Another Nuzi rant. Don't mind me

Spoilers, duh

Since I've already done a quick character study/nuzi rant from N's side. Here's one from Uzi's side!

This is probably gonna be just me repeating things people have already said... again. But I love Uzi. (Just like every other character in Murder Drones, honestly.) But Liam did a wonderful job of making an angsty, emo girl, borderline maniac that we know as Uzi. Her character, to me at least, never became the annoying overdramatized and overused stereotype that follows her style. She has real reasons for being the way she is.

A loner, whose dad loves nothing but doors. School is not different, as her classmates pretty much forget about her existence on a day to day basis. No one to talk to, no one to connect with, gives her the angsty side that I absolutely adore. Because underneath all of that toughness is just a lonely little drone who was left by herself since early age. But guess who comes in and busts down those walls (literally and figuratively)?

Our good boi N! Despite their rough start, N never really gave Uzi a reason not to trust him. Their chance encounter, and a broken sensor, allowed them to have the talk that might have never happened. Their beginning might have been a lucky accident, but for the rest of the season, we can see how both sides had to work to make well... Nuzi work!

For Uzi, asking for help is like asking for a death sentence probably. After being on her own for so long, she doesn't expect anyone to help. With that information in mind, the first time she let's that wall crumble was episode 2, Heartbeat.

"Uzi, shoot! Or give it to me!"

Granted, we all know that was not our N. But in that moment, when Uzi was in an enough distressed state, she sought help in N. We all know how that ended, though. Absolute Solver took advantage of that and almost killed her, before N once again sweeped in to save her. The one and only notorious Nuzi misunderstanding was, for better or for worse, cleared up pretty quickly. Seeing as glitchproduction only has so much money at their disposal, they can't really drag this ordeal out. Personally, I'm glad that it didn't. The long drama that is just a misunderstanding after misunderstanding gets quite tedious to follow.

So, moving forward in The Promening, Uzi once again seeks out N when she's in distress. When she sees and hears about what Doll and Lizzy were gonna do, she books it to the only person she knows can help her.

N! Now don't get me wrong. Uzi, by herself is plenty strong. She's shown off her fighting and capabilities, and would have probably been able to take V on. She's taken J down before, aaaand Uzi does technically also take V down in Cabin Fever. But she still went out of her way to go find N. So they could work together and get this mess sorted out.

And then there's this. God I love Cabin Fever, and surprisingly no, not for the Falling.... for you? scene. No, I loved the entire Uzi going on murder spree because she can! The music was such a banger too. But back to Uzi. She recognizes V and briefly snaps back to her usual self. Curious isn't it? N and Uzi both tried reaching out to V, but because V is so untrusting (and we all understand why from ep 5, Home). Here Uzi tried to ask V for help... in form of N.

I find it interesting how ever since Uzi met N and V, she's been getting better at asking for help. Sure, V shot her down because, once again, V was scared. Uzi was turning into the monster that only Cyn has been capable of creating. This soon leads to N yeeting Uzi into the f*cking stratosphere and the two have a chat.

I love how the animators included Uzi hiding behind her bat wings.

Her metaphorical walls were back up. And guess who broke them yet again.

The bestest boi N! And ever since this moment, N and Uzi are way more open.

Episode 5 was taking place in N's memories. But episode 6 is where their trust and care shines. Yeah, sure, there was the hand holding. And it was a big moment! But I enjoyed the little things more. Uzi checking in on N, nodding at his little comments and jokes.

Summary: I love Nuzi. Send help they're on my mind 24/7.

The Ink Demonth 2023 - Day 31. Revival

Day 31. Revival Crossover: Bendy and the Dark Revival I'd say, Bendy, you can't be that rude... but I feel exactly the same way. I know it's not BATDR Bendy's fault that he is the way he is - but that doesn't change the fact that this is how I feel. So, if anyone else wants to ask me what I think about Ink Bendy from BATDR - I will refer to this image.

Yes, I consider it a crossover because I don't consider BATDR to be a sequel to BATIM in any way. It's a completely separate creation that is simply heavily inspired by BATIM. However, in places he rewrites the stories, changes the characters' personalities, adds new threads... This is not an expansion of the world. This is an alternative version of the Workshop - and you won't convince me to think otherwise. So a separate game with which I did a crossover called "Bendy doesn't like his alter-ego".

