You stared at her from across the cafeteria, wondering what it would be like to sit next to her, running your fingers through her hair, looking deep into her golden eyes. You scowled as her boyfriend rested his arm over her shoulders.
You glare for a bit until your eyes flicker up from his arm and connect with hers. A gasp slips from your lips, and you feel your cheeks heat up, quickly looking down at the food in front of you, stabbing it with your fork.
You are so infatuated with her, and you don’t even know why. It was as if you needed her to breathe like she was the thing allowing you to live. You couldn’t explain it.
You just needed to find a way to get rid of her boyfriend. What could he offer that you couldn’t? The green-eyed monster appeared beside you again, whispering how you could be a better “boyfriend” than him.
You shove the food into your mouth, shutting your thoughts off as you stare at the table before you.

Bound | Chapter 1
Tumblr media
Word Count: 3.3K Warnings: graphic depictions of death, implied/referenced SA
Summary: Rosalie always carried the resentment of not being able to fulfill the image of the perfect family she had in her head. But the universe had set out to grant her everything she could've hoped for in the most unconventional way and in the form of a witch. Can their love withstand the promise of forever or will Rosalie and (Y/N) succumb to the grapples of time?
A/N: tried my best to write the pain and turmoil Rosalie might have felt during such a horrendous moment. I feel like her backstory is so overlooked in the story and, for me, it's one of the most tragic. I hope I do her justice with this and the coming chapters. Also, I want to say to any and all survivors of SA that you are not alone and what happened to you is not your fault, it never will be. I hope you have healed or are healing. And if you ever just need an ear to listen, I am here. 🤍

Rosalie Hale should have been protected. That much she knew to be true. She should have been able to revel in a perfect life. A perfect house, perfect children, a perfect husband, all complements to her being a perfect wife.
Everything should have been perfect because she already was.
But there was something about a perfect thing that she did not know until it was too late. Whenever it was scrutinized, the cracks started to appear. The paint that was used to make everything seamless was bulky and uneven. Nothing was perfect. Nothing could even come close.
Still, it had been far too late to see all the flaws of what was supposed to be her perfect life.
Everything had happened to her so quickly. Her courtship to Royce King the Second, to their engagement, to the date of the wedding. It was the thing of fairytales. Or at least, that was what she had thought –what she had been raised to believe. The perfect prince to the beautiful princess.
His façade was impeccable. He did the right things, said the right things; he played the part well. Too well. It made it easy for Royce to hide his faults. Because they didn’t exist to the naked eye. His lingering eye was only witnessed by the women he would make uncomfortable, but they would never speak of it. His drunkenness was reserved for the late hours of the night, in the company of his closest friends. His blatant disregard for Rosalie was only spoken of in whispers, spilling into the ears of his most trusted confidantes. He did not have to worry about anyone else knowing just how execrable he actually was.
The fact that he was marrying the Rosalie Hale was enough to allow his behavior. She was a testament to the fact that he could have anything he wanted without having to work too hard at it. All it took to reel her in were a few words and flowers, some public outings and he had her trapped in his spell.
At that point, she didn’t know it. That the love he seemed to have for her was only his part to play. How could she? Royce King was her ticket to everything she had ever worked toward. He was the trophy for the part she had to play. It didn’t matter that she was not in love with him, she loved everything he could give her. She didn’t mind feeling like an empty shell of a human if it looked like she had everything. She knew it was vain and shallow, but it was what she had been molded to be.
What she never thought was that the same person she believed would grant her every dream would be the very reason it was taken away. Ripped and taken from her without another thought.
The day had started well enough for her. With her wedding only a week away, her head could only be preoccupied with the final details of the event and everything that would come after. Even as she spent the night with Vera, her best friend, watching as her husband loved her and her son grew beautifully, Rosalie could only think of when it would be her own child reaching their arms up to be carried. She would have the life she wanted because that was what she was promised.
But the night was harsh and unforgiving. In hindsight, she would have taken that as a warning. The cold truth was slapping her in the face long before real hands had. When she was yelled at by Royce on the empty street, she should have turned around. She should have listened to the trembling in her limbs as he treated her as nothing more than a prize he had won. She should have ran and kept running.
But his grasp around her was tight, bruising. He grabbed her like she was his possession, as though her body had never belonged to her. And he wanted to show her off because she did, she belonged to him.
She remembered trying to fight. Whatever happened next, she could hold on to the fact that she had tried to fight. Even if it had been to no avail. No amount of strength could have been enough to protect her, at least not of any she knew.
Then, she remembered how frozen she had felt. Not because of the cold in the weather, but because her limbs had gone stiff. Royce and his friend were drinking in her pain, rejoicing in her screams. She couldn’t give them that. So, she froze. Rosalie allowed them to take everything from her but the fact that she was in so much pain.
They took her clothes, they took her will, they took her beauty, they took her body. They took and took until there was nothing left to give. They even believed they had taken her life. But something inside her was holding on. Something she cried would just let it all end. There was nothing left for her to hold on to, Rosalie just wanted the nightmare to end since her dream definitely had.
Rosalie could have sworn that she had spent hours on that dimly lit street begging for death to take her in its arms and whisk her away. She didn’t want to be cold, she didn’t want to be in pain. She no longer wanted to be. All she could do was wait until it all stopped.
Instead of the impending doom of death, she had been carried away by someone she couldn’t identify at first. At first, she believed it was the Angel of Death crossing her to the afterlife. The speed at which they were traveling felt as much. But soon she was being laid on a bed, where she was bitten on every inch of her body and it made her wish she was back to the pain from before. At least that was bearable until death came. This kind of ache ran across her entire body, freezing her veins and adjusting every fiber of her being. It was overwhelming enough that she could smell… sage? Maybe even moringa and rosemary. Possibly even a hint of ginger.
Rosalie wanted to laugh at that realization, not that her body allowed her to. She wanted to chuckle at the mere fact that her brain had decided to trick her with the smells of herbs as she went through the worst agony of her life. But she had to admit, it had eased her slightly. And she wished she had perceived those very smells until the change happened.
She also wished for the longest time that Carlisle had never saved her. What he did felt more like pity rather than a moment of salvation –she did not want to be saved. When he took her in his arms she wasn’t thankful, she was tired. If she’d had the ability to speak, she would have begged him to end it. Rosalie would have used every last breath she had to beacon death quicker than it was coming.
Instead, he saved her in the worst way possible. He submitted her to a life where she would never have anything she desired. She would have her beauty, and she would have a sort of family, but she would never have something that was truly hers.  But nothing that was hers. Nothing that was just hers.
At least there was one thing that the imposed immortality had brought her. She was strong. Stronger than all those men the night before. She could feel it. The solidness of her skin, the strain in her muscles, the itching in her limbs for speed. It was supernatural strength. An unlimited source of unimaginable power.
A vampire. That was what they had told her she was now and she knew it was the truth. The burning in her throat yearned for only one thing and none of the people in the room she had woken in had it running through their veins. She craved the crimson liquid as though it was the sweetest nectar in the world and it was the only thing to satiate the deep void in her stomach.
But that hunger was nothing compared to the appetite she had for revenge. For the craving she had developed to have the same men that had made her tremble in her sacred body to quiver in theirs. She wanted them to beg her for their lives, to know what it feels for their lives to be in the hands of someone that could not give two shits about them. She wanted them to plead until their voices were hoarse. Until they were so scared that she could hear their skeletons rattle inside their bodies. She wanted them to pray to their god for their lives and then she would take them with her own hands. Her eyes would watch as their souls left their bodies, a sickeningly sweet smile on her face.
She could have answered Carlisle Cullen at that moment. When he had asked her if she wanted to join their family, she knew the answer was yes. Not because they were the perfect choice, but because it was the only one she had. Rosalie didn’t want to be alone and the Cullens were offering her companionship. She would say yes, eventually. First, she had something to do. So, she asked them for a couple of days to set her head in order.
Rosalie waited until the sun had set and dressed up for the occasion. She styled herself in perfect curls and demure makeup. She was dressed in tailored clothes and high heels. At the end of the day, she was still Rosalie Hale and those men would know exactly who it was that would take their lives.
The first two were easy to find. Buck and Andre Hubert, brothers that still lived under the same roof. With her newfound strength and speed, she slipped into their house without making a single sound. One thing she knew was every party and social appearance the rich people of Rochester, New York had to attend. She knew who would be where and when. And it just so happened that Mr. and Mrs. Hubert would be out all night.
She wanted to go play with their minds first. Start building that nest of fear deep in their chest as they had done to her. To laugh as they questioned if they were losing their minds.
The brothers were in the drawing room. Maybe reading, maybe drinking. Definitely drinking. It made her smile. Her legs took her to the table in their foyer, slamming a vase she had admired for years against the wall.
“Who goes there?” Buck called out from the room to be met with the crackling of the fireplace in response. “I’ll let you know that I have a gun.”
Rosalie remained quiet, instead making noise by slamming a framed picture of the brothers to the floor. She stared as the frame splintered around her and the glass bounced off her impenetrable skin. Bring your gun, she wanted to say, there’s nothing you can do to hurt me now.
But she kept her silence. She wanted to draw both of them out, not just their guns. Their bodies would be the first warming call to the other three men. So, she broke more things, until the room was filled with splintered wood, glass, and roses. How she detested roses now.
“What the fuck is going on, Buck?” Andre said, his voice shaking slightly. “Who’s there?”
“I don’t know, man,” he sighed in frustration. “I’ll go check.”
No. It had to be both of them. She called out, “Why don’t you both come to check?”
“No way,” she heard one of them whisper, not really caring which one.
They walked out slowly, each sporting a rifle in their arms. They stood tall, their eyes trained on hers, trying to appear courageous. But she knew they weren’t. She could hear their hearts racing, she could see the beads of sweat forming on their forehead, she could smell their desperation.
“Rosalie Hale,” Buck said. “What are you doing here?”
“Surprised to see me, boys?” She smiled sweetly and she could see the way it made them shiver. “I just thought I would pay you a visit after last night. You left without so much as a goodbye.”
 “No, but you… you were…” Andre stammered. He was so young and it showed. His brother towered over him and he was shaking in inexperience.
“What’s wrong, Andre?” she feigned worry. She had also been so young and they had not cared. “You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”
“You died last night,” Buck interjected in big brother fashion. “We left you on the street and you were dead.”
“Correct!” Rosalie clapped in fake excitement. “You did leave me on the street, but I wasn’t dead. No. I suffered for hours waiting to die. But alas, death arrived in a different way.”
She took steps toward them, closing the distance of the large entryway. Her movement made Buck fire his gun, the bullet flying right by her ear. It was so close she could hear the whistle of the shot as it passed her.
“Careful, Buck,” she reprimanded. “You can’t kill something that’s already dead.”
“W-what?”
“I know, it’s practically unbelievable,” she chuckled. “Death becomes me, doesn’t it?”
Rosalie was so close now that it would only take four steps for her to be nose-to-nose with them. Her appearance was illuminated by the moonlight streaming through the open front door, every feature now unmistakable to the men in front of her.
As they looked into her eyes, they couldn’t help the scream that bubbled from their throats. It was at that moment that they knew their guns would be useless against the intruder. She was definitely not human anymore.
Buck shot at her stomach, watching in astonishment as the bullets ricocheted against her rather than fly through her. On the other hand, Andre decided to take off in a run. Rosalie could only laugh. Her beautiful voice made their veins run cold, fear grasping them by the throats.
The blonde took Buck’s gun in her hand, bending the barrel until no more bullets could move through, and grabbed him by his throat, walking toward Andre. She dragged the man's body with one hand, smiling as he tried to claw free, twisting and turning in her grasp. In a couple of seconds, she was behind the younger Hubert. With the damaged gun, she shattered his right leg, smiling as he yelled in pain.
“Please, please,” Andre cried. Tears and snot mixed on his face, the mask of pure desperation sliding onto him. “Just let us go. We’re sorry, Rosalie. We were just having some fun. It should have never gotten to that point.”
“Oh, then, please. Tell me when I was having fun?”  Rosalie said. She had dropped both brothers on the floor, one right next to the other, kneeling. “Was it when I begged you all to stop? Was it when my body had been assaulted to the point where I could not even move a finger? Or maybe it was when you were telling Royce he had to start looking for a new wife since I was dead? I would love to know what was fun about any of that.”
“It wasn’t,” Buck blubbered. “We were wrong, Rosalie. What we did was despicable.”
“It was, wasn’t it? It was the most vile thing you could ever do to a woman –to anyone,” she smiled. “But you still did it. And it cost me my life. Now, it’s gonna cost you yours.”
The brothers let out strings of ‘no, please’s and ‘have mercy, Rosalie’s, and it made the fire inside her burn hotter. The vampire stared at Andre first, the youngest of the two. The one she had gone to school with. The one that was only a couple of months her junior. The boy that had acted like a man and taken everything from her. His cheeks were stained with tears, his eyes red and swollen from crying.
“You could’ve made a woman very happy, Andre,” she smiled. “At least, the boy I knew in school would have. You, as you are now, don’t deserve the dirt on my shoes.”
“I’m so sorry, Rosalie,” he sobbed. The attractive boy she had known had been battered to a sorry excuse for a human, and she reveled in it. “Please, just let me go. I promise I’ll never do it again.”
“You’re right. You won’t do it again,” she said, wrapping her hands around his neck. “Save your sorry for your god, Andre.”
And she snapped his neck, watching as his body slumped to the floor.
