Easy Ways to Kitchen Witch
Tumblr media
If you're new to the craft, or if your path is recently at a cross roads where you're feeling more drawn to kitchen witchcraft, you might be looking for some easy ways to start. So often when you picture Kitchen Witchcraft, you think of elaborate meals of baked goods beautifully decorated. And sure, that can be part of it; but if you try to make Instagram worthy food for every meal, you'll burn out real quick. So how can you Be a Kitchen Witch without braking bank or burning out?
Stirring your intentions
This is going to be brought up any time talking about Witchcraft and Food, so I figured I'd get it out of the way first. The idea being if you want to add energy or personal intention to food, so that when it's consumed the magic activates. A lot of witches swear by: Stir Clock Wise to Add, Stir Counter Clockwise to banish (Get rid of bad stuff in food). I've mentioned this before, I personally don't feel like this makes a difference. Instead, what makes a difference is stirring towards you to add Energy and intentions. Stir away from you to Banish or remove. Which direction is Towards/Away? Whatever way feels right to you.
The neat thing about stirring is you can do it with any food or drink. You don't need to be actively cooking to do some stirring. You can use a straw, a fork, a spatula; whatever. And if you have something that can't be stirred, like a slice of pizza, try turning the plate.
Candle to Raise Power
Any time you're cooking in the kitchen, or doing anything in the kitchen, consider lighting a candle. I have a round candle holder with a lid that I wash and reuse. Just plop a tea light or votive candle in there. Candles are great at heightening the energy in a room, and as someone who's struggled with depression and motivation, I've found this little ritual/routine helps gets me going.
A few tips, first you wanna make sure the candle is in a place where you can see it but not in a place where it may get in the way. I keep mine on the back of my prep counter. Next, avoid strong scented candles. Scented candles can be great for a lot of occasions, but the smell of the candle can muddle or mute the smell of the food. Finally, as with any time you use candles, please practice good fire safety.
Spell Ingredient Correlations can Carry Over to Food
Have you done extensive research on Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme? Well I got good news! All of that research was not for nothing! Herbs and Spices used in Witchcraft and Spells are commonly used in food. If you use cinnamon in a lot of your spell work for prosperity and success, try throwing some in your food with similar intentions and see how it goes.
Granted, this is not going to apply to every spell ingredient as many plants used in witchcraft are toxic. Or at the very lest can be problematic when consumed in large amounts or if pregnant. So please use some caution and common sense. A little research can take you a long way.
Simmer Pots
These are great ways to elevate your home's energy. Also a good way to use up some dried ingredients that's been laying around. A simmer pot is not anything special. You can take any small pot you got, fill it about halfway with water, add dried or fresh herbs, and leave it on the lowest heat setting on your stove, uncovered. Everything will simmer and release amazing aromas and energy. The properties of the ingredients in your pot can release into the air of your home. This can be good to do in colder months when cleaning. Just warms up everything.
Saucy Symbols and Sigils
If your oils and sauces are in easy pour bottles, consider getting a little creative when you use it. Gunna put some Ketchup or Siracha on that? Why not draw a pentacle. Oiling a pan? Maybe cook your food in a symbol of infinity or life. Or create your own symbols and meanings. Add them to your food to help elevate their magic. You may feel limited by the pour spout, but remember it comes down to intention. But if it makes you feel better, you can always transfer your sauces to bottles with more precise pour.
Make a Magic Potion
If you are not a huge fan of Cooking or Baking, remember there's still options for Kitchen Witchcraft. Magic Drinks. You can infuse your magic into syrups, juices, teas, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and more. There are options for people who can't consume alcohol, caffeine, dairy, sugar, any dietary restriction. I think I a lot of people write this option off because they think it focuses too much on alcohol or they don't like tea/coffee. But there's a lot of options when it comes of conjuring drinks.
Cook with Sun and Moon Water
If you're not familiar with Moon water, it's fairly easy to make. You fill a glass jar and leave it out in moonlight to charge with moon energy. Same idea for Sun Water. I find Sun Water is better for general Cooking and Moon Water is better for Teas as the energy from moon water is more mellow.
