Glad you enjoyed some of the interactions between the ROs/characters in the update, it was a lot of fun getting to write some of these dynamics after building up to them in earlier chapters. A personal fave was writing Tobin's locker room scenes, and G/Rayyan being soft, and Sam's reunion :)

also i love keep myself alive. i heavily agree she has every right to be angry, and thats a core part of her character - rage, grief, strength. "to sleep i of course think i'm stronger now / to sleep i gotta catch myself" im crying. the sleep menton + she feels alone. she has a support system, a literal wife, but she still holds all of her grief on her own shoulders. who the fuck else can relate to being violently stalked for months, walking in on your parents being tortured together, being attacked, nearly burnt alive, then LOSING your parents? also "how could this dark cloud make me stronger now" i think a lot of people would have told her that her experience made her a survivor and made her strong and whatnot. but i dont think she feels that way. i think she feels like a victim, she feels tortured, she feels like that same little girl who'd sleep in her parents bed after a nightmare - but this isnt a nightmare she can wake up from. her parents bed burnt to ashes. there is relief in just letting yourself grieve and hurt - but she's so beyond focused on being strong. and it doesnt make sense to her. doesnt make sense how she can be strong after all of that . but she is, cuz she has to be

Heya! Just found your blog and absolutely adore your style :>
I wanted to see if I could get a little blurb about my experience with my three beloved limited 5 stars, tartaglia, ganyu, and kazuha.
Childe was my first limited 5 star, I played his story quest during his second rerun and fell in love! I immediately started pulling like mad, and at somewhere between 75-77 the star turned gold, and I won my first ever 50/50. He’s still probably my favorite but I’m bias as a tartaglia simp.
Now call me a fortune teller, but I had a feeling I wouldn’t be lucky again (my sisters and I are on a streak of 6 lost 50/50s, 3 of which are mine ejnentnt) and so I looked through the list of characters and immediately fell in love with ganyu and kazuha, I started saving, I did one ten pull a banner to get 4 stars and stopped at 70 pity. I had 100 wishes saved by ganyus banner, it took every single one, but there she was. After 170 wishes, my second limited 5 star.
Now at this point I was worried, I didn’t have many primos to grind in the world and at the time people where saying that kazuha was coming every version. A lot of theses happened, I saved some wishes, went on a genshin hiatus, came back, saved some more. Until there I was, kazuhas banner, with enough to guarantee him, and then he came home. (And then I lost the 50/50 for his weapon LOLLLLLL don’t do what I do it’s a scam)
Tbh I’m at an impasse in terms of wishing, I just don’t feel the need atm, I have the characters I’ve wanted from the beginning, I’ve won, my dearest darlings all came home.
Feel free to ignore if you don’t want to or if I broke any rules, but if you decided to write anything for it I’d greatly appreciate it!

