Bakugou who is clingier than he’d like to admit. Not because he’s insecure or doesn’t trust you or whatever bullshit some might think, no. He just loves your presence, your aura, the sweetness that always surrounds you. It’s always just a reminder for him to chill out, to be vulnerable, to love you open and honestly.
Pouts a little when he asks you to go somewhere with him, but you tell him you can’t right now, you’re busy. He’s grumbling under his breath the whole time, and returns sooner than he usually would.
But the moments where you do follow him—he loves it. Convinces you to join him in you guys’ home gym, and just loves it when you’re there beside him. You guys don’t even have to talk half the time, he just wants to be near you. Sometimes you’re corny and kiss him every time he does a sit up or push up, but a lot of the times, you just sit there quietly beside him. Pull out a blanket and book, lay on the floor next to him while he does his reps, sit on the bench beside him and blast your music. He feels more at peace during those moments.
Or, he wants to cook you something (because that’s his very own love language). He sets you on the counter beside him, talking to himself and to you occasionally. You bump him with your toes and he bites at your hands when they reach for the still hot food. He feeds you a little once it cools down, but after that, he goes back to cooking. Only this time, he presses his side as much as he can to your legs, kissing you when too much time passes by.
also!!! when he comes home after a long day and wants to shower. He doesn’t necessarily need you to do anything for him, besides provide the comfort you always do with just your presence. You talk to him quietly about your day, doing your skincare routine when he brushes his teeth after he gets out.
He just really loves being near you, even if it’s spent mostly in silence, because you’re the only thing he needs in order to function.

Tumblr media
I collapsed on the grass outside, breathing out with relief once the fresh night air cooled me down and the music from inside wasn't so loud anymore. How I'd let Van convince me to attend a house party was beyond me, but as my best friend, she usually got her way.
Tonight though, I may have gotten a little carried away and drank more than usual, feeling somewhat lightheaded and lazy. Drunk me wasn't so fun, so I'd come outside to cool off and catch myself, away from the compact house of some jock I didn't know.
As I relaxed, trying to tune out the few teens that were milling around the front lawn, I heard a commotion by the front door. Some couple were arguing, their voices familiar as they left the house and grew louder.
"–can't just check out other girls right in front of me!"
"I wasn't! God, you're overreacting, Jackie, you always do this!"
I sat upright, pushing my hair from my eyes as I glanced in the direction of Van's soccer teammate and the most popular girl in our grade, Jackie Taylor, arguing with her boyfriend, Jeff Sadecki.
The last thing I cared about was their relationship troubles, but they were so damn loud and I was suddenly entertained by their back and forth. From what I could gather in my drunken state, Jeff had been distracted by some girls, flirting with one of them, but didn't deem it flirting like Jackie did.
"–just forget it, we're over!" Jackie shouted at him, throwing her cup on the grass with frustration.
Jeff scoffed. "Whatever. I don't need this."
He returned to the house as Jackie clenched her jaw, still angry. She fumbled for a cigarette and lighter from her purse with irritation, her clumsy hands betraying how much she'd drank tonight too. Thoughtlessly watching, I saw one of Jeff's friends, Leroy something-or-the-other, trail out the house and approach her.
Not shouting like Jeff and Jackie had been a moment ago, the two of them were talking and I couldn't hear their conversation. Or rather Leroy was chatting up Jackie and she was visibly uncomfortable, attempting to step back. He began to get touchy though, his hands grabbing her arm, and whether it was a sense of female camaraderie or my absolutely stupid alcohol-soaked brain, I felt the need to intervene.
Dragging myself up off the grass, I stumbled over to them and fixed Leroy with a glare.
"She clearly doesn't want you here," I said in what I hoped wasn't a babble of English.
"Back off, bitch," Leroy sneered at me, before stepping closer to Jackie and letting his hand slip to her butt.
Jackie jumped at his unwanted touch, hazel eyes widened with panic, and without thinking, I made a swing at Leroy's face, fist connecting with his nose in a sickening crack.
A groan escaped my lips as I grasped my hand – what the fuck was his face made of?! – and then I realised what I did as he stumbled back, clutching his face. I saw a glimpse of blood, and then Jackie's widened eyes looked between us, and I knew I was fucked.
"You little bitch!" he shouted, before making a sloppy swing at my head, to which I thankfully still had the instinct to duck away from.
Not ready to finish this fight I definitely didn't mean to start, I shoved him back to buy time then grabbed Jackie's hand, telling her quickly, "Time to go!"
Thankfully she got the hint and I yanked her away, the two of us running as fast as we could. Leroy chased after us and I risked glancing over my shoulder, watching him trip over his own feet and buying us enough time to leg it down the street.
"Here," I said breathlessly, pulling Jackie down behind a car.
The two of us practically held our breath as we kneeled down, frozen in place. I didn't doubt that Leroy would kill me, and her by association, and I began to wonder how I'd even ended up in this situation.
Jackie risked glancing around the back of the car before sighing with relief. "He's not following us."
Mirroring her sigh, I turned around and sank to the ground fully, back against the car. She joined my side, both of us reeling from what happened. I glanced down at my hand, aware that it should be hurting but not quite registering the pain. It was distant, the alcohol fogging my mind.
"What the hell was that?" Jackie asked, reminding me she was there.
Dazed, I tilted my head and stared at the road. "That wasn't your boyfriend, was it? I can't remember."
She let out a breath before giggling. "No. That was my ex-boyfriend's idiot friend."
Making sense of it all again, I nodded. "Right. Yeah. What a dick."
"Yeah," she agreed.
Feeling hot and a little dizzy, I tried to focus on the present and looked over at her. "Are you okay?"
She nodded, her curled blonde hair bouncing as she did. "Yeah. Thanks to you." Hazel eyes flickered to mine in gratitude, and I could only shrug in response.
A silence fell upon us for a moment, and I suddenly became aware of how this was probably the most I'd ever spoken to Jackie Taylor in my life. We'd been in the same class since we were kids, and despite her being on the same soccer team as Van, there had never been need for us to converse. Until now, I guess.
"I feel sick," she suddenly said, and I noticed her face was a little pale.
"Then throw up," I said tiredly.
She scrunched her face with disgust, shaking her head. I shrugged, not caring, and then she leaned to the left and threw up a little. I pulled a face as she straightened up lazily, wiping her mouth.
"I've gotta go home," she said.
I checked my watch, but it did nothing to help because the hands were moving in all sorts of directions. "Same. I think."
She began to snicker, glancing sideways at me. "Leroy just might kill you."
A little delusional and finding her amusement contagious, I began to laugh. Leroy probably would, but right now, I couldn't care less.
She lifted a finger in the air with realisation. "Shauna," she exclaimed. "She'll drive."
"I can't leave Van," I remembered, as she stood up and yanked me up with her.
"I'll go get her," she promised, already tugging me back to the house, where Shauna's car was parked out front. "Don't move."
I saluted clumsily, waiting by Shauna's car and almost falling asleep against the door as Jackie seemed to take years to return. Finally, her, Van and Shauna all came back, Van shooting me an amused glance as she helped me off the door.
"What the hell happened to you?" she asked with a stifled laugh. "Jackie said you punched Leroy?"
I waved a dismissive hand. "Barely."
She definitely wanted to know more but thankfully kept quiet as she helped me into the backseat, sliding in beside me.
"You two are gonna regret this in the morning," Shauna was saying from the driver's seat, but it went in one ear and out the other.
I vaguely remembered Shauna dropping me off home and Van helping me into my bedroom later that evening before passing out.
The next morning, my hangover hit me hard, but not harder than the pain from my broken knuckle. After waking up with a purple right hand, terrible memories from the night before reminded me of what I'd done, and after accepting that Leroy was going to kill me at some point, I went to the hospital with my mum who didn't seem to believe I'd punched a wall whilst drunk. Still, leaving with a splint and cast on my hand was worth it if it meant stopping some jerk from getting handsy.
School on the following Monday was definitely something to dread, mainly because I wasn't sure what would happen. Of course, after getting some stares off other students – word had undoubtedly spread about the incident – I stopped by my locker and was mildly surprised to see the word 'BITCH' scribbled in permanent marker pen across it.
"Lovely," I said sarcastically, before ignoring it, not wanting to give bystanders a show.
I opened it as usual and put my skateboard inside, mindful of my hand, when I felt someone bump into me from behind on purpose. I clenched my jaw when I turned and saw it was Leroy walking past, a bandage across his nose.
"Bitch," he muttered with bitterness.
"Yours truly." I returned his glare, before looking back to my locker.
If he was going to hate on me for stepping in as he sexually assaulted a girl, then let him. I'd never liked him anyway, the worst of Jeff's idiot friends. But hey, at least I'd broken his nose.
I'd like to say it ended there, but not even a moment later, his girlfriend whom I'd forgotten existed until she appeared by my side with a threatening glare, decided to defend his stupid arse.
"You better back off," she attempted to warn me. "I know it was you who broke his nose."
I quirked a brow with disbelief. "Do you know why?"
She scoffed. "Because you're a bitch."
I furrowed my brows, wondering if she was choosing to be this dense. "Tiffany, your arsehole boyfriend groped another girl."
She rolled her eyes. "Like I'd believe you."
I snorted with amusement. "Fine. Don't. I really don't care."
She stepped closer to me with narrowed eyes. "Stay the fuck away from us, bitch."
I rolled my eyes as she left, wondering how I'd managed to make so many enemies in the space of one night. Unfazed though, I continued to grab some books from my locker and ignored the looks I was getting from students with nothing better to do. This would all blow over in a few days, I just knew it.
When I closed my locker, I jumped, startled, when I saw Jackie stood behind it.
"Jesus," I said, clutching my chest. "A warning would be nice."
"Sorry," she said awkwardly, before her eyes fell to the cast on my hand and widened slightly. "Fuck."
"Hi to you too," I replied sarcastically.
She shook her head apologetically before meeting my gaze. "Friday night. That was... a lot."
I nodded, just as uncomfortable as she sounded. "Uh huh."
She pursed her lips, glancing at my graffiti'd locker. "I didn't mean for any of this to happen. But I'm thankful for your help. You really showed him."
Not wanting her to feel bad, I tried to lighten the mood. "Yeah, his brick head kind of broke my knuckle, but it was totally worth it."
She cracked a small smile, eyes flickering to my hand again. "Sorry."
I shrugged her apology off easily. "Seriously, Jackie, you don't need to say anything. Honestly, we were both drunk and I probably could have handled the situation better, but what's done is done. We're good."
She relaxed a little, nodding in agreement, though I couldn't tell if she was satisfied by my response. When she didn't say anything, I held my books to my chest awkwardly.
"So... see you in class," I said.
"Right," she agreed, and then we both turned to walk to class, only to fall into step with one another. "Same class," she mumbled when she noticed, and I tried not to laugh.
"Same class," I agreed, and a silence fell between us as we reached the classroom.
After exchanging a final glance, we split off to our seats, her joining Shauna's side as I found my usual spot next to Van. When she spotted me, she was already laughing at the sight of my bandaged hand.
"I can't believe you punched him," she said instantly, making me roll my eyes.
"Glad this is funny to you," I said playfully, giving her a disapproving look.
She continued to tease me. "I leave you alone for five minutes, Y/N! God, I wish I could've seen it. Everybody's talking about it. Apparently you broke Leroy's nose."
"Something like that," I mumbled as she laughed with amazement.
She continued to ramble about what people had been saying, enjoying how awkward I was at the attention, and I let my eyes wander around the classroom as I tried to tune her out. They subconsciously drifted to Jackie, who was listening to something Shauna was saying to her, and then she glanced at me and I quickly looked away, embarrassed I'd been caught.
I was relieved to see that the graffiti on my locker had been scrubbed off (terribly, but I wasn't complaining) by the cleaners last night, as when I showed up to school the next morning, it was gone. My headphones were on as I replaced my books for the morning, mindlessly getting ready for homeroom.
There was nothing out of the ordinary as I did, my eyes glancing around casually, and then I saw Jackie a little ways down the hall, leaning against the lockers with her apparently-not-so-ex-boyfriend, Jeff. I couldn't care less, but she must have felt my eyes as she awkwardly made eye contact, smile fading slightly, and I looked away. Whether she was back with Jeff or not wasn't my business – she was barely a friend, let alone someone whose relationship I cared for – but it felt strange knowing she would choose to go back to him after everything that had happened.
Once I'd grabbed my books, I pulled my headphones off and stuffed them and my walkman into my backpack. I was forced to walk past a flirtatious Jackie and Jeff, eyes trained ahead, and tried not to think much more on it as I went to homeroom.
I settled at my desk, flicking through my English book when I saw Van wasn't here yet, and began to look over my homework a final time before next period. In my own world, I was startled when someone appeared at my desk, looking up to see Jackie stood there.
"Er... hi?" I greeted with a quirked brow.
She swallowed awkwardly, looking uncomfortable. "What you saw just then, with Jeff and I..."
When she didn't continue, I pressed, "What?"
"It's not like it seems," she finished, cheeks tinged pink.
I wasn't sure why she felt the need to explain herself to me of all people, but I answered, "What, that you're back together?"
She pressed her lips together, nodding slightly.
Tilting my head and playing along, I asked, "Well, are you?"
She cleared her throat. "Well, yeah, but–"
"Cool," I cut her off, resisting the urge to roll my eyes. "It's none of my business."
She scoffed slightly. "Yeah, but you're gonna think I'm being stupid after everything that happened–"
Growing tired of this conversation, I said, "Being stupid? You think I think it's stupid that your boyfriend was flirting with other girls and then his friend sexually assaulted you and you're still going back to him?" I tutted sarcastically. "Nah, not stupid at all."
She tensed her jaw slightly, clutching her books to her chest. "It's not like that."
I raised my eyebrows. "Then why are you telling me? You've never cared what I thought before."
She let out a low groan, having no reply, and simply walked away to her seat. Okay, so maybe I was being a little harsh, but it was just odd that she suddenly cared what I thought. And yes, I was judging her terrible life choices, but it wasn't my business.
It didn't matter anyway. I wasn't expecting this to be much of a problem now that she'd (terribly) explained herself to me.
Maybe I underestimated how long jocks could hold grudges for, or maybe I was just stupid for not knowing Leroy would never let things go. All I knew was that my one punch was never letting me live it down, nor letting me go back to being just acquaintances with Jackie Taylor.
About a week after Jackie felt the need to explain her getting back together with Jeff, I was skateboarding home from school like I always did. The crossing on the road was clear, so I started to ride across, headphones on my head as I did. I saw a car in my peripheral vision, but it was further down the road and they could obviously see me, so I thought nothing of it.
That was until it suddenly beeped and stopped right next to me, scaring the shit out of me and making my foot catch the ground, my skateboard slipping out from under me. Heart racing in my chest, I pulled my headphones from my head and sat up, just in time to hear a voice I definitely didn't want to.
"Watch out, loser!"
I looked to my left to see Jeff and Leroy laughing in Jeff's car, impressed with themselves and their ability to startle me. But the real frustration kicked in when I saw Jackie sat in the passenger's seat, flushed red with embarrassment and guilt as she glanced at me. Why was I not surprised?
Clenching my jaw, I stood up and ignored their laughter, instead grabbing my skateboard and finishing crossing the road. They beeped again as they drove off, but I didn't bother sparing them a glance.
My opinion on Jackie Taylor up until this point was practically nonexistent. In my eyes, she was just some popular girl in school who was nice enough to everyone, kind to my best friend who happened to be on the same soccer team as her, and that was it. We rarely crossed paths or spoke, and I'd never thought about her other than if she was right in front of me.
Now, however, she seemed to be in my life a lot more because of one stupid night, and I found my opinion of her worsening as I judged her poor choice of boyfriend and those she surrounded herself with.
The next day at school, almost to my amusement if I wasn't so irritated by everything that had happened, Jackie found me in homeroom at my desk again. I had a strong sense of deja vu as she hovered before me, uncharacteristically nervous.
"Hey," she spoke first.
I blinked, expressionless, definitely not in the mood for this. "Hi."
It took her a moment to find her words, in which I was growing a little more annoyed by her apparent innocence.
"Yesterday...," she started, "I didn't mean for–"
"What?" I interrupted. "Your jackass boyfriend and his jackass friend to act like jackasses?"
She sighed. "Yeah."
Was she always this irritating? I couldn't remember anymore.
"It's cool, Jackie," I decided to end the conversation, afraid I'd say something I'd regret. "I didn't expect anything less from tweedle-dumb and tweedle-dumber."
I looked back down to my notebook, hoping she'd leave and we could be done with our lives, but she felt the need to keep going.
"He's not always like that," she said gently. "I swear, he–"
"Did you come here just to defend him?" I asked with surprise. "Because I don't wanna hear it."
She frowned, irritable. "No, I just– I wanted you to know that."
I narrowed my eyes at her. "Great apology. Thanks."
Clenching her jaw slightly, she said, "If you gave me a chance to speak, I'd say it."
"Whatever," I mumbled, rolling my eyes and returning my attention to my book.
She huffed with disapproval, making me glance at her with a slight glare. Her playing innocent game was getting old.
"FYI, if you're dating a jackass, that kinda makes you one too," I reminded her when she didn't leave.
She returned my glare before turning on her heel and leaving for her desk. Van soon showed up, taking her seat beside me but noticing the blonde leaving.
"Jackie still on you about your hand?" she asked with amusement. "I keep telling her to get over it, that you're okay. But she feels bad."
I rolled my eyes at the mention of her. "Can't feel that bad if she's still hanging around with douche one and douche two."
Taken aback, Van gave me a look. "Woah, who shit in your cereal this morning?"
I shook my head dismissively, releasing a breath. "Sorry. Nothing. Just tired, I guess."
She clearly didn't believe me, and when I looked up at her, I saw her glancing over to where Jackie was sat, but I refused to look that way. Van smiled in that direction though, greeting her teammate, before giving me a confused look.
"Did you guys fight or something? She looks like you kicked her dog."
"No," I said with mild irritation, before facing forward. "Can we drop this?"
Van chuckled quietly. "Sure, weirdo."
Later that day, I was staring out the window in Chemistry class whilst I waited for other students to make their way in and for class to start. When I felt a presence beside me, I assumed it was my lab partner, Dennis, and straightened up to greet him with a smile, but then I saw it was Jackie placing her bag on the desk and pulling out the stool.
"The hell are you doing?" I asked with furrowed brows, watching as she got comfortable. "Dennis sits there."
"Not today he doesn't," she said knowingly, before waving a hand to Dennis who waved some cash in the air with gratitude.
I dropped my jaw with disbelief. "You paid him?"
She turned to face me, her honey-coloured eyes meeting mine guiltily. "I want to say sorry for real. The only reason you're getting all this aggression from Leroy is because you stuck up for me."
I gave her a sarky look. "Kind of, yeah."
She sighed, rolling her shoulders back. "Well, I'm sorry. I didn't even want Leroy there yesterday, but he needed a ride home and Jeff said yeah. It's no excuse though."
I pressed my lips together, eyes studying her straight face curiously. There was a hint of sincerity somewhere there, and maybe finally putting this to bed would bring things back to normal. But then a smile grew on her lips and any chance of forgiving her went out the window.
"This doesn't make me a jackass now, does it?"
I lifted my brows with disbelief, her pride frustrating me. "Wow. Is that what this is about?"
She shook her head. "No. Of course not. But you should know that I'm not like that."
"Is the only reason you're apologising to change the way I view you?"
Again, she shook her head nonchalantly, and I resisted the urge to roll my eyes. Maybe she was nice on the surface, but Jackie Taylor didn't seem genuine in the slightest.
"You know what? Fuck this," I told her, beginning to pack my books away. "I don't need to forgive you and I don't need your fake apologies or games. Just leave me alone. Things were a lot easier before I decided to be nice to you."
She watched me gather my things with bewilderment. "That's not fair."
I stood up and shot her an impatient look. "Whatever. You stick to your delusional princess land with your dick boyfriend and his friends and I'll stick to being a loser. Sound good?"
Her mouth opened with surprise, both offended and taken aback. "Y/N, just– where are you going?"
"To find my actual lab partner," I snapped, before moving past her to find Dennis.
I was beginning to think breaking my knuckle wasn't worth it. Getting involved with Jackie only seemed to bring me misfortune.
A few days passed with Jackie finally seeming to leave me alone. Don't get me wrong, I would occasionally catch her eyes in the hallway or in class, or sometimes she'd need to chat to Van about something and I'd awkwardly wait for her to finish before she'd leave, but she seemed to give up on bothering me with her half arsed apologies.
As for Leroy and his girlfriend, they clearly still held some sort of grudge for me, shooting me glares whenever they saw me. It got to a point where they seriously needed to get over themselves, though I guess that was hard when Leroy's broken nose was a constant reminder that he got decked in the face by a girl.
I was walking down the hallway when I resisted the urge to roll my eyes upon seeing Leroy and Tiffany walking in the opposite direction. I purposely avoided their gaze, not wanting to get into a confrontation with them, but Leroy purposely bumped into my shoulder with force, making me drop my books, and that was my last straw.
"Are you fucking kidding me?" I exclaimed, before picking up my books.
"What did you just say?" Leroy stopped, turning around to fix me with a glare.
I clenched my jaw as I returned it twice as hostile. "You really need to grow up. Your big rock of a head is still in tact, so what's your problem? You think you'd get over this by now."
He looked like he wanted to punch me, but Tiffany stepped forward instead.
"Watch your mouth, bitch," she hissed, making me groan loudly with disbelief.
"He literally harassed another girl, and probably others too!" I reminded her. "Are you insane?!"
"Don't listen to her," Leroy said to her coolly. "She's just jealous."
"I know, baby, I know."
I laughed bitterly, looking between them like they were the world's strangest exhibit. Bystanders were starting to look at the three of us now, probably expecting a fight, but I seriously didn't care.
"You need to get a life and stay out of ours, loser," Leroy threatened me, fist clenching by his side.
"How fucking ironic," I said, shaking my head. "You're the one who won't get over yourself."
"You keep running that mouth of yours and I'll give you a broken nose," Tiffany attempted to threaten me, stepping forward, but she wasn't intimidating in the slightest. "You deserve it after hurting him."
I snorted with amusement. "I would love to see you try." When she squeezed her fists by her side, I glanced at her stupid boyfriend. "What? Can't fight your own battles, big man?"
Steam was practically leaving their ears as they glowered at me, and then the next events happened too quickly for me to make sense of.
Jackie came out of nowhere and stepped between Tiffany and I, saying, "Okay, how about we just–"
But Tiffany punched forward, aiming for me but Jackie got in the way at the same time and Tiffany's fist landed on her face. My eyes widened as Jackie stumbled back into me, clutching her nose, and both Tiffany and Leroy watched on with wide eyes.
"What the fuck?!" I shouted, before holding Jackie upright as I went to look over her face. When I moved her hand away slightly, there was blood streaming from her nose and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Oh my god!"
"What the hell, Jackie!" Tiffany cried out, holding her hand with pain.
"Are you kidding right now?!" Jackie retorted before wincing and holding her nose again, head tilted up to stop the bleeding.
"Okay, everyone move aside!" a teacher pushed through the crowd of entertained students surrounding us. When she spotted Jackie's bleeding nose, she said, "Miss Taylor, you need to go to the nurse's office–"
"I'll take her," I said quickly, before fixing Tiffany with a glare.
"You," the teacher continued, looking to Tiffany, "with me, now."
I didn't wait any longer to watch the death stares from Leroy and Tiffany, instead guiding Jackie to the nurse's office. I still couldn't believe she'd stepped in like that, and also that Tiffany had it in her to punch me. I didn't think she'd actually do it.
"Oh my god, it's running down my throat," Jackie whined with disgust, looking forward again. "I'm gonna be sick."
"Ssshhh, we're almost there," I cut her complaining off, though a large part of me felt extremely guilty.
When we reached the nurse's office, I immediately guided her to the bed to sit upright, whilst the nurse seemed to catch on and immediately jumped into action. I stood back and watched as the nurse gave her some gauze to hold to her nose.
"Is it broken?" Jackie asked with wet eyes, a little dramatically.
"No, dear, it's just a bloody nose," the nurse assured her, before glancing at me. "There's not much else I can do. Just keep changing the gauze and have her drink some water."
I nodded. "Will do. Thanks."
She offered a smile before heading to the other side of the room to finish helping out another student. I watched her leave before joining Jackie's bedside and looking to her with disbelief.
"What the fuck was that?!" I asked.
She moved the gauze so it wasn't blocking her mouth and motioned to her face. "I was trying to stop this from happening."
"A little fucking late," I said sarcastically.
"I figured," she snapped, before her face scrunched up with pain and she closed her eyes momentarily.