Beside him, Buck let out a guttural scream. A completely broken and full of agony wail. Music to her ears. “Does it hurt, Buck?” she said. “To see the body of the little brother you had sworn to protect, lifeless and beaten? Does it hurt that there was absolutely nothing you could have done to save his life?”
When he kept quiet, only responding in whimpers and whines, she took his left arm and broke it under her grip. “Answer me,”  she seethed. “How bad does it hurt.”
“It’s the worst pain imaginable,” he yelled out. “I should have saved him. Saved him from you!”
“No, Buck,” she tsked. “You should have saved him from you. From the wickedness of your mind and your actions. Your brother? Your baby brother is dead because of you. And you can let him know when you join him.”
Her pale hands wrapped around his throat once more, her eyes observing as the fight left his body. With his only hand, he tried to claw at her skin, to sink his nails into her in an attempt to free himself, but it was futile. He couldn’t even squeeze her.
She stared into his eyes, the way they pleaded, and she committed them to memory. And she wondered. She wondered if they had looked into her eyes, would they have shown her mercy? Would they have at least let her live to see another day? The fact was that they hadn’t and she would not dwell on them. On these men that were barely human.
Rosalie squeezed until Buck’s hand fell to his side and his heart stopped beating. She squeezed until there was nothing left in his eyes but the colored irises. She squeezed until she was satisfied. Once she was done, she let his body fall to the floor, slumping against his brother. They were a masterpiece before her. Dead without shedding a single drop of blood.
She called the police after, claiming to be a neighbor that heard a ruckus in the Hubert house and she watched from the shadows as the scene unveiled before her. The Huber parents arrived before the police, though they weren’t far behind. Mrs. Hubert let out a heart wrenching wail, calling for her boys as she collapsed in her husband’s arms. And, instead of feeling guilty, she wondered how her own parents would have reacted to finding her body.
Would her mother shriek? Would her father turn heaven and hell until he found the culprit? Would he yell at the policemen to do their job and find the bastard that did such a violent act as Mr. Hubert? Those were answers she would never get. There was no body for her parents to find, no crime to be reported. Not anymore.
The girl remained at the scene for only a moment more, waiting until the front of the estate was flooded with neighbors and people from deep in the town surely woken from the commotion. She waited until everyone’s attention was on the Hubert brothers and none would be on the people farther away. Especially people staying at hotels in the town center.
There were two men down on her list. Three more to go. And she would not give them even a second to escape. Their karma was coming for them in the shape of a beautiful vampire.

Heyyy! Seeing that you are also writing for Rosalie is making me so happy rn since you are one of my favourite writers :3 I wanna request a Rosalie x gf reader fic where she finds out about readers age regression fluff.
Hidden Little
Pairing: Rosalie Hale x Little reader
Warnings: age regression
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sitting in yours and Rosalie's room surrounded by stuffies and a pack in your mouth may have not been the best way to hide your age regression from the blonde.
You had just started getting comfortable with the whole thing and looking stuff up. You weren't certain about how the blonde would take it so you had decided to keep the whole thing hidden in fear that she wouldn't accept you.
You were so deep in your space that you didn't hear Rosalie walk up the stairs or even open the door.
Opening your eyes you meet hers and quickly you throw the paci out of your mouth and jumped out of the circle of stuffies you had made. You tried to be big again but just looking at Rosalie's shocked face was enough for you to cry. Falling to your knees you started sobbing as you hugged them to your chest.
"Please no be mad me. I sorry. I-i cans stop." You cried.
Using her speed Rosalie appeared at your side and hugged you close to her. Immediately you clinged onto the cold vampire and sobbed into her shoulder.
Looking around she grabbed one of your stuffies off the bed and handed it to you before carrying you and setting you down on the bed.
Curling into a ball you cries softened as you watched her pick up the paci and walk to the bathroom. Not long after she walked back in and handed it to you softly while pulling your thumb out of your mouth.
"Don't suck on your thumb, little one. I'm not mad that you are like this. I love it." She spoke quietly as she climbed into the bed and pulled you into her.
Looking up at her questioningly she chuckled at your doe eyes.
"I've always loved children, little lamb. You being like this actually makes me so Happy. I promise I'll do some research on it to figure it out a little better but right now you need a nap." She said and started stroking your hair.
Nodding you curled into her and quickly let yourself drift off with a soft mumble of "mama"
Rosalie smiled to herself as you said the word. She loved you no. Matter what and you being little made her the happiest vampire In the world.
Carlisle Cullen x Reader (3)
Tumblr media
AN: This fic is a continuation of this one and this one. There are no warnings for this installment.
It didn’t take your children long to divide themselves into teams after they heard that you would be playing baseball instead of refereeing like you usually did.  Carlisle stole a quick kiss as you accepted the baseball bat that he offered you.
“I choose dad.  Sorry mom,” Rosalie called to you.
“I choose mom.  Sorry babe!” Emmett fired back.
Your gaze fell on Edward who was whispering in Bella’s ear.  You had an idea what your eldest son was saying.
“Edward!  Get over here!  You’re holding everyone up!” Rosalie complained.
“Yeah, Eddy!  We don’t need mom to know that we cheat.”
“Too late,” you quipped.
Edward rolled his eyes in response and darted across the field to join Carlisle and Rosalie.  Emmett was batting first and he hit the ball with a thunderous crash once Alice had thrown it.  Edward took off into the forest while Emmett darted around the bases.  He must have sensed Edward’s return because Emmett skidded to a stop on the third base at the same time that the ball smacked into the glove Alice wore.
Jasper was the next to bat.  Alice pitched the ball to her mate and just as it had with Emmett, bat and ball collided with a tremendous bang.   Jasper sped around the bases as Rosalie chased after the ball and he had just managed to make it to the second base when Rosalie hurled the ball back to Alice.
You stepped up to the plate and you saw Carlisle motioning to Edward and Rosalie to spread out – you fought a grin; your mate knew you too well.
“Bring us home mom!”  Emmett cheered.
The clouds darkened from a light grey to a darker shade while you squared up.  Your daughter launched the ball at you and with a heavy boom, the bat and ball connected.  Tapping into your powers, you sprinted to first base, tapped your hand into Jasper’s as you passed second base and high fived Emmett as you approached third.  Your children raced over to the home plate and crossed it; Bella announced that they were safe immediately after they had each stepped over the plate.
You had almost reached the home plate when you were tackled to the ground.  A hand cupped the back of your head to prevent it from slamming onto the ground and you became aware of your mate’s body pressing into you as you heard the ball slamming into Alice’s glove.
“You’re out, darling,” Carlisle purred.
Tearing your gaze away from your mate’s golden, mischievous ones, you called out to Bella.
“Safe!”  She yelled back.
You saw the question in Carlisle’s eyes before he noticed that your outstretched fingers were actually resting on the home plate.  He chuckled and climbed off of you before offering a hand to help you to your feet.
Your children swarmed you within seconds and you received countless hugs and birthday wishes but the best hug by far that you received came from your mate.
Jasper Hale x reader | Cullen family x reader (platonic) | Mikaelson family x reader (platonic)
Summary: When Edward decides to leave Bella behind for her own safety, Y/N take the lead to take the Cullens to the town where she grew up, with her only concern being how to explain for them her real there.
Warning: None.
Author's note: That is my work, I DON'T authorize any plagiarism! | English isn't my first language, so I'm sorry if there's any grammar error.
༻✦༺  ༻✧༺ ༻✦༺
"Edward, if you really want to disappear... I know a place we can go." Y/N said, looking directly into the mind reader's eyes, hoping to see some kind of emotion there.
Y/N could imagine the mess that was in Edward's head, the fact that he had, or rather, wanted to leave Bella behind for the girl's own safety was killing him from the inside, and despite feeling angry at the quick choice he made, she couldn't judge him. Y/N could never see herself away from Jasper, just imagining the possibility made her frozen heart hurt.
"Where?" Rosalie chimed in, looking at Y/N waiting for her response.
"New Orleans." She responded a few seconds later, feeling everyone's eyes focus on her.
Everyone in the Cullen family had a story that began at their birth and, often, ended with their last breath before becoming creatures of the night, stories of when their surname was something else, not Cullen.
Each one took their own time to reveal this story to the others, but it was never difficult for Y/N, after all, her life was normal before anything else... Right?
The vampire was born in London, but at the age of thirteen she moved to New Orleans with her mother after her parents divorced for reasons that Y/N didn't know to this day. Her mother chose New Orleans based on the idea that her parents, Y/N's grandparents, lived there and her ancestors came from there too.
From the age of thirteen, Y/N discovered the culture of New Orleans and grew up surrounded by it: street parties, blues players on every corner, restaurants open 24 hours a day, bright night bars and so on. At least that's what Y/N told her new family.
The truth is that the girl came from a lineage of extremely strong and well-known witches in the supernatural world, the Mikaelsons. Anyone who is smart enough would have a question mark in their mind now, after all, the Mikaelsons who are still alive are all vampires and vampires don't procreate, right? Right!
But what if part of the story has never been told? Not in bedtime stories, at least.
Niklaus' father was not the only affair Esther had, the mother of the Mikaelson family had a thing for supernatural beings and, therefore, in addition to werewolves, Esther became involved with a great wizard at the time, from the Bishop lineage.
Wizards weren't as well known at the time, as everyone focused on the female image within witchcraft, sometimes with curious eyes and sometimes with evil ones, but that doesn't mean they didn't exist, and Esther not only found one, she had a daughter with him.
Five years before Esther decided to turn her children into bloodthirsty creatures, she gave birth to Agnes Bishop-Mikaelson. Knowing the gigantic problem it would create if she showed up at home with another daughter in her arms, after her 9-month "trip", and that the child was not Mikael's, Esther decided to leave Agnes with her father and pretend that she never existed, completely removing the name Mikaelson from the child.
And it worked, no one from the Bishop family ever looked for her throughout her life and eternity, but that doesn't mean that the story of having remnants of a Mikaelson in the family tree wasn't passed on.
And Y/N, from the age of thirteen, grew up surrounded by infinite grimoires of her lineage, listening to stories told by her grandparents and mother, finally being able to understand why she could make fire light out of nowhere or objects levitate.
But although the girl saw her magic as a salvation, it was her downfall as well.
After the death of her grandparents, her mother became lost in grief and loneliness, going to the other side of the veil a few months later, leaving Y/N alone in a world of supernatural beings who would do anything to kill her if they knew about her great-great grandmother.
It didn't take much for the story of Esther's secret daughter to be revealed, and consequently, the existence of Y/N. Beings from all over the United States began to appear to the girl, wanting her life in exchange for revenge, and then her ancestors began to haunt her dreams trying to help her, but Y/N didn't understand that, and the situation only left everything worse for her.
Until one day, a charming man wearing a suit that was too expensive to wear on any given day appeared at the door of her house, offering protection and help in exchange for explanations.
Elijah was extremely helpful after understanding what his mother did to the Bishop lineage, being grateful that Y/N had no reservations in showing him all the grimoires and diaries of her ancestors, revealing the complete truth.
And with that Y/N was welcomed by the Mikaelson family, being able to train her magic with Esther's grimoires too, despite not having any physical help, since Kol, one of the Mikaelson brothers, was sleeping in some kind of coffin and Freya was dead, or something like that.
But it was one night when Y/N was walking alone through the streets of New Orleans, eager to return to the home of who she considered family, when everything was stolen from her.
An old and strong enemy of Esther appeared accompanied by reinforcements and not even with all of Y/N's still little knowledge would she have been able to stop them, the girl had only recently started studying strong magic and blamed herself for it, despite it not being her fault.
The girl was kidnapped and taken to a warehouse far from the entrance to New Orleans, surrounded by orchards, where she was tortured for hours, or was it days?
With the little strength she had left, Y/N was able to escape a few meters away from the warehouse, and it was there that she was found by Esme, who at the time was looking for fragrant apples to decorate the counter of her temporary home with her family.
Y/N could never be able to thank Esme enough for saving her life that day, if it weren't for the eldest, she would not have survived, already extremely weak and with fractures that caused irreversible damage to her organs, which would only lead to a slow death. Therefore, when Esme arrived at his house suddenly with the young woman in his arms, Carlisle spared no time before transforming her.
And then Y/N Cullen's new life began. She knew that hiding the whole truth wasn't right, but the last thing she wanted was to put the Cullen family in danger, already putting them at risk enough just by being with them.
"Are you sure you're ready to go back there, my love?" Jasper's question interrupted Y/N's triggered memories, and the girl was momentarily grateful that, with her magic, she could block Edward's reading.
"Yes, it's time to face those fears. Pack your bags, we'll leave at nightfall." Y/N informed decisively, turning around and going to her shared room with Jasper, finally being able to take a deep breath and organize her mind.
She needed to tell them before they put a foot in New Orleans, the girl knew that Niklaus would know of her arrival within seconds and she definitely didn't want to cause any more drama.
Y/N took out her phone and opened the contacts, her finger hovering over Elijah's contact, sighing and closing her eyes tightly before locking the screen, her last meeting with the Mikaelsons wasn't one of the best; Niklaus demanded that Y/N return home, despite her type of vampire being different, while Rebekah blamed herself for not having protected her enough before that night and Elijah tried to calm the whole situation, also begging her with his eyes to return to them, they missed her company, but she knew she couldn't, not at the time.
The girl shook her head, trying to shake off the thoughts, and picked up her and Jasper's bags, starting to organize the piles of clothes that she would take for both of them.
