It's 4am and I'm thinking about your first kiss/ intimate touch with Mammon.

Like imagine him hesitating before your lips meet. His breath fanning over your skin. His eyes staring into yours and raking over your face.

And then he kisses you. It's soft and he sucks on your bottom lip softly before pulling back.

He's breathless from just one kiss. You are too.

i think the hc that occupies my brain the most is the "demonic nature is kinda like human world animals' instincts" so here is the breakdown no one asked for: why i believe demons are much less scary after you actually get to know them!

so, in case it hasn't been evident in my three posts and some lint i have about obey me on here (sarcasm) i am obsessed with the idea that even the most powerful of demons aren't able to resist their demonic urges. like their brain kind of blacks out?? and they do whatever tf either demon brain or sin brain (or both) tells them to do.

lucifer checks himself out on every. single. reflective. surface. fixing his collar, combing his hair, straightening his sleeves – he absolutely hates when he realises he does it but demon brain goes "oohhh!!! it's me im here!!" and sin brain goes "ihavetolookmybestatalltimespleasetellmeilookgood". every time he catches himself with his hand midway through his hair he sighs and tries to go on with his day (one time satan and belphie pranked him by putting mirrors everywhere) (they didn't know lucifer has memorised the layout of the hol and can walk anywhere with his eyes closed).

mammon is that one kid that touches anything shiny and sparkly. you could be wearing highlighter and just feel a poke on your cheek. turn around. it's your demon boy. his pupils are dilated. finger still on your face. half a toof fang sticking out of his mouth. fucking elated. glittery shiny sparkly holographic things are his demon brain cocomelon. sin brain just hoards any and all glittery shiny sparkly holographic things he can find. whenever he's upset he watches those slime or chalk asmr videos but they have to be the ones where the creators use a whole bag of glitter (or! or! the ones where people flick brushes full of glitter above their cameras in slow motion yknow the ones).

leviathan has to be quirky different not like other girls. he has to be the one with the most marine knowledge in the family, the one with the most ruri knowledge in the family – you get the point. i believe he has a touch of the demon tism so if you think you know anything about his special interests no you don't. he was actually there when it happened so joke's on you. yes he did witness the creation of the first amoeba now move. he's also that younger sibling that sees you get praise for doing something and does the exact same thing to get praise too. sin brain goes "if they get that then i have to have it". you see him wearing your clothes sometimes and when you think back you remember you got a compliment on it about a week ago (week agoo 🕺💃) and like yeah. makes sense (pls tell him he's pretty pls).

satan has chewy toys and wears a retainer pretty frequently because that wrath may be chronic but them teeth won't stay there for long if he keeps baring them!! he buys new ones once a month because he absolutely tears through them and everyone is just used to him popping in his acrylic retainer every time lucifer comes in the room. he isn't even half ashamed of his toys because trust me it's not a cute sight. this man is one of the most imposing beings you have ever encountered creating holes with his teeth in places you believe there weren't any before through what you're guessing used to be something green and made of rubber, but you aren't too sure. you ask him what's wrong and he just stares at you blankly and goes "nothing? why would anything be?". it's just a casual case of both demon and sin brain going "AUURGHHHDHS *chomp*". absolutely feral unicorn man with the straightest teeth you've ever seen.

asmodeus is in the same predicament as lucifer when it comes to checking himself out but instead he embraces the moment. and checks other people out too, as long as what they're wearing catches his attention. he's a very touchy demon so you can find him absentmindedly having his hands on you without even realising he does it: twirling a strand of your hair, playing with your fingers, tracing your jawline. it's just that demon brain goes "ohoho!! my humnan look at my humin go!!" and can't not touch you after that. he also bites. you think it would be mammon or beel but nope it's asmo!! you're just too pretty and he wants to feel close to you!! don't bring it up though he gets embarrassed. you know that meme where person a says "i wonder what i taste like" and person b says "i can help with that" and a imagines a kiss and b imagines biting person a? yeah, inside asmo are two wolves.