Actually, the only thing I like about Ink Bendy from BATDR is his voice. When I heard it first time, I felt a shiver down my neck... and then, unfortunately, I focused to the words - and all the charm was disappeared. Seriously. There are reasons why Bendy has been mute so far - and apparently the main one is how much he talks f**cking nonsense. I don't like the shape of his head. His hideous teeth, which are not scary - are disgusting. Hoofs instead of feet is a nice idea - but why both legs? Where is the wonderful asymmetry of the original? Why does he turn into a hedgehog (those spines in strange places - they make sense when they are spine vertebrae). No. Absolutely no. And what's with the skeleton arm? Someone used acid on his ink there?

As for the game itself... Uh... I was impressed at first. First chapter - great. New possibilities of moving the character, beautiful backgrounds, delightful details, an interesting ritual of starting the machine... I was delighted. My slight discouragement began when I first heard Wilson's voice over the speakers and the subsequent behavior of the Lost Ones afther that proclamation... In the second chapter, the game started to piss me off on a regular basis. Then I just watched gameplays and... I don't regret that I didn't keep playing. The game is frustrating, the characters are warped (but not in the realities of the game as they should be warped - warped from the ones we knew and liked). A lot of stupid things happen: Tom being treated like a pet, Wilson acting like a villain from the start, Allison being a fucking deus ex machina, Twisted Alice's death scene and Sammy's death - I hate them both, no physical Bendy (appears out of nowhere and instantly kills - a very lazy solution, game creators), Henry's whole entrance, that weird puppet character what's-her-name Betty... Ok, I like Porter's character a bit - but that's probably only because of his resemblance to my OC Brody.

So you've asked many times what my opinion of Dark Revival is. That's it: I hate this game. It killed my passion for creating SATIM and made me stop looking for images with BATIM on tumblr or on dA - 'cause people don't know how to hashtag and they tag BATIM when they make arts about BATDR. Okay, I'm not saying I have nothing but hatred for this game - but it disappointed me just in the way like BATDR Bendy is disappointment for SATIM Bendy in the picture. And it pisses me off when I see on dA that people add my art to folders called "Dark Survival", "BATDR art" or so. It's like a slap in my face.

That's why I made this picture as quickly as possible. An unspectacular finale - but I've been waiting to say this openly for a very long time, so appreciate the solemnity of this art.

And finally, something positive: I FINISHED ON TIME! Yeah, I did it again!

Rec: This is THE constructed reality to me. It really opened my eyes to that as an option. It’s got evil gay vampires and some great visual parallels using footage from a couple shows other than Buffy to create the AU!

Rec: This is a seminal work to me. It’s one of if not the first fanvid I ever saw. I loved it when I first saw it, was one of the things I always thought of regarding fanvids, and now I make my own vids and hold this one partially responsible for that. It’s hilarious and delightful. I was just rewatching it with a big goofy grin on my face. I finally started watching SG-1 recently (I saw this vid like a decade ago the first time), and I’ve consistently referred to the sarcophagi as “scrabble tables”. I also get absurdly excited when I spot a clip in the show that was used in this vid.

Rec: This video is a brilliant study of Buffy and Faith’s relationship and parallels. “You kill me? You become me.” A stunning video in its visuals with a smattering of dialogue from the show punctuating its every point. The clips are well cut to perfect move from one to the other.

Rec: Now there’s a vid that will make me want to laugh and cry. A focus on the relationship between the early Angel Investigations crew; Angel, Cordelia, Wesley, and Gunn. It so perfectly demonstrates how much this team loved and cared for each other and how their relationship still fell apart as time went on and circumstances and hurt came between them. This covers the whole team, but I associate the song/vid most strongly with Wesley and Gunn. It’s a song I think of when I think of them.

Pre-Episode 4 Theory

Post Episode 4 Theory

I knew I was right to be skeptical about Uzi going full Murder Drone! But wow—there is a lot too unpack with what this one introduced.

First off, what’s wrong with Uzi’s classmates? Why were they so afraid of her when Doll was going all prom murder? The first time I slightly get cause they were surprised by her speaking a bit suddenly. But the second time? They all saw Uzi exit the tree lining before she spoke!

Unless it’s right in front of them—they barely react/register tragedy, going as far as to play it off as a joke. I thought Lizzy was a singular case due to being best friends with Doll. She at least seemed far more nonchalant about killing off her classmates. And she isn’t even AS infected!

The promo showed who was going to be killed.

Once again, I’m reminded these are robots trying to mimic human society. Their emotional intelligence is pretty poor overall considering they barely react to deaths afterward. Following mob/herd mentality, no continuous sense of self-preservation, and having very loose morals.

The fact they found more comfort in known murderers is concerning. Makes me wonder how their parent's generation even survived.

(Also, it was Nori’s idea to create the doors and not Khan's? “Build doors against the coming sky demons!–The singularity awakens...”)

