The thing about “Timeless” is that it’s not just well written and acted and directed, but it’s also stupidly beautiful to look at. B’elanna cutting through the celebrating crowd in engineering. The sweeping shots of everyone smiling and cheering from the upper levels. The confetti falling, catching in people’s hair. Voyager’s rapid descent, its weight lurching forward at the camera as it crashes. The ship encased in ice. The crew’s bodies crystallized, caught in harsh white light. The tight shots in Harry and Chakotay’s ship - small and crowded and almost claustrophobic. The rattling and shaking of the camera as Harry knows he’s finally done it, he’s saved Voyager, and exclaims “Yes!” in relief. I just love this episode so, so much, and visually it’s one of the most memorable.

I love making visuals and as a result I’m more than happy to tweak the board to suit your colour scheme, needs and picture placement. All ideas are thoroughly discussed. Granted, I have no qualifications in graphic designs, but I am merely doing this to help others and because I love doing them. I’d love to help someone out. I’ll attach some examples of the work I’ve produced for my own books and projects below.

BRIT-PICKING:

I am born and bred, British. Therefore, due to hearing that there’s a shortage of brit-pickers in the fandom, I have nominated myself as someone that can help with wording and uncertainty of phrases.

I will not brit-pick some themes*, but I can help with sentences if you sent one or a wording. But as a complete piece, unfortunately, I cannot for personal reasons.

Era Roll Out:

In the Instagram/ TikTok teaser, we see Harry dressed impeccably in a tailored Gucci suit, exuding confidence as he walks towards an apartment in either London or New York. As he enters the apartment, the tension escalates suddenly when a gun is pressed to his temple, creating a moment of suspense. A gunshot rings out, plunging the screen into darkness. The teaser concludes with a startling image of Harry lying on the floor, covered in blood, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats and eager to know more about the upcoming single. I watched don’t worry darling and it was like… sooooooo almost good. It had so much….. potential. I liked it but like only because i can see the better version it would have been with like… another director… another person playing jack who had like talent. I’m not a film snob and I can just enjoy a film when it’s either good or would have been good with better people in charge and I think at this point in the world where there’s like no more original ideas and the same 10 people or their cousins and sisters and children make all the media you just have to like think of the better situation and go ok good enough for me LOL

#harry styles really did kind of fuck up the acting part of the movie LOL #all the really cool stuff that could have been developed on was brushed over and that’s directors fault #but like I planned on watching it as a thing running in the background and I still kept pausing my game to watch because Florence Pugh was #was so good and the story was good enough that I could fill in the blanks that I guess we just have to fill in ourselves these days LOL #I don’t watch movies or tv very often but this movie piqued my interest and it did both of the things I needed it to do #without having expectations of it being good because I don’t expect good movies anymore #it was visually beautiful I liked looking at it and the story was good enough for me to like it and fill in the gaps it left or I didn’t lol