My jaw slowly relaxed as I really took the state of her in. The guilt pressed down on my chest – this wasn't her fight and she was certainly not the type of girl to get into one in the first place. Seeing her bloody nose and stained shirt was like seeing a puppy get kicked, and my irritation definitely wasn't helping.
"You shouldn't have got involved," I said with a sigh, sitting at the edge of her bed.
She opened her eyes, bright hazel ones swimming with guilt. "I just wanted to make things right. Show you that I really am sorry. It's not about how you view me and it's not a game. I'm just sorry."
Unlike the last time, she seemed genuine with her apology, and paired with her puppy dog eyes and bloody nose, it was hard for me not to give in.
"Fuck, fine, I forgive you," I breathed out.
She began to smile with relief before leaning back slightly. I frowned, eyes flickering over her guiltily, before I grabbed the spare gauze at her bedside and gently replaced the one in her hand.
"It looks like it's stopping," I said, disposing of the bloody gauze. "God, you're insane."
"It fucking hurts," she cursed, grimacing.
I tried not to smile as I wet a cloth in the bowl beside her bed. "It was barely a real punch. Tiffany's hand took most of the damage."
She narrowed her eyes at me as I began to wipe the dried-up blood from her nose and mouth with the wet cloth. "Tell that to my face."
A small smile of amusement broke out on my lips. "This was stupid, Jackie."
She sighed, removing the gauze so I could clean around her nostrils. "Probably."
The bridge of her nose was a little swollen and bright red, but at least the bleeding had stopped. God, as if Jackie Taylor got punched in the face for me. I literally never could have predicted that.
Once I cleaned her up, the nurse returned to give her some painkillers and an ice pack before making arrangements for her to be picked up from school.
"I'm sorry, I'd drive you home myself, but I don't have a car," I said with an apologetic smile.
She shook her head. "It's okay. You already stayed with me longer than you needed to. I'm just glad things are good between us again."
I exhaled softly, surprised that she cared this much. We were indifferent to one another, that was our thing. Whether it was because she felt she owed me after I broke my knuckle, or she was just trying to prove that she wasn't a bad person, I was left wondering why she was going through all this effort for a friendship that barely existed.
After she went home, it was easy to say that word of the fiasco spread around school like wildfire. Tiffany had been given a month of detention apparently, and I didn't see Leroy for the rest of the day, thankfully. Van found me after school, the two of us planning to walk home together, and that was where I debriefed her about everything that happened.
"Holy shit, what I would pay to see Jackie get decked in the face!" she exclaimed with a grin.
I quirked a brow. "Aren't you literally teammates?"
"Not in a mean way," she added quickly. "Like, it would still be funny though. Funnier if it was you, of course."
I shoved her in the arm with my good hand as she chuckled.
"I feel bad enough as it is, so no jokes," I warned her.
"Hey, it's not your fault," she assured me with a knowing look, before pausing and adding, "Though if someone says they're gonna punch you in the face, you probably shouldn't tell them you'd love to see them try."
I tried not to laugh as I shot her a look. "How was I supposed to know she'd actually do it?"
Van began to laugh again. "God, I wish I was there."
"You've only said a million times," I said with a disapproving stare, though a smile tugged at my lips.
Despite the jokes Van wouldn't stop making on the walk home, I still felt extremely guilty and couldn't stop thinking about poor Jackie. How our lives had become so intertwined in the space of two weeks was beyond me, but I suddenly felt responsible for her.
The next day at school, I saw her by her locker with Shauna before homeroom. Even from a distance, I could make out the slight swelling on her nose and it only deepened the guilt I felt. We'd technically resolved everything between us yesterday, but I felt the need to go over there and check on her to see how she was doing.
After dropping some stuff off at my locker, I went over to her and Shauna with a small smile. They noticed me and their conversation ceased, the two of them returning my smile with their own.
"Hey," Shauna greeted first.
I nodded her way before my eyes settled on Jackie, and Shauna seemed to get the hint as she politely dismissed herself, leaving us alone.
"Hey," Jackie greeted warmly.
"Hi," I said, eyes scanning her face. "How's the–?" I gestured to my own nose as I asked.
"Hurts," she admitted with a small smile, "but I covered the bruising. It's still a little swollen, but it'll be fine."
I frowned guiltily when I noticed the extra makeup she'd used to cover the red-purple bruise that had formed on the bridge of her nose. She'd done a good job, but it was still peeking through a little bit.
"It's okay," she said when she noticed my expression, before lightheartedly nodding to my bandaged hand. "Consider us even."
That didn't make me feel better at all, and I shook my head. "It shouldn't have happened. As Van kindly pointed out to me, I egged Tiffany on and she was supposed to punch me. It's not the same thing as me stepping in to defend you."
Jackie rolled her eyes playfully. "It's okay, Y/N, really. Besides, maybe her and Leroy will finally back off now."
I hummed, partially agreeing, though I knew this was still my fault.
"By the way," she added, "I broke up with Jeff."
At this, I raised my eyebrows with surprise. "What?"
Her lips pressed together into a faint smile as she looked down. "Yeah, you were right about what you said. He and his friends are jackasses. And I can do a lot better."
I wasn't sure what to say at first, not expecting her to have actually listened to what I said. But then I nodded slightly, acknowledging her words.
"You can," I found myself saying. "Do a lot better, I mean."
She breathed out with amusement. "Thanks... anyway, I should get my things, but see you in class."
"Yeah, see you," I said, still a little shocked, but nodding nonetheless.

just a little fyi the secret of who leaked the information won’t be revealed yet so don’t come for me lol but to make up for it, Jensen’s story will be revealed…
Also I don’t know if I have to explain it but I will anyways my little ******* line indicates a time jump, I’m just too lazy to write up to that time…oops!
Anyhoo I’ll be quiet now, here’s the content you came for…
Tumblr media
Jensen
I brought the bottle to my lips, chugging.
I was working on my seventh bottle of whiskey this week.
I don’t know why I care this much.
She isn’t the first girl I’ve ended things with.
Why did it feel so crappy this time?
“If I walk out this door I’m not coming back.”
Her words replayed in my head, cutting in to me like knives.
And she didn’t.
Not that I expected her too.
I messed up.
Again.
I brought the bottle back to my lips, collapsing on the couch. I heard the door open, but I didn’t care enough to check who it was. It’s probably Cole checking on me for the hundredth time this week.
“I want to be left alone Cole.” I growled taking a swig of whiskey.
“well too damn bad.”
I sat up meeting eyes with my towering best friend.
“how’d you know?”
“Genevieve, uh they talk, and then I saw the stuff online.” Jared said rubbing his neck.
“why didn’t you tell me?” He added, hurt crossing his features.
“I didn’t think I would feel this bad about it. Why do I feel this bad?” I asked setting down the whiskey bottle.
“it’s called heartbreak J, there’s about a million songs written about it… perhaps you cared a little more than you thought you did.” Jared said sitting down next to me, picking up the bottle of whiskey and taking a sip.
I huffed grabbing the bottle from him.
Jared grabbed the bottle back immediately before I could take a sip.
“Jensen we’ve been friends for years so I feel like I can tell you this. You need to stop living in the past, okay? Not every girl is going to be Elle. You’ve got to stop self-sabotaging. I’m sorry that the women in your life have consistently let you down, and that fucking sucks, but dude you have to move on from it. I can’t stand to see you lose a good thing in your life. Dude that girl was perfect for you. She was crazy about you, you could see it in her eyes. I don’t know if she leaked anything, but if she did I know sure as shit it wasn’t to intentionally hurt you. God damn Jensen the only one hurting you, is you, and I’m sorry but if you keep this up you’re going to end up miserable and all alone. ” Jared said taking the whiskey and dumping it in the sink.
Elle.
Hearing her name made me tense.
That’s why I don’t say it. Don’t talk about it.
miserable and all alone.
Exactly how I was feeling now.
God he was right. I was just miserable and all alone.
I sighed.
She’s not Elle, she was the furthest thing from Elle.
And I ruined it all.
“It doesn’t even matter now, I fucked up Jar, and I don’t think you can talk my way out of it this time.” I said putting my head in my hands.
“No I can’t. But maybe you can.” He said moving my hands away from my head.
“I doubt she’d even listen to anything I’d have to say. I wouldn’t even know where to start.”
“how about two words you’ve never said to anyone… I’m sorry.”
“and then tell her how you feel, how you actually feel.” He added.
“I feel like I’m falling in love with her, and it scares me.” I said feeling the tears brim my eyes.
“Jensen love is scary, god I was so scared to talk to Gen at first, don’t you remember? But I knew that she was my future, everything I had ever wanted, so I swallowed my fear and I went for it.”
“and what if she doesn’t want anything to do with me anymore?”
“then at least you can say you tried.”
It was silent for a moment as I mulled over his words in my head.
“ also I just might happen to know where she’s going to be tonight.” Jared smirked.
I stood up smiling at Jared.
I’m going to get my girl back.
Reader
I don’t know what happened.
Ok I do.
I just don’t know how.
Stella was there to catch me as I collapsed.
She held me as I sobbed. Once I caught my breath, the words poured from my lips.
“I’ll kill him.” Stella said standing up.
I grabbed her hand pulling her back down to the couch. I needed her right now.
His words replayed in my head in a continuous loop.
this was never a relationship
It felt like one to me. I see now just how one sided that was.
I would never leak his information. I signed a non-disclosure. I wouldn’t be that stupid to go against it. Stella is the only other person who knew.
“you never talked to anyone about me and Jensen did you?” I asked hesitantly.
“you know I would never do that.”
I knew she was telling the truth. She would never do that to me.
“look we’ll find out who did this, but in the meantime…” she said escaping from the living room quickly.
She came back seconds later pulling out a carton of ice cream and two spoons.
“I’m not going to eat my feelings Stella.” I smiled just a little bit.
“Even if they’re chocolate chip cookie dough flavored?”
I sighed taking a spoon. Her smile grew as she opened the carton. We sat eating the entire carton, as I cried silently.
If I thought that was bad, work the next day was hell.
As soon as Stella and I walked in all eyes were on us… well me.
I could hear the murmurs of gossip about my love life. I could feel my breath becoming shallow and quick. Everyone was staring at me.
I turned around to run out but crashed right into Gray.
“hey what’s the matter?” He asked grabbing my hand to pull me up.
I couldn’t control my erratic breathing. I was feeling a panic attack coming on.
He pulled me in to his office offering me a glass of water. I silently thanked him sipping it while trying to regain a normal breathing rhythm.
“I’m assuming this is about the paper.” Gray asked tossing thee paper on his desk.
Oh great of course he’s seen it too.
Unease filled me staring at the picture of Jensen and I on the front.
“Gray.. I” I started to defend myself but he cut me off.
“It’s okay, you don’t have to explain it to me, so you’re having a fling with him, who cares what other people think right?”
“I’m uh not, not anymore.” I said biting my lip to stop the tears.
“Follow me.” Gray said grabbing my hand and pulling me back out of his office.
He stood in the middle of the office, I went over and cowered behind Stella.
“Excuse me, it has come to my attention that there has been some unprofessional conduct in this office, if I hear anyone talking about certain situations, you will be reprimanded. Thank you.” Gray said offering me a small smile.
I think that just made it worse.
I rested my head on my desk debating on banging it off it a few thousand times.
Fuck my life.
“don’t worry, it’ll die down in a day or two, look I’m sure Taylor Swift will do something new and exciting and people won’t even think about you.” Stella said.
I raised my head sending her a glare.
“right not helping.” She said.
Stella was right.
By day two it had died down.
By day three it was a few murmurs.
Day four it completely disappeared.
Now a week later I was back to being a nobody.
Except to Gray.
It was strange. He brought me coffee every morning, checking in on my well being. Today was no different.
“how are you this morning?” Gray asked handing me a mug of coffee.
“better thank you.” I said smiling.
It was true.
Each day that passed it was getting better.
I realized I didn’t deserve any of that.
Jensen had some deeply rooted issues and that wasn’t my fault, yet I was the one paying for them. It wasn’t fair.
Stella and I weren’t any closer to finding out who leaked the information either, so that was incredibly frustrating.
“I have a surprise for you, follow me.” Gray said laughing.
I glanced at Stella before following Gray in to his office.
“close your eyes.”
I sighed hesitantly shutting my eyes. I felt something being placed in my hands.
“okay open them.”
I opened them seeing a ticket in my hand.
“uh it’s for an auction, I uh offered up two of your landscape photos, you’re incredibly talented and I think other people should see it too, who knows they might go for a lot of money.” Gray said smiling.
Wow.
This is what I had always wanted. My pictures to be seen by more people. I smiled and before I realized what I was doing I wrapped my arms around Gray giving him a hug. He was caught off guard at first but immediately hugged back.
“Uh thanks Gray, you have no idea how much I appreciate this.” I said pulling back.
“No problem, I’ll uh see you there.” He smiled.
Wait what was this?
Did I just accidentally agree to a date with my boss?
He must’ve of noticed my confusion.
“I’m uh one of the organizers.” He added with a laugh.
“Oh right of course.” I said embarrassed.
“Not that I wouldn’t like a date with you.” He said moving a little closer.
I felt the air getting caught in my throat. He was my boss. It felt wrong.
“I should um get back to work, thanks for this again, I’ll uh see you tonight.” I said rushing out of his office.
It was weird wasn’t it?
Why was he being this nice to me? I know it certainly wasn’t because Jensen dumped me. I was hesitant to go tonight.
What’s the worst that could happen though?
****************************************************
I stood off to the side sipping on a glass of red wine. A little black dress hugged my body as I looked around at the people in expensive suits and even more expensive gowns.
I was totally out of place.
I took a seat as the auction began. There were a lot of art pieces and photographs being auctioned off.
I looked at the pictures Gray chose. It was true they were some of my best, but I definitely didn’t think they should be up there, compared to the other pieces. Especially since the last piece just sold for 25,000 dollars. I was zoning out when Gray’s voice snapped me out of my trance.
“Our next two pieces come as a set. These beautiful photographs were taking by the beautiful (F/N) (L/N). I’ll start the bidding at 1,000.”
“1,000.” a man said holding up his paddle.
Holy shit. Someone wants to pay one thousand dollars for my photographs!
“5,000.” A feminine voice called.
Someone pinch me!
“10,000.”
Oh my god. I’m hyperventilating.
“15,000.”
If anyone bids any higher they’re going to have to pick me up from this floor.
“40,000.”
My entire world came to a pause at that moment.
I know that voice.
“40,000 going once, 40,000 going twice. Sold to Mr. Ackles for 40,000.” Gray grumbled.
I stood up quickly fleeing for the exit. I kept my head down, not wanting to see him. Of course as fate would have it, he caught up to me.
“(y/n) please stop.” Jensen said grabbing my hand.
I quickly rip my hand out of his grasp.
I finally look up meeting his eyes.
Woah.
He looks like he hasn’t slept in days, big dark circles lay under his eyes making them look lifeless. I felt kind of bad.
Hold up.
Why should I feel bad?
He didn’t feel bad as he screamed at me and kicked me out of his house.
“What are you doing here Jensen? Are you here to scream at me some more? Want to accuse me of anything else?”
I felt the venom dripping off of each word. He looked as if I slapped him in the face.
“I just uh, I want to talk.” He said fumbling over his words.
“Oh now you wanna have a conversation? Jensen you really hurt me.. you don’t get to do things just when it’s convenient for you.”
“I know I hurt you and I’m…. I’m sorry.”
Woah.
In the time that we were together, even when we fought before, I’m sorry has never left Jensen’s lips.
“You’re sorry?”
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry for yelling at you. I’m sorry for scaring you. I’m sorry for accusing you. I’m sorry for all of it. God I know I’m probably the worst person in the world and the last thing you want to do is talk to me but all I’m asking for all I’m begging for is one conversation. Please just come to dinner with me and let’s talk.” He pleaded.
Woah.
I sighed looking at him.
He looked like hell.
“Fine… I’ll go to dinner with you. But only because I’m hungry.” I huffed crossing my arms.
He smiled, putting his hand on the small of my back to lead me out. I quickly pulled away from him.
“oh no Ackles, you don’t have that privilege.” I said.
He holds his hands up in surrender, giving me a flirty smile. He opened the door for us to step out.
“(y/n) wait!”
I turned around to see Gray running towards us. As he got close, I didn’t miss the glare he sent Jensen. He stood in between me and Jensen blocking him from me.
“are you okay?” He asked grabbing my hand.
“yeah you know what I think I got it from here.” Jensen growled placing a hand on Grays shoulder to move him.
Gray shoved his hand off turning around to stare him down. They were the same height and their builds matched up pretty well too. This could be bad.
“I wasn’t asking you.” Gray spit.
“(y/n) come on let’s go.” Jensen said grabbing my arm and pulling me to him.
“don’t tell her what to do.” Gray shot back grabbing my other arm.
“STOP BOTH OF YOU! I’m not some possession to be won.” I yelled ripping my arms away from both men.
“I’m sorry.” Jensen quickly spoke up.
“I’m fine Gray, let’s just go.” I said nodding at Jensen.
Jensen glared at Gray one more time before leading me out. I once again pulled my hand away from him. I was furious!
“I can’t believe you talked to him that way… he’s my boss, you’re going to get me fired.” I growled stopping in the middle of the parking lot.
“yeah well he wants whats mine.”
“ha, whats yours? last time I checked you were the one that said this was never a relationship.” I sneered pointing between us.
“well I was wrong, I want to try again… for real this time… because I’m uh I’m falling in love you, and I never cared about any of this stuff until I met you. Fuck I just want to be with you.” Jensen said.
It was as if the walls he built were crumbling down.
“I want to believe you.. I do but, Jensen I can’t keep waiting around for you to let me in. It’s not fair how you get to shut down and push me away. You said some really hurtful things and now you want to pretend like it didn’t happen.”
He was silent as he stared at me.
Of course, shutting down like always.
I sighed and turned to walk away when his voice caught me off guard.
“there were two names.”
I quickly pivoted back around giving him a confused look.
“you asked me what was her name, the one that did this to me… there were two. Elle and my mother.” He spilled.
“come on Jensen not here.” I said pulling him to the car.
I pulled open the door to the back seat, sliding in with Jensen following me. I sat quietly hoping he would continue.
“Uh ok when I was young my dad decided he didn’t want to be a dad anymore and he left. I thought that it was all my fault. It really hurt my mother. Instead of coping with it, she turned to drugs, heroin for one. I didn’t know about it at first but then she started missing baseball games and picking me up from school. Dinner started to come from a box every night and it got to the point where I had to make my own. I fell down at baseball and broke my arm. I cried for my mom but she was too busy getting high that she didn’t notice. My baseball coach took me to the ER and when they couldn’t get in touch with my mom they sent police to my house. They found her with a needle in her arm. I was immediately taken from her custody, and placed with my aunt. I thought that once Mom got clean, she’d come for me… but she never did. Turns out she blamed me too. When I needed her the most, she wasn’t there. I desperately just wanted her attention and never got it. I guess that’s why I looked for that attention elsewhere. That’s when I met Elle. She made me feel like I mattered, like I meant something. I fell in love with her quickly, shared all of my firsts with her. I was so in love with her, I even proposed. I thought I was going to share my life with this girl. Now supernatural was just getting popular at this time. All of a sudden horrible things started coming out about me. I didn’t know where the tabloids were getting this information but none of it was true. It got so bad that they thought about recasting me in the show. One day I noticed Elle left her phone on the stand. I went through it and saw that she had been selling stories about me to the tabloids for money. She was also seeing someone else behind my back. She never loved me. She just pretended. I was heart broken. I felt like I lost everything. I swore from that day forward I’d never give a woman that power over me again, and that’s why I don’t kiss anyone cause then that means it’s real. And I’ve stuck to my word….up until now.”
I let Jensen’s words sink in.
No wonder he was the way he was. He’d been hurt badly by two women who were supposed to love and take care of him.
I didn’t noticed how long I sat there in silence until he spoke up.
“say something to me please.” He pleaded.
I looked in his eyes and saw they were misty with tears.
I didn’t say anything.
Instead I pulled his head to my chest, wrapping my arms around him in a hug. He quickly wrapped his arms around me as silent sobs escaped his lips.
We sat there in silence for a moment while we both collected ourselves.
“thank you for telling me that.. I’m sorry that people made you feel like that. I’m sorry that the person who was supposed to love you and support you didn’t, but Jensen not everyone is going to be that way. I know getting close to people is scary. I’m scared too.” I admitted.
Jensen picked his head up looking me in the eyes.
“I’m falling in love with you (F/N) (L/N).” Jensen whispered, leaning his forehead against mine.
“I’m falling in love with you too, Jensen Ackles.” I whispered back.
“can we please try again? I promise to be more open, I promise to work on my intimacy issues. I promise I will never hurt you that way again.” He pleaded.
“okay but one condition.”
“what’s that?”
“we take it slow.”

Tumblr media
Lazy mornings with Rafe have become Y/N’s favourite. It’s been two weeks since their first date and they are now officially calling themselves girlfriend and boyfriend. School starts today, but since it starts in the afternoon because of orientation for the freshman in the morning, the two could spend the morning tangled in bed together. “Good morning, my rose,” he whispers to her with his lips pressed to her forehead. She scrunches her nose as his morning breath hits her nose, “Eww, Cameron. Morning breath.” He grins at the girl mischievously and starts an attack of kisses all over her face. This causes Y/N to erupt in a fit of giggles. “Ugh, stop it.” She laughs whilst burying her head back into his neck. “I don’t want to go back to school.” Rafe laughs at her complaints, “Wow, I never thought I’d see the day Miss. Valedictorian says she doesn’t like school.” “I’ve never liked school. I just like beating people,” she argues and nuzzles herself further into him. “Come on. It’s 10 now. If we don’t get up, we won’t get up at all. I’ll pay for brunch before we head to school,” he tries to bribe, rolling off of the bed to get ready for school. “I want brunch too, dude,” Mason calls out while he walks past his sister’s open door from the laundry room. Y/N and Rafe chuckle at the boy and finally get out of bed to get ready.
——
The three of them pile into Rafe’s truck to head to the country club for breakfast. Y/N and Rafe sit on the same side of the booth at the restaurant, while Mason is on the other side. This is a shift from how the group used to configure itself before the couple became a thing. Rafe eats his waffles and just watches as Y/N gently nudges her utensils under his arm to cut herself a piece. He doesn’t mind; the whole reason why he ordered it is because she couldn’t figure out if she wanted eggs benedict or waffles. But she doesn’t need to know that he wasn’t planning on ordering it.
“God, how you guys went from 0 to 100 couple-wise is always going to amaze me. It’s going to be weird seeing this at school,” Mason comments, pointing the fork between the two. Y/N frowns at the words, “Oh, I didn’t think about that. It is going to be a little weird.” Rafe wraps his arms around the girl for reassurance. “It’s okay. If anyone bothers you, I’ll be sure to punch them,” he promises to her.
“Cameron! Violence will only get you expelled.”
“Okay, I promise to just give them a very stern talking to, my rose.”
“Yeah, and I’ll punch them after school so I can’t be expelled,” Mason interjects, feeling his protective side come out at the upset look on his sister’s face. Y/N smiles at the two boys and cuddles herself into Rafe’s arms. “What class do you have first?” Y/N questions. Rafe takes out his phone to check, “I have business, then English.” “Dude, I got last period English too. So does Y/N/N. Is it with Mrs. Santos?” Mason informs. “Uhh… Yeah, it’s with Ms. Santos,” Rafe confirms. Y/N beams at this news, “I’m so excited. I heard that she teaches novels only written by women. And that they aren’t only classics, but modern YA books. One of the books we read is Written in Starlight by Isabel Ibañez, which I’m excited about because I read another one of her books and I loved it.” “Well, maybe it can be the book we read for book club. Then you can kill two birds with one stone,” Rafe suggests. “That’s such a good idea, but I don’t have anyone but you in my book club so far, Cameron,” Y/N pouts a little. Mason notices the time, “I’m sure you’ll find more people to join, Y/N/N. But right now, we need to head out or else we are going to be late.”
——
Although Y/N and Rafe are not trying to keep their relationship a secret, only their best friends really know they are dating. They haven’t had any super public dates or a reason to post on social media about their status. Rafe often opted out of going to parties choosing, instead, to stay home with Y/N. So, today is the first time that the students are seeing them as a couple. Y/N had been cold on the car ride over here, so she snuck on Rafe’s school sweater that she stole from him on their first date. Rafe’s last name on her back is obscured by his arm being drapped over her shoulder. Wanting to show off to her, he insisted on carrying both of their backpacks to impress her.
