Me and You Workshop with @eoinmclsad

During this workshop we focused on gestures. Gestures are temporary and each gesture is unique.

This work shop tought me many things, but most importantly it taught me to not be so delicate with my drawings, just focus on getting the overall impression whilst making key observations.

We did a series of 30 second drawings, 2 minute drawings, 5 minute drawings, some blind 30 second drawings and some 30 second drawings with our non-dominant hand.

There is a clear development between my first lot of drawings that I did before the break and the ones I did in the second half of the workshop.

I loved how I got to engage with my peers by drawings them. We tried to make the most of the space on our pages so that we don't waste too much paper. I got to try out charcoal in a new way by using the side of the stick more to allow me to draw faster.

This workshop was great fun and I would definitely recommend it.
