Pairing: Bucky Barnes x Reader

Summary: An old face from Bucky's past makes a sudden appearance once again, Bucky works towards fixing his past mistakes.

You round the corner entering the grocery store, strolling up and down the aisles absentmindedly, you make your way into the next aisle when you hear a familiar voice.

"Y/N?"

you turn, shock covering your face as you look the person in the face, he looks different now, more clean and calm, Bucky stares at you another man stood by his side.

"No" You whisper, Bucky steps towards you, you move without thinking dropping everything you were holding as you ran out the store, you could hear Bucky calling you but you just kept going not daring to look back.

You kept running until his voice couldn't be heard any longer, you slowed down turning to check if the coast was clear, a sigh of relief existing as you saw you were alone.

instead of going back to that grocery store you decided to walk across town going to a different store, the walk was long but eventually you found your way home, climbing the stairs to your apartment you unlocked the door, entering you made sure to check every lock before heading to the kitchen dropping the bags onto the counter, deciding a shower would be the best thing you left the shopping and made your way to the bathroom striping of your layers and jumping in the shower, the water flowing down your body.

Your thoughts were consumed by seeing him again, what was he doing here? how did he get out? who was that man? all these questions swirled round, the water began running cold as you finished washing the soap out of your hair, hoping out and wrapping a towel round your body and grabbing the pjs you'd laid out throwing them back and going back into the kitchen to unpack your bags.

however when you entered the kitchen the bags were missing, your guard went up and you grabbed the gun you kept in cabinet by the wall, slowly walking through the apartment you looked round, etching your way into the living room, Bucky was stood in the middle of the room his arms now raised as he look at you.

"Hey Y/N, why don't you just calm down" He spoke softly, you continued to stare at him, your anger increasing by the second, you dropped your gun, charging at the man, you there a bunch as his arms went to block his face, throwing your leg you swept his and he fell to the floor you grabbed a vase of the coffee table in front of you slamming it down Bucky moved his face, he grabbed you and threw you off him.

"Y/N stop!" he yelled at you.

"You broke into my fucking house!" You spoke, grabbing shard of the vase throwing it at him he blocked running at you grabbing your arms, slamming you against the wall, you began to struggle before looking him in the face.

"Get off me!" You whispered.

"Only if you promise you won't attack me and we can talk, please"

You contemplated his word, settling slightly, he let out breathe letting going your arms and stepping away from you, a silence fell over the two of you, you motioned towards one of the chairs in the living room, Bucky took the hint and sat down, you sat on a chair at the opposite end of the living room.

"Why are you here Barnes?" You asked ebbing your hands together.

"Im trying to fix my mistake and when I saw you in the store, I remembered everything that happened between us." He replied slowly, doing eye contact slightly, you stifled a laugh as you looked at him.

"What you think saying sorry is going to fix everything?" You looked Bucky in the eyes, he looked down again.

"No, I don't, but I want to try" He replied, finally looking at you properly, you got up leaving the room, Bucky sighed getting up but stopped when he saw you re-enter with two glasses and some whisky, you poured the amber liquid into the glasses sliding one over to him and sitting back down.

"Go on"

"Okay... I wanted to apologise for everything that happened between us, all the fighting and especially abandoning you, I wasn't in control and I know that no excuse but hurting you is one of my biggest regrets." He finished speaking.

"You left me there, you just left!" You whispered voice shaking slightly at the end, Bucky got up coming to kneel infant of you.

"I'm so sorry, Y/N, I didn't know what was going on, half the time we were with HYDRA we weren't ourselves and when Steve found me I got to start over" He said, holding onto your hands.

"I get that Bucky, I do but it doesn't stop it from hurting, not to mention the blip, that was the only way I got out, everyone was gone and I got to escape." You said, holding onto his hand even tighter, tears slightly building up.

"The blip was a difficult timeout it's over now, we both get to change things."

You looked him in the eyes.

"So no more Winter Soldier?" You asked.

"No more Winter Soldier, just Bucky Barnes" He whispered, smiling up at you.

"You have a lot of making up to got it"

"Got it"

Bucky came around a lot more since that day, the two of you would enjoy dinners together, he introduced you to Sam and slowly the past started to patch itself together.

Tonight you and Bucky were hanging out in your apartment, he came over for dinner having cooked lasagne, the two of you were now sat on the sofa watching a movie.