༻﹡﹡﹡﹡﹡﹡﹡༺
"There, everyone's ready?" Emmett asked after loading all the bags into the four cars and closing the trunk of the last one. Everyone responded with a simple wave and got into their respective cars, Y/N heading to the car she would use with Jasper, getting into the passenger seat and waiting for the long journey to begin.
"Baby, what's going on? Ever since you decided to take us to New Orleans you've been quiet. You know if you don't want to go there, we can aways choose another place-" Jasper began, his right hand on Y/N's thigh as his eyes remained on the road in front of him, casting quick glances at his girlfriend.
"No Jas, I'm fine, just thinking... I wasn't completely truthful with you guys about my life before I turned." She said, looking closely at Jasper, waiting to see his reaction, but only received a nod as if to say "you can continue, I'm all ears". "I think it would be better for everyone to listen." Y/N muttered, pulling out her phone and quickly starting a group call with one person from each car.
"Y/N? Unless Jasper lost his hand, I don't see why you're calling us. Your car looks great." Rosalie was the first to answer, being in the car behind Jasper and Y/N.
Y/N let out a laugh while Jasper rolled his eyes, Rosalie could be sarcastic when she wanted.
"Hello to you too, Rose. I'm just calling you all because I think I should tell you everything before we get to New Orleans. I wasn't completely truthful in the life story I told you before." Y/N began, beginning her long and tragic life story, smiling small when she had everyone's attention.
"This is all... Wow." Alice muttered from Edward's car. "How come I didn't see any of this?"
"Like I said, I'm a witch, and even with the transformation, for some reason, my magic wasn't interrupted or broken, in fact it became stronger and I have more control over it, that's why you only see me in some of your visions and Edward only hears some of my thoughts, I decide what you can see and hear." Y/N explained, seeing a sideways smile spread across Jasper's face, he knew she didn't mention him because she didn't hide her emotions from him, she never did.
"I think it's a lot of information to digest in a short amount of time, but we understand why you kept it from us for so long and I'm grateful that you wanted to protect us all." Carlisle took the lead, followed by "uhum's" from everyone, Y/N sighed in relief.
"When we get there, are we going to stay at this Mikaelsons' house or...?" Alice asked, looking out the window at the constantly changing landscape.
"We're going to the house I grew up in, I never sold or rented it. It must be dusty, but I promise it's big enough for all of us."
"Just the fact that I won't need to sleep with Edweirdo makes it good enough for me." Emmett joked, everyone laughing simultaneously, which calmed the tension.
༻﹡﹡﹡﹡﹡﹡﹡༺
It didn't take long for the traditional "Welcome to New Orleans" sign to appear up ahead.
Y/N took a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves, she couldn't imagine the Mikaelsons' reaction to seeing her again, so many years later. And she couldn't lie and say that she wasn't afraid of the Cullens' reaction to seeing what a mess her "other life" was.
The girl quickly took out her phone and opened the message group she shared with the Cullens.
"We arrived in the city that never sleeps, this is my home address, but you can just follow Jasper and I and we'll be there soon."
After sending the text, Y/N started giving Jasper directions to the entrances, trying not to look at the places they passed, as she knew she would get stuck in a memory loop. Finally, after many entrances, the girl saw the house where she spent her adolescence and early youth, smiling small as she felt her eyes fill with tears.
"It's that one over there." She said, pointing to the two-story house with a light pink fence in the front and pastel yellow curtains, just like her grandmother liked.
It wasn't long before the family found themselves unloading the suitcases from the cars and taking them to the living room, Emmett cracking jokes while Esme scolded him and Alice talked about all the clothing and shoe stores she saw on the way there.
A sound of approaching footsteps caught the family's attention, and they looked up to see a blond, green-eyed man approaching with an expression of anger and surprise.
"So it's true?" He spoke up, making Y/N freeze in the middle of the room, her hand dropping the backpack she was holding. "Y/N Bishop-Mikaelson everyone!" The man continued loudly with an ironic tone and sarcastic smile, opening his arms.
"Nik." Y/N whispered, closing her eyes tightly.
"Did you finally remember that you have a family, Y/N? Or did you come to ask for help with some nonsense you got into?" Niklaus asked rhetorically, staring at the entrance where he could see the girl's silhouette.
"Niklaus, please." Y/N spoke, turning and leaving the house, stopping a few meters away from the older man.
The hybrid stopped for a few seconds, analyzing the girl he saw as a daughter before she disappeared from his life, and the only girl Niklaus would set the world on fire if necessary, besides his brothers.
"Why did you come back?" He asked, crossing his arms, as if he was in charge of the city, which in a way is not a lie.
"We were in trouble in Forks and needed some time away." She responded with a sigh, quickly glancing at the Cullens behind her, who were paying attention to the moment without trying to interfere.
"Problems?" Nik paused for a second, a thread of worry passing through his eyes, which was quickly drowned out. "And do you find refuge here?" His nervous tone returned.
"Yes Niklaus, if you don't remember, I grew up here and my entire lineage is from here, I have the right to return to my home." Y/N argued, taking a rigid stance, pointing to her own chest.
"Oh, now New Orleans is your home? Funny how-"
"That's enough Niklaus." A second male voice came before the vision of a dark-skinned man wearing an expensive suit emerged.
"Great, a family reunion! Just what I needed right now." Y/N spoke with false excitement, rolling her eyes.
"Good to see you too Y/N." Elijah spoke, stopping next to Klaus and looking at everyone behind the Mikaelson girl, noticing their uncomfortable expressions at the sudden encounters and barbs exchanged between Nik and Y/N. "Why don't we have dinner at our house with everyone and... talk? We miss you Y/N and it would be great to meet the ones you consider family. If they're important to you, they're important to us too." He finished, sending a quick smile to the Cullens and receiving ones in return.
It would be long months.
Rosalie Hale gets pregnant by Y/N
I had this idea and wanted to roll with it since I’m simping hard for Rosalie. As always, Y/N is gender-neutral… But in this fic they are also a badass lycan. Hc bullshit science and lycan anatomy as to how Y/N is able to get Rosalie pregnant. Let’s get into it!
You and Rosalie were currently cuddling on the couch. She was lying on you and gently running her cool fingers against your arm. Her touch greatly relaxed you.
You had been seriously dating for a couple years. You even moved into your own house together. (Not too far away from her family, of course). You love her so damn much. You feel like you don’t deserve her, but Rose often says that she feels the same way about you. As amazing as she is, Rose still has some trouble with her self confidence.
You were a lycan. Not a shifter, not a werewolf. Documentation of full-blooded lycan abilities was next to none. You had opened up to Rose about some things, but the rest you kept in the dark. You had been holding onto some major information that you needed to share with her, and were currently working up the nerve to speak to her about it.
Rose seems calm right now, so you bite your lip anxiously. It’s now or never. “Hey, Rosie?” You ask suddenly.
“Hmm?” Rose answers distractedly. The feeling of your warmth against her was heavenly and her mind was preoccupied with her ministrations.
“This is gonna sound really random, but… Do you… I mean… I’ve heard you talk about wanting to be a… Mom.” You say delicately. You knew it was a sore subject for her.
Rose’s hand that’s rubbing your arm stills immediately. She sits up and looks at you. “Y/N… Where are you going with this?” She asks cautiously.
You clear your throat. “Well… I haven’t been completely… Honest about certain parts of myself.” You say, looking away in shame. You feel awful about keeping your abilities a secret from her. But, when your relationship first started, Rose was always so guarded. You were afraid of pushing her away by sharing too much of yourself, and then… It just never seemed like the right time.
Rose’s eyebrows furrow. “What are you talking about, Y/N?” If her heart could still beat, it would be thundering in her chest. What were you about to tell her?
“Umm… Well, you know I’m not human.” You tell her.
Rose nods, confused.
“But, one thing I never told you was that I… Can give you children.” You reveal… Before trying to clarify your statement. “Um! But, only if you want me to! It’s your body, Rose!” You ramble, suddenly feeling panicked as you wait for a reaction.
What? Were you being serious? “Y/N… Are you saying you can… Get me pregnant?” She questions with a waver in her voice. She hoped that’s what you meant.
“I, um… Yes.” You say with a blush on your face.
“H-how? I’m a vampire.” Rose questions in disbelief.
“Lycans are able to impregnate their mates. No matter if they’re shifters, werewolves, or… Vampires.” You begin. “It’s so we’re able to pass on the lycan gene.” You explain and scratch your neck nervously.
Rose lets out a gasp as her hand flies to her mouth in shock. This… Was her dream. Not only to carry a baby, but for it to be your baby. She’s never loved anyone like she loves you. The thought alone makes her giddy. She lets out a sob and you hold her against your chest as she cries in happiness. “I c-can’t believe it.” She says.
You gently rub her back as she takes everything in.
After a moment, Rose calms down and pulls back to look at you. “Y/N, I want to have your baby. More than anything. I love you.” She whispers.
You grin. This makes you so happy. She wanted to have your child. She loves you that much. You are… Complete with her, but a little one would only add more love into your lives. And, Rose has wanted this for so long.
Your eyes begin to darken lustfully. “I… Want to… Claim you. Make you mine.” You say, your voice holding a low husk that betrays your hidden desires.
Rose’s eyes become hooded as she smells your excitement. “Really?” She purrs with a coquettish smile.
You nod and scoop her up before taking her to your room.
The two of you seemingly spent days up there…
——————————————————————————
One morning, not long after you two begin trying for a baby, Rose walks into the kitchen and the smell of your breakfast immediately makes her nauseated. She hasn’t felt sick for literal decades. It’s overwhelming. She quickly claps her hand over her mouth and runs to the bathroom before throwing up.
You are alarmed and run in to hold her hair back as she heaves and retches.
Finally, Rose’s stomach stops roiling and she wipes her mouth before flushing the toilet and leaning back into you.
You kiss her head and hold her.
“Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry you had to see that, baby.” Rose apologizes, mortified. She always wanted to be presentable for you. “I… Didn’t know vampires could get sick…” She says, completely baffled.
You chuckle. “You are so sweet. Being sick, but worrying about me.” You say softly.
Rose giggles at you before she shakily stands to brush her teeth. After she finishes and has a minute to relax, her eyes widen as she thinks of something. “Y/N?” She asks quietly.
“Yeah, babe?” You answer as you hug her from behind and start pressing kisses to her shoulder.
“I… Y/N, I think I might be pregnant. I’ve never felt like this before.” She says, trying not to get her hopes up. She whirls around to look at you. “Do you think?!” She asks almost frantically.
But you, surprisingly, begin to laugh.
Rose looks at you in complete confusion. “What’s so funny?” She asks and narrows her eyes.
You finally stop chuckling and cup her face. “I’ve known you were pregnant for a few days, babe.” You say with a smile.
Rose blinks in disbelief. She just had an out-of-body experience. “I… W-what?!” She questions, really hoping she heard you correctly.
“Your smell is completely different now. I would have told you, but… I wanted you to find out for yourself. Sorry.” You shoot her a shy smile.
Rose is silent for a moment as she processes this information.
The longer that Rose doesn’t talk, the longer you begin to worry that she’s upset. Did she change her mind about wanting a baby?
Before you can fully panic, Rose begins to laugh and brings her hands up to cover her mouth. “I’m pregnant?” She asks you, confirming that this is real.
You breathe a sigh of relief as you hear the happiness in her voice. “You’re pregnant, Rosie.” You tell her.
Rose begins crying. She can’t believe it. A little baby is growing inside of her right this very minute. Part you and part her. She brings a hand to her tummy and rubs it gently. Her child is right beneath her fingertips. Wow.
“So, I take it you’re pleased?” You joke.
Rose looks to you with the most adoration you’ve ever seen.
“Thank you, Y/N. You’ve made my dreams come true.” She whispers. For the first time since she was changed, a tear slips down her cheek. Rose wipes her eyes, bewildered by the unfamiliar feeling and looks at the wetness on her fingers in shock. She can… Cry tears now? It’s actually a huge release for her… This just makes her tear up even more.
You gently cup her face and look at her with a smirk. “Oh no. Now that you’re pregnant you can cry actual tears too? That’s going to be fun with mood swings.” You say.
Rose playfully scoffs and pops your shoulder. “You better be on your best behavior, Y/N. You don’t want a pregnant, hormonal vampire angry at you.” She warns with a grin which makes you laugh.
After Rose has a chance to get cleaned up better, you both go up to cuddle in bed.
Weirdly enough, after being so sick, Rose feels… Really hungry. Not for blood, but… Food. She suddenly sits up rigidly as she realizes this.
You startle. “What’s wrong, babe?! Are you okay?” You ask with worry as you cling to her shoulder.
Rose looks at you sheepishly before answering. “Um… Y/N? Could you… Make me something to eat?” She asks.
Your eyes go wide. Another side effect of her pregnancy? Vampire bodies are weird. You must confess, you don’t know all too much about their anatomy and physiology (Aside from the knowledge that lycans can get their vampire mates pregnant). “You mean, like, food food?” You ask.
Rose inwardly giggles at your surprise. “Yes. Are you going to deny breakfast to the mother of your future child, Y/N?” She questions in mock sadness as she pouts at you.
“N-no! I’ll get it right now!” You say and hurry out of the room… Before running back in. “Uhh… Sorry, what do you want?” You ask.
Rose can’t help but laugh at your frazzled face. “I think we would both like some pancakes, right baby?” Rose asks as she looks down and cradles her stomach. After a moment of pretending to be in deep conversation with the little one, she nods. “Yes, that’s what we want.” She declares with a grin.