Adding some Solar Energy with Sun water to soups or to cook your rice and pasta in can help infuse your food with some Solar energy. It ups the overall energy and power of the magic in the food, as well as adds success and thus increases the chance of things working. There's also many other benefits, but listing them all might be worth their own post.
Kitchen Witchcraft is more than Cooking
I think the most important thing to remember is that Kitchen Witchcraft is not just food. Kitchens are often the heart of a home, and many things will go on and get done in a kitchen. Family meetings or get togethers may happen in the kitchen, people may do their reading or web surfing there. Or maybe it's where they do their homework or paperwork. They may do their hobbies at the table or counter. There's more than just food going on in the Kitchen.
So, feel free to expand out. Do some crafts with kitchen supplies or for your kitchen. Protective charms and garlands made out of cinnamon sticks and other items. Or just try other kinds of Magic. Maybe you like the idea of knot magic and want to try knitting a protective scarf. Or you like plants and want to get into garden magic. You don't need to stay in some box; try some stuff out!

Magic to find a lost item!
I've seen tidbits like these circling Tumblr but I thought I'd make a post describing specifics.
Ingredients needed: Pin/needle/anything of that nature, and somewhere you can safely stick that item such as a pincushion.
What you do: Stick the sharp object into the pincushion with the intention of "pinning down" that item for you to find.
Optional: You can add oils to the pin, I would recommend protection oils so the item is returned to you safely. You can also surround the pincushion with crystals and/or herbs of your choosing to help get the item back.
Once the item is returned to you, remove the pin from the cushion and thank your tools for helping you get the item back.

✨My personal tips on casting curses, just in time for the holidays✨
You can curse someone with injury without cursing them with a specific disease or disability. Don’t be a pompous asshole who presumes to control nature- instead, curse people with stepping on legos, with constant itchiness, with self doubt and dangerous decision-making.
Try to personalize your curse to your target. If you don’t know enough about them to know what would hurt them personally, chances are, you probably shouldn’t be trying to curse them.
It’s best if your target knows they’re being cursed. You don’t have to do this directly, you can send nightmares or other signs to them so they’ll know even if they can’t “prove” it. Half of a good curse is the fear of being cursed!
But please, please be careful if you have to remain in contact with your target, don’t put yourself in a dangerous situation just to curse someone.
Curses can be temporary or permanent, and can be reversed. We all make mistakes sometimes, and magic is generally forgiving. However, you need to be ready to deal with the consequences of your actions.
Please remember, this may not apply to your practice exactly as it does to mine. That’s okay! Learn what works best for you, and happy cursing!

Greetings, Star-Children!!
Let's have a discussion on:
Love Magic
Love Magic is highly sought after from a majority of those outside the witch community and, sure, in essence, they seem harmless and fun! But they're not. Love Magic is, essentially, like a Genie; you'll get what you want but it's never the way you want it. I'll list just a couple examples (some may be worst case scenario or extreme) of how this magic can work:
"I want him to love me and only me."
He did. But obsessively. To the point that he became aggressive when he wasn't around the recipient.
"I want [] to get serious about us."
[] got serious and decided to end the relationship because [] hadn't been happy in a while and had been pretending ever since.
"I want my ex to come crawling back to me, begging for me to take him back!"
Yeah, well, he did but because he ended up having a surgery on his foot that went terribly wrong and he lost a few toes.
Love Magic isn't a game and it isn't something to use lightly. This goes for love advice tarot readings or Relationship readings as well. That's why when I offer Tarot Readings ($5/reading, any reading except Love/relationship) I never offer to do Love/relationship readings because I know the dangers and I personally don't want to bother.
Now keep in mind that this is a preference. All Witches have the choice to make on if they want to participate in love magic. Also keep in mind that love magic does NOT necessarily have to include sex magic (which has it own dangers and warnings but that can be a different post if yall want). Personally, I've seen Love Magic backfire way too often and it usually is the result of lack if protection and lack of research. The worst one I've seen happen was the product of a baby witch who sought advice from my Coven and me about Love Magic and decided to not listen to us but listen to a TikTok she found on the subject.