Two; How in the world can Uzi’s AbsoluteSolver create organic matter?! I was under the strong impression that it used nanites to affect general things. Yet this is on a completely another level.

Something which her mother seemed to be aware of. Uzi made f*cking bat-like wings and a mouthed tail out of nothing. People appear to be debating whether she was fully herself or AS crazy during that scene in the ep comments. It. It could either way to be honest. We see her puke up (streaming) oil from Daren and look at her oil-covered hand in horror. Her eyes/visor flickering between a Murder Drone X to high temperature warning to AS symbol in one eye.

And yet she goes into murder mode pretty quickly. Laughing eerily similar to V from Ep 1.

She tricked V by begging to speak to N, then during the falling talk was clearly in full control of herself. I hate the Absolute Solver program.

Sidenote, We see how V has indeed been hiding things. “New body, same horrors, huh, Cyn?” Who from a very brief flashback from N is the fourth yellow-eyed drone Tessa restored. We kinda knew about her from the beginning since we see “Absolute Solver attempt block by Administrator CYN.” post-reboot slap. She had the AS symbol plus the large distended mouth in the flashback. She—she had a human arm in her mouth showing it off to N (I think.)

How she maintains an Administrator position in the JCJenson corporation—shown to hate rogue/free-thinking AIs—I’ll never know...

Another, or the same arm, was shown in a chandelier a few seconds after. The flashback ends with what I believe to be a black hole in the sky. Or maybe a blotted out sun?

Red eyes were visible when N fries that monitor touching the buttons. Except for them being rounder than a drone’s so we can rule out Doll.

Thirdly. There was more to Nori than we could imagine given the little bug recognizing 02.

Register Torture Chamber complaint??? Either Nori used torture chambers(!) on other drones or was subjected to one. She seemed to have a descent into madness after the core explosion. If the box of “Family Memories before Nori went Kooky & Insane” was any indication. I did miss that when I first watched the episode...

Nori didn’t just see the three Murder Drones, she saw countless descended from the sky that the doors were her idea in the first place. There are so many questions we can ask about this: Did Nori and Yeva know about the Zombie Drone thing? Did they not use their abilities in public to avoid turning as Uzi does? Will Doll eventually turn—or is it only older AS “02”? How often did Worker Drones turn into Zombie Drones back on Earth that there needed to be a training tape about them? I really hate AS.

4th—AbsoluteSolver does indeed cause the same overheating issues in Murder Drones. It feels nice to get a confirmation for this since we could only speculate. Uzi burns in sunlight now. She can regenerate like a Disassembly Drone too. All while still having wings, a stinger/mouthed tail, and the AbsoluteSolver abilities. The purple protagonist has the programming to become a far deadlier AS/Murder Drone hybrid.

Took down V like it was barely anything. Where did her new wings and tail even go when N caught her? Do they fold into her body like the Murder Drone's own ones do?? Her tail??? I thought J’s AS heart-thing was fleshy cause it used human ribcage remnants. Clearly, we know otherwise that it becomes an extension of advanced AbsoluteSolvee users... What did Cyn/Tessa/JCJenson create? (nightmare fuel)

Lastly, character growth! Uzi showed her softer side and insecurities in this episode. N appears to be losing his doormat qualities defending himself. V’s still mean—but worried mean~ She is looking out for N, and very afraid for them.

Glitch and the crew really stepped up their animation ability in this episode. Characters are far more fluid. We see their expressions range, the episode was less joking to bring home how serious Cabin Fever was. At least more so compared to the other three episodes—nice.

Macbeth thoughts:

There’s no point in doing a production of Macbeth without putting some energy into the insanity of you doing a production of Macbeth. one of THE most recognizable scripts in Shakespeare’s canon, littered with quite literally dozens of phrases that make ears prick when spoken aloud, cannot be said without some fanfare. You’re dropping famous lines every five minutes, let’s make a scene of it!

Relatedly, witches as stagehands. Witches as one-line messengers and murderers. Witches as minor men in the big big story being told. Witches as pre-show ushers, I don’t care. DO IT ALL.

Lady Macbeth and Macbeth should be approximately 30 seconds away from f*cking on-stage at any given moment

Banquo should be cast and performed by absolutely the most charming guy in the cast; oozing charisma, captivating audience members from across the room, and being so very sexy. this is a requirement.

drunken Porter monologue being 50% improv is the backbone of society

It should be illegal to stage the Malcolm/Macduff scene with no homoeroticism. I think staging Malcolm as petulant and lascivious at the top of 4.3 is the only thing that makes it believable, and also coincidentally allows for bisexual flirting.

on Macduff: obviously the second most important guy in the play. him as aloof soldier under immense pressure due to his belief in what is right, which finally causes him to snap in aforementioned 4.3… he CARRIES!