Rose is so cute. You’ve never seen her quite this happy before. It makes your heart melt. “I’m on it, babe!” You say.
——————————————————————————
After the first month, Rose begins carefully studying her belly in the mirror, constantly looking for a change. No luck yet, though.
Carlisle has run some tests and has found that due to Rose’s vampirism, the baby is seemingly growing at a slower pace than a normal human fetus. He reasons that Rose’s body needs more time to acclimate to the little one considering she technically isn’t aging as the pregnancy progresses.
Rose doesn’t mind, though. She loves being pregnant, and she now has more time to prepare for the baby… This also means there’s more time to shop for and wear fashionable maternity clothes. Rose and Alice going shopping is an all day event. Rose feels so proud as she walks around in stores, knowing people will be able to tell she’s expecting just by what she’s browsing for.
You take the time that Rose spends shopping to start setting up a nursery. Esme is in charge of the theme and color, though. (You wouldn’t dare get in the way of her vision). She’s going to be a grandma for crying out loud. You want to let her have her fun.
Esme finally settles on a gentle forest theme. The walls are covered with adorable critters she hand paints herself. It’s going to be a surprise for Rose, so she hasn’t seen what it looks like yet.
You, Jasper, Edward, and Emmet feverishly put baby furniture together, wanting everything to be perfect, but… The crib has all four of you confused. It has like a million different pieces. Jasper may have had to send calming waves a few times to keep you all from getting into a fight. Finally, you all manage to get it together. After a few apologies for name-calling and insults, it’s all water under the bridge. The guys are glad they were able to help you out.
You hope the final piece that you add will be Rose’s favorite. You created a rocking chair just for her. You can imagine her rocking the baby when they wake up in the middle of the night and it makes you feel so mushy.
When the room is finally finished, you lead Rose to the nursery as you keep your hand over her eyes. You open the door and walk in. “Okay, Rosie. Ready?” You ask.
Rose grins. “Of course, baby! I’m so excited!” She gushes.
You smile. “Alright, 1,2,3!” You say and take your hand away.
Rose opens her eyes and she’s speechless. It’s… Gorgeous. The walls, the furniture… And, of course, the rocking chair. Rose goes over to look at it closer. “Y/N… Did you make this?” She asks in awe.
“Um, yeah.” You say, scratching your neck in embarrassment. “It’s a present just for you, Rosie.”
Rose has silent tears running down her face as she looks at it. You did an incredible job… In fact, Rose’s new favorite activity is rocking in it as she talks to the baby.
Often, she’ll go into the nursery at night while you’re sleeping and spend some time one-on-one with the baby. It soothes her and she wants them to start recognizing her voice.
“You are so loved, little one.” She tells them one evening as she rocks gently and rubs her belly. “You are a dream come true for mommy.” She says. “Your other parent absolutely adores you as well.” She continues with a soft laugh at how protective you are of them both. “We’ll have to keep them on track, but they try their hardest.” Rose says with a fond smile as she thinks of your kind, but usually scattered, personality. You melted her frozen heart and taught her how to love deeply. For that, she’ll always be grateful.
Around the third month of her pregnancy, Rose is disappointed that she hasn’t seen much of a change in her body. (Except for her hips and breasts becoming a bit more voluptuous. That’s made you happy, at least).
One day, Rose is ecstatic when she finally sees what she is looking for. A definite, but tiny, bump has appeared. She cries at this. A lot.
You hear her weeping from the other room and run in to see what’s wrong. You wrap Rose in your arms and ask her what’s going on, but she just goes and stands in front of you as she lifts her shirt up, letting you see her belly.
You gasp at the little bump and kneel in front of her before you eagerly reach out to place your palm on her stomach. Now you feel like crying.
Rose puts her hand over yours and smiles playfully at you. “Well, well. Big, strong Y/N getting all sappy.” She teases.
You blush and hide your face on her tummy.
Rose giggles and runs her hand through your hair. She’s delighted to see you so happy. She knows that you’re loving this experience just as much as she is.
Both of your lives are about to change for the better and you two can’t wait to be parents… You just hope Rose doesn’t totally crush your hand when she’s in labor…
Y/N Swan daughter of Charlie Swan and Renee Dwyer. She was two years younger than Bella and was in her Junior year of high school. Bella had already graduated from highschool and left forks with her boyfriend Jacob leaving her single father behind. Y/N had arrived a few days later and she had run up to her father before hugging him tightly. "I missed you so much kiddo" Charlie said as he hugged his youngest daughter. He pulled away and looked down at Y/N to see her hair was dyed a dark purple color and she had a nose piercing. "Well you sure have grown" he said as he ruffled Y/N's hair up. "Come on dad don't do that" Y/N grumbled out as she swatted his hand off before fixing her hair. "Still a grump though I see" he said before picking up Y/N's suitcases and walking into the house. Y/N followed him in and shut the door behind her. "Your room is still the same I hope you don't mind that" Charlie said as the two made their way upstairs. "No I don't mind" Y/N said as they walked to her room. Charlie set the suitcases down before opening Y/N's door. "Y/N walked in and looked around the room.
Tumblr media
"I'll let you settle in then we'll go to the diner alright" Charlie said and Y)N nodded. "Thanks dad" Y/N said as she kissed her father's cheek before shutting the door. She walked over and flopped onto the bed sighing as she rolled onto her back. She looked up at the ceiling before sitting back up. She criss-crossed her legs before looking around the room smiling.
Y/N walked into school the next day looking at her schedule when she heard someone speak to her. "You're Y/N Swan right" a boy said causing Y/N to look up. "Yeah I am" Y/N said and the boy smiled before holding his hand out. "I'm Eric" the boy said and Y/N just smiled. "Well it's nice to meet you" Y/N said and the boy rubbed the back of his neck. "Guessing you don't like contact much" he said and Y/N just stayed silent and went back to looking at her schedule.
It was lunch time now and Y/N was sitting at a table with Eric and his friends when she felt two pairs of eyes on her. She looked up and over her shoulder to see five people sitting at a far table. The two women were looking at Y/N already causing her face to flush before she looked away. "Who are those five" Y/N said causing the group to look at her before she motioned towards the far table. "Oh those are the Cullen's the black haired boy is Emmett Cullen he's so hot, the blonde haired boys name is Jasper Hale the brown haired boys name is Edward Cullen and the two girls Rosalie Hale & Alice Cullen their dating each other" Jessica said and Y/N looked back over to see the two woman staring at her but with slight smirks this time. Alice had looked Y/N up and down before looking at Rosalie who looked back at her.
Tumblr media
"Y/N" Angela said snapping her fingers in front of Y/N's face causing her to snap out of it. She looked back over at her friends to see them all looking at her already. "What were you saying" Y/N said and they all sighed. As her friends went back to talking she glanced back over quickly to see them all looking at her now causing her to whip her head back.
"I crave you in the most innocent form" Rosalie said as she stepped towards Y/N who was standing in the middle of the room. "I crave to say good night and give you forehead kisses and to say that I adore you when you feel at your worst" Alice said as she put her hands on Y/N's shoulders causing her to jump slightly at the cold contact. "I crave you in ways where I just want to be next to you and nothing more or less" the both of them said as Rosalie stopped in front of Y/N and leaned in while grabbing Y/N's hands with her cold one's causing Y/N to shiver. Rosalie's lips touched Y/N's before she gasped. She looked around the room and realized she was in her bedroom in her bed. She touched her forehead and she felt sweat making her rub her arm across it. "What the hell was that I've never had a dream like that before and why the hell did I dream about those two" Y/N muttered out as she stroked her hands through her dark purple hair. She fell back onto her bed and looked up at the ceiling. She sighed before getting out of bed and walked towards her computer desk.
Tumblr media
The next day at Lunch Y/N waited by the door the Cullens had walked in through the day before. The group stopped when they saw Y/N standing there waiting. She pushed herself off the wall and looked at them. "What are you doing here" Edward said and was about to walk towards Y/N but Rosalie stopped him with a hand against his chest. "I want to know why you guys were staring at me all day yesterday at Lunch" Y/N muttered out. Rosalie and Alice looked at each other before looking back at Y/N. "We don't have to give you a reason on why we were staring at you and it's our business" Rosalie said with an annoyed tone causing Y/N to roll her eyes. "Now if you'll excuse" Rosalie said before the group walked past her. Y/N huffed before looking through the glass windows to see her friends looking at her. She groaned before rushing up to the group and grabbed Rosalie's wrist. The two froze in place when Y/N realized Rosalie's skin was cold to the touch. Rosalie froze since she never let anybody touch her except her family. "Get your hand off of me" Rosalie growled out as she turned her head. Y/N immediately let go and looked away.
Y/N was at the salad and fruit bar in the cafeteria when she dropped on apple. She looked up to see Emmett standing there holding the apple in his hand while grinning. "What you did just a couple minutes ago was brave" he said as he held the apple out. Y/N slowly took it and smiled up at him since he was pretty tall. "T-thanks I guess" Y/N said and Emmett nodded before grabbing a pear and walking away. Y/N watched as he sat down before he was hit on the back of the head by Rosalie causing Y/N to giggle quietly.
When Y/N got home she immediately went to her room and shut the door behind her before going to her computer. She searches through the internet for hours until Charlie knocked on the door. "Y/N dear come down and eat will you" her father said and Y/N looked at the door before looking back at the computer. "I'll be down in a minute" Y/N shouted and a couple seconds later she heard her father's footsteps disappear. She looked back at the computer and sighed. She was about to close it when she saw a weird website in the search history. She decided to click on it and he eyes widened in shock. She scrolled through the website and saw some words like Cold-skinned, pale, incredible speed, enhanced strength. When she scrolled all the way to the bottom she gulped. Vampire.
Y/N had stayed far away from them after that. Y/N was sitting outside in the gloomy weather. It was foggy and the sun wasn't out. Ever since Y/N had grabbed Rosalie's wrist that day she has been acting weird. "Rosalie why don't you go talk to her" Emmett said as he slightly shoved the blonde forward. "No" she growled out as she hit him in the chest. "She's looking this way" Edward said and Rosalie as well as Alice looked up to see Y/N looking at them. She looked away before grabbing her bag and headed towards the woods. "Go go follow her" Emmett said shoving the two stubborn girls towards Y/N. They both glared at Emmett but he just looked at them causing them to huff. The two went after Y/N and Emmett smiled. "You owe me 30 bucks" he said as he looked at Edward. Jasper looked between the two before rolling his eyes as Edward slapped a 30 dollar bill into Emmett's hands. "Did you really have to bet against them" he said and the two looked at him. "Loosen up brother it's called entertainment you should really try it instead of being quiet all the time and reading" Edward said as he snatched the book out of Jasper's hands.
The two followed Y/N into the forest and stopped when Y/N stopped while dropping her bag to the ground. "You're impossibly fast and strong. Your skin is pale white and ice cold" Y/N said not daring to turn around. You don't go out in the sunlight" Y/N said as she felt a breath fan across Y/N's neck causing her to gulp. "How old are you" Y/N continued. "We're both 19" Alice said as she stepped in front of Y/N "How long have you been 19" Y/N said still not looking at the two. "A while" Rosalie muttered out as her breath fanned across Y/N's neck from standing too close. "I know what you are" Y/N muttered out and the two looked at each other before their eyes darkened. "Say It" Rosalie growled out causing Y/N to gulp. Y/N stayed quiet for a couple minutes. "Out Loud. Say It" She said and Y/N breathed in and out. "Vampires" Y/N said as she finally looked up to see Alice standing right in front of her.
Some Bella x Rosalie fics that are my favorite
Heart made of glass by thirteenohtwo
 Her love is peace.
Your Soul (Holding On)  by ForForever19
'The house looks exactly the same. Maybe a little more worn and the garden overgrown, but the years since she was last here seem to have frozen the house in time, and Bella feels sick to her stomach just at the sight of it. On the flight, she managed to convince herself she was ready for this, but she’s second-guessing herself now. She’s not ready. She doesn’t want to walk into that house and - ' OR Bella arrives in Forks a year late.
     Forget You by ehemond
Bella didn't want to be at her birthday party in the first place, but the Cullens insisted and now she's here. She doesn't know who these strangers are, crowding around her and talking about vampires? She really hopes she's not about to become someone's dinner. But that blonde goddess is really pretty and also really strong. She might be okay with being her's...
Starving for the sun by cuinaminute
Bella doesn't love Edward. She's running out of time. The flowers are becoming more frequent. Her chest keeps tightening and it feels like she can't breathe. She doesn't want to drown.
 ...and they met at a fish and tackle shop by In_this_life_and_the_next
Bella was turned into a werewolf over a hundred years ago. After everyone who ever knew her is dead, she finally returns to Forks.
What if Bella was a hot lesbian werewolf with questionable, lumberjack fashion taste, who worked part time in a fish and tackle shop?
What if Rosalie worked as a mechanic in town, has had a pretty fun century being an incredibly hot independent vampire, then walks into a fish and tackle shop by accident?
What if Rosalie got that family she always wanted? What if Charlie got INCLUDED in the supernatural craziness that Bella always gets tangled in? What if Bella finally found a place to rest her head, safe and happy and LOVED, without having to worry that her soulmate isn't immortal too?
Alice loves stargazing. Her favorite activity is grabbing a couple blankets and laying with you outside, pointing out every constellation she can find.
She loves to kiss your nose and cheeks. Obviously, she likes normal kisses too but she adores the way you get flustered when she kisses your face.
She likes to receive forehead kisses, especially if she’s stressed or anxious. They calm her down so much.