TIKTOK CAN BE A RELIABLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION!!But it should NEVER be your ONLY source!!
At the end of the day, all witches are free to make their own call about any type of magic they wish to craft. But always be properly informed AND PROTECTED! Protection Magic is ALWAYS necessary! Magic is unpredictable and you never know the outcome of anything! So please make sure you do your research and stay safe!!

Spell to Take Back What's Stolen
(Two versions)
Tumblr media
Hi, everyone! How's it going?
Guess what? I made another spell, for you guys. Basically, it helps to manifests whatever good thing got stolen from you. But, only a version that is 3 times better. Let's say a rival keeps taking oppurtunities away from you, someone stole your money, or your mental health is ruining the good moments in life. It sucks, doesn't it? Well you can steal it back. It can even bring back the time and energy, it all took from you! Get what I'm saying?
Disclaimer: No!! It can not bring back the dead. Nor, can it force someone to be yours; If they've chosen someone else. It ain't that type of spell! It literally, was not made for that. Although, that should've been clear; Without me, having to explain that. I decided, I should go ahead and mention that, since you never know whats going on with people heads, these days!
"Ahem! Ahem!"
Tumblr media
Like I was saying... I made this spell, because I remember what it's like to be taken from and for granted. There were and still are so many things, that could've gone better, if things went differently. Having people and events, take away from things like my time, energy, peace of mind, and even objects, had completley made my life more difficult (than it has to be). Especially, with depression and suicidal thoughts. All the times I spent holding up in my room, withering away. My mental health was the biggest theif, of all.
With that it goes to show: One moment can change a person's life, forever. So, making this spell, though it might not help change what happened, or bring back the exact thing that was taken from you, it can help make up for it. Big and small, I hope it can bring back a better version of what was unfairly taken from people. Especially, with the mental health crisis that's been going on, for too long.
With that let's get started, shall we?
Version 1 (for yourself):
So, for this you're gonna need a target. The target being the theif. Whether, it's a person, event, or even an object. Like for example, I had an old mascara that had burnt off my eyelashes, two days ago (true story). So, I would need the exact name of the exact mascara, I used. Yes, you gotta say the whole name (for the incantion). It helps if you hold the object while saying it. If it's a general object though, you won't a exact name. You could say,
"[Name's] frying pan".
For events, that one's gonna be tricky... Your gonna wanna use visualization, and short yet clear words. An example being,
"All the days [name] bullied me".
You get the point! I recommend taking time, to work on the wording and clarity, before attempting to do this spell. Also, make sure to write it down!
Now, for the actual incantation. Set your intentions. Make sure to think about what you want to manifest, or steal back and why. The more detailed, the more effective it'll be. You might have to do the spell, daily. Depending on the situation, though.
Once you do that, it's time to chant this three times:
" [Target] what you stole, I'll get it back, three times better!
[Target] what you stole, I'll get it back, three times better!
[Target] what you stole, I'll get it back, three times better!
As above, and so below.
Thus, mote it be!"
(Repeat the whole thing, three times).
Make sure to give thanks to magic and anything else. Especially, if you work with any other beings, energies, etc.
Version 2 (For Someone Else):
Secondly, for the other version... It's basically, the same wording. But you're helping someone else, that was stolen from. Like a friend, family member, etc. I made this version, since I had a lot of loved ones who were robbed of so many things. So, not wanting to sit back, I made this spell to use for them.
Tumblr media
Here is the incantation, for this one:
" [Target] what you stole, [full name of *o.p] will get it back, three times better!
[Target] what you stole, [full name of *o.p] will get it back, three times better!
[Target] what you stole, [full name of *o.p] will get it back, three times better!
As above, and so below.
Thus, mote it be!"