Figuring if the dagger and the ghost being visible to the audience is good or not. Compelling case for either. Witches being as quiet manipulators of the set/scenery could be utilized here?

What, you have a guy who used to be your friend, now your enemy, who is the only person who can kill you, due to fate and destiny? Sounds gay to me.

Trying to figure out if there’s a sexy way to have guys carrying sticks or guys touting about heads. Maybe not.

This play is so, so much better said with a Scottish accent. (intentional non-Scottish accents may be utilized sparingly. an English Lady Macbeth makes my brain go TZZT TZZT, like a live wire.)

Gender is the whole thing. It’s the whole play. Costumes are a part of the whole thing; pants vs. kilts is a very classy and sexy dichotomy, though it obviously depends on the chosen time period. Lady Macbeth in pants is obvious but always is cool. Or do it all in drag. Something to be said here about the witches but I can’t even get into it

Lines which I think need to be said with absolutely solemnity and pause: “Unsex me here”, “Dispute it like a man / But I must also feel it as a man”, “If we should fail— / We fail?”, probably more.

Killing Macbeth off-stage is the coward’s route. Blood must have blood - ON STAGE, before my eyes!

Sam: Okay, that's really specific, and that makes me think that you definitely did do that.

Phil: Is anyone here good at jumping up and down and making weird noises?

Clingyduo, whispering: Our time has come.

Ranboo: What time is it?

Aegon II Rant

I am sorry to be that person because anything relating to SA is non-defensible to me, but I feel like this needs to be said. Is it possible Aegon's behaviour is just a cry for attention?! I mean he is in constant need of reassurance ("Do you love me?" "You imbecile") as well as feeling undervalued ("I did not ask for this. I've done everything you've asked me to… It will never be enough for you or father."), and he is constantly being pushed into something he KNOWS he's unfit for. Furthermore, everybody keeps telling him in subtle ways he's not right for it too (his mother disinherits him, his father doesn't give two s*its about him, his sister/wife detests him in the sweetest way because Helaena and one of his brothers YES THERE ARE TWO OF THEM agrees that he's unfit). He knows that the crown in a death sentence saw the way it absolutely destroyed Viserys. And yet he has been pushed towards it, has done anything and everything to forget his existence and how he is inching closer and closer to a destiny he wishes he can run away from. It's like watching a live-action trainwreck, an interesting one, but a trainwreck nonetheless. Moreover, he is constantly in a fight or flight response thanks to being force-fed this narrative that his nephews and older sister will kill him just because he exists. He is forced to marry his younger sister despite not being attracted to her whatsoever, actively ignores her (as she tells us during the feast scene) and probably could not care less about his children, all to reach a goal that is not his?! He has been telling us, since ep 5 I think, that he does not want the throne. And although he does pull a Jon Snow *insert 'I Don't Want It' gif here* Jon had something that Aegon II does not have, which is some sliver of support, a family who loves him and actual friends. This boy is so isolated and had absolutely no self-confidence whatsoever that it makes me sad at times. Because if Alicent really wants to say he is no son of hers when he SA's that girl, then she has to acknowledge that every step she took, every horrible thing she has whispered in his ear during his entire life, has led him here, has made him this shell of a white dude who I couldn't hate more.

It really brings forth the concept of nature vs. nurture for me, because we've seen him be a relatively normal boy, joking around with his nephews and playing pranks on his brother. But then he evolved into this, and it breaks my f*cking heart and makes me mad as hell. (I will refer you to this Philip Larking poem).

Yet, I find myself feeling somewhat sorry for him sometimes, despite him being a horrible, rancid human being. Shoutout to the actor, because as soon as people started cheering for Aegon I saw the flicker of somesuch emotion in his eyes and it made me shiver, because yes, this boy just wants acceptance despite being horrid. Thank you Tom Glynn-Carney for making me hate you and love you at the same time!

I've seen FTF and I have many things to say, but the first one is who or what is the figure we see when Luz is in the portal. Many people have say that that is a Titan but... Is it possible?

Where is Alador? I don't remember anyone mentioning him (at least Emira and Ed are okey. Well, almost Okey hahaha).

When they go to the memory class (I don't know the name of it): they just leave Luz's memories there. I mean, wouldn't that be like so dangerous? We don't see in any point that they put them again into Luz's head, so I suppose that would play an important role in W&D (?). I think it would be awesome if we get to see Luz's memory lane (although it is kind of impossible, because, yk, time, plot...).