Bucky's arm was behind you as your curled yourself up getting closer to him.

"Okay you keep watching I have to go get ready for bed" You spoke, getting up patting his knee, he watched you leave as you waltzed into your bedroom stripping your clothes off and chucking them in the hamper, you stood in your room in your underwear as you search for a set of pajamas to put on.

"God I forgot how good you looked"

You turned around surprised to see Bucky's figure in the door way, your hands went to your chest as you covered yourself.

"Bucky what-" you began before he interrupted you.

"What, you gone shy on me now sweetheart?"

He was taunting you, you uncrossed your arms, your head held much higher.

"There she is"

"Shut up Bucky what are you doing?" You asked stepping towards him, his gaze going down to keep with your eyes, you were now inches away from him, he raised his hand to your cheek, caressing it slightly

"You're so beautiful" he whispered leaning in.

"Bucky please" You pleaded as you leaned in his touch, hands going to his chest, he smiled before connecting your lips with his, the kiss was gentle and slow and then he pulled you closer to him holding your hips; as your arms wound themselves around his necks, the kiss growing more intense and hungry.

"You're wearing too many clothes it's not fair" You spoke leaning back as you pulled at his shirt, he reached down throwing his shirt off as you undid his belt he maintained eye contact as he removed his jeans now the two of you stood in just underwear, he stepped forward leaning down towards your neck, kissing down slowly slipping down your bra strap till his hand was on the buckle.

"God Bucky" You moaned as your bra fell to the floor and Bucky's mouth clasped around your nipple.

You held his head pulling him up as you stepped back, turning the two of you, pushing him down and straddling his lap.

"Hi" You whispered.

"Hey" Bucky replied smiling up at you, you leaned back in kissing one another, your hand moved down his body as you palmed his growing erection, he moaned into your mouth, your hand went into his underwear grabbing his erection as your hand started moving up and down.

"Bucky-" you began.

"I know sweetheart, me too" he completed your sentence, you looked at each other as your climaxes hit, helping one another, Bucky slowed, head against your chest.

"You okay?" You asked, Bucky hummed, pulling out he sat up pecking you in the lips before he went to your bathroom, coming back and cleaning you up, you hissed at the touch smiling down at him, he chuckled the cloth into the hamper before relaxing back into the bed, you leaned into his chest, his arm around you once again.

"Bucky, I'm glad we found each other again" You spoke softly, he looked down at you, adoration in his eyes.

"I'm glad too, and I know this doesn't make up for everything but I hope it's a start" He said stroking your hair.

"Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time for that" you said leaning back down, Bucky smiled, the two of you relaxing into the bed.

You stood at the doors hands straightening out the skirt of your dress as you patiently waited, Kiara came up beside you.

"You look beautiful Y/N" She said smiling at you, you turned to her giving her smile.

"Just nerves ya know" You said slightly chuckling at her.

"You know we could always still run if you wanted" She said, nudging you in the side, you both laughed a bit more as Sarah came up behind the two of you.

"You ready?" She asked, you looked down gripping your bouquet tighter, taking a deep breathe in as you held your head high.

Both Kiara and Sarah looked at one another, taking their places in front of you as the doors to the ceremony hall opened up, the warmth of the room wafting out, light filled your path, the two girl a head moved forward waiting a few second you slowly began your way down the aisle, the soft melody of violins filled your ears.

Your train ran across the floor as you took gentle steps forward looking round to see your friends and family scattered across the benches.

The girls started to step over to the left as they stood beside the alter, you could see John B and Pope stood to the right smiling like crazy and finally you stepped up the small incline in front of you as you faced JJ, he looked at you with such adoration in his eyes, a smile from ear to ear as he played with him hand nervously.

"You look so beautiful" He whispered leaning forwards making eye contact with you, you smiled at him mouthing the words 'You too'. You both turned to the officiant.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate the union of Y/N Y/L/N and JJ Maybank, and bear witness to their love and marriage." The officiant began, you would give small glances over to JJ every now and then catching him smiling at you as the officiant kept speaking.

"Now for the vows, who would like to go first?" He asked you and JJ look at each other and you decided you'd go first.