(Repeat the whole thing three times)
So, there's that. I actually, used this spell to steal back my burnt off, eyelashes. Surprisingly, they're already growing in! Even faster, then they normally would grow. They usually grow pretty slowly... Yes, I'm super stoked about it!
I also used it, for my grandmother. Now, she's been full of more energy and all of her money that was wrongfully taken, has been manifesting to her, like crazy! I'm pretty happy with how this spell turned out. :)
That's all there is, today! It's been pretty fun!
Thanks for tuning in, everyone. Sorry, that I haven't been able to post a lot. Life can get pretty time consuming... :,(
Hope, you all have a nice day! Farewell, my Starries~. ☆

#17, #11
11: Is there anything special you sometimes feel during a working of magic that you consider to be an special omen?
It really depends on the type of work I'm doing. Generally for blessings and protective spells, particularly spells for others, I feel a sense of joy that I take as a good omen. For baneful magic it's a feeling of deep hunger fully sated.
17: If you rely on feelings to guide you during acts of magic, share what you can about these feelings and how they help you :)
Just as above I often rely on different feelings for different things. A good curse needs a lot of anger behind it, and that's oftentimes my specialty. The wrath needs to burn deep and hot, with a sense of justice at its core. The same goes for banishing.

My favorite simple wards to guard the home
Hanging rosemary above the doorstep, and/or above doors of the house for protection.
Sprinkling a line of dried red pepper on a windowsill, to counter a curse.
Placing a mix of dried & ground eggshells and black pepper in every corner of a room to keep out unwanted spirits.
Placing a decoration representing a witch in the kitchen, to keep away illness and to favor health.
Crafting an effigie (no matter how crude!) and make it into the guardian of your home by charging it with your intent of protection and placing it near the front door.
Crafting small witch ladders to hang around the house.

helpful sites for writers
i have a little collection of websites i tend to use for coming up with ideas, naming people or places, keeping clear visuals or logistics, writing basics about places i've never been to, and so on. i tend to do a lot of research, but sometimes you just need quick references, right? so i thought i'd share some of them!
Behind the Name; good for name meanings but also just random name ideas, regardless of meanings.
Fantasy Name Generator; this link goes to the town name generator, which i use most, but there are lots of silly/fun/good inspo generators on there!
Age Calculator; for remembering how old characters are in Y month in Z year. i use this constantly.
Height Comparison; i love this for the height visuals; does character A come up to character B's shoulder? are they a head taller? what does that look like, height-wise? the chart feature is great!
Child Development Guide; what can a (neurotypical, average) 5-year-old do at that age? this is a super handy quickguide for that, with the obviously huge caveat that children develop at different paces and this is not comprehensive or accurate for every child ever. i like it as a starting point, though!
Weather Spark; good for average temperatures and weather checking!
Green's Dictionary of Slang; good for looking up "would x say this?" or "what does this phrase mean in this context?" i love the timeline because it shows when the phrase was historically in use. this is english only, though; i dig a little harder for resources like this in other languages.

That Secret Magic Ingredient
Tumblr media
For some people, doing kitchen magic just doesn't have the same impact vs something more glamorous. Crystals and candles and cauldrons and wands- all that looks and feels very Witchy from the start. But cooking...it's just so mundane. We've been cooking and eating our whole lives. It just doesn't feel special enough.
And while I prefer to encourage people to follow a path they are more drawn to, I'm aware Kitchen Witchcraft is a very useful path for those still "in the broom closet". You want ways to do magic without being noticed or exposed.
So I wanted to offer something I started doing as a way to add more magical energy on days I have low energy. It's a premade magic powder. Magic powders are common on many paths, as a way to add extra magical energy to a spell. They may also be used to ward areas. But not all transfer well into food, as some of the items used in magic powders are dangerous to consume. Glitter is commonly used.
While my magic powder is safe to eat, keep in mind of allergies. If you forget what's in the powder, don't use it for anyone who has allergies. This powder also works best in Savory foods, as it will not disrupt the flavor profile too much for most foods. I'm still figuring out a combo that works well in Sweet Foods, so let me know if interested.
