Also I don't trust anyone that thinks shigaraki is an entirely hateful character. Like yes, he's obviously hateful towards a lot of things LOL. But he's shown he cares for those that support him multiple times

He just doesn't show it in the way I think people *expect* him to. But he cares quite a lot. I find it even more endearing that it's clear that he cares for the members of the league without having to say it. We LOVE a king who knows actions speak better than words.

I also really don't think he's incapable of having a partner? A lot of people would say it's out of character (which would be true for earlier seasons maybe?), but I think the reason he doesn't have any feelings like that for people is

1.) he had no idea of what a good relationship looked like growing up. he was 5 when everything happened. And even if he didn't accidentally kill his family?? His dad was abusive and emotionally unavailable. If he had led a "normal" life, it would've been incredibly hard to unlearn what he was taught love was. I think his mom would've been the only reason, if she were alive, that he would know what love and connection felt like, had they not died.

2.) no one (to my knowledge. I haven't read the manga), has really complimented him. Told him he was pretty. Said they were proud. Even if someone did compliment him looks wise, no one has pointed out good qualities he has (at least up until the league regarding positive traits he has (personality, leadership qualities, intelligence). And even then, one of the first things he heard from dabi was an insult to his face. I love dabi but that still makes my eye twitch 🙃)

I'm not saying praise, validation, or compliments would fix everything. But ohmygod. If someone would just be genuine and tell him that they believe and support his successes, or listen and talk to him like a human, it'd probably send him into a different, slightly healthier mindset.

One reason I absolutely love the friendship/relationship between spinner and shigaraki. He just needs some verbal support and someone who listens (me too LOL). He deserves so much idc. No just spinner either.

I'm a shigaraki supporter first, and a human second🙂‍↕️. Also I do apologize if some of my I formation doesn't seem very correct, it's been a while since I've watched it, and I do not read the manga 🥲. Even if some of my facts don't stand though, I am a very firm believer that with more attention or someone completely loyal, would make him happy. I mean it was pretty much proved he loved attention and wanted supporters more than anything in season 2(?) I think. Anyways, I love my boy. If shigaraki has no supporters, I'm deceased LMAO

Shiggy’s first Christmas (shigaraki x reader)

Summary: shigaraki has never had a family who wanted to celebrate christmas with, but now that your here, thats gonna change

Shigaraki has never celebrated christmas, all for one told him that holidays like that were a waste of time, in fact, the only reason he knew about christmas was because of a christmas themed video game he played.

He wanted to hate christmas, he wanted to think it was stupid, just like his master does, but something about seeing those video game characters laughing and being together made him feel a mixture of warmth and envy, part of him wanted to be as happy as them, but he couldn’t, cause no one wanted to be happy with him

That is until you came along, you had given shigaraki all the things he never had, you gave him gifts on his birthday, calmed him down while he was having a panic attack, hugged with zero hesitation, and made him feel like a human again.

That's probably why when December rolled around, he decided that he was gonna ask you to celebrate christmas with him, christmas was about family right? Well, you were his true family. 

“So… what do you say?” he asked with a nervous voice, you were quick to respond in a chipper tone “Really? Of course i’d like to spend christmas with you darling” Shigaraki let out a huge sigh of relief, before looking back at you with a smile “ok, but, i’ve never celebrated christmas so you’ll have to help me, your a higher level than me in this” 

your mouth dropped, almost as much as your heart “YOU’VE NEVER CELEBRATED CHRISTMAS?” he shook his head, you thought for a few seconds, before smiling “well don’t worry dust bunny! I’m gonna make sure you have the time of your life!”

Shigaraki looked shocked, followed by him looking at the ground so that his sky blue hairs cover the blush on his cheeks

“t-thanks baby… but don’t call me “dust bunny” ever again” You chuckled before sticking your tongue at him. 

He really enjoyed spending so much time with you, walking through the snowy paths and taking him to a bunch of stores to buy things for your friends, in one of the stores you founds some cream for burns “You should get this for dabi” you said jokingly, shigaraki scoffs “i’m not getting that imbecile anything”

Shigaraki had been asking what his present would be non stop, and you would always answer with “that would ruin the surprise dummy” but no matter what you got him, he knew that if it came from you it would be his prised possession 

But just between you and me… 

 it was a plushie that looked like his childhood dog

Music Taste:

I like to think Tomura listens to metal and heavy metal music such as: Slipknot, Metallica, Rammstein, etc. I do like to think he listens nu-metal music as well. (ex: KoRn, Static-X, Nine Inch Nails, etc.).

I feel like Tomura would secretly love pop music from the 2000's or like emo music from that era, it's mostly like MCR. It's hard to imagine him listening to crunkcore or scenecore stuff. I'm open minded with it.

If Tomura has a gf (s/o) he would be happy to share his selection or taste in music with you, he enjoys sharing his interests with the person he truly loves.

Tomura does still wear his usual outfit which consists of his long sleeve v-necked shirt and black pants that reveal his ankles. In his downtime or whenever the LoV doesn't have anything going on, he chills around base in a casual t-shirt and sweats.

If you're wondering.. yes, he wears band t-shirts sometimes. I like to think his most favorite one is Slipknot not only does he like the music/band but likes the shirt designs.

I don't really see Tomura being one to head bang to the music he plays, I like to think he uses this genre of music as a sort of stress reliever, if that makes sense? I do the same thing so.. ya lmao.

Aside from just metal music, I think Tomura would listen to vaporware or some type of synthwave music. Perhaps some 80's pop and rock.

If you and Tomura are cuddling he would most likely put on something more calm and relaxing to fit the mood between the two of you. It wouldn't be much of a good idea to play metal while trying to unwind and cuddle lol.

If Tomura has wireless earbuds or even wireless, he would definitely want to share his earbud with you, again I think the man would want to share his music taste with you and only you. Tomura knows you won't judge him for his interests on anything and he loves you for that, heh.