"Here I go... JJ I always dreamed of the day I got married, with my dress and the dances, but nothing could have prepared me for the absolute joy of marrying you, from the first time we met you have been a light in my life, always there to cheer me up and hold me when I needed you and I couldn't imagine my life without you now, I look forward to what the future holds for us and to love you for the rest of my life." You spoke voice slightly shaking as you saw tears build in JJ's eyes.

He took a deep breathe before he spoke.

"Y/N, not a lot of people have given me as many chances as you have if any, but you've always been there for me, through every crazy adventure and reckless thing I did, you were always there to patch me up and show me what the true meaning of love is and I'm blessed to have found someone as amazing as you." He finishes, for a moment both of you just stared at one another, before the officiant spoke again and you tuned to him.

"Now Do you JJ Maybank take Y/n Y/L/N as you wife to have and told hold in sickness and in health till death do you part?" He asked.

JJ looked you in the eyes as he spoke.

"I do"

"And do you Y/N Y/L/N take JJ Maybank as your husband to have and to hold, in sickness and in health till death do you part?"

"I do" You said smiling at JJ.

"Well then I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss the bride." He spoke, JJ turned quickly, sweeping you off your feet as he pulled you in, your lipping connecting now, everyone stood, clapping and cheering, you could hear John B whistling, as JJ put you down, forehead pressed against yours.

The two of you held hands as you ran down the aisle.

The reception was lovely, a small outside venue, covered in little lights and flowers the breeze from the waters dashing across the occupied space.

JJ held you close as the music played, eyes on you, your body's flowing across the floor with one another, the remaining guests surrounding you yet it felt as though it were just the two of you alone in your own world.

"I love you JJ" You whispered looking up at him.

"I love you more" He replied leaning in and kissing you, the two of you were separated by your friends.

"Think the nights coming to end don't you guys?" Pope questioned smiling at JJ, he smiled back, grabbing your hand.

"Lets get our honeymoon started wife" He spoke smirking as he pulled you away from the others into the night.

"I would love to carry this on but I think a first date is in order" He proposed to you, a awkward smile etching its way across his face.

"I would love that Dr Reid, but for now I think we should get back to the team don't you" You replied, he let out a little laugh at your comment, he went back to your door opening it for you, you smiled at him before leaving the office.

The two of you couldn't stop smiling the rest of the day.

The snow was starting to fall hard around you, the car humming quietly, you looked back to the rear seats of the car, two bodies inside quiet as mice, probably exhausted from the running and fighting.

It was a man and by the sound of it a girl too, they needed help, you round the corner your gun in hand, you see a massive infected onto of the guys, whilst the girl is being backed into a corner, you line up a shot leaning on the ground, you've got a clear shot so you take it shooting the big one straight in the head, it lands on the guy bas he quickly rolls it away grabbing his own gun before he starts letting out every once of rage on the other infected before it got to the girl.

"Hey man, I think it's dead!" You yelled, putting your gun away approaching the two, the man points his gun to you pushing the girl behind him.

"Who the fuck are you!?" He yells, you put your hands up showing you mean no harm as you look behind him at the girl.

"I'm the one that shot the big fucker of ya okay" You explained waiting for his responses as he stared you down still holding his gun up to you, turning to the girl, looking over her before walking over to you.

"You should've shot the other one I was fine you should've helped her!"

You stared up at the man, laughing bitterly.

"Jeez man, that thing was gonna kill you way before his friend got to your daughter okay"

"I'm not his daughter, just tagging along ya know, I'm Ellie" The girl now known as Ellie waved over to you.

"Hi Ellie, I'm Y/N, y'all are a bit far out for comfort you got a place to stay"

"Yes" The man says, Ellie knocks him in the arm before stepping in front of him.

"No we don't actually"

You look between em both before beginning to walk.

"Come on you both look exhausted, you can stay with me for the night" You offered looking back at them.

"No way, we'll be fine" The man replied.

"Don't mind him, we'd love to join you" Ellie spoke as she walked up to you, the two of you looked over to Joel expectedly, he huffed looking at Ellie before going the two of you. You all walked out, entering your car as Ellie and the man got in the back, and off you went back to your home.

You pulled into the front of your home, it was a farm house you'd found a couple months back, with a little love you'd manage to make it lovable again. You hopped out the car gently knocking on the window. Ellie and the man woke with a jolt looking around, calming down more when they saw you, they joined you entering the house, dropping their bags.