1 Tbsp fine salt 1 tsp powder ginger 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp ground celery seed 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp Oregano
Mix Together well in a small bowl or a mortar and pestle. Do this in a sunny place as solar energy can really help kick start the magic energy in your powder. Perhaps choose to sing an uplifting song or put on some music as you mix to ensure all energy going into the powder is positive. You may also wish to leave the powder in the sun to charge longer, or use other means to help charge. -Light an orange candle near by -Place the bowl of powder in another container of sunflower seeds -Rest a clean Crystal on the powder, like Citrine or Red Jasper. -Whatever feels right to you.
Once you feel your powder is well combined and charged, transfer it to an air tight container.
To use: Take a small pinch of the powder and add it to your food while cooking. The powder will help elevate the magical energy you already added to the food while making it.

Work in the shadow of the moon to reverse black magic. Return to sender spells are very powerful when you know who sent the bad vibes, but it’s not necessary. You may ask your spirit team, angels, guides and your ancestors for guidance, insight and for your protection. In this case, I have seen the signs of confirmation of who is jealous of me and giving the evil eye. I will picture this person retracting the negative energy and watching the intent transmute in and around the body of the sender.

Dear people who aren't physically disabled who plan to write fantasy settings:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
[ID: Several images taken from the Geordi La Forge yes and no meme format, with Geordi holding out a hand disapprovingly for the no section, then pointing in approval for the yes section.
The first image is the meme:
No: "Saying the existance of magic in your setting means there are no disabled people (this literally just means disabled people are killed. AKA eugenics)"
Yes: "Having disabled people who use magical mobility aids and other assistive devices. Realizing that someone is still disabled even if their prosthetic arm is made of magic instead of plastic."
This is followed by four more panels of yes section:
"Geordi la Forge is still literally disabled. His visor helping him does not erase his disability and make him magically abled."
"Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender is still literally disabled even though her Earthbending helps her. It does not make her disability ~magically~ go away."
"Having your disability be accomodated does not mean the disability goes away. Having a prosthetic hand, even one that's made of magic, does not mean you're not disabled."
"Magical mobility aids do not mean disabled people don't exist. It just means they use magical mobility aids instead of plastic or metal ones. A limb made of magic is still a prosthetic even if it's made of the soul of the universe instead of plastic and metal."
Then another no panel: "'There's no disabled people beacuse magic'".
Then one last yes panel: "'Magic helps disabled people in a variety of ways'".
End ID.]
This also applies to science fiction; just because Luke Skywalker's prosthetic hand is super advanced doesn't mean it's no longer a prosthetic, or that he's not disabled. Same with Darth Vader - just because he has a suit that lets him breathe and walk around doesn't mean he's not disabled. (And Star Wars' propensity for making the villains visibly disabled while the heroes disabilities get covered up by super advanced prosthetics is a topic that deserves its own post, especially with how ableist some of the authors of the books are. Troy Denning is especially ableist)
Edit:
Because people keep being fucking obnoxious and ableist in the tags, yes,,, motherfuckers, if you refuse to have disabled people in your setting, that does make you fucking ableist. If you say that the magic is used to cure all disabled people and that's why they don't exist, that's fucking eugenics.
You cannot ""cure"", more like remove all disabilities without fucking eugenics. Magically automatically destroying disabled fetuses (a very fucking popular trope!) is eugenics.
The only way to fucking "cure" autism is to fucking kill all autistic people, also known as eugenics!
What about people with PTSD? Do you just fucking brainwash them so they aren't traumatized anymore?
Do you force all Deaf people to be able to hear? Do you force all blind people to be able to see? Do you force all anosmics to be able to smell?
Do you magically force everyone with a speech impediment to speak to your standards?
Do you force everyone born with bodily or facial differences to live up to your fucking standard of beauty?
You cannot fucking say "disablities don't exist in this universe because magic cures everything" without inherently saying that eugenics exists in your fucking universe.
Not all fucking disabilities need a cure. If you ""cured"" my autism I'd just be fucking dead. You'd literally just be changing me into what you think is fucking acceptable.