beelzebub is the randomest fucking demon in that household idc. he's always so quiet and you never know what he's thinking until one day he brings home a human world ostrich like it's nothing and gives it a "tour of its new home"??? absolutely insane. he also buzzes randomly?? like you'll be hanging out in the common room and all of a sudden you hear "bbzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" only for another brother to go "beel. i can't concentrate on my book. please refrain from buzzing inside the house"??? hello??? i think he's got a passion for cleaning too (thousands of years of food and blood stains, crumbs and mould have taught him a couple things) so he is always ready to assist in cleaning his brother's rooms and won't stop until they look brand new. his most demon brain moment is when he lifts things. doesn't matter what or how heavy it is, if he sees something new around him he has to give it a little lift. same thing with the people he's fond of. you have been grabbed by the armpits one too many times to have an impromptu simba moment for three seconds, only for beel to just go on with his day, no explanation. what a demon *sighs dreamily*.

belphegor is the most like his familiars (or at least his habits are most prominent). you see the demon chewing and chewing and chewing like one bite of food and if you dare look at him weird he gives you the cow stare (pls tell me you know what im talking about). you see him in full demon form running headfirst into a wall with his horns (#satan_and_belphie_bonding_activity) and if you dare look at him weird he gives you the cow stare. kinda like his twin, he does random moo or hffphhhmp noises according to his mood without realising ("no belphegor, you can not destroy every wall in this house with your horns" "moOOO"). demon brain goes brrrr with some human world grass and some sunshine. like he absolutely loves being in that mediterranean countryside, twirling some grass between his fingers, eating it, living his life. best brother to go on a picnic with hands down.

Mammon lifts up his head a bit, staring at the person infront of him. You frown a bit, laughing nervously—you tap his shoulder.

“why’re you red Mammon? Jeezz so weak..” you laughed but you were also screaming inside and pretend that you’re not blushing and in amusement.

“Agh that’s it, You’re so mean!” Mammon grumbled and looks the other way.

You laugh and take out your phone to take a picture of him, looking the other way and staring at the window beside him.

The small sound of a click and a flash catches his attention, “Oi! Lemme see i ain’t allowin’ anyone takin’ photos of the great Mammon! make sure i look good!”

You move your phone away just as he starts to take it from you, you pull his chair closer to yours, and from that it made both of your bodies faces close too.

and you on the other hand, your heart felt heavy and you felt embarrassed. You thought he didn’t feel the same way after all the ‘he likes you too! It’s so obvious’ bullshit Asmo told to you about. Just as you were about to apologize then loud bell rang initiating your next period.

You and Mammon stand up like your other classmates and get your things. When some already left, Mammon pulls you close, and kisses you softly but quick. Your eyes went wide and you went red as Mammon looked embarrassed and mad. When he pulls away he leans into your ear.

“We’ll talk about this later after school, don’t try and ignore me, human.” After that he kisses your cheek as he goes to his next class and waves you goodbye.

You stretched as you sat up, you glanced over at Mammon who was still sound asleep, you gently run your hand through his hair before reaching over for your DDD, to check you messages, you saw one from Lucifer asking you to meet him in his office before breakfast, you flung your legs over the edge of the bed, you glanced back at Mammon one more time to make sure that he was still asleep before going into the bathroom and getting ready for your day. When you came back out Mammon was sitting up in bed “where are ya goin’?” He asked, reaching out for you, you got close enough that he could wrap his arms around your waist. “Lucifer asked me to go see him this morning, so I’m going to his office.” You explained and he whined. “But you're supposed to be stayin’ with me.” He complained. “Keep a seat free at breakfast, I’ll sit next to you.” You promise pressing a kiss to the top of his head. “Get dressed.” You shuffled out of the room and headed towards Lucifer’s office.