Kelce approaches the pair with a surprised look on his face, “So this is what you’ve been up to while I’ve been away. Finally got the girl I see.” “Haha, you know it, man. I’ve never been happier. Got the best girl in the OBX as my rose,” Rafe brags, giving Y/N a big smackeroo on her burning cheeks. “Hello, Kelce. Nice to see you too,” Y/N teases at the boy skipping over greetings. Kelce lightly taps her shoulder in a joking manner, “I’m sorry, Mrs. Cameron. Hello to you too. How was your summer?”
“It was good, then there was a little bump in the road. But it ended off on an extremely high note. So I’d say everything worked out as it was supposed to. How about you?”
“It was tight as fuck, man. The cruise was awesome. And I may have been on the water, but I definitely didn’t go through a dry spell if you know what I mean.”
“Eww, too much. Kelce. It’s good you had fun on the cruise though.”
Before the conversation can continue, the bell rings signaling that everyone has five minutes to get to class and seeing as they haven’t even gotten to their lockers yet, the couple has to get going. They say their goodbyes and the three separate from each other to get to their classes. Y/N sits in her first class of the day, drama, alone. She isn’t friends with any of her classmates in this class so the hour and fifteen minutes pass by slowly. The bell finally rings and she makes a mad dash for English class; partly because she actually interacts with people in the class but mostly because she is excited to finally be under the tutelage of Ms. Santos. She has heard great things about the teacher and she gives amazing letters of recommendation. She taught a modern literature course at Oxford and seeing as that’s Y/N’s top choice, it would look amazing to the admissions office.
She got to class early, not wanting to be slowed down by the people lazily walking to class. She is the first to arrive so she sits in the front row in the middle seat. Rafe makes his way early into the class as well and sees where Y/N has chosen to sit. He isn’t exactly a front-row kind of student, but he wants to sit beside her. She watches him approach her and prepares to uncomfortably sit beside her, “You don’t have to sit beside me, Cameron. Just because we are dating, doesn’t mean we have to be attached by the hip. We can be separated for three hours.” Rafe pouts at her remark, knowing that she is correct. “Okay,” he mumbles in a childlike manner, giving her a peck on the lips before making his way to the back of the class where he normally sits.
Next to come in is Riley, who chooses to sit right beside Y/N. The grin on Riley’s face as he turns towards Y/N to start a conversation fills Rafe with insecurities. While Y/N is a straight-A student, Rafe had a solid B report card with a few Cs and tutoring sessions sprinkled here and there. This is normally a shock to most people, who expect him to be the stereotypical jock who doesn’t care about his schoolwork. However, Rafe really does try in school. At first, it started out as wanting to make his dad proud, but eventually, he started doing it to make himself proud of what he could achieve by himself. Even though Rafe gets better grades than his other swim mates, without having to cheat, he couldn’t compare to straight-A mathlete Riley, who is third in line for valedictorian in their class. Rafe couldn’t compare to Riley academically wise and this makes him nervous. He couldn’t keep up with Y/N in that way and when he realizes the conversation between Y/N and Riley switched to French, he becomes incredibly jealous. She laughs at the joke Riley makes in French and Rafe wishes he could connect with her on an academic level.
Rafe wants to stop the conversation between the two, but Mason and Ms. Santos coming in stops Rafe from walking to the front. Mason goes to sit beside Rafe, while Ms. Santos goes to her desk at the front of the class and begins her lesson.
——
The lesson ends and Rafe leaves Mason behind to push his way to Y/N. His height and reputation help him achieve his goal. Riley is still following her and this peeves Rafe off just a little. Y/N turns towards him with a smile on her face, “Hey, Cam-” She can’t continue because he instantly pulls her in for a mini make-out session in the middle of the hallway.
The bustle of the hallway pauses to see the new reveal of Y/N and Rafe dating. A mixture of disappointed groans and encouraging hollers fill the hallway which makes the two pull away. “Let’s go to the bookstore. We can get the books for class and you can recommend me a book for the comparative essay we need to do as a final,” Rafe proposes, taking hold of her hand and tugging her towards their lockers to get their stuff to go. Y/N gleams at the idea, “Only if we can read in the hammock when we get back to my place.” Rafe chuckles at her excitement and ignores the stare as people step aside to create a path for them to walk.
——
Rafe is driving back to Y/N’s house from the bookstore when he hears a screech come from the passenger seat. “STOP THE CAR.” This causes him to panic and slam on the breaks. His hand comes out protectively in front of Y/N so her head wouldn’t hit the dashboard. “Y/N, you can’t scream like that when I’m driving,” he chides, looking over to check if she is okay. She doesn’t reply as she flings the door open and runs towards a small blob on the side of the road. Rafe quickly unbuckles his seatbelt and follows her out of the car. He approaches her and sees what’s in her arms. She turns toward him with a puppy nuzzled close to her chest. From where he is standing, it looks like a gray and black border collie with spots on the gray and electric blue eyes. Rafe knew what she was about to ask for, “No, my rose. I literally just got my car detailed.” “But the poor baby is all alone. What if he gets hurt?” She uses a baby tone and waves the little guy’s paw. “Would your parents even let you keep him?” he questions.
“If I ask nicely, they will. Especially if he is an orphan all alone on the side of the road. What if he got hit by a car? Could you, in good conscience, drive away knowing that possibility?”
He knew he lost the argument when both the puppy and Y/N give him puppy dog eyes, “Okay, fine. We can put him in my car, but I want you to take him to the vet first to get him checked out and to check for a chip. Wouldn’t want the little guy to give you fleas or something.”
Y/N lets out an excited squeal as she runs over to him to give him a hug, then jumps into the car, cuddling her new friend. Rafe follows her back into the car and changes directions toward the vet clinic. “I’m going to name him Sparky.”
“Yeah, why?”
“Because his eyes are so blue, it’s almost electric and electricity can make a spark. Plus, he looks like he has a real spark of life in him. He looks energetic.”
“I can see that, it makes sense.”
——
After a vet visit and a trip to the pet store, Rafe and Y/N return to her house with their spoils of war. Mason comes downstairs to check on them, “Damn, good thing I got a ride from Topper. You guys took forever at the bookstore. Wait, where did that dog come from?” Y/N smiles and puts Sparky down on the ground after closing the front door. “This is Sparky and he is your nephew. Isn’t he cute?” Sparky excitedly runs over to Mason to examine his new environment. “That still doesn’t explain where you got him from. Please tell me you didn’t steal another dog.” Rafe interrupts this time, “That was one time and she was six. But she found Sparky on the side of the road. The vet says he has no chip and is healthy, so your sister wanted to take him home.”
Mason lets out a small sigh of relief and finally lets himself crouch down to pet the attention-seeking puppy. He doesn’t have to worry about returning Sparky to an angry owner. Sparky immediately rolls over and begs the boy for a belly rub. “I guess he is cute, but I’m not picking up his poop,” Mason confesses while obeying the pup’s wishes. At this time, Marvin and Cassie arrive home to find the newest Y/L/N family member. “Uh-oh, did Y/N/N steal another dog again?” Marvin jokes, approaching the dog with his wife. Y/N feigns offence, “Dad! That was one time!” “And it was adorable. But if he isn’t stolen, where did you get him from?” the twins’ mother asks, giving the dog the attention he wants. Y/N explains the story all over again to her parents, who are more than happy to let the dog stay seeing as they’ve always wanted a dog but never felt a connection with any other dog. Sparky’s excitement causes him to appear to be the perfect match for the family.
——
The first full day of school is today and Y/N couldn’t wait for this school year to be over. With a full day of classes and her first student council meeting of this year, her day is going to be very busy. Her first period of the day is ancient history, which she, thankfully, has with Lacey, who is surprisingly a fiend for mythology. “I’m so excited for this class. It would be so interesting to learn more about Mayan and Aztec culture. I heard they had an influence on modern Mexican food. I think next summer I should see if I could do a cooking internship down in Mexico. And you should come too. Y/N/N, you would love the beaches there,” Lacey confesses, sitting in front with Y/N. Y/N smiles at the idea, “Ohh, a graduation girl’s trip would be so fun. Although, I’m worried about how Ms. Baker marks. I hear she is extremely strict with how she grades. If she doesn’t like your writing, she will mark the answer wrong.”
“You love a challenge, though. Don’t worry too much about it. We can work together to beat the system.”
“Definitely. We always think better when we put our heads together.”
“So, did you want to watch a movie tonight?”
“Hmm, maybe. I have studying to catch up on.”
“Oh, come on, Y/N/N. This is the first full day of school. How can you already have stuff to catch up on?”
“Well, I just want to get ahead so that I know I understand everything and don’t have to worry if I fall behind. But I guess we can do a movie night. As long as we watch Knives Out. I’m in the mood for a mystery. You can even sleep over.”
The plans for tonight are set in stone and the conversation ends when Ms. Baker enters the classroom and begins her lesson.
——
Once ancient history is over, Y/N went to her next class by herself. The bell rings signalling the end of math class. The teen packs her things up and heads towards the cafe, which is just the cafeteria but the school wants to make it sound fancier. She makes a stop to the bathroom before going to her final destination. She is finishing up in the stall when she hears the bathroom door open and the middle of a conversation enters the room as well. “I can’t believe Rafe is actually dating that boring book nerd. I don’t see how she could satisfy his more sexual desires,” a shrill and high-pitched voice, Y/N recognizes as Molly Hudson, notes.  She hears shuffling toward the sink before a lower-pitched voice responds, “I know right? From what you told me about Rafe in bed, I don’t know if that slow innocent little prude could keep up with him.” That voice belongs to Hannah Barns, Molly’s best friend and minion. Y/N has heard enough and she is not just going to pretend like she is not there.
Y/N bursts out of the bathroom stall; her annoyance evident on her face. “I really don’t think that mine and Rafe’s personal business matter to you guys. Just because our relationship is public; does not mean you have any right to any sort of ownership over us. I know that Rafe hurt you by not talking to you after you guys slept together, but it is no excuse to say things about me behind my back. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go enjoy my lunch.” Y/N walks out of the bathroom without so much as a pause to see what else they had to say. Most people would’ve felt insecure knowing that Molly has slept with her boyfriend; however, Y/N feels very secure in her relationship with Rafe. She knows that he has a long string of girls who have had their hearts broken by him because they expected a relationship and he didn’t. But she knows what he feels for her is actually genuine emotion; she could see it in how he looks at her and treats her ever since they started dating.
Her scowl has not left her face as she sits down in between Rafe and Mason at the lunch table with Lacey, Topper, and Kelce sitting across from the trio. “Who spoiled your book?” Topper puns, noticing the look on Y/N’s face. Y/N reaches for the lunch tray that Mason procured for her with thanks, “Ugh, just Molly and Hannah being little gossiping hens.” “Seriously? Do you want me to deal with them?” Rafe straightens his back and wraps his arm protectively around her. “Nah, don’t worry about it. I put them in their place. I’m going to have to get used to it anyways. It comes with the territory of dating the Kook Prince of the Outer Banks,” she replies, resting her head on his should with a sigh.

*************************************************
She knew his work was dangerous
She always knew that. But never once did she try to keep him home. Every morning, her husband would get up and leave for the station well before the sun rose. Some weeks, he had to stay there round the clock, meaning they didn’t see each other.
It was lonely. Some nights she couldn’t bring herself to sleep in their bed because she missed him so much. And with the chief’s health declining, her husband had been staying at the station more and more to help out. As much as she knew he wanted it, part of her hoped he didn’t get promoted and take the chief’s place.
It was selfish, she knew, but she was scared. As the chief, it practically an obligation to die for your crew. For the cause. You’re both the leader and the sacrifice.
She sighed as she rolled out the dough for the Hwangnam bread, her husbands favorite. A welcome home treat. As she mixed the red bean paste, she heard the locks tumble and the front door open.
“Jagiya~,” a voice called. “I’m home.”
She quickly wiped off her hands and walked towards the front door to see her husband pulling his heavy jacket off his shoulders.
“Seokmin!” She hugged him tightly, inhaling his familiar scent of vanilla, sandalwood and lemongrass. “I missed you,” she whispered.
“I missed you too, my love. But I’m home now,” Seokmin replied, kissing the top of her head. “What’s that smell?”
“You should know by now…”
“Awww, Jake,” he said, looking past her and towards the kitchen. “Hwangnam?”
Jake nodded and took her husband’s coat, draping it over the back of the couch. “I wanted to surprise you but… you got here earlier than I expected. Not that I’m complaining,” she hastily added. Anything to have him home.
“We got to knock off early,” Seikmin said as he slipped his leather suspenders off. “Chief had a check up. Said we should all go home.” He sighs and drops into an armchair, clearly spent. Jake watched as her husband rolled his shoulders, then rubbed his thigh, making her wonder if his injury was bothering him.
Six months ago, Jake had gotten a call she had hoped to God to avoid: her husband, in the hospital, with second-degree burns and a shattered femur. He made a remarkably quick recovery, but after a long day, or when the weather’s really bad, it causes him pain.
Jake pulled a towel over the bean paste bowl and the dough bowl and walked behind her husband, massaging his shoulders. A small sigh left his lips as she worked the knots from his neck.
“God, baby. That feels nice.”
Jake smiled to herself and rubbed small circles on his back with her thumbs. “Oh yeah?”
Seokmin nodded drowsily. “Yeah. Think I slept on my neck wrong because it’s been hurting.”
She moved her hands closer to his neck. “What about here?”
“Mmmm. Perfect.”
“Wait I’m coming around,” Jake said. “I can barely reach over this chair.” She walked around in front of her husband, standing with one of his legs positioned between hers. “That’s better,” she said softly.
Seokmin reached out and settled his hands on her hips, lazy massaging her skin as she massaged his shoulders. He smiled as he felt her hands slide up his neck and cup his face.
“Hey,” she whispered.
“Hey,” he whispered back, lazily opening his eyes. He pulled her closer by her hips as she leaned down and pressed her lips to his.
Damn, I missed this, she thought. I missed him.
Seokmin squeezed her hips tightly, causing her to gasp, giving him the opportunity to slip his tongue into her mouth, tasting and exploring.
His hands ran up and down her sides, occasionally squeezing her waist or thighs. Jake planted on hand on the arm of the chair, the other fisting his shirt as she leaned into him and brought her knee on the chair cushion, right between her husband’s thighs.
She swung her leg over his so that she was straddling him, her hands clutching the fabric of his white t-shirt. With his hands on her thighs, thumbs rubbing the inside of her thighs… God, it had been so long.
Seokmin pressed his thumbs into Jakes thighs harder, causing her to moan into his mouth, subconsciously rocking her hips into his, desperate for him to move his hands. He smirked against her lips before trailing kisses down her neck. Seokmin placed his hands on Jake’s hips, steadying her and helping her set a rhythm against him.
“Mmm, Minnie,” Jake moaned softly.
“Right here, angel,” he said, biting her neck. “Not… goin anywhere.” He kissed further down Jakes neck. “Nowhere but down,” he mumbled.
Jake raised her arms as Seokmin pulled her dark purple hoodie up and over her head. “Gorgeous,” he said, looking his wife up and down. “Fucking beautiful,” he mumbled, kissing the curve of her left breast, right hand gently kneading the other.
Jake threw her head back, gasping as Seokmin started harshly biting and sucking on the skin of her collarbone and tit, leaving a trail or red and purple splotches as he went. With one hand she gripped his hair, the other she used to steady herself against the chair.
Seokmin slid a hand into Jake’s shorts, rubbing against her clit, drawing shudders and while from his wife’s mouth. In response, she rolled her hips harder, desperate for more friction between them, felling him harden beneath her. Jake’s hand slid between them, roughly palming Seokmin’s growing erection.
“Baby, wait,” he said, pulling a way slightly. “Let me…” he trailed off as he stood, making Jake wrap her legs around his waist as he maneuvered to the couch, dropping Jake on her back. He pulled his shirt off, pulled his heavy work pants down and kicked his boots somewhere behind him. Jake did likewise, tossing her hoodie aside and shimmying out of her shorts.
Making eye contact, they both giggled, as it had been a while since they’d done anything like this due to Kyeom’s unpredictable schedule. Not breaking his gaze away, Dokyeom knelt on the couch, one foot on the ground, other knee between Jake’s. He slowly ran his fingers from her ankle up her leg, her waist, her body arching slightly into his touch until his hand met her cheek.
“Hi,” she said breathlessly.
He smiled. “Hi,” he whispered back.
Seokmin leaned in and kissed her softly, fingers leaving her cheek and finding the hem of her panties while his other hand was planted next to Jake’s head, holding himself up. After a moment, he slipped a finger into Jake’s dripping core, causing her to moan against his lips, and biting his tongue when he added a second.
“Mmm… Min…” Jake moaned out.
“Yes, angel?”
“M-more,” she mumbled.
Seokmin grinned devilishly. “What was that, love?”
“I… I said more. Please,” Jake added.
“Of course, baby.” He dragged his fingers out, loving the way he felt his wife clench around him, savoring the whining, whimpering mess she turned into, how absolutely fucked out she looked by being lightly fingered.
“Oh, angel…” increasing the speed of his fingers, Seokmin leaned down and whispered in her ear. “You have no idea… no idea how gorgeous you look. Just for me. You’re so beautiful… so perfect…” Jake’s thighs began to shake. “Just wanna ruin you. Make you scream my name for the whole neighborhood to hear.” He added a third finger and pressed his thumb down on her clit, rubbing lazy circle while his fingers were mercilessly fucking deep into her, occasionally spreading out in a scissoring motion.
Jake bit her lip, legs shaking as she felt her high approaching. Soft hiccups bubbled up in her chest from suppressing her moans. Seokmin smiled and kissed her forehead, then her eyebrows, then her nose, finally kissing her lips, saying “let me hear you, love.” Jake nodded, looking into his eyes as her release crashed over her, and she came over Seokmin’s fingers. He helped her ride her orgasm out, gently removing his fingers, earning a while from his wife’s lips as the slight sensitivity.
“Oh, angel… What am I gonna do with you?” Seokmin mused, licking his fingers clean. Jake whimpered at the sight of her husband’s tongue languidly lapping up her juices off his fingers. “Such a mess already and we haven’t even started.”
“Babe,” Jake said. “I… I need you in me.” she said the last part quietly, shy after it being so long.
“What’s the magic word?” Seokmin asked, lips ghosting over hers.
“Please,” she breathed out.
“Good girl,” he said, pressing his lips to hers. Jake shuddered as she felt Seokmin gently push into her. “Min, wait… we… can we cockwarm for a bit first?”
“Of course, baby,” he said, gently squeezing her hand and kissing her forehead.
After a few minutes of slow breaths and small kisses, Jake nodded and quietly said “you can move now, baby.”
Seokmin nodded and slowly pulled out just to push back in at the same pace. Jake reached up and wrapped her arms around her husband’s neck, tangling her fingers into his cherry hair, shuddering as she felt his thick length drag against her walls.
“Fuck, angel,” Seokmin said, pressing his lips to her neck. “If I knew you’d be this tight I wouldn’t have waited.”
“J-just for… just for you, Minnie,” Jake said. “F…f-faster, baby, please.”
Seokmin nodded and quickened his pace, ramming into Jake, their hips bashing together to the point where Jake was sure she’d find bruises later. Seokmin hooked his hands under her thighs and brought them up over his shoulders as he finally hit that spot that got her seeing stars.
“Oh, god, Min,” she moaned, nails digging into his back. “Right there… Come on baby, don’t… fuck don’t stop.”
“That feel good, love?” He asked, sweat running down his face.
“So good…”
Between the stretch in her legs and the knot tightening in her core and her husband’s fingers working her clit, Jake could hardly speak, let alone think straight. Seokmin, on the other hand, was somewhat clear minded, watching the love of his life fall apart and come undone under him as he abused her g-spot, watching her half-lidded eyes roll back in pleasure as a series of incoherent pleas left her lips. The hickeys on her neck matched those on her collarbone and along her tits, telling the world that she is his.
“Min,” Jake said. “I’m so close.. gonna cum…”
“Me too, baby,” he panted. “Me too. Gonna… gonna fill you up with my babies… make you a mama…”
Jake’s walls tightened at the thought of it. Being fucked by her husband, turning up pregnant. A well sized baby bump, which he would place his grabs on while hugging her from behind. God it was such a thought that she might actually—
“Min!”
“I know, baby,” he said, fucking her even faster. “Come on, angel. Cum with me.”
Feeling the knot in her stomach unravel, Jake reached up and sank her teeth into Seokmin’s shoulder as her release hit her with the force of a tidal wave. Seokmin’s thrust grew sloppier until he finally came inside her, groaning softly before burying his face in the crook of her neck and laying there for a few minutes.
“Baby?” Jake said quietly.
“Hm?”
“Are you okay?”
“Perfect,” he said, punching himself up. “Absolutely perfect,” he repeated, kissing Jake’s lips. “Stunning,” he mumbled, kissing his way to her jaw. Jake felt his lips travel down her neck, over her chest, until he reached her clit. He planted a kiss on her swollen bud, then ran his tongue along her entrance, holding her thighs apart with his hands. Jake couldn’t help but arch her back and grip his hair as a low moan escaped her lips.
Seokmin glanced up at her. “I take it you aren’t too tired for round two?” He asked mischievously.
Jake sighed happily. “Never,” she replied, pushing his head back down.

7 years in Love (reader x Remus)
A/n: this is my first fic for the wizarding world! I’m gonna fail! I’ve put like 5 fics on hold cuz I feel I just can’t write them up to my standards. Also the title of this….
As Remus’ crush on you progresses each year. And how your crush on him develops.
wc: 1200+
⚠️: nah
masterlist
*****
1st year
Remus was sitting alone on the hogwarts express when you came through the door. You smiled at him, “may I sit?” Terrified Remus nods, his first social interaction was with a girl. A very pretty girl. After the you got settled on the bench across from him you smiled and held out your hand, “I’m y/n.”
Remus hesitated, nobody had been nice to him after they learned his secret but you seemed different. So he took your hand and shook it, “Im Remus, Remus Lupin. Y/n smiled and let go of his hand, Remus let his hand slowly drop to his side as you pulled out a book and began to read. Remus blinked before pulling out his own book and starting to read.
The two of you sat in comfortable silence until two boys burst in and sat down. The one next to you had raven colored hair and a smile that made Remus instantly on edge. The one next to him had round glasses and a matching grin.
The boys both glanced at Remus and you and their smiles dropped slightly. The boy with the glasses smiled and stuck his hand out, “I’m James, James Potter.”
Remus shared a look with you before your face split into a grin and you took his hand, “I’m y/n, y/n y/l/n. And the shy one next to you is Remus.”
Remus blushed slightly as he stared at your smile. It was the best thing he’d ever seen. He held out his hand to the boy next to you, “Remus Lupin.”
The boy smiled and took his hand warily, “Sirius… Black.”
Remus watched as your brows raised slightly as if you recognized the name but you said nothing.
The four of you became fast friends and spent the rest of the train ride talking and getting to know eachother but Remus found himself drawn to your smile or your laugh or the way your eyes lit up when you were happy.
And that was how it all started (I fell like a narrator).
*****
2nd year (do I have to do all Remus pov now?)
Remus smiled at you from across the great hall and you smiled back, waving. The two of you had been sorted into different houses, you into Ravenclaw and Remus into Gryffindor. But throughout the whole first year the two of you had stayed friends and hung out together. You’d made good friends with the other marauders and spend many hours with them, planning, scheming, doing whatever 11 year olds do. During the summer you’d written eachother letters and met up to buy supplies.
However there was one thing Remus was insecure about, how would you react if he told you his ‘furry little secret’ (as James liked to call his lycanthropy). Oh wait he has two insecurities, the other one, what if you liked Sirius or James or some friend from Ravenclaw and you got asked out or something. Awful insecurities for a 12 year old but well, it’s Remus we’re talking about so who’s surprised? (Gosh I’m really a narrator.)
Remus sat down across from James who seemed to be the only marauder at the table. “Where’s everyone else gone to?”
James looked up from his breakfast, “last time I checked , still asleep. And I’m offended, no ‘hello’ or ‘how’s your summer?’”
Remus groaned, of course Sirius and Peter were still asleep, the lazy idiots. “How was your summer James?”
“Well you see my paren-”
he was interrupted by you sitting down next to Remus. You smiled at both boys, before snatching some of James’ toast and frowning at Remus’ still empty plate. “Ya gonna eat something Lupin?”
James groaned, “You’ve interrupted my story Y/n and you didn’t say ‘hello’ either!”
you just rolled your eyes at James’ antics and got up to leave, patting Remus on the back, “try not to get too bored with James but I think you can leave once Sirius stops tripping down the stairs.”
Indeed, not 5 minutes after you left a very beat up Sirius sat down with a curse. And that’s also when Remus realised that he’d been too busy staring at you to actually say anything. When had you gotten so gorgeous?