She likes when you read to her while she lays on your chest. It comforts her so much and she really just loves hearing your voice.
She loves compliments !! She puts a lot of effort into the way she presents herself and she loves receiving praise for it.
Alice would also compliment you 24/7.
She wants to make sure that you feel loved and comfortable with her at all times.
She absolutely hates arguing. If you were mad at her for any reason, she would absolutely be in the worst mood.
She’s a big fan of apology gifts. Her love language is gift giving if you can’t tell.
Alice just loves you so much and she’s the softest person in the world I could talk about her for hours.
Pumpkin Carving
The Cullen family + Bella carve pumpkins for Halloween. Bella -because of how clumsy she is- isn’t allowed to carve a pumpkin. Everyone’s worried she’ll hurt herself.
Bella stares with agitation at Edward and Emmet as they hall huge pumpkins from outside into the inside of the large Cullen house. With an annoyed huff she turns back toward the table she’s been instructed to sit at and glares at the knives that were quickly shoved to the other side of the table when she arrived.
Today everyone planned to carve and gut pumpkins for Halloween. Bella was extremely excited to carve a design onto her pumpkin, but the first thing she had been told when she entered the house was to NOT TOUCH THE KNIVES. Apparently she’s “too clumsy” and “will probably hurt herself”. So she had been appointed the job of gutting her pumpkin only. Her least favourite part of making Jack-o lanterns.
So she sits at the table brooding while everyone else goes and fetches the pumpkins giving her an apologetic smiles as they pass her.
After a few moments the pumpkins have all been moved from outside to the big table. Everyone comes back to the table to take their seats. While no one’s looking Bella gets up and reaches for a knife. She’s so close to touching one when suddenly she sees a flash in the corner of her eye. Suddenly Emmet is standing in front of her, holding the knife she was just reaching for away from her. Bella groans as she slumps back into her chair.
“Sorry Bella, but we can’t have you hurting yourself. Your father would try to kill us.” Says apologetically and pushes the knives even farther away from her.
Bella watched Alice skip over to the seat beside her, knife already in hand. Alice grabs a pumpkin from the centre of the table and pulls it closer to her. Then with the speed of a bullet she cuts open the top of her pumpkin and begins digging her hands into it’s guts.
Alice turns to Bella and gives her a playful smile as she wiggles her orange mucky fingers at her. Bella scrunches her nose on disgust and seats Alice’s hands away as Alice threatens to move closer to her.
Bella goes to move out of her seat while giggling at Alice when she hears Carlisle laughing above her. Bella’s gaze quickly snaps up to meet Carlisle’s kind eyes staring at her in amusement.
“Here you go, Bella. I cut the tip for you.” He says with a warm smile, handing her a pumpkin that’s ready to be gutted. She grunts as the pumpkin’s full weight hits her weak arms and she struggles to keep her balance and not topple over. She manages to fling the pumpkin back onto the table and looks over at Alice. Her shoulders drop.
Alice was already done. Her pumpkin was gutted so perfectly that every spot on the inside was as smooth as glass. She had a perfect carving of a gorgeous witch with a large floppy hat. It looked as if there had been no struggle cutting the design. Everything about the pumpkin was perfect.
Bella looked back at her yet to be gutted pumpkin in defeat. She’d never be as perfect as Alice.
In the corner of her eye Bella saw Edward making his way toward her. When he gets close enough he takes a seat on her other side and grabs a pumpkin from the middle of the table. Just like Alice, as quick as lightning, he cuts open the top of his pumpkin. Bella sighs in frustration. She’ll be the last one making her Jack-O lantern. Why did she think this would be fun with a bunch of vampires with super speed?
Bella looks over at Edward and noticed that even though the top of his pumpkin was cut open, he hasn’t begun to gut it. Instead Edward was been looking at Bella expectantly. She looks over and sees that Carlisle, Esme and Rosalie are also staring her.
Looking at them in confusion Bella reaches her hand into her pumpkin and watches as everyone at the table (minus Alice, Jasper and Emmet who were already started/done their pumpkins) began to gut their pumpkins at a slow comfortable pace. Bella’s pace.
Bella feels a smile tug at her lips as she watches the vampires slow
their pace just for her.
After twenty minutes (yes, Bella knows she’s slow) she finished gutting her pumpkin and watched as everyone else scooped up the last guy in their pumpkin.
Edward, Esme, Carlisle and Rosalie grab a knife and begin digging it into their pumpkin. Bella stares longingly at the single knife left unused on the other side of the table. All she wanted was to carve a design into her pumpkin.
Bella hears quiet giggles from across the table and sees Esme pointing at her and Carlisle’s pumpkins as he smiles fondly, nodding his head along with her words.
“Look.” Edward says quietly. Bella turns her head toward him and looks over at his pumpkin. She smiles at him, trying her hardest to hide the sadness in her eyes. “It looks good.” She says as he points at his pumpkin. Edward’s smile drops as a sudden look of guilt crosses over his face.
After a moment of silence he passes his knife over to Bella. “Here. Take it.” He pushes as Bella hesitantly takes the knife from his hand.
“I thought I wasn’t allowed to use knives because “it’s too dangerous”. Bella says in a mocking tone.
Edward moves to walk behind her.
“Well, I change my mind now.” He responds.
Suddenly his arms reach around her and he grabs her wrist. “I’ll let you cut the pumpkin but I’m going to help you so you don’t get injured.” He says to her.
Bella feels heat flow through her cheeks. She can feel Edward’s coldness on her back through her shirt and everywhere on her arms where his skin touched. Even though his skin was cold, his touch burned against hers.
Carefully Bella stabbed the knife through the pumpkin and felt Edward’s hand steady hers so the knife didn’t wobble. Slowly he helped move the knife where Bella wanted it.
After around 12 minutes the pumpkin was carved. The two of them walked backwards and admired their (Bella’s) work.
Bella had decided to carve a werewolf into her pumpkin, much to Edward’s annoyance. Even as he tried to stare at the werewolf in disgust, he couldn’t help but feel fondness towards the carving, because it had been Bella that had carved it. (With his help)
Edward looked over at Bella’s happy face and excited eyes and knew that Charlie would kill him if he ever found out he let Bella use a knife, but Edward feels full heartedly that seeing Bella this happy makes it worth it.
It had been a week since you got caught staring at Rosalie, your mind was going crazy, it would go from how beautiful she was to how to get rid of her boyfriend, wondering how important he is to her to how you’d never be good enough for her. Even though you’d die for her, it felt as though you were in over your head.
After that day, it seemed as though the Cullen/Hales were watching you, waiting for you to try something. You blink, coming out of your thoughts when you hear her laugh, your eyes slowly drift over, skipping past the many golden eyes that watch you and land on her. Aphrodite herself in the arms of Hercules, her smile beams up at him as he holds her, whispering in her ear, probably smelling her unique scent of vanilla and strawberries that only she could pull off. You can feel your heart twist and squeeze before shattering into your stomach, your throat closes up and your mouth becomes dry as you stop breathing.
You feel the familiar green-eyed monster creeping beneath your skin, your very own jealousy. The thing that makes you think you could take Emmett in a fight to get to his girlfriend. A laugh breaks you out of your stare, this time closer. You turn slightly and look up, your mouth opens and closes, brows furrowing as you see who is standing beside you. Next to you is Edward Cullen and for some reason you feel as though he’s laughing at you or something you’ve said. But you hadn’t spoken, had you? Did you let slip of your slight obsession with his adoptive sister? No one could’ve figured it out, everyone stared at the Cullen/Hales, it wasn’t news to them. So how did he know?
You huff, cheeks puffing out as frustration seeps in next to your neverending jealousy. “What are you laughing at, Cullen?” It didn’t take a genius or an empath to know people were staring at the two of you with jealousy (an emotion you knew so well), envy, curiosity and more as none of the Cullen/Hales talked to people outside of their family, let alone laugh with at them, well with the exception of Bella Swan of course. The woman so bland that it seemed to attract the weird. They weren’t your thoughts but things you picked up from around the other students.
“If you stare any harder, she might burst into flames.” You sigh.
“Not my fault your sister looks like a goddess. It’s a good thing you are all adopted because no one would believe she’d be related to you. Your face is even an insult to dog shit.” Edwards brows furrow, head whipping your way so fast that you’d think he’d break his own neck. His mouth opens but before he can give a comeback, a booming laugh fills the hall and your head turns, seeing Emmett on the floor laughing with one hand on his chest and the other slapping his knee so hard you feel he might end up breaking it. The others seem to laugh more quietly, you’d be confused thinking that they somehow heard you from all the way over there if you weren’t so captivated by Rosalie’s smile, her eyes trained on you in a lighter way. Something you hadn’t seen since her first day. Her smile is so beautiful.
“Well, that was rude.” Edward once again breaks your thoughts as he mutters with a frown on his face.
Your eyes flicker between Rosalie and Emmett, a question on your mind. “Are her and Emmett serious?” They had to give it to you, you had the guts even when you didn’t know they could all hear you.
Edward raises a brow. “They are, our parents already love him.” Your eyes roll.
“You’d hope so or they’d be asking for a refund.” You were already looking in their direction so you didn’t miss Emmett’s offended face or the fact the other three were now laughing at him. Could they hear you from all the way over there? You turn with the serious look still on your face. “You think your parents will adopt me? I’d be a great daughter, I cook, I don’t clean though, but I can pretend. I can be quiet, mostly because I’m hoping my mouth will be kept busy.” He chokes, you don’t know what on. Maybe air dick? He chokes again. Definitely air dick. Another choke, couldn’t he at least get a room? You stare annoyed as he interrupts with his noises. “Excuse me, I’m trying to give myself a good review to pass onto your parents, so stop choking on Casper’s dick and be quiet. Now.” You clap your hands together. “When should I start calling them mum and dad?”
Edward focuses on your thoughts, trying to see if you were serious. All he’s met with is Rosalie and wanting to be loved. Through his annoyance, he decides to let you down harshly. “Y/n, I’m sorry but Rosalie is happy with Emmett and she’s never going to end it with him for someone like you. You’d have better luck finding someone in your league at a Dollar Store.”
From across the hall, Jasper could feel your emotions, even though you don’t need to be an empath to know how you felt as Edward said those words. Speaking of the crystal ball, he tries to read your mind again wanting to know if you were finally going to let whatever this is for his sister go. His brows furrow even more than they were before, confused as to why he suddenly hears nothing. It was as though you had shut yourself off completely. Not even allowing your own thoughts into your head.
You blink, nodding to the wake up call. “Okay” They can hear it in your voice, you sounded like someone who was just told they’d never achieve their dream because they weren’t good enough and in this situation Rosalie was your dream and you were never going to be good enough for her. This was only one of the worst things that could’ve happened, not only did you finally realise that your crush knew you liked her but her family had stepped in and basically told you that your feelings don’t even matter, no. The worst was the fact that all of the students stuck around because they wanted to see what a Cullen wanted with you.
They heard everything, they heard about your crush on the woman, they heard that her family didn’t approve and that she’s happy with Emmett, they heard the harsh words poured onto you like a cold bucket of water. They heard EVERY word.
Reality finally sets in as you take in the situation around you. Not wanting to give anyone anything, you straighten your back with your head held high and you turn, walking past the Cullen/Hales without a glance. Deep down Rosalie would always have your heart even though you could never have hers. The confusing part was you don’t know why you felt so strongly about her, it wasn’t like you two spent time together. The only memory you have of talking to her was when they first moved to Forks.
The town was buzzing with gossip about a new family moving here. You had heard snippets of the family, but you weren’t that interested in partaking in gossip. You yawned as your first class was about to begin, your notebook and pen lying in front of you on the table. The door to the classroom opened and gasps were heard, followed by the room erupting in chatter. You kept your head down, just wanting to get this day over with so you could go home and try to sleep your life away.
“It’s a pleasure to have you in Forks, Miss Hale. Please take a seat next to Miss L/n.” You heard your last name, causing your brows to furrow. There were many open seats, why did you have to be chosen to sit with the new kid? “Miss L/n. Please raise your hand so Miss Hale can find her seat.” You don’t bother looking up, your hand raises, hearing a quick thank you from the teacher. It felt like the universe was trying to bring you together.
It was as though everyone had stopped breathing as she walked toward the back of the room, all you could hear were the click of heels before a body slid gracefully into the seat beside you. “Alright, look up front please! I’d like to start this lesson without any disruptions.” The students immediately took their eyes off the woman beside you, turning their attention to their teacher. “Thank you.”
You open your notebook before hearing a slight huff to your left. You ignore it, hoping that whatever was the issue that they wouldn’t need you. You weren’t a people person, you didn’t really have friends because you liked to keep to yourself. Maybe that’s what made you two the perfect match, your mutual dislike for people.
“Excuse me.” You hear a soft elegant voice and you grow confused as to why your heart has started beating so rapidly. You push the odd feeling away as you turn, only to be met with the most gorgeous woman you have ever seen. You hold back from widening your eyes, knowing that she’s probably gotten that everywhere she goes and is possibly sick of the attention– You didn’t know that she thrived on attention, on being the most beautiful woman in the room. Sure she wasn’t particularly that fond of the male gaze as she once was, but she knew she was stronger now and enjoyed every bit of attention she could get. “I’m sorry for bothering you, but I seem to have forgotten my pen and I was wondering if you had a spare one that I could borrow?”
You nod but in your mind you wonder who forgets their pen? Neither of you knew that a certain pixie-sized seer had something to do with it. You reach into your bag and pull out another pen and hand it over. You watched as her perfectly manicured fingers wrapped around it.