You were walking past the kitchen when you stopped, you could see Sebastian in there “Are you cooking?” You asked sticking your head into the kitchen, he smiled at you as he moved to the side showing the breakfast food that he had already cooked. “Woah this is all human food.” “They don’t cook human food for you?” Sebastian asked with a raised eyebrow. “I didn’t think that we could get it so I never really asked.” You admitted “plus the food from Devildom isn’t that bad.” “What’s that smell?” You glanced back at Beel who was heading towards the kitchen. “It’s breakfast Beel but you have to wait patiently.” You told him, his face resembled that of a kicked puppy. “Stop that, it won't be much longer.” You smirked as he couldn’t seem to stop the playful smile from stretching across his face. “Come sit with me!” He said. “I promised Mammon I’d sit with him so you can sit on the other side but I have to see Lucifer first.” You explained and he nodded. “Okay I’ll save your seat.” He promised before heading off to the dining room where you assumed the others were gathering. “They seem to hold you in high regard.” Sebastian said and you nodded. “Mmm, we’ve been through a lot.” You shrugged. “I hold them just as highly.” “They’re very powerful.” Sebastian observed. “They’re the seven demon lords, they’ve worked hard to earn the titles.” You answered. “And you tamed them all.” He said. “I wouldn’t say that I tamed them, they aren’t animals even if they are a little feral sometimes.” You giggled “I’ll see you at breakfast.”

You knocked and waited for Lucifer to call you in before opening the door “you wanted to see me mighty first born.” You teased. “Watch the attitude.” He warned with a small smirk on his face “I need you to show the newcomers around, Diavolo informed me that the younger one Ciel will be enrolling in RAD so he’ll need to know a rough layout of Devildom and the other may need a refresher.” “Oh sure no problem.” You nodded “I’m sure it would be easier for me to show them around than anyone else.” “Thank you (Y/N).” He smiled and you nodded. “Be careful around them though, I don’t trust them.” Lucifer informed him. “Yes sir.” You saluted him before turning on your heels and walking out the office. “One more thing!” Lucifer called before you could leave, he gestured for you to come over to him “call me if anything happens.”

You sat between Beel and Mammon as you promised that you would talking happily with the brothers as Sebastian served Ciel, Sebastian came over after a moment and placed a plate in front of you “I thought that you might appreciate some food from home.” Sebastian said, you looked at the food on the plate, eyes lighting up as you looked at what could only be described as the best breakfast you had ever seen. “Wow really!?” You asked “are you sure? Didn't you cook this for Ciel?” The mentioned master waved his hand in dismissal. “He can’t eat everything that I’ve cooked, he always used to share with the staff of the house back home.” Sebastian explained. “Staff?” You asked as you looked over at Ciel as you reached out for the food, however Mammon slapped your hand away from it. “We don’t know if that’s safe… Beel test it.” Mammon ordered. “Don’t be rude Mammon.” You glared at him before looking at Beel. “You wanna taste it now don’t you?”

“Mhm.” He nodded, you sighed before taking a forkful of food and feeding it to him. “Good?” You asked. “Amazing.” Beel answered. “Everyone satisfied that I’m not going to die?” You asked. “Yes.” An answer from Asmo, Mammon and Belphie. “Mildly.” Came from Lucifer and Satan. You got nothing from Levi who was absorbed in whatever game he was playing on his handheld console. “Good now will you all stop being so hostile!?” You asked. “No.” They all answered. “I’m sorry.” You apologised. “No need to apologise my lady.” Sebastian smiled as he walked back over to stand with Ciel. “Sorry Ciel, I was asking earlier, you had staff when you were human?” You asked. “I owned an estate.” He answered with a small smile on his face as he thought back on it. “The young Master was soul air to the Phantomhive Estate.” Sebastian explained. “Wait like the toy company?” You asked. “You know it?” Ciel asked, he seemed interested in what you had to say now. “It’s more of a corporation now, since the family that ran it died, the company was sold or something.” You explained. “I don't know a lot about it.” “Mm.” Ciel hummed in acknowledgement