"Okay, the kitchen is through there, this is the living room obviously, the bathrooms upstairs, the showers really iffy but it works ok enough and finally there's two rooms in this house so Ellie you can sleep in my room it the one at the end of the hall and you can sleep in the other." You spoke pointing around the house, the pair looked around curiously, Ellie grabbed her bag off the floor running up to the bedroom thanking you as she ran past, you smiled watching her figure disappear, turning to the man standing awkwardly in the middle of the room.

"So...you got a name?" You asked, he turned to you looking up and down.

"Joel" He replied.

"Well Joel, you wanna go up to your room get comfortable? I'll make us some dinner" You proposed, grabbing Joel's bag, holding it out for him to take.

"Where are you sleeping'" He asked taking his bag from your hand. You pointed over to the couch, he looked back nodding his head slowly, he stood there looking at you like he wanted to say something but he just ended up huffing a thank you and shuffled past heading up to his room, you watched him and sighed going to the kitchen, beginning to make dinner for the three of you.

You could hear muffled whispers, then steps of the two people upstairs separating, smiling to yourself you put your concentration back on dinner, gleefully humming away, you plated everything up taking it over to the little dinning table.

"Dinner!" You yelled, standing there as you heard the echo of running through the house as Ellie made her way to you, Joel following, stomping down the stairs, they both looked over the plates of food you'd prepared eyes widening.

"Hope you guys like chilli" You said sitting down, Joel and Ellie joined you at the table, Ellie began taking spoonfuls, groaning happily.

"Ellie slow down and say thank you" Joel nudged the young girl, before nodding his head toward you, Ellie halted before wiping her mouth with her sleeve.

"Oh shit right, thank you Y/N" She said going back to her food but now keeping a steady pace, you smiled at her.

"Thank you, this is the first proper food we've had in a while" Joel said as he began to eat, you smiled at him too, the sound of eating filled the air, it had been a while since you'd had a dinner like this, it was nice.

Joel wiped his mouth and began speaking to you. "You live here alone then?"

"Oh uh yeah, been alone for quite some time but I found this place and decided I might as well call it home ya know safe space plenty of food."

"Don't ya get lonely" Ellie asked, looking over at you.

"Sometimes but I try not to think about it too much" You replied slowly eating your food.

"So you wouldn't mind the company?" Ellie asked, yelping as she looked over to Joel.

"Why'd you kick me?"

"Don't be rude, Y/N ignore her please we'll be out of your hair by tomorrow" He spoke giving you an apologetic look.

"I wouldn't actually mind if you guys wanna stay for a bit it's all good with me" You replied, standing from the table as you began to clean up, Joel quickly joined you walking to the kitchen.

"Are ya sure? we wouldn't wanna impose"He said placing the bowls in the sink, you turned to him smiling.

"Joel your all good stay as long as you want"

"Thank you" He said smiling down at you.

It had been three days since Ellie and Joel had joined you and it was going great , they'd been helping out around the place, Joel fixed the fence, you and Ellie would practice shooting and you'd all enjoy dinner together in the evenings.

On occasion you'd notice Joel stealing little glances at you at the dinner table, or watching you when you were making dinner, he'd even sit very close to you when you were reading on the couch, but you decided to pay no mind to it.

Today Joel was helping Ellie with her target practice, you waked up to the pair of them.

"Guys, lunch time" You announced, Ellie looked back at you, running back to the house.

"Ellie!" Joel yelled, much to his dismay, she'd already got inside, you two laughed at her, you turned to Joel as he picked up Ellies gun.

"You wanna have a go, I know your aims good but a little practice never hurt right?" He asked holding the gun out, you smirked grabbing the gun, aiming it towards the cans, you slowed your breathing making your shot and hitting the left can straight on the mark, Joel clapped his hands laughing.

"That was amazing, ya know if you change your stance slightly you'd shake less" He said as walked up to you, placing his hands on your hips, pulling close to you, you could feel the heat start to rise to your face, his breathe fanning across you neck, he held your arms aiming your gun.

"Okay now shoot"

You shot the mark again, turning to him smiling, he turned also, your faces inches away from one another, he looked into your eyes, you looked down at his lips.

"Joel" You whispered, he quickly superheated from you, suddenly your body went cold.