Later during after class Remus spotted you laughing with a Ravenclaw boy as the two of you walked to your common room. Remus’ heart stuttered as you smiled at him and lightly shoved him with your shoulder. Did you like him?
A plan in mind, he quickly fell into step with the two of you and grinned down at you. “Oi y/n, who is this lovely boy talking with you?”
You smiled up at Remus and hugged him, “hey Remmy, you’ve got to meet Jai. He’s my potions partner and I think you’d be good friends with him.”
Remus forced a smile and held out his hand to Jai, “Hi, I’m Remus.”
Jai’s smiled and took his hand but Remus could tell he wasn’t happy with being interrupted. “Jai Asher, nice to meet you.”
Remus bowed his head to the Ravenclaw boy and took you by the arm, “Can I show you something?”
Your eyes lit up with the chance to find out something new and you nodded, bidding goodbye to Jai and letting Remus lead you away.
Remus smiled to himself as he glanced back and saw Jai’s confused and slightly angry expression. “What’s got you so happy Rem?”
Your voice pulled him out of his jealousy and he smiled at you pulling you down a staircase. “Just happy to finally share this with you.”
You side-eyed him, “you going to tell me what’s got you so knotted up that you faked a smile at Jai?”
Remus blushed, shaking his head at you and leading you to a portrait of a fruit bowl. “Watch this y/n/n.” Reaching up he tickled the pear before nudging open the door that appeared and stepping through the doorway into the kitchens.
Immediately house elves surrounded them and shoved plates into their hands, naming each snack as they did.
“peach cobble, sprinkled with drops of hardened butterbeer.”
“chocolate fudge cake filled with firewhisky.”
“macaroons in pudding with Bertie Botts every flavor beans.”
“please sit good sir and good lady.”
Remus smiled at the look of shock and pure delight on your face as you sat in the chair the elves brought you. Taking in all the deserts in front of you, Remus smiled and nodded to the house elves, effectively dismissing them.
You stared at him, “I- Remus you’re the best.” You hugged him and kissed his cheek making him turn bright red.
“Let’s eat shall we? Cant leave the food untouched.”
The two of you spent the rest of the day leading up to dinner eating and talking together. Not one thought was spared for Jai and when an hour before dinner the rest of the marauders came in, the two lovebirds didn’t even notice (until James dumped pumpkin juice on their heads.)
The rest of the year was spent in the kitchens and with the other marauders. As you had predicted, Jai and Remus had become good friends and Jai had figured out Remus’ werewolf secret within a few months. Jai had confronted Remus about it and Remus had begged him not to tell you. Jai had agreed without hesitation and had started meeting with the marauders to do their best to become animagi and accompany Remus.

Time Together
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ace x G!Reader x Marco
Modern!AU
@onepiece-reader-exchange for @cyborg-franky
Apologies in advance, it’s been awhile since I’ve written anything so it might not be that great
It had been far too long since you and your boyfriends had managed to go out together. Whether it was work, families or studies you had all just been missing each other. Only able to enjoy each others company for a short while before one of you had to leave again. Or in most cases, not seeing each other at all. You had finally put your foot down and told both Ace and Marco to clear their weekends.
As much as you loved spending time with your boyfriends individually it was always between when it was the three of you. Sitting in the back of the car you smiled widely to yourself at the two men in the front. Marco behind the steering wheel, the only one who actually knew how to get the three of you there and back in one piece and Ace in the passenger seat. The two of  them disagreeing about what was the best beach location. Leaning forward tapped Marco’s shoulder, his eyes meeting yours for a second before returning to the road.
“Yes love?” he asked, a soft smile forming on his lips as he continued to concentrated on the road.
“Lets go to a new beach altogether,” you said with a lazy smile.
“But what if it’s shit?” Ace groaned. “Remember last time we went to a new beach?!” he demanded.
You and Marco laughed at Ace’s annoyance. The last time you’d all gone to a new beach Ace had gotten stung by a jellyfish or two and to this day he refused to let it go. Despite the amount of affection and love he’d received from both you and Marco.
“I know, but it’d be fun to go somewhere new, like a mini road trip,” you grinned at your boyfriends.
Ace sighed, looking away from you. He couldn’t say ‘no’ to you, especially after all the hassle he knew you went through to organise today.
Leaning forward you pressed a kiss to his cheek, “Thank you babe.”
Ace’s frown instantly melted away, his cheeks tinged with a shade a pink.
~~~~~~~~~~~
Once you guys arrived at the beach you smiled happily, the sound of the waves rolling onto the sand. The birds flying overhead, looking for chips or food to steal from people there. Carrying the one of the beach bags you followed both Marco and Ace down the hot sand, your thongs doing very little to protect your feet from the heat. Ignoring the heat you smiled as Marco laid out the beach blanket, the two of you were quick to step onto the blanket.
“Ace you’re a freak of nature, is the sand not burning your feet?” you asked, looking at your boyfriend in horror as he sat on the sand.
“I’ve told you I barely feel the heat,” he said with a shrug, a goofy grin on his face.
Rolling your eyes you walked over to him, pressing a kiss to his lips.
“I’m just worried one of these days you’re going to burn your feet off,” you teased him. Ace just grinned up at you, his hair an unruly mess as always despite you seeing him brush it this morning. Unable to help yourself you pressed another kiss to his lips.
A shriek left your lips as a pair of arms wrapped around your waist, picking you up and into a strong chest.
“Sorry love, but I want attention too,” Marco laughed, his smile wide as he pressed a kiss to your lips.
“Heeey!” Ace complained, clearly upset that he wasn’t getting your affection anymore.
Marco laughed as Ace stood behind you, squishing you between the two of them. Craning your neck to look up at them you could feel the heat rushing to your cheeks. You knew your boyfriends were handsome, but right now seemed different. Perhaps it was the smell of the sea, or the way the sunlight made them seem otherworldly you weren’t entirely sure.
“Ya know, I love you both a lot right?” you spoke breathlessly.
Marco and Ace smiled knowingly at each other, both of them pressing a kiss against your check.
“We know,” Ace whispered, grinning widely.
“We love you too,” Marco replied, his eyes staring down into you.
“Come on I’m starving!” Ace declared, moving away from the two of you. Smiling at Marco you grabbed his hand, the two of you following after Ace,
“You pack plenty of food for him right?” you asked, looking up at Marco.
“I hope so,” he admits with a chuckle, his hand running through his hair. “But we better start eating before he gets a chance to finish it all.”
Marco grinned down at you, his hand releasing from yours to wrap around your waist.
“We should do something like this every weekend,” Marco said as the three of you sat together as Ace started handing out plates and food.
“Definitely,” Ace agreed, already digging into the food.
“You know what, how about we organise a road trip next time? See as many beaches as we can and go on an adventure?” you suggested, getting food for yourself.
“Agreed,” Ace and Marco said in unison making the three of you laugh.
A different kind of proposal (Raphael Varane x Reader)
Tumblr media
**Got a request to write for Rapha again and, you know, it’s such a sacrifice but I’ll do it just for you 😉 I don’t know how I came up with this specific idea but I think it’s one of the cutest things I’ve ever written so I hope you enjoy it 🥰**
Word count: 1857
Masterlist
Wattpad
"What are you doing?"
Rapha was startled by your words and closed the drawer so fast, he almost hurt his fingers in the process.
"You scared me. Why didn't you knock?"
"Do I need to knock to get inside my room now? I mean, the bathroom I get but the room? Afraid I'll see you naked?"
He laughed at your joke, still staring at the closed drawer on the bedside table. You noticed that but didn't want to overthink what could be going on. You trusted him.
"Should we order some food or cook?"
"Let’s order", he said. "I want a lazy evening".
"I'm not saying no to that but I have to shower first. Order for me, please. You know what I like".
I hope I do, he thought, looking at the drawer again.
                                       **
After a couple of days, you forgot about that odd moment. So when you were walking around the room, talking to Rapha's mum on the phone, you just checked his bedside table without a second thought. It's not as if it was his solely. It was on his side of the bed but there were things that belonged to him on the one on your side too, so…
"Are you still there?"
"Yes", you said, staring at the little box you saw.
"Did you find it?"
Oh, you found that and more.
"Yes, it's here", you told her, picking the piece of paper with the phone number she needed and reading it our loud for her.
When you hung up, you couldn't help it. You had to open the box and what you found there didn't surprise you. It was an engagement ring. That was why he had been so weird lately. And when was he planning on popping the question?
You took the ring out of the box and tried it on. It fit perfectly and it was so beautiful. Not that you were surprised because if someone knew you well, it was your boyfriend. And…future fiancé? It sounded good to you.
Hearing the front door open and close made you panic and you took the ring off quickly and put it back on the box.
“Are you home?”
“Yes! I’ll be there in a second”.
You ran down the stairs and almost launched yourself at Rapha.
“Hi!”, he laughed. “Someone’s missed me”.
“I always miss you”, you said, staring into his eyes. “But we’ll always be together so…I won’t have to miss you much, right?”
He didn’t understand why you were saying that now, oblivious to the fact that you had seen the ring and were feeling very emotional at the moment. But he nodded and kissed you anyway. Because that was his plan too, to be with you for the rest of his life.
But a couple of days later, he got home early and you didn’t notice because you were in the garden with your headphones on. He was going to say hi to you when your phone rang and he stopped walking not wanting to interrupt you. It was probably a work call.
“Hey, Lils. Thanks for calling back”.
Oh, you were talking to your sister. Well, then he could approach you and say hi to her too.
“Yeah, I’m still freaked out after seeing the ring”.
She’s seen it?, he thought, scared of what your reaction could have been.
“I know. He hasn’t asked me yet, which is good”.
Why was it good?
“Yeah, I need to do something before he does. But it could happen any minute and I’m panicking”.
You could mean many things by that. Maybe you wanted to wear something special and planned on going shopping. You were really into your fashion.
“I know. I just know I can’t let him propose”.
Why would you say that?
Rapha didn’t want to hear more. It was going to make him feel sick. Why didn’t you want him to propose? You were happy, right? It had been almost three years of relationship with barely any bumps in the road. You rarely fought and…you were talking about always being together just two days ago. Had seeing the ring made you have doubts about the relationship?
Rapha decided to go upstairs. He needed to stay away from you for a second to think clearly.
By the time you made it back to your room, he was lying down on the bed with his arms on his face.
“I didn’t know you were here. Are you ok?”
You rushed to his side, fearing he was sick.
“Yeah, just feeling a little dizzy”.
“Do you need anything? Some water, food…I don’t know. Just tell me and I’ll get it for you”.
But he just stared at you. How could you look so worried about him while you were thinking about refusing his proposal to marry him?
“My love, what’s wrong?”
“I think I have a headache. You should leave me alone so I can sleep”.
“I could cuddle you. Maybe massage your temples”, you offered.
“I would rather be alone”.
His attitude surprised you but you guessed everyone was a bit grumpy when dealing with a headache so didn’t worry too much about it and left him alone.
But Rapha didn’t sleep. He kept hearing your words over and over again. “I just know I can’t let him propose”. Why?
He faked sleeping the few times you went to check on him but he knew you’d be able to tell he was awake when you joined him in bed later.
“You should eat something. I can fix you something quickly…”.
“I’ll go get it. It’d be good to move a bit”.
He left without even looking at you. Why was he so weird all of a sudden? It had to be more than a headache. But when you asked him, he said everything was fine. And you wanted to believe it but he was a terrible liar.
“Do you need anything before I sleep?”
He shook his head and you got inside the bed, instinctively moving closer to him to cuddle. And even though he stiffened a bit when you first touched him, he let go of that fear of losing you for a second so he could enjoy the moment. He didn’t understand why you said what you said, but he could feel how much you loved him. And that had to count for something, right?
                                           **
Things were slowly going back to normal but you could still feel Rapha being a bit distant. You just didn’t understand why and he wouldn’t tell you either. So your mind went to the only possible option…he wasn’t going to propose. He changed his mind. So…should you even continue with your plan? Or was it going to lead to heartbreak?
“I’m off to the office”, you told him, kissing his cheek. “Will you be back tonight at the usual time?”
“Yes”.
“Don’t be late, please”.
“Ok?”, he was confused by your request. “Is there a reason for that?”
“I just…we need to talk. And…yeah. Just be on time”.
Talk? He thought you were going to bring up the ring. Surely, it had to be that. But your tone was so strange, he feared there was more.
“Ok”, was the only thing he could say.
“See you later. I love you”.
“I love you too”.
But then why were you acting like this if you loved him? His head was a mess full of all the worst outcomes. And so training was a nightmare. He couldn’t concentrate and just wanted to get back home to you. But he also feared coming back home to you.
You were also so nervous. What if this didn’t work out? What if he hated it or felt offended by what you did? But you wanted to do it.
“Rapha?”, you asked when you heard the door open but no more sounds. “Don’t come closer!”
Closing the door to the living room, you ran to the front door where a confused boyfriend was staring at you.
“Are you breaking up with me?”
“What? What would make you think that?”
“Why don’t you want to marry me?”
Where was he getting these ideas from?
“Who says I don’t? Rapha, what are you talking about?”
“I heard you speak to your sister and say you didn’t want me to propose”.
That was why he was acting so strange. You felt such relief knowing the cause for his behaviour that a small smile appeared on your face.
“Is it funny?”
“Stop talking and come with me”, you said, extending your hand for him but he wasn’t sure what to do. “Please. You’ll understand it all if you follow me”:
He finally took your hand and you led him to the living room, where a few packages were placed on the floor.
“What’s that?”
“Open them. Start with 1 and finish with 11”.
So he did that. When he opened the first one he saw an old shirt of his he had forgotten about and one photo.
“Turn it around so you can read the back”.
He followed your orders and started to read, which confused him even more. The photo was one taken on your first trip together and the shirt was one you wore to bed every night you were there. And that you stole before returning home. On the back of the photo, you told him about how much that trip had meant to you. You reminisced about some of the best moments you experienced there as well.
“Number 2 now?”
You nodded.
On each little package, there was a photo and an object that was attached to the memory portrayed in the photo. You could see him smile reading your words and your heart was so full of love for him at that moment.
He took number 11, your number, but you stopped him.
“I picked 11 because that’s our anniversary, 11th of November. Our lucky number. And…what day is it today?”
“The 11th”, he said, realising at that moment.
“Yes. I want to marry you, Rapha. Of course I want to, you idiot. But when I saw the ring by mistake…I didn’t want you to propose to me. We’ve never been a couple that does things the traditional way, have we?”
“No”, he chuckled.
“So I wanted to be the one who proposed to you”, he looked at you, surprised but not too much. It did sound like something you would do. “Open number 11”.
He did and was confused to see a couple of dried flowers but instead of asking, he just picked up the photo to see what it meant. It was a photo of you two at your sister’s wedding. You didn’t catch the bride’s bouquet but the friend who did took a couple of flowers off it for you. Rapha smiled remembering that moment and how you dried the petals to keep forever.
He then turned the photo and saw a very simple question. One he had been planning to ask: would you marry me?
He looked up at you, tears in his eyes like there were in yours, and said yes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
just for grins was looking at this juxtaposition of additional tags in my bookmarks (left) versus my own works (right) and like. clearly there’s a lot of overlap here just in terms of them being shuffled around. (if I like a fic I will almost always bookmark it, so this makes a good approximation of my reading habits)
observations of interest to me specifically but perhaps nobody else:
dubious consent - on bookmarks but not my own fic! this actually sort of surprises me (some similar feelings about the specific inclusion of “torture” on the bookmarks but not works. nice to know I’m not that predictable a writer!)
entertained by the fact that I’ve bookmarked more hurt/comfort than I’ve written mostly because I know why that’s the case and it’s because about half of my fics that maybe could qualify aren’t tagged hurt/comfort specifically because they’re lacking in what felt like sufficient comfort to count.
so “established relationship” is 100% on there because of Remember This Cold, which makes up 28 of those 54 fics all by its lonesome
also a little surprised by “canon compliant” making it on my bookmarks considering that it sort of feels like 90% of what I read is canon divergence fix-its, but maybe that’s perception and not reality
“grief/mourning” on both, love to see it
as far as things I apparently write but read less of...pre-canon stuff, apparently? would not have guessed that at all. I don’t think of myself as someone who is typically drawn to pre-canon things. but I suppose sometimes that plays into the canon divergence thing - though in general I think of myself as preferring to diverge somewhere within canon than before it even begins? interesting interesting. possible notable that when I narrow the parameters to works just under the “Lise” pseud (i.e. more recent), that tag no longer makes the list. wondering how much of the pre-canon tagged works are Supernatural.
speaking of the Lise pseud’s additional tags list specifically - well, for one thing it’s a whole lot hornier. 3/10 sex related tags rather than 1. also interesting to see no sexy tags on the bookmarks list. if I had to guess I’d say that my thor & loki stash of genfic has a lot to do with that. just went to check what happened if I excluded that single relationship and...yeah, there’s a sexy tag in my top ten for the bookmarks again. doing the hard hitting statistical analysis here
smdh “Dark” lise what kind of vague and uninformative tag is that (the answer is, based on pseud filtering, one that I apparently tacked on a bunch of FFN transfer fic, probably because I was feeling too lazy to get more specific on every one of those)
statistically affirming that I write a lot about character deaths that specifically happen in canon. this does not surprise me. however, I am interested in the discrepancy between that number and the number of times I’ve used the Major Character Death AO3 warning, which is 77. this means that I have killed characters that didn’t die in canon on 35 separate occasions. and we’re not talking about me killing characters I don’t like, generally speaking. to be loved by me is to die, at least if you’re a fictional character. if canon doesn’t get to you first I will. or sometimes if canon gets to you first I will also, but differently, several times.
favorite juxtaposition here is on the bookmarks list where it’s “character study” and “torture.” well I guess that’s one way to study a character
post-canon showing up in bookmarks telling on me about my “but i wanna know what happened after everything was supposedly resolved but there’s still a bunch of messy stuff remaining to be dealt with” narrative kink
Yep. That’s going to be the energy of this intro.
Hai! My name’s Ali(which stands for A Little Idiot because that’s what I am)! I use It/its pronouns, but I’m fine with they/them and she/her :) I identify as a straight female(but ofc big supporter of the lgbtq+ community >w<) I’m a minor, I don’t swear or nsfw jokes but I don’t exactly mind them.
I do have another tumblr account which you might be able to find really easily as soon as I say my YouTube channel but I made this new one because my friends followed the other one and I don’t want to bombard them with random pp crew posts because I know they’re not exactly interested in that and I hate my previous posts so I want somewhat of a fresh start.
Also yes, this is the point of this post. Intro.
I like MCYTs and DSMPs in general but I what I really love(and what the main focus of this account will be) is the PP crew and Eggpire dynamic :D (Really liked Muffin Trio too but I’m still not too sure where I stand on that currently)
You already know the basics about me(because I wrote it above and I am terrible with the arrangement of this stuff yep-)
But what do I have to offer for your entertainment?
Well…
Not a lot!
I have nothing to offer but my personality which I have not demonstrated very well in the first few paragraphs of this post but- I’m lazy k-
Well, I guess I know how to do somethings(not like I’m good at any of them…)
Here’s that I suppose and what I plan to post on here:
MY ‘SKILLS’:
Writing
Art
Animating
Music
FIRST OFF WRITING:
I have not written any PP crew pieces as of right now, I have written an Eggpire and Velvetfrost book so if you want to check that out, I write on Wattpad, my user is @A_Punny_Funny_Bunny and the book is called ‘What About Me - A Velvetfrost and Eggpire Story’
Link
I’ve been pretty inactive there though lately-
SECONDLY
ART
CAN I DO ART?
NO!
WILL THAT STOP ME FROM MAINLY POSTING ART?
ALSO NO!
Everyone once in a while I might make something good
Just something that is not complete trash- but mostly I’ll post things in WIP formats, like this:
Tumblr media
So yeah-
Art
Nice
If you have an art request, feel free to ask me because I’ll almost definitely do it because my brain is too dumb to come up with good art ideas ✨
THIRD IS ANIMATION
I picked up animating with Flippaclip pretty recently and I like it so you might see an animation but probably not because I suck at it and can not do it properly
I do not have an example bc I couldn’t finish it and I wanted to post this before MCC so shut-
LASTLY THERE’S MUSIC WRITING
Something that I really like to do but never posted or shared any of it with anyone ☺️ Maybe one day I will but for now, no
But maybe one day
Which is why I’m putting it here
Why is the(only) example (I could finish in time-) I made for this post not pp crew related despite me saying that’ll be the focus? Simple, I want to keep my designs a secret for now(translation: I haven’t decided on designs yet I’m sorry-)(Also I’m on a boy crazy rampage- yes that is mine and my crushes oc…)
Also warning: My posts are very unaesthetic and cool looking so just- I’m not good with aesthetics ok…
I’ll post as often as I can, prob everyday since small WIPS like shown above take like 5 minutes- BUT YEAH
SO YEAH THAT’S IT-
Nya ichi ni san nya arigato~
hey!
i agree, maths is useless if you don’t want to be in that field and i certainly don’t so i’ve always hated it. also i love the fact that you actually respond with good long answers, it makes my day every time :))
quite simple questions today because i’m feeling lazy:
- what is something you’ve never told anyone before?
- where do you like to go when you’re feeling overwhelmed?
- what time do you wake up/go to sleep? are you a morning or night person?
- do you have a favourite fic/fic writer/fan artist? i want to branch out more. any ships are good (but no snape or anything crazy lmao)
- what can i call you?? i want to give you a nickname but i think you should suggest it ;)
also, who do you think i am?? i’m very intrigued, i think you should guess ;)
i hope your day is brilliant and you also make my brain go brrr, i love it (and you)
this is going in direction i did not expect
no such thing as a simple question if you ask me, only simple answers! or maybe you really do just ask good questions lol
it’s hard to think of something that i’ve never told anyone before. i’m a chatty person & i talk to a lot of people, so i feel like i just end up telling people different things about me? i don’t know how to explain that. one thought that’s been in my head lately that i’ve been too embarrassed to share with anyone is that i think i’d like to put my music on spotify. feels like a lofty dream, but well… we are planning to record it, & people like it at shows, so who knows.
when i’m overwhelmed, i tend to seek out people rather than places. usually one of my best friends. if not, though, i like to go on walks. walking is a safe haven to me. sometimes i hike down to my favorite spring or cliffside, sometimes just to a church i live near. if it’s night i’ll sit in the empty bathtub though haha rather classic
my sleep schedule is incredibly inconsistent. last night i went to bed at around 6 am & then woke up at 3:30 pm. but there are some days where instead i wake up at 6 am lol. i’m the queen of all-nighters honestly, & sometimes i feel like I work better when i haven’t slept. i get the most done between 2 & 9 am. i don’t know if that makes me a night owl or an early bird - i literally just don’t sleep!
oooh, i love this question. idk what ships you’re into, but i’ll tell you some of my faves.
some medium sized fics & wips i’m following: i like starvin darlin, which is a rosekiller roadtrip au in which evan has cancer & barty is a cannibal. then i really like stay in your lane, which is a jegulus olympics au that has every background pairing you could dream of. & i also must recommend a violent kind of spin which is jegulus enemies to lovers during the war. whatever she wants is an AMAZING pandalily coffee shop au.
for longfics my favorite is black mass, as well as probably pink lemonade. i read a lot of longfic but if i had to narrow it down to two, it would be those. black mass is a wolfstar road trip au, & it’s pretty dark but i really love the way the characters are written. lots of classic music. pink lemonade is a jegulus band au (background rosekiller, established wolfstar & dorlene iirc) where the marauders are a band in emergency need of a concert photographer… regulus just so happens to BE a photographer. gasp.
& in the realm of one shots, i really like heaven has a curb perfect for smoking on which is a canon-compliant wolfstar fic where remus & sirius have a angsty chat in the afterlife. also!! slow endings where harry is cleaning out grimmauld place & finds a strange photo of james & a man who looks an awful lot like sirius. that one’s jegulus obviously.
you should also read my jegulus band au… definitely not biased in that recommendation, no way. click here for that one.
as far as fan artists go, i have a lot? you should check my art tag. i tag pretty meticulously haha. but my absolute favorite is theinvisiblemuseum for the genius rarepair content & beautifully dark ideas.
whoops sorry that was a LOT but i hope you find something you like within all that xx
as for what you should call me - my name is whatever you decide, as the taylor song goes. up to you; what do you think of when you think of me? (i’d love to have something to call you as well, though - i’ve gone with question anon in my head & when sharing theories with my bestie lol.)