The rest of breakfast was uneventful and you all headed off to get ready for their day, Lucifer called a meeting with his brothers so you took the time to grab Ciel and Sebastian to show them around Devildom without the brothers all watching your every move. The first place that you took them was Purgatory Hall. “This is Purgatory Hall, this is where the angels and the other humans live.” You explained as you opened the door. “(Y/N) I wasn’t aware that you would be stopping by today.” You smiled at the sound of Simeons voice. “Simeon! Where did you go!?” You glanced behind him and saw Luke making his way down the hall, Simeon put his arm out to stop him from getting too close to Sebastian, you looked at the demon who seemed to be smirking at the smaller angel. “This is Ciel and Sebastian, Ciel will be joining us at RAD so I wanted to introduce him to some of the people that would be there.” You explained. “And you Sebastian?” Simeon asked. “I will do whatever my master asks of me.” Sebastian answered and you looked at him. “Master?” You asked. “I am the head butler of the Phantomhive Estate.” Sebastian answered and your eyes widened in wonder. “You know what now that I look at you that isn’t so surprising.” You mumbled. “Now what is all the tension down here!?” You turned to see Solomon down the hall and smiled waving. “Solomon!” You called. “You!?” Your head whipped back to Ciel as he looked at Solomon. “You know each other?” You asked. “Funny I thought you were dead, I guess technically you are.” Solomon smirked as he walked over, stopping next to you where he wrapped an arm around your shoulder. “We met back when he was human.” “You said you were human.” Ciel muttered “I didn’t trust that you were telling the truth.” “I'm a human little Phantomhive, I’m just older than you thought.” Solomon smirked and you looked at him, “You don’t look older.” Sebastian raised an eyebrow. “Curious.” Solomon smirked as he held eye contact. “Well we need to go before the brother finds me here.” You said, sensing that there were many situations that needed defusing you decided that it was time to move on, you ushered your two new residents out of the house, “Where are you headed next?” Solomon asked. “Nice try not telling you.” You stuck your tongue out before disappearing out of the door. “I don’t trust him.” Simeon finally said and Solomon looked at him and shrugged. “Only time will tell how dangerous they are.” Solomon shrugged before disappearing back into his room.

The rest of the tour went well, you managed to dodge the brothers and get the tour finished before they caught up, however you had just got back when you realised that leaving them alone for the day may not have been the best option especially when you saw the state of the house. “What the hell happened?” You frowned. “I know he was here!” You heard a voice that you didn’t recognise, you frowned. “Oh.” Sebastian pinched the bridge of his nose and Ciel gave an exaggerated sigh. “You know that voice?” You asked. “Unfortunately.” Sebastian nodded.

You walked towards the dining room where it sounded like the commotion was coming from, you could see Mammon and Beel standing on either side of the room, with a woman in between them she was dressed in red and holding a chainsaw. Both Mammon and Beel charged at the woman despite Lucifer’s warning and collided with each other when she dodged. “Grelle, what are you doing?” The woman froze where she was standing before turning to Sebastian. “Bassy!” She cheered before her eyes came to rest on you. “Who’s this hussy!?” She appeared in front of you in seconds, everyone tensed as the woman lifted chainsaw above your head, as she brought it back down there was a clash but it wasn’t with you, instead Beel’s hand held the chainsaw above your head, his hand tightening as he threw the woman across the room before turning to you. “Are you okay!?” Beel asked. “Me? I’m fine, what about you?” You asked as you pulled his hand towards you “your bleeding.” “It’s nothing I’m fine, see I’m already healing.” He said, you looked at his hand and saw that the wound was in fact healing, you caught Sebastian’s eyes widening, he got a glimpse of Beel’s healing wound. You glanced at the others, all of them in their demon form, the room becoming suffocating, however before anyone could make a move, Cerberus stepped out of the hole in the wall that was created when Grelle was thrown. “Hey, someone tell this creature to let me go!” Grelle ordered, Sebastian's eyes shifted to the dog, one that had been uncontrollable the last time that he was in Devildom. “(Y/N) what will you have me do with this intruder?” Lucifer asked. “Sebastian, you know her?” You asked, Sebastian noticed that the goofy behaviour he had come to expect from the brothers was gone. Each of them looked like they were ready to kill the woman in front of them if it meant that you were safe. “She’s a reaper.” Sebastian answered. “You can put her down now.” You said, Lucifer gave a wave and Cerberus dropped the reaper in his jaws and walked over sniffing you for a second before deciding that he was happy with your health and going back to his master. “So do you need something?” You asked as you turned to the reaper. “Bassy disappeared, I was just looking for him.” Grelle answered. “Here he is.” You said stepping away from the demon, who seemed to be glaring at you, Beel didn’t like that, so he grabbed you and pulled you behind him. “Hmm, but it seems that there are other demons worth my attention here!” Grelle smiled as she turned to look at Lucifer giving you a coy wave, you raised an eyebrow with a small smirk but before anything else could be said, someone hit Grelle in the head.

