Okey, yeah but why is no one talking about the fact Seraphim's chimera (manticore? some kind of hybrid? I dunno I went with chimera) has the softest, kindest, gentlest, sweetest eyes ever known to mankind????? LOOK AT IT
Look at those curious kitty cat eyes
EVEN HERE- those gorgeously soft eyes contract so nicely with the nightmare fuel
Her design is already beautiful but I'm just captivated by her eyes XD

Hindimp scurry through the undergrowth after small creatures to eat and if they can make eye contact are capable of mesmerising them to a standstill. Scrappy and viscious if cornered, they have yet to master the domineering gaze of their older counterparts and so defend themselves with vigorous and frenzied attacks.
Hindseye radiate a strong psychic aura from their five eyes that can be utterly irresistable or gut-wrenchingly terrifying as their whims dictate. By being able to manipulate an onlookers emotions like this they have an easy time coaxing prey right up to their mouths and can convince even the most savage attacker to back off in an instant.

can’t tell if chimera or manticore
on one hand, I like the term chimera. A hybrid of many things- a trans guy, intersex, therian… plus chimeras are a lot less niche than a manticore
on the other hand, the traits I feel line up more with a manticore. I don’t have extra heads or a snake/scorpion tail. I’m just really spiky and fluffy. I do have wings tho, but both of them do too
one point against both is that I’m dragon and wolf/dog/coyote-like, not a lion
Maybe I’m just some weird hybrid thing (Which could be a chimera anyways). Results inconclusive lol

So for the arbitrary reason that I generated a bunch of Nokemon Abominations and am having fun drawing them, this week is Fakemon Week! Without further ado, Special Kitties to start!
Murchin, The Spiny Cat Fakemon, Dark/Poison. Murchin are shy, cautious Fakemon, with a tendency to flee rather than fight. Beware their horns, which can snap shut hard enough to bruise an unwelcome hand. They have very small hind legs, with surprising strength - they can launch over a much larger predator. Evolve at LVL 25
Mocchat, the Spiny Fakemon, Dark/Poison. Mocchat are wary and alert, but bolder than their predecessor. Their horns and legs are even more powerful, cracking bone and leaping small buildings. They have a tendency to warble musically around a trusted trainer. Evolve at LVL 50 with high friendship.
Mantycoeur, the Rebel Sound Fakemon, Dark/Poison. Mantycoeur and cheery and confident - both in their power and their beloved partner. With horns that can bend steel beams, and leaps that can land on tall structures, they feel more at ease around others. Their singing has become louder and more brazen; many heavy metal bands and pop star hopefuls have these on their teams!
Casmeow, the Disguised Fakemon, Electric/Ground. Casmeow seem to operate under the impression that they’re not desirable as a partner Fakemon, so find the discarded hair of another Fakemon to make themselves appealing. Their bite delivers a startling jolt, and their charge can rattle teeth. Evolve at LVL 25
Shokewe, the Disguised Fakemon, Electric/Ground. Shokewe are very dour and somber, for the simple reason that their wool cloak is now too small to hide them. Many a trainer may find themselves frustrated with their Fakemon, but a patient trainer will be able to show Shokewe that they’re still wanted. Evolve at LVL 50 with high friendship
Fleestile, the Self Confident Fakemon, Electric/Ground. Fleestile are loud and boisterous, with a tendency to drown out coversations with their pleasant rumbling. Having mostly shrugged off the wooly pelt, they let their mane fly free and show off their sharp fangs with pride.
Fleestile and Mantycoeur are sibling Fakemon, and something very special happens when two have an Egg together!
Chirptune, the Hybrid Fakemon, Dragon/Fairy. When the first Chirptune hatched, the scientific community was astonished - while variants were common in the region, an entirely new species was unheard of! Chirptune lives up to the hype in a way, being a fierce and unmanageable creature. Very few trainers are permitted to train them. Evolve at LVL 25
Plecarba, the Brash Fakemon, Dragon/Fairy. The evolved form of Chirptune is even more stubborn and ferocious. They have a tendency to run away from their trainers, but an observant scientist noticed that they were all heading in the same direction. A particularly determined trainer and her well loved Plecarba followed the trail, and discovered an ancient ruin, covered in art of the Mantycoeur line, the Fleestile line, and the Chirptune line - with a third evolution. Evolve at LVL 75 with high friendship
Chordmera, the Confident Fakemon, Dragon/Fairy. Chordmera are just as untamable and fierce as their earlier forms - save for with a fortunate few. Only their trainer can command them, and only a trainer with a strong will and honorable heart. Chordmera will climb the halls of the heavens to defend their chosen partner, and risk the fires below to find them if separated.

Sorry for the delay. But here we are....
The battle between a Chimera vs a Manticore
Just like the fight between the lycan and the werebear (the pure and shifter versions), the fight can go 50/50. Now, the fight between the shifters could be an entirely different story. If you're not aware, each chimera and manticore is different only because their physical body. One or both may have wings(no they couldn't fly and YOU most definitely won't grow wings or fly), one may have more body mass and strength than the other, better durability, healing, etc. One special ability that the chimera has that most people don't know about is that it has the ability to see into the future. All of this applies to the shifters as well. Let's say it was two well built guys. Depending on IF the chimera spirit can/will give its host the heads up on who will win the fight, maybe they could find a way to change the outcome or go according to the original fight. In this case, I'd say the chimera wins by a mile. If the chimera doesn't give its host a heads up and it's just a straight fight, I'd give points to the Manticore only because it's more durable than the chimera.
In conclusion, this fight is ALSO 50/50, but in my opinion, I'd still give it to the chimera
