MARCH 19th in beautiful Downtown Pomona, California! The Shop will be host to a night of amazing musicians inspired by video games, anime, and more!

SOUND TEST is a new concert series showcasing the best in video game music, nerdcore, chiptune, hip hop, rock, and independent music in Southern California!

The inauguaral event is in celebration of the release of the brand new Mode 7 mixtape, GOLD COUNTRY, a tribute to Banjo Kazooie. Mode 7 will be performing a set full of new music inpired by Banjo Kazooie and other classic Nintendo games! Along with Mode 7, SOUND TEST will include eclectic and amazing sets from Mellow Lando, Nerdknight Music, Impossible Stars, DJ Blastum, and more to be announced. This event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome! I hope you’ll join us for a fun night of music and gaming! Cosplay is welcome, and appreciated! Thanks Rosey! ♥ I have been working really hard this Spring break to get everything together for my cosplays this year :D! I’m excited for my lineup this year!~* \QWQ/

For Metrocon in July, my Golden*Star Utapri group is planning on coming with the 5th Anniversary Marine Day/Sailor Inspired outfits :D! It’s a very casual but still fun outfit ^^! We want to be able to not melt in the FL heat XD! We wanna see if we can take cute Marine Day pics with water guns and bubbles & stuff~ We wanted to do a panel but we have no green light yet.

I’m also planning to bring 2 new cosplays to Metro! I wanna bring Poppy Pipopapo from Kamen Rider ExAid & I want to make Ginga a new Anime Idol outfit inpired by Takanori Nishikawa’s music video outfit from Bright Burning Shout (Fate LAST/Encore OP) Which is the song I’m gonna sing live if all goes according to plan /w\! I’ve dubbed it “Rose King Ginga”

And for December at Holiday Matsuri will be my biggest cosplay project probably so far XD! My group wants to bring Setsugetsuka! As soon as we saw those outfits we knew we wanted to bring em to life QwQ it’s gonna be fabulous

Detective Conan fanart ! Yay! I post something! Yay! I'm being productive again! Yay! Okay, I wanted to do something else this time because I have too much KND fanart ideas waiting to be done and I needed a few changes. So I "cosplayed" the detective boys from Detective Conan as the protagonists from Pokémon X/Y because you can't miss the resemblence (so of course, when one or two things are similar between two of my fandoms, I automatically crossover shits!) TEN ( INSPIRATION FOR MUSE ): there are a lot of inpirations, i’d say; although i wanted to keep the closer to the canon I could, there are a lot of things i felt Hoshino wasn’t able to cover in his personality ( and the events composing his backstory ); i like to use all the oriental symbolism I can, I also like to cover more... Personal, unverbalized aspects and traits that could go through his head but wouldn’t reach the surface ( hence why most of my rps are kinda long ?? SORRY ).

ELEVEN ( MEANING BEHIND YOUR URL ): i wanted to use his power as URL but “lotusillusion” ( and “flowerillusion” as someone I know use ) was already taken; I started with “lotusdecay” alluding to the fact Kanda’s life force was invariably coming to an end. But then I realized “lotusdelusion” could go well with my approach to his character.