Also, Odalia deserved that, for being a b*tch hahaha.

Oh, and I loved how Camilla threw the bat after kissing it and splashing Kiki's face. That killed me HHAHAHA

I also wonder what happened with the owl beast when it saw the collector. I mean, it was supposed that Eda had controlled it, but no, and then we see in the credits an image of King and Eda out of control. But it also drags my attention that Lilith didn't get out of control when she was near to the collector.

Oh, and I didn't understand the whole scene in the memory class with Hunter, Willow and Gus. I mean, I didn't get it, like: Willow and Gus were trying to make Hunter more comfortable but they fucked it? Or what?

And now Lumity hehehe. I didn't like so much their relation in season 3 (well, in TtT we got to see them dancing in the rain and a whole PowerPoint presentation with photos of them, I can't complain), but in the episodes we didn't get to see so much of them (at least not a proper focus). For example, the cute scene of both talking about palismen in the owl house: it IS so cute, and Amity kisses Luz's head (awww), but then Luz just don't respond to it and it seems like she doesn't want it? It was so rude :'(

Well, and what do you think was that thing that Luz had to tell Amity just before they were interrupted by Kikimora?

Oh, and I also loved how Amity gets Luz out of the portal by the feet hahaha.

I also think that Stringbean likes, like a lot, Amity? I mean, if you see slowly that scene, you can see how the Palisman rubs softly against Amity's cheek. AND THAT IS SO F*CKING CUTE I'M GONNA CRY.

And the whole Boscha - Amity thing. Boscha was behaving like the obsessed -toxic-ex and that made me even laugh.

Overall, the episode was fun and good, although it felt a bit slow. Many say that is because it's not plot centered, but character centered (and, well, ofc it is, they managed to have like a thousand characters on-screen and develope or end their arcs in a proper way -> I mean, when I thought Amity's arc was over like since season 2 episode 2, now we get a whole vision of Amity's change when in detention pit).

And one last comment. Luz's palisman hatches when she is able to figure out what she really wanted (to be understood), but I think that wouldn't make much sense. Let me explain, for the character is absolutely something that would fit, because we've seen how Luz had struggled with the world in general. But for the palisman itself is sth like "?", Because we've seen that, for example, Amity's desire was to make her own path and that's something that takes a long way (I mean, it's not something that can be fulfilled in an instant), but Luz's desire is now fulfiled because her mother has finally understood her (at least that how Luz feels it). Idk if you get me.

There is a Lot going on here so I'm going to answer it all under a read-more :)

1). I mean, it's either a Titan or it's a Titan Trapper. It looks exactly like them, so I can only imagine they'll pop up again in the next episode.

2). I also think we'll see Alador in the next episode. I think he'll probably be okay, but maybe wounded in some regard. I'm honestly just assuming he's a puppet somewhere right now.

3). Yeah, I know what you mean, but honestly I think that's just a detail we'll have to forget about, unless it does somehow come up in the finale (which I doubt will be the case). It is dangerous to leave the photos alone like that, so... maybe after a certain amount of time they automatically disappear without harming the legitimate memories? Something like that.

4). Odalia's still going to be an issue in the finale, though. Mark my words.

5). Camila was PEAK in this episode. "Kikimiki" murdered me.

6). I don't think the Owl Beast likes The Collector at all, which would track, considering what we know of their experiences with one of them, though it wasn't necessarily this Collector. But Lilith's curse is honestly still more manageable than Eda's is, and I don't think she really has an Owl Beast inside her, just a bit of one, which is why she didn't lose it as well.

7). That scene was the culmination of Everyone's issues, but specifically Hunter's and Willow's. Willow was trying to help by showing him a picture of him being happy with Flapjack, Hunter was touched by the gesture and didn't know how to say it, Willow thought that meant she'd messed up, Gus blamed himself for not talking to Hunter earlier, and they just didn't communicate with each other. It's a really well-done scene and it's heartbreaking to watch.

8). I don't think it was rude of Luz, and Amity didn't either. She's hurting, she was damn-near suicidal in Thanks to Them, and Amity's being Peak GF by supporting her, no matter what. As for what she was going to tell her, it was going to be her decision to leave the Boiling Isles.

9). Episode didn't feel slow to me at all! Just different, obviously, and in a good way.

10). I disagree, actually. Sure, in the moment Luz does feel understood by her mother, but that's an eternal goal, especially if she continues on her path in being a witch (and she will). She's always going to be the odd one out whether she's in the Human or the Demon Realm, and now she knows what she can always work toward.