“Thank you.” She smiles and you begin to wonder if you were dreaming because no one could look this perfect. Rosalie tucks her hair behind her ear, holding out her hand. “I am Rosalie. Rosalie Hale.”
Before you can stop yourself, you find your hand in hers. The cold not bothering you like it would others, “I’m Y/n. Y/n L/n.” After you introduced yourself, it seemed as though everything fell into place. The empty feeling you used to feel in your chest is now gone and replaced with warmth and a pull. You both spent the majority of the class talking as if you had known each other for your whole life. When the bell rang and she said goodbye, you didn’t know that would be the last conversation you were ever going to have with her.
You walked out of class, heading to your next one when voices stopped you. “Did you meet her?! Did you?! Do you like her?!” A hushed squeal comes out of someone, claps could be heard from their hands and shoes bouncing off of the ground.
“Yes, I met her. Why are you so excited about this, Alice? You know how I feel about humans.” The voice you recognised as Rosalie’s responded.
Alice lets out a huff. “You’re mates, that’s why! Didn’t you feel the pull? You’ve been waiting forever to find yours. Why aren’t you as happy?”
“Mates?! I can’t be mates with that! She is human, innocent! She can’t live this life, she can’t be cursed.” Rosalie responds so harshly, it was as though her words were knives. “You will not meddle at all, do you hear me? I will even go as far as making it seem like Emmett and I are together and in love.” She growls and that’s the end of it, you hear footsteps echo throughout the hall as she walks off. Rosalie didn’t know that the minute she spoke to you, the mate bond activated within you. Spreading throughout your body and making you unable to forget or move on from her. You would say that would be the reason you had become so obsessed.
You pull yourself out of that memory. After that day, she stopped talking to you. She moved seats, became cold. The only thing that made you know that you weren’t going crazy into thinking if you two speaking on her first day was real or not was your pen. It was the only evidence, the only thing keeping your belief alive as you’d watch her twirl it between her fingers or write notes down with her flawless handwriting.
A few weeks later the couple had graduated, which meant you could finally breathe. Even though whenever you heard her name your heart would break a little. It was a relief that you could go to school without having to force yourself not to look at her.
After a few months everything slowly got better, people no longer talked about you and because of that you finally decided to eat in the cafeteria again. Thankfully, everyone was now focused on Bella Swan and how she had run off to Italy to be with Edward. People theorized that they eloped or she was pregnant. But she was only gone for three days so unless it was some weird hybrid baby that theory was crossed off immediately. You should probably send her a fruit basket as a thank you for getting the attention off of you.
You grabbed some food and took a seat in a corner, away from everyone but that didn’t stop you from hearing whispers of a graduation party being thrown at the Cullen house and hosted by Alice Cullen. Apparently everyone was invited but you weren’t going to go. It would be too weird, you’d feel like a stalker and you were sure that Mr and Mrs Cullen would kick you out from what their children could’ve said about you. You were so tuned into your thoughts that you didn't notice a tiny person sitting next to you, followed by her boyfriend.
“Hi!” A pixie-like voice broke you from your thoughts, causing your brows to furrow as you looked between Alice and Jasper. What was with the Cullens breaking you from your thoughts? It was like they couldn’t allow you to think for too long. Maybe she knew something you didn’t.
“Hi?” You reply in question. You weren’t that special to have any of these god-like people talk to you. So why were they? Were they going to pull a Carrie on you and drench you in pig's blood? Were they going to make you think that they liked you before turning around and laughing in your face?
“I wanted to personally invite you to my graduation party and before you say no, please know that none of us think ill of you. I have a feeling we are going to be sisters!” She said it so surely, like she had seen it. You sat there speechless for a few seconds, mouth slightly open at what she said. “Please at least consider!” Alice reaches into her pocket and pulls out a piece of paper. “Here is our address, in case you decide to come.” She places the paper into your hands, closing your fingers around it and giving your hand a soft pat.
You didn’t even see her write it down, she had it stuffed in her pocket like she had prepared for this to happen. As if knowing what you would decide. “Bye!” Before you can utter a word, she and Jasper disappear. You stare at the piece of paper, gulping.
Your graduation came by the end of the week, a sad moment as you stared out into the crowd and no one stood, clapped or cheered for you when you received your diploma. You were truly alone, never seeing the golden eyes watching from outside, cheering you on silently that only her siblings could hear. Your head lowers and you walk off the stage, not even waiting for the ceremony to be finished. You head straight home, still wondering if you should go to this party since you’d probably be alone either way.
The worst kind of loneliness is when you are surrounded by people but you feel alone.
A few hours go by and by now the party has started, you’ve been having an internal battle with yourself. Your eyes drift over to a dress you had bought ages ago with only one woman in mind but you never got the chance to wear it. It just hung there, collecting dust. With a little push to yourself, you get up from your bed, what’s the worst that could happen? You quickly shower and make yourself smell amazing with some of your favourite lotions and perfume.
You slip into the dress, the material hugging your figure perfectly. You wore black tights underneath and a thick jacket with fur elegantly coming out of the holes. You head over to your mirror and apply a small amount of make-up, swiping a bold red lipstick against your plump lips. You straighten and stare at yourself, judging all of your flaws and you sigh. No matter how much you tried, you’d never be pretty enough. With a shake of your head, your soft styled curls brush against your cheeks.
You walk over to your knee high boots and slip them on, once you grab everything you need you leave, locking the door behind you. You get into your car and take off, driving to the Cullen house, trying to push all of your feelings away. You release a breath you didn’t know you were holding as you pull into their driveway, thanking whoever decided to build here for putting the large car space. From inside your car you can hear the music thumping, lights flashing and people hanging around and dancing. You turn your car off and step out, beginning to walk toward the house. Your eyes move around as you check out the place.
“Y/n! You made it!” You barely have time to register who it is as a tiny figure flies towards you and pulls you into a tight hug. Alice pulls back slightly and looks down, checking out your outfit. “Oh my god! This dress is beautiful! You look gorgeous!” She squeals, bouncing on her feet and thankfully not letting slip that she had already seen and knew who else would enjoy it. “Come, come! Some of us are hanging out in a different area of the party.” You look at her kind of shocked. Alice pulls you by your hand, the cold didn’t bother you. “Oh! Sorry, I had a feeling you wouldn’t want to be around the bigger, wilder crowd.”
You nod, appreciating the gesture. “Thank you.” You both arrive in a lounge room that was decorated the same as the other section where the party continues on. The only difference was there were fewer people, meaning you could move and breathe freely.
“Look who finally arrived!” Emmett yells, a large grin on his face.
“Hello, I hope I’m not too late.” Your hands lock together as you smile, but it feels so forced. You were so busy pushing all of your emotions back that you forgot how to act.
“You’re fine! Sit, sit! You’re right on time!” Emmett replies, so friendly that you feel as though you walked into a trap. Was this where they would kill you? “Don’t worry, we don’t bite.” It seemed like you missed the joke when a few of them chuckled.
“Emmett, shut up.” You knew that voice, you pushed harder against the wall holding your feelings inside. It felt like it was going to snap at any minute and you couldn’t have that. You didn’t know that Jasper could feel your struggle, making him look at you like he was in pain but it wasn’t his.
God, She’s gorgeous. No, shut up, Y/n. You can’t be thinking this, remember what Edward said. You don’t want to open that can of worms, you’ll only end up getting hurt. But she’s so beautiful and you were so fucked.
Edward could hear your internal struggle and from what he hears from Jasper, you weren’t just pushing your thoughts away. Maybe he messed up, he knew that he had when Rosalie threw him through a few trees when they got home. Jasper and Emmett had to literally use all of their strength to hold her back with how angry she was and even then there were foot marks from her pushing against them, he was lucky Carlisle got home when he did or he’d be a dead man.
You quickly look away, deciding that the floor looked more interesting. Maybe you shouldn’t have come, this was a bad idea. But before you could turn and run, a voice stopped you. “Y/n. Is it okay if we talk?” You’d think the voice belonged to an angel or a siren if you didn’t know the person attached to it. You lift your head slightly, ensuring she was talking to you even though she had already said your name. But how were you to know that it was you? For all you know, you could’ve begun to walk to her only for someone behind you with the same name to push past. Embarrassing you.
But when your eyes locked with hers, you knew there was no one behind you with the same name and with a small nod. You slowly walk toward her, your heart skipping as she puts her hand out, willing you to grab it and when you do. Oh god, you think your heart exploded. She gently pulls you along and outside, taking you a bit further from the house so no one could interrupt you, she leads you to a small clearing that has a log with a blanket over it and a perfect view of the moon, a few fairy lights hung from some of the trees. Like someone had set it up that way.
You sit when she does, knowing that the feelings and thoughts you were pushing back were no use, you had lost to them the moment your eyes met hers. “I’m sorry.” You weren’t expecting that, she spoke so softly, looking up at the moon like it was hard to look at you, but you didn’t know that if she looked at you, her frozen heart would hurt from the pain she’s caused you. “I put you through so much for no good reason. I made you think and feel horrible things about yourself because I was scared.”
You stay silent, scooting a tiny bit closer. Your heart warms when she grabs your hand gently. Rosalie finally turns to look at you and it was at this moment that she fully accepted the mate bond, she was stupid to think she could just forget you and move on. “I’ve lied about many things, kept secrets from you. But I don’t know if I can anymore. I want to try. But only if you want that as well.”
“I… I know I’d forgive you easily and that scares me too. Because I want to be angry with you, I–I don’t want to… I want to know everything so that I can understand and that hopefully we can start over. But for my sake, I need it to be slow so I don’t hate myself for forgiving you so easily.” You finally let it out, you knew that your heart had already forgiven her but your mind hadn't. Of course you wanted to try, especially if it was with her. You didn’t care about the lies and secrets, you probably should’ve, but somewhere deep inside it was as though something wouldn’t allow that. It was weird because you’ve had people lie to you in the past and you held a grudge over it forever. Yet, you couldn’t with her.
Rosalie had already spoken to her family about this, Alice having already known was ecstatic. She helped her sister prove to the family that this would be a good thing and that they’d no longer feel so broken and dark.
If Rosalie was human, she’d swear she would have a heart attack by how fast her heart would be beating. She’d probably be drenching her clothes with sweat as she prepares herself for this. “I will start from the beginning, I guess.” You nod, squeezing her hand softly to let her know that you were listening. “Emmett and I, we were never together. My family and I are different, so we tend to move around a lot and because of how we look, it sometimes attracts unwanted attention. So, we agreed to act together until we found…” She pauses, trying to find the right word. “Until we found the person meant for us. You may have noticed Alice is special, that she tends to know things before you’ve even thought about it. She saw you, before we moved here. She told me that you were human… I couldn’t handle it. I didn’t want to bring you into this world and I have spent so long keeping a distance from your kind, but I knew the moment I spoke to you that I’d never be able to let you go, not without giving us a chance and you a choice.” She seemed to choke up as she said the last part, as if she were dreading what your choice would be when the time came. She wouldn’t want you to lose you, wouldn’t want to watch you grow old while she stayed young as you died. But she also didn’t want you to become like her, stuck for eternity.
Your mind seemed to work overtime with how fast it was thinking. Human? Alice saw me? Your kind? What world? Choice? You weren’t going to interrupt, but you were confused. You knew they weren’t entirely human, because no human would look like how they did. But you never thought to dig deep, it wasn’t your secret to uncover.
Rosalie huffs, bringing herself out of her thoughts as her eyes focused back on the moon and you couldn’t help but think that she wore moonlight like lingerie. The next words took you out of your thoughts, though. “My family and I are vampires.” You guess this took the cake over the whole Emmett dilemma, it also explained why everyone laughed when he said they don't bite. You sat still though, watching her as she watched the moon.
“Our eyes have meaning of what kind of vampire we are. If they are red, it means that they feed on human blood. But if they are gold, like mine and my family. It means we feed on animal blood. You’d probably call us vegetarians in a sense.” You make an ah sound, not really meaning to but you couldn’t help it. Rosalie shakes her head, not really understanding how you could still be here. “You should be running scared, you should hate me. We are killers, Y/n. We have killed and we could kill you if an accident were to arise like with that human.” She sneers and you put together that the human she’s referring to would be Bella.
You squeeze her hand. “I don’t want to run. It probably sounds idiotic for a human to stay after hearing that the person they like is a vampire. But you don’t scare me, something inside of me tells me that you’d never harm me. For some reason you’ve made me feel safe and whole the moment we locked eyes. You might’ve been killers before, but I don’t think you’ll kill me because if you or your family were going to kill me or anyone else. You would’ve done it by now. Especially since you have me all alone.” You pout, not liking that her smile had left. “Plus, you aren’t really that special in the killing department. I’m sorry to tell you this, but. Magic can kill. Knives can kill. Even small children launched at great speed could kill.”
This was the second time you heard her laugh. Her head falls back as an angelic laugh falls from her lips, her luscious blonde hair resting against her back. You felt warm knowing you brought her smile back, an added bonus that her laugh followed.
You felt hypnotized as you watched her. “You have a nice laugh.”
She looks at you, happiness swirling in her eyes. “A nice laugh?” It felt good to be complimented, especially when it came from you. The air felt lighter, now that everything was out in the open.
“Mmhm.” You lean forward and tuck a stray hair behind her ear. “I like it.” She was still the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen, nothing could compare to the beauty in front of you. You turn away a bit, causing a frown to slowly appear on her face. “I can’t look at you…”
Rosalie hesitates, thinking that maybe this was where it would end. “Why not?” She never hesitates, never sounds so unsure of herself but you do that to her.