The Three
The stars of Teyvat were not set. Each moved and sailed throughout the heavens on its own course, adrift in the cosmic seas of stardust.
Teyvat’s people, as a result, looked to the stars for signs of your will. For you did not walk the realm they did, no, you were beyond it, beyond their skies, beyond their world. There were many whom sought to interpret the stars; albeit not everyone achieved success in the matter. Some were talented enough to catch brief glimpses, quick flashes of the secrets that the astral bodies kept locked away, though these geniuses were very few in number.
It had been chaos when the first star fell from the night sky. But as more days and nights passed, more stars came from the heavens to the earth below. The shining blue lights were a true blessing to witness, but it had been the first purple star that had fallen that was the key to understanding the events.
The violet light had reached a young lady in Mondstadt, a hard worker with strong will and stronger eagerness to please. The moment she touched the light, it had been as though a warmth had filled her body, and she could practically feel power pulsing from the Geo Vision adorning her clothes.
Noelle had been the first of many to receive one of these ‘purple stars’.
But there were others who had received a different color of star. Three individuals who had been given a fragment of power from you far greater than what was contained in the violet stars.
The first had encountered the astral blessing in secret, although he did not hide the blessing he had received.
He was known by many names.
Ajax.
Childe.
Tartaglia.
The 11th of the Fatui Harbingers.
But he had one title that he held most precious of all, even above his own name.
Your First.
It had been him who had received the shooting star that seemed to turn the night sky to day with its light. He might not have been the first to feel your presence, but he had been first to feel it’s full extent, to feel your care.
Traveling with you was always exciting. Not a moment went by that he found himself bored. No matter what duties he received, it was simply a fact that the moment he felt you call, anything that Childe was working on would be left until later.
He adored journeys with you.
He adored being with you.
Ajax well and truly adored you.
The second had been blessed one busy evening, the passerby struck with awe and wonder, albeit much to her embarrassment. Unlike the first, she did not flaunt the gift you’d bestowed upon her; no, she was far too humble to brag.
Not a day went by where Ganyu did not thank you for your blessing. She was as dutiful about it as the many tasks she carried out daily. And yet for all her work, despite how seriously she took it, at your call, she’d drop it all in an instant. You were her top priority. In all things, she worked as if every duty was given to her by you.
As time went by you’d never notice how the supply of mora and experience never ran dry. And who’d ever suspect sweet passive Ganyu to be behind the matter? After all, her kind took no pleasure in battle. But Ganyu sought no glory or joy in battle, no she sought only to aid you. As much as the modern people of Liyue might respect her secretary skills, Ganyu was a survivor of the Archon Wars. She was far from weak, something that made it easy to conquer the many leylines that were scattered throughout the land. She might not have access to this ‘resin’ she’d heard you speak of, but she could still gather a bit of the resources before they disappear.
Her love language was acts of service, and when it came to you, Ganyu would give you her everything.
The Third had received your blessing whilst seeking refuge from past hardship. They spoke of it to no one, though your presence radiated from them, telling any who would feel that this was one of your Chosen, and though he said nothing, those who bore witness did not share his silence.
Kazuha had wasted no time during his flight from Inazuma. Joining the crew of the Alcor had provided him with the companionship he had wanted, though it could never replace his dear friend. When Beidou had given the order to set sail for Inazuma once again, he’d been slightly surprised. But upon hearing the reason, he couldn’t help but feel a spark of excitement appear in him. He might not have been able to prevent his friend’s fate, but he had been granted the opportunity to aid in the abolition of the Vision Hunt Decree. He may have lost some of his faith in the divine after the actions of the Raiden Shogun, but he couldn’t deny that in that moment, he has wondered if you had granted him this opportunity.
The approach to Tenshukaku had been nerve wracking, yet he pushed through nonetheless. The sight of the traveler leaving the courtyard had been reassuring, at least until he could see the shaken expression on the outlander’s face. Paimon was by their side as usual, visibly fearful and slightly trembling. Dark clouds cover the skies, violet lightning streaking through the heavens. The pressure was near crushing. When the Shogun appeared, blade drawn, it was as though he was there in the past once more, helpless to save his companion from her Divine Punishment.
No.
Not this time.
He moved without thought, drawing his blade and clashing it with the archon’s own, violet sparks flying through the air, the Masterless Vision of his dear friend blazing into purple light, and for a few seconds he faltered.
A brilliant golden light burst from the heavens, parting the dark clouds and blazing towards the earth.
When the light crashed into his form, it was as though he was filled with a energy not felt in the months since losing his friend. He knew the presence immediately.
You.
The eyes of the Shogun widened in shock as her blade was forced backwards, appalled that this human had gained your favor over her. Kazuha was blown backwards, and was left stunned for a moment. The rest of the events that followed had been a blur, and for a while he half believed that it had all been in his head. But the lingering feeling of your warmth was undeniable.
Kazuha knew that as one of the Alcor’s crew, he would not always be able to come when you called, so needless to say, both he and the rest of the crew had been quite surprised when the ronin vanished, only to appear again hours later, claiming to have been to the mainland. After several times this became something they simply accepted. Each time he would return, he’d bring back something to the crew, and Beidou jokingly said she ought to put him to work as a messenger.
You’d never notice how you never seemed to run out of ingredients and regional specialties, but rest assured, the Kaedahara was diligent about insuring he collected whatever helpful things he came across during his journeys.
He might not always be the most available, but if you should call on him, Kazuha Kaedahara will doubtless answer.

I hope you're copping well with the news bc I'm in shambles since yesterday when I watched the concert and I saw our little meow meow cry his eyes out and the ending also made me really emotional and the whole hyung line was there 😭 and when I thought it was getting better I also woke up to the notification from big hit like I knew it was going to happen soon but I didn't know they're gonna slap us with it not even 24 hours after the last concert 🥹
And to give you a little life update i enrolled into college we will see how that goes but something I have to complain about is my mother like I love this woman but she was blessed with the lean petite body type and I got the body genetics from my dad side so I always was more of me (to set the scene although I was always thicker I had good weight for my height maybe it was more that some people liked but I wasn't overweight back then but since the lock down happened I gained weight and went up around two sizes) and I honestly feel good in my body maybe I'm not the most beautiful person but I don't think I look that bad but I had to buy a dress for my cousins wedding and I went with my mom and oh boy was it an experience but to keep the long story short( and not to bore you with my hectic explanation skills) I'm traumatized and I'm almost 100 % sure my mom has some negative emotions towards bigger people and I'm not taking her shopping for formal wear anytime soon 😭
But at last I hope you're handling things well and that you find a good job on your job hunt 💜