& speaking of theories, i’ve gone through so many! i feel like you’ve got to be someone i know, but i feel like i’ve pretty much ruled out everyone i know? you don’t talk like any of my irls, or rhea, so i have ruled those three out. my only guess that i think would make sense is @saturninebutalive, but i genuinely have no clue. (sorry for the tag betty, hope you’re having a nice day <3)
anyway, have a lovely rest of your monday, question anon! let me know what you think of the fics if you read them. it’s so nice to hear from you
The Things We Don’t Tell
Summary: You were sure your life was written and directed to fit a sketchy Rom-Com and nobody could convince you otherwise. First, your boss was too hot to be true, and burning with desire didn’t even begin to explain the tingling sensations he left on you. Second, your coworker (a.k.a. Ex-About-to-be-FWB) insisted in turning your life into a living hell, which wasn’t the exact kind of hotness you were into. And if having these two hot men around you every single day of your life wasn’t enough to prove it, maybe the threat of your slutty secret identity about to be busted would be… But you couldn’t let this happen.
WC: 7,5 K
Genre: Smut, Humor (?)
AUs: Office, Enemies to Lovers
Pairing: Hwang Hyunjin X Fem!Reader X Bang Chan
(Not really a love triangle as Hyunjin is the Lead. However, Reader wants to Bang Chan)
Rebloggable Masterlist    //   Main Masterlist   //   Tag List
Warnings: Language, Thigh riding, Public space (Office), Exhibitionism, Possessiveness, Pet Name (Baby girl), Sir Kink
[If I forgot anything, please let me know! I’m kinda sleepy right now]
Notes: There will be at least one more chapter but I won’t do a tag list post for now, only if someone wants it, cuz I’m too lazy to think about doing it right now. This fic is an attempt to experiment with some writing style things that I’ve been wanting to try. I don’t think it worked, tho SUHAHUSAUHSUHA But that’s life
- I’ll quite possibly change the title in the future-
                                                            ///
  You are a superhero.
    Okay! To be honest, you may be exaggerating a little bit ─ a tiny harmless little bit ─ but that was how you felt every single day of your life, alright? You had this glorious and mysterious side of yours that you hid from everyone else in the world… That mask that you couldn’t let come to the ground and would fight for dear life to protect… That side to your persona that no one was allowed to meet… The fierce, bold, and dark aspects of your soul that—
    “Y/N! I want those papers on my table!
    “Yes, sir!” You shrieked in an embarrassing (not even slightly bold) way.
    — That you couldn’t show at your work.
    Yeah… So maybe no one actually thought of you as a superhero, but you really believed someone should start to. Was there something that different between your life and those low-budget TV shows people seem to enjoy so much? You didn’t think so.
  To be fair, sometimes you felt like someone wrote a questionable script and poorly directed your life to fit you as the leading lady of a sketchy rom-com. As if they just focused on checking out every point on a bullet list made up with rules for a successful superhero office drama that wasn’t even that good…
    … And speaking of which…
    Rule Number One: The stern (maybe kinda attractive) boss!
    If you had to define Bang Chan with a couple of adjectives, you would choose undeniably beautiful ─ extremely professional of you because the right words to describe him were fucking hot ─ and committed. Fortunately, it wasn’t an “I have someone waiting for me at home and a bunch of kids I must put to sleep” kind of commitment, which would destroy your hopes of having this man one day. Unfortunately, it was an “I’m better than the header and gonna run this company by tomorrow night” kind of commitment, which destroys your hopes of a peaceful day at work.
    Now, it’s not like you don’t want to do your job! It’s just that you didn’t sign up to be Bang Chan’s perfect little toy ─ definitely not the better words to describe it ─ and you didn’t expect to be joined by the hips ─ really? ─ with him or any of your coworkers. The thing is that Bang Chan wants to be on top ─ someone has to stop you ─ and he believes the only way to get there is to work as a team and be as perfect as one can be. In other words, Bang Chan wants absolutely everything and everyone to be neat, tight, and ready to be used ─ again… Not the better way to put your thoughts into words ─, but this just wasn’t who you were.
    It also wasn’t the point right now.
    The point right now should be the fact that Bang Chan was striding to his office looking like he owned the whole damn place… If this was a movie, the camera would be focusing on his expensive, black leather shoes before scanning all the way up to his waist in slow motion. The scene would zoom in on his fine ass only to go a little bit up and catch the shiny, black belt wrapping around his figure. The outfit didn’t leave much to the imagination, but you had a hell of a productive mind… You could think of a few things you shouldn’t really be thinking about right now.
    Bang Chan didn’t seem to understand he was at work either.
    He rolled his sleeve up in a sexy motion that should be illegal. It isn’t. You can tell by the way there are no cops bursting inside the building and arresting this gorgeous son of a bitch.
    The lack of any authorities to stop this atrocious moment had you lowering your gaze to your desk ─ a vain attempt to ignore the way his forearms flexed as he gestured and ordered people around. If you were a little bit less professional, you would have some ideas of how he could do it in bed. With you. But you weren’t some kind of creepy perv who would be fantasizing about riding your own boss from dusk till dawn.
    Not at all.
    “Do you need me, Sir?” His secretary asks politely.
  A question that you would love to ask him too… In a totally and strictly professional way, of course.
    Rule Number Two: The (extremely unnecessary) nemesis!
    The shiver running down your spine could mean only one thing: Hwang Hyunjin ─ your obnoxious coworker ─ was standing right behind you, just like a bloody damn ghost. There was no need to turn around. You knew he had his mocking eyes glued on Bang Chan’s figure, and you could feel the air shifting as he tilted his head in a silent sneer before leaning on your desk.
    You refused to turn around and acknowledge his presence; painfully aware that he would flash a wide grin while looking at you with a knowing glint in his eyes. You wouldn’t give him the taste of seeing in your face that he was right; that you were staring at your boss as if you were a starving vulture. So you did the only thing you could do in this situation: You started to work. The sheets scattered over your desk wouldn’t walk by themselves to Bang Chan’s room, right?
    And neither would you if it depended on Hyunjin.
    The attempts to swipe the papers in your direction and gather everything you needed ─ to finally get rid of Hyunjin ─ proved to be vain as his hand took root on the desk. You pursed your lips in annoyance while glancing at his prominent knuckles and slender fingers; wondering if he would be so collected if he knew you wanted to crunch them. Probably not. But he gets off so fucking much on upsetting you that he might just want to take the risk anyway.
    “What do you want, asshole?” You hissed; stopping your motions before turning around to stare blankly at him.
    The face of an angel was the most accurate way to describe the sight in front of you. Plump, pink lips molded into a sweet smile and dark brown eyes morphed into cute crescents. None of those features fit his true self, though. Underneath the angelic façade, there was a demon called Hwang Hyunjin ─ who was resting his free hand on your shoulder for no reason besides driving you crazy.
    It would be easier if he was just a pretty face, but Hyunjin had a good body too. The guy looked just like a model ─ slim, tall, and classy ─, and even though only his collarbones peeked out from down his shirt, you knew that there was much more than the eyes could see.
    Well, you never saw it, but you had felt it.
    As far as you could remember, each curve on Hyunjin’s abs was craft by God himself. The way his chest was built for you to caress would be forever craved on your mind. You might never forget how soft his lips were in contrast to his lap… How his thighs flexed just right when you pulled his hair… How reactive he was… How his moans sounded… And how he put everything to waste.
    “Oh, nothing” He shrugged. As usual, his voice was just like sweet, hot honey; still, you could wipe the poison dripping down his chin, “I was just wondering if you had enough time to do your job while fucking your boss inside your head” He clarified sarcastically, cracking you a smile.
    Sometimes you regretted not putting his mouth to good use… He really needed to learn how to shut up for a while and stop being so… Unbearable. The silence he met had him scoffing; body leaning even closer to the point his face was practically hovering over yours ─ smugness plastered all over it. You held his gaze to confront him; breathe mingling with his in a heated mix that matched the anger under your eyes.
    Was he licking his lips as he stared at yours? Oh boy… He definitely wanted to get laid. It was your time to scoff as the frown on your lips turned into a smirk; eyes twinkling mischievously as you looked into his in a silent teasing. As if sensing that he was in trouble, Hyunjin tilted his head to look even more obnoxious than he was; face coming closer to yours to defy your newfound confidence.
     “You know what? If you stared at him any longer, I think his balls might have fallen off…” He whispered in a tone loud enough for just you to hear “Unless he saw the way you were looking at him… Then I guess his dick would go straight up” He assured you with a ‘friendly’ pat on your shoulder as he finally let go of your papers and straightened his back.
    “Are you saying it from experience?” You sneered; grimacing at him.
    “Are you telling me that you want me to fuck you too?” He retorted gibingly; not even thinking twice about it.
    “No” You tilted your head, trying to stay composed, “I’m reminding you that you couldn’t even kiss me without getting a boner… Just like a teenage boy” He arched a brow at your statement; pursing his lips as he hummed in wonder “I’m surprised you never came in your pants like the pathetic thing you are” He laughed; poking his cheek with his tongue before squeezing your shoulder in a silent warning.
    “I must have been quite a sight if you can remember it so vividly” You pretended not to notice the way he sniggered, pushing away the urge to punch his face.
  Nemesis was just a classy way to call him a pain in the ass.
  Rule Number Three: The (plain and uninteresting) secret identity!
  It would be impossible to miss the moment Hyunjin’s devilish smirk morphed into a bright, friendly smile. The snarky comment on the tip of your tongue was swallowed back in a bit; grimace dissolving into a wide grin as if you weren’t about to throw your fists at him. He giggled as his arms spread open before snaking around your body to pull you into a tight hug; holding you close and rocking your body side to side as a soft huff fell from your lips.
    If you didn’t know any better, your knee would be buried between his legs.
  “Way to go, Y/N!” He chirped, loosening his grip to take a better look at your face; eyes smiling as if the both of you were the bestest of friends in the entire world, “You’re awesome! I’m so proud… I can’t believe how lucky I am to have you as my teammate” He pursed his lips; dimples showing as he offered you nothing but affection in his gaze.
    You did know better, though, and it wasn’t too hard to figure out who was standing behind your back as you opened your mouth to answer him: “There’s no one I’d rather be with!” You reassured Hyunjin in a sweet, mirthful tone; tilting your head to return the fondness in his look in an act worthy of an Oscar “We’re a team, you know? You can’t get rid of me so easily” He laughed wholeheartedly at that; ruffling your hair before leaning closer to you again, resuming the hug.
    “We’ll see about that” He whispered in your ear, making you scoff.
    “What are you gonna do? Cry to Daddy so you won’t work with me anymore?” You hissed back; breaking away from his hug with a tight grin before turning around to meet Chan’s gaze.
    The surprise plastered over your face was millimetrically calculated; just like the way you pretended to be flustered as you stared into your boss’ eyes to see the pride shining on them. You brought the papers closer to your chest in what was meant to be an innocent, coy way ─ a technique mastered over the months you worked for him ─, and Chan seemed to fall for it as he giggled in delight. The poor guy had no clue all of this was as fake as your camaraderie towards Hyunjin, and he wasn’t about to discover it anytime soon if it depended on you.
    Luckily, it did! You had taken some acting classes; just enough for your next words to be naturally convincing: “I’m so sorry, Sir! We’re just so happy that –” The words were deliberately drawled to give him enough time to interrupt you. Just like you knew he would. And it was a good thing that he did because you had no idea of how you were supposed to finish that sentence anyway.
    You were a good actress, not a professional improviser.
    “Don’t mention it” He cut you off giggly; detaching himself from the doorframe he leaned on as he watched the friendly scene taking place.
    The amount of cuteness this man could deliver in his smile wasn’t fair, and it didn’t match the sensuality a simple gesture of his overflowed with, enchanting you. You gulped down as he gave both of you a silent order to follow him into his room, wondering if the duality he had in the office was remotely similar to what he could do in bed ─ a thought that shouldn’t be having a place in your mind right now.
    Hyunjin seemed to pick up on it pretty quickly too, and as soon as Chan turned around to head to his office, he bumped his shoulder onto yours. The obnoxious action was followed by your elbow diving into his ribs; a retaliation that took you less than a second and, luckily, Chan ─ or any of your coworkers ─ didn’t seem to notice. Neither of you gave away your silent quarrel as Hyunjin closed the door behind him, smiling at you when Chan finally took his seat.
     “It’s good to see that you guys have such chemistry” He confessed, and you had to suppress a scoff when you looked into his eyes. He had no idea… The chemistry between you two was enough to make you want to blow each other, “You know what I always say, right?” He boasted on a sing-song; much more at ease than he seemed to be earlier.
    You weren’t about to put that on the line, though.
    “You can’t have teamwork if you don’t have a team!” You warbled in unison.
    “That’s the spirit!” Chan gurgled, heading to his desk in a visibly good mood.
    What was going on? He wouldn’t be so happy just because you and Hyunjin were being friendly… Were you missing something? He didn’t seem in such a peaceful state of mind when he came in… It had to be something that happened after that. Perhaps he got some good news from his secretary? Or maybe… You narrowed your eyes as you caught a glimpse of Hyunjin’s hands fidgeting in front of him; his foot tapping the ground rapidly but quietly before moving slightly to step on your toe.
     Or maybe Hyunjin had something to do with it…
    “As I said in the email, Sir, I happened to hear some stuff around and… KQ managed to get an exclusive with Han Jisung” The sentence sounded just like a normal introduction to a report, but you knew it wasn’t. Hyunjin’s eyes darted to meet yours, glinting with anxiety and despair. He was informing you of what was going on, not Chan, “And as we all know, Jisung is a rising producer star, which is bound to raise their sales and might get in the way of ours…” He continued, swallowing dryly and widening his eyes ever so slightly.
    He was definitely trying to warn you of something.
    “Yes, I read the e-mail, Hyunjin” Chan agreed sternly; smile disappearing as his fingers intertwined to serve as a support for his chin. He looked classy and incredibly sexy, but your mind couldn’t afford to focus on it right now. You had to figure out what the hell Hyunjin suggested to Chan before blowing everything up, “You also said that Y/N might have the solution for this…” Oh, so that was it, you thought when Chan arched his brow; eyes connecting to yours.
    And now what?
    “So?” He encouraged you, detaching his chin from his hands so he could rest them on his desk “I’m waiting” He smiled gently; a closed-mouth smile that was supposed to calm your nerves, even though you could see how tumultuous his gaze was right now.
    It was practically a silent threat.
    In a normal situation, the predatory way he was looking at you ─ resembling a wolf when you were nothing but a sheep under his radar ─ would get you… Thinking.
    Your job wouldn’t be at stake in a normal situation, though.
    The pressure on your toes increased; the subtle way Hyunjin found to snap you out of your mind, despite your silence hanging in there for just a few seconds. It was obvious that he was freaking out just as much as you were, and you couldn’t help but blame him for this. Couldn’t he have told you about it earlier? What the hell was going on inside his mind?! Instead of taunting you about wanting to fuck Bang Chan, he should have warned you about that shit!
    That’s not the time for this, Y/N.
    The muscles on your face tensed as you tried to not give away everything going through your mind; lips twisting in a tight smile as you looked at Hyunjin: “Yeah, he was right” You answered calmly, even though your stomach was settled on becoming an Olympic athlete right now, “As I was telling him before coming here, Sir, I have someone in mind…” The relief washed over Hyunjin’s face; a genuine smile adorning his features as he withheld a sigh, “I happen to know I.N, and I think I can get us an exclusive” You confessed, shifting your gaze from Hyunjin to Chan.
    “The writer?” He blurted out, astonishment plastered all over his face.
    “Yeah… They’re a friend of mine…” You trailed off, embarrassed to say it out loud “They’re in the top trending now since their novel will become a drama and…” You cleared your throat, lowering your head to avoid his gaze. There was just so much of acting you could handle for a day, “I mean- It’s… Adult stuff, right? But they never—”
    “I know! That’s perfect!” He beamed, getting up from his chair to walk your way “They’ve never been seen! Nobody knows anything about them, Y/N” He laughed ─ he genuinely laughed ─ while clasping his hands together “Han Jisung is good, but I.N is better! This is hot news… FrontPage… How come you never told me about that?” He chuckled, placing his hand on your shoulder “Rest assured that when I get my promotion, I’m gonna have you right here in this room” He promised you in such a serious tone that a shiver ran down your spine.
    Rule Number Four: The (kinda horny) true self!
    There was not a single soul in the office as you made your way down the hall; eyes focused on the mesmerizing view outside. The sky was colored in purple shades, so deep that you would have mistaken them for black if it weren’t for the dazzling, sleepless city and its dozens of skyscrapers lighting everything up. Not even the full moon would be able to compete with such a beautiful brilliance, but it wouldn’t be necessary either as your gaze was abruptly torn away from the night.
    The darkness surrounding you didn’t allow your brain to connect the dots immediately, and you couldn’t help but wonder what happened when you bumped into something. The surface was much softer than a wall, yet firm enough to have you wincing for the impact; eyes snapping to meet the unlucky bastard that stayed until so late. The moonlight kissed his skin just enough for you to recognize the sharp features of your boss; clenched jaw revealing popping veins that distracted you for a fraction of a second.
     Your eyes trailed the path from his jaw to his neck, and you couldn’t help but wonder how it tasted like; if you could savor it like the sins you wanted to commit with him. The closeness didn’t work in your favor, and the hint of his scent intoxicated your senses as you connected your gazes. Something must have given you off ─ maybe your hesitation, maybe the lust glinting in your eyes ─ because the next second, Cristopher had his hand placed on your lower back.
   The warm sensation grew to a burning feeling as his eyes darkened while diving into yours; his stern, cold gaze contrasting to the feeling of his touch and sending a shiver down your spine. Could he have noticed the way your legs trembled as his grip tightened around you? The look on his face was indecipherable, and the intensity of his gaze made you feel too exposed and vulnerable to keep looking for an answer, so you averted your eyes away from him.
    “Weren’t you supposed to come as soon as you got his answer?” The way his voice made its way to your senses had the embarrassment washing over you. The huskiness in his tone made you gulp down ─ throat dry from thirsting over him ─ and the calmness in his sentence alarmed you as it didn’t match the disapproval in his eyes “It’s so late that there is no one else here anymore” He added nonchalantly; mixed signals getting you confused to what he meant by it.
    Was it just a way to scold you or was it an invitation?
    “I’m sorry, Sir” Despite not having anyone around, you whispered the words as if you could be caught at any moment now, “It took me longer than expected, but we—”
    “We?” His eyes were sharp enough to cut you off but the real reason why you couldn’t manage to finish your thoughts was the way he pulled your body impossibly closer to his “Were you with him this whole time?” He hissed right into your ear, letting his hot breath fan over your cold, sensitive skin in a silent threat.
    “Working” You corrected, even though he didn’t say anything.
    “Working” He hummed in agreement; hand going to tuck your hair behind your ear “As in how we work late at night?” He sneered, manhandling you to press your back against the cold surface of the glass wall that separated his office from the rest of the place “Or is it as in how he wants to work you on his desk?” He scoffed; soft huff almost as degrading as the way he held your cheeks with one hand and guided your eyes to his.
    “Neither” You guaranteed breathlessly; voice quivering in excitement.
    “Are you going to pretend that you didn’t notice his looks?” He narrowed his eyes at you; his knee making its way to the gap between yours before slowly rising to your thighs, “That you don’t know how much he wants to fuck you?” He laughed humorlessly, shaking his head in disbelief, “You better not, ‘cause I know you love it” He warned as he kicked your legs apart.
    “He could never fuck me as you do” There was such seriousness in your tone that it had him chuckling, and he nodded in approval before burying his nose in your neck, “I-I’m yours only, Sir… I know my place” You promised quietly, trying not to give away how aroused his jealousy made you feel.
    “Yeah…” His raspy laughter tickled your skin, and you muffled a whine as he grazed his teeth over your neck teasingly “But you like being reminded of it, don’t you?” He taunted, taking in your scent in a way that made you feel too small and helpless. He groaned as soon as you let a whimper fall from your lips, and you couldn’t help but struggle to stay still while knowing what was about to come, “Do I have to spell it for you, baby girl?” He snickered before sucking on the tender spot of your skin that he knew too well at this point.
    “N-No” Somewhere inside your head, you acknowledged that your reaction was insanely humiliating. He just needed a couple of words spoken in a sultry tone and you couldn’t even form a proper sentence. That was the power he had on you. And you loved it. “Only yours” The rushed tone made him smirk against your neck, stopping his path of kisses for a second to look into your eyes “Sir” You panted; returning his gaze with just as much intensity as he had on his.
    “Claim your place” His order was so tantalizing that you didn’t even blink before you finally let your knees give away, losing the support of your legs to earn the support of his thigh, “That’s right… You do remember your place” Somehow, this sounded like the best praise he could ever offer you, even under his amused tone, “But you have been such a bad girl lately…” He pouted as he caressed your cheek; hand stopping to grab your chin gently “And I don’t like bad girls… You know that, right?” He let his thumb reach for your lower lip, fiercely staring at it before grazing his finger on your teeth.
    Your answer was as silent as his request; tongue welcoming his thumb before you sucked on his digit. He hummed in appreciation, pushing it inside your mouth as you looked at him with big doe eyes to show a coyness that wasn’t really there within you. The action was followed by a swirl around the tip of his finger; as if to leave in his mouth the taste of what he was missing and prompt him to give you what you really wanted: Him.
    If he picked up on your plans, he showed it by giving like for like.
   He didn’t say a word as he pressed his thigh against your heat; leaning closer to let his breath fan over your neck once more. He stood like that for what could have been seconds, maybe minutes, but nonetheless time enough for his warmth to creep into your senses. He was like a poison to you; the intoxicating presence clouding your better judgment and destroying any will you had to have him losing control. You didn’t even mind the way he scoffed as you started to grind his leg; brows twisting to shout out a needy plea for release.
    “That’s a good girl” He approved, catching your earlobe between his teeth. The moan that fell from your lips was muffled by his finger and he didn’t seem to appreciate it, “I don’t hear you, baby girl” He complained, moving on to your jaw with a path of open-mouthed kisses that weren’t enough to distract you from his other hand “There’s no one here… Be loud for me” He allured you as his hand found its way under your shirt.
      The temptation was great… Scream his name as he fucked you senseless in the office... No risk of being caught… Just you, and him, and your dirty little secret…
    Your thoughts were all around the place, and you had no hopes of grasping them back as his cold hand brushed your side, contrasting to the warmth under your clothes. The way he touched you made shivers run down your spine; his slow, delicate motion enhancing your senses to every single second of his caresses. You held your breath when his finger finally managed to reach its destination; grazing over your nipple to have you succumbing to his wishes.
    You fought it as you could, but you were never much of a fighter.
    It was too easy for him to have you under his control, and he knew it. You could tell it by the way he chuckled as soon as you gave away how lost you were at this point. The moan that left your lips came all the way up from your chest, sounding crystal clear in the room as you let your mouth fall agape. Sucking on his finger and following his orders were the last concern you would have for this moment. The only thing worthy of your attention right now was the fact that you couldn’t get as much friction as you needed, and you had to do something about it.
    So you grind on his leg for dear life.
    “You’re so needy” The mockery didn’t have much effect on your mind anymore, so you just kept sliding up and down his thigh as if that was the only thing that could keep you going “You’re not even listening to me, are you?” He huffed in disbelief; thumb leaving your mouth so he could cup your face “That’s all you can understand, right?” He taunted, pinching your nipple to get your attention again, “Are you still there, baby girl?” He leaned closer to whisper in your ear.
      “F-Fuck me” Was the only answer he would get.
      “Manners” He warned; licking the sweet spot next to your jaw.
      “Fuck me, Sir” You corrected yourself; wrapping your arms around his shoulders to look for some support as you practically bounced on his leg, “Please, fuck me, Sir” You repeated, forehead resting on the crook of his neck as you clawed his back, trying to bring him as close as possible to you.
      “Louder” He demanded, and you didn’t need to look at his face to know that he was grinning, “Louder…” He instructed in a tone so low that you could barely hear him over the rustling sounds of fabric against fabric. Your breath hitched as his hand gently caressed your hair; moving some strands away from your face to take a better look at you. However, he didn’t get to see your teary eyes, “Come on, baby… Look at me” He asked in a tantalizing tone, alluring you to try and meet his gaze.
    There wasn’t much you could see through your hooded eyes; vision too blurry for you to grasp what was going on inside his mind. You could tell he enjoyed it, though. He always did. That moment when he could pinpoint you had given up on your control, that you weren’t yourself anymore and would be willing to do whatever he asked… He lived for it, for that rebellious flame of self-control extinguishing from your eyes.
     For who you become when lust overcomes you.
    The grip on his hair wasn’t unexpected, and Cristopher offered you a small, wicked smile before you connected your lips. The kiss was messy and hurried; tongues exploring every corner they could find while your hands were occupied on getting rid of your clothes. Neither of you cared about anything else but feeling each other’s bodies as you ripped your shirts. The cold breeze hitting your bare skin wasn’t enough to cool down the heat consuming you, but it was enough to have you squirming and whining.