"Uh, I, we should uh we should go inside, lunch will get cold" He spoke, now avoiding eye contact"

You hummed walking back to the house as Joel followed you slowly, neither of you spoke that lunch, Ellie happily talking as you two were reliving what had just happened.

The evening was quickly approaching and with it came a storm , the house rattled slightly, you and Joel worked together to boarder up the windows and doors, once you were finished you all got ready for bed, you wished Ellie a good evening checking on her in the room, you walked down the hall knocking on Joel's door, he answered glad in boxers and a vest shirt.

"Hey just wanted to wish you a goodnight"

"You gonna be okay sleeping downstairs?"

"Oh uh yeah I'll be fine" You replied slightly surprised by his concern.

"Okay, just checking, well goodnight Y/N"

You smiled at him before leaving, heading down to the couch, it was colder than usual but you'd be okay; you wrapped yourself in a number of blankets and before you kew it you were asleep.

You could feel something touching your body, slowly waking up, you began to panic as you realised someone was holding you, as you began to move you heard a recognisable voice.

"Calm down it's just me" The sound of Joel's southern drawl put you at ease, he carried you up to the spare room.

"It was a bit cold up here so I thought it would be freezing downstair and I was right so you're gonna sleep up here tonight" He announced as he placed you on the bed, he turned to leave the room before you grabbed his wrist.

"It'll be freezing for you too, just sleep here I don't mind" You spoke pulling Joel towards the bed, he hesitated before joining you in the bed, you were facing away from him, you were falling asleep as you felt Joel move towards you, so you turned to face him.

"You okay" You asked, he stared at you moving closer

"Y/N, there something I've wanted to ask you" He whispered

"Okay then ask"

He looked at you, thinking for a moment before holding you face in his hands.

"Can I kiss you?" He asked, you stared at him, humming quietly, he moved closer closing his eyes, your lips connected, slowly moving against each other, his hand moved from your face to your waist, pulling you against him, he flipped you onto of him sitting up, you place your hands on his face, the scruff of his beard running through your hands, you moved kissing his jaw and neck, his hands began to move you as you ground down onto his lap, the growing erection in his boxers becoming more and more evident.

You moved your hand down, grasping his erection in your hand, moving you hand up and down, Joel moans in your ear, his hand finds it's way into your underwear, a finger slipping into you as he pumps in and out, foreheads pressed against one another, laboured breathing filling the room.

"Can I?" He asks as his other hand tugs at your shirt.

"Yes" You reply, he pulls your shirt over your head revealing your topless form, he stares down at your bare chest before taking your left nipple into his mouth, you moan using your free hand to grasp his hair, you speed up the hand pleasuring him you can feel him buck into.

"Fuck Joel" You whisper as he pumps another finger into you, you remove your hand from him, before stopping his own, pulling him back to look you in the eyes.

"What's wrong?" He asks looking worryingly into your eyes.

"I want you inside me" You state.

"I was inside you sweetheart' He says smiling at you, you nudge his shoulder laughing slightly, tugging at his vest, he nods and you taking it off him.

"You know what I mean" You say, as you get off him smiling, removing your bottoms, he smiles back before removing his own, climbing back on top of you, lining himself up.

"You sure you wanna do this?" He asks looking into your eyes, you hold his face leaning in and kissing him on the lips.

"I'm sure, I want you Joel" You confirm, he leans down as he pushes into you, giving you a moment to adjust, you both moan at the contact, he begins to move inside you, keeping a steady pace, rocking back and forth above you.

The room is filled with hushed moans and broken breathing, you grab onto his back pulling him closer to you, the feeling of him inside you is almost euphoric, his skin against yours, you can feel his lips against your neck kissing you all over.

"Shit sweetheart ya feel so good" He sates pushing into you faster, you can feel your walls tighten around him.

"Joel I'm gonna cum" You whispered.

"Me too" He replied, his pace became sloppier and he hurried his head into your neck, his hands gripping your thighs as he pulled them up, you grabbed his hair with one hand and holding onto the bed frame with the other, he stilled as you tightened down on him, your climax hitting you all at once, you felt him release inside you as his grunts vibrated against his neck, neither of you moved in that moment, you just held each other.