“Do you ever stop causing me trouble?” A new voice asked. “Who in Devildom is this now!?” Mammon asked, having now made his way to you as well, his hand clasping yours. “I’m sorry for my colleagues behaviour, I’m William T. Spears I run a division within the Reapers.” William explained.”I’ll be taking her with me now.” “Oh you know I can’t resist you William, until next time Bassy and I hope to see more of you Luci!” Grelle waved as she followed William but you were more focused on the almost identical grimace passed over the two mentioned demons faces, when calm finally settled Lucifer sighed. “Looks like there’s some work to be done.” Lucifer looked at the destroyed house. “Please leave it to me.” Sebastian smiled as he looked at you. “Can you fix all of this?” You asked. “I’ve seen him fix worse.” Ciel shrugged “leave it to him, I’m retiring to my room.” “If you're sure.” You said. “What kind of a butler would I be if I couldn’t do this simple task for my master?” Sebastian asked. “Hey who ya callin’ master!?” Mammon asked, tightening his hold on your hand. “He’s talking about Ciel, will you get out of here and let him work, if he’s going to fix this place the least you can do is stop being a nuisance.” You ordered ushering the 7 demon lords out of the room, you a human had the power to make 7 of the most powerful demons bend to you, you were an interesting human and you might even have a soul as enticing as Ciels.

Random Obey Me! idea I had the other day. The Demon Brothers living with an MC that has medical issues. So MC has a heart monitor to keep tabs on their condition. Their D.D.D. has a special app that tracks their heart rate and breathing. Comes complete with audio and vibrate.

Lucifer insists everyone installs the app on their D.D.D. Lucifer and Diavolo then always keep their D.D.D. in their breast pocket with the app running and the vibrate on. A constant way to keep MC's heart close to their own. (Do NOT tease Lucifer about this he will deny hard core)

Mammon falls asleep with the app going and earbuds in to listen in on MC and passes out super fast. He will deny doing this while as red as a rose.

Satan basically goes above and beyond to research MC's medical condition and human medicine. He ends up becoming a certified physician in a couple of months of study. Barbatos already was a certified surgeon (he will not say when he got it) to teach Satan on human biology. Hence why Barbatos starts carrying around scalpels to 'encourage' good behavior.

Beelzebub and Belphegor are always (and I do mean always) checking their D.D.D. if MC is not in the room with them. Beel looks into every healthy human recipe known in the three realms to make then for MC to help with their condition and give them more energy. Belphie tends to slide his phone into his pillow for it to play audio and just pass out instantly. The pillowcase is stolen from MC's pillow and Belphie will not give it back.

Asmodeus looks into designing layouts for the medical app to give it a more personalized feel to it. Asmo tends to include MC in ideas on color choices and stickers for the app. He will cycle through new phone cases to match the new app styles he comes up with. Is highly aware of what lotions and makeup are okay for MC to use and will do spa days for them weekly.