      “Beautiful” Was the only thing he said before pushing your back against the glass and adjusting his grip to take your nipple between his teeth. The groan that escaped your lips was almost animalistic, prompting him to answer with a grunt of his own as he sucked on your skin. The vibrations ran from your flesh to your core, enticing another moan that seemed to fall into deaf ears, “Louder, baby… I want him to hear you…” He pleaded, letting go of your breast just to grope it and give you a kitten lick on the next second “To know who made you like this…” He added before sucking on it again.
    Perhaps it was the fact that he thrust on you, just to tease your senses and make you thirstier. Perhaps it was the fact you had to support yourself on just one leg as he pushed his hips against yours and you tried to seek for your balance by involving his leg with yours. Perhaps it was his hand sliding to meet your clothed core; finger pressing against your clit to add a delicious, needed stimulus for your orgasm.
    Perhaps it was the words that slipped through his lips.
    “W-What did you say?” You panted; hips faltering as you tried to keep riding him, but steading their pace as his finger circled your clit to goad you “M-Mhm… S-Sir” You cried; hand burying in his hair to pull it and translate the utter bliss waving down your body. The string of mewls and urgent pleas spilled from you like a chant, getting him more eager than before, “P-Please” You whined, even though you weren’t sure what you were asking for.
      “Hold it” He ordered; straightening his back to look right into your eyes, but failing as yours rolled back to your head. His hand made its way to squeeze your cheeks, forcing you to look at him with a soft shake to catch your attention “Look at me” It sounded like a warning; stern enough for you to try your best to focus on him, “You’ll only cum when he walks right through that door… Do you understand?” He searched for any signs of stubbornness in your eyes, but his smile showed he didn’t found any.
    “W-Who?” You managed to ask; body trembling as you tried to hold every single string inside your mind in place, even though each one of them was ready to snap and unravel the crashing pleasure that was building up.
    “Why does it matter?” He scoffed, quickening his pace as the unmistakable ring of the elevator sounded on the room “You love being seen, don’t you?” He chuckled, watching as your body shook violently and your knees started to give away to the sensations running down your body.
      “Y-Yes, Sir” You could bet your voice echoed inside the building, and Christopher seemed to agree with you as he grinned in approval.
    “So look at your guest, baby… And scream my name” He instructed, pushing your face to the side. The doors opened slowly, revealing the lights inside the small cubicle right in front of your eyes “Let him know who you belong to” He whispered in your ear; hand pushing your underwear aside so his finger could come in contact with your core.
    The mysterious figure detached from the corners of the metallic walls to finally reveal himself. You met his eyes for a half of a second; enough time for you to recognize the one who worked with you every single day of your life. For the past few years. Someone who would be your partner for years to come, and who would witness and engrave your face in your most vulnerable moment.
    You came hard; probably the most overwhelming orgasm you had ever had in your life. It was impossible to hold back your voice, and you couldn’t help but howl his name; legs shaking and body collapsing into your boss’ arms. You squirmed and whimpered as you tried to recompose yourself; letting him help you ride you out of your orgasm and occupying yourself by staring into your coworker’s shocked eyes.
    “Thank you, Sir…” You breathed out, gripping his arms for dear life while the shame sank into your soul.
    Rule Number Five: The (grateful and satisfied) fans!
    And… Post.
    Oh, well… You did it. Again. There was something about displaying your deepest fantasies for anyone to see that was kinda thrilling to you. Your heart raced inside your chest just like a drum ─ well, if a goddamn drummer decided to do a solo but was too offbeat, to begin with ─ and you couldn’t help but stare blankly at the page without a clue of what to do now. It was out there… Why didn’t anyone say anything yet? Was it that bad? Should you delete it?
    Well… People have to read it before commenting, you know?
    Yeah, right… You just posted it.
    Chill.
    You licked your lips before biting them; feeling the rush that was posting about your boss online when no one else knew about it. If you were being honest, the best part of this wasn’t having the chance to live your fantasies throughout your writing. No. The best part was knowing that only you knew the true identity of Christopher… Or what you really wanted to do to him while he walked down the hallway. The best part was that no one would ever figure out that you were the author of the bestselling novel of the moment… That this steamy romance between boss and employee was nothing but your rawest desire.
     Who would think that the boring, shy girl from the office would be a smut writer? Who would think that you would have a horny, interesting secret identity? No one else but you.
      And this was priceless.
     Or maybe… It was priceless.
    As far as you knew, every single thing you cherished about being a secretive horny bitch could go down the drain tomorrow. It would be all fine if it was just a… Well, actually everything would suck. How would you look at Chan’s face if he knew you were writing about having sex with your boss while he was your boss? What would you do if they decided to fire you because of it? What would you do with your life from now on?!
     Don’t panic, Y/N.
    You had everything under control… Tomorrow morning you would be going to Jeongin’s house and interview him as if he were you. No one would ever suspect you after that. You would save your ass, Hyunjin’s ass, and Chan’s ass. And that was it. The perfect plan. Nothing to worry about. Just trust Jeongin to follow your script and make sure everything would go as planned.
    Flawless. Totally safe. Perfect.
    That’s right…
    You just need to take a deep breath and rela—
    The sudden sound caught you off guard; eyes focusing on the screen once again so you could understand what was going on. All of your worries vanished away as soon as you saw the notification on the top of it; announcing that you had just got a message from a fan.
     Finally!
    The weasel icon was so familiar that you chuckled while opening the message; a smile plastering over your face as you let your eyes wander around the words. There was nothing more fulfilling to your writer ass than seeing the way Weasel always had something to say about your story. Sometimes, he’d give you some feedback on your style. Other times, he’d freak out about how much he wanted to “try those things out”, as he usually said. There were also times when he’d just get excited over the characters and their conflicts, which always got you laughing.
    It was fun to talk to Weasel.
    He was just as mysterious as you… There was no name to his face, and also no face to his icon, but both of you were friends anyway. He had been keeping up with your stuff from such an early stage that it felt natural to have him around and getting his feedback. It was so comfortable, that you didn’t even mind when he slid in your DMs, embarrassed to let anyone else know that your smut made him… Feel things. There was no need to elaborate on what he did about those feelings or those things. But it was kinda hot to know he enjoyed himself throughout your fantasies.
      His fantasies.
    Well… For the number of times that you used them to write your stories, it was some sort of shared fantasies by now. As a matter of fact, you never intended to make Christopher a jealous character but Weasel made the idea seem too hot for you to ignore. Sometimes, he’d open up about that girl from his work that he really liked and how jealous he was of the guy she liked and then… Well, it felt… Interesting.
    The thought of being desirable to the point a guy would want to claim you as his like this? Not that Weasel did it. He actually just mentioned that he hoped she was into this as a kink. You couldn’t help but picture the way he would touch her in such a greedy way… The possessiveness blinding him for a second… The grip tightening… The mean words and the humiliation… Oh, the sweet humiliation that would crush you as he whispered how much you would cum for him… How he was the only one who could make you like that… How he would ask you to say his name… To tell him that you were his…
    You could drink holy water and still be shaking just by picturing it.
    “That was such a good chapter… I didn’t expect you to use her friend like that. I thought it was a given that she’d end up with Chris” You read out loud, chuckling when he reached for your DMs to talk to you “Will we get a threesome or something, miss? 😏” He joked on the next line and you couldn’t help but roll your eyes at this “I’m waiting for it”
    “You’re just a horny bitch, aren’t you?” You typed, smirking as you stared at his messages “No spoilers for you, though, baby boy… You’ll have to wait like everybody else” Teasing him was always funny, and he never failed to amuse you.
      “I’m not the one writing porn online” He pointed out, and before he could write anything else you shot him.
    “Yeah but you’re the one getting off to it” You retorted, getting a whole set of gasping and shocked emotes that had you laughing.
    “I have no words to express how offended I am” You chortled, shaking your head in disbelief.
     “Alright, Drama Llama” Why was it so fun to mock him? You wished you could actually meet him offline and banter like this in real life “To fill your horny ass, I might write a dom!reader next time… I was thinking about torturing the 2nd lead a bit”
    “First of all… I don’t think I want my ass filled, thank you for offering tho” Why was he like this? “And I was just joking” You frowned at that, confused by what he meant “Don’t you think that a threesome doesn’t go along with the characters? Her friend likes her a lot and Christopher is just a kinky son of a bitch… I thought he’d just show him that she was his and be an ass as usual”
    “What do you have against Chris, dude?” You rolled your eyes, although he wouldn’t be able to see it, “He’s way better than her friend! At least, he does something about her”
    “I have the 2nd male lead syndrome! You know that!” You chortled, very aware of this, “And isn’t that the perfect opportunity for him to do something about it?! I mean… I don’t want to be nosey but having a threesome is way out of character for them” He pointed out, and you had to admit he was right.
    “No, you’re not nosey…” You sighed; shoulders dropping for a second “It’s just that I’m upset about something that happened at work today and you know that projecting my problems on those characters is my thing” You pursed your lips, staring at the keyboard for a few seconds before deciding to continue “Besides, I’m about to spend an entire day with a guy that kinda inspired the 2nd lead and… I don’t really want to think about a sex scene with him, you know?” You confessed.
    “But thinking about torturing and having a threesome with him is easy” He mocked you.
      “That’s because that threesome would never happen” You sent it before you could think about what you had just written.
    “Ooohhhh!” Holy shit… The amount of emotes he had just dumped on that chat couldn’t be a good sign, “So having sex with this guy is something you want?! And that could happen?! ” Great, now you would have a Drama Llama-Weasel trying to get some juicy gossip about your inexistent sex life… WORSE! Your sex life with your nemesis! “Why don’t you go for it? I’m sure he’s into you if he’s anything like his character” Poor thing… He had no idea.
    “Shut up, it’s not like that” You brushed it off.
    “If you say so” You could almost hear him snickering, even though you didn’t know how his voice sounded like “I’ll just have you regretting this for the rest of the night” You snorted, shaking your head in disbelief. He was unbearable! “I have work early tomorrow but I’m gonna come back with questions, Miss… Wait for me”
    “What I meant is that it’d be easier to happen than having a threesome, not that I want it to happen, moron” You defended yourself but he didn’t even get to read it as he logged off right away.
      Great… He would never let you live it down.
rises the moon (Josh Kiszka x Reader)
here’s a fluffy smut pice for y'all about the hottest man alive, Josh Kiszka! Let me know if you like it and want to see more of this stuff, I had a lot of fun writing it! Anyways....enjoy!
WARNINGS: smut, oral (f receiving), fingering, the usual
“C’mon babe! Let's celebrate a little!” you nagged your sweaty, grinning boyfriend. Josh Kiszka was the love of your life, and had been since you met three years ago. It was a warm August night and he had just gotten done performing his first show in months.
“I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to let loose a bit” he replied with a grin. “I’m kinda tired though so do you mind if it’s just the two of us?”
“I guess I could tolerate that” you tease.
After about another hour of hearing people congratulate the boys and helping pack up it was time to go. You were able to make it to the car without being swarmed by fans, but still stopping for a few photos. You offered to drive so that Josh could sleep for a little bit. Finally you pulled up to the little bungalow you and Josh had started living in a few months ago. It only made sense for the two of you to live together since you were practically inseparable.
Entering through the garage you kicked off your shoes as Josh questioned what you had in mind.
“Well I was thinking we could put on a record and maybe cook some food? Maybe even enjoy a glass of wine if you’re feeling wild”
“You know me baby, I’m always wild!” he responds, doing a weird voice that you rolled your eyes at, but deep down you loved it.
“I think the term feral suits you better” you quip, pulling him in for an embrace.
He rests his head on your shoulder, nuzzling his face into your neck, breathing deeply. You know how stressed and anxious he has been these past few weeks leading up to the show, and it made you so happy to see him finally relaxing. Silently your bodies part ways and he makes his way over to your extensive vinyl collection in the living room. He’s flipping through records when you run up to your bedroom and come back down the stairs, hands hiding behind your back.
“Hey Frodo, I have a little surprise for you”
“Oh boy what could it be, a sacred ring or some shit?” he says without looking up, putting a Fleet Foxes record on the turntable.
“Sorry for calling you a hobbit, I just wanted to make sure I got your attention.” you say as he finally makes his way over to you.
From behind your back you pull out a single joint and a lighter, one you had hand decorated with little stars and a moon. On it you had written in gold Sharpie “You are my sun”.
“Babe this is so amazing!” he says while taking the lighter in his hand and flipping it around. Josh was always keeping your sketches and random doodles that you thought nothing of, so you thought you’d put them on something he’d get use out of.
“I’m sorry I know it’s small, I just wanted to give you a little something to say congrats.”
“Are you kidding mama?! I love it, you didn’t have to do anything!” he assures you before pulling you in for a kiss.
“I will definitely be putting this to good use, but I think we should break it in now” he says before pulling you over to the couch and putting the joint between his lips.
He passes it to you and you inhale deeply, letting the sweet smoke fill your lungs. This was an activity you and Josh liked to partake in when you had a stressful day, or when you were going on an adventure, or anytime really. Not that either of you weren’t already very laid back and silly.
After a few minutes of the two of you passing the joint back and forth it was gone, and you ashed it out in the tray on the coffee table, setting the lighter to rest beside it.
“God that was a really great present actually, I just wish there was a way I could repay you” Josh says turning to face you.
“It’s a gift, you don’t need to repay me!” you tell him, starting to feel the effects of the weed.
“But you see I’m just a giving person, and what I’d like to give to you right now is a mind blowing orgasm” Josh says, and you can’t help but burst out laughing. You cover your face with your hands before facing him and saying “Kiszka you are such a dork, you’re lucky I find you so attractive!”
Both of you are grinning as your lips collide and after a minute of making out you pull back.
“After some deep consideration, I’ve come to the conclusion that that is an offer i just can’t refuse”
“Oh my love you are in for a treat!” he tells you before pulling you onto his lap.
Your hips start to move against his involuntarily, and you can feel him growing harder beneath his shorts. You tug at the hem of his white shirt and he lifts his arms up so you can pull it off him. Once again you break the kiss to move down on to your knees, ready to tease him with your mouth.
“Oh no princess, none of that tonight. All I really want to do is taste you so you better get your ass on this couch” he says with a small laugh.
You giggle as you get back on the sofa, barely able to contain your excitement. He unbuttons your pants and awkwardly yanks them off, causing you both to laugh. Quickly, his face becomes more serious as he concentrates on running his fingers up and down on the inside of your thighs, lightly ghosting around where you need him most.
“Joshua please” you whimper as you throw your head back, becoming more and more frustrated by his teasing.
“Sorry baby, I was just admiring how wet you already are. Was it from me?”
“Mhmm” you moan in response, tilting your head back down to make eye contact with him.
“Well I suppose I could treat you, since you’ve been such a good girl” he smirks before pulling your panties to the side, running his middle finger up and down your slit.
His teeth bite at his bottom lip as he darts his eyes from your wet center and back up to your eyes. You’re unable to take your eyes off of him, the sight of him alone is enough to make you come.
Slowly, he pushes his middle finger in, down to the last knuckle, letting it sit there a moment before he starts to pump it in and out of you at a lazy pace. Your walls contract around him as your eyes start to tear up, desperate for more.
“Josh more please” you plead with him. Instantly he attaches his lips to your clit, the motion all too familiar to him, the hairs above his lip and on his chin adding extra sensation. He swirls his tongue around the sensitive bud as his finger speeds up it’s pace. You can feel the heat start to pool in your stomach as he continues his actions. He adds a second finger, taking a moment to pull his mouth away and use his free hand to pull your panties to the side more. He dives back in, more concentrated than ever, fingers curling up to hit the delicate spot inside of you. You can see him rutting against the couch and it’s enough to make you throw your head back and let out a loud and rather pornographic moan.
“I think I’m gonna-” you start to say as the fire in your belly builds.
“It’s okay baby, you can do it, cum for me” he says, flashing his gorgeous smile quickly before returning his lips to your clit, moaning around it, sending delicious vibrations through your body. Your fingers lace through his curls as his fingers pump at an insane speed, sending you over the edge.
Your body shakes as stars form behind your closed eyelids, every part of you basked in complete euphoria, oblivious to everything around you. After a minute you open your eyes as you whimper at the feeling of Josh dragging his fingers out of you, but the feeling of his breath still hot against your clit.
You look down to see Josh with his eyes closed, partially hunched over as his hands rest on his knees, your juices gleaming on his tan skin.
“Wow, I owe you one, that was fucking amazing” you sigh.
“I’d love that, but I’m gonna have to take a rain check, seems my problem took care of itself” he says, cheeks turning red.
You look down to see a dark spot on his green shorts, realizing that he was experiencing just as much pleasure from pleasuring you.
“Joshua Michael Kiszka, that is the hottest thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life!” you say before pulling him into a kiss, the taste of you lingering on his lips. The thought of him getting off from eating you out alone drove you wild, he really fucking loves you.
“God I’ve never been more tired and content in my life” he says as his arms find their way around you, head burying into your neck.
“Well my prince, why don't you go upstairs and get in bed while I get you a glass of water and a snack”
“Oh my god, how did I get this lucky?” he says
“I ask myself the same thing everyday” you say before giving him one last kiss.
“You are my moon”
“And you my sun”
And you meant every bit of it.
Your first encounter with Kim Seokjin doesn’t go so well, nor your second, or your third… and maybe that’s because it shouldn’t work on paper. author’s note; fun fact, I’ve never actually written an epilogue before, but it felt fitting this time around, to tie up all the loose(ish) ends and satisfyingly bring it to a close – she says as if she isn’t writing drabble upon drabble (and more) lol but you get what I mean. I hope you enjoy! Thank you for reading ~
“The rabbits!” Seokjin cried out of the blue, jumping to his feet.
Immediately you found yourself slumped into the sofa, having been leaning against him, cuddled up all morning. You sat up, confused as you looked at him. “What?”
His eyes were wide with panic. “I need to feed them! Arin will kill me if she finds out.”
“Relax,” you chuckled, taking a hand in yours to tug him back to you. He stepped between your legs but kept standing. “They won’t starve to death. When did you feed them last?”
“Last night,” he thought. “Just after I came home from work. Maybe 7.”
You checked his watch, seeing it was just gone eleven. “They’ll be fine for another half hour.” You stood up, tugging his hand again, but this time to lead him to the kitchen. “Come on, let’s take the stuff for brunch to your place.”
You’d stayed in bed for a while this morning, just happily holding and kissing one another, still buzzed and definitely still basking in that post-orgasm glow. When you’d finally managed to escape the warmth of your sheets, you’d showered together. Your bathroom was a lot smaller than his – obviously – and your shower bath was even tinier, but you made it work, until you didn’t, Seokjin nearly toppling out over the side while simultaneously nearly getting rolled up in the shower curtain. Of course that had given you the giggles, but you’d composed yourself, finishing up, getting dry and then getting dressed for the day. Luckily, Seokjin had some clothes at your place, so he didn’t have to recycle the ones he’d slept in last night.
You were treating this day like a Sunday, making the most of being lazy on the sofa before you inevitably had to go and cook brunch up.
He stopped in his tracks, making you turn back. “You sure?” He asked, pulling you to him, nuzzling his nose against your jaw as his arms wrapped around waist. “I wanted to stay here this weekend.”
You couldn’t stop yourself from chuckling, linking your hands around his neck as he placed a kiss behind your ear. “It doesn’t matter where we are as long as we’re together.”
He pulled back to see you, his plump lips already curved into a smile. “You speak such truth. I’m forever awestruck by you.”
“Shut up,” you rolled your eyes, but that didn’t stop you from stealing a small kiss.
Seokjin decided he wanted more, pressing kiss upon kiss to your lips with enjoyable hums. “I love you,” he declared causally after the last that lingered a little. Then he grinned. “How many time will I say that today before it gets annoying?”
You smiled fondly at him. “You could never be annoying.” You got the last kiss. “I love you.”
.
.
A lazy day was a lazy day regardless of the house. After Seokjin made sure the rabbits were happy, fed and had fresh water, you started brunch, eating it on the kitchen island as the rain continued, falling down against the tall windows. Any other day you would have found the weather depressing, but not today. Not when you were bursting with happiness and beautifully content. Besides, that just meant you had even more of a reason to do nothing, cuddled up on Seokjin’s large corner sofa as you picked up the series the both of you had started watching a couple of weeks ago.
At around 5pm you started toying with the idea of going out for dinner somewhere, but then you hadn’t brought along the right clothes and by now it was raining heavier than it had all day. The idea of putting on makeup made you feel even lazier, so you decided on takeout in the evening and a movie instead.
As Seokjin was arranging the containers and plates around the coffee table, ready to dig in, movie ready to go, you slipped out a question. There’d been something on your mind all day, nothing major of course, but still, you didn’t quite know how to bring it up.
“What time is Arin coming home tomorrow?”
“I’m unsure,” he replied, briefly looking over at you before he opened up the black bean noodles. “I need to text Nana.”
You nodded, opening you mouth to ask a follow up question, but hesitating last minute. He looked at you again, sensing your caution and raised a concerned eyebrow. You hated seeing him worried, so you rushed ahead. “Do you want me to go home beforehand?”
“No, of course not,” he exclaimed, before he furrowed his brow. “Unless you want to of course… If you feel uncomfortable.”
“I don’t,” you were quick to reassure. You wanted to be there actually, if he was okay with it. “I was thinking her and I should clear the air.”
You could see Seokjin deep in thought for a brief second before he nodded, sitting back against the sofa to take your hand. “It won’t be like last time. I promise.”
Seokjin had already told you some of what he and Nana had spoken about Thursday evening, so you knew not to be worried about any potential conflict, but still, you didn’t want to blindside her. “We should probably check with her first though, right?”
“Okay,” he agreed. Giving you a smile, he squeezed your thigh. “I’ll call her after the movie.”
.
.
“Should I turn off the lamp?”
You nodded in reply, watching Seokjin lean over his side of the bed to flick the only form of light you had off. When he rolled onto his back, you immediately pounced, hooking a leg over his hip to settle yourself on top of him, your stomachs flush. It may have nearing 12am, but sleep was not the thing on your mind.
“Oh, hello, he responded, happily surprised as his hands found your hips, nudging you closer.
“Hello,” you smiled, wasting no time with meeting your mouths.
You were a woman on a mission, knowing exactly what you wanted. Today had been lovely, and yes, you’d already had sex today, but when had that ever stopped you before? You were happy and in love and just couldn’t keep your hands (and lips) off of your boyfriend. On top of that, you were just in a great mood, full of positivity. Nana was fine with meeting tomorrow and that meant you could all clear the air and move forward. You’d finally get to see Arin again too, you’d missed her.
Things were perfect, if you did say so yourself, everything heading in the right direction, and right now you wanted to celebrate that. With Seokjin. In the best kind of way.
“I would have kept the light on if I knew we’d be kissing,” Seokjin murmured wetly against your lips, his tongue missing yours by a second as you started to trail your way down his chin, throat and then his chest, kissing over his pyjama shirt.
He felt you start to undo the buttons, his cock beginning to rouse expectantly which was highly amusing for you. As you exposed more and more of his chest your lips followed suit, kissing down his stomach, past his belly button to stop just above his pyjama pants, the tiny hairs that littered the skin tickling. You pulled the shirt open, working your way up again, Seokjin helpfully keeping your hair out of your eyes as he tried to hungrily watch you at work, the light of the moon shining through the gaps in the drapes casting enough light to be able to make you out.
He let out a shaky moan when you flicked the tip of your tongue against his right nipple, laughing at himself afterwards.
Back at his mouth, you didn’t stay too long before you sat up, straddling him.
“Where are you going?” He wailed, annoyed you didn’t want his kisses.
But it wasn’t that you didn’t want them, more like you wanted something else…
You moved downwards, covers collecting at the end of the bed as you slotted in between his eagerly opening legs, his hips bucking when you cupped his now fully erect (and trapped) member. You began to run your hand up and down it, a grin on your face as you looked up. “You’re so easy.”
Eyes having adjusted, you saw his grin was a little more bashful, eyes half lidded as he admired the view before him. “Only for you.”
Ever the flatterer, you had him inside the warmth of your mouth in no time. You weren’t shy by any means, especially now what with all the times you and Seokjin had been intimate, but there was something about being surrounded in near darkness that gave you a fresh surge of confidence. In the glow of the moon, you could make out Seokjin’s parted lips, his eyes piercing the ceiling, giving you a glorious view of his thick neck, Adam’s apple bobbing up and down slowly as his breathing got shallower, just enjoying the moment. He looked handsome as hell – mixed with that pyjama shirt pushed sinfully open, his toned chest and stomach on full display. For you.