Joel was the first to moved climbing of you and getting out the bed, you watched him as he pulled his boxers back on, he quickly left the room coming back in with a towel as he cleaned you up, tossing the two to the side as he gave you his t-shirt and climbed back into bed.

You snuggled up to him, his arm wrapping round your side as your head fell on his chest.

"Thank you Joel" You whispered looking up at him, he looked down at you, leaning in and giving you a small kiss on the lips.

"Thank you Y/N for everything" He said, the two of you fell asleep in each other arms as the storm outside carried on, you awoke to someone kicky the bed, you a Joel jolted up looking around and spotting Ellie at the end of the bed.

"Morning, nice to see you Y/N couldn't find you anywhere" She said smirking at the state you two were in, Joel went to speak but she beat him to it.

"Don't worry Joel, Im glad you two finally got to it, I've made breakfast come down when you're ready." She said, before leaving the room, you flopped back down on the bed, Joel turned too, making eye contact, the two of you laughed, Joel bent over to kiss you , head inches away from you.

"I think we're gonna stay a while sweetheart" He whispered smiling down at you.

"Sound perfect" You replied the two of you got out of bed pulling on a few more layers before heading down, you could definitely get used to this little family dynamic.

Pairing: Reader x Aemond Targaryen

Warnings: Fluff, marriage.

Summary: Aemond is being married off to strengthen the alliances of House Green and Aegon's succession, a new house making an appearance in the kingdom has brought on a possible end to the young Prince's hunt.

Aemond walked into the throne room, to see his mother and grandsire waiting for his arrival, the two chattering quietly to themselves, turning the the young prince, Alicent smiled at her son, reaching out to him.

"Hello son" Alicent spoke softly as her son smiled down at her.

"Aemond we have asked you here to meet with a family that is proposing an alliance and promise to support your brother claim over Rhaenyra."

Aemond's face stiffened as his demeanor changed completely, he had been meeting with families and potential wives for months the ceaseless courting had bored him and he was no longer interested in his duty for succession, Otto knew this and so he explored further outside of westeros to find alliances and he did just that as long as Aemond followed his plans for The Green victory would flow perfectly.

"Mother, these courtships lead nowhere, none of the houses brides are of interest to me and they fear me." Aemond spoke, his voice wavering as he finished the sentence, Alicent smiled at her son stroking his arms.

"Just meet this one family son, you have a duty as Prince and you must be married soon, so if not for the love of your future wife do it for the love for your family" She pleaded with him, he turned thinking over his mother's words, he did have a duty to the family and it would pay off more to have another alliance for the war.

"I will meet them mother, for you".

Aemond stood alongside his siblings, head held high as he looked over to his parents and grandsire tracking the incoming carriages entering the courtyard, slowly parking along side one another the footmen approaching the doors.

First was Lord yln and Lady yln, the lord opening his arms to the King.

"Viserys old friend it's so good to see you"

The King hugged his friend.

"I hope your journey was pleasant one and Lady yln, you are still radiant as the day I met you" Viserys spoke greeting your mother.

"thank you your highness, please let me introduce you to our lovely daughter, y/n come out her dear" your mother called out to you as you were lead put the carriage by the footmen, Alicent watched you looking over to her father, a smile of approval stretching across his face.

Aemond stared at you admiring your soft features as you approached his father and mother bowing to them.

"My King, my Queen, it's an honour to meet you both" You spoke softly, voice shaking slightly.

The pair smiled down at you as Alicent pulled on your arm leading you to the others.

"Y/n this is my father Otto Hightower and my lovely children Halena, Aegon and finally Aemond."

She lead you across the line as you greeted each individual, smiling at Otto and Halena, grimacing slightly at Aegon and shyly smiling at Aemond as you stared in awe, he was certainly more beautiful than you had expected given the stories of the one eyed prince.

"Lady Y/n, you are quite the sight" He said as he took your hand and placed a gentle kiss to it looking you in the eyes as you blushed.

"Why thank you my prince, you are too polite" you replied as the two set of parents cooed at the interaction.

"Okay, okay, come everyone let us feast, these two will have plenty of time to talk." Viserys spoke as everyone started heading inside, Aemond took your arm as he gently escorted you inside aswell.

The red keep was beautiful, you could see yourself wandering these halls, hopefully if the prince liked what he saw you'd be married very soon.