You turn back again, a subtle smirk on your lips. “Too pretty.” Rosalie huffs, hitting your arm softly as she laughs with playful anger. Unbelieving of how fast she had fallen.
Your eyes connect again, a spark igniting between you. “Did you think about me?” Her question so light, so quiet, so shy. So unlike her.
You blink, releasing a breath you had been holding. “Sometimes it felt like I thought about you every minute.” She moved closer, her hands slowly moving to rest gently on you. Her eyes flicker over your face, knowing that if she could dream it would be about you. About this. Her hand slowly moves up, cupping your cheek.
“Can I kiss you?” It was so quiet that you barely heard it, but you did. The question kept repeating over and over as you nodded.
“Yes.”
And with your permission, she crashed her soft cold lips against your plump warm ones. One hand resting on your cheek while the other rests on the back of your head, trying to bring you closer. Rosalie had never tasted something so sweet, so perfect. Your lips moved together, her tongue swiped across your bottom lip, gaining access, wanting to feel more of you, taste every bit of you. It felt as though you could finally breathe, that the missing puzzle piece was finally connected. You were her forever as she was yours.
Finally, fucking finally mine. They both thought.
Bound | Prologue
Tumblr media
Word Count: 4.3K Warnings: mentions of death
Summary: Rosalie always carried the resentment of not being able to fulfill the image of the perfect family she had in her head. But the universe had set out to grant her everything she could've hoped for in the most unconventional way and in the form of a witch. Can their love withstand the promise of forever or will Rosalie and (Y/N) succumb to the grapples of time?
A/N: I know this isn't exactly a request, but since it's based on one I decided to post it today😬 anyway, hope y'all enjoy this story as much as I do. We are definitely lacking in the Rosalie fic department. Also, this chap doesn't include reader nor Rosalie, it's a way to explain bounded souls. If you read the oneshot, then this is the story Margaret tells (Y/N) in the beginning. 💖💖
Certain mysteries in the universe had always been unexplainable. Further than the existence of vampires and werewolves, witches and wizards, hybrids, and more, one thing remained too complex to understand–even to the most brilliant of minds.
Soulmates.
The intricacy of how two souls were bound together by the universe boggled everyone. The only certain thing was that there was a word for it that spread across languages, cultures, and even species. But all of them concorded in one thing, this particular bond linked you to a person for the rest of your life.
Yet, it was almost unheard of for this connection to transcend species. Unheard of, yes, but not impossible. And it was those unique cases that crumbled any understanding there was about soulmates. Those exceptions that broke every single rule.
Esther Haight and Samuel Leighton were one of those exceptions. A witch and a vampire, natural-born enemies selected to be paired for eternity. And they had decided to answer the calling with love.
The girl was a descendant of a Salem witch that had fled North during the trials, forced to hide her magic and live in seclusion amidst the forests. Esther had been taught her wiccan roots under candlelight and whispered spells. She spent her entire childhood living in fear, looking over her shoulder. But as time went on she grew used to concealing her true self. There was no need to listen to the shadows, she could feel their energy before they ever neared. Despite her fear, she grew strong and powerful.
But there was something always missing.
“I understand not, mother,” she had asked one day. “I  hast all's I could possibly crave,  yet I still feel empty.  There’s something inside me that is lacking.”
“Worry not, my child,” her mother had answered with a smile. “What thou are feeling is the tug of thy bound soul.”
“What is a bound soul, mother?”
“When we are born and reborn, fragments of our souls scatter and sink into the lives of others,” the woman continued, running her fingers through her daughter’s long hair. “It tethers 'em to us.  Those are our soul mates.  Thou might meet some of 'em as thou grow, or thou might meet none.  Yet no connection shall aye be as firm-set as the bonded soul.
Not many are thrifty enough to find 'em  'i  one lifetime, for't is not a primrose feat to discover the other half of thy heart.  Yet the thrifty few that doth experience a love like no other.  A once-in-a-lifetime kind of love”
That phrase had stuck in Esther’s heart. A once-in-a-lifetime sort of love; the kind of love poets wrote about. She dreamed of that love and wondered if she would be one of those lucky few. Though, as time dwindled on she feared there would be no chance.
One year, then two, then four. Years and years with no sign of her bound soul. Yet, that wasn’t a startling realization as the fact that her face had remained the same throughout that time. Esther saw as her mother’s hair started to pepper with white curls, how the wrinkles by her eyes deepened, how the woman’s body grew weaker. And still, she remained in the same skin as her twenty-two-year-old self.
“Yet, mother, how could this be?” Esther worried on what was supposed to be her thirtieth birthday. “I am witness to thy age and yet, I hast not changed a day  'i  years now.  Is't  a curse?”
“I warrant thou, mine dear, that no dark magic hath been bestowed upon thou,” the woman cooed. “Although I never hast an explanation for what is happening thee, I say to thou that there hath been no harm thee”
“What if this continues, then, mother? What would I doth would I lost thou?”
“Mortality is not something to be afeared of, mine child,” she said with a smile. “We all return to Mother Earth one day.  And would she so allows it, we shall walk amongst her children once more.”
“I can’t do this without thou, mother,” the girl silently cried. “I canst not lose thou too.”
“Mine darling, even when I am gone I shall aye be with thou,” the woman responded, drying her daughter’s tears. “As thy father is right now, I shall be in the trees, I shall be in the chirping of the birds, I shall be in the beating of thy heart.  The universe hath granted thou a gift, and it is thy job to understand the why.  Haply it is an answer to thy deepest  desire.”
Two trips around the sun passed before she would get her response. Esther didn’t understand how immortality could be a gift. How could watching the only family she had left get older as she did not be a present?
But she never thought she would find what she was looking for in a vampire. Much less as she washed her clothes in the river, something she had done many times before.
It had been a quiet morning. Nothing alluded to a meeting that would change the course of her life. She had awoken in the earlier hours of the morning, gathering the week’s laundry to tread down to the brook near her family’s concealed shack. Her chores provided her the only escape she had to the confines of their home and she was always glad to do them.
As she had finally settled on the ground, the wicker basket of clothes on her right and an empty one on her left, Esther set to work. Her ears were filled with the rush of the water and the whistling of the wind; she could feel the energy that lived in the ground; she was energized by the rays of sunlight that warmed her face. The elements surrounded her and it made her feel serene.
Until a splashing startled her, her hands extending in a protective stance, ready to defend herself against any assailant. Esther prepared herself for a fight that never came.
“Woah there,” a melodious voice chuckled. “I come in peace, fair maiden.”
“Who are thou?” Esther asked, her hands shielding her from the man. “How did thou find here?”
“Well, I never meant to,” he continued, a joking tone still laced in his words. “I was escaping hunters and I somehow ended up hither.  I promise I mean no harm. Mine name is Samuel and I mean no harm to anyone that hath not harmed me.”
For some reason, Esther believed him. The stranger she had yet to truly look at and had somehow known her identity, she trusted. Her hands lowered, the elements around her calming as her heartbeat did as well. She steadied her breath and finally looked up to meet the most striking red eyes she had ever seen.
“A vampire,” she breathed –it was not a question. There was a rush inside her, filling an empty crevice in the depths of her heart. It was him. “Who would have thought?”
“I’m sorry, I do not believe I got thy name,” Samuel smiled, taking tentative steps toward her. “A creature as beautiful as thou might not but have a name.”
“Esther,” she returned her smile, extending a hand to the shimmering man. “What a pleasure it is to meet thou.”
“The pleasure is all mine,” he said before he took her hand and placed his frozen-cold lips on her skin. His eyes studied her. They ran from her wild brown curls down to her bare feet, taking in every inch of her body he could. “I canst not receive I am  in the presence of a Salem witch.  Who would  have thought mine day would end this way?”
“How did thou…?”
“Pardon me, ‘tis a gift,” Samuel grinned. “I learn things about a person with a simple touch.”
“A psychometrist vampire,” she mused. “How very intriguing.”
The pair remained silent for a moment, their hands still interlocked. They had felt a shift. Within them or in the Earth herself, they were not sure. But nothing was the same. There was a tug at their hearts they had not felt before; a tug that had replaced a certain emptiness in their chests.
Then, a rustling beyond the trees Samuel had jumped out of, startled them apart, their defenses going up once more.
“Well, as much as I’ve enjoyed talking to you, dearest Esther, I’m afraid I must go back to running,” he smiled before kissing her hand once again. “And I fear I must warn you to run as well. Humans don’t take too kindly to anyone that is different.”
“Oh, right, the hunters,” she grimaced. “You could come back to my cottage. It’s cloaked against the eyes of humans. They won’t find you there. And I’m sure my mother won’t mind.”
“Who am I to deny such a gesture? Not that I have much choice at the moment.”
Esther grabbed his cold hand with one hand and the basket with another and ran. She ran until the trees stopped whispering of dangers that lurked near; ran until she could breathe again. And it wasn’t until she passed the threshold of the safety circle her mother had cast upon their land that she allowed herself to calm.
And that very day, Samuel had come to her house and never left.
Esther’s mother had been apprehensive at first. The man was still a vampire at the end of the day. But once she understood why her daughter was so adamant about him staying, she couldn’t help but welcome the man with open arms. The universe had brought them together at the river for a reason and she would not stand in the way.
In time, they came to understand he was the explanation for Esther’s never-changing appearance. The unexplainable bond the young coupled shared made them one; synching their mind, body, and soul. For as long as Samuel lived, the girl would remain the same.
Their love grew slowly and then all at once. Whether it was the close confines or the inevitability of falling for the other, they didn’t know. And they didn’t care. They were completely head over heels for one another and it was undeniable. It was the thing of storybooks, perfection at every turn.
Until Samuel started to withdraw. His mind seemed to wander when they were together and his hunting trips seemed to draw on for more days than usual. It made Esther’s heart ache. Even the thought of losing him was too much for the girl. It made her soul shatter. Her mother had tried to console her daughter, to calm her worries until she was able to have a conversation with him. It did her no good to dwell on things she couldn’t answer for himself. Only he could kill her theories.
After six weeks of that behavior, she confronted him. Samuel had just come back from a three-day hunt, the thousand-yard stare still in his eyes. Before he could step foot into the cabin, Esther pulled him away. Far from her mother’s ears. If that was the end, she didn’t want the poor woman to bare witness.
“I need to know what is happening, Samuel,” she pleaded, her eyes already pooling with tears. “Are you planning on leaving me? Is that it?”
“How could you possibly think that?” He sounded hurt, even a little offended. “I would never do that. Not willingly.”
“Then, why hast thou been so disengaged? For weeks, your body is here but your mind is so far.” Esther’s head fell as she broke down. Samuel was everything she had prayed to the universe for, and she believed she was only seconds away from losing him. “Was it something I did?”
Samuel’s hands quickly cradled her cheeks, his cold fingers wiping away the tears that stained her beautiful cheeks. He smiled and placed a kiss on top of both of her eyelids. He could see just how bad he had been hurting her and he couldn’t keep the why in anymore. It was time to confess. “There is nothing in this world that thou could do to push me away, my love,” he said. “I will confess, my mind has been far but it has nothing to do with anything you could have done. It’s me.”
“What about you, Samuel? What did you do?”
“Thinking too much,” he chuckled dryly. “Thinking how you deserve better than me. How you deserve a man that can give you everything that I could never.”
“And what is that, my darling? What could any man give me that you can’t?” Esther cried. “You have already given me more love than I could have ever hoped for. What more could I want?”
“A family,” his voice broke. “A man that can give you children. A man you can walk with to town and hold his hand without being persecuted. A man that you can build an actual life with.”
“Have you thought of what I want, Samuel?” It was her turn to lift his head, her hands cradling his jaw tenderly. “Because I don’t want any of that if I don’t have you.”
“My heart doesn’t beat, darling!” Samuel exclaimed, turning from her touch as though it had burned him. “I don’t breathe, I don’t cry, I don’t even sweat! All I do is exist. All I will ever do is exist. The only thing that has given meaning to my life is you.”
“Then I shall be human enough for the both of us!” she yelled into the air, a smile tugging at her lips. “My eyes will cry for us; my lungs will breathe for us; my skin will weep for us; my heart will beat for us. I do not want immortality with anyone else but you.”
“But…”
“No buts, Samuel,” Esther interrupted him. “It’s you. It’s me. For eternity.”
“What of your legacy? Your line of witches can’t die here.”
“If it was my purpose to have children, my soul would not have found yours. And that is no reason for me to run into the arms of another man,” she said. Her eyes were trained on the red irises of his. They were filled with pain and regret, with disappointment for the man he was. There were only two words that could tell him just how much she loved him. “Marry me, Samuel. With my mother as a witness, marry me, and let me show you just how much you mean to me.”
“Esther, I can’t confine you to a life like this. You deserve the world and all I can offer you is this.”
“I’m not asking for anything more,”  she smiled, closing the distance he had out between them. “If you say no, I will close myself in the cabin in protest. I will not marry, I will bear no children, and all of this will be naught.”
“And if I say yes?” Samuel finally cracked, a smile growing on his lips. “ What would happen if I say yes?”
“You would make me the happiest woman to walk this earth,” she responded. “I don’t want a life that you think I should have, Samuel. I want you and only you. Not for what you can’t give me, but for all that you already have.”
“Then yes,” he said before pressing their lips together. She tasted of honey and promises, and he was sure he could see forever with her. “A thousand times yes. I would marry you every day of our lives.”