Taking him deeper, you reached for him, running your hands up his stomach, feeling the firm ridges of muscle. He let out a deep moan, looking down to take your hands in his, eyes heavy with desire as he clasped them tight. You eased up a little, smiling around his cock before you started sucking the tip, caressing your tongue over him time and time again.
He lifted his hips up, eager for more and you wrestled one of your hands free from his to clasp it around the base of his dick, feeling how wet it was from your saliva as you slowly started jerking him off, placing small, wet kisses against his slit.
With the hand still on his torso, he slipped his fingers between yours, head relaxing back, eyes shut once he felt you softly begin to massage his balls, coating them in the spit that had dripped down onto them. You took him deeper again, picking up speed as you bobbed your head up and down. The sensation just about exploded his mind.
“Jesus, fuck, baby,” he gasped, free hand running through his hair and tugging at the roots. “If you keep that up I’ll cum.”
You found it cute how bad his voice trembled, pulling off to smirk. “And is that a bad thing?”
“Nope, it’s not bad,” he agreed, a little more himself now that you’d spared him for a few seconds. “I just thought we could do some other stuff too.”
“Some other stuff?” you laughed, lifting on your knees to crawl closer to him. You continued to massage his balls, feeling them tighten. “Like what?”
He took a shaky breath, rolling his hips into your touch. “Like…” He paused to groan. Now you were jerking him again, your thumb rolling small circles against his slit. “Sex.” He tried again. “I want to have sex with you.”
“You do?”
“I always want to have sex with you.”
And impatient now, his hands gripped your waist, tugging you to him. You squealed, fingers slipping from his cock to land on his chest, the movement sudden enough to make you think you were falling. He kissed you hastily, a soft growl in his throat as his palm grazed over your ass, fingertips playing with the frill detail of your shorts.
“I’d be inside you 24/7 if it was possible.”
“God, I want it to be possible so bad.” You practically lamented, his mouth on your neck now, licking strips up and down the sensitive skin.
He made another noise, cock twitching against your thigh. You felt impatient yourself now, hands finding the collars of his shirt to push it over his shoulders, needing to strip him. He lifted his back of the bed, letting you shimmy the item off before his hands grabbed at your vest, lifting it up over your head in no time. Your mouths met in a rush, his hands palming your breasts, making you moan out, nipples sensitive as he pinched them between his thumb and forefinger.
You went to move, wanting to get rid of his pants but he stopped you, fingers wrapping around your ribs.
“W-wait, wait, wait, wait,” he babbled, pulling you closer. “Let me taste them.” To explain further, he caressed a finger down your left breast, making you shudder. “Mine,” he whispered possessively and then you found yourself hovering over his face, his hands cupping the soft, sensitive flesh as he kissed and sucked them in turn.
You could feel yourself growing wetter and wetter, shorts uncomfortable as he swirled his tongue around and around your nipple, nipping it gently as he pulled away. “I love your body,” he breathed – hard. “I love you.”
“Mhmm,” you moaned deeply, watching him suck on the other boob now. Your fingers dug into the pillow, arms trembling with pleasure. “I love you, too.”
He made a noise of approval, finally letting you break free so you could get his pants down over his hips. His erection was so hard by now it almost stood poker straight, veins angrily visible even in the faint lighting. Pyjama pants below his knees, he eagerly kicked them off the rest of the way, watching as you peeled off your shorts. Both naked, he moaned as you straddled him, sliding up and down his cock teasingly, coating it in your arousal.
“Honey, please,” he pleaded. His voice shook. “Don’t tease. It’s not very nice.”
“You tease me all the time.”
He groaned weakly, unable to think of a comeback. You sat straighter, chest wet and shiny in the moonlight, his doing, and you knew he could see it too, his dark eyes watching you silently – hungrily. He looked so good, you couldn’t wait any longer. Wrapping your hand around him, you ambitiously went for it, pushing down and taking him whole. It surprised you both, groaning together as you caught your breaths.
Although, you didn’t give him much time to get used to the feeling of your warmth hugging him tight before you began to ride him hard and fast, bouncing up and down loudly before you stopped to swivel your hips. He could feel you everywhere, his eyes practically rolling back into his head as you continued your onslaught.
“Y/N…” He murmured, voice weak as he watched you begin to bounce on top of him again, his hands travelling up your thighs to land on your waist. “Y/N,” he tried again, unable to piece together a sentence. “Shit, keep going like that…mmfph, yeah, just like that…”
When you felt his fingers digging into your skin you wrapped your hands around his, pushing them away. “N-no touching,” you panted, feeling him lift his legs and fold them at the knee behind you, giving you something to lean back on.
“Seriously,” he asked, sounding annoyed, yet dreadfully turned on.
You smirked. “I want you to lay back and watch.”
He matched the curve of your lips. ‘Oh, I can do that no problem, honey.” He stubbornly kept his voice steady, thrusting inside of you once before he stilled his hips completely. “Could watch you ride me all night.”
On cue, he folded his arms behind his head, biceps bulging. The casual manner got you instantly hot, bouncing along his cock a couple more times before you leaned forward, changing the angle and in turn hopefully sending him crazy. You moved back and forth, griding all over him, your arousal soaking into his pubic hair. You were wetter than usual tonight, turning yourself on as you rode him, hearing the soft squelching where your bodies met, the pressure on your clit eliciting moan after moan.
You stared him straight in the eyes, noticing the way his jaw was clenched tight, a muscle twitching in his left cheek, but he continued to persevere, stubborn to the bone.
That was until he felt your breasts graze against him. His hips jerked up, moaning as he was unable to stop rolling into you, and you let him, let him fuck up into you, moaning softly.
He grunted. “Someone’s getting tired.”
You shook your head with a whine. You could be stubborn too. Sitting up, you attempted to bounce again but his hips were working too fast by now, his fists grabbing the pillow below his head to gain some momentum. You cried out as he thrust harder, Seokjin’s own noises of pleasure gasping out of him as if he’d been holding his breath.
“S-seokjin,” you panted, shakily holding onto his thighs.
He wasn’t relenting. If anything he fucked you harder. “Honey, just give up,” he said matter-of-factly, yet his voice was strained, veins in his neck visible.
Confidently he brought his hands to your hips, knowing you wouldn’t stop him now, too far gone. You let your eyes flutter closed, concentrating on how good his cock felt inside you. The beautifully crude sound of him pounding into you.
“Yeah?” He breathed. “Let me make you feel good now. It’s your turn…”
You nodded, moaning brokenly, and in the blink of an eye you found yourself on your back, Seokjin situated between your spread legs, finding home once again inside the warmth of your body.
You grasped his shoulders, making more noise as he rolled his hips into you, and hooked your legs around his waist, wanting him as deep as possible
“Uh-uh-uh,” he grinned, taking your hands off him. “No touching.”
You started complaining but then he pushed your hands above your head, holding your wrists tight with one hand. “Nghnn. Seokjin,” you moaned, feeling him start to fuck you with his entire weight. His back looked delectable and all you wanted to do was rake your fingernails down it but you couldn’t.
Although, being pinned down by him wasn’t such a terrible thing.
After a couple of minutes he pressed the elbow of the arm that had you imprisoned into the mattress, careful not to squash you as he brought the other hand between your legs, beginning to roll your swollen clit between his fingertips. Gasping, your legs fell back to the bed, circling your hips in time with his motions, wanting to cum now that he’d put the idea into your head.
He chuckled at your eagerness causing you to whine. “Why d-don’t you put those lips to good use?”
“Like this, baby?” He smirked, leaning his face in closer, mouth millimetres from yours, and you just about lunged, kissing him desperately.
He matched that urgency, at some point unable to keep your wrists in place and as soon as he let you go, you had your arms wrapped around him longingly. A groan tore from his throat, thrusts more determined as he continued to rub your clit, and you could feel your back begin to arch, toes curling into the sheets.
He could obviously feel you squeezing around him too, ripping himself away from your mouth with a moan of your name. “Y/N. Fuck.”
That’s all it took for you to crumble, face contorting with pleasure as you stared up at him, pulsing around him uncontrollably.
“You’re so pretty when you cum,” he cooed, removing his hand from between your legs as he pressed soft kisses to your mouth, your orgasm continuing to wash over you in waves. “Am I pretty when I cum?” He joked, but you were too far gone to snort, let alone reply.
He kept rolling into you, determined to keep your pleasure going for as long as possible, and you almost felt overwhelmed, back arching higher as you clung to him, a tear escaping out of one eye to run down the side of your face. He kissed it away, continuing to adore you, voice cracking, close himself now.
“You’re my pretty woman. So pretty.” He murmured against your lips and you kissed him hard, the last of orgasm rocking through your body. Holy shit, that was a powerful one. You felt lightheaded but couldn’t get enough.
“Fuck,” he gasped, feeling the effects as you squeezed and spasmed around him, and with one final thrust he stilled, beginning to spill inside of you.
You cupped his face quickly, hands trembling and pushed his head up, wanting to admire his face. His plump lips were parted and shiny, beads of sweat collecting along his hairline, gaze unfocused, eyelids heavy with the weight of his pleasure. He looked positively sinful.
You gave him a drunken smile, your own eyes barely open, and told him simply, “You’re pretty when you cum.”
.
.
You awoke just as Seokjin was rolling over, a muscular arm reaching for you, pulling your body into his warmth. It was still raining, even harder this morning, but you didn’t care, not when you were so cosy and in love. You were still both entirely naked, which Seokjin took full advantage of, hand cupping a breast – nothing sexual in it though, more like a comfort thing. You smiled, eyes still closed and cuddled in deeper.
“Where is he this morning?”
There was a brief silence as he tried to work out what you were asking, but soon enough he realised and laughed, sound cracked and raspy with sleep. “He’s tuckered out after last night.”
“Aw, diddums.”
A Sunday morning without a boner? Blasphemy. His morning woods were part of the package, so honestly it was quite surprising to not feel him hard between your butt cheeks.
Seokjin kissed the top of your head, making a sleepy sound, hugging you tighter to his body. “He just wants to stay in bed and cuddle this morning.”
“That sounds perfect to me.”
You honestly couldn’t think of anything better.
.
.
Once you eventually dragged yourselves out of the warmth of Seokjin’s giant bed, the rest of the morning and early afternoon went by in the blink of an eye. You had just about enough time for a quick lunch before Arin was due back at 2pm, and even though you were ready to meet Nana this time, you still couldn’t stop yourself from feeling a little nervous. It was only natural, you knew that, so you didn’t dwell on it too much, but as you heard the intercom start to ring in the entryway, signalling her arrival, your worry must have been written all over your face.
“Hey,” Seokjin said softly, calling you as you hovered by the doorway of the family room. When he saw he had your attention, he smiled warmly. “Everything’s fine.”
You gave him a reassuring smile of your own, watching him answer the call to Nana before he opened up the front door, waiting their arrival.
Arin came in full steam ahead, her little backpack on her shoulders, her carry-on hopping behind as she attempted to ram it over the step to get inside. Nana was only just getting out of the car, you could see her slightly from where you still stood in the doorway of the family room.
“Hello, Arin.” Seokjin greeted, amusement clear in his voice as he watched his daughter struggle. “Did you have a fun time?”
She was too busy huffing and puffing to reply and that’s when he finally took pity on her. He reached out his arm, “Let me take your case.”
“No!” She insisted. She was a determined little thing. “I can do–”
She never got to finish off her sentence because as she looked forward she caught sight of you smiling at her.
“Y/N!” She squealed, case (and dad) immediately forgotten as she ran towards you. You weren’t expecting the wave of emotion that hit you when she wrapped her arms around your middle, face in your stomach, but it was there, and it got you right in the gut. You hugged her back. “You’re here,” she beamed up happily.
“I am,” you grinned, swallowing back your wavering voice.
“I missed you. It’s been ages.”
You could always count on kids to be straightforward with their words. She was going to make you cry if she carried on like this. “I missed you too.”
“It’s only been a week, sweetie,” you heard Seokjin say.
Arin turned to him quickly. “It’s still a long time.” Then back at you. “I thought you’d never visit again.”
You felt your heart constrict, and unsure what to do you looked over at Seokjin, finding him equally as afflicted by his daughter’s confession. Teacher mode activated then. “No, no. I was just... busy with work, that’s all.”
You winced inwardly at your stupid excuse, not wanting to lie to her, but unable to really tell her the truth, especially at a time like this.
On cue, you heard Nana’s voice greeting you. “Hi, Y/N.”
You looked over to see her stood just behind Seokjin, a small smile on her face. She seemed a little nervous herself, which selfishly relaxed you.
“Nana,” you smiled back, “hi.”
Seokjin cleared his throat, taking a few steps towards his daughter and you. One look at him told you he was feeling the jitters too. This was brand new territory after all – for all of you.
“Arin, why don’t you take your backpack upstairs and I’ll tell you when mommy is going home so you can say goodbye?”
“Okay,” she agreed simply, pulling away from you to bound upstairs before she stopped abruptly. She turned back to Seokjin and ran forward with her arms forward. “Sorry, daddy. I forgot to hug you.”
He chuckled, bending down to kiss her head before he ruffled her hair. “That’s okay. Now, unpack your things. I’ll bring your case up later.”
She nodded, giving her mom a wave before her attention returned to you. “Will you still be here when I get back?”
“Of course,” you nodded, ignoring the fresh tug at your heartstrings.
“She really likes you,” Nana observed just as you lost sight of Arin going up the staircase.
You shook your head, chuckling as you replied modestly, “I don’t know about that.”
“She does,” she insisted, smiling afterwards. “It’s nice to see. I’m glad she’s happy with everything.”
You nodded, unsure what to respond with, but Seokjin saved the day. “Do you want something to drink?”
Nana shook her hand. “I’m okay, thanks. I won’t stay long. I don’t want to interrupt your afternoon.”
Seokjin gestured her to enter the room, then moved back to take your hand, giving it a reassuring squeeze as he brought you forward, wanting you to go next, putting the hand on the small of your back instead now. His touch calmed you.
“Sit,” he prompted Nana warmly, and she perched herself on the edge of the teal love seat.
“I like what you’ve done with the place by the way,” she said politely, looking around.
“You and me both know I just threw some new throw cushions down,” he laughed, attempting to ease the atmosphere.
Nana joined in just as you sat down on the far end of the sofa. Instead of taking the seat next to you, Seokjin perched himself on the armrest, loosely throwing his arm around the backrest, fingers grazing your shoulder.
Nana’s attention fell to you, her expression now serious. “Y/N, I want to apologise to you.” She began. “I was out of order last weekend. I was angry but that’s no excuse.”
“I appreciate it,” you replied, finding your bearings. “I understand it was a shock to find out about me.”
“It was, but I still acted embarrassingly.” She looked down at the floor, ashamed of herself. “To think that’s your first impression of me.”
She had said some terrible things, yes. Not only to you, but Seokjin too, but, Seokjin had also said plenty of cruel things back. You weren’t one to hold a grudge, especially if she was showing genuine remorse, which you believed to be the case.
“We can start anew if you like?” You offered with a small smile.
She visibly relaxed. “I’d like that.” Then she hesitated before deciding to carry on. “I meant what I said, it seems like Arin really likes you. I trust my daughter’s intuition.”
“She really does,” Seokjin agreed with a hum, rubbing your shoulder.
“She’s been talking about you over the weekend – not that I’ve been prying of course,” Nana was quick to clarify. “You’re good with her.” She looked you straight in the eyes. “Thank you for accepting my child.”
You weren’t used to having this much praise and attention thrown your way, you didn’t really know what to say, but that was alright, you didn’t think Nana was looking for an outright response. You understood how important this was for her. She needed to trust the woman that spent time with her daughter, just like Seokjin had grown to trust you. It was slightly more difficult for her considering she wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in your company, so all she really had to go off was Arin’s opinion on you. It meant a lot to know she had given you a chance. Last week you had been afraid that might not be the case.
You smiled gratefully. “She’s really special.”
“Yes, Y/N says she’s a talented storyteller,” Seokjin mentioned soon after, helping the conversation along as if he could sense that you felt awkward with all the attention cast on you. He knew you too well.
“Oh really?” Nana looked delighted, eyes on you as she waited for more information.
You nodded, complimenting Arin coming easy to you. “The stories she wrote while I was her teacher were amazing.”
“I have the copies somewhere if you want to read them yourself,” Seokjin offered.
“I’d love that,” she beamed. “Thank you, Seokjin.”
“No problem. I’ll find them this week.”
Nana’s gaze happened to fall to Seokjin’s hand still comfortably on your shoulder then, and her smile faltered. In its place appeared guilt. “Listen, I... I hope I didn’t come in between you both because of last weekend.” She turned to you. “I know mine and Jin’s relationship seems toxic and it was until a few days but I,” she paused to glance at Seokjin, “I really want to change that.”
“You know I do too,” he agreed.
“I don’t want to fight anymore, or have things tense between us. We both love Arin.” She caught your eyes. “We all love Arin, so that’s the most important thing.”
You looked down at your lap but nodded in agreement. Arin’s happiness was what mattered the most.
“It is,” Seokjin replied.
Nana smiled, satisfied, and stood up. “Okay, I should get going.” You both followed her, starting to walk towards the doorway.
“Um, I managed to get that Wednesday afternoon free,” she told Seokjin, “is it okay if I collect Arin from school and take her for something to eat?”
“Of course. I know this great pizza place she loves if you want the name.”
“She already told me about it,” Nana chuckled. “I think she was dropping hints, but directions would be great. Thanks, Jin.”
“No problem.” He stopped by the staircase, voice raising quite a lot to reach Arin in her bedroom. “Arin, your mom’s leaving. Come say bye, sweetie.”
In no time at all she was galloping down the stairs. “Will I see you Wednesday?” She asked her mom eagerly.
“You betcha! How does pizza sound?”
“Yay, thank you, mom!” She squealed, going in for a hug as Nana bent down.
“I’ll see you in a couple of days, okay, darling. I love you.”
“I love you more,” Arin murmured sweetly, kissing her mother’s cheek.
Nana kissed her back, chuckling. “Not possible, but okay.” Then she stood up, nodding to you and Seokjin with a small smile. “Bye both. I’ll see you Wednesday?”
“See you Wednesday,” Jin confirmed.
.
You spent the afternoon playing board games together, Seokjin finding a bunch of his old collection in the attic and you had fun teaching Arin how to play, although she didn’t quite grasp the full idea of monopoly yet, wanting to buy everything in sight regardless of if she had enough money or not… It was funny to say the least, even more so when Seokjin was unable to refuse her, loaning her money from the bank time and time again.
Where’s my special treatment, you’d teased quietly when Arin was distracted, secretly finding it adorable how much of a softie he was when it came to his daughter.
“You know I’d buy you anything you want,” he’d replied with a grin, unable to stop himself from stealing a quick kiss.
At around 6pm, you and Seokjin began preparing dinner for the three of you. Only you left him in charge for a little while when you followed after Arin who had gone to feed her rabbits, wanting time alone to talk with her. You hadn’t been able to stop feeling guilty about effectively lying to her earlier and after confiding in Seokjin about it while Arin was unpacking her suitcase, he’d suggested you speak to her about it. He agreed that honesty was the best policy from here on in (within reason, of course) and that she obviously understood something had been wrong last week else she wouldn’t have reacted the way she had when she’d seen you earlier this afternoon.
She was only getting older and that meant as much transparency as possible when she was personally involved in something. She was at that age where these things would stick with her. Although hopefully nothing like last week would ever happen again.
You stood by the doorway watching as she cooed and conversed with the Olive and Ariel at first, not wanting to interrupt. She was such a great little pet owner, making sure they were fed and watered enough, helping to clean their hutch, watching over them when they played outside. She adored them.
After a few moments she noticed you. “Oh, Y/N,” she smiled, “is dinner ready?”
You shook your head. “Not yet.” Stepping closer you joined her, watching the rabbits bound about. Seokjin had found the largest hutch imaginable. “Did you miss them?”
“Yes, but daddy has been feeding them well.”
You stifled a laugh, remembering Seokjin’s panic yesterday morning, but then crossed your arms, clearing your throat. “Hey, listen,” you began cautiously, feeling a little nervous. Arin looked up at you curiously. “Remember when I said I didn’t come over because I was busy with work?”
She paused to think and then nodded.
“I was lying actually, Arin.”
Her eyebrows pinched together. “How come?”
“Because… I didn’t want to worry you.”
She took some time to process what you were saying before she shrugged matter-of-factly. “I was still pretty worried last week anyway.”
You smiled sadly. “I know, and I’m sorry about that. Your dad and I…”
“Did you have an argument?” She was looking up at you curiously, finger playing with Olive and Ariel’s water bottle.
“Something like that,” you nodded. “It was more of a disagreement.”
“I thought so because daddy was sad all week.”
Her honesty stabbed at your heart.
“Were you sad too,” she asked.
“Very.”
“But you’re happy now?”
You smiled at her. “Yes, everything is all fine now. Me and your dad are happy.”
She looked happy herself at that piece of information, relaxing visibly, but then she asked a question that caught you off guard. “Do you know if daddy and my mom are happy too?”
“I think so.” You replied as vaguely as you could, not wanting to overstep the mark. But it didn’t feel right. You tried again. “I think things will be different from now on, Arin.”
“I hope so. I hate it when they argue.” She sounded sad, her gaze cast to the floor.
“I know. No one likes watching their parents fight.” you sympathised.
“What about you and my mom?” She asked suddenly, changing the subject a little. “Are you happy?”
“Yes, I think so.” You smiled at her. “I like your mom. She’s very pretty just like you.”
Arin beamed and then added, “You’re pretty too.”
You wrapped an arm around her shoulders, giving her a squeeze. “Thank you.”
“Don’t worry,” she almost whispered, “I won’t use that word again.”
You were clueless for a moment, not understanding what she meant but then it hit you. She carried on.
“Not until we all decide. Mommy said I might call you that one day if you want me to.”
For the second time today you felt emotional, throat tight as you choked up suddenly. You composed yourself expertly though, taking a breath before you smiled and replied. “That’s right. There’s no rush for when we all decide.”
Arin nodded along happily and you took her hand.
“Should we go and check on daddy now? See if dinner’s ready?”
“I think so.” She agreed, her eyes rolling slightly. “Last week he set off the alarms because he burned my chicken nuggets.”
“Oh, gosh,” you said, soon spluttering out a laugh. Arin joined in. Seokjin had failed to tell you that (hilarious) piece of information. “Well then, let’s hurry.”
Seokjin was searching the pantry for something when you arrived back at the kitchen. “Hey,” he said, shooting a warm smile your way. “How’s my two favourite ladies?”
You looked down at Arin, wanting her to reply and she beamed at her father. “Happy.”
You nodded in agreement, catching Seokjin’s eyes as you shared a private moment, silently telling him everything was fine now. He shot you a playful wink then, closing the door. “That’s funny, because I’m happy too.”
You moved closer to him, collecting the messy ties of the apron he insisted on wearing whenever he was in the kitchen to retie them properly. “We were just checking in to see if the chef was burning dinner again…”
With a surprised huff, he turned to his daughter, eyes wide. “Kim Arin did you tell tales on me?”
Arin erupted into a fit of giggles, you and Seokjin joining in immediately. “Maybe…”
“It was an accident. Happens to the best of us,” he tried to defend.
“Sure, sure.”
Arin was greatly amused by your flippant response, but soon grew sympathetic towards her dad, stroking his elbow. “It’s okay, dad, I forgive you.”
“That’s very kind of you,” he laughed.
“Should I set the table?”
“And that’s very sweet of you,” he added, eyes shooting wide. “Thank you.”
You helped her get all the cutlery she needed and watched her leave for the dining room determinedly. But your attention soon got stolen away, pulled into Seokjin’s warmth as he wrapped an arm around your shoulders. You hooked yours around his middle.
“Okay?” He murmured, checking in as he placed a kiss on your forehead.
You looked up at him, a smile on your face and gave his waist a squeeze.
“Okay.” You confirmed.
Everything was more than okay, actually.
