TUA S1 Rewatch

Reginald is watching the kids brainwaves as they sleep, Luther and Allison’s is relatively calm, switches to Viktor and it’s starts beeping like crazy, cuts to him taking his “medicine”

When Pogo tells off Diego and Luther for fighting after the house got attacked and they both meekly apologise and slink away like the little boys they are

Little hints that Diego still has a stutter like when he’s asking Beeman for the file on Harold Jenkins and there’s extended pauses between words as he gets more emotional talking about Patch

Klaus willing to succumb to his own demons through drugs and alcohol (for valid reasons) but not willing to see his siblings do the same as he tries to cheer Luther up

Five: “he’s been telling us out whole lives we’d save the world from an impending apocalypse” Klaus: “yeah but I always thought he was just trying to scare us into doing the dishes” Five: “me too!”

Leonard is hella gaslighty and manipulative but damn he’s almost got me convinced with how supportive of Viktor discovering his powers he is (which I suppose is intentional)

Luther ripping the pub door off it’s hinges as he rushes off to help Allison

Damn Grace traumatised Viktor into following orders. Should’ve just had her present for all of Viktor’s training

Ok Leonard took a turn back into gaslighting bastard

I maintain that unanimous “I will” when all the boys offered to give blood for Allison was just hecking sweet. And then Diego fainting immediately at the sight of a needle.

Five saying “I’ll get it” when Hazel knocks at the door to Delores when Delores has no means of answering the door

When Five answers the door and sees Hazel with a gun, first asks about Viktor before moving on

The door to the Academy still having its lock blown out form Hazel and Cha Cha’s attack

I mean Luther’s the dick that took things too far and made far too many assumptions rather than be compassionate or sympathetic (like Reginald) but other than Allison (who was recovering from a serious injury and couldn’t have put more effort if she wanted to), the others didn’t even try to let him out or protest any more (I mean Klaus reached for the door once but got stopped)

Diego: if I was going to date a man, you’d be the last man I would date. Klaus: you’d be lucky to have me

Reginald: terrible terrible father. But he gave Viktor his wife’s violin because he thought Viktor might love it as much as his wife did

Man I really thought we were gonna get a kid arc for the Brelly’s…like spend some time with them as young un’s
