You’re laying on top of Bakugou as the night passes on. It’s late, too late, past his old man bedtime, but Bakugou stays with you. Holds you tight on top of him, warm hands caressing your sides, mouth pecking at your hairline whenever you laugh at whatever’s on tv. It’s a peaceful moment, domestic and soft, and he’s willing to silently admit that he never wants it to end. But of course, you disturb the silence.

“How come we’ve never talked about having kids? Or marriage?” You ask him, cheek smushed against his own as you both watch the colorful images flash by on tv. He arched a blond brow though, breath caught in his throat. How could you drop a bomb like that so casually? Talk about these kinds of things that have been known to cause arguments and force breakups within other’s relationships? He has to realize though, that you’re not others.

“What about it?” Bakugou grunts, softly pulling you away by your nape so that he can look at you. The colors from the screen paint your face pretty, your soft downturned smile, the cheekiness in your eyes, the way your pointer finger traces the hard contours of his face. He thinks that if you asked him to set the world aflame, he’d do it without question.

“Do you want marriage? Kids? Would you ever want to live a domestic life with me, Katsuki?” You whisper, cupping his cheek to bring him into a kiss. He hums against your lips, thinking, stealing a few more kisses before he answers.

“I’ve wanted marriage since the day I met you.” He replies honestly, fingers rubbing soothing circles into your hips. You snort though, smiling, as you briefly hide your face in his neck.

“God, you’re so fucking obsessed with me.” You snicker, chortling loudly though when he can’t help but run his fingers over your more ticklish areas. He relents when you concede though, and you pull back to look at him again.

“I’ve wanted kids since I could remember. Maybe I pictured a little girl with blond hair and red eyes once or twice, though.” You grin with a roll of your eyes and a shrug. Bakugou watches you though, thinks about the stereotypical picket white fence, the big rock on your finger, a couple brats and maybe even a pet running around your front yard. He realizes he likes the image, the domesticity of it, and nods to himself as he brings you in for another kiss.

“How about I get you both? A nice ring and our own little demon spawn. How’s that sound?” Bakugou asks against your lips, pulling back to watch you frown and bat softly at his chest.

“Katsuki, don’t call our unborn baby that!” You pout, letting him pull you back in for another sweet kiss.

“Whattt? With me as their father, I’m sure they’ll be little evil shits.”

“With you as their father, I’m sure they’ll be amazingly talented, beautiful, kind hearted children. The best we could ask for.” You interject, pecking him with every compliment before tacking on, “I also play a part in their best-ness, if that wasn’t clear.”

Katsuki laughs at that, full hearted and loud, his Adam’s apple bobbing from the booming sound. It warms you, as you laugh with him and rub softly at his chest. You both fall into silence as you stare at each other, smiling like two idiots, both unknowing about the ring that sits in his pockets and the baby that rests in your belly.

Inosuke almost misses the small thing whilst crossing over a sizable stream. He has to balance his feet on two large boulders and crouch down to reach for it without getting wet. He plunges his hand into the stream and minnows scatter in all directions beneath the rippling water. His fingers close around the small thing and retrieves his treasure with a triumphant grunt.

"What did you find, Inosuke?" Tanjiro inquires softly from the bank, watching curiously as his masked companion fishes something from the stream. The other slayer stiffens like a cat, and claps his hands over the small object, hiding it from view.

"None of your business, Gonpachiro!"

"That's not my name," Tanjiro sighs, but doesn't pry the matter any further.

"Of course it is!" Inosuke huffs, as if it were obvious.

Inosuke hops back onto land, hands cupped and dripping with water. He makes a beeline for the campsite and Tanjiro is quick to protest his departure.

"Inosuke, wait! We're supposed to be looking for... fish." But the other slayer has already disappeared into the trees, and the wine-red-haired boy only smiles, turning his attention back to untangling his net.

You're in the middle of getting a fire going when Inosuke bursts from the trees into the clearing, spooking both you and Zenitsu out of your skin.

"Inosuke! You scared us," you laugh, hand over your heart. Zenitsu glares, but holds his tongue in front of you, returning his attention back to trying to spark a flame. "Did you catch some fish already?"

He and Tanjiro had set off not even ten minutes ago in the direction of the sound of running water. Inosuke was particularly accustomed to gathering resources out here in the forest, but you had to say you'd be impressed if he'd found dinner so quickly!

"Even better than fish!" The boar-headed boy slows to a stop just shy of you and plops down in front of you, hands cupped around something. You have to admit that you're intrigued enough to ignore the growling of your tummy.

"Careful. Could be anything," the other slayer warns, remembering the last time Inosuke chased him around with a salamander. He shivers at the memory.

"Inosuke wouldn't give me anything dangerous, Zenitsu," you assure the blond, holding your hands out to receive whatever he'd found.

"Close your eyes, and no peeking!" He demands.

"Okay," you chuckle, raising a brow but complying. "Not looking."

Inosuke drops something wet and cold into your open palms, and your brows knit. His rough fingers fold your own over the object, and when he removes his own hands you're met with the sight of...

