half smile, Jason was still patching your wounds so you tried not to groan at the pain.
"You really need an answer, Sis? I always- "
"That's enough! We leave you for hours. HOURS and you already did a freaking war in the backyard! What's wrong with you!?" Dick said walking inside the room.
You looked at Damian and you felt a little bad, you really made a chaos in hours just because some stupid words.
"Alfred I don't need more scolding!" you heard your father's voice.
Everyone looked at the door, Alfred came in, holding Bruce by his ear (you live for this moments), he placed Bruce beside Damian. The three of you were a bloody mess, Jason gave you a kiss on your forehead before he got up. Tim, Dick, Alfred and Jason were looking at the three family members on the couch.
"Master Bruce. I know you tend to fight with Mr. Kent, but this time you ALL went too far." he said with with a tired voice. "it is your home, but they are your guest, sir. You can't treat them like that. Clean up and apologize to them" Alfred said.
There wasn't a single force on Earth that could fight Alfred, he was always right and so you all felt more guilty. You thought about your actions and you felt more and more bad with yourself, you really need it to apologize to the Supers.
Jason helped with your wounds while Dick helped Damian. Tim was with Bruce. Alfred went outside the room, he was going to apologize to the Clark's family, but he stopped himself when he heard Lois doing that job.
Minutes later the three of you came out from the room, 'cleaner' than before. And you looked at the family in front of you. You wanted to make a winning-dance, when you saw Kara's face but you hold it, this wasn't the time.
"I want to apologize for our behavior, Clark. We went too far" Bruce said and he looked at you and Damian, like 'Help me here, Batman never do apologies'
"You might be in our home, but that doesn't give us the right to treat you like, well, like we did back there" You told them with a half smile.
You looked at your side, Damian was still not having any of these shit, so you nudged him with your elbow.
"Yeah, we are sorry, okay? we truly apologize" He told them with a serious tone, you were amazed by that, to be honest.
"Hey, we are in the same ground here, we didn't have the right to said all those things or to get in your nerves" Clark said and Lois smiled at his husband.
Minutes passed from apologies and some few chats between the families. But they realized it was time to leave. The Bat family arrived to the room as Alfred said few scolding but ending with a speech about how proud he was with the ending of the troubles. Jason tangled his hand with yours as he kissed your temple.
"So, next time you are going to fight her?" Jason told you with a chuckle
"Well, I don't know, I hope I do, it's a really good chance to train" you told him with another chuckle.
"Well, as long as you don't get close to that brat Super Boy, I'm fine with that" Jason told you with a smile.
"Jealous much, Todd?" you asked him with a smirk
"Me? I'm never jealous" he said with a scoff
"Tt so you don't care I gave Y/N's number to Jon? That Super Boy asked him for it" Damian said while sitting beside you.
"You did what, demon?!" Jason said with eyes wide open.
"What? you said you weren't jealous" Damian said with a smirk, he leaned his head in your shoulder and you smiled.
"Please! Don't fight right now! I really want to watch this show!" said Tim when he placed himself beside Jason.
"The only show you will see is how I kick the Demon's ass" Jason said with a hiss.
"Touch him and you will regret it, Todd" you told him with a playful glare.
"How are the two of you so damn close?" Dick said when he returned with his 'Batman- Lego' pijamas. He made a gesture to Damian to move so he could sit beside him.
"She's my sister, Grayson" Damian said with a glare.
"We are your brothers, Damian" Dick said with a smile.
"Whatever! Don't fight and everyone shut up now!" Tim said having enough of his family.
After all, it was the monthly sleep over for the Bat Family, you were all together watching (Y/F/TVS), nothing in the world could take this away from you. Soon, you and Damian felt asleep, you were more than tired, you don't know how many time passed, but the only thing you knew was that now, you were in Jason's arms, warm and safe.

I have this headcanon with the reader younger damian wayne — soulmate au where the words your soulmate first says to you are on your wrist. How would the batfam react to his super cute soulmate? How would Talia react?
okay I have a confession to make; I love soulmate aus so much. it’s just the most adorable concept and I love reading different takes on it with different characters and story worlds and I just !!! which is weird because I definitely do not believe in soulmates in real life lmao. soulmate aus are good and pure and I love them.