Everything was perfect.
warnings: so so so much angst and an unhealthy (ish) relationship
summary: after nearly four years together, peter has stopped trying
a/n: listen y’all i don’t know what came over me when i made this but i think it’s the saddest thing i’ve ever written? uh try to enjoy tho
-
you never thought this would happen, but you’re getting tired of peter. it isn’t your fault. that cliche it’s not you, it’s me line doesn’t apply here.
at first, you actually did find yourself believing the it’s me part. you’d came to the conclusion that you expect too much from peter. he goes to class, he works, patrols, sometimes parties, takes you out when he can. he’s got a lot going on for a full time college student, which is a busy life to lead on its own.
it’s why you don’t complain when he wants to spend the night in and order a pizza instead of cooking together like you’ve been wanting to try. it’s why every time your friends ask you two to hang, you have to reluctantly explain that peter is passed out at eight o’clock on a saturday.
there’s a lazy “wanna make out?” some nights, if peter isn’t yawning when he steps through the front door. even that has lost its enjoyment. kissing peter doesn’t give you the rush it used to, the taste of his strawberry chapstick not flooding your senses and intoxicating you. it’s become predictable. comfortable. boring.
peter is boring.
you’ve slipped into unspoken routine. say your hello’s, work on separate assignments in different rooms. peter eventually yells something like “babe, you hungry yet?” across the apartment, his passive way of asking you to make dinner. you usually order takeout because why make an effort if he doesn’t?
you might watch one of the ten movies peter has liked since before the start of your relationship. he’ll usually fall asleep during it. no surprise there. his overpacked schedule exhausts him, which you’ve talked to him about spreading himself too thin. peter is too nice and can’t say no, so this is where it leaves him.
the main reason you’ve stayed with him is that he can’t take care of himself. he’s clueless about paying the bills, sorting his laundry, simply remembering to drink water. peter wouldn’t be able to go a week without you. he even says it himself.
“crap, i totally forgot about these,” when you picked up his special ordered textbooks from your school library. “can food go in the garbage disposal?” a rare time you didn’t wash the dishes. “thank you, y/n/n. you’re literally a lifesaver,” whenever you do a task for him that someone in their 20s shouldn’t need assistance with.
you didn’t used to mind much. he watches over the city every night. you felt you should return the favor. spider-man could use some help, too. after the almost four years you’ve been together, peter has become completely dependent on you. it only got worse when you moved in together your junior year. you’re concerned how he’ll manage later in his adult life.
you’d think he’d be a little more passionate about your relationship considering how much he needs you. you know peter still loves you, of course he does. that’s not what the problem is. he’s become content with the mutual feeling, so he doesn’t try anymore. he expects the spark to keep itself lit.
no more random joke of the day texts that he used to send you. he stopped surprising you with your coffee order in the morning, the one that he memorized the first time you two went to a starbucks. what you initially found most endearing about peter was that he remembered every little thing you told him.
he put whatever energy he had into showing you that he listened. he’d do it all with rosy cheeks and that toothy smile of his. it seems now like he’s under the impression that being in a long term relationship means none of that matters anymore. there’s no need to impress you, keep you guessing, make you feel special.
tonight is your breaking point. as you go over all of this in your head while peter lays peacefully next to you, you can’t take it. you’ve been making so many excuses for him. you lie to yourself. you’re desperate to believe this is okay and normal and you can work this out, and you can love whatever version of him this is.
but, you can’t. you can’t do it. you need to tell him now because if you sleep on this, you’ll end up feeling bad and be stuck under these suffocating blankets forever.
“peter?” you whisper his name, your back turned to him in bed. you haven’t cuddled each other to sleep in a while. his arms don’t make you feel held now, they make you feel trapped. you’ve been forcing yourself to ignore his look of hurt when you reject his open embrace.
“peter?” you speak louder after a moment of silence, except for his occasional snores. a loud one escapes him before they stop altogether. his eyes stay shut as he mumbles out a, “uh... huh?” your heart is thudding through your entire body. you take a breath in from your nose. “i wanna break up.”
the breath you let out next is one of relief, those three words that have been scratching your throat for months finally out. peter slowly turns his head over his shoulder. he blinks rapidly at your motionless figure. you’re still not facing him.
“what?” is all he says. his voice is surprisingly steady, the confession not yet registering with his sleepy mind. his eyes are burning into you. “i wanna break up,” you repeat and squish your face further into your pillow. peter suddenly sits up, flicking on the lamp on his side. he tries to sling an arm around you. you move further away until you’re at the edge of the bed.
“i’m serious, peter. everything we had, it’s gone.” your words cut through him harder than literal knives he’s been stabbed with. “i- i don’t understand. where is this coming from?” he rakes a hand through his mess of curls. you turn onto your back, looking up at peter. his eyes are fixed on your lower half.
he’ll most definitely cry if he meets your eyes. he really doesn’t want to cry, not ever again when you won’t be here to make him feel better.
“it’s been coming,” you almost scoff at him as you prop yourself up against your pillows. peter’s teeth tug at his lower lip. “all we do is this.” you gesture to your bed, slapping your hand down at your side. “i get tired,” he speaks quietly, refusing to look at you. “i know you do, peter. i know, but you’d be a lot happier if you ever listened to me.”
your statement comes off as condescending to him. he works up the courage to look you in the face. “are you kidding? all you do is boss me around, and i take it. i’ve never once complained.” anger is coursing through his veins and voice. at the situation, that he’s about to lose the one stable part of his life. you’re getting pissed, too.
“that’s because you can’t do anything yourself!” you throw the blankets off you and swing your legs over the bed in one motion. peter hops out of bed entirely. “my whole life, i’ve been on my own half the time,” he spits as he comes over to stand in front of you. “sorry for taking you up on your offers to help.”
your peter would never spew that shit out. he wouldn’t guilt you for something he’s in the wrong about. this peter takes you for granted. he has no clue how fucked he’d be without you.
the first time you spoke to peter was on your way to history 227. you’d recognized him from your class, much more interested in the pretty boy taking notes with his tongue stuck out than whatever war your professor would lecture about.
he was carrying some books, a pencil case that didn’t fully zip, and a five subject notebook. you watched him do his balancing act through the halls until his legs started to wobble. a knowing smile on your face, you tapped his shoulder. it was a gentle one so you didn’t scare him and make all his things fall over.
“can i carry something for you?” you laughed out and pushed one of your backpack straps up on your shoulder. peter only stared at you, his doe eyes prompting you to reach for his pencil case. “uh, no, it’s fine. i got it. see?” he proved that to you by hiking everything up in his arms. he gave you a smile of his own.
“are you sure? we’re going to the same place,” you’d checked again and pointed at his impressive pile. “i’m not gonna steal your sharpies.” “really, i’m fine,” peter insisted with a heart clenching chuckle. “you can have one, if you want,” he offered and attempted to unzip his case, one handed. you put your hand over his to stop him.
“wait until we get to class,” you let go of him, leaving the tips of peter’s ears a shade of pink you’d later fall in love with. “i’ll sit with you.”
peter was once determined to do things on his own, to be self-sufficient. it used to be something he was proud of. now, he’s completely incapable of holding his independence.
“we’re done, peter.” your tone is short, you getting to your feet. “you’d probably forget how to fucking breathe without me, but call it bossing around, i guess,” you laugh bitterly and go over to your drawers. peter’s face falls as he grabs your wrist, stopping you when you pass by him. “where are you going?”
no answer. you pull yourself out of his grasp with your lips pressed into a stern line. peter follows you step by step over to the dresser. “wait, wait. don’t leave, baby. please,” he begs you, getting onto his knees beside you. you’re pulling random clothes out as quick as you can. a science t-shirt peter outgrew is in your hands.
peter used to give you all his old clothes. the signature smell of his cologne lingered no matter how many times you washed them. they kept you calm on nights he was out late patrolling or away on missions. peter would sport a smirk whenever you wore them out in public, pulling you closer to him and complimenting the look.
it started when he was packing for his first mission since you two had begun living together. he’d realized he became too buff to fit in some shirts. remembering how many times you’d giggle at their funny sayings, peter gave them to you. you threw one on and thanked him with a peck on the cheek. it became your tradition.
peter would set off for a new continent, but a piece of him would stay home with you.
the stretched out hoodies and ripped sweatpants just sit in your drawer now. another meaningful thing discontinued. whatever he doesn’t want goes to may for donations now. the memory of what they used to mean to you makes a fit of rage burst through you.
you slam down his ‘find x’ shirt in the space between his knees and yours. you’re on a mission of your own this time. you aren’t going anywhere until you get rid of all the stuff that went from him to you.
“y/n, don’t do this. i- i love you. i love you.” peter chokes out, tears filling his eyes. his vision is clouded while you toss more clothes to your side. “i love you, y/n/n,” he whimpers again, and this time you briskly push the drawer shut. the whole dresser shakes. this is the most emotion either of you have shown in the past few months of your relationship. it’s a little too late.
“love is more than a word, peter. you have to back it up with actions.” you’re doing your best not to cry. the memories of how loved peter made you feel play in your mind. he briefly wipes under his eyes and shakes his head. he’s so oblivious. “i thought i- i did.” “exactly, you did. you gave up at some point.” your voice gets weaker as a tear drips down your chin.
you didn’t plan on breaking down when you imagined this moment. part of you wishes you could give him another chance. most of you knows it wouldn’t do any good for you or peter. you’re not right for each other anymore. he outgrew some sweatshirts, you outgrew him.
that takes you all the way back to it’s not you, it’s me. it’s really both of you.
for the last time, you pull peter in for a hug. the two of you need this. he loops his arms around your back, keeping them loose around you as he tucks his face into the side of your neck. you’re a mix of tears and sharp breaths with your chin on his shoulder. you bring a hand up to the back of his head, grabbing a fistful of curls.
he sobs right into your ear, effectively destroying whatever composure you had left.
even though you’re not in love with peter, you haven’t stopped loving him. somewhere inside of him is the goofy boy who asked you out on a post-it during class. the kindhearted man who gave so much of himself to the world and saved enough for you. the one whose fingertips left goosebumps on your skin with every touch.
seeing him like this, having caused it feels like a dull pain rippling in every part of your body. you’ve been there to soothe him during countless breakdowns over the years. you managed to stay strong for all of them. this is the only exception. he lost people, felt down about life, made mistakes. you were there to pick up each piece and put them back together.
the one mistake peter made that you can’t fix is not loving you right. you became his rock, his anchor whenever he let grief and sadness rule over him. you’d get him back to himself. he could’ve at least bought you flowers once in a while, or done anything that showed his gratitude. every iteration of awful put together isn’t enough to describe how he feels.
“i’m so- i’m so fucking sorry, baby. i don’t deserve you. i never have,” peter murmurs as he cries, wetting your skin that his face is still pressed into. your fingers pull roughly at his hair. hot tears overflow from your own eyes. “i should’ve done more.” his voice cracks on the last word. “that’s all i wanted to hear, pete,” you breathe out and pull away from him.
“does that mean you’ll stay?” he croaks, arms still wound around your body. his eyes are hopeful when they lock with yours. a frown pulls at your lips. “only for tonight. i should... one of us should sleep on the couch.” “oh,” his voice is gravelly, so he clears his throat. “i’ll do it.” you’re not going to fight him on it for once.
peter removes his arms from your waist, you sitting back down on your thighs. you give him a blink and you’ll miss it smile because you can’t keep one for long. it’s to let him know you’re not mad. you were at the start of this conversation, then he took accountability. you also came to terms with the fact that the downfall of your relationship was a joined effort.
there are more factors than peter not giving you what he should have. time, different goals, new outlooks on life. you can’t hate only him because a whole bunch of things lead to this.
instead of a smile, since he physically can’t put one on his splotchy face, peter brushes the pad of his thumb over the corner of your lips. he gets up to leave the room, but you stop him with a “wait!” he freezes in front of you. you get out a hoodie from his pile of old clothes and stand up. “it’s cold.” you put it in his hands, earning a grin that he didn’t think was possible.
“thanks, y/n,” peter sighs and holds the hoodie against his chest. “goodnight. um,” this is the part where he’d usually say i love you. “sleep well, okay?” the replacement stings for both of you. you’ll have to learn to fall asleep without hearing that phrase first. as much as you didn’t feel it anymore, you’d become used to it. “you too, peter. night,” you say softly.
you head back to your bed while peter walks out the door. he glances at you once, and you’re already settling under the covers. he shuts the door behind him before finding his way to the couch.
your bed has always seemed too small. it’s gigantic without peter. you aren’t sure how you feel about that yet.
peter lays across the couch, the hood that doesn’t quite fit him pulled over his head. he’s only wearing it because you gave it to him. you doing that not even five minutes ago was how you backed up your love with actions. it’s so easy. silent tears spill from his eyes at the realization.
he wishes on every star that he could’ve figured out he wasn’t doing enough sooner. you’d be together right now, had he just caught on. there was a time he prided himself on knowing you fully and completely. how to turn you into the shy one with certain combinations of words, what your schedule was each week so he could plan his free time around it.
your relationship became something he thought would last unconditionally. if only he was able pinpoint the exact moment he went wrong.
you’re right in the other room. he can go in there and bawl, plead for you to take him back. how could he do that and claim to love you, though? you’ve made it clear you‘re over him.
the best way for peter to show you he loves you is by letting you live your life, without him in it.
-
you don’t see peter again for weeks. he moved back in with may, and you got to keep the apartment. you were the one who took all the care of it, anyway.
your semester ended at the perfect time because peter isn’t in any of your new classes. the city is too big to bump into each other. you’re free from the hold he had on you, which would’ve been four years long since yesterday. you’ve been good at picking up his broken pieces for too long, and now it’s time to pick up your own.
for all the hangouts you missed on his behalf, you made up for it. you called mj the day after your breakup and met for lunch. she never explicitly said it, but she took your side. peter had a feeling because when he had the same idea as you, to lean on his friends for support, she never reached out.
betty is indifferent, ned stays cordial with you. his real loyalty is to peter. you can’t blame him.
peter hasn’t been doing well since you broke up. he’s not eating enough, he can’t focus on work of any kind. you were right when you said he would forget how to breathe without you. he often wonders how you’ve been.
he finds out today.
you’re walking around campus, heading in the direction peter just came from. he has a class in the building your last one was. the two of you are on the same sidewalk, opposite sides. he almost doesn’t recognize you.
mj is on one side of you, a guy he’s never seen before with an arm around your shoulders. you’re all laughing about whatever dumb thing your professor said during the lecture. your hair, which is done in a new style, flows behind you in the spring breeze. a smile takes place on your glossy lips. the smile is directed towards that guy. your new boyfriend, peter assumes.
you look amazing, and not only physically. you seem happy with your small group of people. peter hadn’t been able to give you that happiness in years, so it’s nice to see you got it back somehow.
he must have stared too long because you notice him. you fall behind mj and your potential boyfriend, both of them wrapped up in discussing your next project. peter stops walking. you do the same. he’s not sure if he upset you, or what’s going on. his instincts tell him to apologize. his mouth stays closed.
that infectious smile of yours appears once again. you thought about peter yesterday, it being your anniversary and all. you’d only let yourself remember the good things. they outweighed the bad ones when you look back on everything.
“aye, grandma! get over here!” mj calls to you, your boyfriend nudging her side. “take your time, y/n/n. i’m not in a rush to write seven long ass pages.” you laugh to yourself at the two of them. peter fiddles with the zipper on his jacket. it’s from the drawer of things you used to wear. “one sec!” you yell back.
“hey,” you turn to face peter, who’s giving you a tight lipped smile. “how’ve you been?” “i’m okay. just, you know,” he shrugs and clasps his hands behind his back. there’s a short silence before peter says, “you seem good. really good.” he smiles for real this time. “yeah, i am. i hope you are, too,” you tell him and genuinely mean it.
you’d like to catch up soon, but it’s not right yet. you both need more time. “i’ll see you around?” you’re already starting to walk, backwards so you can see peter. “uh, sure. bye,” he gives you a quick wave and continues on his way.
you get back to mj and your boyfriend, his arm returning to your shoulders. they waited for you by the stoplight. “what’d ya get up to over there?” he teases, mj suspiciously watching your face for any tells. you carefully think through your answer with a grin. “love.”
have fun!
She hated cops. Entitled, jealous, and, for the most part, disgusting men, who thought well enough should be left alone. Meaning that, while help had been offered and given, it wasn’t wanted. What was wanted, however, seemed to deviate way too far off the course of the case, of the literal murders that were happening.
“Officer Walker,” Y/N’s teeth gritted out as sweetly as she could, as the man placed an unwelcome palm on the small of her back. “Is there something I can help you with?”
“Well, sugar,” he chuckled deeply. “I was hoping you wanted to get out of here.”
“Out of here?” She pretended not to notice Agent Hotchner watching the interaction, slowing walking up behind him. “What do you mean, Officer?”
“I mean,” his hand swooped down, resting gently on her ass. Y/N’s eyes shot wide, mouth opening slightly with appall. “We should get out of here so we can have a little fun.”
“Excuse me-”
“Officer Walker,” Aaron Hotchner’s voice cut through the air of the precinct. “I suggest you take your hand off of my agent, and my wife.”
Walker’s hand shot off her body, smacking into his own side. “Your wife? Sir, I didn’t kn-”
“We have a case, Officer. There are people out there getting murdered. Get back to work. Agent, you’re needed in the conference room, please.”
“Yes sir,” Y/N said with a straight face, but she knew her husband could read the smugness on her face.
“In the future, Officer Walker,” she called out before following Aaron. “At least check a woman’s hand before you make unwanted passes at them.”
Y/N sauntered almost cheerfully behind her husband stalking into the closed conference room. She could hear the gears turning forcefully in his head, and could clearly see his hand clenching and relaxing at his side. Entering the conference room, tension seeping into the air, confining itself in the room as Aaron forcefully shut the door behind them.
“Aaron-”
“I know, I know,” he sighed, fingers smoothing out his eyebrows. “I was fine until his moved his fucking hand-”
She reached out to grab his arms, trailing down to intertwine their fingers together. “Honey,” she smiled sweetly. “I know, okay. I appreciate it, okay. But I had it handled too.”
“I should have him fired-”
“But you won’t,” she laughed softly. “If you fired every man who made a pass at me, we wouldn’t ever work with cops again.”
He grumbled indignantly, scrunching his eyes together in irritation. Y/N slipped her hands up his chest, sliding into their natural place at his jaw. Her lips pressed to his, seeping tension seeping out of him with every passing second. “Aaron,” she hummed against his lips, before pulling away. She smiled as his chased after. “I married you, remember? You don’t ever have to worry about anyone else. Like ever?”
He chuckled, slipping his hands into the pockets of her pants. “I just don’t like sharing what’s mine.”
“I’m only yours.” She smiled at him, taking a step back. “Now can we get back to work? I wanna go home with you as soon as possible.”
--
The case was nowhere near close to being solved, but tensions between all members of the BAU were running high. Derek, the ever hot head he was, had almost gotten into a physical fight with the Captain of the precinct, while Spencer had remained silent after a particularly loud conversation with one of the fellow officers.
“These cops just won’t let us do our jobs, Hotch,” Emily had groaned in the hotel elevator with Y/N and Aaron. “I’m two derogatory comments away from breaking Walker’s nose.”
Y/N snorted, eying her husband’s now tense back in front of her. “He’s a real piece of work huh?”
“I’ll be too glad when we get out of here. Why can’t we work with female cops for a change?”
It was Hotch’s turn to snort. “You would end up being the one that they complained about. You’re just as bad as Morgan.”
Emily gave an artificial gasp. “Am not.”
The elevator doors opened, and Y/N followed her husband out and down the hall to the left. “Night Em!”
Out of sight of the rest of their team, she jogged forward to grab his hand, giving a small kiss to his knuckles. A comfortable silence had settled between the heavy setted footsteps of the married couple. Y/N rocked on her heels as her husband fumbled with the key card to their shared room. She rolled her neck, letting the tension fizzle out in separated pops of her bones. She barely registered the click of the door, or the wrap of fingers around her wrist. She did however, notice the cool, fake wood of the hotel door being pressed against her back. “Aaron?”
“You’re mine,” he murmured, pressing his lips in the angle of her neck. She chuckled, winding her fingers in his hair.
“I thought we already clarified that, baby.”
He hummed a chuckle, his tongue lapping up whatever remnants of perfume traced his neck. “And I intend to make that painfully obvious to everyone in that precinct.”
His lips wrapped around the muscles at the junction of her neck, drawing out a moan out of her with passing second that the air left his mouth. Y/N hummed a laugh, lifting her hips to grind against his. “Seriously, a hickey?”
His hand snaked up her waist to rest under her chin, squeezing slightly. She could feel the metal of his wedding band warm to the temperature of her skin. “I’ve got a point to prove, sweetheart.”
His fingers left her throat and reached down to pull the backs of her thighs to wrap around his waist, grunting slightly at the movement. She worked on unbuttoning her shirt, the best she could. “Aar-” their bodies fell to the bed, his legs slotted between hers. Y/N squeezed his left hand that had found its way into hers. “You’ve got me wrapped around your finger, remember?”
“Oh I remember, darling,” his mouth moved to her breasts, taking a nipple into his mouth, sucking gently before letting it free. “I think you’re the one who needs a reminder.”
Aaron’s hands pushed up her skirt, adjusting it to pool at her hips. His calloused hands traced the edge of her underwear, sliding softly under the band. His mouth, trailing back up to her neck smirked as Y/N’s hips squirmed under his delicate touch. “Be patient, love.”
His attached his mouth to hers as his fingers slowly, finally began circling her clit. The metal of his ring brushing deliciously against the skin above. His teeth tugged her bottom lips, a small whine escaping her. He watched her blissed out expression morph into one of need, eyes scrunched with tension. His fingers dipped lower, circling her entrance before dipping two fingers in slowly.
“Aaron,” she gasped out, clenching around the fingers inside of her. “Aaron, please.”
“Shh, sweetheart,” he smiled into her neck, pressing his lips to her skin. “I’m gonna take good care of my wife, don’t you worry.”
His thumb, that had been rolling lazy circles against her clit, becomes more firm, with more intention. Y/N could feel the cold of her husband’s silver band pressing into her pussy as he pressed a third finger into her. The stretch of his hand, the way he stroked her walls with his fingers, and the words dripping from his lips were enough to put her body on edge.
“Oh you’re so tight, baby,” he chuckled darkly, breath blowing sweetly against her inner thighs. “Fuck, you’re wet. Is this all for me?”
Her fingers wrapped lazily between his black locks, tugging the strands. “Only you.”
“Of course, honey,” he cooed. “Look at you dripping all over my ring, I bet you’re gonna come soon, yeah?”
“Please,” Y/N whined loudly. “Please, Aaron, I can’t hold it anymore.”
“Come for me, baby, get nice and ready for my cock.” She let out a yelp, her back arching from the mattress as her husband continued to lazily stroke her cunt.
“That’s my girl,” he hummed, bringing his fingers up to his mouth for a taste, before pausing and redirecting his fingers to her mouth. Her eyes stayed on him and she hummed around his fingers, tongue lapping at her own juices around his wedding ring.
“Fuck, sweetheart,” he groaned, tugging off his own shirt, and ridding his pants and underwear. Y/N’s panties now rested at her knees, twisting over on itself, until she lazily ridded the rest of her garments.
Aaron now positioned her on her knees, head resting on her forearms as her ass ground into his pelvis. “Please, baby, wanna feel you,” her muffled voice called out.
He sucked his teeth with mock annoyance, lightly smacking one of her cheeks with his left hand. “And what did I say about being patient?” he chided, before lining his dick up and thrusting in.
Her toes curled at the sudden, but welcome intrusion. A groan left her throat as he began pounding into her pussy at a rough pace. Thrust for thrust, the room echoes with grunts and moans from both Y/N and her husband. She could almost feel his smug grin with every whine that fell through her lips.
“Fuck, Y/N look at you taking my cock so well. I bet you just love how I fill you up.” Her only responses were loud moans that flowed through his own voice as she clenched around him.
The metal of his wedding ring now almost burned against her sweating skin as he wrapped his hand around her throat once more, pulling her body to be flush against him as he continued to thrust into her at a bruising pace.
“Who’s making you feel this good, huh?” She stayed wordless, only echoing in whines and moans. He squeezed her neck a little tighter, the imprint of the ring creating a delicious friction. “Answer me.”
“You!” her voice bursted out. “You, Aaron, only you.”
“That’s right, sweetheart, your husband. I married you, I put that ring on your finger-” he groaned, attaching his lips to the juncture of her neck before speaking again. “Fuck, are you gonna come for me soon?”
“Yes!” she cried, “Please, please.”
“Go ahead, and come for me like a good girl,” he panted, using his other hand to rub against her clit, squeezing his fingers again on her throat before speaking right into her ear. “Come on your husband’s cock.”
She yelled with her release, back arching to meet Aaron’s chest. He let out a few more strong thrusts before he found his own release and coated her walls with a groan. His forehead landed on her shoulder, her fingers lazily combing through his hair.
Eventually, he pulled himself out to clean themselves up and crawl into bed. She had rested on his side, but yelped when he pulled her to lay on his chest. She smiled softly, fingers tracing imaginary shapes along his pecs, then started chuckling softly.
He cracked a smile reserved only for her. “What are you up to?”
Her giggles quieted and she stopped her movements. “Oh, I was just thinking. I should make you jealous more often.”
He groaned, tugging her close to him, covering her ringed hand with his own. “Don’t you dare.”
He pressed a kiss to her forehead as she chuckled sweetly. “You’re mine.”