"A... rock?" You're perplexed, but you observe the offering closely, careful not to appear disappointed. You brush a thumb over the stone and are pleasantly surprised by how smooth it is, no doubt polished by years and years of water flowing overtop of it. It's a bit speckled too, like a robin's egg. It's pretty, you concede. "What a nice one too, are you sure you want to give it to me?"

"Mhm!" he grunts, nodding once.

"You ran all the way back here to give them a stupid rock?" Zenitsu grumbles, blowing lightly at the tiny flame he'd managed to spring to life onto a rather moist log. "We have to eat you know!"

"Zenitsu!" you scold, and the blond ducks his head submissively. "Well, I like it. Thank you, Inosuke."

Inosuke lifts his mask just enough to stick his tongue out at the thunder breather, who bristles at the provocation but decides against piping up again. Especially when he realizes you genuinely look pleased with the gesture.

"Of course you like it. I made sure to pick the best one for my beloved underling!" He boasts with his arms crossed over his chest, oozing with pride from your acceptance of his superior gift.

You can't help but grin at his confidence, unbothered by being called an underling. You knew what you truly meant to your unruly lover.

"Here let me put it with the rest."

"The rest of what?" Inosuke scratches his neck, head cocked.

You reach for your bag and dig around in it, retrieving a smaller pouch from inside it. Inosuke scoots closer, until he’s flush against your side, leaning forward to get a better look at the contents as you loosen the drawstrings. His heart jumps at the sight of various trinkets and acorns he'd given to you on previous occasions.

"I keep everything you give me, silly," you snort, adding the impossibly smooth stone to your growing collection of gifts. You swear you hear a muffled sniffle sneak out from under his mask. “They’re important to me.”

Suddenly, he's jumping to his feet again, dashing back into the forest to escape the warm fuzzies collecting in his chest.

Breaking the cycle (Law x gn!child! reader)

He sighs at the sound of knocking on his room.

“Come in.”

He lifts an eyebrow when he hears what sounds like slamming against the door, the sound becoming clear when the door opens his child hanging from the door’s handle.

He sighs

“What are you doing?”

“I couldn’t reach the handle,” they said, dropping down.

He sighs again, gesturing for the child to come close.

“What’s wrong?”

“I don’t feel very good, Dad.”

“What do you mean?” he asks, concerned at the sudden statement.

“Are you sick?”

They shrug, walking closer to their dad.

“My Body hurts.”

The concern on his face grows as he takes his child seriously.

“Your entire body? All of it?”

They nod,

“Just a little bit, though,” they said, going around the desk to face him.

He picks up his child, cradling them in his arms as he looks them over, feeling around for any sign of sickness.

“How long has this been happening? All day? Or only just now?”

“Since the last island we stopped in.”

“For that long, and you’re only just telling me now?”

“Room”

“It barely hurt before,” they say, watching their dad grab their sword to scan them.

“I see…”

“Scan”

He stands up, holding his child, scanning their body for any signs of illness using his sword, being thorough in his movements.

His eyes widen in horror once he spots what’s wrong.

“Reader-ya, listen to me, this is really important. On the last island, did you go through any white pashes? Snow White flowers?”

“Yeah… there was this pretty field of white flowers near a mine; even the dirt was white! I got this flower from there,” they say, pointing to a flower tucked in their ear.

He looks at his child again, feeling that same rush of horror as before

He quickly grabs the flower and shambles it out of the submarine into the deep sea.

“Reader-ya, do not ever touch those again!” he growls.

They flinch at their father’s sudden anger.

“I -Im sorry!”

“No, it’s not your fault,” he corrects himself, his voice softening in response.

“Listen, that flower had Amber Lead, it can and has caused Amber Lead disease when exposed to your skin.”

“Amber Lead Disease?”

“Yes, it’s a very dangerous disease that is found on some of the most isolated islands in the Grand Line.”

“And it seems you have contracted it.”

He says standing up and gently placing them on the examining table.

He sighs at the look on Reader’s Face.

“I’m sorry for screaming at you; this condition just brings bad memories,” he says gently working to remove what had been infected by the amber lead.

“I’m sorry”

He looks up from his work, meeting his child’s gaze; he sighs deeply as he sees tears on Reader’s face.

“Don’t be, you didn’t know,” he says again, his voice a bit calmer as he holds Reader close.

“Is this why grandma, grandpa, and auntie are gone?”

His eyes harden when he hears the question, his hand clenching the table as he closes his eyes in response.

“Yes….”

The words escape his lips in a soft mumble, something clearly weighing upon his heart.

He opens his eyes again, feeling the pain of his heart again.

“But you will be okay,” he said, picking them up.

“Are you okay?” Reader questions

“I will be. I won’t let anyone else die, not anymore,” he said, cradling his child close.

Reader smiles, nuzzling into him.

“I’m okay because Dad is the best doctor!”

His face growing a red hue, feeling a sudden lump in his throat at the sudden praise.

“Thank you.”

He chuckles, rubbing Reader’s hair with his free hand.