I got really into this idea so here’s a one shot ft. aged up!damian (like… 18?? 20??? idk he’s “young adult” aged) because I don’t write romantic stuff about really young characters! (this is more focused on damian meeting his soulmate for the first time, but I can always do a part two if you want)
Soulmates are not part of Talia al Ghul’s vision for her son’s future. If Damian is going to be the leader his mother and grandfather expect him to be, he doesn’t have time to chase after romance. Every member of the League keeps their soulmark covered – to display it would be a sign of weakness, a hint as to the wearer’s identity. Talia won’t even let Damian see her own mark, won’t even tell him if his father was her soulmate. It doesn’t matter, she tells him. All that matters is the cause, his training, his potential.
He grows up with a black ribbon tied around his wrist, hiding words in a language he does not know, but will later learn to recognize as English.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, a young family in Gotham worries over the words on their baby’s wrist. Your parents can’t help but wonder what situation you could possibly meet your soulmate in that would lead to those first words; Don’t be scared. I’ll protect you.
You don’t think anything of it at first. Soulmates in American society are not only accepted, but cherished. Every little kid wears their soulmark with pride, daydreaming about the day they’ll hear the words out loud. It’s become a common game on playgrounds, trying to guess what your soulmate will look like, how you’ll meet them, how old you’ll be when you find them. You’re still too young to realize that, while all of your friends have simple phrases like, Did you catch the homework assignment? or Is this seat taken? your words are much less mundane.
As Damian grows older, he rarely thinks about his words, and spares even less thought for the person they supposedly connect him to. He serves a greater purpose; soulmates are beneath him, romance a meaningless distraction. He has a destiny far greater than a sentence inked into his skin.
Still, when he begins to learn foreign languages, he can’t help but read his mark, purely out of curiosity. He’s puzzled, has to double check to make sure he got the words right. Are you an angel? It doesn’t make any sense. He almost asks Talia about it, but is afraid she’ll be displeased with him for wasting his time.
It isn’t until you’re a bit older that you start to worry about the words on your wrist. You’re at a party with several of your friends, and while they giggle and gush and try to guess how each of them will meet their soulmate, you stare down at the black letters on your skin, wondering why on Earth you would be scared when you meet yours.
You’re ten when the first of your classmates meets their soulmate – a girl whose soulmate moved in right next door to her, whose first words were, Hey, can I use your swing set? They’re unusually young, but sometimes that’s just how these things work out. From that day on, they’re inseparable. You wonder if that is what it means to have a soulmate; someone you never get tired of, no matter how often you see them. You glance down at your wrist, and for the first time, you are afraid to find out.
When Damian leaves the League, his mother, and his grandfather behind to pursue a new life as a Wayne, one of the biggest culture shocks is how different the attitude toward soulmates is. When he’s not wearing the cowl, Bruce often leaves his mark uncovered, as if he doesn’t care who sees it. Dick, who doesn’t seem to own anything besides T-shirts, almost never keeps his covered. Tim, to Damian’s total surprise, has already found his soulmate, although he explains grimly that he doesn’t see them much these days.
None of them comment on the fact that Damian still keeps his mark hidden. He rarely looks at it even when he’s alone, but sometimes he finds himself tracing the letters, and for the first time he let’s himself wonder who his soulmate is, where they are, what they’re like. He quickly pushes the thoughts away. Even in a new city, under a new name, he’s still the same boy. He’s still a warrior, and he does not need anyone.
When you’re in high school, soulmates suddenly start to feel a lot more real. As your friends and classmates, one by one, start to find their other halves, you shy away from the excitement. You start to cover your mark – it’s too weird, the words too unusual, and you’re tired of answering questions, tired of seeing people’s worried glances when they read it for the first time. You start to consciously prepare yourself for danger, taking self defense classes and staying to the clean, well-lit parts of town on your walk home from school.
You wonder if you should stop watching the news. Maybe all of these stories about the rising violent crime rates in Gotham are making you paranoid. But you can’t help but wonder what you’ll do if your soulmate turns out to be one of the criminals you keep seeing on TV. Would you love them anyway because you were meant to? The older you get, the less you want to know the answer to that question.
The first time Damian shows his soulmark to anyone is at his father’s memorial service.
More specifically, it’s after the service, when everyone but him and Dick has already started to make their way home. He knows that Dick is ready to leave, but that he won’t until Damian is ready. He reaches to touch the plaque, his father’s name, and his sleeve falls back.