okay, i just foremost want to say that how your mother has acted isn't your fault and has nothing personally to do with you. i hope you don't walk around feeling guilty or shitty about your weight because your body is a vessel! it's there with you, your whoooole life so spending time hating it isn't worth it :(( you're supposed to cherish it and caress it you know? but i'm so so sorry to hear you had such an experience. my sister has been through the same problem after her depression, which caused her to gain a lot of weight and my mom openly fat-shamed her for months until she lost it. so i might not feel exactly what it is you feel, but i've been a witness to it and it hurts. i just want to say, thank you for sharing this, i'm sure it wasn't easy for you, especially seeing it's a touchy subject. i hope you'll feel better with time, and please take care of yourself. i'll be here if anything as always, my friend. <3

Things i like abt her are her shield + heterochromia (nod) + her colours! and ah dont get me wrong i love bennett, and ofc razor! (he was the first 4star i pulled and im v attached to him) my irks towards their designs are mainly bc i think they deserve better. and i think ur completely right regarding ayato’s design! ooh and my fave ult animations! the prettiest for me is probably kokomis animation! i love how she makes like a water swirl and everything turns blue and purple its so so pretty!! i also love kazuha (all the anemo and maple leaves around him is so Beautiful) and ayakas ult (she looks so pretty with her sword and her hand fan right about unleashing a huge cryo swirl) a lot. oh and hu tao yoimiya and albedos too! (i feel like im just mentioning my mains at this point but well ajkdlfk i see their ults a lot so is normal that theyre my faves ig!) and ooooh shenhes ult animation is also very very pretty i really like hers too! and xinyans!! her ult is def the best from all the 4 stars, its sooo cool how she sets her "stage" on fire and YES she does deserve a lot better bc shes an amazing character and i love her a lot too!

hi hi angel!!! how are you?
it’s been sorta insane for me in the worst way (things are kinda better rn). long story short, i have two classes with the same professor and we had the final project (that i clutched super insanely and got a 98!! yay we love that) but i don’t have the best grades in the other class. so the thing is that since i don’t have the best grade in that one i obsessively check for her feedback on assignments and to see if there’s new assignments posted. and i randomly check yesterday and there’s two assignments that i had never seen (but she mentioned them at the start of the semester). i click on them and the assignments were overdue by like 2 months and i start having a full blown panic attack in the class. and i wait for it to finish and i ask to talk to her and i literally start bawling bc i thought that i hadn’t sent them. and she’s just like “take a breath, don’t worry, nobody sent them. idk what happened to the platform but it seems that they were never visible to anyone.” so yeah, i had a panic attack for nothing. but i told her about how overwhelmed and anxious ive been and that im back on pills and it’s been super hard too. and, she’s very strict but she was very nice about it and told me that she was always there if i needed to talk. and reassured that i wasn’t failing.
so yeah, i need my emotional support barbie/bratz too!! let’s make them happen. i looooove barbie and bratz movies soooo much but i hadn’t found anywhere to watch them until now :((( but i shall continue this weekend!!

I had something really similar happen in my freshman year of college where we had these textbook quizzes that were optional, but you had to at least open it to get credit and I didn’t know they had due dates bc they were optional so I realized like halfway through the semester I was missing a good HALF of them and I cried my eyes out so hard when I found out. I talked to my professor and she was super understanding about it because I’d gotten good grades on her tests so far and I never skipped any lectures so she reopened all the assignments for me and let me resubmit them 🥹 like all it takes it some communication!! Thankful for good professors and especially ones who understand when you’re going through a rough time. I hope things get easier and I’m always here for you if you need anything at all bby 🫶💘💓💗

anyway i’ve got a little bit to say about this since,,, this was a mess to make (also im sure someones probably done this already, but i havent seen one yet)
This was a personal project of mine and I wasn’t originally going to post it, but I felt like it would be useful to some people,, please lmk if I messed anything up or made any mistakes because I 100% did not do this perfectly.