The feast went well Everyone was rejoicing and enjoying each other's company, you and Aemond couldn't stop talking, he felt free and unjudged by your presence, every other women who was introduced to him seemed, off put by him and distant only interested in his title but with you it seemed as though everything was so natural, he knew you would make a wonderful wife.

He stood, raising his cup to the room, everyone's attention now on him.

"I am very grateful to have the yln family here and to have spent this time with Lady y/n, I admit I was worried when my mother wanted me to meet another family but your daughter is a wonderful women and if you would do me the honour, I would like to propose a union between the House Targaryen and House Y/l/n." Aemond's announcement brought smiles to faces of everyone in the room, your father stood clapping his hand as he enveloped Aemond in a hug as your mother and Alicent watched fondly.

"A fine choice, my son, we will commence with the celebrations right away and you will be wed in the next few moons" Viserys declared, the room broke out in cheers, you and Aemond joined hands your heart racing as you were soon to be married.

The castle was bustling with celebration, people everywhere, cheering for the new couple, the engagement party was beautiful, you were dressed in a glorious green floor length dress, Aemond wore a black leather suit with green details, arm in arm chatting away with many houses.

"So, tomorrow is the big day, how is the young couple feeling?" Jason Lannister approached you two, waving his arms wildly.

"We are very excited, Y/n has so far been more than I could have wanted and I look forward to getting to know more about her for the rest of my days" Aemond spoke softly, smiling as he occasionally looked over at you, you squeezed his hand slightly to show you gratitude.

"And you, the soon to be princess, how are you feeling having to marry the mighty one eyed prince?" Jason stared down at you with an uneasy smile on his face, you looked at Aemond who now seemed a tad uncomfortable; straightening your back you replied to the Lord.

"I am looking forward to my future with Aemond, he is a gentlemen and I am sure without a doubt that he will be a excellent husband to me."

"Right well I look forward to seeing you both enjoy your marital bliss, enjoy your evening" with that Jason excused himself, you and Aemond shared the evening mostly in each others company with the occasional interruption from you guests until the night drew to an end and you found yourself at your separate chamber doors.

"Tomorrow we will be wed and share one chamber and one bed" You spoke, stroking Aemond's hands as you watched your wrapped fingers, he pulled you closer to him, his body heat radiating onto you.

"I look forward to calling you my wife, but for tonight I wish you a good night" He replied kissing you hand and slipping into his own chambers as you slipped into yours; your head hit the pillow, the days events taking its toll on you as sleep seeped into your body, slowly you fell deeper and deeper into sleep.

You were awoken by your mother and a handful of maids entering your room, pulling you from the bed and so the numerous preparations from the wedding began, the bath felt like your skin was going to scrubbed off and the make-up was less than pleasant as your head and hair was being pulled in every direction possible, luckily it all came to and end when your dress was revealed to you a beautiful white robe with red details, traditional to the Targaryen wedding gown, as they slipped you into it you felt more and more excited for what was to come, your mother came face to face with you, holding you gently.

"My lovely child, you are glorious, I hope you nothing but all the happiness and joy and remember if you ever need me or your father we will always be here" She spoke, slightly tearing up.

"Thank you mother, I hope to be as happy as you and father are" Your reply made her smile once more as she held your hand leading you out to your father both of the on either side of you taking your arms, leading you down to the beach were you spotted the rest of the Targaryens and some Lords and Lady's from the engagement party, of course the kings Daughter Rhaneyra and her family were not present but all that mattered to you was Aemond, he came into your view, adored in a the traditional white robe and headrests, he look breath taking.

Your parents lead you up to him, your father pulling your hand into Aemond as him and Aemond acknowledged one another, now facing your soon to be husband your heart raced like crazy.

The ceremony felt like you were flying on cloud, there was no pain when blood was drawn, no nerves when vows were exchanged and finally the word you had been so anxiously waiting for.

"I present to you Prince Aemond Targaryen and his wife the Princess Y/n Targaryen, My Prince you may now kiss your bride"

Aemond pulled you close, heads titling to fit like a puzzle as he leaned in capturing your lips in a soft kiss, breaking apart the sound of cheers and clapping filled your ears, your forehead leaning against Aemond's.

You two were now one in the same, for the rest of your days.

"My wife" Aemond said as he smiled down at you.

"My husband"