Since I haven't seen the M*lina Sex Scene, I'm only going by what I've heard, and anyone can correct me if I'm wrong. Is it true that M*l did not make Alina cum and she said something like "You cum fast?" Also, after they were done did he immediately want to go find f*cking BREAD rather than cuddle with her or have a round two? 😲 🫨 🫢 If so, Mal is the ABSOLUTE WORST LOVER in the world and Alina deserved so much better. Aleks would have NEVER!

So I took one for the team and I went and watched the scene, as I too had just skipped over it. I can confirm that none of this is true. It is actually a really short scene and it fades out before things get too far, its basically just them making out whilst topless then it moves onto the next scene, that it the last we see of them in this episode. There is no talk about how either of them performed and M*l doesn't get up right after to get bread.

That being said in the next episode we do see them cuddling in bed the next morning and M*l, who looks pretty distant, suddenly says, the sooner the better, which I think is in reference to her killing him for his amplifier powers and destroying the fold, then pulls away from her and gets up. Alina looks sad and put out by this. I did think it was a bit harsh of M*l it like he's going ok thanks for the sex now lets get to the you killing me part yeah. He then goes to have a bath and whilst there thinks about how he was always able to find her, clearly to show the audience that he is thinking about how he is the amplifier. But it did get me wondering if M*l was already starting to feel a bit of doubt about whether his feelings for Alina are true or an effect of the amplifier? I mean he has just slept with her and now he is having a montage of these moments he's had with Alina but in relation to them being proof of him being an amplifier. Not sure if I am making sense with that but I could see maybe this is when he first start to wonder if his feelings were real but pushed them aside and shook the doubt off.

Either way I don't think it was very considerate of M*l to push Alina away like that and just leave her instead of staying to cuddle with her, especially as they have borrowed time before they have to make this horrific sacrifice, and to leave whilst reminding her of that sacrifice, I just can't help but think how bad that must have felt for Alina, why wouldn't he want to stay and cuddle with her longer instead of rushing to his doom?

I also agree with you that Aleks would never have done this, he would have cherished every moment he could with her, drawn it out for as long as possible, he'd have taken a bath with her, he would have helped her dress for the day and she would have helped him in return. He wouldn't have left her side for a moment.

Well...

I see Scott accidentally chose the nightmare option with his dream state...

I hate it.

I hate that his brain is trying to make him go against his own nature and convince him to start killing people, and I hate that it's using Liam and repeatedly killing him to do it. But the biggest reason I hate it is because of my poor baby's guilt complex. All of those people are already dead, and while Scott wasn't directly involved in killing any of them, you can tell, based on the fact that his brain is doing this, that there's a part of him that feels like he should've done something about it.

And that is soooo not fair to yourself, Scott. Deaton and Chris tried to tell you. You CAN'T save everyone. You CAN'T. A lot of these people are writing their own fates by default of the choices they make--Peter killed The Mute, yes, mostly out of anger, but also to protect Derek and Noah. Rafael killed The Chemist in order to save Stiles. The closest deaths to you were those of The Orphans, and even those WEREN'T YOUR FAULT, because their actions put them in the crossfire, and THAT'S what got them killed.

I get it, Scott. I do. And you know I love that about you. But you GOTTA stop blaming yourself (also very quick aside, Scott having more fangs is an interesting revelation...).

But the other thing is...I'm also kind of glad he's thinking about it at all. Because as much as I love Scott and his savior complex...Liam does have a point. Just like his dad said, sometimes killing is your only option. If it's them or you, are you really going to let them kill you just so that you don't have to kill them? Are you going to let them kill someone in your pack? His loyalty and love for his friends and family makes me find it hard to believe that he'd ever let somebody hurt them, but I don't necessarily trust him to protect himself...and that's a scary thought.

So yeah, I hate the way his brain is doing it. I hate it with every fiber of my being. I hate that Scott is sitting there torturing himself and beating himself up. But I'm also kind of hoping he gains something from it, and I'm hoping that maybe this nightmarish dream state will give him a chance to work through that guilt and learn that sometimes, it really is you or them...

But still...poor baby. :(

Anyways.

I want to hate the interactions between Malia and Peter, because I REALLY want to hate Peter, ESPECIALLY when I can see his manipulation from a mile away, but....I don't. I REALLY don't. God there's just something about him...I can't truly hate him. I can't. He's too funny, and too charming, and too smart, and just overall too fun for me to hate him.

I don't trust him IN the slightest, but...I also don't hate him. And I'm hoping Malia has a similar frame of mind about him.

Back to the hospital, that Stiles, Kira, and Liam interaction was ADORABLE and I love them. XD <3

"Okay and you're both coming right back. Immediately. *shakes head* Kids."

