The other day I was walking out the back door at work and a crow startled me and I can tell I'm far gone on the Vampire Diaries because, just for a split second, something in my brain went "Damon? Is that you?"

Had a short moment the other day where I thought I'd doodled a Damon looking a little too Crow-like...and then had a whole other moment. Because I love parallels.

Firstly like, the aesthetic; dark and bright. That's just a me thing.

Secondly, amnesiac royalty joins up with new bunch of merc-like people, getting close to a rogue-ish person who holds their feelings close because of a shitty backstory. And has killed a bunch of people. Both royals get a sudden and unpleasant reminder of who they were, both having believed their older sister, the Queen, was dead at some point or other, and both not being best impressed at finding this all out.

just hit 1200 followers, omg. thank you so much!

doing another followers celebration, of course!

please read everything carefully so i can get back to you quickly. the bolded sections are the most important. (this sounds so pretentious omg, but it’s just for my own piece of mind and to make everything clearer and easier)

also, a few things have changed for these celebrations. since i’ve gone over 1000 followers, i will be doing a celebration every few hundred followers, and doing a big one every half thousand. so after this one, i won’t be doing another one untii the big one for 1500, then another for 1700, then 2000, and the cycle will repeat from there.

because of the increased amount of submissions i get for these celebrations, i’ll be keeping the many options for fandoms, but i’ll be narrowing down the options to just two. for 1500, i will reopen all the options again since it’s a bigger one.

also because of the influx of submissions, i will be narrowing down the time i’ll be accepting asks. i’ll consider keeping them open longer next time, but i want to test a shorter window this time around. while i love writing these and i appreciate everyone participating, it takes me a while to do each one and i end up with a flooded inbox. i still accept and write requests at the same time, so i think this will make it easier to balance.

this celebration will be open for a few days. starting today, july 1st, ending on july 5th. please don't send anything in past night time on the 5th.