“It’s you,” she whispered.
“It’s me,” he replied.
“For eternity,” they said in unison.
And so it was.
In a week's time, Esther was walking toward Samuel in a dress her mother had sewn, to meet her at the bank of the river they had first met. Hazel and red eyes stared into one another, twin smiles plastered on each of their faces. Even if it was just the two of them and Esther’s mother, they wouldn’t have had it any other way.
“Today is a special day,” the older woman started. “Today we bind for eternity two souls that have found each other by the will of the universe. A witch and a vampire –an unusual pair but perfectly complimented. We stand today before our Mother Earth to presence the love that has flourished between Esther Haight and Samuel Leighton. After today, you are no longer singular entities. From now on, you shall walk through life bound as a unit.
My darlings, please hold hands and answer truthfully to what I will ask” Esther’s mother produced a sage green ribbon and draped it over their joined hands, holding the ends as she recited the words. “Samuel, will you share in Esther’s pain and seek to ease and protect her from it?”
“I will,” he answered.
“Esther, will you share in Samuel’s joy, rejoice in it with him, and seek the best for him?”
“I will,” the girl smiled.
“Then let the binding be so,” the woman said as she tied one know around their hands. “Samuel, will you share in Esther’s hardships and turmoils so that you may evolve in the eye of trouble?”
“Yes, I will.”
“Esther, will you use every emotion, good or bad, to strengthen and withhold your bond with Samuel.”
“Yes, I will.”
“Then let the binding be so,” the older woman smiled, tying another knot. “Samuel, will you honor and respect Esther as an equal in this bond, every action and reaction coming from a place of love and never of hate?”
“Yes, I will,” he smiled brightly, his smile only growing as Esther repeated the same words a second later.
“Then let the binding be so,” the elder recited. “Now that the binding has been completed, it is time to seal this bond with the exchanging of your rings. I take it that you both have vows you wish to recite to each other. Samuel, you may start.”
Samuel reached into the pocket of his jacket, pulling out a gold band, and placing it just at the tip of Esther’s ring finger. “My dearest Esther, with this ring I promise to love and care for you for the rest of our lives. I promise to share in your joy and your pain, to carry your burdens and become a haven for your worries, to help you grow and navigate this life for eternity.”
He slid the ring down her slender finger, admiring the glimmer of it under the sun’s gleaming rays.
Esther’s mother handed the girl her ring and the same exchange took place. “My Samuel,” she smiled, tears already falling down her cheeks. “With this ring, I vow to love you for all of eternity. In this life and the next, shall our souls always find a way back to each other. I promise to love you and grow with you for all the years to come. I promise to share in the good things and the bad, in sickness and in health, and to help you navigate this world as our love grows.”
“Having proclaimed your vows with our Mother Goddess as your witness, I call upon the elements to help me bless this union for the rest of time,” the woman continued. “I call upon the Air from the East, to bless this couple with good thoughts and positivity. I call upon the Fire from the South, to erase their past and clear a new path. I call upon the Water from the West, for renewal and purification. And I call upon the Earth from the North, to bless this couple with balance and wisdom.”
As the words left the woman’s mouth the wind rustled the trees, the calm brook rushed its water downstream, fire surrounded them in a circle, and the earth shook beneath their feet. “Now, with Mother Earth’s blessing and the power vested in me by our Great Goddes, I pronounce you married. You may seal your promise with a kiss.”
Samuel’s hands snaked their way to cradle Esther’s kissing her deeply with a smile on his face. Flower petals rained on them, the elements surrounding the couple as they celebrated their union. It was a promise, from both the Earth and the Universe that they would look upon the couple for as long as they were bound.
“It’s you,” she whispered before kissing him again.
“It’s me,” he replied with another.
“For eternity.”
It was the happiest day of their lives. They had given themselves completely to each other, both body and soul, forever intertwined with their promise to each other. Nothing and no one could tear them apart.
In time, their love simply grew stronger. It was that love that kept them strong through the highs and the lows. The only thing that kept Esther strong once her mother passed. Samuel was her rock. He was the reason she was able to wake up every day after, and the reason she was able to welcome new people into the land she called her home.
 As the years passed, word spread throughout the supernatural world of this couple, beaconing them toward them. Soon, the two-person household grew into a small community hidden deep within the forests of the state. Mostly witches seeking a safe haven made their homes in cabins built by Samuel and looked to Esther as a guiding mentor. Everything was perfect.
And it had been for the thirty years that they lived together. Until the day it was not.
Samuel took his time when hunting, but it was never more than a day or two. Being apart from Esther made him physically ill and there was not a second more that he ever wanted to spend away from her. But he had not returned when he was supposed to and she was almost certain she knew why.
That very day, she had felt something inside her empty, creating a harrowing void in the deepness of her chest. It had taken her breath away and made her heart skip a beat. Something was wrong, but she did not want to imagine what it was. Because her mind would break her heart before the news did.
It wasn’t until late in the night that a trusted messenger from the town had come riding into the small community. The man called for Esther, a solemn look on his face. And that was when her greatest fear had become her reality.
“I’m so sorry, ma’am,” he said, holding his hat against his chest. “It is Samuel.”
Esther clutched her hand to her chest, biting back the tears that threatened to break free. “What happened?” her voice croaked. “Where is his body?”
“I’m afraid some men had been on the hunt for his kind for quite some time, I think they heard about you two,” he answered. “As for his body, they already burned it, ma’am. That smoke you see past the trees is him and some other unlucky ones. I was only able to retreat this from his body.”
The man held out a glittering gold ring covered in soot. Samuel’s wedding ring. It felt too cold on her hand, colder than he ever had been. And it was the evidence of their bind being broken. His soul was no longer walking with her in that life and it would be waiting for her in their next lifetime.
Many tried to offer her consolation but she needed to be alone. The elements around her were growing unsteady and she had to find a place to burst. So, she ran. She ran as fast as she could. Her limbs were burning and her lungs were begging for air, but she continued running. She ran until she reached the very river that had seen the two monumental events in her life, and it would be witness to her latest.
Esther fell to her knees at the edge of the river, clutching at her chest as she let out the most agonizing scream she could. She could feel her magic weakening and that hollow shape in her chest grow more and more. Samuel had been and was supposed to be her everything for the rest of her life. And yet, someone else had decided against it. Someone she did not even know had decided that her forever would end that day.
She let herself break. Even as the skies parted and downpoured around her, she remained at the edge of the river wailing. The Great Mother was angry, she knew that. As lightning and thunder fell, she knew She was sharing in her anger and sadness. And all she could do was pray that Samuel’s soul reunited with her mother’s and that they looked upon her.
 The weather remained that way for an entire week, mimicking Esther’s sentiments.
She locked herself in her home that entire time. Surrounded by the home they had created together. Esther did not come out once and everyone in the small village understood why. Losing a loved one was one thing, but she had lost a part of her soul that day. A piece that she could never again mend.
But, out of heartbreak came new beginnings. Though she always carried a void inside her, she was able to rebuild her life. Once she had started aging, she knew she had to take advantage of the fact that she was still alive. In time, she met another man. Abraham Bishop. He gave her what Samuel had always wanted for her. He gave her a legacy in the form of three daughters and a son.
As the times changed, so did the small village. The few cabins had expanded and grown, modernizing as the other towns did, but still protected by the forest. Her family grew, her face aged, the world changed.
And after a hundred and forty years, Esther Haight passed away.
“It’s you,” her shaky voice spoke to emptiness.
“It’s us,” a voice replied.
“For eternity,” they smiled.
Welcome! This blog is a place to submit your Twilight fanfiction ideas. Maybe you have more ideas than you can write, or you're not a writer but you have an idea for a fic. Maybe you just need to unload a plot bunny that's been running around in your brain so you can think again. Drop your ideas here and maybe someone will be inspired to adopt it!
When you submit a fic idea, be sure to include your ideas for the storyline (not just a pairing). Even just one or two details can be enough to inspire someone to adopt your Twibunny!
If you adopt a idea that someone submitted here, please do your best to give them credit and also tag @twibunny when you post the fic.
Thank you for all the recent submissions 😊
@keyanhypothetical-deactivated20 Could I get something about how some of the ladies (Alice, Rose, Esme, Leah, maybe the Denalis and Victoria if you're comfortable with that) would react to a big butch werewolf imprinting on them?</p>
Hell yeah! I’m limiting requests outside of RE8 to four characters per ask, so I’m going to do Rosalie, Alice, Esme and Leah for this one. Y/N is gender neutral but will be on the masculine side so feel free to hc them however you want! Also, fuck Stephanie Meyer. Let’s get into it!
Alice:
The pint-sized pixie couldn’t see you in her visions.
You were traveling near the forests of Forks and caught her scent.
You followed the delicious smell until you found the adorable little vampire.
You stood stock still as you imprinted on her. You didn’t even know her name and she was now the center of your universe.
Alice was in shock when you went up to greet her. You were much taller than her, and she found you to be quite good-looking.
You held out your hand to her and she took it immediately. Your hand was so much larger than hers.
Her skin was so soft as you rubbed your thumb against her hand.
She loved the rough feeling of your calloused fingers.
“Hi… I’m Y/N.” You said in a husky voice.
Alice shivered in delight. “My name is Alice.” She beamed. “I think we’re going to get along quite nicely!” She grinned and poked your muscled shoulder playfully.
You laughed at her cheerful personality. She was everything you ever wanted.
Her voice was so melodic. You could listen to it all day.
You smiled back and slowly moved in to hold her. You gently leaned down and kissed her which she eagerly reciprocated.
You two are bonded forever now which makes you the happiest wolf in the world.
Rosalie:
Rosalie was in school when she saw you enter her English class.
You were definitely her type. She was immediately drawn to your rugged good looks.
She knew you were not human by your scent… Rosalie loved your fresh and invigorating smell, but she would not admit this until later.
You decided to sit down without looking at your desk partner. As you placed your bag on the ground and turned around to introduce yourself, you felt your breath catch in your throat.
All you could see was the beautiful blonde vampire next to you as you imprinted.
“What did you just do?” She asked you, uncharacteristically flustered. She felt complete somehow by your presence.
“I t-think I just imprinted on you.” You said with awe.
Rosalie then dragged you out of the classroom which made the teacher question you both. Rosalie shot him a piercing glare and he blanched and let you leave.
Rosalie was pissed. She told you she was not going to fall in love with a mangy werewolf.
She wouldn’t talk to you at first, but she did let you stay outside near the tree line of the Cullen house because it pained the two of you to be apart. Her mating bond with you annoyed her endlessly.
Eventually, she came around and brought food to you as you waited outside. She was an excellent cook.
As you two talked, she realized that you were what she has been looking for all of her undead life. You two are so in love now.
Esme:
Esme was doing her usual shopping at Newton’s. She kindly smiled at everyone she passed by.
Esme was a respected member of the Forks community and everyone loved her warmth and friendliness.
As she rounded the corner of one aisle, she spotted you.
You kind of stuck out like a sore thumb. You were very tall, easily over six-and-a-half feet, and your muscled body made everyone around you seem so small.
Esme had never felt such a strong attraction before. She placed a hand on a nearby shelf to steady herself.
You walked up to her after you felt yourself imprint when you looked at her. Your surprised eyes made Esme chuckle in spite of herself. Esme felt her mating bond form with you immediately as well.
“Well, my dear. It seems we will be seeing a lot more of each other. I’m Esme.” She smiled at you.
You chuckled nervously and scratched the back of your head. “I’m Y/N. I’ve been searching for you all of my life, it seems.” You took her hand and placed a gentle kiss on the back of it.
Esme would have blushed if she had been able to.
You two took your relationship slowly. She would invite you to dinner at her house (She didn’t eat, but she loved to cook for you).
You started going on romantic dates to the movies or to see a show up in Port Angeles.
You had never been happier and Esme’s need to shower someone with care and attention was finally satisfied.
Leah:
Leah was, unsurprisingly, heartbroken after Sam imprinted on Emily.
She closed herself off and only interacted with the pack out of obligation.
When Jake had gone on patrol around the reservation one day, he howled as a warning that there was an unknown shifter near the perimeter.
The pack hightailed it over to where Jake was to see what was going on.
“I’m sorry. I didn’t know this land was claimed.” You said after you shifted back into your human form. Luckily, you were full-blooded werewolf and didn’t have to worry about your clothes shredding.
As you scanned all of the wolves in the pack, your eyes landed on the svelte form of Leah’s wolf.
Your eyes widened as you imprinted. Leah felt it as soon as she laid eyes on you.
The pack was shocked. They could feel your bond through Leah’s mind link.
Sam felt a huge sense of relief. He was so guilty about leaving Leah for Emily.
He surprised everyone by offering to let you join the pack so you and Leah could get to know each other.
You nodded distractedly in agreement, not taking your eyes off of Leah. You’d do anything to be with her.
The pack left to give the two of you some privacy. Leah hid behind a bush, which confused you, before she shifted back to her human form.
“Sorry we have to meet like this.” Leah stuck her head up and laughed as she called out to you. You realized that she was completely naked! You blushed and turned around.
The glimpse you caught of her face was gorgeous. You could stare at it all day and find new things to admire about it.
“I’m Y/N. What’s your name?” You asked.
“I’m Leah.” She shocked you, and herself, by walking right in front of your line of vision, still in the nude.
“I guess we’re not strangers now.” She purred and pulled your face down to her height for a kiss.
You two are very intimate and share just as much of a physical bond as an emotional one.
