I was commissioned by a friend to draw animals from Genshin Impact. Mostly for "human" characters which have unknown animal form.  A five-tailed fox and a sea dragon/carp were the other options, but I think a bird will take the least time. I don't play the game, so I am not sure if this is what Xiao/Alatus could have looked like. His Chinese name is 金鹏 Jīnpéng, so I assume it is quite important to remember that his wing is supposed to be golden, even if his human form lean into green-blue-purple colour scheme. The anatomy is quite bad, because this is a reference image. He is positioned to make it easy to see certain details. I could have borrowed more design element from Peregrine falcon, because I was told that Xiao mostly plunge into the hapless preys underneath. However, the Harpy eagle head makes it easier to integrate his human hair into the design. As long as I created a bird that looks like he eats demons for breakfast, I consider it a success.

I haven't posted art on here in aaaages. But since Twitter might very well implement things that do NOT make sense to me, I'm gonna see if the visibility of my art will be better than when I last posted. And best of all, I can edit typos here! ✨

Let's start with art done during this years Art Fight, since this was my first one!

This one was for my first follower on Art Fight, Lemony923. They were not online during the event, so sadly I couldn't use it as an attack. But still totally worth the effort. Look at those flowers! I almost NEVER draw flowers! ♥️

This one was for Wyntreyx, of her characters Aeylin and Shievah, who are father and daughter. Aeylin is a very serious character in her ref, so I decided to show a lighthearted moment of her being extra with her powers and her dad's like "Okay, now you're just showing off."

And lastly, this one, which I managed to submit just before cutoff! A revenge on my friend WarriorMaiden for drawing my ponysona and a gift to sheepsoda for liking my fursona ref sheet on Amino! War's character Iris (right) and sheepsoda's character, Ferris (left) complimenting each other's footwear. :3

I wish I had more time with this, since Iris looks more like they're pointing behind Iris than at her leg warmers, but I think it turned out pretty well to be rushed! :oc