Stop fucking arguing in defence of ableists on my fucking post so you can pretend that eugenics has never been written about in magical settings when it is extremely fucking prevalent.
And while we're fucking at it, let your gods damned characters become disabled over the course of their story, and call them disabled within the fucking story. I don't care if they're a robot. I don't care if they have magic. Not all fucking damage can be fixed. Curses exist. Hardware can go out of fucking date and no longer be manufactured anywhere.
Let your characters become disabled and do not magically fucking cure them back to brand new every single time they get hurt. The only thing you accomplish by doing that is destroying any chance of ever having stakes.
No, "magical healing leaves scars on the mind from the memory of the injuries though!!!!" is not fucking good enough. Let your characters have scars. Let them become disabled. Stop being fucking ableist cowards.
Edit number fucking 2:
No, motherfuckers, you do not get to comment "if the disability was caused by magic it's not ableist to cure it with magic". You are the ableist this post is about. Shut the absolute fuck up, stop treating being disabled as the worst possible outcome, and just admit you're a fucking ableist. If you don't want your characters to become disabled, then don't fucking make them disabled.
Tumblr media
[ID: The Garfield "you are not immune to propaganda" meme, now edited to read:
"If your first thought upon reading this post is, 'Oh, but it's okay to magically cure disabilities caused by magic!' Congrats…you are the exact sort of ableist jackass this post is about."
End ID.]
Edit number fucking 3:
Autistic people exist! People who are born with disabilities exist! You cannot create a setting where disabled people do not exist because we're all "cured" or "fixed" and not inherently say that you are killing disabled people as soon as they're born, or fucking aborting us as soon as you figure out we'd be born disabled! That's fucking eugenics!
There is no way to "cure" autism without eugenics! There is no way to "cure" people with body differences without eugenics! There is no way to make disabled people nonexistant in your setting without eugenics! Thinking you can and should "cure" and "fix" all disabilities IS EUGENICS!
Also:
Tumblr media
[ID: A character shouting at the camera, now edited to read: "Shut up about Dungeons and Dragons! Shut up about Dungeons and Dragons! If the rules of Dungeons and Dragons are ableist, then fucking change them! It is your fucking personal responsability to be a better person than your bigoted society wants you to be!". End ID.]
Tumblr media
[ID: White text on a dark brown background with white and black borders around the edges, that reads:
"I don't fucking know or care about Dungeons and Dragons.
This post is not about Dungeons and Dragons.
Do not fucking throw the rulebook of Dungeons and Dragons at me like it's some sort of 'Gotcha!'.
You will literally just be blocked like the rest of the ableist assholes who've already tried it.
If you play dungeons and dragons, it's your responsability to make your games not be ableist, even if it means breaking the rules.".
End ID.]
I do not fucking care what the ableist rules are in Dungeons of Dragons. Do not fucking throw ableist rules for a game I have never and will never play at me on a post I made so that people could learn how to make their settings less ableist. If the rules in Dungeons and Dragons are ableist, then fucking change them. If you don't want to change them, then stop fucking playing an ableist game.
Disabled people deserve to see ourselves represented in fiction just like everyone else, without any fucking requirements that we be "cured" or "fixed" before the story ends.
How the fuck would you feel if a trans and gay character's whole story revolved around going on a quest to become straight and cis, did so, and only then was allowed to live happily ever after?
Why do you fucking think suggesting people write stories about disabled people going on a quest to be cured because it's the only way they'll ever be happy is any less fucking offensive?
Also:
This post is NOT a place for you to talk about how disabled people in fiction should have the option of curing their disabilities. It's just not. That's the fucking default for this society. That is not a revolutionary concept. It's not novel. We fucking know this society wants us gone. A post about how disabled people deserve representation is not the place to talk about how "Well, actually, in fiction disabled people should be cured!" Like that's not the fucking universal default???????????
