i did mean that the "common thread" was that they're both asks about wade's dick. and i genuinely think not even wade wilson is messed up enough to fuck himself with his own dismembered dick. not unless it was clone nonsense, in which case he absolutely would.

i think he knows enough about biology to know that it wouldn't work, anyway. but i think he might've gone to one of those companies that make a mould of your dick and make a toy out of it. he'd do that. he'd do that and order multiples. one for himself, one for nate, one for peter, one for logan – in fact, he'd hand them out in goody bags for everyone who attends wade and peter's bachelor party. and in that case, he's probably made one from peter's dick too.

peter asks how wade managed to get a cast of his dick. wade says he knows it so well he sculpted it from memory.

this is simultaneously horrifying and insanely romantic to peter. peter, knowing himself very well, commends wade for his attention to detail. they kiss about it. and peter feels less weird about it knowing that it isn't actually his dick, but a loving tribute.

Within the next hour, we all officially bid farewell to the Splatoon 1 Online Servers as they're shut down

Thousands of fanart, tons of streams, and so many heartfelt messages of love and fond memories of this silly little IP Nintendo took a chance on back in 2015

I owe a lot to Splatoon! I started my blog back in the day and got to connect with so many people, share my little stories, my victories, my defeats, and even the silly discourse we used to all have

I had 3000+ followers on my last blog that I got to share so much good creativity and posts and fun with, and it was a blessing and a fantastic opportunity

Thank you to those new and old who stick it out with me here! I hope to continue to share the love of the fandom that has helped bring this game to the success it has now

the thing is when you've got a sibling who's obsessed with music history and archival footage documentaries they say things to you like "don't you think it would be fun to watch 10 hours of fanmade deep-dive analysis footage of john lennon and paul mccartney's relationship on youtube" and you're like "sure i guess" and then before you know it you've gone from being a reasonably casual beatles fan who couldn't really tell them apart to being a crying wreck over the unfulfilled yearning of a partnership cut too short and being the literal personification of that clip of jamie tartt in ted lasso season 2 when he said he realised he had to go live his life to the fullest when he found out george harrison died and the interviewer says "but that happened 20 years ago" and jamie's like "yeah but i only just found out."

On 5 SEPTEMBER, a beloved Sky player named VIOLETTA passed away due to a very, very long battle with leukemia. I had found out that she actually was following me on Instagram, and I felt super duper heartbroken that I never got the chance to know her or even reached out for anything .... but having read all of the comments on her death announcement post, she was a very loving, compassionate woman and mother who brought radiance with her wherever she went. I was a month late making this (due to energy slumps + focus issues, mental illness n' PCOS sure is fun), but I just COULD NOT go without making some sort of tribute for her ......

TELFOSO, my beloved little goddess, takes in this Child of Light into her sacred Heaven, for it's genuine souls like her who are guaranteed a place in it (or whatever one believes awaits us.).

Rest in peace, Miss Violetta. 🎔 With much love from Telfoso and I.

#random personal stuff #was on the phone with my mom and she was telling me about a phone call she had with *her* mom #in which my grandmother was telling her that she (Mom) would have been so proud of me for the way I read tributes at my aunt's memorial #back in January #and Mom wanted me to know that she told Grandma that she is *always* proud of me #....and wow #wow that meant a lot #when I was growing up it was always 'don't say you're proud of your children because pride is a sin so say well-pleased instead'#(and let's be real - no one's really saying 'well-pleased' either)#so for her to say that and then want me to know she said it - that was something special #very grateful for that #I needed that today

some thoughts:

i understand why people just dont really like endgame

either they hate marvel

or they hate the ending of it in some way

but to the people angry about nat not getting a funeral with tony

well neither did vision

or any of the other people who died in those battles

because it wasnt about that

it was about saying goodbye to an era

the era that was build on the back of tony stark

thats why i find it so emotional

because youre not just saying goodbye to tony, who is an amazing character with so much growth, youre saying goodbye to the ten years we had and 20+ movies that we loved, even if begrudgedly.

i dont remember watching iron man the first time, but i do remember the feelings i get from watching it and for that it remains my favorite marvel movie and even one of my favorite movies in general

thats what we're saying goodbye to, the memories. whether you watched it when you were at home, or in the theatre, or on an airplane or something. youre saying goodbye to that decade, to how those movies affected you and the world!!

you guys forget that media is for the benefit of the audience - and this audience started in 2008 when tony stark looked at the camera and said