STILES YOU ARE THE SAME AGE! Sure, Liam is a freshmen, but Kira is YOUR AGE SIR! YOU ARE EQUALS! XD XD

But, admittedly, he and Scott are 100% the parents of the pack, so...ya know. There is that. XD <3

All of that said, I am absolutely freaking terrified at the prospect of Kira and Liam having to face one of those freaking Berserker things ALONE, but it's FINE.

This is where a million things start to go wrong, I just know it....

The chemistry, the sass, the electricity, the attitude, the LINES, the MOVEMENTS, the MAKE-OUT SESH! Yeah that was awesome. 10/10 approve. I'm adding a gif because I loved it so much and didn't feel like making a whole new post.

My first impression well, when he was first mentioned by name, I was thinking "oh he´s gonna absolutely smite me, isn´t he?" then, when first meeting him and going through the boss battle I was just very sad, because he really doesn´t want to hurt me but he doesn´t see any other way and (UUUUGH MY HEART ;;_;;)

My impression now he is a baby who needs love and support as well as tea and a long nap (also some therapy would be grand)

Favorite thing about that character he´s just such a calm and sweet man- I would accept his tea invitations any day and he probably gives the absolute best hugs

Least favorite thing honestly I have nothing? I mean- I guess the whole "killing a total of six children" thing was a bit outta line asdfghj honestly tho, that man just needed someone to LISTEN and he needed some grief counseling

Favorite line/scene "human..its was..nice to meet you...goodbye." that is SO powerful and epic and I am getting goosebumps every single time!!

Favorite interaction that character has with another Asgore off screen telling Alphys about that little teacup he found that looks like her is so wholesome and good (granted, that info was given during a quite stressful part of the game, but still!)

A character that I wish that character would interact with more I want more of him and Alphys!! those two are very cute together ;w;

Another character from another fandom that reminds me of that character Mufasa? they´re both fluffy gentle yet strong kings who just want the best for their son ;;_;;

My Best of 2023: Supporting Actress

My Best of 2023 is a series of annual lists in which I pick the best of the best from 2023, all leading up to my official picks for My Top 10 Films of 2023.

Da'vine blew me away. I loved her on Only Murders in the Building and that Breakout performance in Dolemite Is My Name, but this was next level. Emily carried so much in Oppenheimer, and her late deposition scene lays it all on the table so effectively. Rachel is now in her mom era, and absolutely killing it. The only thing keeping this from being my favorite of her performances was time travel (Go Watch About Time). Flo always wows... so no surprise she stole every scene of Oppenheimer she was in. Jodie is a legend for a reason, and the friendship and determination with which she fills this character is the best part of Nyad. Anne is a seductive mystery in Eileen, and I wanted so much more of her. Mia is f*cking scary... always... but especially in Infinity Pool. The shifts in Juilanne Moore's character in May December brilliantly shift the film itself; it's campy, it's disturbing, it's utterly hypnotizing. ScarJo got that Wes Anderson delivery down perfect, and created something special in her odd chemistry with Schwartzman. And America got the 10 spot because she got the Oscar nod, honestly. That spot very easily could've gone to Tilda, Maura, Penolope, Kathy or Rosamund.

The real face of the 5 season's morbid psychopath

I have already touched on this topic in some my previous posts (here and here), but I still have something to say. For some reason 1 episode of 5 season teases audience with hiding her face under mask, but in the end neither her face nor identity were revealed. I don't know, whether this random jumpscare was in animatic version or not (animatic for 4 episode wasn't published), but this thing just happens. Looking closely, you'll realize that she ordered to kill the samurai, when Ashi slept, i.e. she is able to infiltrate thoughts or dreams and talk. And I started to think... why Ashi saw exactly this screamer instead of normal mask? While various fans imagined and created fanarts with their version of her face (based on Ashi's face mostly), I can confidently say that this thing is the true and the real face of the high priestess.

Seriously, this scary sh*t has blue eyes (also the shape of eyes is different from eye slots on the mask, as well as here we see deep-set eyes, while on the mask the eye slots were wide-set), this scary sh*t has f*cking eyebrows, this scary sh*t has fangs, this scary sh*t has tongue and wrinkles, i.e. it is her skin!

And this scary and morbid sh*t has absolutely no lips. (I'm crazy enough to check and to see every frame of this moment)

I don't know, whether it is congenital deformity or she mutilated her face and teeth herself in fanatical ecstasy, but at least, this explains, why she always hides her face even during interaction with her followers and children, and why Ashi saw exactly this, but wasn't scared enough to the point of paranoia and hysterics.