Edit #4:
Everyone needs to stop tagging this singing praise for Fullmetal Alchemist. A story that uses disability as a punishment and the characters are on a quest to cure their disabilities is not the amazing representation you're all claiming it is just because the character who is only disabled because of DIVINE PUNISHMENT uses prosthetics.
Read this post, and this one. Fullmetal Alchemist is a hell of a lot more ableist than you people are letting on.
guess what you can now find a PDF version of this post on the web archive.
Edit #5! August 23rd, 2023!
A) Everyone. Disabilities that can only exist in the magical setting are still disabilities.
Trying to cure the younger brother's magical disability of being a soul floating around in a magical suit of armour is, in fact, going on a quest to heal a disability!
It doesn't matter if the older brother doesn't want to get his limbs back when they're going on a quest to heal the younger brother's disability! Especially when they BOTH get magically healed at the end!
Magical disabilities that can only exist in that setting, but not real life, are still disabilities, and it's not okay to magically heal them either! What part of the Garfield meme on this post did you all choose to ignore?!
B) When you leave tags on a post you are reblogging, the original poster can see them! When you leave tags on this post, I can see them!
If you think this post is ""too aggressive"" then simply do not reblog it! Don't fucking tone police me on a post I've had to edit five times now due to the constant ableism people have been commenting since I made it!
I have been called the R slur by multiple people in response to this post! People have literally reblogged this post to defend eugenics abortions! You can't see these comments or replies anymore because I blocked the poster!
If you think minorities are being too aggressive by responding appropriately to bigotry, you're a bigot! And you should either not reblog the post at all, or at the very least, shut the fuck up and not tone police us!
Do not fucking put tags on this post complaining I'm being too aggressive! That's called tone policing and you're a bigot if you do it! Don't fucking do it on anyone else's posts either! They can see your tags too!
C) When I fucking say Harry Potter fans are banned from this post, yes, this means YOU!
Either stop supporting a billionaire who's literally using the profits from her bigoted shittily written books to fund REAL FUCKING GENOCIDE, or fuck off!
By continuing to support the Harry Potter series, you are literally giving JK Rowling free fucking advertising! You are encouraging more people to read the series and watch the movies, spending more money and giving her more fucking money with which to LITERALLY SHAPE A COUNTRY'S LAWS TO COMMIT GENOCIDE. She is literally fucking fighting to make being trans illegal! She is literally fucking fighting to have even more of autistic people's rights taken away!
You cannot fucking be a fan of the Harry Potter series in 2023 and call yourself an ally to all the minorities harmed by JK Rowling and the bigotry baked into her shitty series!
Read another book! The Web Archive has tons you can read for free! Literally every single book on gutenberg.org/ is free! Including audiobooks for some of them!
If you write Harry Potter fanfiction, simply fucking get rid of the names and identifiable features and start writing original fiction instead! It's literally free!
Not supporting a literal fucking genocidal billionaire costs LITERALLY NOTHING! And if you refuse to fucking stop supporting JK Rowling, which is what you are doing when you support the Harry Potter series and squeal over her OCs, you are not an ally to any fucking minority! No! Not even if you're trans yourself!

Edit again Nobember 28th 2023 because this comment is just. such a perfect example for all of you that think this doesn't happen.
butter-whore2 said, two hours before this edit:
kind of a fan of tumblr's slightly more algorithmically elements for reminding me of the hell's other people construct for themselves but this one hits like five of the boxes. How do people do this to themselves? it's such a bizarre way to act over media I genuinely do not believe is capable of stirring an emotional response the metaphysics of disability here are unintentionally really funny but disability is not a coherent ontological framework, it's a vague descriptor for literally thousands of different things none of which lend themselves to categorizing Moralizing over fiction is incredibly lame.
Liking harry potter is also incredibly lame, it's not morally wrong nor transphobic and you do not get to decide that lol. people literally do get "cured" of their disabilities all the time, many of them have a positive experience in doing so. this is not what eugenics is.
the anti abortion stuff lol
Literally how do you live like this? you guys don't even read real books I don't get it.
Archived version of the comment for posterity.
So yeah, lofl, block this fucker.
