All the Sloths (Sunset Lesbian Flag) - Pride Sloths

I discovered in the making of this one that there are two versions of the Sunset Lesbian flag - one with five stripes and one with seven. And because apparently I like a challenge, I went for the seven…

Interested to hear if there's much distinction between the two in the community! Radfem flags explained!

A guide for baby dykes and new radfems!

Labrys flag:

Pretty much the most popular lesbian flag that radfems use. It has a lot of historical significance I won't get into now. It's generally seen by others as a flag exclusively used by radfems and terfs but that's not really true.

Pink lesbian flag:

The second most common flag used by radfems. It is the lipstick flag just without the kiss. A lot of radfem lesbians prefer this flag because it is more well known but not inclusive like the sunset flag is.

Sunset flag:

This is the most well known lesbian flag but usually least used by radfems as it is trans and nonbinary inclusive.

Febfem flag:

Febfem means female exclusive bisexual female. This term is used by a lot of bisexual radfems because they either feel more comfortable/safer dating women and or simply refuse to date men (because we all know how men are) this flag is important to some because a lot of febfems don't want people to assume they date men when they use the bisexual flag (although some febfems use both flags or just the bisexual flag)

Radfem flag:

This flag is not very commonly used. It is just a general flag for radfems to use to showcase that they are a radfem. A lot of people find it pointless.

it’s pride month so here’s a friendly reminder that the reason the orange stripes are at the top of the lesbian flag and not at the bottom is out of respect for butch lesbians since the stripes were taken from the butch flag, and they were intentionally placed at the top as a way to show respect for butch lesbians who are often made to feel unwelcome in our community, it’s disrespectful to flip the flag upside down and put the orange stripes at the bottom so please keep that in mind and don’t flip the flag

EVERYBODY I AM MAKING A TINY GIFT FOR MY GF

So for everybody that doesn't know I have been trying to make different kind of bracelets for my gf, whom we will E. I have decided since I have the tiny rubber band stuff to make her one so here is my preparation process, I'll show how it goes and if anybody has any tips on how to make it as well done as possible, she truly deserves a nicely made gift.

Here's how it's going so far:

I have gotten 6 of each color of the lesbian flag (dark orange, light orange, white, light pink, and dark pink)

I got one black rubber band to be between each color

I got a bead for each color, the beads are orange and pink depend are where the beads will be places (basically the black bands that are next to orange bands will have a orange bead and same with pink)

I threaded the beads into their rubber band

I'll be working on this now and I rlly will gave advice and tips seriously so E can get the best bracelet I can possibly give to her. Tysm in advance! 🧡🤍💗

Oh yeah and I might make her a aroace one too (she's a aroace lesbian it's confusing to me how she can be both but whatever it isn't harmful)

Oh yeah and E goes by She/Her and is a girl so please make sure to refer to her as such!