Idk, more grim than im used to, but I tried to end it wholesome, cause my heart can't take angst especially angst with no comfort

Also doesn’t care but is equally as interested in having a (as he’d call you) a “fan”

Knows that you’re not actually a fan, and is most likely scared out of wits end when you go to hand him his drink and freeze when he suddenly grabs your wrist as everyone watches in horror

one finger and the fact that Shigiraki was curious was the only thing that really saved you and your wrist

He would leave and it wouldn’t be until a few visits later, when he hasn’t tried anything and you’ve forgotten he’s a literal villain cus you got used to having to serve him, that he takes an interest

Childishly demands that you sit with him, and the manager on duty thats coming up to scold you for lazing around with the customers is stopped in her tracks when Shigiraki looks at her and nonverbally dares her to do anything

His… everything isn’t very sociable or welcoming, and when he’s seated where everyone can see, it isn’t very good for business

If he’s ever not doing anything, he’ll stalk around the café while staring at you

it’s probably okay, he just doesn’t want creeps creeping on you (while not acknowledging that he’s creeping on you)

everything was going wrong since morning. you couldn't get your favourite food so you had to eat leftovers. you spilled water on yourself. you stubbed your toe. banged your funny bone against the wall while doing your hair. couldn’t complete your work in time. every bad thing kept ruining your day little by little.

when you enter your apartment, you go straight to the bedroom.

george would notice that you were upset and leave his stream for a few minutes to go talk to you.

TANAKA’S 25TH : 25 RELATIONSHIP HEADCANONS

Warnings: vague mentions of making out, a lot of caps, me simping

AN: I was not so hyped for today that I marked it on my calendar./s (I wrote this in like an hour because I was procrastinating, and of course every day is Tanaka brainrot day) (PAIRING: Tanaka x gn!reader)

✧ Starting off with the obvious — he calls you beautiful all the time, and absolutely not just to flatter you. He just finds you so attractive that he can’t help but constantly express it.

✧ Really all you had to do to start going out with him is say yes for once, because he asked you every day (shush he fell fast and he fell hard)

✧ Your first kiss will nearly have him on his knees trying to figure out how to ask you if he can kiss you. he will not initiate anything unless he knows for a fact you want to :(

✧ BUT he knows exactly how he wants to kiss you (has he imagined it before? ig we’ll never know). Soft, but energetic. Somehow the way he kisses you is like he’s physically worshipping you — he wants to give you his absolute best.

✧ PDA is a big yes for him. Partially because he likes showing you off, of course, but more because he just can’t resist holding your hand or giving you kisses whenever he’s with you.

✧ if you’re having a hard time… if you ever need to talk, he’s all ears. He just wants to be there for you pls don’t hide your sad from him.

you yell, grinning behind him.

"what do you want?"

"trust faaaallll!!— ow!"

...aaand of course he wouldn't catch you. why would he?

scaramouche looks at you with a smirk growing on his face. "trust fall? what's that supposed to be?"

"you know... self-explanatory!" you say, groaning from the impact of the fall.

he sighs, crossing his arms. "it's a boring concept. why would you indul—"

suddenly, a sharp pain throbbed through the side of your knees.

"ow! ouch ow ow—"

"what? what, what happened?"

each wave of pain made you wince. why do smaller wounds always feel so much more painful than bigger ones?

he groans. "see? I told you it was a bad idea." the pain was unbearable for a second, and you had to stay in place for a while.

"the heck..." you mutter, checking on your knee.

archons, it's bleeding, alright...

"...let me see that." he says. it sounded like more of a demand than concern.

"hey, hey!— ow!" you swat his hand away, protecting your knee. "that hurts."

"why are you humans so pathetic?"

somehow, that amplified the pain even more. scaramouche's facade flickered a little, and so he stayed silent, inspecting your wound without touching it.

suddenly, he took your hand and helped forced you up. "hey! seriously... injured 'pathetic human' here!" you mimick, making kunikuzushi shoot you a glare.

"be quiet. just deal with the pain."

he hooks his arm under your arm, attempting to support you to walk.

"what are we doing? where are we going?"

"stop asking. keep walking."

you sigh, yet comply either way.

...

"...so, does that mean I can't trust you?" you joke.

"what?"

"I mean... you didn't catch me, after all."

he groans, muttering something abut your stupidity under his breath. "why? you lose faith in me just because I didn't catch you? how disloyal."

"no," you say, starting to worry. "I was just kidding, kuni—"

"fine. I'll catch you, if it means that you'll trust me."

"..."

scaramouche was never one to use talking as a solution. if anything, you find it quite hard to figure out his emotions. talking to him is difficult, which often makes you wonder how you two stayed together for such a long time in the first place.

but he still listens to you, and you still deal with his shenanigans.

"we're here." he says, interrupting your thoughts. "oh." you mutter, looking at the small shelter. that was quick...

"...????"

"what?" he hisses, becoming more irritated than usual.

"what's this?"

"I said: stop asking." you rolled your eyes, and you both walk inside.

when you saw the interior, you gasped rather dramatically. "ooohh!" you say. we're at a doctor's. you grin at scaramouche. he turns away with a scowl on his face in response.

"maybe I shouldn't have brought you here."

"nonsense," you laugh, ruffling his hair to tease him further. "come on, let's go."
