Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends became stranded in time because their time machine broke and they had to fix it. I was there because I went into a time machine myself to escape some bullies and went back to like the colonial times and became one of my own ancestors.

Part 2 of, Funny take on the Daddy Danny trope and DC
Jack Fenton inspected his son's closet, his hand firmly sliding across the walls, the floor, and the ceiling. "Not here," he murmurs, closing the closet door before pulling out a drawer. He did the same motions, if more gently
Again and again, he inspected the contents of the room
"Dad, what are you doing?" Danny demands, his patience finally running out with his father
"Looking for you time machine, Danno!" Jack answers cheerfully
"Seriously?" Danny asks in annoyance
"That's right sweetie," Maddie adds. "We are going to find that machine and then fix a few of your mistakes!"
"Guys, no!" Danny nearly yells, causing his alleged daughter to flinch from his tone. "The last time the past was changed, Dad ended up with ecto acne and 40 pounds heavier while Mom ended up in a loveless and childless marriage!"
The Fenton parents blinked at that piece of news
Elsewhere, Vlad Masters blinked at that same piece of news
Elsewhere, Bruce Wayne blinked at that piece of news
The sound of a clock ticking could be heard for a brief moment before Maddie spoke again. "But Danny, don't you want to go back and raise her? And give us a grandchild to spoil?"
The younger Fentons exchanged a look and Dani voiced a question of her own. "Travel until this cools down?"
Danny nods and grabs the girl before launching himself towards a tiny purple floating grandfather clock which then vanished with the pair of them
"So that's how he does it!" Jack exclaimed. "His time machine was the floating and size changing grandfather clock the entire time!"
Elsewhere, Vlad Masters spat out his drink as he witnessed a literal time machine whisk the halfa children away. "Well played Daniel," he said. "But let's see how long you can avoid your parents when I bring this clip to the media"
Dani blinked in confusion. One second, she was held up in her "father's" arm and the next, she was inside a what looks to be a clock tower. "Wait, you actually have a time machine?!" Dani yelled in surprise
"Thanks for the save Clockwork," Danny says to the floating grandfather clock, ignoring his clone's question. "I'm only doing this because. This? This is the more entertaining option compared to letting your parents embarrass you," said clock responds
Danny's face paled. "More entertaining?" he asks in dread. "As we speak, Vlad is sending a video to a news station, a video of the three of us vanishing from your room," spoke the clock in a cheerful tone. "The entire world 'knows' about you"
Despite Clockwork not moving at all, Danny could just feel the air quotes. "I suggest you get your stories straight. And congratulations"
"For what?" Danny spoke. There's no going back from this. Not after he destroyed the Reality Gauntlet. Danny could just feel the grin beneath the box Clockwork wore as a mask as the next words were spoken. "It's a girl"