It is only time of so detailed face, hence that's here real face. Aku doesn't know her, her face and identity, so that's why we see only black silhouette in Aku's assumption scene, he doesn't know what exactly happened. While in the birth scene we see again only her stylized silhouette among fire (as well as her children too are stylized silhouettes). And here the mask is larger than her face...

Babies are black simply 'cause of censorship, i.e. to not show them naked. And it's literally one and the same re-used background.

If somebody say me "But in the next scene they are still black, so they were born, cloaked in Aku's black blood", I'll answer — then why the priestess thew them into the hot coals later?

Why they were naked humans with normal human skin?

The black babies thing is a clear stylized trick, nothing more. They were born as normal regular humans, they weren't cloaked in Aku's blood, which infected them in the mother's womb instead of killing both of them. Like, Ashi here is full black, while in reality only her body is cloaked in this black cinder from coals.

Hence the two conclusions: the real face of the crazy priestess is revealed in jumpscare scene of 4 episode, and the babies weren't black.

The Murder of Jordan Cody-Foster

Jordan Cody-Foster was a 31-year-old man living in Cardiff, Wales. His family described his death as ‘absolute devastation,’ remembering him as loving and kind. Jordan had a young son who is now being cared for by his family.

On 23rd November 2021, when Jordan was inside a tent which was located outside a centre for homeless people, Steven White, 44, entered the tent and after a scuffle, CCTV captured Jordan running out before falling to the ground. White then left the tent, still holding a knife, and stood over Jordan saying ‘you’re not a bad man now, are you?’ White then rode off on Jordan’s bike visiting two shops to buy a radio and a novel to prepare for his return to prison. Jordan died at the scene due to blood loss from being stabbed in the neck.

White later flagged down a police van and told police officers, ‘I think you’re looking for me, I have just stabbed someone in the neck’ When being arrested on suspicion for murder, White retorted, ‘It’s not suspicion, I f*cking did it.’ White had been released from prison only four days before the attack and had spent most of his life in prison, minutes before he stabbed Jordan he was heard saying, ‘I need to go back to jail,’ and ‘I can’t handle it out here.’

Details about how Jordan and White knew each other emerged after the arrest, they had spent the previous night in the same temporary accommodation shelter nearby. Both Jordan and White were involved in drugs and had purchased crack cocaine to sell, White claimed some of his went missing and that it had been stolen.

White initially pleaded not guilty but while on trial said ‘I intended to kill him, he needed to die,’ before claiming Jordan had been bullying him and ‘taking the p*ss.’ His plea was changed to not guilty. The judge condemned White for his lack of remorse before sentencing him to life imprisonment with a minimum of 26 years.

Nice to see that I wasn’t the only one who had an issue with Daemon and Rhaenyra not actually killing off Laenor! Everyone seem to be blinded by the fact that it could potentially cause problems. Yea sure happy for the gays but for Daemon and Rhaenyra to take a risk like that especially when the parentage of her eldest three was already in question? Like wtf were they thinking? Actually what was Daemon thinking since he was the one who told Rhaenyra to give Laenor mercy when she seemed to be ready to actually take him out?! Sure Laenor doesn’t deserve to be killed off but Daemon and Rhaenyra knew war was potentially coming and instead of taking out an obstacle completely, they potentially created a weakness their enemies could exploit should it come out in the open.

You mistake me, Anon. I have issues with everything. My issues began with the casting and will continue on until the last credits of this sht show roll.

From there and everywhere in between I think this show is trash and a f-cking joke. What did I like? Absolutely nothing. It’s all utter 💩 and the fact so many people eat this up and try to justify it just shows me how low standards are.

Renada and Matt are a joke. Lenny is another joke.

Every suffering Rhaenyra went through has been deleted or severely reduced and exchanged with a joke of a character who I dislike so much I am actually exited to see her being ended. By accident of course wink wink 😉 I bet notSunfyre will not obey the dude cosplaying as Aegon III.

In the books I can analyse Daemon and Rhaenyra’s actions and thoughts. I can’t however and won’t analyse those of Matt and Renada because for once I don’t care about them, two they are ridiculous, and three they don’t act consistently from one scene to the next let alone between episodes. He’s the most pathetic character I have seen and she is the love child of post season 6 showArya and bookCersei. GirlBoSs, GaTeKeEp, GaSlIgHt 🤡🤢🤮

I’ve said it… lost count at this point how many times, if you like this crap great, some people like gold showers, all the power to them. But neither me nor my spaces are places to come and gush about it or tell me about it.

I could lose time writing about how big of a trash this is but the thing is, this is not canon so at the end of the day why should I bother?