Leviathan calls the app an 'MC character sheet' and will not admit how often he checks it when MC is in the Human World. Leviathan is the only one to get the same heart monitor patch and put it on to give his account info to MC. He tells them that if they have a panic attack or episode, "Just tune into me and I'll be there for you in heart. I may not be able to do much, but I can be there for you that way." He says this over text. Because every time he things of saying it out loud, the heart monitor alarm will start going off. (Asmodeus hears it go off while sending the text to MC and teases Levi for MONTHS about it)

Simeon and Luke are the ones that get MC comfy clothes that have little pockets for their D.D.D. as well as for mobile chargers. Luke even buys MC a phone case decorated with animals that are wearing doctors coats to use. Simeon will write MC little comments in the app to give them encouragement when they are under the weather. Luke even gives MC a gift from Michael. A bracelet that gives off relaxing magic with red crystals that glow faintly in the dark.

Solomon is constantly (and I do mean CONSTANTLY) giving MC various potions and elixers to have on hand. From calming droughts. To rejuvination drafts for energy. He even makes a warming potion to help with circulation. Solomon also makes a magic incense burner for MC's room. It uses any kind of incense. But will waft little sparkles or bubbles to ease MC into a state of calm.

Wanna start off with saying thing about I actually like about Nb!!! Love ruri tunes, love WW I absolutely adore seeing Levi desperately trying to chase down Mammon cuz he owes him money lol + fab snap is super silly

+!!! I am aware this may just be a me problem and because Nb did literally just release today and it’ll probably take some time to get used to seeing obey me look so different

Also the movements in WW is kinda weirdly realistic????? I like it yet with how the models look it’s kinda weird >.<

Is it just me or does the design layout in Nb seem very…poor(????)

Like I get the theme they were going for but it just looks. Bad.

Here are some images of the speech textbox side by side for reference!! Obey me! Swd?’s speech textbox thingy looks a lot nicer; the purple and green border thing pops out nicely and not too much, the bottom pink to purple to blue to green colour fade outline on the bottom of the speech box also pops out nicely without it being too much, and there’s just the Nb one.

The Nb one looks so,,,so plain and ugly ngl

One feature of the Swd speech box was that the name sticks out of the whole speech box as a smaller box and that looks nice!!! This is a me problem but for the Nb’s name box to be within the whole speech box makes it harder to read for some reason?? the Nb’s speech box is also bigger???? For some reason??? And it’s very weird to look at

It’s so rounded and while rounded speech boxes aren’t necessarily a bad thing I feel like there are ways it could’ve been design better

It just feels like the new theme for Nb is minimalistic and I really don’t like it :{ like ngl but if you remember seeing/ have ever seen it in the first place those “knock-off” obey me swd? Games that heavily reference the game in every way the design sorta looks like that

the official layout for the house of lamentation is so hysterical to me i'm going to talk about it

the first floor isn't AS BAD as the second floor but i still have so many questions. why is there only one door leading from the entrance hall to the hallway? does everyone have to walk all the way around to get to the kitchen and the dining room?

why are there three staircases to the second floor? two are shown in game and the third is just there?

four unlabeled rooms and not a single bathroom on the first floor. rip to the mc who has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and has to walk up all those stairs

and my favorite part: the map confirms that the living room is just a fireplace (when there is already a fireplace on the other side of the room), FIVE chairs and a table. the living room.

as someone who has tried for hours to figure out the layout of the second floor, this doesn't even remotely help

the hallway next to lucifer's room is just a dead end.

lucifer's room has another office? a bathroom? what is in there??

asmo's room is half the size of everyone elses and a quarter of the size of lucifer's despite looking massive in game

the nonsensical corner next to the stairs by the twins' room with a chair? or something there

mammon's room has canonically been on the second floor since the first game but i do not understand HOW he got the car in there. does he drive it? does it sit in his room and collect dust? why is there a garage door in his room? everything about his room is atrocious.

the worst part is levi's room, despite having an entire aquarium inside of it, is not only on the second floor but it is TINY. is the aquarium not real? does it defy the laws of space?? is there magic involved DEVS TELL ME

imo an easy fix would've been to move mammon and levi's (or any combination of rooms) to the first floor where the giant unlabeled rooms are, make asmo's room bigger, and give the twins separate rooms!! they deserve it!