It should be obvious, but these are just the official sprites from the game and I did not draw them.
THE HEIGHT CHART
(In regards to the way I measured) Grim and all the Savanaclaw boys are measured by the top of their heads, NOT by the tip of their ears/horns. The official heights don’t specify what they measured to so I decided measuring by the top of their heads like the rest of the students makes sense. These ones are pretty much the only characters I had problems calculating their height with.
However, this makes me run into a problem such as Grim looks abnormally tall/large, but that’s probably because he’s got a chunkier body type. (we love you bby,,)
All characters are lined up by their heels, with the exception of Ortho. I measured him by the bottom of his foot because he’s a robot, and I’d imagine the platform-looking bits of his feet are connected. I believe Ortho also canonically floats slightly off the ground, but I didn’t bother accounting for that since,, I’m measuring the length of his body in comparison.
The original models are not perfectly accurate height-wise to each other, so I had to resize them. Proportions also may look slightly off because of that.
Heights are not pixel perfect, and may be slightly off.
Malleus has the tallest listed height (202cm) and that includes his horns. As such, Malleus is 193cm without his horns. Of course, proportions aren’t perfect so he looks a bit off.

this took way too long to make because i ended up realizing i calculated every single character’s heights incorrectly and made them significantly shorter than i meant so I had to go back and resize everyone lmfao (the heights should be correct now tho!!)

There’s a typo on Silver’s height. It say’s 5′2, but he’s actually 5′9 jgfd
Malleus’s height actually includes his horns,, according to the official guidebook, malleus is 193cm without his horns. He’s pretty much the exact same height as Jack. (thanks to @/pocasu for letting me know ^^) (to be completely honest i thought it was extremely absurd that he was 6′7 without his horns but i had no frame of reference fghdgf) (EDIT: i’ve fixed his height!! For reference, Malleus is 202cm including his horns!)
Completely updated and remade the height chart! She’s pretty now haha. Thanks for the overwhelming support on this, it was fun to make and I appreciate those pointing out any mistakes i made!

yeah, sero was a little annoyed your friend was all over you, that wasn't something he was necessary ashamed to admit, though he was a little concerned. why was he all over you and completely ignoring his existence? it seemed like every time he'd grab your hand your friend was pulling you away by your other.
you'd only just closed his dorm door when he spoke up, "hey, babe?" the frown on his face had your smile fading, "what's wrong?" you walk over to your boyfriend and hook your arms loosely around his waist. he thinks for a minute, "well nothing really but don't ya think your friend was a little... too touchy with you today? i understand you've been friends since you were kids but it felt like he was trying to keep you away from me." he chuckles awkwardly and scratches the back of his neck, "hanta, i had no idea you felt that way-" "-i mean it's fine, like totally not-" "no it's not fine, i'm sorry that we made you feel that way. he was just excited since we hadn't seen each other in so long, but for sure i'll tell him not to be so touchy from now on."
he sighs in relief, wrapping his arms around your waist, "you have no idea how relieved i feel right now, i was worried you'd be offended or upset with me." he mumbles pressure his forehead against yours, "of course not, your feelings are completely valid and i understand, if another person was all over you and taking you away from me i would feel the same." you giggle as he presses little kisses all over your face, "i love you so much."

when you'd told denki you wanted him to meet your lifelong, childhood best friend, he didn't know that meant following the two of you around the mall while he had his arm hooked around you. genuinely, he wasn't sure if it was right for him to be upset about it, he was only your friend after all plus you hadn't seen each other in so long, of course you want to spend time with him.
you'd been back in the dorm for hours now, denki playing videos games while you laid on his bed and did your own thing. he'd been thinking about the mall all day and how touchy your friend was with you, it was driving him crazy. finally, he couldn't take it anymore. "be right back sero." he says, pausing his game and muting his mic before turning around to face you, "hey, baby?" you avert your attention to your boyfriend, "yes, kami?" you answer, reaching to run your fingers through his blonde hair. "uhm... well it's really not a big deal and you can tell me if i'm over reacting but i've been thinking about it ever since we got back... it's about your friend... uh.... you know what, forget-" "no, jf it's bothering you, tell me. please? kami, if it's bothering you i'd like to know." you say softly, fingers continuing to comb through his hair. "it's just that, he was super touchy with you, i'm probably just overreacting but it did bother me a little." he mumbles softly, honestly it was barely even audible. "oh baby, i'm so sorry i didn't realize. hmm how about tomorrow after training, we go out just you and me and i'll make it up to you? we can do whatever you want." "okay." he breathes, eyes already lighting back up.
"and stop dismissing your feelings, kaminari. your feelings are valid and important to me, okay? i'll tell him not to be so touchy from now on." you smile, leaning to place a soft kiss on his lips, "i love you, got it?" "got it." he can't help the smile that creeps to his face at how warm his heart feels.