“Hey, your mark is showing.” Dick grins, despite his red eyes. “I wasn’t even sure you had one.”
Damian looks down at the words, suddenly angry and not quite sure why. “It doesn’t matter. It’s stupid.”
“You’re right.” Dick nudges his shoulder. “Anyone who would mistake you for an angel is stupid.” But he puts an arm around Damian’s shoulders anyway, and for once Damian doesn’t shrug it off.
After you graduate from high school, soulmates and soulmarks seem much less urgent. It only takes a few weeks after moving out to show you that in the real world, people have more immediate problems than finding their eternal companions. Problems like having to pay your own rent. And applying for dozens of jobs in the hopes that, if you’re lucky, a handful of them will call you back for an interview. And scraping together some semblance of a plan for your adult life.
You still keep the mark covered, more out of habit than anything else. You can almost forget about the words, about their ominous meaning, about the look on your mother’s face the one time you asked her if she thought your soulmate might be dangerous.
Almost. And in the end, that’s your mistake. You settle into a sense of comfort, get a little more careless than you should. You take a shortcut through the wrong part of town one night, and that’s where it all goes sideways.
Damian is a grown man now, and he’s still in Gotham. He outgrew the Robin suit long ago, but he’s not sure who he is without it yet. A protector, he supposes. Someone who just wants to keep people safe. A disappointment to at least one half of his family, quite possibly. There’s no way of knowing for sure – he hasn’t seen Talia in a long time.
It’s mere coincidence that he was nearby when you screamed, just happened to be patrolling that neighborhood. He finds you in one of the city’s many dark corners, backed against a wall by two thugs so thick they didn’t even bother to cover their faces. You’re trying to fight them off, and he can tell from his position on a nearby rooftop that you aren’t untrained – you know how to handle yourself in a fight, but two on one is hardly fair, and both of these men are quite a bit bigger than you. He drops down on top of one just as the other shoves you back, your head hitting the wall with a sickening crack.
When you come to, someone is kneeling over you, hands running over your face and neck searching for bruises. His mask covers part of his face, but you can still plainly see that he’s attractive, and between the cape and the streetlights shining behind him, he looks like an angel of mercy. Either that or an angel of death, come to shepherd you into the afterlife. You aren’t sure. Those guys hit you pretty hard.
“Don’t be scared,” he says softly. “I’ll protect you.”
You’re so stunned from the blow to your head that you barely register the words, much less realize how significant they are. Instead, you reach up, weakly gripping his arm, and manage to get out the first question to come into your mind.
“Are you an angel?”
He looks at you like you’ve just slapped him, and you’re just barely conscience enough to wonder if you said something wrong. But before you can speak again he snatches your hand up in his, pushing your jacket sleeve back so he can run his thumb over the words on your wrist. He looks up at you, and for a moment your poor broken brain thinks that he’s going to kiss you. Of course he’s not, you rationalize a moment later. The poor kid looks like he’s going to cry.
“It’s okay.” You manage to lift a hand to his face, not sure why you feel so compelled to comfort this stranger. “It’s going to be okay.”
And then you roll over onto your side and throw up into the street.
You wake up in a hospital bed with vague memories of being carried over the rooftops by an angel. Your head feels like someone used it as a soccer ball. No less then a minute later a nurse arrives and fills you in on the whole situation. You got mugged last night and ended up with a pretty nasty concussion. It was pure luck that that nice young man had happened to find you when he did. Otherwise you might not have made it.
The encounter comes back to you all at once, and realization hits you like a truck. Holy shit. Holy shit.
“What young man?” You try not to sound as desperate as you feel. “Did he leave a name?”
“I’m not sure, honey. I’ll have to check the records downstairs.” The nurse smiles and gestures to your bedside table. “He did leave those, though. And look, there’s a card.”
You’re met with a huge bouquet of deep red roses that absolutely reek of overkill, but the gesture puts a smile on your face anyway. I’m guessing he doesn’t do this very often. Getting your concussed brain to focus on the writing inside the card take a few seconds, but finally you’re able to make out the words.
Get well. I’ll see you around.
The nurse leans around you to fluff your pillows. “Good news?”
“Yeah.” You can’t help the slow smile that spreads across your face. “I’ve got a date.”
